0:48the body and at the same time you refine

0:51the mind the more you think you're

0:55there is no progress there is no

0:57development without restriction just

0:59feel free without any type of

Inceputul formarii Shaolin

3:10you so much for coming here uh to this

3:20podcast that's surprise how do you did

3:23you did you learn Romanian now before

3:26coming not before coming but I spent

3:29some years I have a good connection

3:30actually to kch okay and in the past

3:34years I had some period where I also

3:37stayed in the city for a few years and

3:39there I just catched up let's say what

3:41was necessary so I understand a little

3:44bit okay that that's so great that's

3:46such a good news I have a lot of

3:48questions but I want to start with the

3:50beginning with your childhood when you

3:52were introduced to the sholing practices

3:55at the year uh at the age of four how

3:59was it for five uh for a

4:01four-year-old uh to be introduced to the

4:04Shing practices how did that change you

4:08well let's put it really straight away

4:11like this I grew up in an Asian family

4:14know my parents they came as refugees

4:16from Vietnam to Germany in

4:201979 and I also have like an older

4:23brother and so growing up in an Asian

4:25family is very clear that whatever my

4:28father is saying you just listen to yeah

4:31so which means that at the age of four

4:33when he

4:35decided um

4:37he's putting me into a Shaolin school so

4:40I had no choice in that sense I just

4:42followed the instructions of my father

4:44he said go there do the training and so

4:46I went there do the

4:48training so I wouldn't really say that

4:50in the beginning it was my choice for me

4:53it was just starting as a hobby starting

4:56just as an practice to use my body not

4:59to sit around too much using the body

5:02using the energy that as a child for

5:05example you just have this type of

5:07energy which means you know to Children

5:12there's not much talking necessary they

5:14are not using the energy to process with

5:16the mind this is what adults do with

5:19children they are processing energy by

5:21moving and so for me growing up with

5:24this type of Shaolin practices meaning

5:26Kung Fu practicing Kung Fu I just felt

5:29like it's good for me on the one side

5:31the body gets strong and on the other

5:33side I just felt that to some

5:36extent it's a big contribution to the

5:40state of balance that at a later point

5:42in time became more and more important

5:46what it means what is it that needs to

5:48actually be balanced out about yourself

Educatia Shaolin pt copii

5:51what is the sholing approach to uh such

5:54young kids isn't it's anyhow

5:58constricting you from from uh I don't

6:00know playing and doing what kids are

6:04doing no it's it really depends

6:08on how deep we are going to to answer

6:12that type of question yeah so on the one

6:14side of course there is the freedom that

6:16a child is supposed to

6:18have

6:21but that definition of freedom yeah to

6:24do what you want at any time that you

6:26want just feel free without any type of

6:28restriction I don't think this is the

6:31way how a human in this world is

6:33learning to grow so there is for example

6:36derived from the ancient teachings is

6:39saying that there is no progress there

6:42is no development without

6:45restriction and this means for example

6:48sometimes you need to have somebody

6:50telling you what you are supposed to do

6:53even if you feel like sleeping until

6:55like 10 11:00 well it's not good to do

6:58MH it's wake up do your discipline

7:00structure and then learn first of all to

7:04just do things which are not based on

7:06your

7:08own sense of comfort let's call like

7:10this but this sense of comfort is not

7:13helpful when it comes to developing

7:15yourself so and in a way now the

7:18shaoling practices especially when it

7:20comes to Children it is still a playful

7:23way yeah because you're using the body

7:26it's fun at some point it's still fun

7:29you like to do the the

7:31things but at the same time it's also a

7:34healthy way to also start to understand

7:38that this lifetime is not just about

7:42um is not just about roses and

7:46butterflies sometimes you are meeting

7:48situations that you just have to face

7:52and that you have to go through meaning

7:54you're going to meet Conflict at one or

7:56another Point you're going to meet the

7:59the feeling of having

8:01competition and the martial art the

8:04sholing practices for example I think is

8:06a very healthy way to already get used

8:09to if you fail at one competition it

8:12doesn't mean that you're a bad person it

8:15just means practice

8:17more so these are all things where now

Filosofia Shaolin si formarea caracterului

8:20when we talk about it already you see

8:23that it's not just the physicality that

8:26is so interesting about this tradition

8:29about this practices it is especially

8:32the question how does all this

8:35physicality all this practicing of using

8:38the

8:39body how does it eventually translate

8:42into your mindset translate into what

8:46type of character are you do you have

8:49patience do you have Discipline Do you

8:52have willpower this is the question

8:55because you know when we go to school

8:58for example example there are subjects

9:01that we are learning mathematics biology

9:04physics chemistry all of these things

9:06these are subjects that we are

9:08learning but every human being has

9:11something we have something inside of

9:14us some people you would say they have

9:17discipline other people they don't have

9:18it some people have gratefulness other

9:22people don't have it some people have a

9:24natural sense of respect other people

9:26don't have it so the question is is it

9:30coincidence that you are born with

9:32respect or that you are born with

9:34discipline or is these character traits

9:37something that actually need to be and

9:40can be developed inside the human

9:43being because if you're disciplined it

9:46doesn't matter what you do afterwards in

9:49your life if you are disciplined you're

9:51going to have this discipline because

9:52it's part of your character you're going

9:55to carry it on for whatever you are

9:57doing going to school going to

9:59University having your first job

10:02building up your your own company

10:04doesn't matter what it is so this is

10:07that interesting part which means what

10:10all of this Shaolin practices for me the

10:13way how I am sharing it since years what

10:16it is about it is about figuring

10:19out what is the core of you as a human

10:23being that you can develop and then

10:26afterwards what you are doing with this

10:28core really really doesn't

10:30matter some people make a professional

10:33life in sports other people make a

10:36profession by being a entrepreneur other

10:40people they stay

10:43employed other people build

10:45houses other people build cars it

10:48doesn't really matter the thing is that

10:50along the way of creating something in

10:53this

10:54lifetime there are some helpful human

10:58character traits or mindsets that I

11:01think they need

11:03development so and the question is now

Obiceiurile si schimbarea

11:06okay how to develop them can you still

11:10develop them when you're an adult and

11:14you realize you don't have discipline

11:16and you don't have these core um

11:19characteristics you talked

11:21about so from my observation and also

11:26like sensing into

11:28myself the more you're used or getting

11:30used to something the more habits

11:32actually you yourself are starting to

11:34develop so we humans

11:37are beings of

11:39habit so the question is if 20 years

11:42long you lived a type of life where

11:45there was not a lot of discipline

11:48involved you can still develop it of

11:50course with the 21st years and onwards

11:54but before that we have to somehow

11:57balance out these 20 years of your habit

12:01of being un

12:02undisciplined so what it means is the

12:05older you get the more habits you

12:07already have the more difficult it will

12:10become to change any of them so this is

12:13why starting as early as possible is the

12:16easiest way to actually program yourself

12:19condition yourself in the right

12:21direction of what type of habits what

12:24type of thinking patterns you would like

12:28to develop in yourself yeah but the

Cu mintea deschisa

12:32other truth is

12:34also it depends on the openness of the

12:37Mind eventually it is it depends

12:40everything on the openness of yourself

12:42so if somebody is 50 years old but he is

12:45still open to life open to life means

12:49you actually realize about yourself that

12:52you know nothing about this

12:54lifetime you have 50 years of human life

12:57yeah but 50 years is 50 years yeah so it

13:01really depends on how open are you

13:03staying throughout your journey in this

13:06lifetime if you always take care of

13:08staying open there is no limit in terms

13:12of how much and how much more are you

13:15able to uh develop

13:18yourself the more limited the more

13:20restricted the more close you are the

13:23more you think you are perfect the less

13:26you're going to change they call it my

13:29my point of view right you you change

13:32the range of the possibilities to single

13:35point of view in your life you mean we

Realitatea limitata

13:37don't need to be that sure that we know

13:39the answer and we know uh what we know

13:42and to be like to develop that Curiosity

13:45that kids have usually into learning and

13:48finding new stuff yes for example now

13:51when you are mentioning already like

13:54that child mindset yeah okay no

13:58sometimes where

13:59people are starting to study or starting

14:03to get involved into any type of ancient

14:06practices or ancient teachings for

14:08example like Buddhism like Daoism like

14:11confusion ISM just as an example you

14:15know these uh ancient philosophies were

14:19developed in a different culture it's

14:21not the Western culture where all of

14:23these things were developed so of course

14:25it means that the language the words the

14:29pictures that are being let's say

14:32transmitted are based on the culture for

14:35what it was developed for

14:38so and why I'm mentioning this is that

14:41here in the western very often you want

14:44proof and you want to have science as

14:47the one that is the truth yeah people

14:50believe numbers people believe the signs

14:52and all of this and therefore one very

14:54important thing if you believe in

14:56science then you maybe just listen right

14:58now what the scientists maybe say about

15:01their observations about this universe

15:03that we have right now which means that

15:06all the matter everything that we humans

15:09see see the planets the Stars the

15:13galaxies what we see is

15:150.1% of what is there yeah that's true

15:19okay so what does it mean it means 99.9%

15:22or let's say the majority of existence

15:25you don't see yeah so how can you as a

15:29human being say you know

15:31anything at least you can you know what

15:34what you know I mean I have this I have

15:37this kind of questions and conversations

15:39with myself because I'm a scientist and

15:42it's very hard for me to go beyond the

15:45evidence-based I mean the evidence-based

15:48is something I can't be sure about the

15:51rest for me is like a dark forest and

15:56I'm kind of afraid I don't know what

15:58what what I can find there and if what I

16:01find I can't interpret in the right way

16:04and uh it seems dangerous for me as a

16:08scientist

Etichetarea si limitarile

16:10okay there is a time when the child is

16:14born he has no words in his mind he

16:18doesn't know

16:20anything when the child looks at the

16:24tree looks at the

16:27tree now I set the word already but when

16:29the child looks

16:32at that yeah it's there it's obvious

16:38there is

16:40something but when does this something

16:43become a

16:46tree well well let's say that when your

16:52mind starts to develop this pattern and

16:55when this tree fits in the pattern of

16:58the Tree from where does he get the word

17:01tree okay how does he know this

17:05is well he learns it from his parents

17:09[Music]

17:10or before he get the information put in

17:13the mind of the child that this is a

17:15tree yeah the child still looks at the

17:19that whatever it is yeah it is only a

17:23tree because somebody is telling you it

17:25is a

17:26tree without somebody telling you a name

17:29for this it is still there it is out of

17:33doubt it is in existence it is not let's

17:37say an illusion it's real the difference

17:40right now is that everything that we

17:42start to like learn in this

17:44lifetime from somewhere we learn to

17:48label everything mhm

17:50labeling yeah and and this is the moment

17:53where the openness the Curiosity

17:56of whatever happen whatever it is it's

17:59just there it

18:00is but this labeling of giving

18:03everything a name this is the reason why

18:05things along the line get restricted

18:08because we start to think in categories

18:11this is good this is bad yeah yeah and

18:16it is useful let's say for communication

18:19amongst

18:20people but on the other side in another

18:24state of being in another perspective of

18:27looking at this life

18:29lifetime sometimes it's really not

18:31necessary to use

18:34words because the words any words never

18:38describe what it

18:41is it never describes what it

18:44is now the only reason we call this one

18:46right now table because it is commonly

18:49understood and defined as table if right

18:53from the beginning we would have said

18:54this is not called table it's called

18:56chair then today we would call this

18:58chair

18:59so it's not a table it's not a chair it

19:01is just something we label it as what is

19:03it in

19:07essence can you describe a situation

Existenta nu este separata.

19:09where where this kind of uh thinking can

19:13help you or when describing by words

19:16some things we are limiting ourselves in

19:19understanding the

19:23world I try as good as I can to still

19:26that everybody like who also like listen

19:28right now can follow a little bit yes

19:30okay so I said in the moment we are

19:33labeling something labeling meaning you

19:36give something a

19:38word so if I say uh look at the

19:42glass we know where to look because this

19:46one we have named glass yeah but why do

19:50you know where to

19:53look it is because this glass at this

19:57very moment

19:59is something else than everything it's

20:01surrounded of so by using words what you

20:05are actually doing what we're doing is

20:07we're separating mhm we every word is

20:11defining a form it is defining a shape

20:15in the moment something has a form

20:17something has a shape there is something

20:19inside the form there is something

20:21outside the form you are separating mhm

20:25this existence is not separated mhm

20:29yeah okay now let me give you an example

20:32for example yeah we are right now here

20:33in

20:34Kapa I think like one 1 p.m. noon

20:38time

20:40um if you look out right

20:43now what do we

20:46have

20:49sunlight

20:51okay actually I made a mistake telling

20:54you that's 1: p.m. without the 1: p.m.

20:56if I ask you what do we have right now

21:00if we look outside the building we are

21:02in oh right now from your sense do we

21:04have day or night ah well if I if I

21:07would not know the time I would not

21:10could not tell if it's day or night yeah

21:12okay even if we look right now out and

21:15you say it's day yeah it is only day

21:18based on our perspective because we are

21:21right now here in Europe yeah but at

21:23exactly this point in time it's day and

21:27night at the same time

21:30on the on the perspective I'm talking

21:32about it's just that we it's day and

21:35night exist at the same

21:37time this part of the globe we have day

21:40other part of the world right now is

21:42night at the same point in time we have

21:44both mhm there is no chronology between

21:48now is day later is night mhm day and

21:52night exist coexist at the same

21:56time right now we can sit

21:59here we have we call this

22:03life we all wish that now we have life

22:06we hope this life is going to be 70 80

22:0990 maybe 100 years long and after this

22:12100 years then death can come

22:17yeah death and life is not a

22:22chronology who gives you the guarantee

22:25not right now no matter how healthy

22:27you're living you get a heart attack

22:28Tech right now where's the guarantee

22:31well I don't have one is one one of my

22:33fears yeah me I don't have it either I

22:37don't have the guarantee I don't know

22:40every morning if I wake up death is not

22:43coming

22:44later life and death simultaneously at

22:48the same time so using this type of

22:53perspective success and failure there is

22:56no successful person I know in in this

22:58world that I would regard as successful

23:01who does not at the same time has

23:04success on this side and can prove to me

23:07on the other side all of the failures

23:09that eventually led to his success true

23:12so what it means is to to live in a

23:17world where you think that we are living

23:20in a world which is about life it is

23:23about light it is about moving upwards

23:26it is about successful it is about

23:29beautiful it is about higher faster

23:34better this type of propaganda of making

23:37the human belief this life is one

23:39directional and that you can

23:42choose I think is a misconception and

23:45one

23:46day I feel the very

23:49hard reality is going to come and the

23:53reality is that this one and this one MH

23:57losing

23:59failure um letting go dying getting sick

24:05it is a part of every human being's

24:10lifetime but now just looking at the

24:12world what is it that is is propagated

24:15where is all the energy of the human

24:18being going it only goes in this

24:19direction because it feels

24:22comfortable

24:24security insecurity is nothing

24:26uncertainty is nothing that you feel

24:29comfortable with to deal it deal with it

24:31but what I'm saying is this and that

24:34they belong together there is no way out

24:37and the earlier you start to realize

24:41this the more

24:43real your view about this existence

24:46about your life

24:49becomes and and what it means is you

24:52start to appreciate way more what you

24:55have right now instead of running around

24:58starting to chase some things over and

25:01over again to afterwards realize you

25:04come alone you go alone very

25:08simple yeah and so these are all these

Mindset-ul, esenta practicilor Shaolin

25:10implications that again you see we talk

25:13a lot about mindset it's all about mind

25:16this is the essence of the shaoling

25:18practices not to forget this is the

25:21essence this is where all of the

25:24beautiful forms the hardening yeah the

25:27fighting aspect of it the combat aspect

25:30of it where at the end all of it boils

25:33down to the point how much have you

25:36understood about your life during this

25:41uh

25:43yeah this lifetime that you have

25:45available that is the core how can

Frica ne limiteaza dezvoltarea

25:48normal people that don't have the time

25:52to go to the Shaolin Temple and to

25:53practice a lot how can they start to

25:57integrate this this philosophy in their

26:00liveses because the truth is that we

26:03always want more and more let let me not

26:06talk about others I want more I want

26:09more money I want more uh knowledge I

26:13want more Sports I want more friends

26:16more holidays more

26:18success

26:20and I feel why I want more because I

26:24feel more

26:26um uh

26:30valuable this this way when I get more

26:33and when I get what I want I still want

26:37more and I know it's not the healthy pth

26:41yeah I know it's it's not going anywhere

26:44I get what I want and I still want more

26:47that doesn't satisfy me what can I

26:51do uh to find this harmony Because by

26:56the other side I'm afraid that if I I

26:58will not work more if I will not have

27:00more Vlogs and TV shows and stuff like

27:05that I feel that I I'm afraid that I'm

27:08going to lose stuff I'm going to miss

27:11stuff so I keep going that direction

27:14although I know it's not the healthy one

27:17what how can I bring back the harmony

27:21while still serving my um um let's say

27:26my purpose in life

27:30okay okay there are like a lot of things

27:32right

27:33now so number one that uh starting when

27:37we started the conversation that I hear

27:39is you mentioned the word fear yeah fear

27:43and also

27:44uncertainty

27:46yes these two things

27:50are the biggest challenges every human

27:53being is going to

27:56face the question is are you living your

27:59life based on

28:02fear or

28:05not and this fear let's let's put it

28:08like this is not

28:12helpful because it restricts you it

28:16restricts your ability to let's call it

28:19to expand the

28:20Mind fear is restricting you to discover

28:25because fear makes you to stay inside

28:27let's say

28:28the comfort zone but why do we call

28:31something the comfort zone it's because

28:33we have spent so many time already

28:36inside that zone that we know you know

28:39everything about it inside there already

28:41you have seen it you have experienced

28:43all of it that's why everything has

28:45become comfortable to you so as long as

28:48you're comfortable it means you're not

28:51leaving the things that you

28:54know this existence is too big it's 0.1%

28:59of knowing is 99% of not knowing mhm if

29:03you want to discover what is the

29:0799.9% it means you need to leave the

29:10space of knowing you need to leave the

29:13space of

29:14comfort you need to go into the

29:17uncertainty and this is that fearful

29:20part and people the more fearful you are

29:24the the more you're going to stay where

29:25you are

29:28the less fearful you are the more you're

29:30going to expand the more you're going to

29:32discover so now the question is how can

29:35I now

29:36learn to face your fear and to let's

29:42say yeah to face it and there again I

29:46think the shalling practices is one of

29:49these ways like I said in the beginning

29:52it starts with the fact of you have

29:54competition sometimes there when you're

29:56still young facing other ones in

29:59competition after all the Shaolin Kung

30:02Fu is still a martial art meaning you're

30:04also using the things together with

30:06another partner or do any type of

30:08spurring meaning you even if you have

30:11gloves on but you are standing there and

30:15are still willing to actually right now

30:17try out how good is the things that you

30:21have learned and how much pain can you

30:23take so facing pain is also something

Confruntarea cu durerea

30:28something that goes along the way of

30:29practicing the sh in martial

30:33arts now to just give you an

30:37example right now if I'm telling you

30:39okay let's make together I don't know 50

30:42push-ups maybe you can do 50 but 200 you

30:46cannot make right now so the question

30:49right now is how can you move up from

30:51making 50 push-ups up to

30:54200 it means that at the 50th push-up

30:58even if you're struggling even if it

31:00hurts even if the muscles are burning

31:03you need to learn to to unlock that last

31:07power that you have and push through the

31:10pain and make at least the 51

31:14push-up this is the way how skills how

31:18abilities start to grow inside of us and

31:22in the same way how the body is growing

31:25in the same way also I think it is in

31:27regards to the mind you don't have to

31:30jump right away into the darkness this

31:33is not many people can do this but

31:37realizing okay this is right now my

31:40comfort zone and tomorrow I'm already

31:43trying one thing that is just new to me

31:47yeah I feel oh it still feels

31:49uncomfortable to me but okay let's try

31:51just one step out next day another step

31:55out meaning in integrate the jump into

31:59the uncertainty into your lifetime until

32:03it becomes a

32:05habit yeah this is the one way that

32:08means how to develop that ability to go

32:12against the fear this is one

32:14thing and now the second part

Constientizarea sinelui. Conectarea cu corpul si mintea

32:17is uh and I think this is now very

32:20useful for for

32:24everyone if you have if you have the

32:27wrong image about yourself on this Earth

32:32if you are viewing yourself like from a

32:34wrong

32:36perspective then it just means you will

32:39never get into the understanding what

32:41type of potential you are actually

32:44possessing what do you mean you've uh

32:46you have a wrong image of yourself but

32:49can you give an example yes somebody who

32:51has never practice martial arts yeah if

32:54that person looks into the

32:56mirror he you would say this is

32:59me I have this black hair I have this

33:03eyes I have these lips I have this skin

33:06color this the very first

33:09view when you start practicing the

33:11martial arts it goes hand in hand at

33:13some point that you see hm okay but

33:16inside of that back of skin there's more

33:21you have a scal structure you have

33:23muscles you have tendons you have organs

33:26you have a whole system of of I don't

33:30know how you call it lymphatic system

33:32you have according to ancient tradition

33:34you have an energy system you can go

33:38even smaller into all of our organs are

33:41made out of molecules the molecules of

33:43atoms and the atoms of proton neutron

33:45electron the point is you becoming more

33:49and more

33:50fine more and

33:53more refined

33:56about there is much more about us

33:59because in the moment where you realize

34:01that back of skin has more on the inside

34:04it also increases right now your ability

34:07if you say health is important to me

34:10well then it's not enough to just like

34:12use cream on your skin that is taking

34:15care outside if you know there is more

34:18inside then it means whatever you eat

34:20whatever you do whatever you're drinking

34:23how does it affect what is inside of you

34:28so all these practices what does it do

34:32it makes you become more refined about

34:36yourself your layer of when you look at

34:39yourself when you sense into

34:42yourself you feel more what you are and

34:47still we're talking right now all about

34:49physicality yeah but at the same time

34:52just like in the psychosomatic uh

34:56relation your mind mind is

34:59unhealthy directed so the body can have

35:02an effect so shaoling tradition or this

35:06approach is exactly the other way around

35:08take care of the body refine the body

35:11and at the same time you refine the mind

35:14the more fine you become about the mind

35:17and why is the mind so important because

Mintea

35:20I think no it's not I think

35:22but it matters if you wake up in the

35:25morning what are you sinking when you

35:28wake up in the

35:30morning and if you already wake up with

35:34conflict in the

35:35mind wake up with with unsatisfaction

35:39Inside the Mind wake up with a feeling

35:41of lack of I wake up I have to do

35:44something quickly because I don't have

35:46it right now whatever it is so running

35:49after

35:50something this is where it is already so

35:53the point

35:55is why do

35:59we

36:00Chase why do you chase anything it is

36:04because you're in a state of lack

36:08something's

36:09missing if you would have it why would

36:12you chase

36:14it yeah and now the question is where

36:17does this lack come from and now come

Sensul vietii este existenta

36:20back to the

36:22child the

36:25child the incarnated soul the incarnated

36:28spirit when it comes to the Earth

36:31whoever made it possible for that child

36:33to

36:35come you can call it God you can call it

36:38the nature you can call it the universe

36:40no matter what this Force this power

36:44does not make

36:47mistakes God is not putting you in this

36:50earth

36:52incomplete why would he do

36:56that what he's on the earth is existence

37:00he's granting us existence yeah and

37:03afterwards it starts that we have

37:06Concepts we start thinking we start

37:10having ideas about how this life is

37:13supposed to be if you're not successful

37:16it's not the life if you don't have many

37:18cars it's not the life if you don't have

37:21many friends is not alive well no this

37:23is all human ideas you came to the Earth

37:27right from the beginning you have been

37:30complete this is the

37:33alternative and this is what um let's

37:36say at the moment I would say is just

37:40guiding to rethink so what is the next

37:43way of what can people do rethink your

37:46life look at how is your life looking at

37:50the

37:51moment how did you spend the last 5

37:55years 10 years and then also do you

37:58maybe see some patterns in your

Tiparul dorintelor

38:02life I tell you one pattern everybody

38:06has I have I had it too we all have it

38:09because it's normal there was a time we

38:12we didn't even have any mobile phone

38:14then like the first noas came out yeah

38:17in different type of shapes uh shapes

38:19and forms and okay eventually you even

38:22got one we're happy about it then the

38:24next generation of phones came out and

38:26this one was okay it's old already you

38:29want to the next one so then you got the

38:31iPhone then you got the iPad then you

38:33got the MacBook Pro then you got your

38:36high- station then you got the big TV

38:40screen then the first car you had was a

38:43Volkswagon then afterwards you had a BMW

38:46meanwhile you can afford like uh

38:49Mercedes a Porsche is also on top a

38:52Lamborghini is on top yeah a Bugatti is

38:54on top but there is a pattern behind

38:57there whenever you get what you want you

39:02will realize that's not it mhm and so

39:06the question is when do you start to

39:08realize the pattern that running after

39:13desires is not going to

39:16fulfill your desire I know that I feel

39:20that but I still run after desires I

39:23have like desires and I want to have a

39:26Porche I want to have a bigger

39:29house I know this won't fulfill me but I

39:33feel this world I live in is like

39:36screaming at us that's this is the only

39:41way um the world right now is so good on

39:46comparing us right I mean maybe 20 years

39:50ago we didn't have social media you you

39:52you don't know how many friends have

39:54each one now you can see you go social

39:57media you see how many followers you

39:58have like it is it becomes the

40:01competition that I feels is sucking all

40:04the energy from us and getting us apart

40:08from that uh um that human being that

40:12you become when when when you're born

40:14and when you're complete so how do I

Satisfactia vietii si conditionarile

40:17mean I feel like we are in a in a loop

40:20uh that is sucking uh this energy from

40:23us how can you get

40:25out without losing in your purpose in

40:29life let's

40:30say this is where it comes from what you

40:34need is

40:35realization what you need is wake

40:39up this is where all these terms are

40:41coming coming

40:43from and also really

40:45important followers are not friends

40:49followers are followers they follow you

40:52as long as the image that you

40:54represent fits to some way of thinking

40:58of the ones that follow you yeah I

41:01wouldn't give anything about

41:03followers there is a a circle of very

41:06very close friends of life and they

41:10don't care if there are ups and downs

41:13these are the ones who stay on their

41:15side so this is like the other truths so

41:19quantity itself determines nothing it

41:22only determines and is a proof maybe

41:24that at the moment the way of what you

41:27you are sharing with the world many

41:29people are resonating with it which is a

41:32good thing then at the same time also to

41:36take that misunderstanding away I grant

41:39you the Porsche I grant you a big house

41:42yeah it's all nice and I mean if you can

41:45afford it it's absolutely something I

41:47mean why not uh the German technology

41:50and possibilities that meanwhile is is

41:53able to do is like pretty awesome the

41:56only thing is

41:59ask yourself

42:02your satisfaction about

42:05life is it based on a condition or

42:09not because this is what now I I I would

42:12see right now everything that at the

42:15moment you want to have you say you know

42:19already but what I'm saying

42:22is always when you say I need this in

42:26order to feel compete complete I want

42:28this in order to Feel Complete then it

42:30means your life your satisfaction about

42:34life is based on conditions as long as I

42:38have many followers I'm happy as long as

42:41I have a family I'm happy as long as I

42:43have the car and the big house I'm

42:46happy the fact

42:48is you do not have a guarantee you do

42:53not have a security that at any point in

42:57time you're going to lose these

42:59things first of all latest when the body

43:03falls apart you're going to lose them

43:04anyway but even before that just look

43:08out in the world when we had for example

43:10the the restrictions coming because of

43:12the covid yeah what can you do as an

43:16individual if the government decides

43:19finished no more podcast no more going

43:23out no more meeting friends stay at home

43:26yeah and you had a lifestyle every day

43:29you go out meeting friends every day you

43:31drive around every day you are outside

43:33but now because of whatever you are

43:36forced to stay in that restriction what

43:38is going to happen to your life

43:42satisfaction the more you were con the

43:45more it was based on the condition of

43:49Life needs to look like this the more

43:52the more we will suffer that's probably

43:55one of the reasons why a lot of people

43:58develop depression right during the

44:02lockdown I think it goes both ways many

44:05developed depression and many started

44:07waking up

44:09realizing I cannot base my life on

44:14circumstances where I don't have

44:15influence on and this is exactly what

44:18this life is about don't base your life

44:24satisfaction on circumstances where you

44:27have no influence on if you have well

44:30then change them in the way that serve

44:32you but there are many things we don't

44:35have and to already right now like

44:38realizing I

44:41cannot as a small citizen I do have no

44:45influence on whatever the politicians

44:48are going to throw out there no

44:52way and then it starts that you are

Viata e in controlul tau

44:56realizing your life is in your

45:00hands your responsibility is make sure

45:03that

45:04inside you always fool or that you're

45:08feeling fool no matter what happens on

45:10the outside nobody can take something

45:12away from you because the gift that has

45:16been given to you is the existence is

45:18this lifetime in the first place we

45:21already have been given the greatest

45:23gift of everything

45:25existence now don't let anybody

45:28interfere trying to take that away from

45:32you so that means don't Outsource the

45:35power of having your hands uh of having

45:38your life in your own hands don't

45:40Outsource this

45:43to external

45:46circumstances don't Outsource it to the

45:49amount of messages you receive per day

45:51don't Outsource it to the number of

45:53followers don't Outsource it to

45:58yeah how big the apartment is how many

46:00cars you

46:02have if you can afford it do it just

46:05don't make that emotional and mental

46:08attachment this is the

46:10part it's not about how many cars you

46:14have you can have a whole garage full

46:16with all the luxury cars that's not a

46:18problem the problem is how much are you

46:21identified with your possessions the

46:26identification is the problem to have a

46:29garage full and just use them and enjoy

46:33them and when you drive and the weather

46:34is nice then is really nice but then you

46:37put it back into the garage you go eat

46:39your meal and while you eating the car

46:41is gone you're not thinking about a car

46:44anymore it's gone it's standing in the

46:46garage finished now you just enjoy the

46:49meal attachment is the problem

46:53mhm yeah so and this is all I would say

Fiecare viata e o suma de alegeri personale

46:56it is a process it is of

46:59rewiring how have you lived your life

47:02until right now how much did it serve

47:05you the way of thinking until now and

47:08how much also did it limit

47:11you these are all things every

47:14individual has to ask for themsel and

47:18this is why now this is why also now for

47:21example whatever conference uh I go to I

47:25always say I have nothing to give to the

47:27people I'm not giving you anything right

47:31now I'm just saying something which is

47:34let's say my view and you have to ask

47:37yourself what is it from what you have

47:39heard until right now that in a way

47:41resonates with you you observe this

47:43pattern in your own life and ultimately

47:46the only person who can do something

47:49about it it's not

47:50me you make the decision your life is in

47:54your

47:55hands the old only thing that I'm doing

47:58is if at all I'm taking something away

48:02I'm taking away misconceptions and

48:05illusions that people might have in this

48:09lifetime if they haven't didn't have the

48:12possibility to hear other

48:14perspectives so and because the shaoling

48:17tradition or the way how I grow up is a

48:20very different way of life this is maybe

48:25why this

48:28understanding of okay you can use the

48:30body to get to the

48:32mind and then once you at the mind what

48:35is it that you can actually observe

48:37about yourself what type of questions

48:39can you ask yourself this is then where

48:42people realize oh okay so there is there

48:44are other people in this world they have

48:47grown up differently and they ask

48:49themselves different

48:52questions but we all live the same life

48:56so which which way is the right way the

48:58Western approach or the Eastern

49:00approach no listen to all of them and

49:04then individually choose what is working

49:07for you and what

49:11not yeah I have so many things to say um

49:15first of all this podcast is called bab

49:18de which means seeds of knowledge so you

49:21basically give us some seeds of

49:23knowledge they can grow in a fertile

49:25soil or they cannot but yeah you share

49:29the seeds of knowledge and thank you for

49:31doing so I love the way that having

49:34properties and being

49:36competitive does not uh uh necessarily

49:40negatively impact your fullness right

49:44but you need to be sure that this is not

49:47like uh you're not feeling your your

49:51gaps with these properties you first

49:54have to be full inside

49:57and

49:59uh where can we

50:01start let's say that somebody realizes

50:05that he is using these external

50:09conditions to to to feel good inside H

50:14how can you start because I think the

50:17more you're in that

50:19situation it becomes more painful to

50:22look inside and to see how empty you are

Promovare brunch Bun Bine

50:26for

Grija pentru corpul tau

51:26how can you approach this pain and this

51:29empty space where where do you have to

51:34start this is exactly the

51:38approach how you learn to face the pain

51:41use the body so what is the very first

51:45thing anybody in the world is supposed

51:47to do if you look at your life and

51:49realize that in the last seven days you

51:52are only sitting or

51:54lying it's not enough is unbalanced no

51:58matter what it

51:59is that person is going to be unbalanced

52:01for sure so this is why any type of

52:05physical activity doesn't need to be

52:06Shaolin Kung Fu any type of physicality

52:09needs to be inside the way of life of a

52:13normal human being you mean any sports

52:16like any sport so sport is already good

52:19ultimately meaning take care of the

52:21body because you know there is a nice

52:25saying

52:28um as long as your body is

52:32healthy you have thousands of

52:35problems yeah but in the moment your

52:37body gets sick you have one problem

52:40that's really true yeah that that yeah

52:42that's true okay so this is that's why I

52:45mean first of all before like tackling

52:48everything yeah so how to build up your

52:50life and how to whatever do make sure

52:52your body stays healthy if the body is

52:54not healthy you don't need to worry

52:55about anything else

52:58so respect take care and love your body

53:04nourish your body nourish yourself in

53:07such a way that you understand it's

53:09something right now very very precious

53:11to have okay this is number one okay

Artele martiale si conectarea cu corpul

53:16okay now of course there is a difference

53:20probably what type of sport you are

53:23doing but I can only talk about let's

53:26say the shaoling way the shaoling

53:28practices and what is so special about

53:31them is that they are not based only

53:35unlike external

53:37practices yeah in the Shing way

53:39sometimes you have just positions you're

53:42just standing body is not moving mhm but

53:45just because the body is not moving

53:48doesn't mean you're not training

53:50something doesn't mean you are not doing

53:52something it's just not visible on the

53:55outside yeah that's why we call it it's

53:58internal

54:00training internal training meaning for

54:03just as an example feeling how much

54:05tension do you carry inside of your body

54:09you know if somebody like stay like this

54:10you can see I have tension okay but then

54:13I relax the shoulder okay now looks

54:15better but that's just the outside layer

54:18the question is inside your organs

54:21everything inside how much tension do

54:23you carry there so this is also a away

54:27what is happening in all of these

54:28martial art practices meaning you become

54:32more fine than even about your body and

54:35the more fine you become about the body

54:38the more access you have to it and

54:41because you become so fine the Mind

54:43becomes so fine it becomes more subtle

54:46to the changes that are happening inside

54:49our

54:50lifetime and then what do you do with

54:53that ability of you sense like the s

54:56changes it is like you have a way better

55:00possibility right now to really fine

55:03tune your life mhm yeah you realize oh

55:06no that that that frequency doesn't

55:08sound right a now it's

Echilibrarea vietii prin rafinarea simturilor

55:12okay yeah so it has something to do with

55:15how fine are you to adjust your

55:18life yeah it's like you're a busy man

55:22you have a hobby you have a profession

55:24you have the podcast maybe you have a

55:26girl girlfriend maybe you have children

55:29the more you

55:30have the more aware you need to become

55:34how do all of these areas actually

55:37interfere to your

55:41overall

55:43feeling and if one of these things

55:46like is needs more attention you need to

55:49be able to sense this mhm if another is

55:52like too much then you need to take a

55:55little bit so it's always a type of

55:58balancing the more areas in life you

56:01have the more detailed the more fine you

56:04have to become to balance all of this

56:06out you spend too much with podcast and

56:09with work and uh

56:12with I don't know with with your hobbies

56:14well your relationship won't be happy

56:17it's just going to be like this but you

56:19give all energy only into the

56:21relationship well you're going to be

56:22unhappy because all the other things

56:24that are also important to you you don't

56:27have enough energy so it's a very fine

56:30line sometimes to really figure out how

56:33to adjust and that

56:35means to be able to really

56:39sense sometimes really sense the

56:41presence of the other person which means

56:44just because somebody talks to you and

56:46smiles in your face doesn't mean the

56:48energy is

56:49right yeah but exactly already with this

56:52word when I say energy yeah it's

56:54sometimes strange to people that they

56:56say oh it's esoteric so what what do you

56:58mean by energy but you know it's it's

57:01very

57:04simple people can laugh in your face but

57:07you feel is not real mhm people can just

57:11sit there and you can feel their

57:13suffering people can sit there and

57:15pretend to smile but you can feel they

57:18angry this is what what I in a in a

57:20simple way say beyond what we see

57:24obviously

57:26there is another area that gives you

57:29more and more real actually information

57:32than the obvious what you think you see

57:36smiling doesn't mean

57:37friendly what energy is behind there no

57:42and this also means the refinement of

57:45you sensing also

Importanta sportului si a disciplinei

57:47things and it comes with a healthy body

57:50it is the starting

57:52point healthy body first then you

57:56integrate the practices more into your

57:59daily life and this refinement like I

58:02said in the shaoling Arts also like in

58:05the taitron systems there you have a lot

58:09of this type of what I call refining the

58:12body yeah you refine the body

58:15automatically you are refining the

58:17mind yeah and this is where nowadays I

58:21think it's such a great help actually

58:24that it just looks like a martial art it

58:26just looks like you do sport yeah but

58:29with the right mindset in the

58:31combination of what you are doing and

58:33what mindset you have is a very very

58:37powerful tool to combine two things body

58:41and mind in the same practice in the

58:44same practice body and

58:46mind yes and translated into your inside

58:53world together with the outside world

58:55mhm so at the moment people are chasing

58:58chasing chasing which is not wrong yeah

59:01but now instead of having 100% of only

59:07chasing do 80% chasing and 20% look

59:12inside adjust what look if you cannot

59:15face yourself 100% face yourself

59:1920% okay when you are comfortable with

59:2220% looking

59:24inside move it up 50% you do internal

59:29work about yourself about your mindset

59:31about your feelings about your

59:33expectations about the perspectives how

59:35you're looking into the world at 50% you

59:38invest in building something up on the

59:40outside now we're already at 50/50 mhm

59:44and from there on your decision how you

59:46continue some people go 100% inside and

59:50outside do nothing

59:52anymore yeah but it's also for me um for

59:56me personally also not the way how I am

59:59at the moment uh working now this is the

1:00:03reason why I also like accept it in a

1:00:05way to to come to this podcast because I

1:00:08just think it is a very very good way to

1:00:11get this type of knowledge out so I

1:00:14regard this also as my contribution in a

1:00:16way yeah with all the practices that I

1:00:20had before to now I think there is

1:00:23something that can help people just by

1:00:25listening to it that's why I do

1:00:28it yeah but on the other side when

1:00:31podcast and all the events are finished

1:00:34then I'm by myself all alone I'm very

1:00:36happy to be alone I have no problem with

1:00:38that at all and then go into my internal

1:00:41practices refine myself and actually

1:00:44working on

1:00:45myself so working on yourself on the one

1:00:49side and then with everything that you

1:00:52have discovered give it out do something

1:00:56contribute to this globe contribute

1:00:59something in this Earth this is my

1:01:01balance that makes me feel very very

Solitudinea si introspectia

1:01:07comfortable what are you doing when

1:01:09you're

1:01:16alone so it's mainly training

1:01:19training or also

1:01:22really sensing inside where are the

1:01:27gaps so just really sitting there and

1:01:29asking

1:01:30myself what is the reason at the moment

1:01:34I don't enjoy this

1:01:36life what is

1:01:39missing yeah what what's the reason

1:01:42right now for you to be unhappy about

1:01:44this

1:01:45life simple question like this and

1:01:48really this is something that everyone

1:01:51can do right yeah not can do only

1:01:54probably should do because if you don't

1:01:57ask this question the answers uh most

1:02:00probably cannot

1:02:02come so you just sit and you ask

1:02:04yourself what what why don't you like

1:02:07what why don't you like your life right

1:02:10now what is the gap what is missing in

1:02:13my life yeah what do you think you still

1:02:17need does it really make sense imagining

1:02:20you would have already what you are

1:02:22wishing for how would it change you

1:02:24right now mhm now let's put it simple

1:02:27like this at outside I have at the

1:02:29moment maybe I have my Porsche standing

1:02:31now just imagine instead of the Porsche

1:02:33outside this time it's a Bugatti

1:02:35standing both of them y car how does it

1:02:37change you sitting

1:02:39here

1:02:42nothing

1:02:45nothing

1:02:46yeah only when you sit inside then there

1:02:50is a difference but for right now there

1:02:52are many things on the outside they

1:02:54don't matter what matters is how how do

1:02:56you feel right now this is what

1:02:59matters so there is something simple

Starea de prezenta

1:03:03about it you know the problem many times

1:03:06in in nowadays world

1:03:08is

1:03:10that you are not here you cannot just be

1:03:14alone with

1:03:16yourself either when you're alone with

1:03:19either you're drifting off into the past

1:03:22about what everything went wrong in the

1:03:24past or you drifting off into what you

1:03:27still want to see and have in the future

1:03:30so this projection either into the

1:03:32future or the memories into the

1:03:34past both of these things is What Makes

1:03:38You

1:03:40Suffer we can sit right now over here

1:03:43and think about what happened last week

1:03:45and then maybe it makes us angry or we

1:03:48can sit right now here and we look into

1:03:50next week oh no Financial Department's

1:03:53going to come yeah and also makes you

1:03:55suffer again

1:03:56but right now right now there is no

1:03:58reason to suffer I don't

1:04:02suffer Neuroscience calls that pred

1:04:05predictions so basically our brain is a

1:04:09predictions machine it predicts all the

1:04:12time even when you don't think about

1:04:14things it predicts things like what

1:04:17would happen if it's going to be an

1:04:19earthquake uh what what is the root out

1:04:22here even if you don't think about that

1:04:24so I think that like like this is and we

1:04:27analyze the past to learn from that so

1:04:30probably these are good tools but they

1:04:33are not good when we just do that right

1:04:36and because this brain this machine

1:04:39is it is made to analyze the past and to

1:04:44make predictions for the

1:04:45future it is so hard to stay in the

1:04:48present right so how can how can we stay

1:04:54in the present

1:04:59so I think we we

1:05:01can also say that the mind or what we

1:05:05refer as the mind is something very very

1:05:08powerful it's something very intelligent

1:05:10it is something very very

1:05:12powerful because it is so powerful it is

1:05:16also

1:05:18that element about you which can make

1:05:21you suffer a lot or which can make you

1:05:24flourish also a lot

1:05:27it's the same mind that created the atom

1:05:29bomb and it is the same mind that

1:05:31created all the technological

1:05:32developments that we have nowadays so we

1:05:35can create something with the mind or we

1:05:37can destroy something with the mind we

1:05:39can use the mind to really use it and

1:05:43benefit our well-being but we can also

1:05:45use the mind to destroy our well-being

1:05:48so the question is how do you use the

1:05:50mind in the proper way this is like one

1:05:53question so and how now to make better

1:05:58use of the mind or better use of the

1:06:02presence this is the point where now it

1:06:05comes to all different types of

1:06:08practices that are existing in this

1:06:10world

1:06:12like focus on the

1:06:14breath do your internal work focus on

1:06:19the movement focus on the sound

1:06:22everything that brings you into the

1:06:24presence

1:06:26yeah this one doesn't happen in the past

1:06:29mhm yeah there's nothing more real

1:06:33there's nothing more direct nothing more

1:06:35present than something like this and so

1:06:38to remind yourself also again to

1:06:42identify okay I'm thrifting off right

1:06:44now come

1:06:46back because also when you do breathing

1:06:50methods when I inhale and let's say I

1:06:53feel this stream of air that goes

1:07:00in also so in the moment where your mind

1:07:04is is locked on the breast so you follow

1:07:09the line as good as you can this can

1:07:12only happen in the p in in in the

1:07:14present you cannot feel the breath of

1:07:17the past there is no breath of the past

1:07:21there is no inhalation of the

1:07:23future whatever you sensing when you

1:07:27follow the stream of the breath it's the

1:07:30presentence the breath never happens in

1:07:33the past and it never happens in the

1:07:35future it's that direct experience so

1:07:38that means it doesn't matter eventually

1:07:42what is it that you are let's say

1:07:43locking your mind on as long as it is

1:07:46something that happens in the presence

1:07:49and this is where all this exercises are

1:07:53coming in when I talk you right now I

1:07:56know what I talk yeah when I'm

1:08:00eating I feel the sense of the food when

1:08:05I'm sleeping I'm really trying to enjoy

1:08:08the sense of body is resting mind is

1:08:12resting this is how sleep

1:08:14feels yeah when I'm at a

1:08:17concert listening to

1:08:21something these are all type of

1:08:24practices when I walk out in the street

1:08:26and the sun is shining on my face and

1:08:28the people are sitting there at the

1:08:30coffee and you hear they talking but I

1:08:32walk and I feel I sense this is the

1:08:34sunshine this is the people talking my

1:08:37feet are moving I'm here I know what I

1:08:39do I know what I'm

1:08:42surrounded uh with so being just very

1:08:47present being very aware because without

1:08:51this awareness it's

1:08:53like without this awareness you wouldn't

1:08:56even or people maybe wouldn't even make

1:08:57a difference yeah whether you sit in a

1:08:59Porsche or if you just like sit in um in

1:09:02a

1:09:05Corvette but if you're if you aware you

1:09:08feel very very

1:09:10clearly a car that drives like this can

1:09:13only be a

1:09:15portion yeah so awareness is key because

1:09:19without it there is no

1:09:21enjoyment yeah you don't make use of

1:09:24what you have

1:09:26awareness is what is like making it

1:09:29finally real for you you worked so hard

1:09:32for it now you have it enjoy it yeah but

1:09:35you can't enjoy it if all the time you

1:09:37think about like last week or if you

1:09:39think all the time about what happens in

1:09:41the future enjoying what you have is you

1:09:45arrive at exactly where you are right

1:09:49now with what you have that's it there

1:09:52is no wishing for something more of the

1:09:54future and there's not wishing for

1:09:56something that wouldn't have happened of

1:09:58the past no you in the present that's

1:10:01it and the more you realize this about

1:10:04yourself the more you integrate this

1:10:07just into your

1:10:08normal

1:10:10uh

1:10:12being then it starts to

1:10:15shift yeah just bring more

1:10:19presence

1:10:21into the present how often we have to do

Constientizarea prezentei

1:10:25do that I I mean are are you always

1:10:28present or what percent of the time you

1:10:31try to be present at the moment if I

1:10:33talk about myself if I observe myself

1:10:37the most of the time I would say I'm

1:10:39present and I'm realizing when I'm not

1:10:43so the amount of being absent is what I

1:10:48realize when I'm absent I realize it

1:10:51when I'm present it's my normal

1:10:53state for other people maybe it's the

1:10:55other way around but this really depends

1:10:58on your personal relation and how much

1:11:01you practice So eventually the thing is

1:11:05the truth is you're always present you

1:11:08just don't know about it you just over

1:11:12you you're over there's some layer on

1:11:15top of the presence which somehow makes

1:11:17you think you're not in the present but

1:11:19we're always in the present just the

1:11:22realization that you are is not there

1:11:25because it is

1:11:26overlaid by

1:11:29thoughts if you take the thoughts away

1:11:31you will realize oh there it is it's so

1:11:35nice because this is a much easier

1:11:38approach for me at least to understand

1:11:41that pres I mean I am present right now

1:11:44I just don't realize it's not something

1:11:46that presence is something I have to

1:11:49achieve by um big efforts no I'm just

1:11:54present so nice I'm present I just have

1:11:56to realize that and get get rid

1:11:59of of the noise so and this is exactly a

1:12:04very very nice point where now you

1:12:08see I call it only like this yes but the

1:12:11one approach that we have at the moment

Totul ce avem nevoie este in interior

1:12:13in this world is in order for us to be

1:12:17full to to feel full we need to attain

1:12:21something we need to do something M you

1:12:24need to have your diploma you need to

1:12:26have your job you need to have money you

1:12:28need to have the first car you need to

1:12:30have you so that means this approach is

1:12:32about you need it's about it's about

1:12:36doing yeah but the realization that I

1:12:40was just telling you right now that you

1:12:41have yourself is no it's not about doing

1:12:44it's there

1:12:46already it's there

1:12:49already it's just covered all the time

1:12:52so this time is not about adding

1:12:54something there it's about this year

1:12:58must

1:12:58go and that

1:13:00one must also Bo there it

1:13:03is nothing needs to be done it is

1:13:06something we have to

1:13:09undo this is the E

1:13:12approach yeah and I I love the way you

1:13:14combine them because you don't say you

1:13:16don't have to do anything I mean you can

1:13:18still have you can still

1:13:22do but you have to realize that you

1:13:24already have what what you need right

1:13:27it's the balance it's the balance so

1:13:30just right now I think it's really

1:13:32helpful yeah you know you don't have to

1:13:35throw away everything that you have

1:13:37learned until right now in in in that

1:13:39sense it's just that there are more

1:13:41perspectives that when you have access

1:13:44to both of these perspectives just find

1:13:47out for yourself sometimes this makes

1:13:49more sense sometimes this makes more

1:13:50sense well important part

1:13:53is as long as you have it you can choose

1:13:56when to use it but if you don't even

1:13:58have it you can't use

1:14:00it so what does it mean whatever there

1:14:03is to learn in this world it's never

1:14:05wrong to learn it you never know if you

1:14:08will need it one day and then it's

1:14:11better to have than to need it is one

1:14:14way out of many that are existing I can

1:14:18only or I did talk only about this my

1:14:21whole life because I Walk This Way it

1:14:25doesn't mean it's the only way it's just

1:14:28because I walked it for so long it is my

1:14:31understanding of okay how do this these

1:14:34practices interfere or are connected

1:14:38with with building up a life that you

1:14:42think is worth living that's

1:14:44it what is the Shaolin practices doing

1:14:47for me help me build up a life a quality

1:14:50life that's it if you want to call like

1:14:53this this is one of of the main emphasis

1:14:56that I was putting in in always sharing

1:14:59these things out but there are many ways

1:15:02yeah so but

Disciplina, structura, directie

1:15:04ultimately it's the

1:15:06mind and yeah it's just you know but in

1:15:09the field of martial arts is just in a

1:15:12way also like pretty attractive in terms

1:15:16of you make your body

1:15:20strong you have let's say movements that

1:15:24on the one side also sometimes are quite

1:15:28aesthetic and it's so nice and

1:15:31whole for me so you there's everything

1:15:35involved there is Diet involved there is

1:15:38like structure involved like when would

1:15:40it be good to wake up when is it good to

1:15:42go to sleep and all of these things so

1:15:44it's a whole nice let's say culture

1:15:48tradition this is what I I find so nice

1:15:51about it that the Search is Over You

1:15:54Don't

1:15:55need to search for like so like here I

1:15:59take this yoga practice and then from

1:16:01here I take the breathing exercises from

1:16:03here and from here I take like the

1:16:05dancing moves and then you have like a a

1:16:08mixup yeah um yeah a mixup

1:16:12menu but mixup

1:16:15menu maybe gives you the feeling of you

1:16:19have some Freedom yeah yeah but

1:16:23structure gives you Direction

1:16:25and you find distruction in a show in

1:16:28school or Temple right yes also

1:16:30depending on who's teaching it to you

1:16:32but it's supposed to be like this

1:16:34yes um tell me about uh your temple uh

Practica intr-un Templu Shaolin

1:16:38it can anyone attend that do you need is

1:16:42there like an exam how do you if I want

1:16:44to come to your temple how what should I

1:16:46do so very

1:16:49simple um

1:16:55I started with this

1:16:57idea in 2011 2010 as you mentioned and

1:17:01already from the beginning it has always

1:17:04been my wish and also my the way of how

1:17:07I share the things to tell the people

1:17:10listen you do not need to live inside

1:17:14the monastery to develop

1:17:17everything that uh that I think is worth

1:17:22to be developed you don't need to stay

1:17:25inside the monastery but what is the

1:17:28special thing about the monastery it

1:17:30means if you come for example to

1:17:33visit from Monday till Saturday for one

1:17:36week everybody can come or sometimes we

1:17:38also have weekend programs during this

1:17:41time you don't need to worry about where

1:17:43you sleep what you eat and what you

1:17:46drink everything of this is is taken

1:17:49care of your job in this week is only

1:17:54sleep eat and

1:17:57train after you train you can rest when

1:18:01you rested enough you train again so the

1:18:03main focus about why a

1:18:06monastery it is in order to not waste

1:18:09your

1:18:10lifetime yeah if you come food is taken

1:18:13care of everything is taken care of your

1:18:15focus is dive into the

1:18:17teaching completely dive into the

1:18:20teaching for let's say in that week one

1:18:23week long and now just imagine somebody

1:18:26who spends there 1 year 2 years 3 years

1:18:304 years 10

1:18:32years 10 years of every day looking

1:18:36inside yourself sensing inside feeling

1:18:39inside refining yourself of course

1:18:41somebody like this when he then goes out

1:18:44has a complete other sensation and

1:18:47perception of this life than a normal

1:18:50person it is because of the time

1:18:53investment that that has went in to yeah

1:18:57to dive into these teachings so this is

1:19:00the reason for me why monasteries make

1:19:03sense mhm that you have a place that is

1:19:06going to take care of you and you can

1:19:09just focus

1:19:11on all of these theories how to put them

1:19:15into

1:19:16practice okay so and for all the world

1:19:19yes there is the possibility that they

1:19:23can come for one week and and just visit

1:19:25the temple and dive into for one week or

1:19:30a weekend throughout the whole year so

1:19:32we normally have a yearly program where

1:19:35you can just it's a PDF file with all

1:19:37the dates when you can

1:19:39come yes this is the way how we are set

1:19:42up in the

1:19:43monastery and what you also find there

Programul in Templul Shaolin

1:19:46for example is very strict and

1:19:49structured uh schedule okay so there are

1:19:53fixed eating time 8:00 breakfast 1 p.m.

1:19:57is lunch 6:00 p.m. is dinner there good

1:20:00times yeah for the health yeah these are

1:20:02good times for the health but in the

1:20:05beginning together with that amount of

1:20:08training what you also have sometimes

1:20:10it's also difficult yeah meaning yeah

1:20:14you eat at 8:00 then you have training

1:20:15from 9 until 11: so when you finish the

1:20:18training you're hungry already but you

1:20:20need to wait until 1:00 you cannot eat

1:20:23in between

1:20:25so what it means yeah is yeah but why

1:20:27can I not just go to the kitchen and eat

1:20:30when I'm hungry because this is your

1:20:33mind telling

1:20:35you but there's something about you

1:20:38which is let's say stronger than the

1:20:41mind the mind can be your friend and the

1:20:44mind can be your enemy and if I'm

1:20:46telling you there are three times per

1:20:48day eating that's

1:20:50it in the first weeks let's say when you

1:20:53would stay like still you're thinking

1:20:55about eating you're hungry all of this

1:20:57but at some

1:20:59point you will have accepted it that

1:21:03okay 8:00 1:00

1:21:056:00 you're okay and what does it mean

1:21:09now the real Freedom has come M now

1:21:14you're

1:21:15free because even if you're hungry and

1:21:18you say next food is at 6:00 is no

1:21:20problem I can wait it's good let's do

1:21:23something else yeah and you free not

1:21:26free

1:21:27is it's 2:00 I'm already

1:21:30hungry 4 more hours I need to eat

1:21:34something I I cannot wait until 6:00

1:21:37anymore this is not

1:21:40free see so this idea of what does

1:21:43freedom mean to you does it mean you can

1:21:45go to the kitchen anytime you want no

1:21:48that means your slave to the

1:21:51Mind mhm free is no matter what the mind

1:21:55tell

1:21:57you you can wait I can

Libertatea si disciplina

1:22:02wait so and this is where now you see

1:22:04that sometimes it's necessary to have

1:22:07this obvious structure and discipline on

1:22:12the one side but why because it's it's a

1:22:15helpful way to bring out that type of

1:22:18Freedom that we say from our tradition

1:22:21this is the

1:22:23freedom it's all also not the freedom in

1:22:25terms of yeah yeah especially yeah you

1:22:28walk through Clues yeah many beautiful

1:22:30women but at home you have like uh uh

1:22:33your own women sitting already now you

1:22:35could say well it's a free world we're

1:22:37all free so my wife is at home but

1:22:41actually I can still flirt around this

1:22:43is a way of where you say well this is

1:22:45freedom yeah but where does this type of

1:22:48Freedom lead to it's leading to

1:22:52suffering yeah you're causing suffering

1:22:54by behaving this type of

1:22:56free no if you have one wife you stay

1:22:59with that one wife that's

1:23:03it and you're free from suffering right

1:23:06if and you stay free from

1:23:08suffering but if you but if somebody is

1:23:11tempted too much if somebody cannot

1:23:14handle his

1:23:16temptation uh yeah he's not free no he's

1:23:20enslaved by

1:23:22Temptation and at some point this type

1:23:24of behavior is not just going to bring

1:23:26suffering to you it also brings

1:23:28suffering to everyone that you are

1:23:31involving in so this is where I say yeah

1:23:35what type of Freedom are you talking

1:23:37about yeah and the freedom that

1:23:40eventually is going to get onto the

1:23:42costs or is causing suffering to you and

1:23:45other ones this is not the freedom we

1:23:49want it's it's the type of Freedom that

1:23:52makes us be able to live live together

1:23:54in the community way better this is the

1:23:57way of

1:23:58Freedom yeah where I can let you live

1:24:00the life how you like to live it and you

1:24:03let me live my life how I like to live

1:24:05it I don't need to tell you your way is

1:24:07wrong you should live like I do no this

1:24:09is not free this is

1:24:11limited this is thinking you have the

1:24:13answers to to the questions of the

1:24:15universe well you don't just as like I

1:24:18don't have them the only thing I'm

1:24:20sharing right now is my observation I

1:24:23don't say it's right for anyone I just

1:24:26say until now everything we talked about

1:24:29it worked for

1:24:33me if something is useful from what we

1:24:36have talked about and somebody tries it

1:24:38out and then realize hm cool also works

1:24:40for me I'm really happy about it but if

1:24:43somebody says well this is not my way of

1:24:46living I don't share this opinion is not

1:24:48a

1:24:49problem

Accesarea metodelor Shaolin

1:24:51yeah well at least I would really love

1:24:55uh right now to visit your uh Shin

1:24:58Temple sometime but so is it you have

1:25:01programs that are are available to

1:25:03everyone right is there any test you

1:25:06make or you just subscribing you go

1:25:08there yeah you subscribe you go there

1:25:10and then starting from day one we're

1:25:12going to have a look at you physically

1:25:15and also like mentally where we where we

1:25:18sense that you are standing and based on

1:25:21that week then you will get answers okay

1:25:24and you can stay for a week or more well

1:25:28normally the guests or the majority of

1:25:30people that are visiting us it's a one

1:25:32week's day yeah sometimes now during

1:25:35summertime or when there's Easter it's

1:25:38possible to have like two weeks uh next

1:25:40to each other so two weeks uh

1:25:43consecutive yeah but then there is also

1:25:46a possibility and this is what we call

1:25:48in our place

1:25:51discipleship that means you start on the

1:25:531 of January and stay the whole

1:25:55year yeah more or less without leaving

1:25:58the monastery one year you stay there do

1:26:00you have a your phone there you can

1:26:02communicate with other people not at all

1:26:05times yeah there are there are spaces

1:26:09when of course you can communicate but

1:26:11the majority is really for one year

1:26:14you're dedicating your lifetime that

1:26:15this is now the center of your activity

1:26:18it is your center of being so one year

1:26:20long dive into all of this how how do uh

1:26:25these people that go through this uh

1:26:26onee program how how their life changes

1:26:30they go back to community they well the

1:26:33one year is only the preparation year

1:26:36mostly they stay one year then after one

1:26:39year you can actually already decide is

1:26:41this a way of life for you yes or no

1:26:44yeah if you say Yes actually is really

1:26:45nice you extend a second year two years

1:26:49of discipleship if you have stayed

1:26:51already two years now

1:26:54afterwards you have the chance to extend

1:26:56another 3 years so we have 5 years

1:26:59already after these five years actually

1:27:02it's possible that you are starting to

1:27:04enter into let's say the the Inner

1:27:07Circle the inner circle of our community

1:27:11which means you're learning also things

1:27:14related to the martial arts and you just

1:27:16dive deeper because 5 years staying

1:27:19inside this mindset in inside this world

1:27:24you get some deps that you don't

1:27:25normally get when you just like from

1:27:28time to time get into these teachings

1:27:31yeah and this is our way this

1:27:33discipleship and then afterwards another

1:27:353 years of training

1:27:38people this is our way right now how to

1:27:42make sure that all of these teachings

1:27:44doesn't get lost yeah that's so

Programul de antrenament

1:27:48nice uh and for for the one week I'm

1:27:51just curious for the onee program what

1:27:53you told me yeah you it at 8 11 uh no 8

1:27:561 and 6 right and what other things are

1:28:00are uh people doing at what time you got

1:28:02to sleep normally the day ends around

1:28:06let's say 9:30 the day ends with the

1:28:09last final ceremony and it is possible

1:28:12at 10:00 to lay in the bed actually okay

1:28:15so yeah and besides that besides the

1:28:17lunch times there is quite intensive

1:28:19like 6 hours of training which are then

1:28:21still spread throughout the day which

1:28:23can means sometimes it's 2 hours in the

1:28:25morning 2 hours afternoon 2 hours

1:28:28evening sometimes depending on our

1:28:30teacher 3 hours session in the morning 3

1:28:34hours afternoon finished but so it's

1:28:37quite a lot of time like I said

1:28:41to try out all of this what we refer as

1:28:45the shaoling methods the shaoling Arts

1:28:48The Shaolin practices this physicality

1:28:51merge together with the internal

1:28:53practice

1:28:55to get to the Mind meditation practices

1:28:58sitting meditation walking meditation

1:29:01all of these things uh included

1:29:05yeah um can you just describe your day

Programul unui maestru Shaolin

1:29:08like in the temple what what are you

1:29:10doing what time you wake up what how you

1:29:12start your day what you thinking about

1:29:15well so the structure is normally 6:00

1:29:17is wake up time 7:00 is the sitting

1:29:20meditation 8:00 is breakfast 9:00 like I

1:29:24at 9: until 12:00 or sometimes 9: until

1:29:2711: is like the first training session

1:29:30at 12: um 12 noon is working time for 1

1:29:34hour so walking you walk working okay

1:29:37working so work yeah so if there's

1:29:40something to do inside the monastery

1:29:42cleaning the windows cleaning the

1:29:43toilets um helping outside in the garden

1:29:47sometimes we also then integrate the

1:29:48guests to help us with that 1:00 lunch

1:29:52after lunch short break 3:00 until 6:00

1:29:55or 3 until 5: training time again 6:00

1:29:59p.m. dinner then if it was only 2hour

1:30:03session 7 until 900 another training

1:30:06session yeah or sometimes classes

1:30:08philosophical classes open talks

1:30:11question and

1:30:12answers 11:00 uh 9:00 evening

1:30:16ceremony and that's it Monday till

1:30:20Friday that's a pretty strict uh

1:30:23structure that's a pretty straight

1:30:26structure which is happening every day

1:30:28in the monastery but depending on of

1:30:31course how the schedule also of the

1:30:33individual there is so meanwhile look

1:30:36right now like I'm traveling here to K

1:30:38so this is not my schedule right now

1:30:40obviously yeah tell me about the Sleep

Somnul. Importanta odihnei

1:30:43uh is there any anything special you're

1:30:45doing and or you just laying in the bed

1:30:47and in in the bed and fall

1:30:51asleep um

1:30:54so one thing I realize for myself is is

1:30:57not the amount of time how much I spent

1:31:00lying horizontally which matters it's

1:31:04not the fact of lying which matters it's

1:31:06the question of how much do you recover

1:31:09through during that during that state

1:31:12yeah so and that means recovery can only

1:31:15happen if there is

1:31:17no usage let's say of energy it's like

1:31:21you know when when we have our our

1:31:24phones or you have the iPad even if you

1:31:27plug it into

1:31:28electricity but you still have a lot of

1:31:31programs running there still can mean

1:31:33that 3 hours later nothing has changed

1:31:35in the amount of battery uh capacity

1:31:38yeah okay so that means being plugged in

1:31:42but then at the same time having as

1:31:45inactive as possible then it starts

1:31:48recovering yeah so and similar like this

1:31:50I think it refers to as humans as well

1:31:53so that means what is it in the evening

1:31:56that is sucking energy most probably

1:31:58well probably it's not

1:32:00moving because this is what the body is

1:32:03supposed not to do so staying

1:32:06still it's the mind it's the Mind

1:32:09activity very much which is sucking a

1:32:11lot of energy meaning like you go to bed

1:32:15you wake up in the morning but still

1:32:16feel like very tired and not

1:32:19recovered well it might be the reason

1:32:22that your brain

1:32:24your mind is still too active in the

1:32:26evening and this is again where it comes

1:32:29from to discover okay stop thinking too

1:32:32much of the past stop dreaming too much

1:32:35about the future practice yourself

1:32:38remain in the present so and this also

1:32:41then translates afterwards into your

1:32:43quality of sleep because when you sleep

1:32:46you

1:32:47sleep when you eat you eat when you talk

1:32:51you talk when you work you work

1:32:54but nowadays people work and they think

1:32:57about eating people eat and they think

1:33:00about sleeping people sleep and they

1:33:02think about walking so there's something

1:33:05not aligned mhm see so there is some

1:33:09there is no

1:33:11synchronicity you are here but actually

1:33:13something else is there and this is not

1:33:16how it's supposed to be being present

1:33:19means you sleep you sleep you talk you

1:33:21talk you eat you eat you walk you walk

1:33:24you drive you drive you listen you

1:33:27listen this is ultimately where all of

1:33:30this journey goes and then the amount of

1:33:33sleep is not so important but the

1:33:36recovery

1:33:38rate is very very different how much

1:33:41sleep do you need as hours when you're

1:33:45as you said you sleep you sleep when you

1:33:48rest properly well I'm happy if I have 7

1:33:52hours when I have 7 hours I'm happy yeah

1:33:56yeah 6 hours is quite limit so then six

1:34:00is really limit I can maintain even five

1:34:04or 6 hours but after like a few days I

1:34:08feel it's not good to continue like this

1:34:11because then you're starting to really

1:34:13burn um burn some energy which you

1:34:18cannot recover

1:34:19anymore and this is also very

Energia vitala

1:34:21interesting now when it comes to

1:34:24to that word energy on the one side and

1:34:26also how it is related

1:34:29to diet breathing Brea breathing and

1:34:35lifestyle so the quickest way of to

1:34:38let's say change something about the way

1:34:41how you feel during the day or about

1:34:44your energy state are these three

1:34:47things

1:34:48diet breast work and

1:34:52lifestyle if if you have good nutritious

1:34:55food if your breathing apparatus is

1:34:59working properly and if your lifestyle

1:35:02let's say waking up at a certain time

1:35:05going to bed early enough having enough

1:35:08sleep if you maintain all of these three

1:35:10things chances are very very good that

1:35:12your energy level is is is proper yeah

1:35:17if the diet is not good if your breast

1:35:21is not good if your lifestyle is not

1:35:23good still you alive somehow but the

1:35:27energy that is now being sucked out from

1:35:30you in order to make you still

1:35:32functioning it is coming from something

1:35:35that we let's say in the ancient

1:35:37tradition call it comes from your

1:35:40essence the essence that in traditional

1:35:42Chinese medicine we regard as being

1:35:45stored in the

1:35:46kidneys yeah

1:35:48so the kid which means ultimately to

1:35:52make it short no good lifestyle no good

1:35:55food no good breath life short you die

1:35:59early yeah that's very very simple yeah

1:36:03yeah so that's

1:36:06it yeah uh can you maybe can we go

Dieta asiatica

1:36:10through them uh in short terms about you

1:36:13said diet uh breeding and lifestyle what

1:36:18what diet do you practice uh and what do

1:36:20you recommend to people

1:36:22so I think it is an very individual

1:36:25Choice yeah yes inside our Monastery we

1:36:28mainly eat or primarily it's vegetarian

1:36:32not vegan it's vegetarian so you eat

1:36:34eggs for example eggs we eat milk

1:36:37products we also have cheese is also not

1:36:39a problem for us yes but a lot of

1:36:42vegetables a lot of

1:36:44fruits and let's put it like this in

1:36:48generally speaking not so much

1:36:54Deb

1:36:56products not just like animal debt but

1:36:59like

1:37:01bread bread is also in a way is De yeah

1:37:04you know

1:37:06so

1:37:09or yeah this is ultimately like if you

1:37:12want to look for your for the diet how

1:37:14to like adjust it maybe

1:37:18beans vegetables there you see it's

1:37:20still like it's a plant it's still alive

1:37:22it's still carries the energy of growth

1:37:25inside of it this is a little bit this

1:37:28idea yeah but at the end I really think

1:37:32it's a personal choice everybody has to

1:37:34make um that's why I normally never give

1:37:37any recommendation except for the one I

1:37:39just told you right now to really try

1:37:41try things

1:37:43out um anything that is in a way also

1:37:46artificially produced like sugar put

1:37:48into

1:37:49form you eat those sometimes but only if

1:37:53my mother gives it to me but besides

1:37:56that I normally like don't eat sugar

1:37:58also chocolate I am not a big chocolate

1:38:01friend okay yeah so what about the

Tehnicile de respiratie

1:38:05breath what how should we practice

1:38:08breath for health okay I think there is

1:38:12um breast work also known as chiong or a

1:38:17part of the so-called chiong practice

1:38:20Yeah chiong meaning energy work or

1:38:23sometimes also simply breast work

1:38:25because that word CH yeah energy the

1:38:29breast is a form of energy you stop the

1:38:32breast life's finished so therefore

1:38:35chiong also is involving different type

1:38:38of breast Works nowadays people already

1:38:40know yeah very famous very helpful uh

1:38:44from Vim Hof MH yes so he's for example

1:38:48one Pioneer in this type of area for

1:38:50sure but also deriving many of the

1:38:54methods from tibetian Buddhism where you

1:38:57have this type of Tumo breathing the

1:38:59so-called fire breathing but it's just

1:39:02one area it just means there is so much

1:39:06that you can do with your

1:39:08breath your breath is not just about

1:39:10inhalation exhalation the question is

1:39:13how long can you inhale how long can you

1:39:17exhale you can inhale short you can

1:39:20inhale exhale short you can inhale short

1:39:24exhale fast you can inhale fast exhale

1:39:26short so that means there are many

1:39:28things that you can first of all adjust

1:39:31with the breathing and then it's also

1:39:33about capacity so I can just

1:39:36inhale normally

1:39:41like or you really start to to fill up

1:39:45the body I'm not sure if it's going to

1:39:46be uh hearable later but then it's like

1:39:49this

1:39:53[Laughter]

1:40:14no it's

1:40:16full and then you exhale yeah so that

1:40:18means also like the capacity that was so

1:40:21long the volume of breath is another

1:40:24area that goes into the field of breast

1:40:26work yeah so just learning different

1:40:29ways how can you use the breast to make

1:40:32it useful for you yeah and this is

1:40:35something also where you where we see in

1:40:39the field of martial

1:40:41arts there is no way to make proper

1:40:44martial arts if you cannot adjust your

1:40:47breath yeah because it means for example

1:40:50in the moment where in the martial arts

1:40:52we have any type of

1:40:56forceful

1:40:57movement yeah if you want to have a

1:40:59forceful movement you have to use the

1:41:02breath to support it m it's like when I

1:41:06I inhale fill my

1:41:10up yeah so I cannot

1:41:15make mhm something is not correct there

1:41:19is the movement and the breast

1:41:26yeah it the breath the way of how you

1:41:28move it is one expression of how are you

1:41:32using the energy of the body and this is

1:41:35where it also makes a lot of sense not

1:41:37just in the field of martial arts but on

1:41:40a daily

1:41:42basis now that is breath yeah and

1:41:45lifestyle of course is it's just what we

1:41:47mentioned before in terms of charging or

1:41:50discharging yeah if if the energy ener

1:41:54input is not able to recover your energy

1:41:57output well then it only means that at

1:42:00some point people run into what is

1:42:02called

1:42:05burnout so therefore what is it about

1:42:08the lifestyle don't waste more energy

1:42:10than you

1:42:12have what do you think about this kind

Device-urile de monitorizare a energiei

1:42:15of wearable devices because like I found

1:42:19about this energy my body has and how to

1:42:22how to waste it or how to use it like

1:42:26using a watch like this it's a watch

1:42:29that he he kind of tells me what what

1:42:34you you told us right now I think it's

1:42:37better to have your own sensors but it

1:42:40has a sensor that uh knows uh he feels

1:42:44how your body bits and uh based on that

1:42:48he can tell you how much you recover

1:42:50during the night so I can have 8 hours

1:42:52of sleep and have battery full of 40%

1:42:56it's like your body energy battery or I

1:42:59can have a really restful sleep when I

1:43:01meditate before the sleep I sleep in a

1:43:05cold environment and I sleep for eight

1:43:07hours and I wake up and I hi my energy

1:43:10at 80% 90% And also if I'm very stressed

1:43:14that day I can waste my energy as you

1:43:17said by let's say 5 6 p.m. and then I'm

1:43:22I'm on zero and I feel that that I use

1:43:25the energy that is not mine anymore I

1:43:27use that core energy that should not be

1:43:29used so how how do you think uh what do

1:43:33you think about these devices that we

1:43:36are wearing by one hand they are helping

1:43:38us is there a risk to lose your own

1:43:45senses I think the risk is there yeah of

1:43:49course the risk is there in the moment

1:43:51where you Outsource

1:43:54your own sensitivity to something where

1:43:58I say well if you train enough you also

1:44:00have that sense for yourself but of

1:44:03course it also means you need to be able

1:44:05to have this time to invest first of all

1:44:08to have this sensitivity therefore I

1:44:11also think that all these tools are very

1:44:13useful yeah on the one side to give you

1:44:17information that elsewise at the moment

1:44:19you wouldn't get at all yeah but to also

1:44:22understand

1:44:23that tool is going to give you

1:44:25information but now the question is what

1:44:28are you going to do with that

1:44:30information just possessing information

1:44:33changes

1:44:34nothing it's always about somebody gives

1:44:37you information you receive information

1:44:40and how do you translate this now into

1:44:42any type of action that changes

1:44:47something so meaning wearing um any tool

1:44:51every day getting information but for

1:44:54you or in general you just use it as

1:44:57okay nice 90 and 60 and 100 good and

1:45:01tomorrow you look at the numbers again

1:45:02and for you it's just like collecting

1:45:04numbers but nothing you do about it then

1:45:07it doesn't make

1:45:08sense yeah and it's so strange that

1:45:11studies actually show that people that

1:45:14are wearing this kind of devices are not

1:45:17actually taking any action after that I

1:45:20mean when they developed these devices

1:45:22they said hey when if you can what see

1:45:24how many steps you took into the day

1:45:27that will motivate you to take action

1:45:30and it helps me but it seems in in the

1:45:34studies that it doesn't help a lot of

1:45:36the people like the medium they they

1:45:38they don't take any

1:45:40action um balance is a key just like in

1:45:43anything else that I guess we were

1:45:45talking about I can tell you how it

1:45:47helps me like I understood that I have

1:45:50to go to bed at 9900 p.m. that helps me

1:45:53lot to sleep better and I understood

1:45:56that I have to leave any party about 2

1:45:59hours before I go to bed so that makes

1:46:01it 7 p.m. so therefore I go to no

1:46:04parties since I wear these

1:46:08devices tell me your your like this is

1:46:10my last questions what what what's your

Viziunea despre viata si viitor

1:46:13uh what's your feeling about the future

1:46:16about the about the direction which we

1:46:20we we are going with with the world with

1:46:23all this Tech with AI with social media

1:46:27that's isolating us what's the direction

1:46:29we going to is it optimistic is it um

1:46:33pessimistic I think in in

1:46:38all life cycles of every culture that

1:46:42ever lived on this

1:46:48planet

1:46:50now I have to mention uh probably people

1:46:53will misunderstand but doesn't matter I

1:46:56think this nature this planet everything

1:46:59about it can never be out of

1:47:02balance the universe is never out of

1:47:06balance because the universe is simply

1:47:08not

1:47:11separated yeah this is like the one

1:47:14statement so even nowadays if you have

1:47:17or if we sense oh something is Shifting

1:47:20something is bad there's too much

1:47:21technological development something is

1:47:24too is too much being outsourced that is

1:47:26the one thing but because things are

1:47:30being obviously so much Outsource there

1:47:32so fast

1:47:34technological advancement away from away

1:47:38from being human this is why the force

1:47:40of other ones in order to even more now

1:47:44push to the front again the realization

1:47:47of what you really are this is also

1:47:50growing at the same time

1:47:53so it is because of the technological

1:47:55advancement moving away from being a

1:47:59human this is the reason why it's also

1:48:02connected to the fact of so many people

1:48:04right now having all these wakeup

1:48:06calls so many people getting interested

1:48:09into this type of topics what can I do

1:48:12to not Outsource my life to all this

1:48:16technology so this comes up because of

1:48:19the

1:48:19technology the faster it grows on the

1:48:22one side the more and deeper the

1:48:24understanding also becomes to the inside

1:48:27and the question simply is on which side

1:48:30are you

1:48:32standing or maybe you don't even need a

1:48:35side to stand

1:48:37on

1:48:38because it's all

1:48:40connected so it's neither optimistic nor

1:48:44is it pessimistic in my view it is

1:48:47really just

1:48:49like it is a different experience that's

1:48:52going to come no matter in which way

1:48:56it's a new experience that is just going

1:48:58to

1:49:01expand expand the

1:49:03realization how much is possible in this

1:49:07world you can go to the Mars on the one

1:49:10side and on the other side you can go

1:49:12into the deepest deepest layers of what

1:49:16you find inside there inside yourself

1:49:20both of these methods are existing

1:49:21nowadays

1:49:24yeah this is such a calming uh answer

1:49:26and

1:49:27perspective yeah thank you for that what

Mesajul final

1:49:30would be your message to our audience on

1:49:33How to Build a Better more harmonious

1:49:36life that is in tune with who they are I

1:49:42think it's really helpful to exactly ask

1:49:47this

1:49:49question is it possible that the way how

1:49:52I am looking right now into this

1:49:55lifetime the challenges that I am facing

1:49:59at this point in

1:50:01time could it

1:50:03be first of

1:50:07all that I created them myself this is

1:50:11one

1:50:12question and second one is is it also

1:50:16maybe showing up like this right now

1:50:19everything because I was not skillful

1:50:23enough and haven't discovered yet what

1:50:27is my

1:50:30potential figuring out what is your

1:50:32potential MH and second one is see who

1:50:37is the one who created all of

1:50:40this who is the creator of all the

1:50:43suffering that you are having in your

1:50:46lifetime I can give you the answer

1:50:48already right now as long as you point

1:50:50out what's there

1:50:52is

1:50:55wrong I think this is a good starting

1:50:58point take your life in your own hands

1:51:01and from there it

1:51:04begins that's great thank you thank you
