AI Website Builder That Adds Schema Automatically (GoHighLevel 2026 Guide)

0:07this. First thing I'm going to do is go

0:08over to the left-hand side and click on

0:10sites. In sites, I'm going to hit build

0:12with AI. And once I'm in here, I'm not

0:14going to use the assist. I'm actually

0:15going to use the build. [music] And what

0:16I'm going to do is I'm going to plant

0:18this right here, build a modern website

0:20for dental practice in Miami called

0:22Bright Smile Dental, include a hero

0:24section with a booking button, service

0:25page, and the page with team photos,

0:27testimonials, and a contact form. Use

0:29clean blue and a white color scheme. All

0:31right, I'm going to go ahead and send

0:32that message over. We're going to let

0:34this cook for like a few minutes,

0:35probably 3 to 5 minutes. Boom, full

0:37page, hero, services, testimonial,

0:39contact form, one prompt. Now, here's

0:41the part that nobody's talking about.

0:43GoHighLevel can read the page and add

0:45schema markup automatically. That's how

0:47you show up on Google rich snippets and

0:49get cited by AI. We're going to build

0:51and add the schema and then show you the

0:53new schema feature. And I've got a

0:542-minute preview from Shawn on the new

0:56Vibe website builder that's coming

0:58shortly even after I'm showing you this

1:00one. So, stay tuned and build along with

1:02us.

1:03All right, now that we got this cool

1:05site, the other thing that people don't

1:06automatically realize is that a lot of

1:08the sites that are created by AI in this

1:10manner will automatically have SEO

1:13metadata along with it. So, if you look

1:16over here, it has SEO and AI

1:18optimization. You also have the content

1:20already written, the keywords, the

1:22author, the images. It has links and

1:25tags, which is part of the schema right

1:27here. And lo and behold, we have the new

1:30beta version of schema right here that

1:32we have the active schema as a dentist,

1:35and I'll show you how to create all

1:36that. But before we do any of this, how

1:38do we turn all this on? So, what we're

1:40going to first do is if you are running

1:42an agency, you're going to have to turn

1:44this on yourself. If you are not part of

1:46an agency or have an agency account or a

1:48$297 account, you're going to have to

1:50ask whoever is the provider of your

1:53white label or your version of HighLevel

1:55to turn these features on. So, first

1:57thing we're going to do is we're going

1:58to go over to agency and I'm going to

2:01show you where this is so you can turn

2:02these features on. Now, once that's

2:04done, we are going to go back to our AI

2:06builder and we are going to build inside

2:09of here a couple more times just so you

2:10guys get familiar with it to see how you

2:12did it. Now, I did a quick scenario of

2:14what you can build, but I want to make

2:15sure you know where things are. Once you

2:17activate those things, you're going to

2:18go to sites, you're going to go over,

2:20and now you're going to notice you have

2:22build with AI. Now, a couple things for

2:25you guys to understand. This is still a

2:27very much beta feature. It literally

2:29says beta on it. Things you're going to

2:30have to do is sometimes you're going to

2:32have to add images, sometimes it might

2:34skip a few things, or buttons might not

2:37work correctly. You're probably want to

2:38go in there and fix them so then you

2:40just have a functional website. The

2:42other thing is it builds page by page.

2:45So, you're not going to build full

2:46websites in one prompt. You're going to

2:48have to build page by pages as you're

2:50doing this. Now, the new Vibe builder is

2:52going to be a little bit different, but

2:53for this one, it's something that you're

2:55going to want to look over and also

2:57understand that the new schema markup

2:59that you're going to probably want to go

3:00back to all of your other websites and

3:03funnels and add this automatically so

3:05your site can rank better. Now, schema

3:07markup is a part of SEO, a very big part

3:10of SEO, especially now with the AI

3:12browsers, Google and Microsoft search.

3:14So, you're going to want to make sure

3:15you do that, but understand that is not

3:17the full end scope of everything that

3:20has to do with SEO. That comes with

3:22backlinks, making sure that the page is

3:24structured correctly, and so forth and

3:25so on. But at least understand that that

3:28is the starting point of where you want

3:29to start with SEO. Having schema markup

3:31is very big and you're going to want to

3:33do it, right? We talked about the dental

3:35one that we just did, but let's go ahead

3:36and build another one. First, let me

3:37create a folder as always. We're going

3:39to label 00 and we're going to say a

3:42landscaping AI website. All right, and

3:45I'm going to go ahead and confirm. Once

3:46I do that, it's going to go ahead and

3:48it's going to go create a folder for me.

3:50I'm going to create a folder, and then

3:52what I'm going to do if I want to use

3:53the new AI builder, and again, this is

3:55after I turned it on. If you do not have

3:57this, it means that this feature is not

3:59activated in labs, and you're going to

4:01want to make sure you activate it in

4:02labs. Hey, we want to interrupt this

4:56I'm going to come over here, we're going

4:57to go ahead and hit build with AI. And

4:59when we build with AI, a couple things

5:01you want to remember again. One, you're

5:02going to have to build page by page.

5:04Two, the schema markup you will want to

5:07do after the site is fully built because

5:10all the information in the site, it will

5:12read off of that, and that's what it's

5:14going to use to create the schema

5:15markup. Now, you already have blank

5:18section, insert comment, and then

5:20generate with AI. You also have the

5:22assist, which kind of does everything

5:24for you. I don't recommend using the

5:25assist. I actually want you to go to

5:26build. And in build, this is where

5:29you're going to put your prompt. Now, in

5:31here, again, it's still the beta version

5:33of this. We're going to get a Vibe

5:34builder that's going to be much more

5:36advanced. You're going to see that later

5:37on in this video. But in the meantime,

5:39if I wanted to build a website just to

5:40kind of get through or I'm selling to a

5:42client, I can go ahead and do this right

5:44here. I want to build a landscape design

5:47for Nuno's Landscaping. I also want you

5:50to be able to create a website that has

5:53a very modern and sleek design to it. I

5:55want to make sure it has an offer area,

5:58an area all the way at the bottom where

5:59people can book an appointment if they

6:01choose. We also want to have a button

6:03for a pop-up to book an appointment,

6:05again showing the offer in a form on the

6:07side of people interested but don't want

6:08to book an appointment. And then I want

6:10to have a testimonial area, an area

6:13where we're showcasing off all the work

6:15with some images, and I also want to

6:17have an about us section, and another

6:19section where we have all of our

6:21testimonials. Organize that in the best

6:24way that we can because we want to have

6:26a high-converting funnel for people that

6:27are interested in my landscaping

6:29services. And our offer is we will do a

6:32cut for first free cut on a anybody

6:35signing 3 months for free for

6:38landscaping services.

6:40All right, now I spoke that into

6:42existence by using WhisperFlow. If you

6:44want to write it down using AI to kind

6:46of like sculpt this out a little bit.

6:47Again, I'm just kind of free-forming

6:48this for you guys just so then we have

6:50this in here. And I'm just going to let

6:52this thing go. I'm also going to show

6:53you how to do some quick edits and how

6:55to use some images from Google or Canva

6:58or ChatGPT. It really doesn't matter

6:59which one you use. Canva is my preferred

7:01just because you can resize the image so

7:03it doesn't take up a lot of space cuz

7:05you don't want to put massive images on

7:06your website cuz it will slow it down.

7:08Now, not for nothing, I mean, the copy

7:10is not that bad. It obviously has the

7:12logo that we need to create, right? And

7:14it says claim your first offer. It

7:16automatically loaded the offer form and

7:17even book now. It says book your free

7:19cut, see our work. Like all these things

7:21are things that I would do. And again,

7:23it is pretty neat and clean for

7:25something that I literally built by just

7:27speaking into existence. So, this is not

7:30a bad start, right? Now, here's a couple

7:32things that I want you to notice. First

7:34and foremost, if you go to your top

7:36button, you have SEO and AI search

7:39optimization. You click on it, and it

7:42already naturally gave me the first

7:44initial pull creating schema markup,

7:47index, Twitter card, OG type local

7:50business, landscape, language. But

7:53because I turned on the AI schema markup

7:56generator, I already have it here where

7:59I can add schema directly on here. In

8:01order to work with this, remember, I had

8:03to work with it early on and go

8:05automatically and turn it on in the

8:06labs. But here, I'm going to go ahead

8:08and create with AI, and it will build

8:10off of that. Now, while that's working

8:12with AI, there's a couple things here

8:14that I want to adjust. Remember, I said

8:16it's not going to automatically upload

8:17the form cuz it doesn't know what form

8:19you need. It's also going to not know

8:21what the buttons need to do, but that's

8:23what we're going to do in order to make

8:24this work. So, what I'm going to do is

8:26first, I'm going to handle the form. The

8:28form, I'm just going to pick an offer

8:29form, so I'm just going to type in

8:30offer. All right, and it's just this

8:32form right here that is ready to go for

8:35the first free cut and having them

8:36apply. For anybody that wants to book an

8:39appointment, I want that button to go to

8:41the pop-up. Now, you see how it says

8:43website URL? I don't want that. I want

8:45to open up a pop-up. So, I'll ask it to

8:48build a pop-up. There's no pop-ups, no

8:50problem. Let me go out and build one. By

8:52the way, schema markup is done. Look how

8:55it is right here. And if I click view me

8:56schema markup, look at this. It's

8:59already all in there, ready to rock and

9:01roll at the highest level it can

9:02possibly be, which is exactly what we

9:04want. Super cool that it does this.

9:06Trust me, turn this thing on, go back

9:08and put this on all your active websites

9:11and all the active pages that you want

9:13scanned. This will like be incredibly

9:15helpful to getting you ranked and your

9:17page noticed. Again, something you want

9:18to do right off the bat for all your

9:20websites. But here, I have a couple

9:23things I got to adjust here, right? I

9:24put the form in. All right, I can go

9:26back and adjust the spacing, do all

9:27that. But more importantly, I have this

9:29button here and I need a pop-up. So, the

9:31button I want to be an appointment

9:33scheduler, I'm going to click on the

9:35pop-up, and I'm going to go ahead and

9:37create a new pop-up, and I'm going to

9:39add a calendar. So, I'm just going to

9:40type in cal.

9:42All right, make it nice and clean, and

9:43I'm just going to do ABC Roofing for now

9:45cuz it doesn't matter what business it

9:47is. This calendar will be the same,

9:48right? You would just obviously create a

9:50calendar for yourself, and this is not a

9:52review on calendars. This is to show you

9:53how quickly these things can to built.

9:55And then, what I'm going to do is once

9:58that pop-up is done, just like I had it

10:00here, and I'll make sure I save it this

10:01time, ABC Roofing, and we're going to

10:04have this action go to the next step cuz

10:06I want to build another page. And I'm

10:08going to go ahead and hit save.

10:09Beautiful. And now, I'm going to have to

10:12fix all the buttons. Open booking

10:14pop-up. That's pretty funny. Actually

10:16calling it that might not be a bad idea,

10:18I got to be honest. So, I would come in

10:20here, open pop-up. All right, it'll be

10:21the second pop-up, and we'll rename it

10:23in a second. And then, look, it's even

10:25got this right here. And now, if I want

10:26to install testimonials, no big deal.

10:28I'll just come over here, type in

10:29testimonials, drag that image in there,

10:32and now I got testimonials. I want to

10:34have the form again to book an

10:35appointment. I'll just have a button.

10:36You know what? The form doesn't make

10:38sense here. So, what I'll do is I'll

10:40just make this into a button, or better

10:42yet, take this book your first free cut,

10:46duplicate it, come in here, drag it. I

10:49want to get this as close to functional

10:51as possible. And again, not looking for

10:53super done. Man, this is like pretty

10:56freaking close, right? I'm going to come

10:57in here and just make sure that the

10:59styles are in here. And I'm not even

11:01trying with the prompt. I just wanted to

11:02show you how quickly you can do this.

11:04And if I'm missing like a particular

11:05section, guess what else I have? I come

11:07over here, I could go back to AI, and I

11:10could say something like, "Can you

11:11please build a footer section for me,

11:13please?" Too many pleases there. We're

11:15going to pause, going to let that cook.

11:16Team, and look at that, it has something

11:19here. It looks like it's all the social

11:21medias, but for some other reason, it's

11:23uh not showing or something's off. If I

11:25come in here, you notice I have add tags

11:27to your prompt. You can also click on

11:29certain things. So, if I come in here

11:30and click, and then go to the builder,

11:33I can't see the social media icons,

11:35they're all invisible. And if I also

11:37wanted to give like an image so I could

11:39see it, I could take a screenshot, come

11:41in here, show them that, and then

11:43basically go to my gallery, and I could

11:45also show the screen out so they could

11:47see what's going on, and then have it

11:49automatically fixed. There you go. And

11:51then, I would go in, and I would come in

11:52here, and I would do all my Instagrams,

11:55and I would put them all in there, and

11:56then maybe even fix this to 2026, and so

11:59forth. But again, you have something

12:01going. Now, a lot of you guys are going

12:03to be like, "Whoa, we still need a

12:04logo." Okay, no problem. Come over here,

12:06and you could say, "Can you create a

12:07logo for a landscape design company

12:09called Nuno's Landscaping?" All right,

12:11we're going to let that cook. And what

12:12I'll do is I'm going to go ahead and

12:14come back out of it because remember, I

12:16just created the landscaping services

12:18funnel for the first one. I didn't

12:20create a secondary page. I want to

12:22create a thank you page. If somebody

12:23books, I want to make sure they're able

12:25to get to this page, right? So, what I'm

12:27going to do is add a new step right in

12:29here, and I'm going to say thank you

12:32page. Path is going to be Landscaping

12:34Thank You, so LSTY. When I go to create

12:37the page, I can use an existing or

12:39create from blank. I'm going to go ahead

12:41and use existing, and I'm going to do

12:43the first landscape one because what I

12:45want to make sure I do is is I want to

12:47make sure it imports from existing kind

12:49of website in the style and feel. Cuz

12:51then, what I'm going to do is I'm going

12:53to see if AI can go in and redo the

12:56entire page based on me telling it to

12:57redo this as a thank you page. Please

13:00redo this entire page and make it a

13:02thank you page using the same colors,

13:04same feel. It's going to be for Nuno's

13:06Landscaping, and it's for anybody that's

13:08booked an appointment, and we want to

13:09tell them what the next steps are. And

13:11we're going to let that cook for a hot

13:12minute. Look at that. You're booked,

13:14your yard will thank you. Thank you for

13:16booking Nuno's Landscaping, your

13:17appointment is confirmed. Three simple

13:19steps. Guys, better than I thought it

13:21would be. The only thing is that this

13:23view and add calendar will not work,

13:26unfortunately. So, I'm just going to

13:30obviously add a phone number in there,

13:32and then copy and share the link. That's

13:35pretty freaking cool. It would

13:36automatically copy the link.

13:37Interesting, I don't know how this would

13:39work, but you know, it'd be kind of

13:40weird. I don't think it can do that

13:42either, but I mean, that's pretty Joyce

13:43that it thought of that. Spread the

13:45love, no pressure, blah blah blah.

13:46Frequently asked questions, that's

13:48already kind of situated in here. So

13:51again, really, really cool that it built

13:53all this. Again, I think I'm going to

13:54have to create the FAQs if I'm not

13:55mistaken. Nope, it filled it all out.

13:58Look at that, made it all up. This is

13:59pretty good. The only thing it's missing

14:00again is a footer. So, I'll just say,

14:03"Please add the footer to this page."

14:05There you go, added a quick footer right

14:07here. Now, let me navigate to some of my

14:08other pages so we can add the schema

14:10markup. So, I'm going to take this

14:11webinar that we did that was after the

14:13fact, like we did an incredible email

14:15deliverability webinar, and we wanted to

14:17go ahead and create it. So, what I'm

14:18going to do is I'm going to come over to

14:20our sales page, and I'm going to hit

14:22edit. And inside of our edit here, what

14:24I'll do is I'm going to go ahead and

14:26create the schema markup for this. I'm

14:27going to go directly, you have to go

14:29right over here to SEO metadata. Go all

14:32the way down, and again, we created very

14:34minimal, to say the least on this, but

14:35I'm going to go to schema markup, create

14:37with AI. And now, I'm going to take my

14:39existing website, and I'm going to

14:40automatically give it some schema

14:42markup. When the bots are circulating

14:44and grabbing this page, it'll be able to

14:47be directly on here, and we're going to

14:48add it to the schema, which again, I

14:50would recommend doing this to all of

14:52your sites so you have this readily

14:54available. What a great add-on just for

14:56this. So, this is one, I'll do it to a

14:58couple more. All right, and there you

14:59go. Look at this, view schema markup,

15:02event, 3-hour workshop. Everything's

15:04rocking and rolling. Look at the dates

15:05and times. Holy smokes, I should have

15:07done this step before, but here we go,

15:09right? So, I'm going to go back over,

15:11and then again, we're going to find

15:12another one. Here's my actual sign-up

15:13for my newsletter, which is super

15:15important to me. I'm going to come over

15:16here and go to the SEO again, go all the

15:19way down, go to schema markup, create

15:21with AI. And we're going to let this

15:22thing cook. In the meantime, I came up

15:25and I had Nuno's Landscaping, and I

15:27really like this. So, what I'm going to

15:29do is I'm going to go ahead and edit

15:31this particular one, and I'm going to

15:33use the canvas editor right here. This

15:35is why I like Canva, all this, you know,

15:36especially for resizing. And then, I'm

15:39going to say landscape, copy and resize

15:41for now. It's going to be still super

15:43big, but at least it'll be in the

15:44landscape size. Perfect. Look at this

15:47thing. This is actually really, really

15:48good. What I'll do is I'll download

15:50this. Yep, and right here, I'll lower to

15:53a much smaller size file. There we go.

15:55And then, instead of a PNG, I'll do a

15:57JPEG. I'm going to go ahead and hit

15:59download. Look at this, schema markup,

16:02view schema markup. Boom, look at this,

16:05validate and save. Now, I have a schema

16:08markup for my newsletter, that makes me

16:10super excited. So, it'll be a little bit

16:11more searchable. And if we want, I'm

16:13going to go back to my website just add

16:15that logo so you guys can see that

16:16finishing touch. Look at that, it's back

16:18here with the logo. I would click on

16:19this, go all the way down to my menu

16:21logo right here, upload from here, which

16:25we have on our downloads area, and it's

16:27going to be the easiest one here. Give

16:29it a second. Boom, look at that, Nuno's

16:32Landscaping right there. I can make it

16:34transparent with the PNG. But again, you

16:35can now mess around with this, and you

16:37saw how I did it. A lot of really cool

16:38things, but it was quick. It took us

16:40less than 10, 12 minutes to get this all

16:42done. Now, let's do a sneak peek into

16:44the new Vibe Code Builder that's coming

16:46out that I think is going to be

16:47outstanding, and it's going to basically

16:49blast away any other competition that's

16:51out there right now. So, let's take a

16:53look at it right now.

18:30>> Awesome, huh? That was amazing. So, if

18:33you didn't catch a couple of the things,

18:34so first of all, this is the ability to

18:36use AI to generate websites, and this

18:38will of course eventually move on to

18:39apps as well. But for today, it is all

18:41about the websites, all about the

18:42funnels. And a couple of things that if

18:44you want to go back and look at this

18:44again and stop it, what I think I've

18:46seen this demo at a little bit of a

18:48length. And the cool things here is not

18:50only the website's amazing, but you

18:51know, it does things like you can say,

18:52"Look, I want a calendar." But it'll

18:54automatically detect that you have a

18:55calendar or putting a calendar on the

18:56page, and it'll ask you to connect it to

18:58a calendar that exists. Same things with

19:00forms. This didn't show up in this

19:01video, but you know, I saw this awesome

19:03version of this where there was a form,

19:05and I said, "Hey, I just want you to say

19:06add a state drop-down to the form." And

19:08it knew exactly what it was supposed to

19:09do, and it added the state drop-down,

19:11and then went back and said, "Also add

19:12Canadian provinces, and make sure you

19:14split them by country." And it did that

19:15beautifully. And then, the cool thing is

19:17it automatically matched all the form

19:18stuff in, and then you could either

19:19assign it to a form, or even if you

19:21don't, it was smart enough to just

19:22figure things out. Like if you put like

19:24a custom field in, like if you say like

19:26add a field in the form that says like,

19:28"What's your favorite food?" or

19:29something, and you don't have a field

19:30for that, it'll automatically add it to

19:31the system, and automatically add the

19:33contact to the system. I mean, it's

19:34really cool in the fact that sense that

19:37it not only just creates beautiful

19:38designs, but it also makes them very

19:39functional. So, all the forms, all the

19:41calendars, all those elements are

19:43automatically working and get driven

19:44into the system. So, anyways, I think

19:46this is so exciting, so amazing. We are

19:49behind the scenes pushing on this as

19:50fast as we can to get it out to all of

19:52you. I hope you're as excited about it

19:53as I am. I hope you're all having an
