Introduction
0:00I want to show you exactly how the
0:01stores doing 50k or even 100k a month in
0:04drop shipping actually operate behind
0:06the scenes because rally check it
0:08actually looks nothing like what most
0:10people are currently doing. Most sellers
0:12are still waking up to oversold orders
0:14because the supplier went out of stock
0:16overnight. It's happened to me. Look,
0:18after working with thousands of drop
0:20shipping stores from people getting
0:21their first sale to sellers moving some
0:23serious volume, the single biggest gap
0:26between the ones who fail and the ones
0:28who scale
0:29is simple. It's what they've handed off
0:31and what they're still doing themselves.
0:33In the next 30 minutes, I'm going to
0:35show you exactly how a store looks when
0:37it gets set up the right way with every
0:39automation and every setting in the
0:42order that it actually matters. Whether
0:44you have 10 products or whether you have
0:4610,000 products, you need to set these
0:49up today. So, by the end of this video,
0:51you're going to be a full-on AutoDS
0:53automation expert. Let's get into it.
0:55Okay, so starting off, we're going to be
0:56covering one of the biggest pain points
Automating Product Research
0:58that everybody has when they start and
1:00that's product research. Now, through
1:03AutoDS, you are able to fully automate
1:05your entire product research process and
1:07there's two different pages There's a
1:09few different pages, but there are two
1:11primary pages that you're going to be
1:13able to do this from. For one, we're
1:14going to have our marketplace, but from
1:16within that marketplace, we're going to
1:17have our handpicked products and our
1:19trending products, but then we also have
1:20our ads by section. So, these three
1:23different tools are going to work
1:24together to help you automate your
1:25entire product research flow. So, for
1:27example, we're going to start off with
1:28the handpicked products. Once we're on
1:30this page, we're going to find a few
1:32different filters and we're going to
1:33find a few different niches so that way
1:34we can see what works for us and what's
1:37going to work for our type of store. So,
1:39depending on what you're selling, you
1:40can go ahead and really get niched down
1:42and find products that are trending in
1:45that category or niche. Let's say for
1:46example, we're selling something in the
1:47home improvements and tools niche. From
1:50there, we can go ahead and click on
1:51this. Let's say we want to make sure
1:52that we're going to be making at least,
1:54I don't know, $20, $15 to $20 per sale.
1:57We can go ahead and change that over
1:58here through the product range. So, we
2:00can filter between $10 to $20 in terms
2:02of the profit range. So, now all of
2:04these different products are going to be
2:05giving us the desired profit that we
2:07want. Now, scrolling through some of
2:08these different ones, I'm going to check
2:10out this one right here because these
2:11cabinet lights are actually pretty good
2:12and I've seen tons of different ads on
2:14them on TikTok and on Instagram.
2:16Now, clicking into it, we are going to
2:18have a lot more information. All of this
Engagement & Saturation Scores
2:19information is very valuable and it
2:21really does help automate your entire
2:23drop shipping process starting from
2:25product research by letting you know,
2:27is this actually something that's worth
2:29drop shipping or not? And you can tell
2:31just by looking at the engagement score
2:32and the saturation score. So, from here
2:34you can see whether or not people are
2:36actually engaging with this type of
2:38product on social media. So, how many
2:41likes are these videos getting? How many
2:42clicks are they getting? How many
2:43comments? How many saves? All of that is
2:45tallied up into an engagement score. And
2:47right now, it's showing as mild. So,
2:50there is activity, but there's not too
2:53much activity. So, this could be the
2:54perfect time for you to come in and
2:55actually start dominating the space on
2:58TikTok or on Instagram with this type of
3:01product. Now, besides that, there's also
3:03the saturation score. So, the saturation
3:05score is going to tell you how many
3:06people are trying to sell this product
3:08online. And from here you can see that's
3:10currently at a 60, so it's kind of busy,
3:12which really isn't bad at all. You want
3:15to avoid products that are already at
3:16full market capacity because that means
3:18there's going to be too many people that
3:19are trying to sell it. The only way that
3:21I'll tell you that you can go ahead and
3:23actually sell one of those products if
3:24they are in the full market is if you
3:26know what you're doing in terms of the
3:29marketing. You need to have a specific
3:30brand. You need to have your vision
3:32ready. You need to know how you're going
3:34to market this. And at the end of the
3:35day, it's not impossible, but it is
3:37going to be a little bit easier for you
3:39if you actually have a game plan set.
3:41Now, to help you get ideas for your game
3:43plan, for your content strategy, and
3:44however you're going to be marketing
3:45this product, we actually have a social
3:47ad section as well. So, through here you
3:50can see what other creators are doing.
3:51Take this one for example.
3:54>> I love you. Looks like it's just a music
3:57as the uh
4:00It looks like it's just music that's
4:01playing and then they're showing you
4:03pretty much the end result. It's very
4:04simple. It's very straightforward.
4:06And it's actually pretty cool because it
4:08gives you that little um transition that
4:10changes the lights.
4:12And they do it a couple different types.
4:13Stuff like that really hooks the viewers
4:14and it gets them to actually make a
4:16purchase. So, this is really good to be
4:18able to not only automate your product
4:19research, but also start automating how
4:21you're going to be promoting this
4:23product. Now, in terms of the handpicked
4:24product section, everything that's on
4:26here is expertly curated and picked by
4:29drop shippers who've been in the
4:31business for over 10 plus years. These
4:34people all know exactly what they're
4:35looking for and they know what's
4:37currently trending out in the market.
4:39So, you can rest assured that you're
4:40going to have products that people
4:42actually want. And then in terms of the
4:44fulfillment, a lot of these are going to
4:46be fulfilled by AutoDS private
4:48suppliers. So, that way you can make
4:49sure that for one, you're having
4:51consistently good quality products and
4:53two, you have pretty fast shipping. And
4:55best of all, you're going to have better
4:56prices than really anybody else out in
4:59let's say AliExpress, DHGate, or any of
5:01these other websites where people
5:02typically go to source their products.
5:04And of course, it's always being updated
5:06and there's always brand new products
5:08that are showing up on both the
5:10handpicked product section and the
5:11trending product section. Now, the
5:13difference between the two is that the
5:14trending product section is going to be
5:16products that are picked by AI. So, AI
5:18is going to go ahead and scour the
5:19internet and it's going to find what
5:21products are currently on the rise. Then
5:22it's going to say, "Hey, this one looks
5:24like it's pretty good. It looks like
5:25it's getting attention. Let's pop it in
5:26the trending product section." So, that
5:28way you can start to find products that
5:30are going to spike in terms of the trend
5:33before they actually do spike. So, all
5:35the products on here are on their way
5:36up. So, you're catching these right
5:38before they actually start rising. Now,
5:40I also did mention another page which is
5:42the ads by section. Now, through here,
The AdSpy Tool
5:44you can add on to your product research
5:46process and this is going to help you
5:48find products and ads that are currently
5:50blowing up on Tik Tok, Instagram, and on
5:53Facebook. So, you can see if maybe one
5:55particular product is doing better on a
5:57particular platform. So, if one product
5:59is doing better on Tik Tok, you may want
6:01to see if you can dominate the space on
6:02either Instagram or Facebook, or you can
6:04also jump on the trend to wherever it is
6:06trending on, let's say, again, on Tik
6:08Tok, for example. And through here, you
6:10have an entire ads library, essentially.
6:12Ads that are all currently running and
6:15promoting some sort of product. And of
6:17course, every single one of these ads is
6:19also trending. These are different ads
6:21that are actually converting and getting
6:22people to purchase the product that
6:24they're advertising. So, take for
6:26example, this one over here. This one
6:27has 1.2 million views, and it only
6:29debuted or it released about 20 days
6:32ago, and it's a simple 6-second ad.
6:35Let's go ahead and click on see the Tik
6:36Tok ad, and I'll show you exactly what
6:37I'm talking about. So, let's just check
6:39this out.
6:39>> No, I don't think you understand.
6:41I'm a
6:42>> So, it has a trending audio on top.
6:45And all it is is just a sunshade, and
6:47you saw how easy that was? This right
6:49here garnered 1.2 million views, and I
6:52can almost guarantee you that this has
6:53brought the person that's promoting this
6:54product some pretty good money through
6:56affiliate marketing, because a lot of
6:57these are hosting Tik Tok Shop products.
7:00So, not only does this help you automate
7:01your drop shipping product research, it
7:04also helps you kind of take another lane
7:06into a different business of affiliate
7:08marketing. Because the same products
7:09that you can sell on Tik Tok Shop, let's
7:11say, you can also be an affiliate for
7:13them, so you don't have to worry about
7:14the customer service or any of those
7:16extra steps. Now, if you do want to
7:17learn a lot more about that, then I have
7:19an entire video that's going to walk you
7:20through how you can start becoming a Tik
7:21Tok Shop affiliate, and you can check
7:23that out in this video right here. Now,
7:24besides that though, you do have a
7:25little bit of extra information on here
7:27that can help you decide whether or not
7:28this might be an ad that's worth
7:30replicating or not, or even if it's a
7:31product that's worth selling. And you
7:33even have the link to the product down
7:34here, so if you click on it, it's going
7:36to take you to the link on Tik Tok Shop.
7:38Now, if this is starting to feel like
7:39there's going to be a lot of different
7:40features that you really do want to keep
7:42up with, then I suggest you check out
7:44the cheat sheet that I'm going to give
7:45to you for completely free. That's going
7:47to walk you through every single one of
7:48the different steps that I'm talking
7:49about today. It's going to cover all the
7:51different automations and how you can go
7:53into each one of them and set the
7:55specific rules so that way it works for
7:57your drop shipping store. And if you
7:58want access to that, just go ahead and
7:59drop a hashtag with the hashtag
8:01automation and let me know which one of
8:02these automations is your favorite one
8:04and which one you find most useful. Once
8:05you do that, I'll go ahead and send you
8:06a link to the cheat sheet. All right,
8:08let's go ahead and continue. Okay, so
Automatic Product Importing
8:09now you know how you're able to find
8:10products that are trending. Next, how do
8:14you actually import them to your store?
8:15At least, how do you do it in a quick
8:17way so that way you don't have to do
8:18everything manually? How do you automate
8:20this? Well, part of becoming an AutoDS
8:22automation expert is mastering automatic
8:24product importing. And to do this, it's
8:27even easier than what I just showed you.
8:29Because if we go back to our handpicked
8:30product section and we click on this
8:33right here, right? Let's say this is a
8:34similar product to the one we just saw.
8:36This is a sunshade umbrella. If this is
8:38a product that we ourselves decide,
8:40we're going to sell this. This is
8:41something that's definitely going to fit
8:42my store. Then all you have to do is
8:44click on import as draft and edit
8:46manually. If you have multiple stores,
8:48it's going to ask you which one you want
8:48to import it to. So I'm just going to
8:50choose my eBay store. I'm going to click
8:52on next and then it takes it to my draft
8:54section, which I'll show you in just a
8:55second, where I can make any adjustments
8:57to it before it actually goes live on my
8:59store. Now there are a few other ways to
9:01be able to import products to your store
9:03even if you're not sourcing them from
9:04AutoDS. So take for example this fan on
9:07Amazon. Let's say this is a product that
9:08we want to import to our store. We can
9:10easily do that by simply clicking the
9:11link up top. We can go ahead and cut it,
9:14run back to AutoDS and then click on add
9:16product. From here, we're going to
9:18choose either single product or multiple
9:20products. I'm going to show you both,
9:22but for now let's go ahead and click on
9:23single. We're going to choose the store
9:24that we want to import it to,
9:26click on next, and we're going to paste
9:28our link in here.
9:30Now from here, we can either again add
9:31it as a draft to our draft section and
9:33then get back to it later or we can
9:35publish it directly to our store. Now,
9:38publishing directly to your store can be
9:40kind of risky if you don't have your
9:41automation settings
9:43set the right way. The reason I say this
9:45is because this is going to take the
9:46default settings that you have and it's
9:48going to apply them to this product and
9:50then push it live on your store. This
9:52can work and this makes things a lot
9:53quicker, but again, you need to have
9:55your settings dialed, which I'm going to
9:56show you in just a few minutes. So, make
9:59sure you stick around. Now, really
10:00quick, if you're finding anything that
10:01I'm giving you in this video useful in
10:03any way, shape, or form, make sure you
10:04hit the subscribe button, make sure you
10:05hit the like button, and click that
10:06little bell notification so you don't
10:08miss out on any future videos. And if
10:10you see a little hype feature down
10:11there, like a button that says hype this
10:12video, make sure to click that. That's
10:14going to be a personal favorite to me.
10:15It's really going to help boost this
10:16video. So, I would really appreciate it
10:18if you hit the hype button. Right, let's
10:20go ahead and continue. So, for now,
10:21let's just go ahead and click on add as
10:23draft, send it to the draft section, and
10:24then it's going to take us to the draft
10:26section. So, this right here is our
10:27product draft. If we click on drafts
Editing Drafts with AI
10:29over here, we're going to see all of the
10:31different products that I've imported
10:32into my draft section or that I have
10:35plan to edit and then set to go live on
10:37my store. If we click on this little
10:40click to edit button, we're going to be
10:41able to adjust everything for the
10:42product details. So, we can adjust our
10:44titles, we can switch the different
10:46categories. Depending on where you're
10:47selling, you can add a different payment
10:49policy or shipping policy. This is going
10:51to vary if you're drop shipping on eBay
10:53or on Shopify on Amazon. So, you're
10:55going to have a few different screens
10:56for this, but overall, it's going to be
10:58pretty much the same thing in terms of
11:00what you're going to be adjusting. And
11:01then if you look down here, we have our
11:02stock and price monitoring along with
11:04our auto order. So, starting with the
11:06title, we can actually optimize your
11:08title with AI. So, you're able to go
11:11ahead and click on optimize title and
11:12you can automate your title generations
11:14for all of your different products. Now,
11:16not only can you do the title, but you
11:18can also do the description. So, let's
11:20take for example a title, we can switch
11:21this over to be a bit more sellable. We
11:24can do AI write and then it's going to
11:25give us G&F just for kids soft jersey
11:28cardigan clothes. This is already a lot
11:30better than what we had originally,
11:31which if we exit out of here,
11:34go ahead and click on yes, it's going to
11:36give it to us rewritten. It's accepted
11:38in a bit of a cleaner fashion. Now,
11:40taking a look at the category, this is
11:42already going to be automatically
11:43pre-filled. So, this is already
11:44automated for you along with your
11:46shipping methods. Now, by default,
11:48you're going to have cheapest with
11:50tracking, and I suggest that this is the
11:51the one that you always go with. Simply
11:53because if you go with cheapest, you
11:54might not get tracking, and if you do
11:56fastest with tracking, you're going to
11:57have a very expensive bill for the
12:00shipping of this product. So, cheapest
12:01with tracking is all you need. And this
12:03is already automated for you. This
12:04should already be on default, but if
12:06it's not, you can go ahead and set it
12:07through the settings page, which we'll
12:09go over in just a minute. Now, looking
12:10at the stock monitoring, what this is
12:12going to do is this is essentially going
12:13to keep track of your supplier's stock.
12:17So, if your supplier runs out of stock
12:18from one day to the other, it's going to
12:20automatically adjust the inventory
12:21levels on your store, so that way you're
12:23not selling something that you don't
12:24have access to. You don't know how many
12:26times prior to AutoDS I have sold
12:29something on one of my drop shipping
12:30stores only to find out that my supplier
12:32ran out, and I have to either cancel the
12:34order or email the customer to tell them
12:36that their order might be a little bit
12:37late because we're waiting on supply
12:39from our supplier. And the same way that
12:41stock monitoring keeps track of your
12:43supplier's stock, price monitoring is
12:46going to keep track of just that, their
12:48pricing. So, you can set rules that are
12:50going to automate your pricing flow. So,
12:52let's say for example, your supplier
12:53increases a product price by
12:5510%. You can automatically set it to
12:58match that 10%, or maybe just increase
13:00it by 8%. Or if you want, even increase
13:02it by 12 or 13%. Again, these are all
13:05different automations and different
13:06rules that we're going to set in just a
13:07minute. And then we have auto order. So,
13:10auto order is a fascinating feature
13:12because all it's going to do is it's
13:13essentially going to take the order that
13:14comes in from your drop shipping store,
13:16and it's going to re-route it to your
13:18supplier. So, that way AutoDS is going
13:20to order the product for you, so you
13:21don't even have to worry about it. Take
13:23for example, if your an order comes in
13:24at 2:00 in the morning, by 3:00 in the
13:26morning, this would already be ordered
13:28and paid for. So, that way all you have
13:30to do is just wait for it to ship. And
13:32then, AutoDS is also going to automate
13:33that entire process, too. Again, you'll
13:35see in a second. Now, besides the auto
13:36order from the same drafts page, you can
13:38go ahead and click on description, and
13:40again, you can automate your entire
13:41description. If you're selling on eBay,
13:44you can even automate adding different
13:45templates to your product pages.
13:47Different templates that could either
13:48be, let's say, something that's very
13:50niche-specific, a template that you
13:51create on your own, or something that
13:53could be specific to an upcoming
13:55holiday, for example, maybe back to
13:57school. Now, those templates are for
13:58eBay. Let's go ahead and switch this
13:59over to a Shopify store, and let me show
14:01you something else. So, we just take a
14:03quick look at this one that I have over
14:04here, which is a kid swimsuit one-piece.
14:07We can create an entire product page
14:09based off of this one product, and
14:11that's all directly from the drafts
14:13section. So, from here, all we do is
14:14click on generate a product page, and
14:16within a few minutes, you're going to
14:17get something like this.
14:22Now, if we click into the variants tab
14:24over here, we can add different
14:25variations to this, and one of the ways
14:27that you can automate this is simply by
14:29looking for different suppliers that
14:30offer the same product in, let's say, a
14:32different color, and you can
14:33automatically add the different
14:34variations by simply taking the link,
14:36and then pasting it through here. So,
14:38just click on add variant. You can go
14:40ahead and put the link on here. Make
14:42sure you choose the right supplier and
14:44the region where it's shipping from, and
14:46you'll have a second option over here as
14:48a different variation. So, if you find
14:50this in red, you can add a red variation
14:52to it. Look, AutoDS really automates
14:54your entire drop shipping store for you.
14:56And on top of that, you even have the
14:58ability to automate your ad text for
15:01things like your social media posts. And
15:03you can also do that directly from the
15:04drafts section. So, you have the ability
15:06to generate ad text with AI, and you can
15:09even generate product images with AI.
15:11And the cool thing about this is that
15:12this is actually structured to be
15:14specific for e-commerce. So, if we click
15:17on generate images, we can go ahead and
15:19take our source images, the ones that
15:21are already imported. We can use those
15:22as references, and we can type an image
15:24prompt to get the image to be exactly
15:26how you want it. So, let's say we want
15:27to just put this on a beach so we can
15:29have a more beachy scene or a more
15:31beachy product page or a more beachy
15:33product image. So, something simple,
15:35just lay the swimsuit on the sand in the
15:37beach with the water in the background,
15:38and we can generate the AI product
15:40image, and this is what we get. And this
15:42is actually exactly what I was looking
15:44for. This is 100% what I was thinking,
15:46and as you can see, it executed it
15:48pretty flawlessly and looks really good.
15:50So, from here, let's go ahead and click
15:51on save, and it'll be automatically
15:53added to your different images or to
15:56your different product images like this
15:57one right here. Now, once you've made
Supplier Settings & Profit Margins
15:58all of your adjustments and you're happy
15:59with your product, then the next thing
16:01for you to do is simply just go ahead
16:02and click on save and import, and the
16:04product will be imported to your store
16:05automatically. Now, running back to the
16:08product drafts over here, looking at our
16:10stock, our price monitoring, and our
16:11auto orders. Let's go ahead and tweak
16:14the settings for this.
16:15For this, what we're going to do is
16:16we're going to click on the settings tab
16:17on the bottom left, and this is where
16:19we're going to see our supplier settings
16:21as well as our different automations.
16:23So, from supplier settings, we can go
16:25ahead and change any settings for any
16:27specific suppliers. So, if we're
16:29importing products from Amazon, we can
16:31go ahead and set our lister settings,
16:32our pricing settings, our order
16:34settings, and just overall general
16:36settings. You can do this for any
16:37different supplier that you have that
16:39you've imported products from. So, if
16:41you've imported products from
16:42AliExpress, you'll have here the option
16:43for AliExpress, but right now, since we
16:45only have Amazon and products from
16:47AutoDS, this is all we see. But, it's
16:49going to be pretty much the same thing
16:50throughout. So, from here, what we're
16:51going to do is we're going to have our
16:53default product quantity. This I suggest
16:56you just keep as is, and we're going to
16:58be doing this through the stock and
16:59price monitoring. This is going to go
17:01ahead and take priority over everything
17:02because we want to automate this entire
17:03thing. Remember how I told you earlier
17:05that you can simply just publish to
17:06store and have your product go directly
17:08live to your store? Well, these are the
17:10settings that we need to adjust for
17:11that. If we just leave it as is and we
17:13just start publishing to our store,
17:14chances are we're going to be losing
17:15money on every single sale that we get
17:17because the pricing isn't optimized. We
17:20don't have any rules for them. We're
17:21going to be selling it at maybe 50 cents
17:24or a dollar more, which just the fees
17:25alone are going to eat into that and
17:27we're going to go into the negative. So,
17:28in order to avoid that, this is what
17:29we're going to have to do. So, for one,
17:31we can go ahead and change our shipping
17:33methods like I told you earlier. We can
17:34change it to the default which we want,
17:36which is always going to be cheapest
17:37with tracking. If you want to go for
17:39some of the other ones, that's up to
17:40you. But, this will automatically apply
17:41these settings when we import products
17:44to our draft section or decide to
17:46publish them. Over here where it says
17:48default template, this is going to be
17:49for the store that we're drop shipping
17:52on. So, right here we have the different
17:53stores that we have and these are our
17:55different suppliers for each one of
17:56these stores. So, if I click on let's
17:57say the store I have up here, my Shopify
17:59store, you can see I have the different
18:01suppliers on here for this particular
18:02store. Now, this template over here,
18:04this is going to be what I mentioned
18:05earlier about the eBay template. This is
18:07where we're going to have the different
18:08ones we have. You can go ahead and click
18:10on add new and you can include any new
18:12ones. So, that way whenever you do
18:13upload to your eBay store, it's going to
18:15choose whichever one you have here on
18:17default and this will be fully automated
18:19for you. Then we have our advanced
18:20Lister settings. These right here we
18:22don't really need to look at right now
18:23because it's not something that's going
18:24to help us with our entire automation
18:26process, but the price and stock
18:28monitoring, this is.
18:30We always want to make sure that our
18:30stock monitoring and our price
18:31monitoring is turned on. So, this is
18:34going to make it by default every single
18:36time that we import from Amazon to this
18:39store over here, every single product is
18:42going to be already with stock
18:43monitoring and price monitoring. Same
18:45thing goes for the AI optimization
18:47settings. Remember how earlier I showed
18:48you that you can optimize your titles
18:49and your descriptions with the help of
18:51AI? Well, we can have that already ready
18:53to go for us. So, the moment that we
18:55import a product to our store, if we
18:56have any one of these checked off,
18:57AutoDS is going to go ahead and
18:59automatically automate our titles and
19:01it's going to automate our descriptions.
19:03And we're going to be able to choose the
19:05tone of the title and the temperature of
19:07the title. Like I showed you earlier,
19:09the tone is going to be professional,
19:10sellable, funny, or optimized for social
19:12networks. So, let's say if you want to
19:13post it on social media or anything like
19:15that. And the temperature for this is
19:17going to be either something creative or
19:18something that's more precise to the
19:20product itself. And let's say there's
19:21anything in particular, anything
19:22specific that you want to add to all of
19:23your titles and your descriptions, you
19:25can go ahead and put that down here.
19:27Now, moving on, we can go ahead and
19:28click on the pricing. And this is going
19:30to automate our entire pricing for
19:32whenever we first upload a product to
19:34our store. So, from here we can adjust
19:36how much we want our default fees to be.
19:38So, this store is actually a Shopify
19:40store. So, it is going to be a 3% fee.
19:43But, if I switch over to let's say my
19:44eBay store, it's already going to be by
19:46default the eBay fee, which is 13%. If
19:49for whatever reason we want to set it to
19:5115%, maybe 18%, then we can do that
19:54here. We can change the fee to 18% if we
19:57choose to.
19:58And the same thing goes for the fee
19:59dollar amount. This is all again going
20:01to be applied the moment that we import
20:03a product to our store. Now, we can also
20:05set an automatic profit percentage. So,
20:08how much do we want to make in terms of
20:09profit for each product? Right now, it's
20:12set to 10%. If we publish a product to
20:13our store directly, we're going to be
20:15making a 10% profit after our 18% in
20:18fees. Or, if it was before, it would
20:20have been 13%. Now, 10% is pretty low.
20:22So, let's see if we can go for 60% on
20:25every single sale. If that's what we
20:26want to do, we can switch this to 60,
20:28and you can see here our profits
20:29increased.
20:31So, earlier it was 10%, which is this
20:32right here.
20:34Estimating a product cost of $100, we'd
20:36be making about $10, right? But, if we
20:38switch this over to 60%, we can see that
20:39this increases, and our fees, again, 18%
20:43are going to be $35, which is this right
20:44here. Let's switch that back to 13,
20:46actually. So, 13% of fees will be $24,
20:49plus the 30 cent fee that we have set
20:51here
20:52is going to equal a total price of $184.
20:55So, the 60% in profits is going to be
20:57purely profits. That's not taking into
20:59consideration the fees, because those
21:01fees are already being subtracted. And
21:04then let's say you want to make an
21:04extra, I don't know, dollar or two for
21:06every single sale, you can add that
21:08through here as well. Now, from here,
21:09we're going to have our default
21:11automations. These default automations,
21:13we're going to go ahead and set up in
21:14the automations tab over here, so just
21:15stick with me for 1 second, but this is
21:17where you're going to be able to choose
21:18how AutoDS is going to react when your
21:21supplier increases the price, or if they
21:23lower their price, or let's say if
21:25you're making a good amount of
21:27consistent sales, maybe you want to
21:28increase your price a little bit and
21:30make a little bit more money. You'll be
21:31able to do all of that through here, but
21:32again, I'll show you in just a minute.
21:34And then the other thing is the minimum
21:35profit per product. So, how much money
21:36do you want to make at a bare minimum
21:39for every single sale? So, do you want
21:41to make $10 for every sale? Do you want
21:43to make $5 for every sale? This one I
21:45like to keep at zero because unless you
21:47have an average of the same pricing for
21:49most of your products, it's going to be
21:51kind of hard to make $5 from a $5
21:54product versus making $5 from a $100
21:56product. And another cool thing is you
21:58can set the price cents value, so you
21:59can just go ahead and switch this over
22:01to, let's say, 97. So, every single one
22:03of your products, when you upload them
22:04to your store, will end in, let's say,
22:06$197,
22:07$101.97, like that. Now, checking over
22:10at the orders page, here we're going to
Automating Orders & Fulfillment
22:11be able to automate our order settings.
22:13So, whenever somebody places an order
22:15from our store, these are the settings
22:17that are going to activate. So, for one,
22:19you can process orders using the
22:20fulfilled by AutoDS service. Two, you
22:22have automatic orders, which we saw
22:24earlier. And three, we also have Hip
22:26Shipper if you're selling
22:27internationally. The most important ones
22:29from here are going to be the top two,
22:31fulfilled by AutoDS and the automatic
22:33orders. Now, the automatic orders is
22:35going to require a buyer account or the
22:37fulfilled by AutoDS. Simply put, a buyer
22:40account is you giving AutoDS your
22:42credentials for something like
22:44AliExpress. So, that way whenever
22:46somebody places an order in your store,
22:47AutoDS is going to take those
22:48credentials, it's going to sign in, and
22:50it's going to make a purchase on your
22:51behalf using your credit card, your
22:53banking details, whatever it may be,
22:55and then it's going to fulfill that
22:57order for you. The other option is going
22:59to be using fulfilled by AutoDS. This is
23:01my recommended setting because it just
23:03makes everything so much easier. In this
23:05case, you're not giving AutoDS your
23:06buyer accounts. AutoDS is using its own
23:08buyer accounts to make the purchase on
23:10your behalf, and it's going to be using
23:12a balance that you have, which is topped
23:14up here. If this balance ever runs low,
23:16you can just click on load balance, and
23:18you can add to your wallet. So, that way
23:20whenever an order does come through,
23:21you're always ensured to be covered, and
23:23AutoDS will make that purchase for you.
23:24Now, the biggest difference between the
23:26two, and the reason why I say fulfilled
23:28by AutoDS is definitely the way to go,
23:29is because again, it's going to be using
23:31the AutoDS buyer accounts. Let's say you
23:33give AutoDS your Amazon buyer accounts.
23:35Amazon isn't very drop shipper friendly.
23:38Whenever they notice that people are
23:39drop shipping products from their store,
23:40they're shipping them to different
23:41multiple different addresses, they're
23:42going to ban your account. They're going
23:44to go ahead and suspend your personal
23:45account, so you won't be able to buy
23:46from them anymore, whether it be for
23:48yourself, or to drop ship to somebody
23:49else. So, that's why fulfilled by AutoDS
23:51is so important. It's going to
23:52completely mask that. Or it's not even
23:54going to mask it, it's never going to
23:55touch it in the first place. AutoDS will
23:57always use its own buyer accounts that,
23:59again, that are also even eligible for
24:01prime shipping. So, you're going to get
24:03faster shipping, even if you don't use
24:05your own buyer accounts. Now, you can
24:07have one checked off, or both checked
24:09off. So, if you have just process orders
24:11using fulfilled by AutoDS, what's going
24:12to happen is whenever an order comes in,
24:15it's going to go to your order section
24:16over here, and then it's going to stay
24:18as pending. And all you have to do is
24:20change it to sent to auto order. So,
24:22that way AutoDS takes that order, and it
24:24uses fulfilled by AutoDS to place that
24:26order, and it's going to fund it using
24:28your balance over here. Now, if you just
24:30have automatic orders, then it's just
24:32going to go ahead and place the order
24:33for you, and it's going to use your
24:34buyer information. And then if we have
24:36both, it's going to automatically place
24:38the order, and then it's going to
24:39process everything using fulfilled by
24:40AutoDS. And again, I know this could be
24:42a lot. Remember, everything is going to
24:44be done for you in the cheat sheet, so
24:45make sure you do comment the hashtag
24:46automate to get yours. Now, in terms of
24:48the actual order fulfillment, you do
24:49have also a few other options down here.
24:52So, you have the option to automatically
24:53set the order as shipped. You can set it
24:55as ordered, or you can set it as order
24:57received. Same thing goes for tracking
24:59conversion. So, let's say you're drop
25:01shipping on eBay. eBay needs to have
25:03valid tracking numbers. So, in this
25:05case, you can actually go ahead and
25:06convert your tracking numbers to any one
25:08of these different ones, so that way it
25:10can be accepted by eBay or whatever it
25:12else it is that you're drop shipping on.
25:13And another really cool feature that
25:15actually I think can give you a little
25:17boost in becoming that AutoDS automation
25:19expert is going to be automatic messages
25:21to your customers. You can pretty much
25:22automate your entire customer service.
25:24So, whenever somebody places an order,
25:26you can go ahead and send this message
25:27right here. You can edit this as well.
25:29You can click on edit. You can put
25:31whatever message that you want. And if
25:33you want to include the buyer's first
25:34name, like right here, all you do is
25:36click on down here where it says buyer
25:38first name. You can change their last
25:39name. You can add the product title. So,
25:42let's say, quick example, "Hey
25:45buyer first name comma
25:47thanks for buying the product title
25:51comma
25:53here is your
25:55tracking number." And then you click on
25:56tracking number, and so on. So, that way
25:58whenever somebody places an order, this
26:00is what they're going to be getting.
26:01Now, of course, you do want to customize
26:03your different messages for whatever it
26:04is that you're automating. So, you do
26:06have gift messages. You have when an
26:08order was delivered. You have whenever a
26:10tracking number becomes available. And
26:12you also have whenever somebody leaves
26:13you feedback. So, you can automate your
26:15entire customer service experience, and
26:17you can automate all of these different
26:18emails using this automatic messages uh
26:20section. Now, speaking of automating
26:22your customer service, there's one other
26:24thing that you're going to be able to
26:24automate, which is actually going to
26:25change really how you run your entire
26:28drop shipping business, and I'll show
26:29you that at the end. Now, if you run
26:32over to the general, this is where we're
26:33going to see the monitoring for product
26:36quantity. So, on here, we have a minimum
26:38product quantity. So, here, let's take
26:40for example, if my supplier has less
26:42than 10 products, then I don't know if I
26:44want to run the risk of somebody placing
26:45the order and then my supplier not
26:46having anything and not having their
26:48inventory updated. So, from here, it'll
26:50automatically set our inventory to zero,
26:53so nobody can place the order. Let's say
26:54you're a bit more lenient on it, maybe
26:56five. If your supplier has listed five
26:59products, then on your end it's going to
27:01show as zero, and then if they have six
27:03products, then you're going to have
27:05available one. And now since we are
27:07doing different settings for on Amazon
27:09supplier, we can choose if we want prime
27:11first or cheapest first. So, if we can
27:13get a little bit longer shipping, but
27:15we're going to get a cheaper price point
27:17or a cheaper shipping option, we can
27:19choose cheapest first, but my suggestion
27:21is I just go prime first. You don't have
27:23to go prime only because this is only
27:25going to limit you to products that are
27:26available through prime. So, just do
27:28prime first, and then if that's not
27:29available, it'll default to cheapest
27:31first. Right, so now let's move on to
27:33the automations because this is very
Dynamic Pricing Automations
27:35important, and this is
27:36really what's going to make you that
27:38AutoDS automation expert. This is going
27:40to automate one of the most important
27:41parts of your entire drop shipping
27:43store, and that's going to be your
27:44pricing. So, let's go ahead and click on
27:46add automation. So, let's say this is
27:48going to be specific for, I don't know,
27:50my camping products. So, camping
27:52automation. Doesn't have to be for a
27:54specific niche, it could just be for
27:55whatever category of products that you
27:57want to set this automation to. You can
27:59make multiple different types of
28:00automations, or not even camping, let's
28:02say Amazon. Let's go with Amazon. So, we
28:05can apply this to really any product
28:06that we decide to source from Amazon.
28:09And I'll show you how to do it in a
28:10second. So, let's go ahead and click on
28:10next. Now, from here you can either turn
28:12this off or you can leave this on.
28:14You're going to have the option for when
28:16pricing increase and when it decreases.
28:19When the number of sales is higher than
28:21one, every single day, then you're going
28:24to set the price. So, for here, let's We
28:27don't want to do one day, right? We want
28:28to do a test. So, let's do, let's say,
28:31whenever you're making more than 10
28:32sales every 3 days, maybe we can go
28:34ahead and start to raise our price by 2%
28:37up to a limit of 6%.
28:41So, we can start to increase our price
28:42in increments of 2% up to the 6%, and
28:46then that's where it's going to stick
28:47to. And you can also do it in terms of a
28:50dollar value, so increase the product
28:51price by $2 up to, let's say, $10. If
28:55you're happy with this, we can go ahead
28:56and click on next and then we can do the
28:58same thing for when we want to decrease
28:59our sales prices. So, if we're not
29:01making at least five sales in, let's
29:04say, five different days, we can
29:05decrease the product price by 10% up to
29:09a limit of 20%. Well, maybe 10% is too
29:11much. Let's go ahead and go with
29:13Let's just do the 2% again.
29:15And let's leave this at 15%. And we can
29:17also, again, add a dollar amount to it.
29:19So, we can go ahead and just switch this
29:20over to a dollar up to $10. If the $10
29:24mark is the most that we want to
29:26decrease our prices by. We click on next
29:28and now we can assign these automations
29:30to different products. So, the good
29:32thing about this is that we're able to
29:33assign these automations to products
29:34that we know are going to be within our
29:36range for this type of pricing that
29:38we're going for. Sometimes you want to
29:39set these automations for products that
29:41maybe cost a little bit less. You want
29:43to give them higher percentages because
29:44it's not going to be something that the
29:46customer is going to be able to notice
29:47hugely, but let's say with something
29:49that costs $120, a 10% price increase or
29:54even a 2% price increase is something
29:56that can be pretty noticeable. So, this
29:57is something that's very good to be able
29:58to filter based on your different types
30:00of products. Now, you can go ahead and
30:02set these right now or you can assign
30:04the different products to it later. As
30:05you saw earlier, we can also do it
30:06through our supplier settings. So, for
30:08now, let's just go ahead and click on
30:09I'll assign the products later and then
30:11we have our different automations over
30:12here. Now, if we go back to supplier
30:14settings, we click on our pricing over
30:17here, we have our new Amazon automation.
30:20Now, the next thing that I do want to
30:21talk to you about in terms of being able
30:22to automate is going to be automating
30:24your sourcing. So, from here, whenever
Requesting Product Sourcing
30:27we do get an order to our store, we can
30:29click on our orders tab over here. We're
30:31going to look at our different orders
30:32and we can request sourcing. So, looking
30:35through here, I have this order over
30:36here. You can see that I'm able to
30:39request sourcing. So, what does that
30:40mean? That means I can send off a
30:42request to all of our different private
30:44suppliers and see who can give us a
30:46better offer. Some suppliers might be
30:48able to give us better pricing. Other
30:49suppliers might be able to give us uh
30:51faster shipping. Some might even be able
30:53to get us better quality products.
30:55Others might be able to get us all
30:56three. So, this is a very handy feature.
30:58Not just for us, but also for our
31:00customers. So, let's go ahead and click
31:01on request sourcing. And then up to
31:03that, you're going to have a few results
31:04that are in the instant. And we're also
31:06going to have up to 24 hours for some
31:07other suppliers to be able to reply back
31:10to us and give us their offers.
31:12So, if we look at this one over here, we
31:14can click on review sourcing.
31:15This one, I believe, only got us one
31:17different supplier that was offering the
31:18same product. Now, just so you know, if
31:20we click on the sourcing request over
31:21here, you're also be able to see all of
31:22the different products that you sourced
31:24or that you've sent out uh sourcing
31:26requests for.
31:27And another way that you can send out a
31:29sourcing request is if you go to your
31:30products, which is the products that we
31:32have imported to our store already.
31:34Let's say this aquamarine reflective dog
31:36collar. We can request sourcing directly
31:38from here as well. Just so you know, if
31:39you do request sourcing from the
31:41products page, it is going to take one
31:43auto order credit. But if you do it from
31:45your existing orders, it's completely
31:46free. So, for now, let's just go ahead
31:48and click on proceed with sourcing
31:50because honestly, that one auto order
31:51credit is totally worth it if you're
31:52going to be saving a good amount of
31:54money or being able to provide a better
31:55product. But as you can see, right now,
31:57it's currently actually searching for
31:58different matches. And here we have all
32:00of the different ones. We even have a
32:02similarity score. So, which one of these
32:04is going to be more similar to this? We
32:06can go ahead and check out any one of
32:07these and if one of these are what we're
32:09looking for, we can simply click on
32:10continue
32:11and replace the current supplier that we
32:14have for this product with this new one.
32:17Now, you can see here it has the pricing
32:19for it. So, this one's actually only 28
32:21cents. This one right here is 29 cents.
32:22Of course, this does not include any
32:24shipping fees or anything like that. For
32:26more information, just click on the
32:27little eyeball on it and then it's going
32:29to bring this up. So, it does go between
32:3184 to 98 cents per collar. That's
32:33actually really cheap considering that
32:35these are sold for like 25 to 30 or $40
32:38on like Pet Supermarket. The shipping
32:40price is between $6.41 to $13. So, we
32:42still have room to be able to make some
32:44money from this. And there's a few
32:46different variations as well. So, they
32:47have fuchsia, they have gray, blue, red.
32:49And again, if this is better than what
32:51we currently have, if this is a better
32:53offer, we can click on select product.
32:55We can click on from here add variation,
32:58and then we choose whichever variation
33:00it is that we want. So, we can let's say
33:01go with red. Go ahead and click on
33:03continue. And then this other variation
33:05is going to be linked to the product.
33:06Now, I don't know if you saw earlier,
33:07but we did have a manual option to be
33:10able to source the different products,
33:12and that one is going to take up to 24
33:14hours because it's not going to be an
33:15automatic way of doing it. That's when
33:16our suppliers are going to be sending us
33:18the offers. All right, remember how I
33:19told you earlier that there's one extra
33:20thing I wanted to show you on automating
33:22your customer service? Well, this right
33:23here is really going to essentially be
33:26the cherry on the top for you becoming
33:28an AutoDS automation expert. And by the
33:30way, our sourcing actually just
33:32finished. Before I show you that, let's
33:33go ahead and see this. So, perfect. As
33:35you can see here, we have our new
33:36product is linked. So, this is going to
33:37be another variation. If we do want to
33:39add any more, we can go ahead and change
33:41any of these other ones. So, if you want
33:42to do purple now, and we want to make it
33:45in an extra large, we can go ahead and
33:46link this product. Also, just so you
33:48know, you can always order a sample
33:50order from any of the different pages
33:51that we're on so that way you can
33:52actually see what the product is like.
33:54So, anyway, back to what we were saying.
33:55If we click back to settings, and then
Adding Virtual Assistants (VAs)
33:57we go to users, here we can add virtual
34:00assistants. And this changes the game
34:02completely because this is going to
34:04essentially take customer service away
34:06from you and just give it to somebody
34:08else. And the best part is again, it's
34:10all automated because you're able to
34:12give them access to certain parts of
34:14your AutoDS dashboard. You don't have to
34:15give them access to everything. All you
34:17have to do is click on add user. Let's
34:19say I'm adding Robert the VA. It's going
34:22to be robertva@email.com,
34:25and we can set a password for them. So,
34:27let's do robertva1234.
34:29Keep it simple.
34:30So, privilege, are they going to have
34:32access to all my stores or only a select
34:34amount of stores? So, I can choose here
34:36which ones I want them to have access
34:37to.
34:38In this case, I can do all of my stores
34:39if I choose to. And what can they look
34:41at? What can they see? What will they
34:43have access to? Well, really I just want
34:44him to go to my products and I want him
34:46to see all the orders and just make sure
34:47that everything has been shipped the way
34:50it's supposed to. Or I just want them to
34:52solely take care of customer service.
34:54Well, I can do that through here. So, I
34:55can give them access to only the
34:56dashboard and customer service messages
34:59and cases.
35:00And that's it. I can go from here to
35:02click on add user and Robert the VA is
35:04now our official virtual assistant that
35:06can now log in to our system, to our
35:09AutoDS using their new credentials, and
35:11they will only have access to what we
35:13give them. Let's say they prove their
35:15worth and they're actually really good,
35:16we can start to give them more access as
35:18we go along and then click on save
35:19again, and then we can keep updating
35:21their access that way. We can have
35:23different VAs for different stores. You
35:24can have multiple VAs for one store.
35:26It's really all up to you. So, hopefully
Conclusion
