11:01up wearing a green dress with like some
11:06crochet kind of sleeves and my Doc
11:08Martens
11:10to the wedding. So, it ended up being
11:14nice. There was a lot of green at the
11:16wedding actually, so I was very on
11:18theme.

11:28you guys might have seen part of the
11:30wedding at least. I think

13:06cuz he has um cats and a dog. And yeah,
13:10I got to meet them and hang out with all
13:12the animals.
13:17I love them. They're so cute. And I
13:20wasn't allergic to the dog.
13:23I was allergic to the cat, though.
13:30But I was okay.

13:55at my England apartment or flat,

14:01got back not that long ago and I've been
14:04sick
14:06cuz yeah, after the wedding I hung out a
14:08little bit in Prague.

14:15Um, it's very beautiful. Very like one
14:19of the nicest cities. It was stunning.

14:23but yeah, I did get sick. It was a weird
14:26sickness though.
14:28One I've never like kind of had before.
14:32It was just like my stomach just was
14:35like hurting so bad. like stomach
14:37cramps,
14:38like constantly
14:40cramping. And it was like that for 5
14:45days. It still was not great, but it's
14:48not as bad.

14:53yeah, I don't know. Nothing I would take
14:56would help my stomach, but it might have
14:58just been from like the type of food I
15:00was eating on part of the trip. Maybe my
15:02stomach just got upset after a while.

15:14because yeah, I did um end up in Albania
15:17for a little bit as you do
15:20after Prague.
15:23I had a little summertime

16:44of my body would be mostly out of the
16:46water a lot of the time and I just got
16:48like cooked in yeah a short period of
16:52time.
16:55I can't avoid it. It's really hard for
16:57me to not get burnt.
16:59All I have to do is like stand in the
17:01sun with nothing for like 10 minutes and
17:03I'll probably get burnt.
17:08Albania was like 37 35° I think.

17:26It wasn't like super humid most of the
17:30time, so it didn't feel like too
17:32disgusting.

20:42cake. There was a lot of food.

20:51to be back earlier, but yeah, I was not
20:53feeling good. I could hardly move.

21:47rest break without streaming.
21:51And yeah, I did just kind of avoid my
21:53phone. So, I went a little bit off grid.
21:56They didn't get nothing from me. No

22:06I just like abandoned my phone for a lot
22:09of it. I just would leave my phone in
22:11the room
22:14and um
22:18enjoy things without having a phone,
22:22which is good to do.
22:29So yeah, I would like wake up,
22:32leave the phone in the room, go out
22:35So, it's nice to disconnect
22:40and then well, I would fall asleep to a
22:43Disney movie normally.

22:57the weather here. Um, back in England,
23:01I've only been back for maybe
23:06a week. Um,

24:14day and then it stops. So it's been it's

24:23when I first got back, it did feel cold
24:25though. After being in like 37 degree
24:27heat, coming back to 20 did feel cold at
24:31the start.
24:36But yeah, I don't want winter to come.
24:37It feels like we just
24:40got over it.
24:43I'm not really ready to go back to that.

37:02Um I guess the other update I have is
37:05I've started to go back to the gym for
37:08weightlifting.
37:10So I've gone a few times now trying to
37:13get some muscles back. Um because I kind
37:16of took a little bit of break once I
37:18started my Korea trip because I've just
37:21been gone for so long. But I found a
37:25different gym
37:27that's a lot better than the one I was
37:29going to.

37:38The one I found is more
37:44like
37:48the one I'm going to now is smaller and
37:51it feels like
37:55not as many young boys and more like

38:05not just like all the young
38:08university and high school boys in
38:10groups anymore. It's more like a mixture
38:14of girls and like um the variety of ages
38:18and stuff. So, it feels a lot more
38:19welcoming and yeah, it's smaller and not
38:22as big, but they have kind of everything
38:25I need. So, it's less intimidating now.
38:31So, it's been good.
38:36This gym has like kind of interesting
38:39machines as well. They all have like a
38:42screen on them
38:44and you can
38:47have the app and it will like track your
38:49weigh in, your reps and everything if
38:51you just like tap a wristband or your
38:53phone on it and it shows you your range
38:56of motion for the rep as well. Like it
38:58has a thing that goes around and you try
39:00to get it to like 100 for a good rep and
39:03stuff and I'm like fancy.

39:07seen that. I haven't downloaded the app
39:10yet, but I'm I'm interested maybe.
39:26But yeah, this gym isn't open 24 hours,
39:28so no more weird gym times for me. But I
39:33feel like I don't have to go at weird
39:35times now because this one's not as
39:36busy.

39:41a.m. and stuff
39:46to avoid people.

40:38kind of interested. I feel like
40:40something happened. Maybe
40:49stream gym. Why so silly? Well, some
40:51people like
40:54watching gym content. I watch a lot of
40:57gym content. Do a little gym session
40:59together.

42:43people are filming in the gym because I
42:46know I wouldn't really want to be in the
42:47background of people's videos cuz you
42:49make typically ugly faces and you're
42:52trying really hard and you're sweaty.
42:56So I know I wouldn't really like it.

44:39different bike shop cuz the last bike
44:42shop I went to, it
44:47it ended up being fine, but there was a
44:49bit of like weird miscommunication and
44:51stuff with the bike shop and I just feel
44:55like maybe I should try a different
44:56shop.

45:12happened? I was emailing somebody about
45:17my bike and what I wanted
45:20done to it. So, I was like, can I pay
45:23for a full service? Also, I'm looking to
45:27change out the caliper, which I would
45:29probably need to change out the rotor as
45:31well. These are the ones I'm looking at,
45:33but if you have any other suggestions,
45:35let me know. And they're like, "Okay,
45:37yeah. Um, we'd like to see your bike
45:40first before we order the parts."
45:44Um, and I was like, "Okay, perfect." So,
45:47I picked a date for my bike to get in
45:53and have work done on it.
45:57But what happened, I'm having a hard
45:59time remembering exactly what happened
46:01now, but they also said I could bring in
46:04my bike earlier to get looked at. So, I
46:08got home,
46:10I dropped off my bike, I didn't hear
46:12anything for a long time,
46:16and then they're like, "Oh,
46:21we aren't looking at your bike until
46:22this date.
46:24They just said you could bring your bike
46:26in the store here, I think." And I was
46:28like, "Oh,
46:30what?" They're like, "Yeah, no, we're
46:32not going to do anything until this
46:34date." And I'm like, "Then why did you
46:35tell me to bring my bike in?" And
46:37they're like, "Oh, I don't know." So, it
46:40was like a bit of weird miscommunication
46:43cuz I thought if I brought my bike in
46:44earlier, they would look at it that day
46:47or like when I brought it in so I could
46:48get it back faster. But now they just
46:50held it there for like a week without
46:52doing anything with it. And yeah, I was
46:54a little confused.

1:50:55weather kind of ended up working out
1:50:57really well cuz like when I first landed
1:51:00there and we were getting out of
1:51:05like the hotel into the wedding venue,
1:51:07it was like downpouring rain and we're
1:51:10like, "Oh no, this is going to suck."
1:51:13Like we feel so bad if it's going to be
1:51:14raining. But it only rained for like
1:51:19maybe like 30 minutes and then it was
1:51:21gone. And then the sun came in and it
1:51:24was like really sunny and nice and the
1:51:27weather was perfect for the rest of the
1:51:29day. It wasn't too hot or anything. So
1:51:32the weather ended up being really good
1:51:34actually.

1:55:36should probably pre-book your groceries.

1:55:47bags, I guess, and bring it inside your
1:55:49house. So yeah, it was pretty easy.

1:55:57like was it like two extra pounds or
1:56:00something
1:56:02to get it delivered.
1:56:08I think it wasn't like too bad.
1:56:12Um but I messed up. I should have
1:56:14ordered more things
1:56:17cuz I only bought like

1:56:22case of Coke and I only bought like one
1:56:27thing of eggs. I should have stocked up
1:56:29a little bit more than I did, but that's
1:56:30okay. I learned I got a lot of heavy

1:56:38struggle to get on the bike. So,

2:05:18ground. It's really bad.

2:11:37getting a bank account set up and
2:11:40getting accommodation are like the two
2:11:42biggest and most challenging tasks. Once
2:11:44you get that done,
2:11:46then it's pretty easy cuz it's hard to
2:11:50get a bank
2:11:52card. If you don't have an address, it's
2:11:54hard to get an address if you can't pay
2:11:57rent because you don't have a bank card.
2:11:59So, you have to do some finagling to be
2:12:02able to figure it out eventually.
2:12:05That was the hardest part on both of my
2:12:06moves was figuring out how to get a bank
2:12:08card without an address.
2:12:11But once I got that done, then it's
2:12:13pretty smooth sailing.
