0:00Hello, my name is Khadija Al-Habshi and
0:03my question is question one.
0:05Uh
0:06which about the kinetic uh the Kent uh
0:10and cyber shielding
0:11leopard. Basically, this question focus
0:14on how we can keep the supply chain
0:18operating during a major cyber attack.
0:21In the scenario, 40% of the automated
0:24port and intermediate equipment is
0:27affected and the GPS and AIS tracking
0:31system are no longer reliable.
0:36So, in this question, I need to cover
0:38three main things. First, how we can
0:41secure the system and track shipments
0:44without depending on GPS. Second, I need
0:48to calculate how much corridor can
0:51actually handle after the turnaround
0:54time increase from 40 to 58 hour. And
0:58finally, I need to explain how
1:00manufacturing
1:02uh real this
1:04uh dispatch and warehousing can be
1:06adjust to prevent condition and uh
1:09terminal gridlocks.
1:12So, overall, my question is about
1:14keeping the logistics flow secure and
1:18operating even under these uh degraded
1:21conditions. Thank you.
1:23>> For question two, I will talk about how
1:25we manage the energy during the crisis.
1:27The corridor's normal capacity is 14,000
1:30MW,
1:31but during the crisis, it drops to 9,800
1:35MW.
1:36So, we prioritize the most critical
1:38operations. Port and rail gets 100%
1:43pharmaceutical cold chain gets 95%
1:46LNG calling gets 85% automotive and
1:50green technology gets 70% and
1:53petrochemical and fertilizer industries
1:55gets 50%.
1:57To strengthen the system, we also add a
1:591,200 MW from solar, waste heat
2:03recovery, and cogeneration. This gives
2:06us enough energy to maintain
2:09uh critical operations and a 1,285
2:13MW reserve margin.
2:16So, overall, our approach is to
2:18prioritize essential operations, reduce
2:21non-critical energy use, and add
2:23renewable and distributed energy
2:26sources.
2:26>> cover question three and four, data and
2:29contracts.
2:30Question three, uh Western companies
2:33bring 55% of the cargo, but
2:36uh but uh Asian companies own 60% of the
2:39equipment. Our fix, we keep two record
2:43the equipment work as a normal. A
2:45second, secure record just prove
2:49uh container-based customers without
2:52showing which equipment was used. So,
2:54Western companies get their proof and
2:56keep uh our partners.
2:59It's also fast, no delay at all.
3:01Question four, our two biggest risk are
3:04the power company and the insurance
3:07company, so we made clear agreements
3:09with the penalties. Power company must
3:12give us 3,000 MW minimum or be uh or pay
3:16a fine.
3:17Insurance must approve shipment within 2
3:20hours or lose the right to charge uh
3:23extra fee.
3:24Uh we also uh we also cut uh their uh
3:28fee cut from 400%
3:31to 150%. So, question three keep uh our
3:35data safe without losing partners, and
3:37question four turns promise into real
3:40enforced proof.
3:42>> Hi, I'm Safiya, and today I will discuss
3:44question five, which focuses on our 2030
3:47post-crisis capital round map.
3:51And our goal is to transform the
3:53temporary solution introduced during the
3:552026 crisis into permanent investment
3:59that strengthen the corridor.
4:01In 2027, we will focus on cybersecurity
4:04by permanently implementing the
4:07zero-trust system and secure data
4:09networks across critical terminals and
4:13and rail hubs.
4:15In 2028, we will focus on energy
4:18resilience by expanding our 1,200
4:22MW distributed energy system,
4:25including solar and battery storage,
4:28waste heat recovery, and cogeneration.
4:31In 2029, we will invest auto autonomous
4:36cargo rail, automated dry ports, and
4:40faster custom processing.
4:42Our target is to is to exceed the
4:45original capacity of 10,000 TEU per day
4:49and reduce uh turnaround time toward the
4:53normal 14 hours.
4:55Finally, by 2030, we will integrate
4:58these investments with the green
5:01hydrogen infrastructure and advanced
5:04manufacturing.
5:05So, by following this random
5:08uh
5:09this uh road map, the corridor will move
5:12from being an emergency alternative
5:15route to a secure, resilient, automated,
5:19and competitive freight corridor.
5:22Thank you.
