0:00Without further ado, let us go to the

0:03reigning defending UFC flyweight

0:05champion. The man who looked absolutely

0:07sensational on Saturday in the main

0:09event of UFC 331.

0:11What a fight. Golly, what a fight. Uh,

0:13second youngest champion in UFC history.

0:15He's now won eight fights in a row. Uh,

0:17he's defended the title twice. He can't

0:19take anything away from Joshua Van, the

0:21pride of Myanmar and Houston. Kind

0:23enough to join us. Hey Josh, how are

0:24you? Congratulations my man.

0:27>> I'm good man. How you doing? I'm doing

0:29great. Uh God, I I had to watch the

0:31fight again this morning because I was

0:33just so blown away by what you guys did

0:35out there. And to be honest, I was

0:38saying this at the top of the show. I

0:39feel like if you were to show someone

0:41why do you love MMA and what makes MMA

0:44so special, you show them this fight

0:46because of the way you guys mixed

0:47everything. We saw punches, we saw

0:49combos, we saw leg kicks, body kicks,

0:52knees, takedowns, submissions. This to

0:54me was a masterclass in what makes MMA

0:56so beautiful. Do you agree? Yeah.

0:59>> Yes sir. For sure man. Like is one of

1:01the great you know and uh it was I was

1:05very grateful to be in a cage with him

1:07you know in the octagon with him and

1:09test myself against him.

1:10>> Are you happy with your performance?

1:13>> No not really. Uh I thought you know I

1:17get hit too much man. I could have done

1:20a lot better but uh you know we take we

1:22take the result for now and then we get

1:24better from there.

1:25>> Why do you think you got hit so much?

1:28Well, composure style is not something

1:32you can really time, you know what I

1:34mean? So, I think

1:38my

1:39I don't know. My preparation wasn't the

1:41best preparation either. So, you know

1:43what I mean? Uh, we're just going to get

1:45better next fight.

1:46>> Okay. So, I want to get to that in a

1:47moment. But you say that his style is

1:49not something that is easy to time. My

1:52man, you were catching his punches.

1:54Like, I've never seen this before. You

1:56were literally catching his punches. Do

1:58you do that often? Look at this right

1:59here. You know this. You know you did

2:01this, right? You were literally catching

2:02his arm.

2:04>> Yeah. Um Yeah. That's you know that's

2:07that's instinct. But it's it's like

2:10pentoia is so weird because his fighting

2:12style is

2:14I don't know. It's not uh how you say

2:16it. It's orthodox. Right.

2:19>> Yeah. It's so unorthodox that like it's

2:22hard to really time them. You know what

2:24I because he just throw it from

2:26everywhere else and you don't know when

2:28he gonna throw it. So, it's like it's

2:30hard to you know time.

2:32>> Last time he caught his kick, that's

2:33time he caught his punch.

2:35>> That is right. Who's that by the way?

2:36Who's speaking?

2:37>> That's my striking coach.

2:39>> Oh, what's up? Well, congratulations to

2:40you as well. Is that Who is that? Is

2:42that Daniel Paneeda?

2:43>> Frank.

2:44>> Oh, both of them are here. Daniela and

2:47this is Frank.

2:48>> What's up, Frank? How are you?

2:49Congratulations.

2:50>> What's up, buddy? Thank you, man. Thank

2:52you.

2:52>> I love it. Um, okay. Well, well, what

2:55about those? So, so do you do that in

2:56training as well? Do you catch people's

2:59punches when you're sparring in camp?

3:02>> Well, sometime, you know, uh sometime I

3:05just catch it, sometime I just slip it.

3:07But yeah.

3:09>> Yeah, we see people slipping. We see

3:11parrying. I've never quite seen someone

3:12catching the arm. Insane. Um can I talk

3:15to you about the the shoulder? You

3:17revealed in the postfight press

3:18conference that you you tore your AC

3:21joint in your shoulder. Which shoulder

3:22was it? Yeah.

3:24>> Uh the right shoulder.

3:25>> Okay. And how did that happen?

3:28>> Well, uh you know, we had the press

3:30conference in Philly.

3:32>> Yeah. Uh and then when I came back to

3:34Houston and you know trying to start my

3:37training, we did uh wrestling and you

3:40know I was I fall on my right shoulder

3:43and

3:45we we thought it was just like you know

3:46a minor injury. But then the next day I

3:50woke up I just can't I can't even lift

3:52my arm and stuff like that. So we went

3:56we you know we noticed the UFC and then

3:58they sent us the you know the MRIs and

4:01all that stuff.

4:02And it was a AC joint.

4:04>> Damn. Do you need surgery on something

4:06like that?

4:08>> Uh I don't think so, man. Uh you know,

4:10they the UFC doing the best they can to

4:12treat me before the fight and and now

4:15after the fight, you know, when I go

4:17back to Houston, uh we going to continue

4:20the treatment and see how it go from

4:21there.

4:22>> So that press conference in Philly, off

4:24the top of my head, I think was August

4:2514th.

4:26>> This fight was September 19th. Does that

4:29and and so you say like a few days later

4:31you you suffer the injury. So let's just

4:33say August 17th, 181, 19. Let's say a

4:35month.

4:36>> Could you not throw your right for a

4:38month?

4:38>> No.

4:39>> Wow.

4:40>> I I can't even train um boxing. I can't

4:43train wrestling. I can't do nothing. All

4:45I did was run.

4:48>> All you did was run.

4:49I was doing running

4:53and uh you know

4:55uh yeah pretty much my lower body

4:58workout.

4:59>> Did you consider pulling out?

5:02>> Uh no, not really.

5:05>> Why not? It's such a big fight. There

5:06was so much at stake.

5:08>> But the thing is, you know, Pentoia was

5:10already saying I was scared to fight uh

5:12to I was scared to fight him. So I was

5:14like, if I pull out and I'm the main

5:17event, so you know, I got that,

5:21>> you know, I got that uh thing on my

5:23shoulder, so I like I can't pull this

5:25out, you know.

5:26>> How did you feel on fight weekend on

5:28fight night? Were you worried about it?

5:30>> No, man. Um

5:32I think fight week kind of changed my

5:35mindset. Monday, fight week, but I don't

5:38even feel I don't even feel my shoulder

5:40no more. [laughter]

5:41>> Really?

5:41>> I don't know. Something has changed by a

5:43week, man. Yeah.

5:44>> So, even now in the aftermath, you don't

5:46feel anything?

5:47>> I feel it right now for sure.

5:48>> Are you in a lot of pain?

5:51>> Not a lot of pain. Like a certain

5:52movement like this, it don't hurt, but

5:54like like that. Yeah.

5:56>> Wow. I mean, it's just crazy because of

5:58your output, you know, like how much you

6:00throw and use your right. Obviously, the

6:02wrestling as well. I I I I just I can't

6:05imagine that it wasn't like playing

6:06tricks on your mind like am I am I

6:08ready? Am I going to be rusty? Am I

6:10prepared? this was such a a big deal for

6:12you. You weren't thinking those

6:13thoughts.

6:14>> I did. I did. You know, the first

6:17well, five weeks into that that camp, I

6:21hurt my shoulder. And, you know, for

6:23three weeks, I can't really do nothing.

6:25You know, I can't spar. I can't do

6:28nothing. So, I'm like, damn, man. How am

6:29I going to, you know, how am I going to

6:30do uh in this fight? And so, two weeks

6:34out, I was like, you know what? I I

6:35still feel the pain, but let me go spar.

6:38And I did my first sparring. uh two week

6:41left and then the last week of training

6:45I told my head coach I was like I want

6:47to do one more sparring but he said no

6:49but then I was like no I got to get my

6:51timing because I haven't been sparring

6:53all this camp so let me do one more time

6:55so the last week I spar and then we head

6:59to LA

7:01>> how did it feel after those sparring

7:03sessions

7:04>> the last sparring session was a lot

7:06better than the first

7:07>> first one okay Yeah.

7:09>> Um, what do you think happens in the

7:11fight if you're 100%.

7:13>> Yes.

7:14>> Uh, it's going to be a lot uh a lot

7:16different than that fight that we just

7:19had.

7:20>> You think you finish him?

7:22>> For sure.

7:23>> I was thinking about something. If you

7:25didn't have the Tatura Tyra fight in

7:27between, like if you would have fought

7:28him in Miami, that was the original

7:30plan.

7:31>> Do you think the fight is different?

7:32Like for in other words, did the Tyra

7:35fight going five rounds, I know you

7:37didn't go the full five, did it instill

7:38any more confidence in you, give you

7:40more time? Did it make you into a better

7:42fighter?

7:44>> No, man. I I feel like every fight

7:46before,

7:49like the fight that I had before this

7:51fight kind of like prepare me for this

7:52fight, you know what I mean? So, it's

7:54not just a super fight that that helped

7:56me. It's just every other fight helped

7:59me prepare me for this fight.

8:01>> Sure. I was just thinking that you had

8:02another fight in between and you also

8:04went the distance in this particular

8:06fight, so it may have helped you because

8:07you had never gone 25 minutes before

8:09prior to this.

8:11>> Well, I fought him the first time and I

8:12beat him. So, it's

8:14>> it's all the same.

8:15>> How much did it bother you when when uh

8:17Joe Rogan said it was a win by accident

8:19at the weigh-ins? [laughter]

8:21>> A little bit. I ain't even going to lie,

8:23man. A little bit. You know, it was kind

8:24of [ __ ] up. Uh he said though, but uh

8:28you know, much love to Joe Rogan. You

8:29know what it is, man. is

8:32>> he's a legend. Was that who you were

8:35referring to in the postfight interview

8:36when you said people are calling this an

8:38accident and things like that?

8:40>> Yeah. To be honest, yes. Because, you

8:42know, I don't really give a [ __ ] what

8:45other people say, but Joe Rogan is

8:46somebody that I look up to and for him

8:49to say that, you know, it kind of like,

8:50damn. You know,

8:52>> did he apologize?

8:54>> No, he he doesn't have to. He just I

8:57just let him know how I felt, you know.

8:59>> I feel you. I feel you. Um, do you feel

9:01like you can now put this all behind you

9:03though? Everything, the accident, the

9:04this, the that, you've proved your

9:06point. You can move on.

9:08>> Yeah, for sure. And, uh, you know,

9:10Pentoro is greatest of all time. You

9:12know, he got nothing but respect from

9:13me. So, you know, uh, for me to fight

9:17him twice is, uh, it's a blessing

9:19itself, you know. So, uh, we can put

9:22this behind and, uh, focus on the

9:24future. I do have to say that version of

9:26you that we saw at the presser in uh

9:28Philly, man, that was a lot of fun. That

9:31was a that was a bit of a different

9:32side. Like you tell you telling him to

9:34shut up and like calling him, you know,

9:36you're saying you're you're his daddy.

9:38Like I love that version of you. I I

9:40don't know if that was like a magnified

9:42version of you, if that was heel Josh

9:44fan. I don't know what that was, but

9:45that was incredibly entertaining. So

9:47well done.

9:48>> Yeah. Uh I don't change, man. That was

9:51me. That was me. You know, a lot of

9:53people that know me know that was me.

9:55You know what I'm saying? I I like to

9:57talk [ __ ] and have fun. Uh, you know, I

10:00didn't try to be somebody I'm not. You

10:02know, I was just having fun out there.

10:04>> So, maybe the the answer is we're just

10:06getting to learn more about you now.

10:07We're getting to see the real you.

10:10>> Yeah. I was just, you know, I was just

10:11getting started.

10:13>> You feel like we we have yet to see the

10:14full version of you.

10:17>> Yeah. I mean, it see me right now. You

10:19know what I mean?

10:20>> No, I know. But man, when I saw that, I

10:22was like, "Oh, I like this version."

10:23Like, it's just been a while since we've

10:25had a champion in the flyweight division

10:27who had your type of, as the kids like

10:29to say, aura, who had your, you know,

10:30your your your your trash talking

10:32skills, who's not afraid to like say

10:34what he's truly feeling. It's quite

10:36refreshing and fun.

10:38>> Yeah, for sure, man. I I'm never afraid

10:40to say what I what I want to say, you

10:42know? Uh it just sometime people don't

10:45like that, but uh it's just the way I

10:47felt. All right, pardon the

10:48interruption, but I want to tell you

10:50about our good friends over at Koshi. We

10:52love Koshi around these parts. [music]

11:51please support them because they support

11:52us. We love Kelshi and we hope you do as

11:55well. Can I ask you about Minnell Cap?

11:57What do you make of him?

12:00>> He's good.

12:01>> Did you see what he tweeted yesterday?

12:03>> What did he tweet?

12:04>> He tweeted

12:05>> I'm too busy helping my my teammate

12:07right now. He's warming up. He's

12:08fighting tonight. So, I'm not even on

12:11social media right now.

12:12>> He wrote, "You're all going to be

12:14surprised by how easy I make this fight

12:16look."

12:18[laughter]

12:19>> That's what they all say, you know. Uh,

12:21like I said, come fight day, we going to

12:22see who's a better man.

12:25>> Do you think he should be next?

12:27>> Yeah, he should be next, for sure.

12:29>> Have you been impressed with him?

12:31>> Impressed?

12:32>> Yeah, impressed with what he's done, the

12:33win over Horaguchi, his other wins.

12:36>> Yeah, his eye, you know what I mean? Uh,

12:38he bring the eyes.

12:40>> Yeah.

12:40>> Perfect.

12:41>> Is he Is he as good as Pantosia? Better,

12:44less good.

12:46>> I don't know. Like I say, I got to be in

12:48the case with him for me to find out.

12:50You know, sometime what you see on TV

12:52and what you, you know, what you felt in

12:55the octagon is different. Like Pinto on

12:58TV, he suck. You know what I mean? But

13:02octagon is like when he throw it land.

13:05I'm like, damn, how the [ __ ] does that

13:07land on me? You know

13:08>> what do you mean he sucks on TV? I watch

13:10him on TV. I don't fight him and I think

13:11he looks pretty good.

13:13>> But anybody that knows striking know

13:16that's not how you punch. You know what

13:17I mean?

13:18>> Sure. Sure.

13:18>> But it worked for him because that's his

13:20style,

13:21>> right?

13:21>> And um that that's that's what I'm

13:24saying. Like Pentosia is great, but he's

13:26not a he's not a technical fighters or

13:29he's not a skilled fighter, you know? is

13:31just mentally strong and uh just

13:36pressure guys, you know,

13:37>> on the ground though. Pretty damn great.

13:40>> Pantosia.

13:43>> Yeah.

13:44>> No.

13:45>> Yeah. Yeah. He's good. [laughter]

13:48>> Yo, how did he get out of that uh what

13:50was that? A kamura at the very end

13:51there. How did he get out?

13:53>> I don't know, bro. He's that's that's

13:56why he's good, you know? Yeah.

13:57>> I don't know how he got out of that [ __ ]

13:59>> in the gym. No one gets out of that.

14:02>> No.

14:03>> Back to Manel. He's different in terms

14:06of his personality. He's going to try to

14:07maybe get under your skin and stuff like

14:08that. Are you looking forward to that?

14:10Are you relishing a different type of

14:11personality?

14:13>> Well, let him try, man. See see how it

14:16go. Like I said, I'll go with the flow,

14:18man. You know what it is?

14:20>> You're not too bothered?

14:22>> No.

14:24>> Realistically, when do you think you

14:26could come back with the the shoulder?

14:27And is any anything else bothering you?

14:30>> Uh, no. Just a shoulder right now. Uh,

14:32I'm about to go back and get MRI and we

14:36go from there.

14:36>> How is your eye?

14:39>> [ __ ] up. [laughter]

14:40>> Is it Is it just swollen or do you think

14:42there's something else going on there?

14:43Like is it is it

14:44>> No, it's swollen. He like when I got him

14:47on the ground, he threw a elbow from the

14:48bottom

14:49>> and I

14:50>> and he kind of landed right here

14:53>> and I think it hit the nerve so where

14:54like it make it big.

14:56>> Oh wow. But yeah, that was it.

14:58>> Is it hurting?

15:00>> No, it don't hurt. It's just big and

15:03it's ugly. So, I don't want to look

15:04ugly. So, put glasses on.

15:06>> No, you look great. You look great. You

15:07look amazing. Don't worry about it. And

15:09it's cover They're They're small

15:10glasses, so it doesn't seem like it's

15:11that big cuz it's covering everything.

15:13>> Yeah. Yeah.

15:14>> Uh what about him saying that, you know,

15:16you were headbutting on purpose? Was

15:18that annoying? [laughter]

15:22>> Yeah. Uh whatever you say, man.

15:24>> [snorts]

15:25>> What was happening from your

15:26perspective?

15:28>> I don't know. He came at me,

15:29>> right?

15:30>> You think he was just trying to get you

15:32to to lose a point?

15:35>> Yeah, pretty much. He said, "Take a

15:36point."

15:37>> Yeah. Uh, who who are you there for? You

15:39said you're you're there for a teammate.

15:40Who Who are you there for?

15:42>> Uh, my boy Paris Moran. Look, I'll show

15:45you.

15:46>> Please.

15:47>> It's right there. Paris, say hi.

15:49>> Thanks, man.

15:50>> There you go.

15:51>> Yes. Good luck to you. Is he fighting

15:54Contender Series tonight?

15:56>> He's fighting Contender Series.

15:57>> Oh [ __ ] Okay. And how long have you

15:59been training with him?

16:00>> You know, he was actually my opponent

16:02before.

16:03>> Wow.

16:03>> And uh

16:04>> the original

16:05>> uh Yeah. So now he he with us.

16:09>> When did you link up with him? When did

16:11you start training with him?

16:13>> We started training about uh four months

16:16ago. About six months.

16:17>> Six Six months ago.

16:19>> Okay. So this is relatively new.

16:21>> Yeah. He is. Yeah.

16:23>> And you're And you're out there to

16:24corner him.

16:26>> No, I'm not going to corner him. The

16:28coach has got him, but uh I'm just in

16:29his corner, you know, helping him.

16:31>> Okay. Um is it What does it feel like to

16:34go from a big title fight to now you're

16:35like trying to help someone realize

16:37their dreams?

16:39>> Uh like I say, I'm just regular Josh,

16:42man. You know, on fight day, I'm

16:45different person, but right now I'm just

16:46another teammate. You know, it's his

16:49day. It's his time. So he going he going

16:52to go there and show out.

16:53>> I know I know you say you're regular

16:55Josh, but like let's be honest. I'm

16:56seeing huge watch parties for you back

16:59home. Everyone loves you. Your your your

17:02popularity is skyrocketing. You just

17:04headline an event at the crypto arena.

17:06How are you handling all of this?

17:08>> Um handling it well, man. as I haven't

17:11even got on social media yet, you know,

17:14um just here with my team, having fun,

17:18you know, just living life.

17:21>> Well, I did see uh our site Uncrowned

17:24had you listed as the number four

17:25pound-for-pound fighter in the world,

17:27and I did see you repo, someone reposted

17:29that. Was that you or was that someone

17:30handling your social? Okay,

17:32>> that's me. [laughter]

17:33>> Do you agree with that?

17:35>> Hell yeah.

17:36>> I don't know. Maybe you think you should

17:38be a little higher.

17:41Nah, man. Alex Vognoski and Pirion Islam

17:45man, you know, they they're great.

17:49>> You're okay with that spot? How how long

17:51in your opinion before you get to number

17:52one?

17:53>> I got to keep winning fight, you know

17:55what I mean? So, uh we go from there.

17:57Like it depend on you guys, you know,

17:58the fans and uh you guys uh I can't I

18:03can't be like I'm number one and if the

18:05fans don't agree then I can't be number

18:07one. Um, I saw after the fight a lot of

18:10I think your family members came in the

18:12cage. Was your mom in there?

18:14>> Yes.

18:14>> What was it like to And I think your

18:17sister maybe as well.

18:18>> Yes.

18:19>> Yeah. To have them all there after a

18:21moment like that, a win like that over

18:23one of the greatest fighters in your

18:24weight class. What was that like for

18:26you?

18:27>> Uh, it's it's amazing, man. It's

18:29amazing. You know, I always have my

18:30family with me uh every time I fight. So

18:34it's just amazing you know their their

18:36prayers and their support has been has

18:39has a lot of meaning to me you know it

18:41meant a lot for me.

18:43>> Do they pray with you before the fight

18:44as well

18:46>> all the time?

18:47>> Do do you pray with them?

18:48>> Yes.

18:49>> Okay. Do do you feel like it would feel

18:51like almost empty not having them there?

18:52Like do you feel like you have to have

18:53them there? They give you that

18:54superpower.

18:56>> Yeah, for sure.

18:57>> Amazing. I love that. Um I'm going to

18:59let you go in a moment. I promise. But I

19:01I just wanted to ask like the the the

19:03output, everything that we see from you,

19:05like we've seen some of the stats, most

19:06significant strikes in flyweight

19:07history, everything that you're doing.

19:09Do you feel like we've seen the best

19:11version of you or do you think you're

19:12still getting started as far as your

19:13skill? No, you disagree. We haven't.

19:16>> Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm just getting better

19:18as as uh uh the fight go, you know, this

19:23this fight,

19:25you know what I'm saying? It's all

19:26right. The next fight I'm I'mma get

19:28better. the next fight I'm going to get

19:30even better. So, yeah, we're just

19:32getting started.

19:33>> I saw you did an interview with Dominic

19:35Cruz. I think it was yesterday. And uh I

19:38saw a snippet of it. I just wanted to

19:39ask you about it. You you would watch

19:41Dustin Porier footage, but you would

19:43flip it because he doesn't he I guess

19:46he's a Southpaw you're and you would

19:49want to try to emulate his striking

19:50style.

19:52>> Yes.

19:52>> What was it about Dustin's style that

19:54you liked? He's he he got uh my style of

19:58fighting, you know. He's a boxing based

20:00fighter, kind of like Peter Yon, Elia,

20:02you know, uh they they they have boxing

20:06style. So, I like to study from, you

20:09know, one of the great and uh just put

20:12in my games and things like that.

20:14>> Would you say he's your favorite to

20:16watch or was your favorite when you were

20:17coming up?

20:18>> Yeah, he was my one of my favorite.

20:21that was the guy that you felt like you

20:23you had the most similarities with in

20:25terms of fighting style?

20:26>> No, Peter really is uh the one that I

20:29really watch. But uh that's import, you

20:33know, is a southpaw. But when I figured

20:35like I can do the you know the rotation

20:38>> and that's when I started watching it.

20:40>> That's amazing. Yan, do do you dream of

20:42a Jan super fight in the back of your

20:43mind?

20:45>> Yeah, for sure. If it happened, yeah, it

20:46happened. But uh as of right now, I'm

20:48trying to write history in uh flyweight.

20:50>> And what does that mean writing history

20:52at Flyweight for you?

20:53>> That mean nobody give a [ __ ] about

20:56flyweight. And now they start to, you

20:58know, care about the flyweight. So if I

21:00leave,

21:02you know what I mean?

21:03>> You don't want to do that

21:04>> flyweight. Yeah. I can't leave them

21:06hanging, man.

21:07>> Does that mean surpassing everything

21:09that DJ built? Is that part of your

21:11motivation?

21:12>> I don't I don't give a [ __ ] about the

21:14record, you know? I'm I'm just going to

21:15fight until I enjoy it. But,

21:18uh, as far as I know, you know, I just

21:20my job is to make people care about this

21:23flyweight. And I think, uh, not just me,

21:26but the flyweight division is doing, uh,

21:30pretty damn good about that. So, I'm

21:32very proud to be in a flyweight.

21:35>> Okay. La last one, and I think you're

21:37doing a great job at that. Uh, I asked

21:38you before, but I don't think you

21:40answered. When do you think you might

21:42come back? When do we get to see you

21:44again?

21:45>> Like I said, man, it's going to depend

21:47on my shoulder.

21:47>> Okay. You don't you It's too early.

21:50>> Yeah. When I can get back to training

21:51and stuff like that.

21:52>> Okay. By the way, shout out on the

21:53suits. The suits were tremendous on

21:55Fight Week.

21:56>> Hey, shout out to Suit Ble, man.

21:58>> That's who's hooking you up.

21:59>> Yeah, they they I don't even know what

22:02my suits going to look like, you know?

22:03They just surprise me.

22:05>> Damn.

22:05>> All the time. Yeah.

22:06>> What What if you don't like it?

22:08>> Ah, I always love them because I know

22:10they always come up with a banger. Yeah.

22:27Series.

22:28>> Thank you, sir.

22:29>> Much love. There he is. Josh Van, uh,

22:31the pride of Myanmar and Houston. Kind

22:33enough to join us on this Tuesday

22:35afternoon. Uh, what a guy and what a

22:37fighter. If you are unfamiliar with what

22:40he's been doing, you better start paying

22:41attention. It's incredible. At his age,

22:4424 years young, he's turning 25 on the

22:4610th of October. So, uh, in a little

22:49less than a month, two defenses now as

22:51UFC flyweight champion, uh, ranked six

22:54on the UFC's pound-for-pound list, but

22:56on ours on the uncrowned pound-for-pound
