0:03will prohibit users from communicating
0:05with its Claude neural network in a
0:06rude or aggressive manner . The new
0:09restrictions will go into effect on
0:11November 12th . This applies to
0:12instances of unfounded insults directed
0:14at the artificial intelligence . If this
0:16happens , the bot will end the dialogue .
0:18After that , it will no longer be
0:19possible to send messages to that same
0:21chat . These measures do not apply to
0:23cases where people simply express
0:25disagreement , explore dark creative
0:27topics , or conduct testing and research
0:30on the model . Furthermore , the company
0:33will tighten restrictions on using AI
0:34for surveillance , weapons development ,
0:36and election interference . These
0:38changes are related , in part , to
0:40Anthropic’s research dedicated to the
0:43potential well-being of artificial
0:45intelligence .
