0:00Some of you are going to think that this
0:01might be an oversimplified explanation,
0:04but I don't really care because this is
0:06what you have to internalize.
0:08You have to keep her emotions in the
0:11pipeline zone.
0:13I will say that again. You have to keep
0:15her emotions in the pipe laying zone.
0:19When she looks at you, she needs to
0:21think, "I would like to get nailed by
0:24this guy." When she hears you speak, she
0:27needs to be sitting there thinking, "I
0:29would like to get nailed by this guy."
0:32When you're out on a date with her, she
0:34needs to be thinking, "I would like to
0:36get nailed by this guy." If you do not
0:39keep her emotions in the good pipeline
0:42zone, you are in a one-way ticket to the
0:45friend zone, or you are in the one-way
0:46ticket to being heartbroken and she can
0:49sense your neediness and she can sense
0:51your urgency and then she'll just pull
0:52back from you.
0:54You have to be on point.
0:57The one reason why I'm going to make
0:59this video is because if you live this
1:03way, you will attract more women and you
1:06are going to look, walk, talk, act, and
1:09sound a little bit different than how
1:10all the other men are, which means that
1:13you are going to be slightly going
1:14against the social norm. And the reason
1:17being is because the social norm has
1:20essentially betatized the man into being
1:22so unattractive he gets no options. Most
1:26guys never have any sex. Most guys do
1:29not get laid. And majority of women look
1:33at the men and think there is no way in
1:36hell I would ever touch this guy with
1:37the 10ft pole. There is no way in hell I
1:39would ever want to be by this guy.
1:40That's what most women think.
1:45If you don't have her emotions in the
1:47sweet spot where she's wanting to get
1:49[ __ ] down repetitively over the course
1:52of days and weeks and months, it's like
1:53she fantasizes about you. She gets a hit
1:55of that. It's like she gets nailed. She
1:58finally gets that pipe and then she's
2:00craving it again. If you don't have her
2:02emotions in that sweet spot, you'll be
2:04left. Which means everything has to be
2:07on point. your swagger, your aura, your
2:10masculine frame, how you walk, how you
2:13talk, how you act, and how you operate.
2:15You have to be on point. And the reason
2:16why I'm telling you this is because
2:18you're going to get a lot of hate.
2:20You're going to get a lot of hate. Your
2:21mom's going to tell you, "When are you
2:23going to grow up? Your um uh family
2:27members might look at you and say, "Oh,
2:28you're such an asshole." you know, why
2:30can't you just uh put a big smile on
2:32your face and be the nice guy like your
2:34uncle Tom, your uncle Frank, your uncle
2:36John, whatever. You're going to hear
2:40probably negative remarks from other
2:43dudes, right? Attractive men have a
2:46certain swagger and aura about them that
2:50lets them break past those social norms
2:52and it lets that man say, "I don't give
2:54a [ __ ]
2:57This is what I'm wearing. I don't give a
2:59[ __ ] This is how I act. I don't care
3:02because I'm doing what I want to do and
3:05how I want to act. It's a certain sense
3:08of swagger or bravado that most women
3:11are drawn to. Your dad's not going to
3:14tell you this. Your uncle's not going to
3:16tell you this. Nobody's going to tell
3:18you this. But you have to be aware of
3:20this.
3:22when she's around you,
3:25it's like just just being around you
3:27gets her turned on, gets her wet.
3:31You add a little bit of like popularity
3:33or status to that and all of a sudden
3:34it's like you're a fine piece of jewelry
3:36that she'd just like to obtain. That's
3:38how powerful this stuff is. Most guys
3:40will never do the work. Most guys will
3:42never do the work. So, what I did was I
3:44created a whole process to make this
3:46easier for you. I've been helping men
3:48learn, understand, and master the
3:49language of women. So that way they can
3:51actually have a process because I
3:52created an all-encompassing system. So
3:54very first what I call the front end is
3:59front end game. Front end game is when
4:00you first meet the woman. Midame is the
4:02first one to three dates. Backend game
4:04is how to successfully carry out the
4:06type of relationship where her emotions
4:07keep working in your favor and she wants
4:09to see you. I have a whole system for
4:11the whole thing. So you should grab that
4:13because it is literally the best. Now,
4:14what I'm also going to tell you is this.
4:16Inside that community, I do specific
4:19videos that only the community gets to
4:21see. And lately, a lot of them have been
4:23based on fitness. So, this was the
4:25second tip or the second video that I
4:27just released yesterday. I'm not going
4:28to show you guys all of these because
4:30they're for my community. But, I'm going
4:32to show you yesterday's video so that
4:34way you can see some of the
4:35behindthe-scenes content, if you want to
4:37call it that, that you're missing out
4:39on. Join us inside of that community. Do
4:42not just become that cookie cutter nice
4:44guy that every other man is turning
4:45into. Be the guy with some swagger. Be
4:48the guy with an edge. Be the guy who
4:50actually is okay with himself and going
4:53against the social norm just a little
4:55bit so you can stand out and that way
4:57you can actually attract the women that
4:59you want. Check out this quick video.
5:01Why I have had six-pack abs for almost
5:04um probably 10 years now. And on top of
5:07that, why dating apps have been
5:09effortless for me for the past like I
5:11don't know, however many years. Today's
5:13meal, okay, I just got done with the
5:14gym. Today's meal right now at about
5:173:00 is going to be literally one full
5:20pound of beef and mustard. That's it.
5:24That's it. This video today is a
5:27continuation of yesterday's video. So,
5:30yesterday I talked about like single
5:33serving food groups and why it's easy to
5:35track. Okay, I am literally just going
5:38to only eat this one pound of beef and
5:41that's it right now for this meal.
5:43That's it. Why? Because the only thing
5:45that I have to worry about with this
5:46meal when it comes to tracking my
5:48nutrition would be the amount of protein
5:52and the amount of total fat. That's it.
5:55That's all I have to worry about. It
5:56makes dieting easy when you keep stuff
5:58simple. And the reason why those are the
6:00only two macronutrients that I have to
6:03keep track of with this meal is because
6:05that's what ground beef is made up of,
6:08protein and fat. There is literally no
6:11carbohydrates. I'm going to explain what
6:13I mean by this in just a second. So this
6:15whole pack of ground beef has 190 * 4.
6:21Okay, so that is I believe that's 760.
6:25Let's see.
6:28190 * 4. Yep. 760 calories. And the only
6:33macronutrients I have to worry about is
6:35the total fat and the total protein.
6:37There is no carbohydrates in this. So
6:40total g of protein is going to be 22 *
6:444. So there's 88 g of protein in this.
6:47And there is 44 g of fat in the whole
6:50thing. There is zero carbohydrates. Why
6:52do I eat stuff like this? It's very easy
6:54to track. Literally just beef and
6:56mustard. I have eaten or ate, I don't
6:58know how you say that word. I've
7:00consumed food like this for the past 10
7:02years. Very simple, which is why I stay
7:04in shape year round. This has zero
7:06calories. Literally nothing. So, the
7:09only macronutrients I have to track or
7:11worry about, okay, is the beef. I know
7:14instantly what I ate today so far. And
7:17with this meal, I ate exactly 760
7:20calories because it's what the package
7:22says. Now, most people don't do it this
7:24way, and this is why they can't stay in
7:25shape is because they have absolutely no
7:27idea what they're consuming. So, here's
7:30what I mean by this.
7:32Most people enjoy cooking or like making
7:35a meal or having the meal taste good.
7:39Despite this being enjoyable, this is
7:41why you can't stay in shape. So, if I
7:43was going to cook that way and let's say
7:46by the time now um you know, I have the
7:48recipe that I have to follow. So, let's
7:50say all of a sudden, oh, you know, and
7:52we have to add 2 tbsp of sour cream.
7:55Okay, another 35 calories. Or let's say,
7:57you know, another thing people cook with
7:59oils and they don't track any of this.
8:01This um
8:04this is called high heat cooking oil. Um
8:08for example, this the main ingredients
8:10here is olive oil. It looks like extra
8:13virgin olive oil. One tablespoon is 120
8:17calories. One tablespoon is 120
8:19calories. You know, let's say six
8:21tablespoons of this, let me give you an
8:22example.
8:24And six tablespoons is a lot, but I'm
8:26just showing you how stuff adds up. If
8:28you take 120 calories in this time 6,
8:32that's 720 calories. So 6 tablespoons of
8:35this, just some oil, 6 tablespoons of
8:38oil, has virtually the same amount of
8:40calories. Almost 100 or excuse me, 720
8:43calories versus 760. has almost the same
8:46amount of calories as this entire pack
8:48of beef.
8:49You know, what most people do is just
8:51stuff that is counterintuitive to their
8:54goals. So, they'll make the whole pack
8:55of beef and then they want to put a
8:56bunch of sour cream on it and they don't
8:58realize that those calories adds up, you
9:00know, or stuff like this um
9:03truffle sauce, right? 15 calories per
9:08teaspoon.
9:12Um,
9:13and you just see how stuff like this
9:15adds up. Okay, so that's the whole point
9:17of this. The whole point of this video
9:18is to show you why keeping stuff simple
9:21allows you to get your diet dialed in.
9:23If I eat this, okay, and then let's say
9:26I eat um a cup and a half of
9:28blueberries, I know that those
9:29blueberries, it's easy to track. I can
9:31go online and I can type in how many
9:33calories and how many carbohydrates in 1
9:35and 1/2 cups of blueberries. Done. The
9:38blueberries, no fat, no protein, just a
9:41single ingredient. This right here is a
9:42single ingredient. This is only ground
9:44beef. A banana is a single ingredient.
9:47Okay. Um, an apple is a single
9:49ingredient.
9:51Single ingredients makes eating easy.
9:53This is how you stay in shape. Now, the
9:55second that all of a sudden I start
9:56combining stuff. Oh, you know, we're
9:58just going to spray a little bit of oil
9:59into the pan and then we're going to
10:01have this and then we're going to add
10:02this to it and then we're going to add
10:04this, you know, I might have now
10:05consumed, let's say, 1,200 calories
10:07instead of the um 760. And guess what
10:11happened? I was like not any fuller.
10:15It's not like I got more full. It's like
10:18almost the same amount of food, but I'm
10:19consuming way more calories now. Getting
10:21lean is hard. So keep that in mind. When
10:24you keep stuff simple, the diet becomes
10:26effortless. I have eaten all of my meals
10:29this way. I would say for like the past
10:3110 years, and it does wonders. Okay, so
10:33as you can see right here, I have the
10:34one lb of beef and then we have the
10:39mustard. So I'm literally going to do
10:41this like right now. Now, I wanted to
10:44add this follow-up part to the video
10:46because to anybody who says like, um,
10:49oh, it's really hard to eat that way.
10:52It's actually not. What's really hard is
10:55constantly feeling bloated. What's
10:57really hard is trying to diet. Um, and
11:01you never actually see the scale go
11:02down. What's really hard is thinking
11:05that you're eating healthy, but then
11:08consistently realizing that you're never
11:09actually in a calorie deficit and you
11:11don't look any better. That's really
11:13hard. Eating an entire pound of food in
11:16one sitting,
11:19I'm not going to be very hungry after
11:21this. So, like it's satiating. It keeps
11:23me full and it's really easy. So, like
11:26it's a whole pound of like good protein,
11:29too. So, this is how I eat. Um, I think
11:32it's really easy to eat this way. And
11:34honestly, you'll probably start to crave
11:36food this way. Like, I crave majority of
11:38my food pretty plain because I just feel
11:41so good. And like, it's easy because you
11:43have calories in you still. You have
11:45energy. So, in my opinion, this makes it
11:48effortless. And this is how I do it.
