0:08definitely did not recognize. Okay, so
0:10who is JJ dog 18? Now the reason this is
0:13so weird is because this wasn't some
0:15public thing. This was a personal test
0:18server that I'd created for myself and
0:19at the time it was completely empty.
0:21Like I never shared the IP to join with
0:23anyone. So whoever this person was, they
0:26had to have somehow hacked into my
0:28server.
0:31But that's it, right? I could just ban
0:33the hacker and move on with my day.
0:35Except this is where it gets really
0:37weird. I started flying around a bit to
0:39see what he was actually doing and
0:40that's when I saw a house. Like just a
0:43normal Minecraft house. And as it turns
0:45out, this guy has started a survival
0:47let's play on my test server. Oh, I'm so
0:50confused. What the
0:53It's like a unfinished house. Yeah, this
0:55was definitely a weird situation to find
0:57myself in at this point. But as much as
1:00I wanted this random hacker off my
1:01server, I can't lie, I was kind of
1:04curious. I mean, who was this guy? How
1:06did he even find my server? And what was
1:08his whole plan with just building on
1:10here? Like uh what's the thought
1:11process? I needed answers. But
1:14considering I couldn't exactly just
1:15reach out to this random hacker,
1:17especially since he wasn't online, I
1:19decided to do the next best thing,
1:21Minecraft signs. Okay, we're going to
1:23establish communication.

1:29just wondering a few things. So

1:36server?

1:50message was sent and all I had to do was
1:52wait. But since I knew nothing about
1:53this hacker, I started thinking about
1:54all all possible things that could
1:56happen. Maybe he simply joins back and
1:58just answers all my questions, or maybe
1:59he hates my questions and starts
2:01crashing out and does unspeakably
2:03horrible things to me and my server.
2:05Two smiley faces. Or most likely, this
2:07is just a one-time weird thing and he's
2:09probably not going to come back.
2:10However, since I'm not going to wait on
2:11the server all night, I guess I'll check
2:12in sometime tomorrow and we'll see

2:20He actually logged on. He actually came
2:22back. Oh my god. It was the next day and
2:24after checking the server logs, I saw
2:26that to my surprise, he had actually
2:28rejoined my server earlier that morning.

3:08my sign. He was actually progressing in

3:16But despite him refusing to answer any
3:17of my questions, I still wanted to know
3:19what was going on. And that's when I got
3:22an idea. Okay, well maybe if he doesn't
3:24want to answer my questions normally,
3:26maybe what he needs is some motivation.

4:06block, he basically had no choice but to
4:08tell me what was going on. And since now
4:10I knew he was probably going to come
4:11back and try building or something, I
4:13logged off knowing that tomorrow all my
4:15questions were going to be answered.

4:22wasn't able to get on, but he has in
4:24fact been joining, so I guess we're
4:27about to see what what what hap Bro, why
4:29am I nervous, bro? He He has to answer
4:32my questions by now. It's been 2 days.

5:35I would have to do something that he
5:36couldn't just build around. Something
5:39really, really annoying. So, I began
5:41looking through commands. Okay.

6:21clearly didn't work. I thought it was a
6:23lot, but I guess I wasn't aware of how
6:25far this guy was willing to go to not
6:26tell me anything. I looked in the
6:28console and he was on my server for over
6:302 hours at like 7:00 a.m. my time. And
6:33at the entrance, he just left one
6:35message. Nice try, Wall.
6:38I hate you. But, what else could I do? I
6:42couldn't ban him. Well, actually I
6:43could, but not until I got the answers
6:45that I wanted. And so, I kept trying. I
6:48tried flooding his house with water,
6:50didn't work. I tried placing a bunch of
6:51bedrock everywhere. He couldn't cover it
6:53all up, right? Or remove it if you
6:54answer my questions. Nope, didn't work.
6:57He made it look nice and then said he
6:59didn't want it removed. Okay. For a
7:02whole week, it was like trying to talk
7:03to an actual brick wall. No matter what
7:05I did, he just kept building on my test
7:07server without telling me anything. Mind
7:09you, I still have no idea who this is.
7:11However, at some [music] point, I
7:13noticed something interesting. On one of
7:14the days, I went into spectator mode
7:16thinking about what I wanted to do next
7:18when I saw underground at the back of
7:20his base was a secret nether portal.
7:23Bro, what is the point of this? Now,
7:25this got me thinking. Why would he have
7:27a secret nether portal that he didn't
7:29want me to see? When I went in there, it
7:31really wasn't anything special. It just
7:32seemed like he was trying to progress
7:34through the game normally.
7:38He thinks I'm going to ruin this. And
7:40that's when it clicked. For God knows
7:41what reason, this hacker has been trying
7:43to actually progress on my server.
7:45Everyday he's been mining, building
7:47farms, and now getting ready to enter
7:49the nether, a crucial step for
7:51progressing in Minecraft. And he thought
7:52that if I saw him doing this, I would do
7:54everything in my power to ruin it. And
7:57he'd be absolutely right. I mean, this
7:59is a perfect way to get him to talk. I
8:01find some way to block out the nether,
8:02he can't progress, and now he has to
8:04answer my question. It's not something
8:05he can just build around or destroy this
8:07time. It's perfect. But, I had to do it
8:09right.
8:12Yeah, that's not going to cut it. Okay,
8:14okay, think, think. How can I stop this
8:16hacker from progressing in the nether?

9:19after all that time, I had something I
9:21was confident would work. With the
9:23nether literally gone, this hacker has
9:24no way to progress on my server, meaning
9:26I finally have the advantage.

9:54Imagine you go in the nether and it's

10:06I could not believe my eyes. I actually
10:09couldn't believe my eyes. When I logged
10:11on the server the next day, I was
10:12expecting him to just accept that the
10:14nether was gone. But no, instead what I
10:16saw was a bridge. A bridge over 500
10:19blocks long that went so far the nether
10:22wasn't even deleted there. This guy has
10:24a lost his mind. But right when I
10:27thought this back and forth would never
10:28end, right when I thought I would never
10:30get an answer to my questions, I saw
10:32that he had put down a sign. It wasn't a
10:34sassy comment or him rubbing it in my
10:36face, but instead just a simple
10:38question.
10:40Is there any chance you can turn off
10:41peaceful?

10:45The server was on peaceful mode. See, I
10:47had no idea, but this whole time the
10:49server was set to a difficulty where no
10:51mobs spawn. I'm not even sure why it was
10:53like that. Probably just made it that
10:55when I was setting up the server and
10:56forgot about it cuz, you know, it's a
10:58test server. The important thing was on
11:01peaceful mode, there's no hostile mobs,
11:03meaning his progression was fully locked
11:06this whole time. I was kind of mad at
11:07myself for not realizing earlier since I
11:09wouldn't have to do any of that. But at
11:11this point, I didn't even care. He was
11:13finally asking me for something and now
11:16I could ask for anything in return.
11:18Okay, I'll do it if I immediately
11:21started thinking about which questions I
11:22would make him answer for me to make it
11:23peaceful. I could start pressing him
11:25about who he is or force [music] him to
11:27tell me how he got into my private
11:28server or I could figure out what his
11:30goal is with all this.

11:37I could ask for something else.

12:14Oh my god. He's down. Finally, we can
12:17talk. I knew I would have to wake up
12:19super early since according to the logs
12:21he usually joins at like 7:00 to 8:00
12:22a.m. my time, but if it meant finally
12:25getting answers, I was willing to do it.
12:28So, I asked what time he'll be able to
12:30get on.
12:32But the next day he responded with signs
12:35only.
12:36Of course he would say something stupid
12:37like that. Bro, what do you mean signs
12:39only? We could just join at the same
12:41time and talk. Just tell me a time we
12:43can both get on.

13:53Huh. Okay, so I had no idea what he was
13:55referring to at first, but that was
13:58until I did some more research. There
13:59are apparently bots out there that scan
14:01through millions of Minecraft server IPs
14:03and return the ones that are
14:04un-whitelisted, aka the ones where
14:06anyone is able to join by default, which
14:08is the setting that most servers have.
14:10And it turns out my server was
14:11un-whitelisted, which obviously made it
14:13vulnerable to these bots. And that's
14:15literally how he did it. I guess my
14:16server just came up on one of these
14:18bots, and he was just able to join. He's
14:20not some genius hacker, he just used a
14:21pre-made bot. It felt good to finally
14:23know how he did it. the only reason he's
14:25even able to join is because of a
14:27mistake, a mistake I can easily fix
14:30right now.

16:27some kind of reason, but if he's just

16:50all the way over here that time and then
16:52asked me to turn off peaceful tells me
16:53that he's going to be here now. So to
16:55stop him, I broke the blaze spawner.
16:59I'm just kidding. Hey, fun little fact
17:01about spawners in Minecraft, you can
17:02change the mob it spawns just by
17:04clicking on it with any spawn [music]
17:05egg. And I think these would work great
17:08as warden spawners.

17:17Now that I knew what he was capable of,
17:18I wasn't making the same mistakes. After
17:20that, I went to all the blaze spawners
17:22in nearby fortresses, because let's be
17:24so for real, he's not giving up after

18:06then I checked the console and it
18:07started to make a little more sense. So,
18:09first he joins and then realizes
18:11peaceful mode is turned off. Okay, then
18:13he instantly goes to the nether
18:14fortress, just like I expected, dies to
18:16a warden, loses all his stuff, and dies
18:19to wardens two more times trying to get
18:21it back. Then somehow dies to fall
18:23damage until he just leaves the game.
18:25Then he comes back, presumably grinds
18:27for his stuff again, goes to a different
18:29fortress only to die to a wither
18:32until he finally finds a blaze spawner.
18:34Okay, you know what? That definitely was
18:36one of the better ones. Unfortunately
18:37though, as well as this worked, he still
18:39did get the blaze rods in the end, cuz
18:41he's insane or something. So, now I have
18:44to think of something else quick to get
18:45him to talk. Matter of fact,
18:48let me go see something.

20:23that deletes any non-bedrock blocks in
20:25the parkour area. Either he's going to
20:27have to re-grind for all that stuff, or
20:29he has to complete this.

20:33is, did it work?
20:36Well, let's just say I'm getting better
20:38at this whole thing.

20:45expecting all this stuff to be gone.

20:50find a way to cheat it, right? Well, of
20:52course, but it didn't exactly go well

21:19again, including going past the warden
21:20and wither spawners again to get blaze
21:22rods. And I know this only because of
21:23when I looked in the console. Okay.

21:32same day after he re-grinded all the
21:33materials, he also crafted eyes of
21:35ender, went to the stronghold, and fully
21:38beat the game.

21:42opportunities to stop him from beating
21:44the game. So, obviously I had to think
21:45of something else. But,
21:48that's when I saw it.

22:09Uh, so besides the fact that this is the
22:11most suspicious thing I've ever seen, it
22:14also just made no sense. I wasn't even
22:16able to fully stop him. So, it's not
22:18like he needed to surrender like that.
22:19The only other time he actually
22:21surrendered was when his hands were
22:23completely tied with the whole peaceful
22:24mode stuff. And this was definitely not
22:26that.
22:27Something tells me he doesn't actually
22:29want to talk. But, I think the deaths
22:31are starting to add up. Like, what is
22:33this? He's like trying to like get
22:34revenge? I mean, I was joking around,
22:36but seriously, something about this was
22:38off. Like, am I the one that's about to
22:40get pranked? Well, as it turns out,
22:43maybe. See, I was curious, so I began
22:46searching the area for any clues. Okay,
22:48well, there's a dragon egg from beating
22:49the game.

22:56of stuff I hadn't noticed yet, but
22:58nothing out of the ordinary until I
23:01checked underground.
23:08I honestly didn't know what I was
23:09looking at. It was like a network of a
23:11bunch of these empty tunnels and rooms
23:14and staircases and I don't even know. It
23:16didn't look like any kind of farm and
23:18before you say it looks like he's just
23:20mining, just look at it. Giant rooms and
23:223 by 3 tunnels and staircases. Don't say
23:25you mine like this. You do not mine like
23:27this. But, the part that actually
23:29freaked me out was that this whole
23:31network of tunnels, all of this led
23:34right to under the signs.

23:41Well, what does that mean? Okay, I think
23:43it's pretty obvious throughout this
23:44video that I'm not exactly a genius. I
23:46mean, I don't really even know what's
23:47going on half the time, but I'm going to
23:49try my best to piece this together. I
23:50think the hacker is trying to prank me.
23:53He's probably not happy that my stuff
23:54has been kind of working lately. So, it
23:56makes sense that eventually he would try
23:58and get me back for all the stuff I did.
23:59I can only assume all of this is a work
24:02in progress, which is why he wanted to
24:03meet 3 days from now so he can get
24:05everything ready. The only problem is I
24:07have no idea what any of this is. I
24:09don't know what these tunnels are. I
24:11don't know what the goal is here. Is it
24:12a trap kind of situation? Is he going to
24:14try and trick me to get into survival
24:15mode? I don't know. But, I got kind of
24:18an evil idea. How funny would it be if I
24:20figured out what he was doing in advance
24:22and found a way to just completely
24:24counter it like he's been doing to me
24:26this whole time. I mean, surely with all
24:27this preparation I can use more than one
24:30brain cell and figure out what his plan
24:31is by 3 days. I'm just going to need
24:33some more info.
24:39The next day I logged on ready to
24:41investigate.
24:42The first thing I noticed was that his
24:44little project had almost doubled in
24:46progress. I mean, he is locked in. But,
24:48it also didn't take long for me to find
24:49more clues. Far in the distance, I saw
24:51that he had built a gunpowder farm as in
24:54the thing used to make explosives.
24:56Honestly, I didn't know if this was here
24:57yesterday or if he had built it today,
24:59but either way, this was really
25:01incriminating. Oh, but he could just be
25:02making fireworks. Oh, wait, there's a
25:04literally TNT in his secret chest. Yeah,
25:06good job, bro. Not like I can go to
25:08spectator mode or anything, but this was
25:10perfect. Since he didn't know that I
25:12knew, I could start preparing. Based on
25:14all that and the various redstone
25:16materials in his other chest, I knew
25:17that his plan was going to be involving
25:19some kind of explosion trap. But, since
25:20I was obviously in literal creative
25:22mode, I could only assume that part of
25:24the reason he wants me online at the
25:25same time was so that he could find some
25:27way to trick me into going into survival
25:30mode. And you know what? Whatever it is,
25:32I was going to do it. I mean, how funny
25:34would it be if he has this whole giant
25:36revenge plan to prank me, I go in
25:38survival mode, he thinks it's working,
25:40and then I just
25:43don't die. Like, oh, okay. So, I went to
25:46a special admin commands website to
25:47start preparing. Okay, so we're trying
25:49to get Let's do
25:52netherite chestplate enchantments.
25:55Where is it? Blast protection. Zero out

27:26it worked. It kind of did what I hoped
27:28the armor would do from the start, but
27:30instead I have to manually splash it.

37:03For a while I thought you didn't know
