0:02In the next 24 hours, I'm going to
0:03attempt to build an AI branded drop
0:05shipping store [music] that's going to
0:06make me $1,000 in profit, not revenue.
0:09I'll be showing you how to find a
0:10winning [music] product without spending
0:11weeks testing, how to build a store
0:13using AI in literally 2 [music] minutes,
0:15and how to spend your ads without
0:17burning through all your savings. So,
0:18with that being said, let's get ready to
0:20rumble.
0:22What I'm going to show you is AI [music]
0:23branded drop shipping, an actual
0:25business model. Compared to the
0:27traditional drop shipping, it's a whole
0:29entire different thing. But, by the end
0:30of this video, I'm going to prove to you
0:32how anybody with zero experience can
0:34actually make $1,000 in a single day.
0:36Now, before we go into that, quick
0:38context on who I am. So, when I was 16
0:40years old, I dropped out of school
0:42because my ex cheated on me. Yeah, yeah,
0:44yeah, I know what you're thinking. Look,
0:46I was 16 years old, so leave me alone.
0:48And my parents, they're Asian, so that
0:50didn't help at all. They genuinely
0:52thought that I was crazy. So, with no
0:53school and a lot of time on my hands, I
0:56had to figure something out. So, I went
0:57on YouTube and I searched up how to make
0:59money online. And the first thing I saw
1:01was [music] drop shipping. But, just
1:02like every other person, I thought that
1:04drop shipping was dead, right? But, I
1:06tried it either [music] ways. And for
1:08the first 11 months, I tested 19
1:11products, and nothing [music] worked. I
1:13lost so much money, wasted so much time,
1:15but I didn't give up. So, on the 20th
1:17product, everything [music] changed. In
1:19just 3 months, I made a quarter million
1:21dollars when I was 17 [music] years old.
1:23Just think about it. A 17-year-old kid
1:25with a quarter million dollars, what's
1:27he going to do? Obviously, I blew it
1:29all.
1:34>> [music]
1:36>> And after I made my first pot of gold, a
1:38year and a half later, I bought a
1:40Ferrari 458 at 18 years old. But, my
1:43greatest achievement is buying my dad a
1:45Mercedes at 18 as well. So, that's what
1:47AI branded drop shipping has done for
1:49me. And I'm not saying all of this to
1:50flex. I'm saying this because I was
1:52exactly where you were 3 years ago,
1:54sitting in Singapore, everyone telling
1:56me to go to school, get a job, get a
1:58degree. But honestly, I didn't want that
2:00life. And if you're watching this video
2:02right now, you probably don't want that
2:04either. So, I'm going to show you today
2:06how I would do it if I had to start all
2:08over again from scratch. So, first
2:10things first, before we start this
2:11challenge, we need a master plan.
2:20Boom! So, just like that, I've spent the
2:22last couple hours crafting out this
2:25master plan. So, the first step on this
2:27is product research. But, we ran into
2:31our first issue. So, if first step is
2:33product research, but where do I even
2:36find the products from? And if I do find
2:38a product, how do I know what products
2:40do my customer wants to buy? Now, that
2:42is what you guys are probably thinking.
2:45But luckily for you guys, I've been in
2:47this game for long enough. So, I'm going
2:48to share how we actually do product
2:50research in 2026. You see, the old way
2:52of drop shipping was you go on
2:54AliExpress, scroll for hours, guess,
2:56pick something that looks viral, you
2:58build a whole store, spend money on ads,
3:01and nothing actually works. Then you go
3:03and think, "Oh, drop shipping is dead.
3:05Drop shipping is a scam." Well, because
3:07you're doing it the wrong way. You see,
3:08the problem with this is that the whole
3:10entire process could take over weeks,
3:13and nothing will end up working. But
3:14now, we have AI that does all the work
3:16for us. So, what exactly is the AI way?
3:19Well, meet Kalodata. You see, Kalodata
3:22is a tool that leverages AI to find
3:25viral TikTok shop products. The best
3:27part about Kalodata is the fact that it
3:29shows you what product is currently
3:30trending, how much money they're making,
3:32and the exact ads that are actually
3:33making money. So, before finding a
3:35product, we need to make sure it checks
3:37all of our criteria. So, lucky for you
3:38guys, I actually have a whole entire
3:40document for product research. Looking
3:43over here, these are the exact Kalodata
3:45filters I use. Number one, the revenue
3:47for the last 30 days needs to be from
3:4810K to $45,000.
3:51Your ad type is video only, affiliate
3:54channel on, and creator count at least
3:56100 plus. Now, by using these filters,
3:59it helps us identify products that
4:01aren't overly saturated, have usable
4:03creatives, have proven demand, and are
4:05still early into the market. So, with
4:07that being said, let's get straight into
4:09product research.
4:14>> 12 seconds later.
4:15>> Bro. Bro. Bro.
4:17Dude, I just found this product. Take a
4:19look at this. All right. This is an aged
4:21garlic extract capsule. All right.
4:23Everything on the metrics looks so good
4:25so far. And I actually went over to
4:27ChatGPT as well, right? And I asked
4:29ChatGPT to give me reasons why this
4:31product is good to sell. This is a mass
4:33market, so it's not niche down, right?
4:34We're basically targeting adults who are
4:3625 to 65 years old. And the best part
4:39about targeting older people is that
4:41they really have money. So, their buying
4:43power is way higher, right? And
4:45secondly, it's a clear I need this pain.
4:48This isn't just some cool gadget or
4:50trendy product. We're actually solving a
4:51real health problem. So, it can solve
4:53like heart issues, weak immune systems,
4:56low energy, or just people with blood
4:57pressure. So, I think, bro, with this
4:59product, people [music] don't actually
5:00want this. Dude, they need it. But, I
5:03think this is an absolute banging
5:04product. [music]
5:05We found this product in under 10
5:06minutes. It's data-backed. Now, it's
5:08time for the second step. Second step is
5:11to build a store using AI. Now, the
5:14traditional way to build a store was
5:16there to manually code everything, and
5:18it would take days just to build a
5:19store. But, in 2026, AI now does all the
5:23work for you, if you didn't already
5:24know. So, how exactly is AI going to
5:27build our store? Well, we're going to
5:28use [music] this tool called atlas.ai.
5:31Let me show you guys real quick. So,
5:32atlas.ai basically builds your store and
5:34product page instantly. [music]
5:36You basically can test faster, launch
5:38with confidence, and actually [music]
5:40get your store in just a couple minutes.
5:42So, I'm going to show you step-by-step.
5:43I'm going to share my screen. So, before
5:44we build our store on Atlas, we need to
5:46first head over to AliExpress or any
5:48website where you can find competitors.
5:50And for instance, we're using
5:51AliExpress. So, all we're going to do is
5:53we're going to copy this right here.
5:54Head over to atlas.ai on the Shopify
5:56right here. We're going to press build
5:58your store, press proceed, click on
6:00AliExpress, paste the link over here,
6:03and then press this. And in 2 minutes, a
6:06fully completed store will be done for
6:08us, and I cannot wait to show you the
6:10results. All right, [music] and just
6:11like that, atlas.ai has also extracted
6:14all the images for us. So, all we're
6:15going to do is press proceed. Obviously,
6:17the colors need to be changed a little
6:19bit, but all we're going to do is press
6:20import your page, and just like that, we
6:22should have our store fully [music]
6:24done. All right, and that's the store.
6:26As you can see, it's fully done up for
6:28us. It's time for the next step, which
6:30is ad creatives. You see, creatives it
6:32used to be the biggest bottleneck. If
6:34you don't know what creative stands for,
6:36[music] it simply just means ad. So,
6:38jumping over to Facebook ad library,
6:40this is where I can actually [music]
6:41track all of my competitors. And if you
6:43look over here, I'm in the competitor's
6:45ad library right now, and I'm looking
6:47for their winners. So, I'm sorting it by
6:48impression, right from highest to
6:50lowest. And this ad has been running for
6:5246 days and 82 [music] days. It has the
6:54most duplicates, highest impressions.
6:57That's the one that's making them the
6:59most amount of money. So, all we're
7:01going to do right now is we're not going
7:02to copy it, but we're simply going to
7:04take inspiration from it. I'm going to
7:06make an AI UGC avatar to mimic this
7:09entire video. So, it's basically the
7:11same script, same messaging, but it's
7:13going to be my own video. Now, the old
7:16way of doing it was we had to buy our
7:18product from our supplier or Amazon,
7:20ship it to a UGC creator, pay the UGC
7:22creator to record the video. And
7:24furthermore, we have to pay for shipping
7:26to ship the product to the creator
7:28itself. And that's not the worst part.
7:30It takes weeks for [music] the creator
7:31to actually film the video, edit it, and
7:34send it over to you. So, the whole
7:35entire process takes weeks, [music] and
7:36you spend a lot of money. But in 2026,
7:39we have AI. And with AI, we can make our
7:41own UGC videos in 10 minutes. Let me
7:44show you how exactly. I have a whole
7:45entire document and this document will
7:47explain how to take any person on the
7:49internet and create [music] realistic
7:51voice overs and make them hold our
7:53product. I'm going to spend the next
7:54hour or two and make about 10 custom
7:56videos for us to use. But look, I'm not
7:58going to be gatekeeping [music]
7:59anything. If you want this whole entire
8:01document, just DM me on Instagram the
8:03word UGC and I'll send you over this
8:05whole entire document with a video on
8:07how to actually make your own AI
8:08characters. All right, so I'm on HeyGen
8:10right now. I'm trying to find an avatar
8:12that's going to fit the product that
8:13we're selling. We need someone that
8:15holds authority. Since we're solving
8:17such a critical health condition, we
8:19need an AI character that looks like he
8:21or she knows what they're talking about.
8:22Right, so I'm still trying to find
8:23[music] an avatar that will fit this.
8:25>> Dude, that's insane, bro. You
8:27should go for her, bro.
8:28>> So Sophia, right? This doctor right
8:30here?
8:31>> Yes, sir.
8:31>> I'm thinking she's good because number
8:33one, obviously she's a doctor and if
8:36we're selling a health product, we need
8:37someone that is probably a doctor,
8:39right? Not someone in the gym lifting
8:41[music] dumbbells. I know I am pretty
8:43jacked, but you know, I can't be the one
8:45talking about some garlic powder. It has
8:47to be this doctor over here. Sophia is
8:49going to be our AI character that we're
8:51going to be making for this video. So
8:53I'm going to spend the next couple hour
8:54or two to make this and I'll catch
8:56[music] you guys once we're done. So
8:57guys, in just 3 hours we found a
9:00product, got our store live and made our
9:03ads. And keep in mind, this isn't some
9:05special skill either. That's simply just
9:07AI removing all the barrier that used to
9:10exist that would take beginners weeks
9:12just to get their store up. And if
9:13you've been telling yourself that drop
9:15shipping is way too complicated to
9:16start, I just quite literally proved you
9:18that it isn't. But let me talk to you
9:20guys real quick. Listen, there's a
9:21couple things that I need to clear up.
9:23First things first, drop shipping itself
9:25is not a business model. It's a
9:27fulfillment method. At the end of the
9:29day, you're running an actual business.
9:32And if you remember earlier on in the
9:33video, I filled 19 products [music] and
9:37nothing was working. I'm not going to
9:39lie, I was pretty discouraged, and I
9:41didn't even know if drop shipping was
9:42going to work. However, I stayed true to
9:44myself. Why? [music]
9:46Because I had friends around me. I had
9:47people around me making 10k, six figures
9:50a month, and I thought to myself, if
9:51they can do it, why can't I? But, drop
9:54shipping itself isn't the hard thing.
9:56It's actually a mental strength. When I
9:58was failing these 19 products, my
9:59parents was asking me, "Hey Ristan, what
10:01are you going to do with your life?
10:02You're not making any money. You dropped
10:03out of school. Your future is
10:05up." And all these words, it really got
10:07to me.
10:08>> [music]
10:08>> But, at the same time, it made me really
10:10motivated. Because I had a mission in
10:12mind. Not only did I want to be
10:14successful in drop shipping and actually
10:15make a name for myself, I wanted to
10:17prove my parents [music] wrong. But,
10:18most importantly, prove myself right.
10:20So, like I mentioned, on my 20th product
10:22was where everything hit. All this time
10:24that I was grinding in my bedroom,
10:26losing money, not seeing any progress,
10:27it led up to this very moment. And it
10:29wasn't about the product, either. I
10:31simply just learned how to market. You
10:33need to understand, guys, those are two
10:35completely different things. Anybody can
10:36sell a product. If Kylie Jenner, a
10:39A-tier [music] celebrity, decides to
10:41sell a sock or a chair, some random
10:43product, it's going to sell either way
10:45because [music] it's Kylie Jenner.
10:46Because people don't actually buy the
10:48product that Kylie Jenner is selling.
10:50They buy the product for the feeling.
10:52People like to be a part of something.
10:53[music] And if you're able to fill that
10:55void and actually create a sense of
10:57home, like they're part of a community
10:59or a cult or something, people are going
11:01to buy. This is what competitor research
11:04actually looks like. I'm not just
11:05watching their ads. I'm asking, "What
11:07emotion is this hitting? What problem is
11:09it solving? What's the hook doing?" Once
11:11you can read an ad like that, you can
11:13build a better one than the original
11:15[music] every single time. And I also
11:17want to talk to you guys about a free
11:18cup. You see, Free Cup is one of my
11:20clients that I started working with 2
11:21years ago. When he first started, he was
11:24working at a supermarket, only making
11:25$12 an hour, working 8 hours a day. And
11:28he was balancing this part-time job
11:30while still in college. He basically had
11:32to brainwash himself into learning a new
11:34way of drop shipping because the old way
11:36he was doing was wrong. And after
11:38implementing my new strategies and
11:40systems into his business, in the last
11:4230 days alone, he made over $140,000
11:45on his store. Yeah, you heard it right.
11:47A 20-year-old making over 140k in a
11:50single month. Don't believe me? We
11:52actually recorded a full 30-minute
11:54podcast right here. And in this video,
11:56we basically went over his whole entire
11:57experience, why he decided to work with
11:59me in the first place, how I helped him,
12:01and how he scaled his store from zero to
12:03140k. Now, the reason I'm telling you
12:05this is simply because you need to
12:07understand that there's people out here
12:09doing it. There's 20-year-old,
12:1016-year-old, 17-year-old, or even people
12:13who are 40 years old like my client
12:15Edmond. In the last 30 days alone, he
12:17made over $166,000
12:19USD as a 41-year-old working adult. So,
12:22this just goes to show that if Edmond
12:24and Vikram can both do it, why can't
12:26you? Now, here is the scary part. Since
12:29we have our product up, our store is
12:31built, we got our ads. Now, it's time to
12:33launch ads. Now, what stops people in
12:35this step is using their own hard-earned
12:37money. And I know who's exactly watching
12:39this video right now. Maybe you might be
12:41fresh out of college, you're still in
12:43high school, or you're in uni. As a
12:45matter of fact, you might even be a
12:46working adult with a family. You've got
12:482k to spend, 4k, 6k, 8k, whatever the
12:52amount might be. And that money you have
12:54it feels like everything. And that is
12:56true. It is everything because that's
12:57all you have right now. And the thought
12:59of losing that hard-earned money, worst
13:02things worst, losing it online, that's
13:04pretty scary. Your parents think it's a
13:06scam, your partner think it's a scam,
13:08your friends think that it's a scam as
13:10well. And I get it because I was that
13:12person. Everyone around me when I first
13:13started drop shipping, they were telling
13:15me it wouldn't work out either. But I
13:16looked at their life. They weren't
13:18making 10k a month, they didn't have
13:19their dream Ferrari, they didn't have
13:21nice watches. So, why am I listening to
13:22someone that doesn't have what I want?
13:24It simply just doesn't make any sense.
13:26But here's what nobody tells you about
13:28dropshipping. That same guy who lost all
13:30his money on ads, he didn't fail because
13:32he spent money on ads. He failed because
13:34he spent his money blindly. The truth be
13:36told, dropshipping is not a
13:38get-rich-quick scheme. However, it is a
13:40get-rich-for-sure system if you follow
13:42the right people. So, if you're someone
13:44who has tried dropshipping before and
13:46you've lost money, that's not
13:48dropshipping. You're basically just
13:49gambling. You're better off playing
13:51blackjack. The reason why me and my
13:53clients are able to scale their
13:54dropshipping stores to high six figures
13:56a month is because we master a skill
13:58set. And when you master a skill set,
14:00it's not luck anymore. You can
14:01repeatedly build stores back-to-back and
14:04make money consistently. So, what I've
14:06showed you in this video already is the
14:08complete opposite of just gambling money
14:09on ads. Before I spend any money on ads,
14:12I really know the data about a product.
14:14I know who my ideal customer is. Every
14:16single little thing about my product, I
14:18know about it. When I first started
14:19dropshipping, I was 16 years old and I
14:21lost $14,000. You know what I learned
14:24from that? It wasn't the fact that I was
14:25risking too much money. It was a fact
14:27that I was risking without understanding
14:29what I was actually spending my money
14:30on. The difference isn't the amount of
14:32money you have, but whether or not you
14:34have a validated system and data behind
14:36you to end up profitable. So, now is the
14:39very last step. It's to launch our ads.
14:41So, heading over to ads, like I said
14:43earlier, we're going to launch ads on
14:45Meta. So, I've already made our campaign
14:47right here with about three ad sets.
14:50Right, we have about four creative per
14:52ad set. Now, launching ads is really
14:55really simple. You don't need anything
14:56fancy. All you need is a CBO campaign
14:59with $50 budget where you test about 10
15:03or 12 creatives in that campaign. Me
15:05personally right now, I got three ad
15:07sets, four creatives per ad set. All
15:10we're going to do is press publish. And
15:12once we're done, we're going to head
15:14back over here, right, put the budget
15:17at $50,
15:20publish, and we're good to go. So, guys,
15:22now that we have scheduled the ads to be
15:24launched at 12:00 a.m., I'm going to
15:26check in with you guys tomorrow how the
15:27results are. So, I'll catch you guys in
15:28the villa tomorrow. See you. I'll let
15:30you know what the ad metrics are.
15:32>> Good morning, guys. It's currently 11:23
15:36a.m. It should be about 11:00 p.m. in
15:38the States right now. We're currently in
15:41the villa. Let's go over the Shopify
15:43dashboard and see how much we are at
15:44currently. As you guys can see, we are
15:45[music] $824 for the first day. Quick
15:47refresh right there. Although we didn't
15:49hit our 1K a day USD challenge, if we
15:51convert $824 USD to SGD, which is my
15:55currency in Singapore, it's well over
15:57$1,000. So, technically,
16:00we kind of complete the challenge,
16:01right? And we're ending the day off at
16:0345% margins. So, we made well over 400
16:07USD in the day alone, which is
16:09absolutely insane. Now, guys, if you
16:11want me to help you personally build and
16:12scale your very own drop shipping store,
16:14I want you to click the first link in
16:16the description below. Work with me
16:17personally one-on-one. We've a lot of
16:19clients here that get results. Like, for
16:21example, Yuan, who is 17 years old and
16:24over the last 30 days he's made over
16:25$300,000. In the program, I'm not
16:27teaching you some secret strategy. All
16:29I'm showing you is the raw reality of
16:31drop shipping that all the gurus are
16:33hiding from you. But, with that being
16:35said, I hope you guys learn a thing or
16:36two from this challenge, and definitely
16:38take some notes from this video. Recent
16:40him. Peace [music] out, guys.
16:42Good morning, guys. It's currently the
16:44next day right now. So, for some
16:47context, we ended off the day at damn
16:51near a 3K day, guys. 3K day. Bang. So,
16:55guys, over the last 48 hours, we
16:57generated slightly below $4,000. This is
17:00honestly one of my best results I've
17:02gotten from just the first day testing,
17:04and the second day we damn near 3X it.
17:06I'm going to jump over to the ad account
17:08and show you what the ad metrics are
17:09looking like. So, jumping over to the
17:11ads manager, as you can see on the top
17:13right, it's currently 26 January, and we
17:16spent about $1,064
17:18with a $14.38
17:20CPA, and we got 74 website purchases.
17:24Now, if you look over to the other
17:25metrics like our CPC, we're at 86 cents
17:29CPC, a 4.94% CTR.
17:32And that's not the best, [music] but
17:34if you go over here, let me add the
17:36ROAS, we have a 2.72 ROAS, which is
17:40absolutely nuts, right? If you don't
17:41know anything about metrics, a 2.72 ROAS
17:44basically for every dollar that I put
17:46in, I was getting $2.72 back. All right,
17:49so if we look at each individual ad, you
17:52can see that this ad alone spent $823.
17:56It got 63 sales with $13 CPA. The rest
17:59of the other ads got some couple sales,
18:01but really all you need is one winning
18:03ad for it to carry your entire store.
18:06So, what I'm going to do moving on
18:07towards day three, four, five, and
18:09scaling this further is I'm going to
18:11double down on this winning ad and make
18:12more variations of it. All right, guys,
18:14so the challenge was supposed to end
18:16yesterday. You know, we already hit our
18:181K a day ago, but the store just started
18:20cooking so hard. So, I woke up today,
18:23right? So, for some [snorts] context,
18:25it's 12:00 p.m. right now in Singapore.
18:27We're running ads through the states, so
18:29it's about a 12-hour difference. So, the
18:32Shopify dashboard obviously is going to
18:34look like it's 12:00 p.m. there.
18:36But, we're ending today off
18:38at a 5.6K.
18:42Like, what? Like, yesterday we were at 2
18:45grand. Today we're at 5.6K. The first
18:48day we were at 800. So, I'm probably
18:50going to scale this store to like 10K in
18:52the next couple days. And this just goes
18:55to show that drop shipping is really so
18:57easy once you know the correct
19:00strategies and the right products to
19:02sell. And obviously, you also need a
19:03good marketing angle. Guys, over on the
19:05ad account, I cannot make this up,
19:08right? We basically bumped the budget
19:10all the way to over $2,000 already. I've
19:13de-scaled it back to 1,000 because
19:16>> [music]
19:16>> we were low-key scaling kind of crazy.
19:18But throughout the day, I was
19:19self-scaling. I was bumping it from 800
19:22to 1.2k, 1.4k, [music]
19:241.6k, 1.8k, all the way to $2,000 and
19:28even over spent to 2.2k. Right guys, as
19:30you can see, we got a $15.74 CPA, 145
19:35website purchases. Look over to the
19:37other metrics. We got a $1.20 CPC. Our
19:39CPC increased a little bit, but that
19:41doesn't really matter. Our CTR is
19:42basically around the same. And if you
19:44look over to our ROAS,
19:46we have a 2.44 ROAS, which is very,
19:49very, very healthy. So today alone, our
19:51margins were so good. It's damn near
19:53over 35% like on today on our profit
19:56margins alone, which is absolutely
19:58ridiculous. The goal was only to make
20:00$1,000 in a day. Like this is really how
20:02crazy eCom can get. All you really need
20:04is one good winning ad, like I said
20:06earlier in day one, and it will really
20:08take up all the spending and carry on
20:10entire stores so hard. So guys, there
20:12you go. You know, this is what happens
20:14when you actually follow a proven system
20:16and a proven strategy. And guys,
20:18whatever I show you in this video is
20:20what I teach inside eCom Wizards, but we
20:22go a little more in-depth, right?
20:24Instead of just watching a YouTube
20:26video, I'm actually going to be
20:27personally helping you build and scale
20:29your very own drop shipping store. So
20:31we're going to be hopping on multiple
20:32calls a week, and you don't just get
20:34access to me. You get access to multiple
20:36of my own coaches as well. They've
20:38generated well over six figures every
20:39single month. Now, the moral of the
20:41story is drop shipping is not dead. But
20:44if you follow a old strategy, you're not
20:46going to make any money now. And with AI
20:48in 2026, this makes drop shipping so
20:50much easier, and the barrier to entry is
20:53little to none. You don't need any
20:54experience. You don't need to be tech
20:56savvy, and you don't need any prior
20:58business experience. All you need is a
21:00Wi-Fi and your laptop, and you're ready
21:01to go. So guys, I hope to see you inside
21:03my program eCom Wizards. But with that
21:05being said, it's Ristan here. Peace out,
21:07guys.
