0:00Assalam alkoum warahmatullahi
0:02wabarakatuh . Welcome to this new
0:04episode of Muslim Preneuse . I'm Alima
0:06and today we're going to talk about
0:08something that's probably eating away
0:09at you . Balance . Not just generic
0:12balance , but rather the balance between
0:13two things that seem to be in constant
0:15competition , your studies and your life
0:17. My sister , if you wake up in the
0:19morning and you're trying to combine
0:21classes , homework , exam revision ,
0:23religious obligations , maybe your job
0:25on the side , maybe even a social life
0:26too , and you're thinking , " How do you
0:28do all this without going crazy ? " Well ,
0:31you've come to the right place because
0:32it's true that it's a lot . But here's
0:34what no one tells you . It's not about
0:36being a superwoman . It's about a system
0:39and I'm going to teach you exactly that
0:41system today . Not some vague theory or
0:43anything . Now we'll look at the
0:45practical , things you can apply
0:46starting tomorrow . So that's what we're
0:48going to explore . First , why do you
0:50always feel like you're behind ? And
0:52it's not necessarily what you think .
0:53Second , what the Quran really says
0:55about balance . We'll also look at how
0:58true Muslim women , those who excel in
1:00this area of balance , do it , what their
1:02secrets are . We'll also look at a
1:05four-pillar system that will change
1:07your entire perspective . Finally , we'll
1:10look at how to implement it in your
1:12life starting this week . So take a
1:15breath because after this episode ,
1:17you'll finally feel like it's possible .
1:19First , we'll look at why you always
1:21feel like you're behind . The trap
1:23you're being put in starts with a truth
1:24that no one dares to tell . You've been
1:27lied to . You were told that there is a
1:29perfect balance , like a balance , you
1:31know , 50 , you spend 8 hours studying , 8
1:33hours doing more spiritual work and so
1:35on and 8 hours sleeping . In fact ,
1:37that's what works in books . In reality ,
1:39it doesn't work like that at all . And I
1:41think you understood it well . And in
1:42fact , that's why you always feel guilty
1:44. If you do your homework , you'll tell
1:46yourself , " I should study the Quran
1:48instead . " If you do zucchini , you'll
1:51have to tell yourself , I'd be better
1:52off finishing , I don't know , revising
1:54for my exam . And in fact , it's going to
1:57be a perpetual guilt as if you never
1:59did enough on one side or the other .
2:01And what happens then is that you start
2:03sacrificing both sides , and that's
2:05really not at all what we're looking
2:07for . You just do your homework without
2:09really concentrating , just to finish it
2:11, and then you just do your prayers in
2:13a rush , without presence of mind ,
2:14without presence of heart , and so on .
2:17And then you feel a horrible sensation
2:19like : " Well , actually , I'm useless
2:21because , on the one hand , I can't
2:22concentrate fully on my studies , on the
2:24other hand , I can't concentrate fully
2:26on my religion , and well , you're
2:27panicking because of that . " Except that
2:30the real problem is not that you have
2:32too much to do , it's that you don't
2:34know why you're doing it . Because if
2:36you're just studying because you have
2:37to get a degree , because that's what
2:39society expects , because that's what
2:41you have to do , then yes , it's going to
2:42become a chore . But if you know why you
2:45study , telling yourself that Allah
2:47created your brain to learn , that you
2:49are going to use it and that you are
2:50going to use the knowledge that you
2:52acquire to serve your community , your
2:54studies will transform into what ? Into
2:57a form of worship , a form of ibada . And
2:59remember , and in fact we often forget
3:01that , you see , we forget this system
3:03and suddenly it changes everything .
3:05There you have it , it will change your
3:06whole life . Okay , you will feel much
3:09more aligned with your project . And in
3:12fact , that is the secret . Balance does
3:14not exist . Alignment , however , does
3:16exist . And in fact , that is when we
3:19realize that the system that we are
3:21taught is that we must balance the
3:22different areas of our life . But that
3:24is false . It is like saying , well , it
3:26is as if I were to tell you , you are
3:28going to have to balance your digestion
3:30with your breathing . Uh , but actually ,
3:32no , they are not two different things .
3:34It is a system that works together . And
3:37well , it is the same for your studies
3:39and your deen . They are not two
3:40different things to balance . It is one
3:43thing , it is your development as a
3:44Muslim who learns , who evolves and who
3:46uses her brain like an amana . And once
3:50you accept that , the balance comes , it
3:52comes naturally in the end because
3:54these two things , learning and deen ,
3:56will both serve the same purpose , quite
3:58simply . There you have it . Now , uh , we
4:01are going to see something that many
4:03people do not realize , which is that
4:05the Quran speaks of balance , and not
4:07poetically , but rather scientifically
4:08and even spiritually . In Surah Al-Qasas
4:11, verse 77 , Allahhanah wa taala says
4:14that Allah has given you the Hereafter
4:16and do not forget your portion in this
4:18life . So if you read that again , Allah
4:21says seek the hereafter , so Akira , but
4:23don't forget your part in this life , so
4:25it's not accidental , huh ? Allah knows
4:27very well what he tells us and
4:29everything is thought out and every
4:30word is considered . And I find that
4:32incredible . And what's also interesting
4:35is to think that the prophet Salah
4:38alayhi waam , uh , he was a student of
4:40the Quran with Jibril alayhi salam and
4:43ultimately he also had his life on the
4:45side . He also managed his work , his
4:48company , his family , uh , well , the
4:51society that he was creating , the
4:53Muslim society . And yet , he did both .
4:56He didn't do one after the other , he
4:57did both on a daily basis . And in fact ,
4:59there is wisdom in both , quite simply .
5:02So in fact , we have to understand that
5:03our studies are not opposed to our G-d .
5:06They are part of our G-d if we do them
5:08with the right intention , quite simply .
5:10So what does this mean in concrete
5:12terms ? When you study , for example ,
5:14with the intention of learning to
5:16better understand Allah and his world ,
5:18well , it becomes worship . When you
5:20learn math , science , languages with
5:22this intention , it is worship . When you
5:24pray with awareness and approach your
5:27everyday life with this awareness , you
5:29see , you study too . In fact , the two
5:31are not in competition , they are rather
5:33complementary . And there are many
5:35people before us who understood this
5:37before us , the Muslims who built the
5:39greatest Islamic civilization in the
5:41world . For example , El Razali , he was
5:44both a scholar of the Quran and a
5:46scientific thinker . Ibn Sina , he was a
5:48doctor , a philosopher and a religious
5:51scholar , you see . Finally , he did
5:54things that were both in the field of
5:56learning , in the field of evolution and
5:58in this spiritual field because in fact
6:00, he did not see two things as two ; He
6:03saw it as , for example , their studies
6:05as a way to deepen their understanding
6:07of Allah or their worship as a
6:09motivation for their studies . And in
6:11fact , it's just , in the end , it's just
6:13a cycle and it's not two , it's not , for
6:15example , a scale where you're going to
6:17put two things next to each other and
6:19you have to find a balance . No , it's a
6:21cycle . One needs the other to move
6:23forward . That's it . We could stop the
6:25podcast episode right now . That's not
6:27what we're going to do , but I think
6:29that in reality we've said everything
6:30that needs to be said . Okay , now we're
6:32going to look a little bit at what's
6:34interesting in terms of modern science
6:36because in fact modern science confirms
6:37what the Quran has always said . Is that
6:40surprising ? No , not at all . But we're
6:42going to look into it anyway .
6:43Researchers have studied people who are
6:44truly successful . So academically ,
6:46spiritually , emotionally , and so on ,
6:48they found something . Those who
6:50integrate their value into everything
6:52they do perform better . Students who
6:54see their studies as a form of worship
6:56have more intrinsic motivation . So they
6:58study more , they retain more , they do
7:00better . It's not reading the Quran
7:03that's going to slow them down , it's
7:04what's going to propel them . Reading ,
7:06excuse me , the Quran that's going to
7:08slow them down , it's what's going to
7:09propel them . Why ? Because in fact , the
7:11human brain works better when there's
7:12coherence , when everything is going in
7:14the same direction . And I think you
7:16know this yourself : when you study and
7:18you have a real goal behind your
7:20studies , behind your reflection , well ,
7:22you realize that in the end it goes
7:24much faster and it works much better .
7:26Because you know why , in fact ; you know
7:27why you're here : it's your why . You
7:29just have to find your why . For example
7:31, if you are , I don't know , you
7:33fragment your whole life a little bit .
7:35For example , you're going to tell
7:37yourself , " Well , I'm studying on one
7:39side , okay , I'm Muslim on the other . "
7:40Well , that's not possible . Your brain
7:42is going to say , " But we're
7:44dissociating , what's going on ? " But if
7:46you become aligned and tell yourself
7:47that your studies , for example , are an
7:49expression of your faith , well , then
7:50it's going to be much easier . In fact ,
7:52it seems counterintuitive , but it's the
7:55simplest thing . First of all , it's the
7:58easiest thing to do , and secondly , it's
7:59the one that works best . So let's go .
8:01And there's something else too , which
8:03is that most people who feel overworked
8:05, it's not necessarily because they're
8:06doing too much , it's because they're
8:08doing too many things that don't align .
8:10And I know that I have encountered this
8:12often in my life , and I know that ,
8:14recently , I have finally managed to
8:16find this balance , because in fact ,
8:18since I understood that everything I do
8:20, it just has to have the same purpose ,
8:22so the same meaning in the end : to
8:24worship Allah and please my Lord . From
8:27that moment on , everything becomes
8:29simpler . Very simple , really everything
8:31becomes simpler , that's all . Okay , now ,
8:34I'm going to give you the concrete
8:35system because as we said in the
8:37introduction , we're going to look a
8:38little at the system with the four
8:39pillars and so on . What I suggest you
8:42do , as usual , is to take a small
8:43notebook , to be able to write things
8:45down . So , I hope that you write things
8:47down each time at the episode level and
8:49so on because I think that these are
8:50things that can be useful to you on a
8:52daily basis and not just the day you
8:53listen to the podcast episode . So , you
8:56will be able to start taking notes and
8:57these are pillars that you will be able
8:59to put in place starting this week ,
9:00inshallah . Pillar number 1 will be the
9:03unified intention . Okay ? So before
9:06starting your week , you will try to
9:07write down an intention , not for
9:09example , I will study and I will pray ,
9:11but rather an intention that will unify
9:13the two aspects of your life that
9:15usually oppose each other , so to speak .
9:17If I give you an example , it could be
9:18to write this week , I will study to
9:20better understand Allah's universe and
9:22to be able to serve my community with
9:24knowledge . So each hour of study will
9:26be an hour of worship . Okay ? Or if for
9:28example , I don't know , if it's almost
9:30December and you are studying for your
9:32exams , this week , I am preparing for my
9:34exams because Allah gave me this brain .
9:36I want to be worthy of it . My studies
9:38are a way of thanking Allah Shhanah wa
9:40Taala for this gift . You see , in fact ,
9:43it's not just an affirmation , you see ,
9:45it's going to be a deep intention that
9:47you're going to put in place to finally
9:49remind yourself why you're doing this ,
9:51why you're doing this in the depths of
9:53your soul . And you're going to write it
9:55down in your journal , in your notebook ,
9:56on your phone , your computer , in short ,
9:57you do whatever you want . And the goal
9:59is to reread it every morning because
10:01your brain tends to forget why you're
10:03doing things and without the why ,
10:04without the why , well in fact , it just
10:06becomes a chore . With the for , with the
10:09why , well it will be a mission . Maybe
10:11you won't be as motivated to do it , but
10:13in any case , you'll respect what you're
10:14going to do more because it's a mission
10:16and you know why you're doing it . And
10:18here is pillar number 2 , which is
10:20somewhat about managing your time . Not
10:22balancing your time , but rather
10:24organizing it . So , you forget about the
10:255050 balance or the 2 hours of Quran ,
10:27so 2 hours of study . No , you're going
10:30to organize your week a bit like this .
10:33You're going to have a non-negotiable
10:35block , OK ? With your 45 minutes or so
10:38per day with your prayers on time and
10:41your Quran from your daily Quran
10:43reading that you usually do . OK ? Your
10:46daily schedule is going to be your
10:48anchor . These things are impossible to
10:51remove , okay ? If you can do that every
10:54day , then you're stable . So you're
10:56really going to have to make that a
10:59priority . Then , you're going to add
11:01your study block and that will vary
11:03according to your needs . Of course , if
11:05we're on vacation , if it's midterms , if
11:08it's revision , if it's back to school ,
11:10etc. And then , you're going to put all
11:12your academic study in there . So the
11:14idea isn't to tell you , " I'm going to
11:16work for 3 hours . " No , it's more like
11:18saying , " I need to understand this on
11:19Monday . " " I need to do these exercises
11:22on Wednesday . " " I need to review this
11:24concept on Friday . " In fact , these are
11:27specific assignments with concrete
11:29tasks , not just 30 minutes of revision
11:31because maybe you'll only need 17
11:33minutes for this task , or maybe you'll
11:35need 2 hours for another task . And by
11:39setting yourself a block of time ,
11:40you'll end up blocking yourself in that
11:43time and you might put yourself under
11:45unnecessary pressure . What I can advise
11:48you to do for this block of work is to
11:50add the Pomodoro method to your work .
11:54That will allow you to concentrate for
11:57as long as your brain has the capacity
11:59to do it , and to take the necessary
12:02breaks when needed . There you have it .
12:05And then , you can add other concepts .
12:08Let's say that I don't know , studies
12:10don't take up all your time . You can
12:11add the reading block or the personal
12:13reflection block or the educational
12:16podcast block , for example , and so on ,
12:18because that way , it will allow you to
12:20see learning not only through school
12:22and school , and therefore through the
12:24obligation , the obligation , but also
12:26through concepts that you will be able
12:28to continue to do , things that you will
12:31be able to continue to do when you are
12:33no longer studying . I'm speaking for
12:35example of my case . I know that I still
12:37study many things on a daily basis , but
12:40I haven't been in a course of study for
12:42several years , but I still remain a
12:45student of life . That's what I call it .
12:47I am a student of life , I love learning
12:49and that's how you will succeed in
12:51building a thirst for learning while
12:54maintaining this balance . And finally ,
12:57you're going to add the life blog , so
12:58your time with your family , leisure ,
13:00your sport , well-being and so on .
13:02Because that's also important because a
13:04rested mind and body , well that's great
13:06, it's much better for studies . So , the
13:08third pillar is going to be the
13:10priority system . What you're going to
13:14do is , instead of thinking about " I
13:15need to do everything equally " , you're
13:17going to think in phases , in stages .
13:20For example , over a month , your week
13:22one is going to be a heavy focus on
13:24your studies because you have a
13:25deadline right after , you have an exam
13:27coming up . So , you will increase your
13:30study hours and reduce the spiritual
13:33learning side and so on , or the leisure
13:36time where you went out , for example .
13:41And then the following week , well , the
13:43exams are over . So you're going to find
13:46your balance , so you're going to get
13:48back to normal , but you can also tell
13:49yourself that you're going to make up a
13:51little bit of time for your spiritual
13:53learning that you were doing , or rather
13:55that you switched to , let's say ,
13:56studies because you needed to learn
13:58more . Maybe you can tell yourself , well
14:00, at that point I'm going to do a
14:02little bit of catching up because I've
14:03read less of the Quran and I'd like to
14:04get back to my level , so you're going
14:05to read a little bit more . There you go
14:07. And the following week , well , I don't
14:08know if you're going to say to yourself
14:10, " Well , there you go , I've done all
14:11that , now I'm going to really deepen my
14:12spiritual knowledge . " And because
14:14studies are during the holidays and
14:15that's pretty chill , you don't
14:17necessarily have much to learn , well
14:19you're going to take more time for your
14:20personal growth than for your academic
14:22and therefore more intellectual growth .
14:25So you can tell yourself that you're
14:27doing a personal project , etc. Finally ,
14:29in fact , it's a system that works , it's
14:30a virtuous cycle and from the moment
14:32you understand this system and you
14:34manage to balance it , you'll understand
14:36everything and you won't need to have
14:37this pressure on a daily basis anymore .
14:42And besides , if for example , you have a
14:43week where it's a bit heavier on
14:44studies and the following week you
14:46compensate and so on , well that's OK ,
14:47that's very good , that's how you have
14:49to do it . Here , the 4th pillar is going
14:52to be the rituals that will connect you
14:55. So what you can do is create rituals
14:56of connection that will ensure that
14:58your studies are never separated from
14:59your dignity . For example , before
15:02studying or before exams , you can make
15:06an invocation . A supplication , you ask
15:08Allah precisely to help you learn and
15:10to always keep the right intention or
15:12to help you make your exam a success so
15:15that you can always worship Him in the
15:17best possible way , and so on and so
15:19forth . There you have it , it's a small
15:21supplication , it's not huge but it's
15:23intentional and it allows you to anchor
15:25the intention in what you're going to
15:27do next . While you're studying , for
15:29example , you can say that as soon as
15:31you find something impressive , so
15:32something , a concept that you're going
15:34to learn about the brain , for example ,
15:35or a concept that you're going to learn
15:37about human behavior , or a concept that
15:38you're going to learn about the
15:40inventions that humans make through the
15:41brain that Allah has given us , and so
15:43on and so forth . Well , you can say
15:46Allah and always keep these little
15:48things , always keep this zre , always
15:50keep it constant and not forget it
15:52according to the ps of your life and
15:54especially your studies . And maybe you
15:58can tell yourself that once a week or
16:01once a month , depending on your time
16:03and your schedule , you can try to tell
16:05yourself that you're going to do a
16:07little targeted reflection on a topic ,
16:10well , targeted ultimately , on how to
16:12organize yourself , uh , on a religious
16:15topic and try to do , for example , I
16:17don't know if you're used to writing
16:19essays at school , well , write an essay
16:22on a topic that you learned about , I
16:24don't know , in a mosque dynasty or on
16:28an article that you read or a verse or
16:31a hadith that you read , and so on . So
16:34that could be a good idea . Okay , now
16:36that you understand a little bit about
16:38all that , uh , I'm not going to lie to
16:39you , there will certainly be challenges
16:41. This system works , but like
16:44everything in life and like all the
16:46things that I can advise you on a daily
16:48basis , well sometimes there are little
16:50ups and downs , that's normal . So if you
16:53encounter certain challenges , such as
16:55telling yourself , “ I’m too tired ,
16:57” the thing is that if you feel too
16:59tired , it’s because you’re doing
17:01things without intention . This may
17:03involve double the cognitive work and
17:05therefore tire you out even more . So
17:08the solution could be to start small ,
17:10so don’t necessarily set yourself big
17:12goals , and don’t forget that quality
17:15takes precedence over quantity . Okay ?
17:17And most importantly , make sure you get
17:19enough sleep , because sleep is also a
17:21religious act . So Allah wants us to
17:23rest , and we need it anyway to be able
17:26to perform on a daily basis . And by the
17:30way , a good night’s sleep is better
17:32for your studies and your work than
17:34staying up feeling guilty and
17:35ultimately not being productive or even
17:37managing to do all that . You can also
17:39tell yourself that maybe I don’t know
17:41, you say to yourself , “ Yes , my
17:42friends , my family , etc. , are asking me
17:44for time , how am I going to do it ? ”
17:45But the reality is that you tell
17:47yourself , well , people will think
17:49you're selfish if you say no . That's
17:51what I think we all tell ourselves
17:53anyway . But what we really need to tell
17:58ourselves is , are we just going to have
17:59to be honest with ourselves ? I have a
18:03system this week , I'll remind you this
18:04weekend , for now I have a schedule , I
18:06have a plan , I'm busy . That's it . And
18:09real friends , real family , etc. , will
18:11support this . There's no problem . As
18:13long as this is something that has a
18:15cycle and you don't forget parts of the
18:17categories in your cycle , especially
18:19family , there won't be any problems
18:20with that . But really , there won't be
18:23any problems and everyone will be able
18:25to focus on that . Okay , now that we've
18:28seen a little bit of all that , yes ,
18:30there may be periods that are going to
18:31be more intense , especially with exams .
18:34So , the exams aren't coming up yet at
18:35the time I'm publishing this video .
18:37It's still early in the year , but it
18:39could happen . And so , in that case ,
18:41you're going to use the priority system
18:43that we've seen , which actually works
18:44and that's it . During an exam , you're
18:46going to increase your studies , you're
18:48going to reduce your development a
18:49little , you're going to — well ,
18:50spiritual development — you're going to
18:52reduce your family aspect and so on .
18:54But you have to always keep this
18:56foundation , so your prayer , your Quran ,
18:57your duas , and so on , because in fact ,
18:59that's what's going to hold you through
19:01the intense times . It's like an anchor ,
19:03and the less you have other things that
19:05are stable , the more you have to have
19:06this anchor there . Okay , now we've
19:08talked about theory . We've talked a
19:10little bit about practice and so on ,
19:12now we're going to take action . Okay ?
19:14So I'm going to tell you exactly what
19:16to do this week . Let's say it's Monday .
19:20It's Monday , normally , the day I'm
19:22posting this video . So today , you'll
19:24write down your intention as we said at
19:27the start . Don't say I'm going to work
19:29for 3 hours , it's more like why I'm
19:31actually doing it . Okay ? So you write
19:33down your intention . Then , step number
19:352 , you're going to draw out your week
19:37according to the four blocks that we've
19:39seen . So your foundation , studies ,
19:41development and so on and so forth . And
19:43this is just a guide , okay ? It doesn't
19:45have to be perfect . You don't
19:47necessarily have to follow , to the
19:48minute or the second , how you organize
19:50it , but it will be a bit of a guide for
19:51you . Then , over the next few days ,
19:54you're going to implement all of this .
19:56Every morning , you're going to do 5
19:58minutes of reading and meditating on
20:00your intention . Then , you're going to
20:02look at your foundation block , so your
20:04prayer , your Quran , the doas , etc.
20:06You're going to keep them in your daily
20:08routine without ever removing them . And
20:10then , you're going to focus on your
20:12study time , so your studies with , for
20:13example , your connection rituals . So
20:15maybe your little doa just before , the
20:17little subhanallah , which you're going
20:19to try to pronounce every time you're
20:21impressed by something , etc. , etc. And
20:23the rest of the day , you're going to
20:25dedicate it to the development block ,
20:27to the family block , to your social
20:29life , etc. , depending on the day , how
20:31you feel , how you've progressed . And at
20:33the week's end , you will reflect a
20:35little bit . So either you choose
20:36Saturday or Sunday evening , depending
20:37on how you want to , and you're going to
20:39write down your academic progress in a
20:40journal . So , maybe things that you have
20:42learned , your spiritual progress , uh ,
20:44things that you have also learned ,
20:46moments when you felt close to Allah ,
20:47and so on , or simply a moment when you
20:49managed to read the Quran , even if it
20:50was just one verse , because maybe you
20:52didn't have enough time or you couldn't
20:54concentrate , you couldn't do it but you
20:56still went for it and you put your all
20:57into it and you succeeded . Alhamdillah .
21:00There you go . And maybe you can also
21:02try to write down a little bit how
21:04these two breads of your life connected
21:06with each other and what you would
21:07perhaps adjust for next week because
21:09it's never perfect and we can always do
21:10better . In reality , you're going to
21:12take these few minutes , about ten to
21:14fifteen minutes maximum . It's not much
21:16but it's powerful . It will help you
21:17move forward in this . And the following
21:19week , you're going to adjust . Each week
21:21, you're going to adjust a little bit
21:22more . If you have more study time
21:24before an exam , well , okay , you add
21:26that . Uh , when you feel spiritually
21:28disconnected , you're going to add 10
21:29minutes of the Quran and so on and so
21:31forth . In fact , it's a system that's
21:33going to be alive , that's going to be
21:34constantly , constantly , constantly
21:35running . It's not going to be rigid at
21:37all . So there you have it . Okay , before
21:39we finish now , here are the key points .
21:40Here's what you need to remember . If
21:42you weren't very focused during the
21:43entire podcast episode , focus on these
21:45few seconds and you'll see that it
21:47should be enough for you . In any case ,
21:49although you can go much further by
21:50listening to the episode again . First
21:52of all , balance doesn't exist . We're
21:54looking for alignment . Don't think
21:55about 5050. Instead , think about a
21:57single direction , a single guiding
21:59intention that will allow you to always
22:01move towards the same mission . Secondly
22:03, your studies and your life are not in
22:05competition . If you do your studies
22:07with the right intention , well , in fact
22:09, it is a form of worship , just as you
22:10would make your supplications and so on
22:12. Thirdly , the Quran and the examples
22:15of Muslim sages confirm this for us .
22:17You can be academically excellent , for
22:21example , and also spiritually profound
22:24and also a student in a field . That's
22:27not a problem . Fourthly , your intention
22:28changes everything . The same hour of
22:30study can be a chore or a form of
22:32worship . It is your intention that will
22:33decide , and that is why we are going to
22:35try to work on our intention on a daily
22:36basis . Next , we have seen the little
22:39system with the four pillars . So I will
22:41let you review that . And if I can add
22:44one little thing , it is that you have
22:46to be patient with yourself . Here , you
22:48are building a system , okay ? So it will
22:50take several weeks , it may take several
22:52months . Don't think that tomorrow you
22:54will have a system that will be built
22:56and that will work without any effort .
22:58Sure , it can work tomorrow , but you
23:00will have to put a lot of effort into
23:02it and above all , focus and discipline
23:04into all of this , quite simply . That's
23:06really the goal . Before I leave you , I
23:09would just like you to remember one
23:11thing . You should not choose between
23:13being academically excellent and being
23:16a deeply rooted Muslim ; that is a false
23:19choice . The real choice is to be one
23:21person and to be aligned towards this
23:23goal of getting as close to Allah as
23:25possible on a daily basis through
23:26certain things , especially studies .
23:29Once you are aligned with that , you
23:31will see that everything will work
23:33better , okay ? Because you will no
23:35longer be at internal war . Thanks for
23:37listening to this new Muslim Preneuse
