1:03coach we've always believed in him um
1:07when we appointed him as the under 19
1:09coach we saw that his team had style he
1:13saw that the team had Vision we had a
1:15long discussion with him about uh how he
1:18believes he should create uh a
1:20foundation for a football team and we
1:23liked what we heard we believed in him
1:25and then ever since then we asked him to
1:27take over the first team and we knew
1:30uh as long as we support him up and down
1:33whether we stay up we go down we will
1:35always stay with him we believe in his
1:38uh Vision yeah are you trying to
1:40introduce something new in the Italian
1:42football no because I know nothing about
1:44Italian football no I'm not trying to
1:47introduce anything new we're just trying
1:48to do what we think is right for our
1:50club we are a small club in a small town
1:52we're just trying to do what we believe
1:55will resonate with our fans and
1:57community and also with the w because so
2:00far it seems working we have uh I think
2:04now 40% of our ticketing is uh revenue
2:07is now generated from overseas from
2:10Germany from the UK so it seems we're
2:12doing something right it's the same with
2:14our merchandising we are growing faster
2:17and
2:18faster uh and it's not just from Italy
2:20but also from outside of Italy how about
2:22the stadium uh would you tell us the
2:24steps that you're going through to build
2:27a new one I think you should tell me the
2:29steps y country I'm just following I'm
2:31just following whatever the regulation
2:33says plan I mean um we are trying to
2:35work with the community uh and and
2:38everybody else that has uh how do you
2:40call it an interest within the city we
2:43were told we have to create something
2:45together uh for the city so it's not
2:48just a stadium for the football team but
2:51it is a facility that can be enjoyed by
2:52the community and also the population of
2:55ko and I think it is unique uh an
2:57opportunity because for us it is a
2:59Stadium that's located in a tourism uh
3:02hotbed as you say so it has the
3:05potential to actually operate 365 days a
3:09year and opening employment for the
3:12population hopefully making people more
3:15prosperous and hopefully providing a lot
3:17more jobs and uh how do you call it
3:21facilities for the community you I ask
3:23about Nik paath because he's the one
3:26young player and it's you madri about
3:30in the same as no only few matches and
3:36he like it's like a St he's a great
3:39player he's done well he's young he's a
3:41player that CES believed in CES as came
3:44to us
3:45to when we had the opportunity to grab
3:47him we looked at the data we always we
3:50are very very much data Centric in terms
3:53of our approach he was he was very very
3:55good so we committed to him and we're
3:57very happy that he's doing very well
3:59obviously how is the situation with with
4:02n uh the situation is the same they own
4:0450% of his rights it's still very much
4:07uh how we call it we don't like to think
4:10too far we just enjoy the moment as we
4:12have right now he's with us uh I hope he
4:15grows with us I think he's happy with us
4:18and hopefully Madrid is happy that uh he
4:21they have a player that's growing very
4:22very well the step from Ser B to S if
4:26not hay what's your goals for this
4:28season and your secret
4:31uh our goal is just to survive we we're
4:34happy we're enjoying our time in in Sia
4:37every day every week we're just uh how
4:40do you call it we're feeling very very
4:42lucky we don't have a secret we we pray
