0:03oh hi in this video I'm going to show

0:06you how I made this outfeed

0:09table that's pretty much it so follow

0:12along check the video description for

0:13all the products and parts we used also

0:16in the video description there's a link

0:18to the bourbon blade which is in stock

0:20right now on the website if you haven't

0:22got yours yet you should have it over

0:23there you should you should head over

0:25there and do that because Christmas is

0:27coming up it makes a great gift and

0:28we're going to run out so

0:30go get one all right watch the

0:33[Music]

0:48video the shop might look a little

0:51different than you remember it last time

0:53because we got some new tools set up we

0:55got some cool things from Powermatic a

0:57new table sawce set up we got the band

0:59saw the drill press and everything is

1:02starting to look pretty good

1:05ooh ah

1:08oh there's just one slight problem this

1:12table saw needs an outfeed table now

1:15I've built many an outfeed table in my

1:18life and the last one I built was

1:20ginormous because I had a big shop but

1:23this is not a big shop it's a

1:25mediumsized shop so we're going to have

1:27to build a mediumsized outf table and

1:30I'm well aware that space is limited so

1:32I wanted to design a table that would be

1:34multi-functional not just one big giant

1:38Square giant Square that's what they

1:41used to call me in Middle School anyways

1:43I grabbed a snack got on my computer and

1:45I designed this now I know it doesn't

1:47look that wonderful on the SketchUp file

1:51but my idea is simple instead of one

1:53outfeed table I do two Separate Tables

1:57one of them will permanently stay next

1:58to the table saw and the other one will

2:01be on casters so I can wield around have

2:03it for a larger outfeed table if I want

2:06or move it for just a separate work

2:08surface if that's what I need so I went

2:11to the store and I bought some wood now

2:13I'm going to construct this table out of

2:15a combination of solid white Maple and

2:18birch plywood why did I choose those two

2:22things I don't know that's just what

2:24they had in stock at the store and it

2:27was on

2:28sale now I don't want this thing to be

2:30flimsy I want to be able to jump on it

2:32dive on it slide across it so I'm going

2:34to make the legs out of solid Maple and

2:36I'm going to glue up two pieces of 84

2:39then plain and Mill it down until

2:41they're 3 and 1/2 in by 3 and 1/2 in so

2:44I grab some 8/4 and I started cutting it

2:46roughly to the right length making sure

2:48to leave a few inches that I can cut off

2:50and get it exactly perfect once all the

2:53milling and gluing is done once I got

2:55all of my pieces chopped down to the

2:57right length I started ripping them to

2:59the right width on the table saw now I

3:01don't have a joiner set up in this

3:03smaller shop yet but lucky for me all of

3:06these pieces of 8 quarter had one Edge

3:08already straight lined and although it

3:11wasn't perfect it was close enough I

3:14started with that straight line against

3:15my table saw fence I ripped all the

3:17boards in half right down the middle and

3:19then I flipped all the boards over with

3:21that freshly cut side right against the

3:23table saw fence and I cut them all to

3:25their final width now it was time to

3:27plan them down a little bit because two

3:30pieces of 8/4 SLA together was going to

3:32be more than 3 and 1/2 in and I was a

3:35little excited because I got to use the

3:37planer that I just outfitted in my last

3:40video so that's fun I started running

3:43all those pieces of maple through the

3:45planer and slowly bringing them down to

3:48the right thickness and I mean slowly

3:51because as nice as this planer is you

3:53can't take too much off or it gets angry

3:55at you so you got to do light passes but

3:58pretty soon I had all the pieces M down

4:00and once glued together these will be

4:02nice 3 and 1/2 by 3 and 1/2 blocks now

4:05because I did all of my Milling ahead of

4:07time meaning I can't Mill them after I

4:10glue them at least not very much I want

4:12to make sure that they glue together

4:14pretty darn perfect so I'm going to

4:16sandwich some dominoes in between each

4:18block to help with alignment so I pulled

4:21out the trusty Domino Joiner now again

4:25I'm just putting these in there for

4:26alignment they're not going to add to

4:28the strength of the overall glue up

4:30because that's a lot of long grain to

4:32long grain gluing action and you just

4:34don't need the strength but to keep them

4:36from Slip Sliding around well those

4:38dominoes are going to come in pretty

4:40handy so I morti a few holes roughly in

4:43the center of each board I just added

4:45one Domino on each end I figured that

4:47would be good enough and then I added

4:50just a light amount of glue a lot of

4:52people want to just fill the entire

4:54Center of this kind of glue up with glue

4:56and you just don't need it less

4:59sometimes is more and more is sometimes

5:02less and I mean less cleanup because you

5:06don't have all that squeeze out all over

5:08the place once I got them hooked

5:10together with those dominoes I threw on

5:12some clamps and then I rinsed and

5:13repeated until I had not four but eight

5:17solid pieces of maple all glued up that

5:20will eventually become my

5:21legs I let these sit to do their thing

5:24overnight not that they needed that much

5:27time it just happened to be the end of

5:28the day and I came out the next morning

5:30took them all out of clamps and it was

5:32time to whip them into shape I don't

5:34mean literally whip them that wouldn't

5:37do a lot I'm going to just send them

5:39through the planer one more time take

5:41just a 30 second of an inch off to get

5:43rid of that glue and then it was over to

5:45the miter saw to cut them to their final

5:48length and now they're really starting

5:50to look like nice Maple

5:52legs I just have to build the rest of

5:55the table structure and for that I'm

5:58using again maple but this time 3/4 or

6:01in this case 1316 because you ask for

6:043/4 they actually give you 13/16 cuz

6:07they expect you're going to Mill it a

6:08little bit so I took these boards over

6:10to the table saw they also had a

6:12straight line on one Edge and I ripped

6:14them all down to 3 and 1/2 in wide

6:16because well it matches the legs and I

6:19thought it would look nice then I got

6:21back on my computer to figure out all my

6:23measurements for my various parts and

6:25pieces for all the stretchers and

6:27supports then back over to the miter

6:29side to cut all of those pieces to

6:31length pretty soon I had all of these

6:34structural components for my tables

6:36completely cut to the right size and I

6:39could start to figure out all of my

6:40joinery now whenever I'm doing tables

6:43with legs you're probably like don't all

6:45tables have legs well no some tables

6:47have pedestal bases so stick with me on

6:49this I like to take my four legs push

6:52them together and then make sure I get

6:54them all oriented in the correct

6:56direction because I want all my seams

6:58going together I don't want them all

7:00mismatched so I draw on the top and mark

7:02them all so I can get them back into

7:04that orientation once I do all my

7:06joinery and then I needed to create a

7:09little template to help me lay out all

7:11of my dominoes now all of the stretchers

7:14and all of the legs on all the various

7:16tables are going to be hooked together

7:18at the exact same location which means I

7:21can make this one template with my marks

7:23on there for my dominoes stick it on the

7:25end of my leg and then just transfer

7:27those marks onto each leg and I know

7:30exactly where to mortise out with my

7:32Domino Joiner and I don't have to keep

7:34all of the pieces in a certain order

7:37because they're all identical so if I

7:38grab the wrong piece and hook it onto

7:40the wrong leg it doesn't matter cuz

7:42they're all the same when it comes to

7:44hooking these stretcher pieces into the

7:46leg I wanted to make sure that I inset

7:48them exactly 3/4 of an inch from the

7:51back of the leg that's not going to make

7:54a lot of sense right now but it will he

7:56in a little bit so just stick with me on

7:58that so I used a 3/4 in setup Block in

8:02from the outside of the leg and then I

8:04used 38 of an in setup blocks to find

8:07the dead center of my stretcher piece

8:10but that stretcher piece is actually

8:111316 so I used 38 plus 13 second and

8:16that got me the dead center of the piece

8:19hopefully that wasn't confusing next I

8:22had to set up my Domino Joiner so I

8:24could hit that dead center of the

8:25stretcher piece so that when I hooked

8:26The Dominoes into the stretcher and I

8:28put them into the leg I still had that

8:303/4 of an inch gap on the back side of

8:33the leg again that's a lot of numbers

8:36and this might not make any sense but it

8:38will later on in the video so just hang

8:41tight I had to add mortices at the top

8:44of the leg and also towards the bottom

8:46because there's stretchers on the top

8:48and the bottom so I Zip Zap Zed with the

8:51Domino Joiner and pretty soon all of my

8:53legs were more to St then I use that

8:57exact same template that I used to mark

8:59on the legs and I used it to Mark out

9:01where I needed to add Dominoes on all of

9:03the stretcher pieces so I marked marked

9:07here and I marked marked there and I got

9:11a level with you I pretty much marked

9:15everywhere over and over and over again

9:19because there were a lot of stretcher

9:20pieces once I had them all marked though

9:23then I got the thrill of mortising all

9:26of them out twice on each side once all

9:31of my pieces were mortised out I wanted

9:33to make the legs a little fancier before

9:37I hooked everything together so I

9:38grabbed this chering bit from bits and

9:41bits there is a link in the video

9:42description and I added a nice little

9:44champer to all the corners of my legs

9:47then I always like to pre-and everything

9:50before I glue it up because it's just

9:52way easier so I sanded everything

9:54thoroughly where the heck was Craig I

9:57don't know then I added glue and

9:59dominoes and I started hooking all of my

10:01various parts and pieces together I'm

10:04going to do this as a two-stage glue up

10:06meaning I'm going to glue together my

10:08end cap kind of sections of the table

10:11base once those dry then I'll glue the

10:13longer sections on that'll just make it

10:16less crazy to try and do all of it at

10:18once glue-ups are always stressful as it

10:20is and there's no reason to make them

10:22harder than they need to be so a little

10:25glue a little tap tap taparoo with the

10:27hammer and pretty soon soon I had all of

10:30my little end sections of my two outfeed

10:33tables glued up and in

10:37clamps I let these sit a good 40 minutes

10:41trying to be as patient as I could

10:43before I pulled them out of clamps and

10:45it was time to do the second phase of

10:47our glue up which was our longer

10:49stretcher pieces now this required a lot

10:51more dominoes and a lot more glue at one

10:54time so I enlisted Craig to come help me

10:56so that we could move fast and in no

10:59time we had all of our pieces put

11:01together and our end caps slapped in

11:04place and we had one of our two tables

11:08glued up once we had it all hooked up we

11:11just laid it down on the floor added

11:13some longer pipe clamps this time and it

11:16was starting to look like an actual

11:18table with Craig's help I got the second

11:21table glued up as well and while I

11:23waited for the glue to dry I decided to

11:25start cutting all of my plywood panels

11:27to make them look more you

11:30know

11:31shoppy

11:34organizational

11:36pretty insert adjective anyways I ripped

11:41all the plywood down on the table saw

11:43then I cut it to the final length using

11:45the track saw being very careful not to

11:47cut into my brand new table saw that

11:50would be bad for the saw as well as bad

11:52for the blade I ripped the smaller

11:55sections down on the table saw and then

11:57when I had all of my pieces cut cut I

11:59added some pocket holes to the sides of

12:02each panel you might be thinking pocket

12:04holes really well this is shop Furniture

12:07so we're going to do things a little bit

12:09different to make sure that it goes

12:10quick and easy but it's still going to

12:12look nice I'll show you what these

12:14pocket holes are for in just a second

12:17once I added the pocket holes to the

12:18smaller panels I added pocket holes to

12:20the sides of the larger panels as well

12:23and we were ready to hook the panels

12:25into place so I took the clamps off of

12:28our tables it had been a good 30 minutes

12:31at this point so that glue's got to be

12:33dry and I started inserting my

12:36panels now if this was a fine piece of

12:39furniture I probably would have made

12:41these panels float in between the legs

12:43and those upper rails and styles so that

12:45it looked really nice on the inside as

12:48well as on the outside but because I set

12:51those stretcher pieces in from the leg

12:533/4 of an inch it gave us this perfect

12:56spot to set our 3/4 in ply W and make

13:00everything flush on the inside of the

13:02table which is going to be really handy

13:05when it comes to installing our drawer

13:06slides because we're not going to have

13:08to fur out the edges to install those

13:11slides once I screwed in the top and

13:13bottom of the panel just with some

13:15screws right into the stretcher I used

13:17those pocket holes that I drilled to

13:19screw in the side of the panel directly

13:21into the leg locking everything into the

13:24place and from the outside it really

13:26just looks like a floating panel no

13:29nobody's ever going to know we just

13:30slapped some screws in there with my

13:33panels secure in my first table I pushed

13:37it aside and it was time to do the exact

13:39same thing to table number two although

13:42these panels are going to be oriented in

13:43a slightly different manner the first

13:46table the ends are open so that I can

13:48install drawers that are accessible on

13:50either side of the table saw however on

13:53this second table the front is going to

13:55be open so that that will all be drawers

13:57so that when the two tables are push

13:59together you're not covering up any of

14:01your drawer storage see despite what you

14:04might think I actually do have a plan

14:07sometimes once I had all the panels in

14:10the second table it was time to start

14:12figuring out how to install our bottom

14:14panel for this I'm just going to go

14:17super simple I started out by taking

14:20measurements off of each individual

14:22table to get the correct internal

14:25lengths then I cut down some scrap

14:27pieces of plywood that were exactly 3/4

14:30of an inch shorter in width than my

14:33stretcher pieces so my stretcher pieces

14:35are 3 and 1/2 in and these pieces are 2

14:38and 3/4 and you might be asking why but

14:42why why well I'll show you here in just

14:45a second essentially we're creating a

14:47nice lip around the entire bottom of the

14:50table that we can then recess our bottom

14:52panel down into it'll sit on top of that

14:55lip and it'll still sit flush with the

14:58top of that stretch

14:59so I just went around the whole thing

15:01cutting all the pieces to the right size

15:03and screwing them in place once I had

15:06all those done I flipped the entire

15:08thing over and then well and then I was

15:12hungry oh hey this video is sponsored by

15:16Chomps I love Chomps I've been eating

15:19them for a long time because working out

15:21in the shop you can't always stop and go

15:23eat a big lunch but I need protein these

15:26are zero sugar they're packed to like 10

15:28to 12 G of protein per stick and they're

15:31easy to grab watch

15:35this look how easy that was I keep them

15:38literally just all over my

15:40shop like right here why won't this work

15:45oh

15:53chops I can grab one on the go if I'm

15:57going out to a job site I throw some in

15:59my truck take them with me my favorite

16:01one is these Italian style beef sticks

16:04they're delicious I also love the

16:06jalapeno ones I don't know do you guys

16:08like jalapenos let me know in the

16:10comment section if you like Chomps

16:12what's your favorite flavor cuz maybe

16:13there's a flavor I haven't tried yet you

16:15should also go check them out at the

16:18link in the video description t if

16:21you're looking for a good snack in the

16:22shop it's easy to eat well tromps is

16:26easy it's also flipping delicious so

16:30this

16:31[Music]

16:36try with that nice lip created around

16:39the perimeter of the bottom of our table

16:41we now had the perfect surface to drop

16:43in that bottom panel so I cut a panel to

16:46fit dropped it in there and then I just

16:48sent some screws right through the top

16:50of the panel into those lip pieces I

16:53mean again this is shop Furniture so

16:56we're building it different don't won

16:59hold me to this style of building for

17:01everything I feel like the fun thing

17:03about shop Furniture is you can get away

17:05with a lot more just slapping stuff

17:07together but we still want it to look

17:09nice so I made sure to keep all of the

17:12screws on the inside where you're not

17:14going to see them so for this middle

17:17panel I just hooked it in with more

17:19pocket holes once I had that table done

17:22I pushed it aside and then it was time

17:25to do the exact same thing to the bottom

17:28of the other table table but I won't

17:30make you watch that whole process

17:31because you already saw that once

17:34another thing I wanted to do before

17:36these tables got too heavy and it was

17:37hard to flip them over was add some

17:39self-leveling feet to the bottom of each

17:42leg I did this because you're never

17:45going to hit that height perfect when

17:47you're trying to match your table saw so

17:49I always make my outed tables a little

17:51bit shorter than they need to be and

17:53then I can erase them to exactly the

17:55right height with these self-leveling

17:56feet they're super easy to install I'll

17:59include a link in the video description

18:01step one you recess a little hole in the

18:03top of each foot with a large forer bit

18:06then you drill a deeper hole in the

18:07center of that hole so that the entire

18:09leveling system can sit down in there

18:12you also have to make sure that Center

18:13hole is deep enough for the bolt of the

18:15actual self-leveling foot then you

18:18pre-drill and screw the bracket in place

18:21then you take your leveling foot and you

18:23just thread it into the bracket all the

18:25way down and boom goes the dynamite you

18:29have your self-leveling foot installed

18:32you just repeat that process on every

18:34leg and now there's feet on your table

18:38pretty confident that that was the last

18:40time I'm going to have to flip these

18:42upside down I decided it was a good time

18:44to install my drawer slides I'm doing

18:47three drawers per opening and they're

18:49all going to be identical in size so I

18:52took the entire height of my opening I

18:54divided it by three and then I cut some

18:56scrap pieces of plywood so that I could

18:59use those to space out my drawer slides

19:01I start with the biggest piece doing

19:03that top drawer slide first then I do

19:05the smaller piece doing the drawer slide

19:07down below and then finally I put the

19:09last drawer slide right on the bottom on

19:12these side openings on the other table I

19:14did two drawers per opening cuz I

19:17figured it'd be nice to have some bigger

19:19drawers then I slid the carcasses in

19:21front of my table saw and believe it or

19:24not they were starting to look pretty

19:26good yeah time to make drawers I figured

19:30as long as the carcasses of the tables

19:32were here we should use them as an outf

19:35table so I slapped a scrap piece of 3/4

19:37in plywood on the top so that it would

19:39work a little more efficiently and we

19:41started ripping down Baltic Birch to the

19:44correct width for all of our drawer box

19:46pieces once I had a bunch of strips

19:48ripped down to the right size it was

19:50time to add a nice little Groove a/2 in

19:52up from the bottom of each piece that

19:54will hold the bottom panel of the drawer

19:57so I ran each piece back through the

19:59table saw a couple times until I had a

20:01nice 1/ quarin Groove then I went over

20:04to my drawer slides I took the

20:06measurements directly off the slides

20:08because well that's the best way to know

20:11what size drawer box you need to make

20:13and then it was over to the chops saw to

20:15start cutting down all of my various

20:17parts and pieces then before I started

20:19assembling anything I decided to sand

20:22all of my pieces because it's really

20:25hard to sand the inside of a drawer box

20:27much easier if if you do it ahead of

20:29time and then it was time to start

20:31assembling drawers for this I'm just

20:34doing it the old quick and easy glue and

20:37nail method which if you couldn't figure

20:41out what that means by that description

20:43you well you add some glue and then you

20:46add some nails and believe it or not

20:49this makes some pretty darn strong

20:51drawers I'm using Bloom undermount

20:53drawer slides for all the drawers which

20:55means I had to install the bloom orange

20:58clippy thing things on the bottom of

20:59each drawer and drill the little hole in

21:01the back of the drawer if you don't know

21:02what I'm talking about I have multiple

21:04videos at this point on how to construct

21:06drawers so you can go find one of those

21:09on my main Channel with my drawer boxes

21:12built I started clipping them all into

21:14place this is always the most satisfying

21:17part of any build that involves drawers

21:19because you go from an empty box to a

21:22lot of storage really quick and there's

21:25just something really nice about that

21:27now these table still need a top and I'm

21:30sure you've been wondering what are you

21:32going to do for the top and I'm glad you

21:34asked because that's what we're doing

21:36next now in the past I have used

21:38laminate for the top of my work tables

21:41because it's really smooth glue doesn't

21:44stick to it and it's awesome but that's

21:46when I found out that for Micah where I

21:49usually get my laminate also sells this

21:52solid surface product it's called

21:55formica compact it's essentially a

21:57phenolic top it's the same stuff that

21:59would be on a stock router table that

22:01You' buy at the store it's super dense

22:04it's crazy strong it comes in a zillion

22:06different colors and you can cut it on

22:08your table saw and shape it just like

22:11wood but you might need a friend because

22:14a dimension it's also ridiculously heavy

22:18so we hauled a sheet over to the shop

22:20and we started ripping down pieces on

22:22the table saw to the correct size for

22:24our tabletops once we had them cut to

22:27the correct width

22:29which was pretty fun because I always

22:32cut wood on my table saw so every once

22:35in a while it's nice to cut something a

22:36little different then I pulled out the

22:39track saw and we cut them all to the

22:41correct length at this point all the

22:44corners and edges were pretty sharp and

22:47Pokey so I decided to round them all

22:49over and soften them a little bit so I

22:51got this sweet compression bit also from

22:54bits and bits I'll include a link in the

22:55video description and this little round

22:57over corner template I bought on Amazon

23:00I'll includ a link in the video

23:01description and I rounded over all the

23:04corners and then I grabbed a roundover

23:06bit just like an e in and I added a nice

23:09little round over to the top edge of

23:12both of my pieces and then I wasn't

23:14ready to put them on the top yet but I

23:16just couldn't help myself cuz I knew it

23:18was going to look really cool so I

23:21grabbed both of the pieces and I slid

23:24them in place just so I could get you

23:26know a first look of kind of what the

23:28table was going to feel like and I mean

23:32you got to admit that looks pretty fresh

23:35and pretty clean and all I did was grab

23:38a sheet of for Mica Compact and cut it

23:39to the right size pretty cool stuff now

23:43you might be asking how are you going to

23:45attach the tops to the tables well I'm

23:47glad you asked that for that I'm going

23:49to use the zclip Fasteners so I grabbed

23:52the Domino Joiner and I just mortised

23:54out a bunch of little holes around the

23:56top perimeter of the table so that those

23:59zclip Fasteners could sit in there one

24:02end sits into the little mortise and

24:04then the other end gets screwed to the

24:05tabl toop then I grabbed my tops put

24:08them back on and made sure they were

24:11positioned exactly where I wanted them

24:13to be I clamped them in place so they

24:16couldn't move around and then I crawled

24:19inside a dark place I mean literally I

24:22crawled inside the the dark place that

24:25is the inside of the table and I screwed

24:29all of the z-clip Fasteners into the

24:32FICA compact now I will say you

24:35definitely have to pre-drill all of your

24:38holes because that stuff is so dense if

24:41you don't you're just going to be

24:42snapping the heads off of screws before

24:45long I had both tabletops installed and

24:48I pushed them together and ah look at

24:52that so fresh and so clean I especially

24:56like the way the black matches the black

24:58of the PowerMax armor Glide look at that

25:02then it was time to make drawer faces

25:05for the drawer faces I'm just going to

25:06cut down some more halfin Baltic Birch

25:09so I took all my measurements off of my

25:11boxes and I started ripping down some

25:13halfin Birch to the correct widths and

25:15lengths and all that stuff once I had

25:19them all to the right size I gave

25:20everything a nice once over with the

25:22Sanders so it was smooth and you know

25:26less splintery

25:28and then it's always easier to work on a

25:30flat surface than on a vertical surface

25:33so before I mounted all the drawer faces

25:35I marked out where all of my hardware

25:37needed to be screwed on using this cool

25:39jig from true position tools I will also

25:42include a link in the video description

25:44then I used the classic playing card

25:46method to make sure all my reveals were

25:48right on the drawer faces I used a

25:50little double-sided tape to stick the

25:52drawer faces to the drawer box and then

25:55I permanently secured the faces with

25:57some screws from the inside of the

25:58drawer box next using those

26:02pre-marked

26:03markings that's how you say that I added

26:07all that black Hardware onto the front

26:09of each drawer pretty soon I had all

26:11these smaller drawers on the front done

26:13and all of the drawers on the sides done

26:16as well and things were really starting

26:19to come together now I had these blank

26:21areas of plywood on each side of the

26:24table and I thought that's a waste of

26:26space I might as well film with

26:27something so I got these little magnetic

26:29tool holders on Amazon which I figured

26:32would be a good place just to you know

26:35store some extra tools and I also found

26:38out I could tuck my chisels in the top

26:40that's nice one of the last things I

26:43need to do is cut some miter slots into

26:45the top of that first table because

26:48right now my miter gauge can't slide far

26:50enough to get past the blade so very

26:53carefully I used a ruler to Mark out

26:56exactly where I needed to add those

26:58slots on both sides I'm using the

27:01bourbon blade there in case you didn't

27:02notice available at bourbon moth.com

27:05then using my Fest tool router

27:1078593 that's not right but it's a router

27:14with a number on it that's all I can

27:17remember and the track system I very

27:20carefully added a nice 3/8 in deep

27:24little Groove that should match those

27:27miter slots pretty good I mean we'll

27:30find out in just a second but between

27:32you and me I think I kind of nailed this

27:34one wait for it hold

27:38on oh yeah easy peasy lemon squeezy then

27:44I pushed the tables back together for

27:46like the 30th time and you might be

27:48thinking wouldn't that be a lot easier

27:50if they had some wheels on the bottom

27:53well I'm so glad you said that because

27:56believe it or not that's the next step

27:58now in order to add casters to these and

28:00still have the leveling feet the casters

28:03have to be mounted on the side but

28:05luckily they make casters that are

28:08removable pretty easily you see you

28:10install this plate and then the Caster

28:12slides and locks into the plate and then

28:14you put in this little pin to lock the

28:16Caster in place then you can just push

28:18on the edge of the casters like this and

28:21like that and all of a sudden you've

28:23lifted your table up and you can wheel

28:25it around wherever you want so I can

28:27leave the one table there at the end of

28:29the sauce still have somewhat of an

28:31outfeed table and then I can move this

28:33around to have a work surface wherever I

28:35want it or I can Lounge seductively on

28:39top of it and stare at the camera but no

28:42we're not going to do that so I wheeled

28:44it back into place for like the 100th

28:47time and then I installed these little

28:49metal latches on either end just to

28:51ensure that it's not going to you know

28:52be pushed out of place when you're

28:54running material across it and with that

28:57I'm pretty sure these outf tables are

29:00done all in all this was a pretty simple

29:03project it literally took me about 3 and

29:061/2 days to construct and build both

29:09tables and I think they look pretty darn

29:12good in the space I know some people

29:14might say it's overkill for shop

29:16Furniture but here's my theory on this

29:19you spend a lot of time in your shop you

29:22might as well make it look as nice as

29:24possible and in case you were wondering

29:27this is how easy it is to remove those

29:29casters you just pull the pin pop them

29:32off and then they're not going to be a

29:33trip Hazard when you're walking around

29:35your

29:41shop you thought I was going to run in

29:43from that way didn't you I was got to

29:46keep you

29:50guessing you thought you thought I was

29:52going to go down there and then I was

29:54going to pop back up over there

30:00well you're

30:02right hopefully you enjoyed that video

30:05hopefully you learn something there's

30:07links down in the video description for

30:08all the parts and pieces that we use so

30:10check those out there's also a link to

30:13the bourbon blade quantity is limited on

30:15our website so if you haven't ordered

30:17one yet I would head over there and do
