0:00I'm 20 years old and I run an AI agency

0:02directly from South Africa. In this

0:04video, I'll be showing you directly what

0:07stack I use to make over 100,000 rand a

0:10month with only Claude code.

0:13If you have no domain, no website, no

0:16business, or an idea of how a business

0:19operates, what it takes, don't worry,

0:21you're in the right place. By the end of

0:24this video, you should have everything

0:27to get up and running and started with

0:29your first business, which is going to

0:30be an AI services business.

0:33Um no fluff, no theory, just building.

0:36That's all. So, stay tuned and let's get

0:38straight into it. Quick context so you

0:40know I'm not making any of this stuff

0:41up. My name is Duan. I'm a 20-year-old

0:44from South Africa and I run a company

0:45called Ascend Solutions, where AI

0:48operating systems agency operating right

0:50out of South Africa. Long story short, 2

0:53years ago we had nothing. No presence,

0:55no website, nothing. No domain,

0:58literally nothing.

1:00I made the classic mistake of putting

1:02all my might into one basket thinking

1:05TikTok and free organic content is going

1:08to carry my business through all of its

1:10tough times, which it did not. Trust me

1:13when I say that. I shoot some rocks

1:16along the way to say the least. But,

1:18besides that, now we have multiple

1:21streams of clients coming in,

1:24multiple streams of revenue coming in,

1:27and we essentially had two choices. We

1:29either let our business sit and die, me

1:31and my founder here behind me, or we

1:34adapt. We change. We look for new

1:36solution, and we found the solution to

1:39our problem.

1:41But, besides that, in this video, I'm

1:43going to make you four promises. By the

1:46end of the video, you should know

1:48exactly how to do four things. The one

1:50being up setting up a real business. Not

1:52a logo, not just getting the domain,

1:55then the business. From registering it

1:58to getting a domain to quickly creating

2:01your logo with Gemini or ChatGPT.

2:03Essentially, the full business setup.

2:06So, you're legally a business. Secondly,

2:09we'll be setting up a workspace that

2:10does all of the work for you. In Cloud

2:13Code, it takes 30 seconds to

2:15approximately 5 minutes depending on

2:17your Wi-Fi speed. But besides aside

2:20that,

2:21we'll essentially be setting up the

2:22entire workspace so you can direct

2:25essentially directed and it will do all

2:27of the rest. Three,

2:29we'll build a sellable system on top of

2:31it. Essentially, what's that? I'll be

2:33showcasing three systems today in this

2:36video that you can either niche down to

2:38and sell only or you can try and tackle

2:40the entire AI agency niche as a whole,

2:43which I do not recommend, but is your

2:45choice.

2:46Either way,

2:47by the end of this video, your fourth

2:49should also be ticked off. You should

2:51have a solid plan or foundation to reach

2:54your 100,000 rand a month, which is

2:56really not as hard as it sounds. Let me

2:59tell you. You can sell one system for

3:01150,000 rand once off or the retainer of

3:0425,000 rand a month. That's what we're

3:07currently doing. So, trust me, it's very

3:09possible. One good client. That's all.

3:13So, let's get started.

3:15So, the first section we'll be covering

3:17in today's video is actually setting up

3:19your business. As stupid as this sounds,

3:22a lot of people actually skip this part

3:24entirely and leave it until the end when

3:26they get a client and then it's too

3:28late. They lose the client because they

3:29don't have their CIPC registration

3:31documents. They don't have their VAT

3:33numbers, their PPE certificates,

3:35whatever it is. It eventually you need

3:37it eventually down the line. That's all

3:38I'm going to say.

3:39But aside from that,

3:41the whole list is four things. A

3:43registered company, which you can do via

3:45GovChain like I did myself. You need a

3:47domain, a website, and then a way to get

3:49paid. Firstly, the domain, you can get

3:52that through GoDaddy or Namecheap. A

3:54website that can either be done via

3:56lovable, bold 44, don't overthink this.

3:58You only need a simple landing page with

4:01one offer, one service, and then

4:03obviously a clientele. Whether that's

4:05law firms, real estate agents,

4:08um doctors, whoever your niche and your

4:10offer directly to them.

4:12You're probably thinking to yourself,

4:14wouldn't it just be smarter just to

4:16productize or advertise to everyone? No,

4:18because everyone isn't your client. And

4:21uh once you actually go down this road,

4:23you'll start to realize that very

4:24shortly. Everyone is not your client.

4:27Aside from that, payments.

4:30In the US and UK, the guys watching this

4:32from very far away, you can essentially

4:34use Stripe. It's very easy to set up.

4:36You guys have it lucky. Um but if you

4:39are in South Africa and you still want

4:40Stripe, you will need to get an

4:42registered LLC that side, which I have.

4:45Um but aside from that,

4:47if you do not have the money to set up

4:49an LLC, you don't worry.

4:51Other options are Paystack and PayFast

4:53for South African and African

4:55transactions,

4:56um and then PayPal for international

4:58transactions. So, choose PayPal and then

5:01either Paystack or PayFast for your

5:03transactions, um stack. That's

5:05essentially it. Those four things and

5:08you will be ready to start getting some

5:10traffic. I know that sounds very easy,

5:12and it is very easy, speaking honestly.

5:15So,

5:16so just to keep track of everything you

5:18essentially

5:20So, just to keep track of everything,

5:21here are all the costs so far for

5:23everything. 950 rand for the

5:25registration of the company, 150 rand to

5:29800 rand a year. You can get the domain

5:31once off for around 80 to 100 rand, but

5:34you pay a yearly fee of approximately

5:36150 to depending on what domain you

5:39have. If you have an AI domain, you're

5:41going to

5:42pay a lot more, like 2,000, 3,000 a

5:44year, but for average prices around 800,

5:47600 a year

5:49for the lovable website. If you use

5:50lovable like me, you're going to be

5:52paying 400 monthly.

5:54Um but there's a lot of other options,

5:55cheaper options as well. I just like

5:57lovable. It's easy to use. It's

5:59efficient. So, why not? And then

6:01essentially, nothing for the payments or

6:03the payment apps you'll be using. No

6:06charges whatsoever. You'll only be

6:08charged once you actually charge people,

6:10clients, and they start paying you. Then

6:12they deduct a small amount from that big

6:15payment, but besides that, nothing for

6:17the payment apps. So, essentially, you

6:19have a real business for under 1,500

6:23rand, which is actually kind of insane.

6:27The registration for the company is a

6:28once-off.

6:29The domain is a once-off fee for buying

6:32it, and then you have a yearly fee to

6:34maintain it. Website is monthly.

6:36Payments, nothing. So, monthly

6:38approximately

6:40600 to 1,000 rand to maintain your

6:43business as of now. Just to keep in

6:44mind, this is only operational. This is

6:47no booking funnels integrated yet,

6:49nothing major, um just the basics to get

6:51started. So, the first section has been

6:54completed. You fully set up your

6:55business. Everything is up and running

6:57with your website domain connected.

6:59Everything's good to now go.

7:01Section two. The most important part is

7:03actually setting up your workspace,

7:05where the the money-making will happen

7:08essentially. This is the part that

7:10almost nobody else teaches, and it's

7:13actually the only part that really

7:14matters, because like I mentioned, this

7:16is what will be making you money on the

7:19daily.

7:20Firstly, you do not run an AI agency

7:22through a chatbot. You do not run an AI

7:24agency through ChatGPT or through Claude

7:27through the web. That's not how this

7:29works. So, if that's your idea of AI,

7:32lose it now, because that's not AI.

7:34That's like a small fraction. That's

7:36like level one. What we're doing is

7:38level five type Aside from that,

7:40you run need from your workspace. A

7:42folder on your computer, in the cloud,

7:44wherever, with three layers.

7:47Layer one, the playbook. What is this?

7:49It's markdown files that tell the AI

7:52what to do, how the system works, you're

7:54just you're busy building or just built.

7:57Essentially, in short, the playbook.

8:00Section two or layer two is the brain.

8:02Cloud code with Opus 4.7. This is

8:05essentially just a model we'll be using.

8:07We'll be using the best one for the best

8:09results. It's as easy as that. If it's

8:12too cheap for you, you can always read

8:13to different models like DeepSeek, um

8:16Zahoumi's new models. There's a lot of

8:18cheaper ones out there. And then layer

8:20the layer three, the muscle. What will

8:22be actually

8:24letting this all function is Python

8:26scripts that actually do the work.

8:28The problem is with AI and chatbots is

8:31it's the determ- or probabilistic. So,

8:33the first response is really great, the

8:35second response is a little bit

8:38not so great, the third response is just

8:41straight-up not nearly what you

8:42wanted to achieve. So, in short, you

8:44start like this, but it starts going

8:46like this along the line. To avoid that,

8:48we combine the AI model, which is

8:51probabilistic, with code and Python

8:53scripts, which are deterministic, to get

8:56a very powerful outcome called Agentic

8:59Workflows. That is, in short, how

9:01Agentic Workflows operate. Now, you're

9:04probably wondering, "How do I get this

9:06workspace set up? Or how does it work?"

9:08Don't worry, I'm not a monster. I'm

9:10going to give you the exact files you

9:11need to copy and paste in the link in

9:13the description. You can use them

9:15directly and import them into your

9:17framework or workspace directly, and it

9:20should be good from there. How this

9:21framework works is, in short, it's

9:23called DOE. D O E stands for Directive,

9:27Orchestration, and Execution. So,

9:29Directive being the plan where it part

9:31uh the part where it plans.

9:33Then, the orchestration is where it

9:36actually starts um writing the code and

9:39then the execution part is exactly the

9:41way it sounds. It executes the code and

9:43the instructions that AI is giving the

9:45code. It's as easy as that. So, with

9:47that being said, you now have three

9:48choices. What your IDE? The first choice

9:51being Google anti-gravity. They recently

9:54made a massive switch where they split

9:55up the IDE and the actual AI section,

9:58but they recently recombined it because

10:00of a lot of complaints.

10:01Your second one is Visual Studio Code.

10:04Something I'm using every single day. I

10:07highly recommend it for beginners as

10:08well. It's not complicated. It's not

10:10hard to use whatsoever. It's actually

10:12very freaking easy.

10:14And then thirdly, Cursor.

10:16Cursor is widely renowned as the VS Code

10:20look-alike or second version of VS Code

10:23like anti-gravity was. Anti-gravity is

10:25literally just a a rip-off of VS Code.

10:28VS Code has been in the game for years

10:30and years and years. So, aside from

10:32that, the choice is yours. I recommend

10:34VS Code. But, once you have your IDE

10:36installed, go ahead, download these

10:38folders, and then let's move on to the

10:40next step. So, you should have just

10:41completed your download of your IDE.

10:44Aside from that, come into your IDE,

10:46whether that's Visual Studio Code,

10:48anti-gravity, or Cursor. On the left

10:50side, this is VS Code, just keep that in

10:52mind. There should be an extensions tab.

10:55And then in this extensions tab, you can

10:57go ahead and download Claude Code for VS

10:59Code. This is just the extension

11:00version. Don't worry, you have access to

11:03the CLI version by simply opening a

11:05terminal and typing Claude. You

11:07obviously have to install Claude in the

11:08terminal first, but there you go. The

11:10CLI version inside an IDE, which is kind

11:13of cool.

11:14But, beside that, you have Claude

11:15installed.

11:17And the next step is actually importing

11:19your workspace. So, where do you do

11:21that? You come over to your explorer or

11:23folder section, and then right here

11:25where it says YouTube workspace or

11:27wherever, you can go ahead and add your

11:30new folder. You can simply click new

11:32file or new folder. If you want to make

11:34it one big folder, which I recommend,

11:35everything lives under this YouTube

11:37workspace. So, go ahead and create your

11:39new folder, and then inside of that

11:41folder, you just import your directive,

11:43orchestration, execution, readme,

11:45Claude.md files, the entire Google Drive

11:48I just gave you.

11:50Once that's complete, it's as simple as

11:52telling Claude. Just keep in mind I use

11:54a voice transcription tool.

11:56Hey Mr. Claude. So, I'm new to this

11:58entire AI thing, and I kind of need your

12:00help setting up my workspace. I got this

12:03workspace from a YouTuber.

12:06But besides that, I want you to set up

12:08my workspace in accordance to Claude.md,

12:11Gemini.md, and agents.md. This file

12:14should have all the info needed to set

12:16up the entire workspace to the correct

12:18format.

12:24And then I would simply just go ahead

12:26and press enter here. But mine's already

12:28set up on the left side. As you can see,

12:30I have Claude.md, I have agents.md, I

12:32have my entire workspace set up. Yours

12:34is not going to look like this in the

12:36first few days, trust me. This thing

12:38goes and goes and goes and goes and goes

12:40and goes and goes forever and ever and

12:42ever. But besides that, the point being,

12:45your workspace should now be set up in

12:47less than 3 minutes. Also, one thing to

12:49keep in mind before we continue, you

12:52will either need some API credits um in

12:55your Anthropic account if you want to

12:57use Claude Code specifically, or you

12:59will need the Max subscription, Pro

13:01subscriptions, either one of them works.

13:03We have Max um because we use it on the

13:05daily, but besides that, this should be

13:07more than enough to get you started. I

13:10started on the Pro version. Yes, you hit

13:12limits, but every 3 or 4 hours it

13:15resets, so it should be more than enough

13:17for you starting just out. Also, just

13:20one thing in to keep Also, just one

13:22thing to keep in mind before we

13:24continue, there is a cost involved in

13:26actually using Claude Code, if you

13:27didn't know that yourself. So, you have

13:29two options, either via API or the

13:31subscription. I highly recommend the

13:33subscription. API costs are running

13:34costs, so it keeps climbing as you use

13:37Claude. With the subscription, the max

13:40plan for anyone who hasn't used Claude

13:43before, I would recommend trying the pro

13:44first. But for daily users like myself,

13:47the max 5x or the 20x is what I

13:49definitely recommend. If you don't have

13:51that kind of money, like I mentioned,

13:53pro is more than enough to get you

13:54started. It's $20 a month, and then from

13:5720 it jumps to 100 and then to 200. Um

14:00currently we're on the max plan and we

14:01still hit limits. So,

14:04don't let that scare you. It's just how

14:06efficient you want to be, really. That's

14:08it. So, system one in this video we'll

14:10be covering is called a content idea

14:13machine. Now, what this thing does is,

14:15in short, you put in one idea and it

14:17spits out 10 different ideas.

14:20Um so, like I just mentioned, you drop

14:23in one transcript, one customer email,

14:25whatever, and it spits out one LinkedIn

14:28post, one Twitter post, one YouTube

14:30post, one Instagram post, whatever the

14:32client wants it specifically for.

14:34Normally, you have clients who only work

14:36in social media platforms like Twitter

14:38or LinkedIn for higher ticket sales, or

14:41you have clients who are more social

14:42media stars who work on LinkedIn,

14:45TikTok, YouTube, etc. You get the point.

14:48Um which really only specified to your

14:50client's needs.

14:51In short, how does it work? It's two

14:54pieces, a voice file, which is

14:56essentially the markdown where the

14:57instructions of the actual system lie,

15:00and a generator. This is Claude code.

15:02So, the voice file, like I mentioned, is

15:04one markdown document. It has the

15:05client's tone, their ban words, their

15:08sentence patterns, essentially every

15:10single bit of the client, what he wants,

15:12what he doesn't want, all of that.

15:15Then, the generator is very simple. It's

15:17a Claude code routine and it runs in

15:20their folder or in their Notion or in

15:22Google Docs, whatever they are currently

15:24using. It's as easy as that. You can

15:26sell these for as easily as $1,000 a

15:29pop, and they sell quite easy. Now,

15:32you're probably thinking, "Okay, I have

15:34the idea and the system. What do I

15:35charge for?" Don't worry, for each of

15:37the systems, I'll be giving you a valid

15:39price to charge for them, and then a

15:41monthly retainer alongside it. So, for

15:43beginners, I highly recommend starting

15:45at the setup fee of around 8,000 rand.

15:48We'll go into the payment methods and

15:50then the exact payment structure of the

15:52AI agency model in a separate video,

15:54which I'll be posting. But, for now,

15:56it's as simple as charging them a setup

15:58fee, or milestones where they actually

16:00you complete a certain amount of work,

16:02and they pay you a certain amount of the

16:03project for the certain amount of work

16:05you've completed. So, 30% for 30% of the

16:08project's work, if that makes sense. And

16:10then, a monthly retainer to actually

16:12host this and keep it viable. I think

16:142,000 rand for first client is more than

16:16viable, and actually seeing that money

16:19come in each and every month is

16:21fantastic. So, without further ado,

16:23setup 8,000 to 10,000 rand, retainer 2

16:26to 5,000 rand a month. Who is the ideal

16:29client for system one? Anything from

16:32coaches, consultants, realtors, anyone

16:35who has to be on LinkedIn, um but

16:37doesn't want to write any of the

16:39content. That's a real list of about 3

16:42million people. So, pick a niche, one.

16:45Not 10, not 15, one niche. That's all.

16:49So, system one is complete. Let's move

16:51on to system two. The manual work

16:53eliminator. This is the one that prints

16:55money, and it's the one everyone is

16:57afraid to build for some reason. I see

16:59no one selling it for some reason, or no

17:01one niche agency directly focusing on

17:04only this. Just quickly imagine for 30

17:06seconds, you walk into a business and

17:08you ask one question only.

17:10What do you do each and every morning

17:12that's repetitive that you hate? And

17:14they'll most probably respond with

17:16something like, "We score yesterday's

17:18leads. We update the CRM, follow-up

17:21emails, admin, etc." Everything like

17:24that is automatable. Um it takes them

17:27approximately 60 minutes every morning.

17:29So, do the math.

17:3130 days in a month, 1 hour each and

17:34every single morning, that's 30 hours a

17:36month of manual work you can essentially

17:38eliminate. So, we already have, firstly,

17:40a time to put our problem,

17:43a pricing structure we can use because

17:45we have the amount of hours they're

17:46currently spending on it. And then we

17:49can obviously already build the solution

17:51to their problem because we know what

17:53their problem is. So, how does it work?

17:56In short, the operating system pattern

17:59again is the playbook brain muscle. Easy

18:02as that. The DOE. Just remember DOE,

18:04directive

18:06orchestration and execution. Always

18:07three patterns before it executes

18:09anything. So, the playbook says what to

18:12do, the brain decides, and the muscle

18:13execute. It's as easy as that. It runs

18:16on a schedule like Model or Cloud

18:18Routine or Entropic servers or any any

18:22if you want the UI for various tactical

18:24automations. Actually don't suggest that

18:26one, but I just put it in there for more

18:27context.

18:29How this works is it runs every morning

18:30at 7:00 a.m. sharp, and then the job is

18:33essentially done the morning they wake

18:34up or when they open their laptop.

18:37That's 30 hours you can save them a

18:39month. If you build this system at $100

18:42for 30 hours, that's $3,000

18:46they have to pay you for one system,

18:50and you can easily charge a monthly

18:52retainer of approximately either $500

18:57to $1,500

19:00to maintain the system,

19:02which is very doable. Sorry, I just had

19:04a spelling mistake there.

19:06But this is very doable. So, you have

19:09your setup, which is this one right over

19:11here, $3,000 to actually build the

19:13system and then 500 to 1,500 to manage

19:17it monthly. That's system two summed up.

19:19Really easy system, really easy to sell.

19:22Niches for this are normally people

19:25like real estate investors, um people

19:28who are in the manufacturing side of

19:29business, who work with a lot of volume,

19:31a lot of data moving around. Marketing

19:34agencies are brilliant for this. You

19:36have a ton of options when it comes to

19:37this and this system. The next one is

19:40probably one all of you will like. So,

19:42let's get into it. So, moving on to the

19:45last system on this list, we have system

19:47three, lead qualification.

19:49Now, I know agencies out there that do

19:52over $200,000 a month with only this as

19:55their offer. So, trust me, it's very

19:58profitable. This is a system that either

20:00every business starts with or eventually

20:03buy after they get system one and two.

20:06The reason it's so popular is because it

20:08solves the most expensive problem in a

20:11business, leaking leads. The way it does

20:14this is essentially a lead fills in a

20:16form on their website or from an ad, and

20:19then inside 30 seconds, the AI calls

20:21them, the voice agent, or texts them,

20:25and then it asks them four questions.

20:27Are they a fit? Are they ready? Decision

20:29makers? When can they meet? Basic

20:31questions like that.

20:33If the person answers yes to all four of

20:36all four of those questions, it books

20:38the call, updates the CRM, and then

20:40sends the calendar invite. If it doesn't

20:43and the client says no, for example, it

20:46tags them and adds them to a nurturing

20:48sequence. What's a nurturing sequence?

20:50In short, um after approximately 3 days,

20:53it sends them a follow-up asking them if

20:55they still feel the same way, if their

20:57circumstances haven't changed. Then if

21:01they still haven't answered the first

21:02message, after 7 days, it sends them

21:04another question.

21:06And then after 12 the 12th day, it sends

21:09them the last question. Then eventually,

21:12if they do not reply to any of the three

21:14questions or SMSs, then we just cut them

21:17out. That isn't a client we want to work

21:19with. In short, that's how that works.

21:21No humans involved, no delay whatsoever.

21:24It file fires every single time. System

21:27three.

21:27So, how does this system work? In short,

21:30on the front end, you have a form

21:31submission platform. This can be

21:33anything from Tally, Typeform, anything

21:36that has a webhook available. The reason

21:38we'll be using a webhook is because it

21:40allows us to capture the data of the

21:42second the Infraland. So, when a client

21:45goes onto the website and submits a

21:46form,

21:48the webhook fires immediately.

21:50Then the data goes to the brain. Cloud

21:52Code reads the lead and then decides

21:55what to ask the lead based on his data

21:58from the form submission.

22:00Then, once it has all the info, knows

22:02what to ask it, it moves on to the

22:05actual muscle. It goes to the voice

22:07agent, the SMS system. We'll be using

22:10VAPI for our voice system, um connected

22:12to ElevenLabs for the actual voice, and

22:14then Twilio for the SMS and the number,

22:17which we'll also be linking to the voice

22:18agent. So, it works hand-in-hand. We'll

22:21also be using Calendly for the bookings

22:23and Notion for the CRM. You can also use

22:25stuff like Airtable, works really well,

22:27stuff like um Obsidian.

22:30Whatever, it's up to you.

22:33It's really customizable. That's the

22:34great thing about AI. How much can you

22:36charge for this? A system like this, we

22:38recently built one for 8 and 1/2

22:40thousand dollars. So, approximately 100

22:43and 120 thousand rand setup fee, and

22:46then we can charge anywhere from 1,500

22:49to 3 and 1/2 thousand dollars for our

22:51system monthly. We charge approximately

22:531,500, which is about 25 thousand um ish

22:59a month um for our system. 8 and 1/2

23:01thousand setup, That's the way the

23:03client wanted it, so that's what we

23:05agreed to. And it really is as easy as

23:08just finding a client. Now, where do you

23:10actually find the clients?

23:12Well, this essentially breaks down into

23:15three parts. But before we get into

23:17anything um like that, I'd first like to

23:20talk

23:22But before we target any of that or

23:24cover any of that, I'd first like to

23:26actually cover how do you get clients?

23:28You have the product, you have the

23:29offer, you have everything you simply

23:31could need. How do you get the client?

23:34Well, firstly you have three options.

23:35The first one being paid ads. This is

23:38meta ads, Facebook, Instagram ads only.

23:40The reason for this is they convert the

23:42most and you can up to 10 15x your

23:45results very easily. If you have the

23:48correct set of campaign ads running, you

23:51can make a lot of money doing this. But

23:53it's also the most expensive way of

23:55getting clients.

23:56Your second way being, and this is for

23:58the free guys out there, is organic

24:00traffic like you're watching right now.

24:02YouTube videos, TikTok videos, Insta

24:04reels, shorts, any form of free organic

24:08traffic you can send directly to your

24:10website.

24:12Then,

24:13lastly, free/paid outbound campaigns. In

24:16the start, so well I didn't have a lot

24:18of money starting my business. Actually,

24:20I had like 67 rand and 50 cent. That's

24:23less than $10. You can go and do the

24:25math.

24:26Um so, I sent cold DMs like 200 each and

24:31every day

24:32um for like five or six days straight

24:34until I eventually landed one meeting

24:37and I closed the client as well, which

24:39funded my business start. Um and the

24:41friends eventually from there we just

24:43scaled up.

24:44So, this is essentially anything from

24:47cold warm email campaigns. Warm is, like

24:50it mentions, warm leads. People you

24:52know, people you don't know is cold. So,

24:55SMS campaigns, cold DM campaigns. This

24:58is essentially a limited amount of

25:01options when it actually gets to comes

25:03to clients.

25:04You can also set up stuff like

25:06newsletters, but that's very complicated

25:08and I wouldn't suggest it starting out.

25:10My best best advice to you is go create

25:14an account if you don't already have

25:15social media, which you probably do.

25:18Instagram

25:20LinkedIn

25:22Your ideal candidates are on Instagram

25:25and LinkedIn starting out. That I can

25:27promise you. Your first five to a

25:29thousand dollar deal is going to be on

25:32LinkedIn or Instagram. That I can

25:34promise you.

25:36Now that you have the source of where

25:38your client actually lives, what's your

25:40niche? Decide on your niche. Get your

25:42niche. Go over to apollo.com.

25:45Apollo is lovely because they have this

25:47cool feature where I have to sign up

25:50now, but once you're in the actual

25:51dashboard, you can

25:54search for your exact type of client,

25:56the niche they are, the business they

25:57are, the amount of client people working

25:59there, whether they are from United

26:01States,

26:03whatever.

26:04And then you're going to essentially get

26:05a list of names. You can get that name,

26:08go on to LinkedIn,

26:11search that exact name,

26:13generate them personalized message with

26:16AI. I wouldn't suggest 100% AI.

26:19Obviously, make some human tweaks,

26:20verify it with some people alongside

26:22that. But go on to LinkedIn and then

26:25search for your exact people you want to

26:28work

26:29with. And then his name will pop up,

26:31send him that message, and that's how I

26:33landed my first clients. In short, it's

26:36as easy as that. You don't need any

26:38money for this, and you can do this as

26:40long as you have the time to actually

26:41sit and do it. It only takes discipline

26:43because

26:44the thing about business is and everyone

26:46thinks it's just fun. No, it isn't.

26:48Business is repetitive and boring, and

26:50that's why most people do not make it.

26:53So, if you can sit through sending 200

26:54DMs each and every day 400 days straight

26:57and still not land a client, um at least

26:59you got 1% better. That's still a win in

27:02my book because that's what I did and

27:03that's how I took it. So, each and every

27:05day I just try to actually

27:09perform or execute 1% better than the

27:12previous day. Same with our systems, our

27:14content. Every day we try to improve at

27:17least just 1%. Um we don't try to make

27:19massive changes and the reason for this

27:21is it doesn't last. So, try and do

27:24something you can actually stick to on a

27:26daily. I can go ahead and show you my

27:28daily schedule. Um that's how packed my

27:31day is. Each and every single day is the

27:33same. It's repetitive, it's boring, but

27:35that's the way it's set up. So, keeping

27:37that in mind, this isn't really hard to

27:40do. This isn't. You simply need the

27:42commitment, the discipline.

27:45You have the guidance. I'll be posting a

27:47weekly

27:48um video.

27:50It's exactly like this, guiding you

27:51through the exact systems, what to sell,

27:54how to sell them, how to build them. Um

27:56I gave you the exact systems today. You

27:58can copy and paste the prompts that

28:00exactly the way I gave to you on the

28:02Excalidraw board into Claude. It's

28:04really as easy as that and then it will

28:06go ahead and build the system for you.

28:08Obviously, it will ask you some

28:10verification steps along the way, but

28:12that's essentially everything in short

28:14um on how to land your first client. Um

28:16once you've landed your first client,

28:18you're well on your way to making

28:20100,000 rand because once you've landed

28:22your first client, not only give that

28:24you a case study, it gives you proof, it

28:27gives you more um

28:29how can I put this?

28:31A safer feeling now you can actually put

28:33the work out there because I know for me

28:35starting out I had massive doubts in

28:37myself. Can I actually complete the

28:39system I'm telling the client I can

28:41provide? And honestly, sometimes I got

28:43on a call not even knowing what I said

28:45I'm going to provide to the client, but

28:47I somehow figured it out along the way.

28:50And that's the thing about business is

28:52it shapes you. You don't shape the

28:53business. It ultimately builds you as a

28:55person. And I still believe no matter

28:58what niche, what service you sell, you

29:01can be profitable in it if you stick to

29:03it 24/7 every single day. That I promise

29:06you today.

29:07But besides that, thank you for watching

29:09today's video. If you like this video

29:11and want to see similar videos to this,

29:13guides, building tips, I'll might be

29:15launching a video shortly. Um so stay

29:18tuned for that. But besides that, if you

29:20like this, leave a like, comment any

29:23tips,

29:24um any questions you may have. I'll

29:25answer them once I have some free time.

29:28Um

29:29but have a lovely day and I'll see you

29:30soon.
