0:00Today, we're going to talk about
0:01visualization, cuz I get asked quite
0:03often about this in lots of different
0:05versions. It's quite a complicated
0:07subject when you
0:09enact manifestation,
0:11your self-mental model, your
0:13self-belief.
0:16Visualizing how it's all going to end
0:18up. Do you visualize the end result? Do
0:20you visualize the battle? Do you
0:22visualize the problems? We're going to
0:24talk about visualization as a whole.
0:26Visualization as a whole is very
0:28misunderstood, because most people are
0:30visualizing to beg the universe for
0:33things. Like a pauper.
0:35Like a female who you met in Dubai.
0:38Please buy me this handbag. God, please
0:41give me a Lambo. I visualize I want a
0:43really nice big house. Please give me
0:44nice stuff. Please give me money. Like a
0:47pauper. Like a beggar. Let me ask you a
0:49question. If someone begs you for
0:50things, how do you feel about them?
0:54Someone asks you for $10, you give it to
0:55them, fine.
0:56>> [music]
0:56>> Then they beg for more, and you give it
0:57to them. Then they beg for more.
0:59Cuz the human creature is permanently
1:01ungrateful. We're always unhappy. We're
1:04always going to be asking for more.
1:06You're always going to visualize bigger
1:07and larger and more grandiose [music]
1:09things than you currently have.
1:11So, when you are visualizing these
1:12things and begging the universe for
1:13them, not only are you a beggar, but
1:16even worse, when the universe does
1:17satisfy one of these concerns, you
1:19continue to ask for more, and you look
1:21ungrateful. Ungratefulness is one of the
1:24least likable aspects of the human
1:27psyche. If you help somebody with
1:29something and they're ungrateful for
1:30[music] it, nothing will make you angry
1:32faster than that. And the universe,
1:35karma, God, the simulation, whatever you
1:37want to call it, operates the exact same
1:39way. You must always try your very best
1:41to not be ungrateful.
1:43So, what is the purpose of
1:44visualization? Well, there are two
1:46things you should be doing when you
1:47visualize.
1:49You should be unplugging, like we talked
1:50about yesterday. You should be
1:52disconnecting from the matrix, and you
1:53should be allowing your mind to run
1:56through your the personal events you've
1:57gone through, and to organize your
1:58thoughts. And you should be visualizing
2:00a future that you want to have, but not
2:03in a way where you're going to look like
2:04a beggar or a pauper. Give me lots of
2:06things I don't currently have. I want
2:08all this stuff. Give me all this stuff,
2:10like a slot. You're not a slot, you're a
2:12man, and you want to earn things. You
2:14don't want to be given anything. You
2:16want to earn things.
2:17Because that's what men do. Because
2:19you're not going to put any value on
2:21things which are given to you. You're
2:22going to put value on the things that
2:23you earn. You're not going to respect
2:25any of the things that are given to you.
2:27You want it to be hard. You want it to
2:28be difficult. You want to go through the
2:30mud. You want to suffer and bleed. You
2:32want to sweat. And by going through all
2:33of those things, you are attributing
2:35value to the end result. That is when
2:36you're going to be happy with what you
2:38get.
2:39So, when you visualize, you are not
2:41asking for things. What you are
2:43visualizing is [music] to do three
2:46important things.
2:48The first thing is to say thank you for
2:49the things you already have.
2:51For the same reason that ungratefulness
2:53is dislikable, gratefulness is very
2:55respected by people
2:57and the universe. When you visualize,
3:00instead of asking for a larger house,
3:02you should be saying thank you to God
3:04for the house you currently have.
3:06Instead of asking for a hotter
3:07girlfriend, you should be thankful for
3:09the girlfriend you currently have.
3:10Instead of asking for more money, you
3:11should be thankful for the money you
3:13currently have. You should be
3:14visualizing sitting, closing your eyes,
3:16and feeling a deep gratitude. Gratitude
3:19is a high vibration. Gratitude is a good
3:21energy to have inside of you. It
3:23attracts nice things to you when you
3:25feel the warm fuzz of gratitude [music]
3:27inside of your chest.
3:29So, visualization should be saying thank
3:30you for the things you already have.
3:32And the second thing you should be
3:33visualizing is trying [music]
3:35to 100% convince yourself and the world
3:39that you believe you will have the
3:42things you want.
3:44This is very different than begging and
3:46asking for the things you want.
3:48This is saying that I know one day I
3:50will have them because I believe in
3:52myself. You are visualizing the
3:54self-belief. You are not visualizing the
3:57fish, you're visualizing the fishing
3:59rod. You are prepared to go and work,
4:01you are prepared to suffer, sweat, sit
4:03out in the sun, you're prepared to wait
4:05a long period of time, you're prepared
4:07to do the difficult things to eventually
4:09get the fish that you want. However,
4:13you are not going to believe that you
4:15can pull this off unless you visualize
4:17and understand that you are perfectly
4:19capable of doing these things. You know,
4:22in my life if I look at all the things
4:24I've achieved, the most amazing things,
4:26>> [music]
4:26>> the reason I managed to pull them off is
4:28because I 100% believed I was going to.
4:31Every time I 100% believed I was going
4:33to pull off a miracle, somehow I did.
4:36When I truly believed in myself and I
4:38knew that somehow I was going to do
4:40something amazing, I actually did. It
4:43wasn't that I was any more capable
4:45than I normally am, it's that I just
4:47believed it would go well. Believing
4:49it's all going to work out okay somehow
4:52makes things all work out okay. You have
4:54outlasted every difficult thing that's
4:56happened to you so [music] far. You have
4:57outlasted all of the situations you
4:59thought you would never outlast. You
5:01have outlasted all the stressful
5:02scenarios you found yourself in. You've
5:04managed to do all of that. So, there's
5:06no reason to believe with 100% success
5:08rate that the future is going to be any
5:10different. So, you're visualizing to say
5:12thank you for the things you already
5:13have and you're cementing your work
5:15ethic inside of your mind.
5:17You're not saying, [music] "I want a
5:19nice house." You're visualizing saying,
5:21"I'm the kind of person who is prepared
5:23to do anything it takes to get a nice
5:24house. I'm prepared to do any amount of
5:26work. I'm prepared to take on stressful
5:28tasks. I'm prepared to reply to as many
5:30people as I need to reply to. I'll do
5:32the late nights. I know [music] I
5:34deserve this house and I'm going to get
5:36it by proving I deserve it. I'm going to
5:38get it by working harder than everybody
5:40else. Life [music] is a competition and
5:41in the competition, the people who work
5:43the longest are rewarded. The
5:45indefatigable people are rewarded. I am
5:47not going to quit. I am not going to
5:48give up. Everyone else is going to get
5:50tired. Everyone else is going to quit.
5:51Everyone else is going to complain. I'm
5:53not. I'm not that guy. I'm different
5:55than everyone else. And because I'll be
5:56the last one standing, because I'm the
5:58longest lasting, I'm going to get
5:59exactly what I deserve [music] because
6:00I'm the person who never gives in.
6:03Your entire personality and your
6:05worldview is simply what you have
6:07decided inside of your mind. If you
6:10visualize and decide inside of your mind
6:13that you're the kind of person who never
6:14quits, you become the kind of person who
6:17never quits. If you decide depression
6:19isn't real, you become the person who
6:21cannot be depressed. What you decide,
6:24what you 100% visualize, this is who you
6:27become. If you become the person who you
6:29decide is always happy, I'm a positive
6:31person. I'm always happy no matter what.
6:33When difficult things happen to me, I do
6:34not give up. I do not quit. That is what
6:36other people do. I'm the kind of person
6:38who smiles through the pain, smiles
6:40through the chaos. That was That's what
6:41makes me different than everyone else.
6:43If you keep repeating these things, you
6:45become that person. Because when
6:47something difficult happens to you, you
6:48enact out your visualizations. You are
6:51choosing the characters. You are
6:53choosing all the different spirits of
6:55the ancestry, which make you as a unique
6:57individual. You are choosing the stats
7:00that you're going to apply to your
7:01character for the video game. You are
7:03deciding what you want to be, and
7:04visualization is how you attribute the
7:07skill points to your avatar inside of
7:09the simulation. That is what
7:11visualization is for.
7:13Saying thank [music] you for everything
7:14you already have, and then to take the
7:17skill sets that you want. You want to be
7:19grateful. You want to be happy. You want
7:21to be satisfied. You want to be hard
7:23working. You want to be perspicacious.
7:25You want all of these things, and you
7:27are re-wiring your brain to understand
7:29that's exactly [music] who you are.
7:31Those qualities will give you the things
7:33you want. That is how you get the nice
7:35house. You do not visualize and beg
7:37[music]
7:38and ask like a pauper for expensive
7:41things that you have not earned.
7:42Instead, you visualize having the
7:44qualities that you need to go and earn
7:47the expensive things that you want. This
7:49is an extremely important distinction.
7:52Most of you shouldn't be visualizing at
7:54all because you're doing it completely
7:55wrong.
7:57Begging God for things makes him dislike
8:00you. Begging the universe for things
8:02makes the universe dislike you. You are
8:04visualizing wrong and you're actually
8:06doing harm to yourself by constantly
8:09sitting there like a beggar, like a
8:11pathetic peasant. Get rid of that.
8:13Instead, use your visualization to
8:15imagine yourself in a difficult scenario
8:18and imagining yourself handling it
8:20flawlessly, handling it cool, calm,
8:23flawless, professional. When James Bond
8:26comes under fire, he does not panic. He
8:28is a consummate professional, as are
8:31you.
8:32This is what visualization is for.
8:35Doing it for any other reason is a
8:37complete waste of cognitive time. In
8:39fact, it's actually damaging your
8:41relationship with the simulation because
8:43you look like a pathetic peasant. You
8:45look like a beggar. You are not a
8:47beggar.
8:48If you came to me and said, "Andrew, I
8:49want $10 million, please."
8:52what's your chance of getting it? Very
8:53low. If you come to me and say, "Andrew,
8:55I have all the skills required to make
8:57you $20 million and in return, all I
9:00would like is $10 million. I want to
9:02work beside you. I am hardworking.
9:04>> [music]
9:04>> I am dedicated. I do not quit. I do not
9:06give up. I learn fast.
9:08I have visualized. I have trained my
9:10mind to be all of these things. I am
9:12exactly who you need on your team. For
9:14that reason, we are going to work
9:15together and we are going to succeed if
9:17you give me the opportunity." That is a
9:19completely different ask than give me
9:21$10 million.
9:23So, when I ask people what they want, I
9:25go through life and often say to people,
9:27"Guys,
9:28what do you want?" And they say, "I want
9:30a fast car
9:31>> [music]
9:31>> and I want a nice house and I want a hot
9:33girl." They don't say, "I want to be
9:35hardworking and disciplined and
9:36dedicated. I want to be the kind of
9:37person who never misses the gym.
9:39Everyone says they want muscles. No one
9:41says they want to be the person who
9:43wants to go to the gym and will not miss
9:45the gym.
9:46That is why they don't end up with the
9:47body they want. I don't need the
9:49muscles. I don't need the money. I just
9:51need to be the guy who's always in the
9:52gym and who always works [music] cuz
9:54guess what that leads to.
9:57If I ask God to give me the powers and
9:59the skills so that I can [music]
10:01constantly use my body and my cognitive
10:04function to dedicate myself towards
10:06difficult [music] tasks, he'll give it
10:07to me.
10:09I'm one of God's soldiers, as are you.
10:11I'm asking to be strong so I can go and
10:13fight the world.
10:15He will give me that. He will not give
10:16me victories I did not earn.
10:18He will not give me money I did not
10:20earn. He will not give me women and
10:21houses and cars I do not deserve. He is
10:24not going to give me undeserved things,
10:25but he will give me the strength to go
10:27and fight if I am prepared to suffer and
10:29fight.
10:30That is what you are visualizing for.
10:32You're saying, "Thank you for all of
10:33your achievements." and you're asking
10:35for the power to go and get more. You do
10:37not ask God for an easy life. You ask
10:40God for the skills to build the life you
10:42want. This is extremely important. We
10:45have a super chat here I'm going to read
10:46quickly.
10:50So, making money is one thing that
10:52everybody on the planet is obsessed
10:53with. It's true.
10:55We're all born into the capitalistic
10:57game. You cannot escape this game. You
11:00don't get to tick a box at the beginning
11:01of your life and say, "I don't want to
11:03play capitalism. I want to live in a
11:05socialist utopia." That's not how it
11:07works. Whether you're born in India,
11:09Africa, or America, you need money.
11:11So, everyone is constantly closing their
11:13eyes and thinking of and dreaming of big
11:14piles of money and they're confused why
11:16it doesn't turn up. Nobody is closing
11:18their eyes and thinking of being a hard
11:20worker.
11:22What is God more likely to give you?
11:25A pile of money you didn't earn?
11:27Or the strength to work hard? You must
11:30rewire your software.
11:32Your body is your hardware. If you
11:34rewire your software, not only will you
11:36have the discipline and dedication to go
11:38and work on your hardware
11:40>> [music]
11:40>> as and when required, but most
11:41importantly, you're going to have a
11:43completely different unique worldview,
11:45which is going to allow you to win.
11:46You're going to rewire yourself for
11:48competitiveness.
11:49This is what you must comprehend about
11:51visualization.
11:53Say thank you for the things you have
11:55and rewire your brain so that you can go
11:57out there.
11:59Now,
12:01I have not, for a very long time,
12:03I have not, probably in modern history,
12:06closed my mind and imagined something I
12:08want that I do not have.
12:10All I imagine are the skills I need to
12:12go and get it. Mindset in and of itself,
12:15people often say to me, "Andrew,
12:16I love your videos. It helps so much
12:18with my mindset."
12:19Your mindset should be optimized for
12:22competency. You are a man and you want
12:25an empire. As much as you pretend you
12:27don't want an empire, that is false.
12:29Having a woman who loves you and
12:30children who respect you is an empire.
12:32That's what you want. You want money.
12:34That's an empire. You want a house which
12:35is yours. This is land that is yours
12:37that you must protect. That is an
12:38empire. You want an empire. If you were
12:41optimizing your mind for happiness,
12:43then you're not going to be as
12:44competitive as the man who optimizes his
12:46mind for competitiveness.
12:49You need to optimize and visualize and
12:51train your brain and train your software
12:53to be as capable and as competitive as
12:55possible all of the time. This is the
12:56most important life hack I can give you
12:59as a man.
13:00Because it is becoming harder and harder
13:01to win, and some people are prepared to
13:03suffer to win. If you are not prepared
13:05to suffer to win, you're never going to
13:07beat the guy who is.
13:09So, you need to visualize this. I am
13:11prepared to suffer. I am prepared to do
13:13the difficult days that other people are
13:14not prepared to do. I am not the kind of
13:16person who complains. I do not quit.
13:18When everyone else around me is giving
13:20up, I am the last one standing. This is
13:22what I imagine. This is why I'm going to
13:23have everything I've ever dreamed of.
13:25This is why I'm going to succeed.
13:26[music] I am thankful to God and the
13:28universe for all the amazing things I
13:29already have. I know I'm going to have
13:31more because I'm the type of person who
13:32will not give up when everyone else has
13:34given up. I know I'm the kind of person
13:36who's going to have exactly [music] what
13:37he dreams of because I'm going to work
13:38for it. I'm going to respect it when I
13:40have it. I'm going [music] to show the
13:41universe that I deserve it the most.
13:43That is why I am the most dedicated.
13:45This is extremely important.
13:47You must be the kind of person who's
13:49prepared to work when no one else is
13:50prepared to work. You must dedicate
13:51yourself to the task when everyone else
13:53has ADHD. Everyone else is permanently
13:55distracted. Everyone else is giving up.
13:57Nobody else can sit down and get
13:58something done for more than 5 minutes
14:00before they quit, before they give up,
14:01before they want to go watch porn. You
14:03have to be different than everybody
14:04else.
14:05Change your visualization strategy.
14:09After this emergency meeting, write down
14:11all the qualities that would make you
14:12extremely successful in your life.
14:15What would make you successful? Firstly,
14:17you're the kind of person who can
14:18identify opportunities, resourcefulness
14:20and capacity. Secondly, you're the kind
14:21of person who never quits, never gives
14:22up, dependability. Thirdly, you're
14:24likable. You're charismatic. You're
14:26interesting. You're funny.
14:28You need to sit and write down all of
14:30the qualities you want in yourself. And
14:32that's what you need to be visualizing
14:34as you take time off your phone. Rewire
14:36your programming.
14:37Funny is a decision. Charismatic is a
14:41decision. Your aura is a decision. Being
14:43likable is a decision. You decide all of
14:46these things. You think about and you
14:47work on these things.
14:49Name a likable,
14:51charismatic, a guy with aura, funny,
14:54who's smart, intelligent, hard working,
14:56paying attention to opportunities who
14:57doesn't have any house he wants.
15:00That's how you get the house.
15:03I hope I've made this clear.
15:05I hope I've given you guys some
15:06important knowledge here.
15:08This is the point of meditation and
15:10visualization. A lot of you have been
15:12doing it wrong. I've been getting lots
15:14of emails from you guys saying, "I'm
15:15visualizing a big house and it isn't
15:17coming." That is why.
15:19Keep that in mind. You need to be as
15:21grateful [music] as
15:22to the universe because ungrateful
15:24people are not rewarded. Tell your
15:26parents you love them.
15:27Be thankful for all the things you have.
15:29Be nice to your partner. Be nice to the
15:31waiter. Be nice to the taxi driver. Go
15:33through life with a grateful heart. Be
15:35kind. Be open. Be really, really
15:37approachable. Be a great and nice person
15:40and you'll be surprised what [music] the
15:41universe will begin to give to you.
15:43Thank you.
