intro
0:00We was posting 80 videos a day. 10 to 15
0:03of them were getting a 100,000 views in
0:05the first 24 hours. I scaled to like
0:07425K
0:09in a 100 days. I'm working on a huge
0:12project that I definitely feel like is
0:13going to take over, you know, YouTube.
origin story
0:16>> I guess this is a premiere, right? Javan
0:18Gamy, not many people on Twitter know
0:21about you. I think it's because you
0:22don't even got like a public account,
0:24but you make over six figures a month
0:26with YouTube. And now we are here in an
0:28interview, bro. Right. So, introduce
0:30yourself to the public.
0:32>> Well, my name is Javon Gamry. Um, 22
0:36years old. I do Faces YouTube for a
0:38living. I've been doing it for over five
0:40years now.
0:42Most people know me, well, the little
0:44bit about people that do know me know me
0:46for building a faces YouTube channel
0:49from zero to $425,000
0:52in just a 100 days. But yeah, I've been
0:55doing this for so long. This is, you
0:57know, this is my life. And
1:00I played basketball growing up. Like my
1:02whole life I was a basketball player and
1:05YouTube. Like literally growing up, all
1:08I did was play basketball and make
1:10YouTube videos like, right? Like in
1:12elementary school, that's what I have
1:15forgot what the name of the um thing was
1:17on the PlayStation where you could make
1:19your own clip your own videos and upload
1:22it on YouTube. It was my people who
1:24played the game know what I'm talking
1:25about. It's called Share Factory, right?
1:28So, if you played the game back in the
1:30day, this was like when I was in
1:31elementary school. I started I uploaded
1:33my first vid YouTube video back then,
1:35right? Just like playing NBA 2K because
1:38I was a basketball um kid. So, like
1:41playing NBA 2K, uploading a video to
1:43Share Factory, like going to like top
1:47parks and like trying to drop people off
1:49and stuff like that. and then end up,
1:52you know, getting into like more
1:55personal like YouTube videos.
1:59Um,
2:00and then I was playing basketball my
2:03whole entire life though. So like I was
2:04like a highle basketball player at the
2:06same time. Like I had um like a couple
2:09division one offers and then
2:14what happened after that? Yeah. So
2:16really I got into YouTube full-time then
2:19really like around my senior year of
2:21high school. So like when I was like 17
2:24turning 18 is like when I just really
2:26like went a thousand% all in with
2:29YouTube and just really tried to figure
2:31it out and you know stuff like that. And
2:38and and also I was supposed to go to
2:40division one for college basketball and
2:43I got in a car accident. Then I had to
2:47then I had to go I had to like sit out a
2:49year. I had to get I had surgery on both
2:52of my hips. So I got two scars on both
2:54of my hips from a car accident when I
2:57was supposed to go play division one
2:58basketball. So and then I um I did play
3:01college basketball
3:03um for two years
3:06and then the second year it just kind of
3:09like just didn't really go as planned.
3:10But like when I did that public
3:12challenge, I was actually a full-time
3:14basketball player. Like I was going I
3:17was 6 a.m. workouts,
3:20um
3:226 a.m. workouts, practice, um well 6
3:25a.m. workouts, then class, then practice
3:27right after, then study hall, then late
3:31night gym. Like I used to be so tired
3:33like every single day from practice. And
3:35like that's how I was able to even build
3:37that channel. The only way I could do it
3:40was with like not spending any time like
3:43right fully delegating it to where I
3:44don't have to do a single thing because
3:46bro college sports is no joke any
3:49athlete they'll tell you you know so but
3:51my whole life I was pretty much
3:52basketball and YouTube like a kid it was
3:55kind of really in my in my DNA and
3:59I've been basically doing YouTube for
4:02real for real like on a faceless level
4:04YouTube automation like since my senior
4:06year of high school and Ever since then,
4:09I've been doing it like full-time and
4:13I guess they say crushing it ever since.
4:15You know, making hundreds of thousands
4:16of dollars every single month just off
4:19of AdSense alone.
first $106k
4:20>> Okay. So, you're 22 years old and last
4:23year you launched an AI avatar Faceless
4:25channel
4:26>> and within 30 days of launching, how
4:28much money did you make?
4:30>> I think we made $16,000
4:33with in the first days. Do you want to
4:35pull up that channel because this sounds
4:38like almost unbelievable, right? 30 days
4:40after launching.
4:41>> Yeah.
4:41>> This was actually the first ever AI
4:44avatar channel on YouTube, right? Like
4:46if you go on YouTube, you cannot find an
4:48AR avatar channel that started before
4:51this one. Yeah. Here we go.
4:53>> I can see your screen well now.
4:55>> Can you see? Yeah.
4:56>> Yeah.
4:57>> So, yeah. So if you go to revenue, you
5:00know, so I started this on a monetized
5:03channel already, but
5:05we wasn't really it it was like a dead
5:08channel basically. It was like a dead
5:10monetized channel and I l just started
5:11posting on it. And like I said, right,
5:15we was I literally started this channel
5:17just as like a public challenge, right?
5:20like documenting my results every day
5:22from like so if you go to my Instagram
5:24you can see on day one you can see this
5:27day two you can see this like every
5:29single day you can see the results so it
5:31started off literally just a challenge
5:33of building a channel from zero to
5:35$10,000 in
5:38one month 31 days and I already knew I
5:40was going to achieve that like I told
5:42one of my friends I was like if this if
5:44this like project I'm about to do does
5:47not hit $10,000 in 30 I'll quit YouTube
5:51type of thing. And then we end up
5:52hitting 100K in the first 30 days. So
5:55you can see here first October.
6:00>> But next month how much you did?
6:03>> So first 30 days you did 100 grand and
6:05then the next 30 days after the next
6:07like the second month of the channel
6:09running, how much money did you do?
6:12>> Did
6:14216,000.
6:18So, and then we had a $13,000 day off of
6:21ads since um November 15th, you know,
6:25kind of flunual. And it averaged about
6:27like
6:28maybe like 7K or something like that
6:32for this month.
6:33>> That's crazy. Yeah.
6:34>> And then you can see like the videos
6:36published,
6:36>> right?
6:38>> Like any ebooks and stuff like you
6:40didn't sell
6:42from AdSense over 200 grand.
6:44>> Yeah. This was solely from AdSense. No
6:47ebook, nothing. Like I was I actually
6:50made a mistake on this channel. I did
6:52the wrong backend because
6:54the way I did it, so I did it as a cash
6:57grab just to try to make a lot of money
6:59fast, but I tried to build a long-term
7:04backend,
7:05right? So I did it kind of backwards,
7:08but moving moving forward now, I know
7:11what type of back I know to how to use
7:14the back. So, I was going to build a
7:16newsletter,
7:18but I know what I need to do to build
7:20the newsletter now, you know? So, I'm
7:21going to do something like this again.
7:24I'mma do something like this again while
7:26building a newsletter because the
7:28long-term potential and longevity, it's
7:30like it's way higher than like any
7:33product could be, you know?
7:36>> Yeah. And I just see you hover over the
7:38with like the income and then it showed
7:40you 75 videos posted in one day.
7:44>> Yeah. So on this we're posting I think
7:47it was posted it said 75 on this day but
7:49I think we're averaging about 78 videos
7:52a day right and like I said before every
7:55single video came off of title and
7:57thumbnail outlier research right nothing
8:00was from Google trends nothing was from
8:03what we think is trending in the news
8:06like it's strictly from title and
8:07thumbnail with outlier research right
8:10YouTube research only not what we think
8:13will go viral right? Let's let's just
8:15grab what's proven in the market to go
8:17viral and expand off of that. So, we was
8:20coming up with 75 to 80 different titles
8:24a day strictly from that type of
8:26research, you know.
8:28>> Yeah. And for this amount of videos,
8:31like 75 videos a day. Some people they
8:33say you should maximum post like three
8:36videos a day or you will get to go spam.
8:38Did you have any issues with that?
8:40>> Yeah. No. No. No. We had no issues,
8:45right? No, no, I don't want to even say
8:48that word because I don't want to jinx
8:49nothing on me, but we didn't we didn't
8:51deal with any issues like, right? We
8:53didn't get taken down. No, no
8:56inauthentic content, no strikes, nothing
8:58like, you know, we just collected our
9:02checks from YouTube.
9:05>> Okay. And how are the videos looking? Is
9:07it like really um crazy editing or what
9:10exactly?
9:12>> Actually,
9:13it's not. It's the easiest videos to put
9:17together in the world. So,
video style
9:18>> oh yeah, now on the right you see you
9:20>> came out. It's pretty dramatic. It says
9:22Congress delivers final.
9:24>> Yes, I can see
9:25>> as Trump's cabinet in ruins.
9:26>> What a video.
9:27>> All caps final blow cabinet in ruins.
9:30The
9:30>> see my team is it's actually supposed to
9:33be a news clip at the beginning but they
9:35got lazy and stopped putting it because
9:36like I said I don't even pay attention
9:37to this channel anymore. I just you know
9:40we're just still uploading
9:42we're still uploading like 40 videos a
9:44day right now. The
9:44>> whole thing is designed to make
9:47absolutely massive just happened.
9:48Something catastrophic. Something where
9:50Congress has just dealt Trump's
9:52administration a devastating defeat.
9:54Something where the cabinet is falling
9:55apart.
9:56>> Yeah. Nothing nothing crazy. Literally
9:58just Hey, Jen. Man, the expenses wasn't
expenses
10:00even crazy on this. Like that month we
10:03hit 200K. I only spent like
10:07seven I think I spent like Yeah, I think
10:10I spent like 7,000 that month on running
10:14running the channel for that month. So,
10:16we made
10:20we made 216K. Yeah. And I spent like 7K
10:23or Yeah. 7K on expenses.
10:27And it was really the really it really
10:29the expenses really wasn't even 7K. It
10:31was just because I um gave a lot of my
10:34team members raises, right? Like we was
10:36making so much money. I was just like
10:38I'mma give everybody more money. So like
10:40but if I never gave raises, it probably
10:42would have been like 3,000 because Hey
10:44Jen Unlimited was like
10:48Hen Unlimited was like I know I think it
10:51was like 800.
10:53agent limit was like 800 a month and
10:55then we had
10:58what else we had claw we had the max
11:00claw plan it was like 200 a month even
11:02claw changed their plans now so max claw
11:05plans that's like a thousand and then
11:06the rest were just team different team
11:08members so it was at we maxed out at
11:12like 3 to 4k a month
11:14>> on expenses but I gave everybody raises
11:16so we end up spend like 7k
11:18>> you know what I'm just wondering is at
11:2075 videos a day how are you managing
11:23that like with all the team members that
11:25the videos are getting published, all
11:27are good and also coming up with 80
11:30viral videos a day, right? Because there
11:31is like people that struggle to come up
11:33with just one video idea per day and you
11:35are just posting just on this of your
11:37channels, right? You also ran other ones
11:39at the same time, but so all the video
11:41ideas, how do you exactly manage that?
11:44Are you doing it alone or do you have a
11:46huge team for that?
11:47Um, actually we have a I have a team but
11:50like the team isn't as big as you would
11:52think, right? Like it's a So we manage
trello system
11:55everything like literally just simply on
11:58Trello, right? So this is what our
12:01Trello board looks like, right? I got
12:04everything labeled. This is how we and
12:06we had to clear this Trello board
12:08multiple times because you see this says
12:11200 3,000 videos. And then like my team
12:14member just asked me yesterday like can
12:16we clear some videos like the Trello
12:17board is glitching like it's not working
12:19right. So like we had to clear this a
12:21good amount of times because if you see
12:23on the channel it's like over 10k videos
12:25posted. So and but this is just like I
12:28could scroll down all day. It's even
12:30laggy right now. But
12:33this is just one Trello board, right? So
12:35we run this this channel on three
12:38different Trello boards. when we're
12:40posting 80 videos a day. It was three
12:42different Trello boards. Um,
12:45let me show here's another one.
12:50So, yeah. And it was literally just a
12:52system. It was hands off. So, like once
12:54I built the entire team out, I literally
12:58So, like I think after day 11, I hit 10K
13:02or I made like 11,000 after day 11. Once
13:05day 11 ended and like I reached the goal
13:09of 10k a month, like I scaled it
13:13completely hands off like right at that
13:15point like so for the first 10 days or
13:18whatever I was I was still training
13:21um different team members how to come up
13:23with ideas um making sure the ideas are
13:26good making sure the system is just
13:28running completely smooth you know. So
13:31after day 11,
13:34I literally did not like do anything but
13:37just tech revenue like you know like so
13:41yeah it was I literally spent zero
13:43minutes after day 11 after we hit 10K I
13:45spent zero minutes. So that 90k for that
13:48first month, that rest of that 90k, I
13:50didn't spend a single minute like
13:52working on it or like even managing a
13:55channel like even managing their video
13:59ideas or anything. Right? So and then
14:02after that like once I got completely
14:04off, I hired a channel manager to manage
14:07the to make sure everything is running
14:10smooth. So basically a person I would
14:12normally be the person that makes sure
14:13every running everything running smooth
14:15but like I wanted to be so hands off
14:17that I hired somebody else just to make
14:19sure everything is running smooth. Like
14:21just to make sure each person is
14:23submitting this on time, submitting
14:25their video ideas on time and I train
14:28him how to make sure the video ideas are
14:30good, everything like that. And like the
14:33only time
14:36I will have to get involved if like we
14:38need to upgrade a plan or something and
14:41it's my card on file. So like that was
14:43the only time I'll ever be involved.
14:45Like I literally damn I literally
14:48basically I scaled from
14:510 to 400 and because I didn't even show
14:54you the hundred like the 100 day mark.
14:57Um
14:59but basically let me share this tab
15:02but let me go to the dates
15:06so I know
15:08October 1st to I think go to January
15:118th. Yeah. So basically I scaled to like
15:14425K
15:16in 100 days like with when they say
15:20doing no work literally not doing a
15:21single thing you know it's not even a
15:24crazy system you know it's it's
15:25literally that's like it's kind of like
15:27remember how we talking about like just
15:28starting like it's literally I didn't
15:31start the channel with the Trello board
15:33built out like that like right it wasn't
15:36completely built out with all those
15:38different tabs for different team
15:39members. It started off literally as
15:44a video editor,
15:46a script writer, thumbnail designer,
15:49just like the typical. And then as I've
15:52seen like the demand and like we started
15:55pulling a lot of views and I can tell
15:58that it was more and more outliers that
15:59we're finding and we coming up with more
16:01ideas. That's when we started bringing
16:04on more team members. So like that makes
16:07it the system is just a regular
16:10like the regular system that you know
16:12most people know in phase is how to put
16:13together a single video. That's the
16:15system. I just multiply the team on
16:19>> I just multiply the team to output
16:22>> more videos at whatever rate I wanted
16:24to. I mean if we even talking about um
outlier research
16:27ideas like right when I come up with the
16:29idea for a single face YouTube video I
16:33don't do I don't come up with any random
16:36ideas like no ideas are there are
16:39methods to have like AI generated ideas
16:42but I don't use any regular like I don't
16:46use any chat GBT claw like for any ideas
16:51right I could let it help me find topics
16:53but not a single idea Every single idea
16:56that I put into production is literally
16:58off of outlier research from what is
17:01already on YouTube and doing good. I
17:03don't I do not come up with anything
17:06myself. All right? I don't do Google
17:07Trends like cuz just because something
17:11is doing well on Google Trends, that
17:13doesn't mean it's going to do well on
17:16YouTube as a YouTube video, right? So, I
17:19strictly do all videos
17:22um title and thumbnail off of outlier
17:24research. Like right when we were, like
17:26I said, we were posting 80 videos a day.
17:2980 single videos was all off of title
17:32and thumbnail outlier research from
17:34other channels in the niche. Like, we
17:37didn't we didn't use chat GBT to help us
17:39come up with 40 of them or 20 or, you
17:44know, 60 whatever. No, no, no, no, no.
17:46Literally outline research. That's all
17:48you need. All you need is to be
17:50subscribed to your competitors for good
17:53title and thumbnail topics, right? Like
17:55there's different methods you can do,
17:57right? We know just simple angles,
18:00right? Um somebody watching this if you
18:03don't know what the angle is, right? You
18:05have an outlier. Let's say
18:08the video title is how people live in
18:10Bermuda. The angle would now become how
18:13people live in blank. And that's an
18:16angle. So come up find as many outliers
18:19we can in the niche come up with as many
18:21angles and we post videos according to
18:24the demand in the YouTube market not the
18:28online social media market that's
18:30different the demand in the YouTube
18:32market from other competitors like what
18:35names and ideas are doing well at the
18:38time. So yeah that's really how we come
18:41up ideas. We was coming up with 80
18:42videos, 80 video ideas a day, posting
18:46videos strictly from that. Right? So,
18:49like I said, you know, you got the
18:50parasite method, you got angle um
18:53regular angles, you got niche bending,
18:55right? Niche bending is taking angles
18:58from
19:00taking angles from another niche, right?
19:02So, you see an angle that can apply in
19:04your niche that's an outlier from a
19:06different niche and bring it to your
19:08niche. Then you have parasite, right?
19:11you're just making the same exact video
19:13as uh
19:16pretty much a old video that's extremely
19:18viral basically. So yeah, when it comes
19:21to title ideas and stuff like packaging
19:25titles and thumbnails, do not be
19:27creative. Like literally strictly
19:29YouTube research. That's what works for
19:31me at least, right? Like I was able to
19:33make how much I made in that time frame
19:35from strictly that with 80 videos a day.
19:38So, anybody who's posting way less, you
19:42can't tell me or convince me that you
19:43can't come up with I like you need to
19:46get better.
19:48>> You can't come up with ideas.
team building
19:50>> It takes time, right? It takes time and
19:52rep repetition like, right? You just
19:54don't get this good overnight. Like, it
19:56takes, you know, time developing your
19:58skills, just seeing what works,
20:00understanding the demand for YouTube,
20:02you know, a little bit of everything,
20:04you know. So,
20:05>> yeah. I was going to ask about the
20:06channel manager. How do you just find a
20:09person that is first of smart enough to
20:11manage all of those people under them,
20:13right? And then also that they don't
20:14betray you or try to pocket some money
20:17or just get lazy, you know, like where
20:20do you exactly find those people?
20:23>> Okay, so
20:25really you can anybody.
20:28So I hire my channel managers based off
20:31of the subjects, right? So, whatever
20:35topic I'm making a video on, the videos
20:39are about. Like, that's what I hired the
20:41the channel manager for. Like, so a
20:44channel manager for me doesn't have to
20:46know anything about YouTube.
20:48They just have to know the subject
20:51because I know everything about YouTube
20:53and I can teach you what does well on
20:54YouTube. I can teach you everything
20:56about YouTube. And when it comes to
20:58betraying me, how they won't betray me.
21:00It's like I pay pretty good. So, right,
21:03like they have incentives to not betray
21:06me, you know? It's like, yeah, you may
21:09have that worry, stuff like that, but
21:11it's like at the end of the day, they're
21:14not me, right? Like, they don't have
21:18five years of like every single day
21:20experience under their belt to where
21:22they could just take everything and just
21:25go like, right. And you got to have the
21:27budget for it, too, you know? Like, so
21:30even though this didn't really cost a
21:32lot because I started off this I started
21:34this channel like the day one
21:37like I wasn't spending any money. Like
21:39it was free. Like I said like I when I
21:41got to day when I got to 200k in the
21:44second month that we were spending 7K
21:46but like here we were spending like less
21:49than $100 a month at this point. You
21:51know it started off I up I upped the
21:54demand. I upped the um amount of money
21:56spent once I seen the demand that that
21:58was that was needed but just when it
22:01comes to you know of course contracts
22:04put contracts in place you know stuff
22:06like that so
22:08>> you know I was actually wondering where
22:10to find those people like do you go on
22:12Twitter Discord or online jobs.ph PH
22:15like where do you find those kind of
22:17people? for me is anybody like it could
22:19be online jobs, right? Upwork
22:22um anywhere online jobs, Upwork or me, I
22:26get personal friends of mine too, like
22:29personal friends of mine that like cuz
22:32my friends they know I do YouTube and
22:34stuff like that and like if I know that
22:36they know if I feel like they fit the
22:38criteria, I just ask them they want to
22:40do it and they know I make a lot of
22:41money off of it. out there, they're not
22:44really going to pass up on the
22:45opportunity, you know, like so
22:48>> I even get personal friends of mine
22:50>> that don't
22:53>> Yeah. Yeah, that's that makes sense as
22:54well. But like um if somebody now wants
22:57to start such a big YouTube channel,
22:59right, and post so many videos, what
23:01would they need to know before they hire
23:03anything? Like what's just roughly the
23:05process, you know, where would they
23:07start basically?
23:09Okay,
23:11the first well what you need to know
23:13first, right?
23:14>> Like say they have this channel just
23:16like your players unlimited one and then
23:18they do the videos all themselves. They
23:20start posting five a day and the channel
23:22blows up. Suddenly it makes $500 a day
23:25then $1,000 but they are working 18
23:28hours a day, right? And then they just
23:29say, "Okay, I just need to somehow um
23:32get some time off. I need to delegate it
23:34to other people." What would they do
23:36from there, you know? Okay. So the first
23:38thing you would do is you need to
23:42delegate the least important task first,
23:47right? So simple things as uploading a
23:49video. If you're doing that yourself,
23:51that's something you should delegate
23:53first. The simple task that don't really
23:56control the money, right? So the tasks
24:00that control the money, you delegate
24:01those last because you want to have
24:03better skilled people in those
24:05positions. So,
24:08a task like uploading, you go ahead and
24:11hire somebody,
24:13right? Um tasks like
24:17titles and thumbnails, that's the way
24:19the most heftiest task because that is
24:22the number one task that controls the
24:24money, right? regardless of what like
24:28the best people on YouTube are the
24:30people who come up with the who can come
24:32up not even necessarily the people come
24:33up with the best ideas it's the people
24:36who can come up with the best ideas the
24:39most or who can come up with the best
24:40ideas the most consistent you know so
24:46that is the first thing right so
24:48delegate all the tasks that don't
24:50require any time that don't require much
24:54skill right then the or skilled task.
24:57That's when you just got to, right? If
24:58you have something working, right? If
25:00you're making money, obviously you're
25:02doing something that's working, right?
25:03If you're if you don't know what's
25:05working,
25:07that's an issue because now you can't
25:10teach somebody else to do what's already
25:11what's what you what's working. And if
25:14it and if you also if you don't know
25:16what's working, that means what you're
25:17doing is luck. If you don't know what's
25:19working, you know. So, if you know
25:21what's working and you know exactly how
25:24to do it, just teach somebody else how
25:26to do the exact same thing. Right? They
25:28don't have to be as good as you, but if
25:30they're 80% to 90% as good as you,
25:33that's good enough because
25:38the reason why like this was a success
25:40the way it was without me doing anything
25:43at all is because I just got to people.
25:45I got I didn't make sure like I wasn't
25:47so hectic on people where it's like yo
25:49you need to be exactly like how I would
25:51be. I'm my own person. Everybody's
25:53different like right we all have
25:54different skills and things like that.
25:56But if you become 80% as good as what I
26:00am
26:02then you would be able, you know, the
26:04channel can still run and succeed. And
26:07now I can focus on something else while
26:09this is running on autopilot, right? And
26:12like I have my channel managers,
26:15most of my channel managers like I let
26:17them make mistakes. I like I let them
26:19make mistakes because that's the only
26:21way, right? You've got to let them make
26:22mistakes. You got to burn some money
26:24sometimes, you know? And but that's why
26:26you have your video cost as low as
26:28possible because if your video cost as
26:30low as possible, when they make those
26:31mistakes, it's not burning your pocket.
26:33It's not really hurting you, you know?
beginner roadmap
26:35So
26:36>> yeah,
26:37>> that kind of highle stuff, right? But
26:40say somebody right now they don't have
26:43any monetized channel yet or they are
26:45just starting making 500 bucks a month
26:47with YouTube and they want to get to
26:48your level where they are making over
26:50100 grand a month.
26:51>> What would you tell them? Like what is
26:52kind of the road map to get there?
26:55>> Okay. So a person just started and
26:58they're making Okay. Honestly, if a
27:01person is making $500
27:04a day and they just started,
27:06>> you know, I made in a month, bro. 500.
27:09>> Oh, 500 a month. 500 a month. Okay, my
27:11bad. My bad.
27:12>> Oh, they're making 500 a month. Um, bro,
27:15you you really need you just need to
27:17keep doing what you're doing, honestly.
27:18Like, you need more reps, right? Because
27:22you can't teach like like I said, like
27:24you can't teach somebody else something
27:26when you're not good enough yourself,
27:28right? Like, or you don't know you don't
27:32know enough yourself, right? because it
27:34takes time to understand like
27:38all the ways that videos actually go
27:40viral and different stuff like that. So
27:42literally I would just keep doing it
27:44myself until I can print money myself.
27:47Then once I print money myself because
27:50you got to think right if you're it's
27:53kind of like putting money into a oil
27:55machine like a machine that's not like
27:58working right. So, like if if I'm only
28:01making $500 a month and then I'm and I'm
28:05more of a beginner and I'm training
28:07somebody
28:09to make 10K a month,
28:12it doesn't really make sense, you know?
28:15So, you you need to
28:17>> get more reps yourself. Literally,
28:19that's it. Just get more reps yourself.
28:20Post more videos. And on the on your
28:23flops, on your videos that don't work,
28:25you're going to learn more than your
28:27videos that do good.
28:29Because if you learn every single thing
28:31that doesn't work, you're eventually
28:33only going to know what does work.
28:37So literally just keep posting and
28:39learning. Learn from your mistakes. Like
28:41don't post and don't pay attention to
28:42the data. Like literally study the data
28:45like your CTR, your AVD.
ai avatars
28:48Like study those two metrics the most
28:51and literally try to improve those every
28:53single video. So the more the longer you
28:55do that with like the right strategies
28:57of just outlier research,
28:59>> bro, you eventually get you'll
29:01eventually get good enough to where you
29:04can make more money and then start
29:06teaching others to do it under you
29:09>> and where you go ahead. Go ahead.
29:11>> Yeah. Let's say right now though
29:14somebody just wants to start, but would
29:16you recommend him because like there's
29:17this huge hype on AI avatars, right? And
29:20I mean even your channel made the money
29:22with help of AI avatars, with help of
29:25Hey Jen,
29:26>> would you recommend that's like the way
29:27to go forward especially for Q4 where
29:30the RPMs are higher and where you really
29:32got to lock in, right? Because I think a
29:34lot of people are going to make six
29:35figures in a month with AI avatars. And
29:38personally, yeah, I think it's like one
29:40of the biggest things to do right now.
29:42It's kind of a big trend, right? And
29:44some other people I talk with, [snorts]
29:46>> they said to me that like now you can't
29:49launch a channel without AI avatar
29:50because these elderly people AI avatars
29:53it's like almost in any niche and if you
29:55don't have that people they would just
29:57watch a content with avatar because it's
29:59more engaging and we on like a human
30:01level or like a primitive level we are
30:04maybe more bound to seeing other humans
30:06doing stuff and these AI avatars for a
30:0968year-old grandma watching this content
30:12it looks like a real person, right? So,
30:14you will have just um more higher watch
30:16rate on the video and can also sell
30:18stuff in the back end.
30:20>> Yeah. But what's your opinion on that?
30:23>> Um I definitely think AR avatars are
30:25going to they're dominating right now
30:29and I definitely think they're still
30:30going to dominate dominate all through
30:33all through Q4.
30:35But the thing is like when people say
30:38there's not an there's plenty of niches
30:41that you can't even do AI avatars with,
30:44you know, that's just all people see on
30:47like social media. So like it makes you
30:49only think and kind of closes your mind
30:51to that. There's plenty of niches where
30:53AI avatars really aren't as successful,
30:58you know, but that's all we all we see
31:00is like, you know, me making 400K in 100
31:04days, this person making 100K in a
31:08month, 200K in a month here, all AI
31:10avatars, right? So that's all people get
31:12programmed to see and think. But there's
31:14plenty of like other niches where
31:16there's no AI avatars and AI avatars
31:19won't even enter because AI avatars is
31:22successful
31:24on more
31:26it's certain audiences right like
31:28because you know the demographics on
31:31your channel once you um see your
31:33analytics. So it AI avatars is very
31:36successful especially with the older
31:38demographic right because they aren't as
31:41up to speed on the things on the
31:43internet right so they so yes you're
31:47right as an aspect of people do resonate
31:49with people more right they rather watch
31:51a human or if an AI avatar looks real
31:54enough they rather watch that but that's
31:56not every audience that's audiences
31:59more for like elderly and things like
32:01that right not every um AI avatar niche
32:05is elderly, but it's
32:08certain like I can show you like couple
32:10niches where like there's no AI avatars,
32:13right? And AI avatars won't enter just
32:14because that's not the demand for it.
32:16But that's just all we see on social
32:18media, but AI avatars are definitely
32:20going to take over and keep taking over
32:22Q4. But that's not the only thing you
32:24can dive into, right? Like you don't
32:26have to What did I just show you? I
32:28showed you a channel the other day. um
32:32>> the basketball one or
32:34>> uh no not the basketball one, the other
32:36one.
32:37>> But it was only one AI avatar channel in
32:39the niche. All the other channels and it
32:41was making like 26K a month. You
32:43probably
32:43>> Oh yeah, I remember. I remember
32:44>> it was only one AI avatar channel in
32:47that niche. All the other channels were
32:49not a no other channel was AI avatar.
32:52>> So
32:52>> yeah. Yeah. I guess it's just more about
32:55um that you make content for elderly
32:58people. That's like the way to go
33:00forward because of the ebook stuff. It
33:02gets really popular right now to sell
33:04ebooks in the back end. But you're
33:06basically doubling your AdSense income,
33:08right? And then it's just like you would
33:10ask yourself, why should I run a channel
33:13for 25 year old people that will have
33:15lower RPM that won't watch the 40inut
33:18video that won't write the comment won't
33:20buy my ebook? Why shouldn't I just focus
33:22on the AI avatar video I can produce for
33:24like a few dollars and then can just
33:27pump it out, sell the ebooks, you know?
33:29>> Yeah. Yeah. But like there's plenty of
33:32niches out there where people are
33:34printing money like without AI avatars.
33:37But you're right though, like right,
33:38like that's a great question. Why would
33:40I do this niche where I spend this much
33:43or I could just pump out AI avatar
33:45videos for this much and make however,
33:49you know? It's just it's just all
33:51preference and skill levels. Like that's
33:53that's really it.
33:54>> Yeah. That's what's uh I thought it was
33:56really interesting talking to you about
33:59your channels because you are taking a
34:00bit different approach even though like
34:02the channel you showed now it's AI
34:03avatar but even then it's like not this
34:06kind of AI avatar that's currently being
34:08ran a lot right which is like focused on
34:10these elderly people and these real
34:12looking stories and images. But still, I
34:15have to say there is definitely some
34:17people at least like in my group with
34:18the avatar forge tool that didn't have
34:21much YouTube experience before and they
34:24also blew up some channels. I'm not sure
34:26if it could be luck or really just the
34:28AI avatar thing being still unsaturated,
34:31which that's what I kind of think it is
34:33right now.
34:33>> That that is another thing. It is kind
34:35of unsaturated right now because of like
34:38things like that, right? A lot of people
34:41don't really know how to put the videos
34:43together and just, you know, start
34:46channels like that. So, I mean, if
34:47you're looking at it at that aspect,
34:49then yeah, but in late quarter 4, it's
34:54going to be a lot more, it's gonna be,
34:55it's already popular, but it's gonna be
34:56a lot more popular than it is now. And
34:58like, you'll start to see the people who
35:00actually stands out, you know? it won't
35:03be just
35:05it won't be as as how it is now because
35:08like even with my channel, right? Like
35:11this was the first AI avatar channel on
35:13YouTube in general, right? And it's
35:15already so much more populated since
35:18then. So, I could just imagine what it's
35:21going to be like in quarter 4 and then
35:22even next year it's going to be
35:26everybody's going to be, you know,
35:28literally everybody's going to be doing
35:29it. So, it's not going to be the demand
35:32is still going to be there, but you'll
35:34see the people that rise to the top are
35:36going to be more I feel like me
35:38personally, the more experienced people
35:40or with, you know, kind of
35:44bigger budgets.
35:46>> Yeah, it will be interesting to see what
35:49happens there with the AI avatar stuff,
35:51but honestly, I think it will go on for
35:53longer. But I mean, that's just
35:56something that you
35:56>> No, no, it's not, right?
35:58>> Yeah. Facts. No, it's defin I feel like
35:59it's going to go on for
36:03it's going to go on for a while and it's
36:04never I don't feel like it's going to
36:06stop only because of the money you can
36:09make with the backend products, right?
36:11Like so if you can make money off
36:14because it doesn't matter even if they
36:15stop letting you make money off AdSense,
36:18you can still make money off backend
36:19products which is still a lot of money.
36:22So it's not going to stop but it's gonna
36:26be a new trend. Like it's always like I
36:28definitely feel like a new trend is on
36:30the way and it's coming and but it's
36:32always like that, right? It's always the
36:34next thing that everybody just jumps on
36:38and starts doing and next thing next
36:41thing it's is everything on social
36:43media.
36:44You know, I was actually now that you
36:46mentioned it, um was also thinking like
36:48with the ebooks, not just that if your
36:50channel is demonetized, you can already
36:52make money with them, but also before
36:54it's even monetized in the first place,
36:56which with avatar channels, I just
36:58realized that the ratio of people
37:01subscribing is probably 10x.
37:03>> Oh, yeah. No, it definitely is.
37:06>> Right.
37:06>> And that goes back to saying what you
37:07were saying about um people relating to
37:10people, right? because the audience
37:12that's watching generally thinks it's a
37:15person. So, they resonate with that way
37:18more than just background audio, you
37:20know. So, no, definitely you're
37:22definitely going to have a much higher
37:23view to u I mean subscribe to view ratio
37:27or view to subscriber, whatever the
37:28ratio is. I don't know.
37:29>> Yeah, whatever the ratio is.
37:31But like that's the thing I' I've seen
37:33with these channels where the watch
37:35hours normally you hit the 4K watch
37:37hours first at least for me and then the
37:39subscribers you only have like 200
37:41subscribers on these regular Facebook
37:43channels. But with Avatar it's the first
37:45time where I'm seeing you hit thousand
37:47subscribers before the watch hours even
37:49if it's like a really personal niche or
37:51really niched down then these people
37:54they will you have like such a high
37:56subscriber ratio that this can happen.
37:58And this is probably also just like it
38:01explains why so many ebooks are getting
38:03sold in the back end or it's not just
38:04ebooks. I also saw people now selling
38:07physical books in the back and then
38:10>> it will continue on, right? And then you
38:12have like affiliate deals with something
38:14your own products maybe.
38:16>> Thanks.
solo scaling
38:17>> And I guess regarding teams, you're just
38:19one of the best persons to shoot. I
38:21mean, with the 80 videos a day and while
38:24doing none of the work, it really just
38:26amazed me hearing about this. Even
38:28though just seeing like basically most
38:31of the people that I talk with that are
38:33doing six figs and plus a month, they
38:36all have these systems in place that
38:38where like they have people doing some
38:40sort of the process, right? Like one guy
38:43will be for the uploading and then there
38:45is another one coming up with the ideas.
38:48And this is just really like it's
38:50basically you all have your own kind of
38:51methods, but I'm just realizing if you
38:53wanted to get to the six figures plus
38:55and do that consistently,
38:56>> you can't be like a oneperson team,
38:59right? Or do you think it's somehow
39:00possible or
39:02>> I mean at least you would be overworking
39:03yourself to the max and then you do like
39:05six figures one month but then like
39:07>> yeah I definitely think with like all
39:09the AI tools it's possible now like to
39:12be a one person team and do it like with
39:14all the tools because yeah it no it's
39:17definitely possible don't get me wrong
39:18it's definitely possible
39:21but it's like it how far do you really
39:24want to scale right like
39:27because like for me personally like I
39:28don't run any channels myself, right?
39:31And like before the channels even start
39:34posting its first video, the team is
39:36already fully automated before like that
39:39that channel that um the challenge
39:42channel 400k in 100 days or whatever.
39:44Like that was like that's one of my only
39:47channels where I was actually hands-on
39:49inside working because I was doing a
39:51challenge or project like just wanted to
39:52you know try to do something different
39:55for like the media to see. So, I had to
39:58make sure that it hit certain certain
40:00levels, but that was like one of the
40:02only projects where I was actually like
40:04inside working on the channel
40:08while the channel was running. Like,
40:10normally it's fully automated before we
40:12even launch because I already scoped out
40:14the entire project. I didn't scoped out
40:16the entire niche, seeing where the
40:17demand is, what see what I need to hire
40:20here, here, here, and like it's fully
40:22automated before we even start, you
40:24know? So, but it just depends on how far
40:26you want to scale. Like, you can
40:27definitely reach 100K a month with all
40:30the AI tools now, automations, you can
40:32for sure, but it why why if you're
40:37making that money, why be like that
40:39involved? Why not just, you know, not
40:43even pay a lot of money to get it off
40:45your hands completely and still make the
40:47same money? Just manage it, look over
40:49everything, and do the next thing,
40:52right? focus on the next thing and then
40:53just keep doing it. Keep repeating, keep
40:55repeating and have hands off of
40:57everything and just manage and just make
40:59sure everything is doing right like
41:01right when you can see views, you can
41:03see when views are dropping, revenue
41:04dropping, you know, when you need to go
41:06in and change things or have meetings,
41:09stuff like that. So, you know,
41:12>> yeah, I guess work smart, not hard. It's
41:15especially for you. I saw on your
41:16YouTube channel you were in Cancun,
41:19right? And
41:19>> yeah, I know. Was it a week or a day?
41:23I'm not sure.
41:23>> Uh, no. I was there for a couple days. I
41:25was in Cancun for a couple days.
41:26>> Yeah. And just having like the time to
41:28do this on a random day, you know, or
41:31like
41:31>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
41:32>> That's just you only get that with
41:34teams, I guess. Like I think this is
41:36also a mistake that a lot of people in
41:38business do where they are just thinking
41:40nobody can do it like me. At least that
41:42was like for me. I was always thinking
41:45>> well if I let them write the scripts
41:46then it won't turn out as good. So, let
41:49me just do it myself. But then I spend
41:50like 10 minutes there and then 10
41:52minutes on the thumbnail and suddenly
41:54I'm working 12 hours a day and
41:56>> you know like can't scale to further.
41:59>> Yeah. And if you want to build teams
42:00like that's the number one thing, right?
42:02It's two things that you got to really
42:05the biggest thing that you have to like
42:08gain to give others like is trust. Like,
42:14right, I know it's scary. Like, right,
42:15when you know you're going to make a
42:17video to the tea, if you do it
42:19completely 100% yourself,
42:22if you know it's going to be amazing
42:24that way.
42:27I know it's kind of scary to let
42:28somebody else come in a sing in any spot
42:31and because you don't want anything
42:33messed up, but when you're talking
42:36scaling, you have to trust because and
42:40you have to be okay with getting 80 to
42:4485 to 90% as good of what of of a job
42:48that you would do. Because if you always
42:50do it yourself, you're going to burn out
42:52and you're never going to be able to
42:55like reach that next level because you
42:58can't get there by nobody gets to the
43:01top by theirel like you know and that
43:03was part of the reason why I say like
43:06for me like it doesn't matter like you
43:08don't have to go in like AI avatars is
43:10like number one thing on YouTube right
43:11now but you don't have to go into that
43:13niche for me that's like I was kind of
43:16speaking for me because
43:18I build teams So, right. So, from the
43:21jump, it's fully automated for me
43:23anyway. So, it doesn't matter if I'm
43:24doing an AI avatar niche, a regular
43:26B-roll channel, animation, it doesn't
43:28matter because it's it's off my hands
43:31anyway. It's just the budget is slightly
43:33different, you know, but you you make
43:35different channels for different things,
43:37right? Certain channels last longer,
43:39certain channels
43:41bas Yeah. Last longer, have more
43:43longevity. Certain channels make much
43:45more money faster. certain, you know,
43:47you do everything for create different
43:49channels for different reasons. So
43:51that's why for me it doesn't matter the
43:53niche you go into. And that's why I feel
43:54like what I was saying about like the
43:57budget thing, right? Like the more
44:00budget because different niches like
44:02also tells you different things about
44:04learning how video ideiation works
44:07because the concept is the same for all
44:08of YouTube, but different niches have
44:10different things that work about them
44:12and different things that you can learn.
44:15and even niche bin angles into your
44:17other channels, right? Like so if you're
44:19only stuck on one thing because you're
44:22doing it all yourself, you're you're
44:23learning a lot less actually, you know,
44:26>> even if you're mastering what you're
44:28doing,
44:28>> you're just a bit constrained, right?
44:30Because you can't just see so much stuff
44:32at once. You're doing it. You're in the
44:35stuff, but you're not viewing over it,
44:37right? And then learning easy with it.
44:39>> All these things can be implemented in
44:40different things, right? And like
44:42different things work for different
44:43people, right? So yes, AI is taking
44:46over. Like AI has already taken over,
44:48but you know, certain people just like
44:51different things, right? So like certain
44:53people may rather communicate with
44:55humans than going in to fix a AI, you
44:58know? So if some people rather pay a
45:01little bit more to speak with a human to
45:04get them to fix something versus trying
45:06to go in and fix the AI and there's some
45:08people like I want every single like I
45:10want my profit margins as high as
45:12possible. I'm not I don't care about,
45:14you know, so there's different strokes
45:16for different folks, but
45:19you can make you can make hundreds of
45:21thousands of dollars with either way.
45:23You know, AI is only getting better. So,
45:25you definitely want to include AI as
45:28much as possible. For sure, thousand%.
45:31Like, right. Anything that you don't
45:32need humans for,
45:36don't use them. You know, that's my
45:38opinion. Especially as a beginner, you
45:41may not have the biggest budget to start
45:43and then paying a freelancer team $50 or
45:47$100 per video. Do that for 10 videos,
45:50you already are um $500, $2,000
45:54negative. And then if the channel
45:55doesn't blow up, now repeat that across
45:57five channels. But I guess it's also
45:59because beginners, they don't have the
46:01right systems again. I mean, you said to
46:03me one video on one of your regular type
46:06channels cost 15 bucks, right? on this
46:08channel. It was probably even cheaper. I
46:10guess like monthly pay to the freelance
46:13like at 80 videos a day.
46:15>> I guess you didn't pay 15 bucks a video,
46:17right?
video costs
46:18>> Yeah. No, I don't know. I don't know.
46:20Cuz it cuz
46:23our per video cost depends on how much
46:25money we make. So, if it's all off
46:27subscriptions and like set prices,
46:29monthly prices, the the set video price
46:33comes off of
46:36Wait, no, I'm tripping. Um, no, wait.
46:39So, we make 200K and we spend
46:44this much.
46:46Yeah. No, no, no. I had to times up by
46:48the videos. Yeah, I'm tripping. I
46:49forgot. Yeah. So, if it's 80 videos a
46:51day times 30, whatever that is. I'm not
46:54going to calculate that. Um,
46:59that then you divide it by
47:01the monthly expenses.
47:04Yeah. The last time I calculated, we was
47:06like at $2 a video.
47:09The last time I calculated, it was like,
47:11no, when we were doing 80 videos a day,
47:13I think it was like $220 something cent
47:15a video.
47:17And yeah, we were killing. But bro, till
47:19this day, I still have channels that
47:20cost like $40 a video, though.
47:23>> And they're still making profit.
47:25>> And they're still making profit. It's
47:26about the ideation you know because not
47:30every niche
47:33not every single niche allows you to
47:35have certain level of quality of videos
47:37you know some requires a little bit
47:39higher quality that AI isn't producing
47:42yet you know but once AI can produce it
47:45then we'll just switch over but until
47:47then you know gota pay you gota we got
47:50to pay but we're profiting so and I and
47:52like for me it doesn't really make a
47:53difference yes my profit margins are
47:56lower, but it really doesn't make too
47:58much of a difference because I'm not
48:01doing anything anyway. It's profit
48:02coming in. You know, if we're losing
48:04money, then I'll be like, uh, but I'll
48:08maybe shut the channel down or
48:09something, you know. But since we're
48:12making money and
48:15since we're making money and AI can't
48:17like really make the videos to certain
48:19high levels, then it's like, you know,
48:22I'm not going to shut it down just
48:23because AI can't do it yet. We just
48:25going to keep it going how it is pro
48:27it's profit I'm keeping it alive you
next trend
48:29know.
48:29>> All right. So last year we had like we
48:32were big on these sleep story videos and
48:34also revenge stories, right? And this
48:36was the big thing. And then we had the
48:38inauthentic content wave where basically
48:4090% of those channels got wiped out and
48:43the ones that were not in a CMS. Um like
48:46with the sleep story channels, a lot of
48:47them got hit as well, lost a lot of
48:49revenue. And now the trend is with these
48:52avatar videos, you know, say channels
48:54like Elias Yorder, everyone knows this
48:56channel, right? He kind of set the trend
48:58with those avatar story videos, ebook in
49:01the back end. But there will be a next
49:03thing coming up perhaps this year,
49:05perhaps at the start of next year. And
49:07what do you think will be like the next
49:08big trend because you know you want to
49:10be ahead of the curve to be prepared to
49:13make a lot of money with that. So what
49:15do you think? And it's crazy that you
49:18asked that because you know, thank God
49:20like honestly I just got to thank God
49:23like right like me being able to me
49:26being fortunate enough to be the first
49:28one to come out with the AI avatar
49:31channel, right? Like you kind of you do
49:34kind of got to like kind of see what's
49:36next. Like pay attention to the AI tools
49:38and the trends like what's actually
49:40going viral for the AI tools and how can
49:43you implement into YouTube. That's
49:44honestly how I thought of the AI avatar
49:47thing and you know was able to be the
49:49first one to do it just because I was
49:50paying attention to the trends, right?
49:53So, I'm giving y'all sauce on how to
49:54figure out what can be next or what is
49:56next. Pay attention to like the viral AI
50:00tools and like see how you can implement
50:02it into a's YouTube channel. So, that's
50:06how I was able to even come up with
50:07that. But the next thing, bro, I'm not
50:10gonna lie, it's actually already on
50:12YouTube a little bit, but people aren't
50:15really, it's not really in the faceless
50:17YouTube space, like, right? And people
50:19aren't really pushing it to the max.
50:22But, bro, it is a huge gap. And
50:27I gota I gotta save this one for, you
50:29know, just my 101 members, right? Like,
50:32I gotta save I gotta save it for them.
50:34But I'm working on a huge project that I
50:37definitely feel like is going to take
50:38over, you know, YouTube. It's Yeah. The
50:42same way AI avatars took over, I
50:44definitely feel like this is going to
50:45take over. And even [sighs] the
50:49potential is way higher than AI avatars,
50:51right? Because until AI avatars get to
50:54the point where it looks like like this,
50:56like how me and you are talking and you
50:59can't tell, like where nobody can tell,
51:02that's like the ceiling for AI avatars.
51:05But but this it's like, bro, there's
51:09different type of companies that's going
51:10to want to work with you, right? Like
51:11it's gonna be it's going to go way past
51:13YouTube. So like I said, bro, I gotta I
51:16gotta save that for the 101 members.
51:18this
51:19>> So, give us like a little hint like for
51:20the people watching until this part of
51:22the video. Got to give them like a hint
51:24to prepare them for what's coming.
51:26>> I'm going to give y'all a hint. Okay.
51:30Viral AI tools, right? Think of that.
51:33Viral AI tools. How can you put it
51:35together with YouTube and some of it is
51:38already on YouTube? It's just not in the
51:40faceless community really, you know? So,
51:44it's it's it's on YouTube a little bit.
51:46It's just not nobody
51:50made it reach the max potential like
51:53nowhere near though, right? Like
51:56yeah, that that's that's the best I
51:59could kind of do, right? Like just viral
52:01AI tools and it's already on YouTube so
52:04you probably can find it. It's just not
52:07it's not maximized to its potential like
52:09nearly like nowhere near. So just think
52:13of some if you see something cool on
52:15YouTube like just think of like damn
52:17like how much money could I really make?
52:19And there's actually some faceless
52:21channels that use it just nobody is
52:23actually
52:26using it to the max potential. And it's
52:28crazy that face some Facebook channels
52:30are using it because I was thinking
52:33about this for over like a year and a
52:35half now. So like that lets you know
52:37people are starting to move on it, you
52:40know? So, you're gonna start seeing more
52:41and more of it. But the way I'm coming
52:44coming in,
52:48nobody see it's a lane wide open. Like,
52:50it's a lane wide open. Nobody nobody's
52:52really paying attention to it. And it's
52:54kind of similar to what I did with the
52:56AI avatars, right? Like how I kind of
52:58was able to bring that into YouTube and
53:01it's kind of similar. So, if you know,
53:03you know, right? Like I got to say that
53:05for the you know the 101 ones but
53:08the gap is wide open. Huge money
53:10opportunity. I'm not going to lie.
53:12>> Do you think it will be something that
53:14in a few months or like half a year from
53:17now even if you didn't do it people
53:19would be picking up on it but just now
53:21it's like still lowkey.
53:23>> Yeah. Yeah. It's still it's definitely
53:24lowkey right now. It's lowkey. But I
53:27feel like in two years there's probably
53:30going to be some people
53:32maybe like
53:34cuz you are going to need some big teams
53:36for this. But so maybe like two to three
53:39years is going to be some people that's
53:41like at the level that I'm thinking of
53:44right that I'm trying to get to. Maybe
53:46maybe a few people that there like two
53:48to three years. So that's why I'm
53:49building something big so I can get
53:51there before everybody. So you'll see.
53:55And once I drop it, well, you definitely
53:58gonna know before everybody. So, you
53:59you'll already see what I'm working on,
54:01stuff like that.
54:02>> Okay. Interesting. Yeah, because this is
54:04something that when you see it like with
54:07the avatars, honestly, I was thinking
54:09like, damn, this is so smart and it took
54:12so long for somebody to come up with
54:14that. Like you did the avatar mainly
54:16politics stuff last year and why did
54:19nobody think to combine like these
54:21simple news? For example, there were
54:22these nostalgic videos, right, where you
54:24had like the 70s basically images of
54:27from there like top 10 items from
54:30nostalgic times Australia or whatever
54:33>> and just combine it with an AI avatar.
54:35It's so simple to think about just as an
54:37example, right? Elias,
54:39but there's channels doing that. But it
54:42took over a year for somebody to come up
54:45with that. And I mean the guy behind the
54:47Elias Yodor channel, shout out goat, he
54:50had some avatar channels before that as
54:52well and he was playing around with
54:53stuff and it was always kind of his
54:56thing as well. But yeah, like it took so
54:59long. And if he didn't come up with
55:00Elias Yoder, honestly, who knows if
55:03somebody would have come up with this
55:05style of video any time. But for your
55:07thing, is it like something that when
55:09you see it as well, you will think like,
55:11damn, I could have come up with that.
55:13But it's just you have to think outside
55:15of the box and most people will never
55:17get there.
55:18>> Yeah. So it it's about experimenting
55:20with tools and stuff like that. So it is
55:23about that, right? So you probably see
55:24it and like damn, it does this does look
55:28like something that could, you know,
55:31go crazy, but it's like are you going to
55:34take the time to experiment with those
55:36tools, you know?
55:38>> Okay. [laughter]
55:39>> So
55:40>> yeah. So you kind of have more of an
55:42idea like you can kind of get a more
55:44gauge right like it's not something that
55:46you could just it's a oneclick thing
55:48like right you got to experiment with
55:50tools and things like that to like put
55:52it together and really kill like there's
55:56some and there's great things out there
55:57that people are doing like even
55:59currently with this type of thing but
56:02nobody's
56:03nobody's pushing it to the max yet.
56:05Nobody's took to p pushing it to the
56:07max. I just had a good idea for a last
gta vi
56:10question that's maybe a bit fun like um
56:14you know that GTA 6 is probably one of
56:16the most hyped games ever right like
56:18people have been waiting for for so long
56:20they have been postponing it but now in
56:22like 82 days it's actually dropping and
56:26millions will be made on YouTube with it
56:28what would be your blueprint maybe you
56:30actually have something planned I don't
56:32know but like to make a 100 grand with
56:35GTA 6 launch on cube.
56:38>> Um, okay. I I you caught me off guard
56:42because I didn't even think anything
56:43about GTA 6. And you're absolutely
56:46right. Hundreds of thousands and
56:47millions of dollars going to be made
56:48from GTA 6 on YouTube. The blueprint for
56:53that,
56:55honestly, I don't have anything. Like, I
56:57wasn't even thinking of anything for it.
56:58But honestly, bro, it would be to do
57:00what's already worked in the past,
57:02right? So, when like you got to go dig
57:04deep, right? So, when people blew up off
57:06of GTA 5 when it first came out, like go
57:09dig deep and find out what people were
57:11doing when the game first came out and
57:13do the same thing. Um, same or niche
57:17bend it, right? Like we teach niche
57:19bending in YouTube. Niche bend it the
57:21same way. So, maybe you might have to
57:24either you can do a news channel on GTA
57:276, right? create a faceless YouTube
57:29channel AI avatar with news on GTA 6 or
57:32you can actually play the game yourself.
57:36So if you're playing the game yourself
57:39then just niche bend, right? So like
57:41what made Fortnite so popular, right?
57:44People were probably doing one-on-one
57:45matches with certain things um or
57:48whatever. Niche bend it to GTA 6, right?
57:51So use your YouTube skills, right? Use
57:53YouTube skills. niche Ben like take
57:56outliers that worked with GTA 5 when it
57:59first was popular and do the same thing
58:00in GTA 6 or make a AI avatar news
58:03channel and post a whole bunch about GTA
58:076. I know people gonna be doing that.
58:08They gonna be flooding the market with
58:10that. But those are, you know, a few
58:12ideas that you can definitely, you know,
58:14make a lot of money off of GTA 6 with.
58:17Um, I'm probably going to tap into the
58:19news channel myself. Um, now that I
58:22think about it, cuz I wasn't even
58:24thinking about GTA 6. I forgot all about
58:25it. But big market, big money
58:28opportunity for sure.
58:29>> You might want to start soon because
58:31like the hype is rising right now. We
58:33had the Cyber League stuff happening and
58:36maybe they will catch the hacker at some
58:38point. It will be really crazy big news,
58:41right? But then also
58:43>> with with big channels though like with
58:45the politics one you were also competing
58:47with I guess Fox News and all those
58:49other big outlets but somehow you still
58:52got it to outperform those.
58:55>> Was it because the quantity of videos
58:57like you posted 75 a day or did you
59:00start out slow and it was just really
59:01the packaging that carried it?
59:04>> It was the packaging that carried it.
59:05Let me tell y'all something. Fox News
59:08like actual news outlets are easy to
59:10beat. Let me tell you why. Because news,
master packaging
59:13actual news, um, actual news channels
59:15who actually broadcast real news, they
59:17don't post videos based on outlier
59:20research and what's good, what's doing
59:22good in the YouTube market. They post
59:25videos and rely on their subscriber
59:27count. So, what you can do, I'm giving
59:29you free free game. You can take their
59:32same ideas that they do and get a lot of
59:34views. take the exact like if they post
59:37a video and it gets a million views,
59:39they didn't post it with outlier
59:42research and they literally posted it
59:45based off of them having a big
59:47subscriber base. So basically they have
59:50bad title and thumbnail packaging. So if
59:52they if one of their videos gets a
59:54million views or gets an insane amount
59:56of views, 700,000, whatever, one of
59:58their videos gets to that and it doesn't
1:00:01normally get that with bad packaging,
1:00:04use the same exact idea and but do it
1:00:08with outlier research. So take the same
1:00:10idea, just package it different with
1:00:12outlier research, and your video is most
1:00:14like going to do better than theirs.
1:00:16Even though they're the nudes, they
1:00:18don't know the YouTube market. It's
1:00:19completely different. That's why I say
1:00:21don't pay attention to Google Trends.
1:00:23Pay attention to outlier research. Like
1:00:25I said, we're posting eight videos a
1:00:26day. All of outlier research. Bro, we
1:00:29were getting at one point we were
1:00:32getting over
1:00:3415 videos a day that was getting a
1:00:37100,000 views in the first
1:00:4124 hours. So, we was getting anywhere
1:00:44from we was posting 80 videos a day. 10
1:00:46to 15 of them were getting a 100,000
1:00:48views in the first 24 hours
1:00:51because why? Outlier research, right? So
1:00:56the news outlets, they give you game.
1:00:58They they give you money, right? They
1:01:00they posting videos about popular topics
1:01:03that people want to hear and if it goes
1:01:05viral for them, they don't know
1:01:07packaging. So, you know, packaging, take
1:01:09that and put it into the correct
1:01:12packaging and you'll get more views than
1:01:13they will get. And you could be have
1:01:162,000 subscribers and they could have
1:01:19four million and you'll get more views
1:01:21than them because you know, you
1:01:22understand packaging.
1:01:25That's what it's all about.
1:01:26>> Yeah, that's a big one. Yeah. People are
1:01:28focusing on the niches mainly, but if
1:01:30your packaging isn't really good, then
1:01:33the videos can't blow up and somebody
1:01:35else might come around and then he might
1:01:37just, you could almost say steal the
1:01:39niche of you because he has way better
1:01:41packaging. So this is one of the reasons
1:01:42why also if there is a niche where you
1:01:45might deem it saturated, there's
1:01:47somebody perhaps he's posting one video
1:01:49every 5 days and every video blows up,
1:01:51but you can just outscale them based on
1:01:53his sheer volume plus a good packaging,
1:01:55right? And that's what I did. [laughter]
1:01:59>> That's what I did. Right. So they would
1:02:02like there was plenty of like channels
1:02:04in my niche, channels with hundreds of
1:02:07channels with millions of subscribers
1:02:10posting, you know, a certain amount of
1:02:12times a day or like posting a few times
1:02:14a day or not even every day. And they
1:02:18were doing they weren't even poking with
1:02:19posting with good packaging. So what I
1:02:22what did I do? I came in and used good
1:02:25packaging
1:02:27and posted way more than them, but I
1:02:30used good packaging for every single
1:02:31video and it blew them out the water.
1:02:33And these are big companies I'm going
1:02:35against. That's why like like everybody
1:02:38just reacting to like my system or
1:02:41whatever. It's like, bro, like y'all too
1:02:43focused on like the like the golden
1:02:46things like you see on Twitter. Like
1:02:47bro, like get in the trenches and figure
1:02:49out packaging. Like it's that's it. Like
1:02:52you master packaging, you can make as
1:02:54much money as you want. Of course, you
1:02:56got to know how to put a team together
1:02:57and all that type. That's the easy part,
1:02:58though. The packaging is what what holds
1:03:01the money.
1:03:02>> So, right now, people won't be able to
1:03:04find you on Twitter or really anywhere,
1:03:06right? Like you you started building a
1:03:08brand on YouTube now where you teach
1:03:10people sauce on YouTube, but it's still
1:03:13fairly recent, right? So, will you have
1:03:14like a Twitter or something I can link
1:03:16under this video if people want to like
1:03:18get in contact or just when you share
1:03:20more sauce there, right? maybe on a few
1:03:22of your other channels that you're
1:03:23running right now, all that kind of
1:03:25stuff.
1:03:26>> So, where can people reach you
1:03:27basically?
1:03:28>> So, my Twitter is Javon Gamry. Um,
1:03:32will put it in description. Instagram
1:03:34DWN
1:03:36engine dw.
1:03:40will probably also put that in
1:03:41description. But yeah, so my Twitter is
1:03:43mostly basketball, but I'm going to turn
1:03:45into, you know, I guess become a YouTube
1:03:50Twitter guy, I guess, now. So you guys
1:03:52could find me on there, message me on
1:03:53there or Instagram, whatever, you know,
1:03:57either either platform is fine. So guys,
1:04:00we didn't even talk about all the sauce
1:04:02that he has because I was talking with
1:04:03him privately and he shared much more
1:04:06stuff to me, more of his channels and I
1:04:08learned so much stuff where I just told
1:04:10him, let's get on an interview like um
1:04:12there's not many people in the YouTube
1:04:13auto space that know him, but he has so
1:04:16much stuff to share. So if you like this
1:04:17video, then you can also put it in the
1:04:19comments and maybe we can do like a part
1:04:21two or something. You can write
1:04:23suggestions for questions. I guess he
1:04:25knows about a lot of stuff and
1:04:27especially the business aspect of
1:04:29YouTube, how to scale it as a real
1:04:31business and not just be employed as
1:04:33your own YouTube automation guy, right?
1:04:36So, really interesting, bro. I
1:04:37appreciate that a lot.
1:04:39>> Yeah, no problem, my guy. I appreciate
1:04:40you for having
