45:19not receiving maybe help uh financial

45:24seeing financial help go get God's word

46:11Their issue is that

46:23What's happening? Usually, if you look

46:25very carefully, it's coming from their

46:27wealth of experience.

46:29Satan is attacking them in that area. So

46:32suddenly they become what I call

46:33unbelieving believers. If you tell them

46:36God is good, they will say it. But once

46:39you say God is good, he's going to help

46:40you financially. Ahda,

46:48don't go there. Am I making sense?

46:50Somebody else. Ah, God is good. He's

46:52going to heal the sick. Nope. I know

46:55someone that we prayed for. The person

46:57died. My my mother, my auntie had

46:59cancer. We fasted. We applied olive oil,

47:02applied nosa oil, applied the

47:08it didn't work.

47:10Amen. And a lot of people now get angry.

47:13They get angry and they say, "No, God

47:15doesn't heal." Now listen, no matter

47:17what happens in your life, let God be

47:18true

47:20>> and never experience a liar. See, let me

47:22say something to you. You cannot get a

47:27God to help you that you consider to be

47:29your enemy.

47:31You see, if you believe that God is the

47:34one stopping you from getting something

47:35or God maybe has not made up his mind or

47:38maybe God is still trying to make up his

47:40mind, you are not still praying to that

47:41God. You are deceiving yourself. Because

47:43the Bible says, let me tell you why. The

47:46Bible says a doubleminded

47:48man cannot what?

49:36the surface. They always underground. Go

49:38for depth. What what I mean now depth is

49:40not some mystical teaching of God's

49:43word. We we're going to ascend

49:45somewhere. the seven portals of the

49:47seven books of Moses. That's what I'm

49:48talking about. So the lost book of Enoch

49:50when you read that one you will start

49:51seeing madam you will carry familiar

49:53spirits.

49:54That's what I'm talking about. I'm

49:56talking about do you understand the

49:59epistos?

50:01Do you understand God's mind on healing?

50:05Do you understand God's method of

50:08salvation? Do you understand how to

50:11preach the gospel to somebody? Am I

50:12making somebody here? Do you even know

50:14what the gospel is that you are

50:15preaching?

50:18So why do we teach the way we teach?

50:20This is very important. Because number

50:23one,

50:25people always happy when I mention

50:27sanctified

50:30sanctified.

50:32Let's look at that. Somebody with a

50:34melifuous,

50:35sanctimonious,

50:37harmonious,

50:41angelous,

50:43sabinous voice.

50:46Come on. I love this lady. Come on. Yes,

50:49ma'am. This I say therefore and testify

50:51in the Lord that ye forth walk not as

50:53other Gentiles walk in the vanity of

50:55their mind having the understanding

50:57darkened being alienated from the life

50:59of God through the ignorance that is in

51:01them because of the blindness of their

51:03heart.

51:09Lord or from the from the life of God

51:10through what

51:13blind ignorance

51:49that spiritual blindness is what?

51:52Ignorance.

51:54And we know that the reason people don't

51:57walk in the light of God's word because

51:59they can't see it. That's why Paul, not

52:02Paul, David said, "Open my eyes that I

52:07may behold wondrous things out of thy

52:12word." Psalm 119:18. So we know that the

52:16antidote to spiritual blindness is what?

52:18The word of God. The light of God's

52:21word. So anytime you see somebody not

52:23saved, it does not have the light of

52:25God's word. Somebody struggling and

52:27suffering and you know you know you know

52:31you know being beaten and battered by

52:32life, overwhelmed by circumstances.

52:36He doesn't have the light of God's word

52:38in that area.

52:40Make sense to somebody? Okay. Now listen

52:43now. What do we teach? Now, you see

52:46there's a lot of hoopla in our age. This

52:48is hanky panky generation

52:51uh social media, Instagram. We like

52:53short things,

52:56reals,

52:57right? What do you call it?

53:11skits. That's it. So this is a

53:13generation that is not trained for

53:16depth.

53:17Everybody just shallow, shallow,

53:19shallow, shallow. Are you getting what

53:25generation, we like aesthetics. We don't

53:28like roots.

53:32We like

53:36to be first without foundations.

53:41These are the Christians you see they

53:42easily emotionally

53:47fatigued mentally fractured spiritually

53:57emotional

1:02:49real word for destiny in the Bible is

1:02:51actually ministry

1:02:54the real word for destiny is ministry

1:03:00assignment it's not your talent you may

1:03:03know how to play drum because your

1:03:04parents were exposed to music.

1:03:07Now you may now fulfill your ministry

1:03:18you can fulfill your ministry through

1:04:46those are ministries within the church

1:04:48and thank God I'm starting school of the

1:04:50prophets, sons of the prophets on my

1:04:54it's not for everybody. There there are

1:04:56criteria you must refuel to enter that

1:04:58please. It's not for everybody. I I

1:04:59don't want everybody because It's going

1:05:02to be a one-on-one personal mentorship

1:05:04with me for depth in power. So there are

1:05:06things we do. Somebody was asking me the

1:05:09other day about meditation. I said I

1:05:10can't teach it here. You have to be in a

1:05:12personal private forum. We're also going

1:05:15to be teaching you how to use the spirit

1:05:17to navigate finances and um um how to

1:06:43healthy consciousness of ministry. How

1:06:44to fulfill it? Which is my God-given

1:06:46assignment or destiny. Abi Abi. And

1:06:50number three, we need to learn. Why do

1:06:53we need depth in God's word like this?

1:06:54We need to learn how to communicate what

1:06:58we have believed to other people. Now

1:07:01that's not that that is a general. So I

1:07:04didn't want to class on that ministry.

1:07:06You must learn that one. In fact, how

1:07:08you know that you in a good church is

1:07:11that you are actively fulfilling the

1:07:13great commission which is to go out

1:07:15there and make disciples. The moment you

1:07:18are struggling in that assignment, you

1:07:20are probably not find a good church or

1:07:22you are not part of the good church.

1:07:24One of the one of the sweetest

1:07:26testimonies I've heard in recent times

1:07:27is someone that came here for the first

1:07:28time and after his service, he came to

1:07:30meet me. He said, "Pastor, I want to

1:07:31follow you." Which is very good at me.

1:07:33Then after like three weeks, he came

1:07:34again. He said, "Pastor, I want you to

1:07:35teach me something." I said, "What?" He

1:07:37said, "Teach me what dead raisers have."

1:07:39I said, "What do they have?" He said,

1:07:40"I've been around dead raisers and

1:07:42they've preached to people. They give

1:07:44accurate words like you.

1:07:47They speak like you. They they they the

1:07:50way they explain Bible. This someone has

1:07:52been exposed to church said pastor I

1:07:54want that. I said followed

1:08:18I'm influence somebody I'm not saying

1:08:20you even I'm not even saying it's only

1:08:22when you go out with chapel I'm saying

1:08:25You spoke to a family member, you you

1:08:27spoke to a friend in class or a

1:08:33of God just keeps entering and all of a

1:08:35sudden they now asking you which church

1:08:36do you attend? The way you explain am I

1:08:38saying the truth? Yeah. Come and talk to

1:08:39me.

1:08:41Then once you now become part of the

1:08:42church, you now join the chap. It

1:08:44becomes very easy. You just naturally

1:08:45want to influence people for am I making

1:08:48sense to somebody here? Those three

1:08:50things. All right. Now last week Now

1:08:54when we let's go into the message

1:08:55proper. This is the key. Now we've been

1:08:59explaining a lot of things especially in

1:09:00the area of how to defend and how to

1:09:04preach the gospel. Now you see

1:09:22Because my mind is the door. My mind is

1:09:34Now when I use natural day, I use it as

1:09:36a general term to refer to how I

1:09:40interact with God. Now if my mind is

1:09:44mentally tired, emotionally fatigued,

1:09:49spiritually fractured,

1:09:52if you notice, you will struggle to

1:09:54pray. You will struggle to even

1:09:58do your God-given assignment.

1:10:02That's why we need to learn how to

1:10:05defend the gospel first for our minds

1:10:09and then to answer the contradictions in

1:10:11the hearts of men. I hope you understand

1:10:14me. Very good. That means let me let me

1:10:16say this. Notice that when you talk

1:10:18about something, you learn about it

1:10:20more.

1:10:22That's why Christians that preach are

1:10:25always more solid

1:10:27in their faith

1:10:30because when I teach something I learn

1:10:32it twice a when you're ready for exam if

1:10:35you teach it you become more

1:10:36knowledgeable in the subject.

1:10:39Now the beautiful thing about

1:10:40Christianity is that Christianity is

1:10:41practical. So the more I for example the

1:11:39the Christian faith.

1:11:41My view of Jesus is the most

1:11:43consequential factor. So when Jesus said

1:11:47what do men say that I am? Some said

1:11:48Elijah. Some said Jeremiah. Some said

1:11:51you see and these men have been hanging

1:11:52with Jesus for a long time. They didn't

1:11:54even know who he was. Then he looked at

1:11:55Peter said who said who do you say that

1:11:57I am? Peter said you are the Christ. And

1:11:59Jesus said flesh and blood has not

1:12:01revealed you to my father in heaven.

1:12:03That tells you that you can't know God

1:12:07without revelation knowledge. Are you

1:12:08paying attention now? The revelation

1:12:11knowledge is now what has been written

1:12:14down for us in these scriptures. Are you

1:12:16here? That's why the Bible says the

1:12:18scriptures were given by the inspiration

1:12:21of God. So they came as revelation. Are

1:12:24you paying attention? Now I've had

1:12:26people ask me questions like pastor

1:12:28what's the remma inside the word? I said

1:12:30there's no remma. I said the word is

1:12:33already a remma.

1:12:35Bible says remma is just Greek for

1:12:37spoken word. It was the spoken word that

1:12:39became the written word. Bible says holy

1:12:42men spoke as they were moved by the Holy

1:12:44Ghost. Second Peter 1:20.

1:12:47Are you paying attention? Okay. People

1:12:50ask that question a lot. Now I've also

1:12:51said that um

1:12:54um

1:12:58I cannot understand this word.

1:13:03without

1:13:06knowing what is called

1:13:10how to interpret the Bible or what some

1:13:13people call systematic theology. Now

1:13:21word? Because remember our faith is in

1:13:28The Bible verses don't matter. It means

1:13:30I have I've probably made a shipwreck of

1:13:42So if I say all this all this talk, all

1:13:44this talk talk is too much. What what do

1:13:47I call that?

1:13:49All this talk is doesn't matter. All

1:13:51this Greek word don't matter. They

1:13:52matter how because our faith is in

1:13:55words. Are you here? Good. Now this is

1:13:58the Bible.

1:14:00This is the word of God but not the word

1:14:03of God.

1:14:04Now let me explain before you kill me.

1:14:08This Bible cannot be the word of God

1:14:10because God did not speak it from his

1:14:13mouth. God spoke it truly but it was men

1:14:17that communicated it just like God

1:14:20speaks to me every day to you.

1:14:23Now God will use my language

1:14:27to speak his word.

1:14:30That means listen carefully that means

1:14:34there is no way I can understand this

1:14:36Bible which is God's word communicated

1:14:39in human language without understanding

1:14:42human context.

1:14:45Is that not so? Just like how many of

1:14:47you have ever read P English Bible

1:14:49before? Was the Bible written in P

1:14:51English? Somebody took the Bible was

1:14:54guess what? Bible was not written in

1:14:55English too. Is that awesome? It was not

1:14:58even written in Latin itself. Somebody

1:15:01took a language and translated it to

1:15:05that language. Now like you and I know

1:15:09languages don't mean the same thing

1:15:10everywhere.

1:15:12For example, the man kicked the bucket.

1:15:16What is that?

1:15:17The man died. Now if you did not know

1:15:20that that was English idom would you

1:15:21have like that would you not have just

1:15:23imagine that somebody just kick pockets

1:15:26it's your cup of tea you would have

1:15:29thought that that refer to a literal cup

1:15:31of tea but you know that there's a way

1:15:33English people use it's your cup of tea

1:15:36that makes it look like on your own

1:16:23explain the Bible using the geographical

1:16:25just like for example I'm a Nigerian if

1:16:27I say my G. The only way somebody

1:16:30elsewhere can understand it is to tell

1:16:31the person that this is a Nigerian and

1:16:33in Nigeria this how they speak is that

1:16:35they say my G. Very good. So using the

1:16:38geographical the historical so

1:16:41historical what's the historical context
