0:08without a single book . So I had time to
0:11think . And here is what I realized .
0:15Either you are happy having little ,
0:18being free from the excess , because
0:22happiness is within you . Or nothing
0:27will work out for you . I am not
0:33justifying poverty , I am advocating for
0:35moderation . When I buy something , or
0:40you do , you don't pay for it with money
0:46, you pay with the hours of your own
0:48life you had to spend earning that
0:51money . And here is the thing . With that
0:55money , you will never be able to buy
0:56back your life .
