0:00This is an AI influencer, and I'm going

0:02to show you the exact step-by-step

0:03[music]

0:03process of how to create one for

0:05yourself in under an hour. Nothing

0:07converts better than UGC ads, and thanks

0:09to AI, you can now create 50 new ads

0:12[music] every single day. By the end of

0:14this video, you'll have the exact tools,

0:16scripts, and hooks to go out [music]

0:18there and create ads that print cash.

0:20And you can't even tell that I am not

0:22real. Starting with creating an

0:24influencer. The old way of creating UGC

0:27is you'd find a whole bunch of creators,

0:29you would reach out to them, slide into

0:31the DMs, and say, "Hey, are you

0:32interested?" You'd go back and forth,

0:34you'd say, "Hey, I'm willing to spend

0:36500 bucks per video." That sounds very

0:39simple in premise, but anybody that's

0:41actually done this in the real world

0:42know that influencers are unreliable

0:46most often than not. And then half the

0:48time that you get the content, it's

0:49usually absolute rubbish. [music]

0:51>> It's

0:53However, now thanks to AI, you can

0:56basically get the same outcome. And for

0:58all of the people being like, "Can't you

0:59tell that it's AI, blah, blah, blah."

1:00Sometimes you can, but not once you go

1:03through my workflow. And in saying that,

1:05even if it's a slight way that you can

1:07still tell, the sheer amount of volume

1:10that I'm going to show you how to pump

1:11out completely combats that. And if you

1:13don't know me, I'm Sabri Suby. I have

1:15spent over 300 million dollars on ads in

1:18a thousand different industries to

1:20generate my clients 7.8 billion dollars

1:23in sales, so I know a thing or two about

1:25running ads. actual tools and how we're

1:28going to deliver on this. There are

1:30tools like HeyGen, 11 Labs, and Kling,

1:32and Heck. By the time you watch this

1:34video, there'll probably be a dozen more

1:36because things are moving so quickly.

1:38Now, I do not have any affiliations with

1:41these people. Your boy isn't picking up

1:43commissions, and it's typically the same

1:45process with all of these platforms that

1:48are out there. So, most platforms, they

1:50already have a whole bunch of built-in

1:52AI avatars, where you can go in, you can

1:55browse around, you can pick one that

1:57matches your target demographic, say,

1:59"Hey, that looks good enough. Let me

2:01just roll with that." However, what

2:02we're going to do is we are going to use

2:04Nano Banana Pro to generate a static

2:06image of the exact detailed avatar that

2:10you want to create. And so, the way that

2:11we do this is we simply go over to

2:13Claude and we say, "Create me a prompt

2:17for a hyperrealistic

2:19AI influencer that I'm going to be using

2:22Nano Banana Pro to do. That should be of

2:25a 26-year-old

2:27white [music] Caucasian woman. This

2:30needs to be as if it was created on the

2:32iPhone, so it looks super super native.

2:35Please have it for 9:16." [music] It's

2:37re-updated it now with a candid iPhone

2:4015 Pro photo 9 by 16 vertical [music]

2:43portrait of a 26-year-old Caucasian

2:45woman. And then, it's already prompting

2:47me to give her a name. [music] And I

2:48suggest doing this so that you can just

2:51basically reference and say, "Hey, it's

2:53Susan." And then, every time that you

2:54want ad, you just basically say, "Do

2:56this with Susan." And then, away you go.

2:58So, what we're going to do is we are

3:01going to take [music] this and we're

3:04going to go over to Nano Banana Pro,

3:07which we do in Higgs Field, 9 by 16, 4K

3:10resolution, and in a moment, it will pop

3:13up, hopefully, that it's good enough to

3:14run. Here's an important distinction is

3:16that the closer that your AI avatar

3:19matches your exact demographic in terms

3:22of the age, [music] the ethnicity, the

3:24accent, then the higher the conversion

3:26rate is going to be because it acts as a

3:28pattern match, right? They're like, "Oh,

3:30that's who I am." And so, therefore,

3:32that resonates more with me. You want to

3:34get down to the actual year and say a

3:3626-year-old

3:38woman. And then, ideally, what you would

3:40do is you basically have different AI

3:42avatars for different age demographics.

3:45So, you'd have for one that might be 26

3:47years old, and that would be an ad that

3:49you specifically target to 25 to

3:5230-year-old women. Then, there might be

3:54another one at 35-40 year old and so on

3:57and so forth. Now, it's not just ads.

4:00So, basically, what you want to do is

4:01you want to split test them on Facebook

4:03ads, right? Or meta ads. And then find

4:05out which is the one that converts best.

4:08Then, you want to also use them all

4:10throughout your funnel. You want to

4:11include them on your landing pages, in

4:13your email flows, in your retargeting

4:15ads, in your VSLs. Anywhere that you

4:18possibly can use them, you want to do it

4:20because it basically humanizes the whole

4:22experience. All righty. So, what you can

4:25see here is we've got three different

4:26options. One option on here is like it's

4:30too stylized. It looks too fake. Where

4:32this middle one, it looks great. And

4:35then they've also given us one that's

4:36like, you know, the chick's not wearing

4:38any makeup and it's just a little bit

4:39more casual. That could also work

4:41depending on what it is that you're

4:42selling. But I'm going to go with this

4:44one. So, what we do is we go ahead and

4:47we download this puppy. So, we've got

4:48the static image. Now, we need to take

4:50this static image we just generated and

4:52transform it into a native setup. We

4:55come back to Higgs Field, paste this

4:57prompt that you see on the screen right

4:58now, select the static image we just

5:01downloaded, and then hit generate. Our

5:03native scene looks great here and we'll

5:04be using this as our starting frame for

5:06the video that we'll generate in a

5:07moment. So, we need to download this as

5:09well. All right. So, you take your image

5:11of your AI influencer, you head on over

5:14to video, put the starting frame as your

5:16influencer here, and then paste in this

5:19prompt and hit generate. And this will

5:21take a minute or two to generate. So,

5:23we'll check back on it in a moment. What

5:24are we actually going to get this

5:26influencer to say to get people to whip

5:29out their credit card, double click on

5:30that Apple Pay in irrational quantities?

5:34Which brings us to step number two,

5:36finding the organic bangers. So, the

5:40single biggest mistake that you can make

5:42when creating AI UGC ads is to then go

5:45to Claude or chat GPT and say, "This is

5:49my product. Write me a UGC style ad."

5:52For the love of all things holy, you

5:54will be murdering your money if you do

5:57this. And this is what most people do,

5:58and then they're like, "Oh, AI is crap.

6:00It doesn't really work." If you're

6:02giving it that you can expect that

6:04you're going to get out. What you

6:06want to do is you want to go to either

6:07TikTok or Instagram Reels, and you want

6:10to type in what I call the bull's-eye

6:12keyword for your market. Korean skin

6:15care, you jump on there, you type in

6:17Korean skin care. And then you want to

6:18look at all the top-performing [music]

6:20TikTok Reels, and then what you want to

6:22do is to start to compile a list of the

6:25best-performing content on both TikTok

6:27and Instagram [music] Reels. Because

6:28that has already showed us that that

6:30content is doing well organically in the

6:32algorithm. Therefore, I know that if we

6:35get that and we turn it into an ad, the

6:36thing [music] is going to absolutely

6:38bang. Then what you want to do is you

6:40want to use a Chrome extension called

6:42Sort, where you can click onto a

6:44creator's page, and you can basically

6:46sort all their content by views and

6:49engagement. And typically, if someone's

6:51creating content around that keyword,

6:53they're going to have multiple pieces of

6:54content. And you want to start to

6:56basically put these into a spreadsheet,

6:58where we can use them later for fodder.

7:01Don't just do one or two searches and be

7:02like, "There's nothing good on here."

7:04Get creative. Type in [music] the

7:06specific product, the specific category.

7:09If you want to go even the next level,

7:11you want to create a burner account that

7:13basically only clicks on content that is

7:16related to the products that you sell.

7:18And then every time that you basically

7:19log into that TikTok or Instagram

7:21account, your feed is just going to be

7:23flooded with proven content. And you're

7:25going to repeat this process, rinse and

7:27repeat, forever. Then what you want to

7:29do is once you've got that sheet of all

7:32the proven organic bangers in your

7:33niche, you want to use a TikTok or

7:36Instagram Reel transcription [music]

7:38service. The one that I use is called

7:40Talk Script, and it shows you the entire

7:42script of exactly what they said, and

7:44we're going to put that into another

7:46document that we're going to be using

7:47later on in this process. So, we've got

7:50our swipe file, right? We got the full

7:52transcripts of exactly what the organic

7:55content is saying to do very, very well

7:57in the niche, and we've got the links to

7:58that content also, so we can see kind of

8:00how it's set up, what setting that

8:02they're in, all of that kind of jazz.

8:04And then when we sit down to actually

8:06produce [music]

8:07our script and produce these ads, we're

8:09not wandering where to start, or we're

8:11not going with some very vague and

8:14limped prompt to ChatGPT and Claude and

8:17expecting a Hail Mary. That's where

8:19everyone gets it wrong. Do this and you

8:21will see that these things absolutely

8:24print cash. Which brings us to step

8:27number three, scripting with AI. Now,

8:30look, having a swipe file is useless cuz

8:33we're not just going to basically swipe

8:35and deploy and literally rip some

8:37creator off. We are going to use that as

8:39inspiration, and we're going to script

8:41our own things. So, we're going to move

8:43over to Claude, and we're going to use

8:44this prompt. Here is a list of existing

8:46organic content that has done very, very

8:49well in my niche. Here is my product.

8:51You can link out to your product page,

8:53it will read it, or you can just upload

8:55a bunch of content for it to read. Here

8:56is my buyer avatar, and here is my call

8:59to action, [music] my CTA. Please create

9:02me five variations with organic YouTube

9:05style TikTok and Instagram Reels

9:08scripting. We're going to get all the

9:09different platforms on there, so we can

9:11get a mix and we can see what's going to

9:12resonate best. Ideally, if you're

9:14running TikTok ads, you're going to be

9:16using TikTok style hooks. If you're

9:18running [music] Instagram Meta ads, you

9:20want to be using stuff that performs

9:21well on Instagram Reels. Then in under 2

9:24minutes, you'll have five scripts that

9:25are already grounded in content that is

9:27already performing in your niche for a

9:30product that is very similar to yours.

9:32Then once we've got that, we're going to

9:34have multiple variations of all the

9:36different hooks cuz we're going to have

9:37a list to pick and choose from, and then

9:38you can keep repeating that process, and

9:41you just go through that, and you'll get

9:42a huge, [music] huge list of hooks.

9:44Then, what you want to do is you want to

9:45write two to three different body copy

9:48variations, which is like the meat of

9:49the script, what the act actual

9:51influencer says, and how they sell your

9:53product. Because then, when you partner

9:55those two or three body copy variations

9:57with like the 15 different hooks that

9:59you'll have, and then the actual video

10:01that we're about to produce, you got

10:02hundreds of different variations. You

10:05can [music] literally print 500 ads a

10:07month doing this process. This is a

10:09process that you're just going to

10:10continually [music] go through. This is

10:12not a one-and-done, like, "Oh, I got all

10:14these ads, I'll just run these forever."

10:15So, don't just do this once. Set up a

10:18day a week where you do this, or better

10:20yet, hire someone to do this full-time

10:22for you, so you just got unlimited

10:24creative to run inside your ad account.

10:25Now, that's the actual creative, but if

10:28you're running an ad on Meta, you know,

10:30in addition to that, you've also got the

10:32actual headline that is going to appear

10:34just below the actual creative that

10:36you're running. And again, with those

10:37things, you want to be running another

10:3910, 20, 30 different variations of that.

10:41Then, you also have the body copy that

10:44appears on the actual ad platform, which

10:46is different from your script body copy.

10:48And then, you also want to test that.

10:49Very, very quickly, you can see we're

10:51going to have hundreds and hundreds of

10:52these different variations [music] to

10:54run. Now, for your hook length,

10:55typically, what you want to do is have

10:57this no longer than 3 to 5 seconds.

10:59Again, you've only got 1 to 2 seconds to

11:01grab them in the feed before they skip

11:03past and go to something else. It needs

11:05to start dead in the heat of the action.

11:08Like, people feel like they should be

11:10interrupting something the way that you

11:12drop them in the hook, and it should

11:13grab them, and then just move them

11:14straight into the body copy without

11:16setting up the full [music] scene. This

11:18is meant to look like organic content,

11:20guys. It's not meant to look like an

11:22[music] ad. All right, so you've got the

11:23scripts, you've got the AI influencer.

11:25Let's create this into actual ads that

11:28then feeds a machine where you know

11:30exactly which ads to kill and which ones

11:33to scale. Which brings us to step number

11:36four, the post-production, like actually

11:38creating the video ads that we're going

11:40to run. The more dirty and raw it can

11:43feel, the better that it's going to

11:45perform because we want it to feel just

11:47like a selfie video. Therefore, we don't

11:49need a whole bunch of effects. We just

11:51need super light touch editing that

11:53removes away any of the glitches. The

11:55other thing that people make a huge

11:56mistake is they give it the entire

11:58script and then they're like, "Create

12:00this." And then it's dog What you

12:02need to do is you need to chunk it. So,

12:03you need to just have the hook and then

12:05break up your body copy into smaller

12:07little bite-size chunks. The way that AI

12:10is right now, it might not be like this

12:12into the future, is that the more that

12:14you give it, the higher the chance of it

12:16making a mistake [music] and the whole

12:17kind of emphasis on the words doesn't

12:19sound right. You want to just break it

12:20up into bite-size parts. That is going

12:22to mean more work. You are going to have

12:24a whole bunch of different video files

12:26that you're going to have to [music]

12:26then patch together. However, this is

12:28how to make it hyperrealistic where

12:30people can't tell. So, you want to

12:32basically use native captions, a little

12:34bit of b-roll if it's relevant, but

12:36typically I like to try to avoid it at

12:39most costs because it's not going to

12:40look natural a lot of the time. You want

12:42to use a native editor like CapCut where

12:45you can use all the native kind of

12:47captions and text that people would use

12:49when they produce that content. So, of

12:50course, it looks [music] natural and

12:52organic. Or if you're like, "Yo, Subery,

12:55this is just too much work." Guess what?

12:57There is an army of editors on platforms

12:59like Upwork [music] that would be more

13:01than happy to take five to $15, put this

13:04all together, you give them a good

13:06brief, and they can do all of this, and

13:08you can get on with running your

13:09business. Does this convert better than

13:11a real human? No. Real humans a lot of

13:13the time do have a [music] slight edge

13:16because it is just more natural.

13:17However, it's not a fair comparison cuz

13:20you're not comparing just one AI

13:22influencer to a real influencer. No.

13:25You're comparing having one real

13:27influencer versus 15 AI influencers with

13:30all these different hook combinations

13:32and body copies that you can print at

13:34the click of a button. And so the sheer

13:37volume of testing and finding out what

13:39works, the overall row as that you're

13:41going to get is going to be far greater

13:43than basically using one real human to

13:45do it. And AI wins on volume every

13:48single time. It is physically almost

13:51impossible for most people to do this

13:54process that I ran you through today

13:55using real creators. You have to have an

13:58army of people to do this and most

13:59people don't. And how do I know? Well,

14:01I've got thousands of clients, right?

14:03And the amount of people that actually

14:04are doing this is I can count them on

14:06one hand. People aren't adopting this

14:08stuff nowhere near as quick as they need

14:11to be and therefore that gives me and

14:12you a huge advantage. And don't shoot

14:15the messenger. Don't be like, "Oh,

14:16Sabri, he's telling everyone they're

14:18going to lose their job, right?" I'm

14:19just reporting the facts, guys, right?

14:21Over 50% of influencers are now out of

14:24work because of this. It's just the way

14:26that the world is right now, guys. And

14:28now I'm going to show you the actual

14:30video ad that I created using my very

14:33own avatar. Can you tell the difference

14:35between a real natural lip balm and a

14:37cheap toxic lip balm? Which brings us to

14:40step number five, launching and testing

14:43our ads. So most people, when they

14:45create an ad or they do anything really

14:47online, they do it one time and when it

14:49doesn't work, they blame the platform,

14:52right? They blame they say, "Hey,

14:53Facebook ads don't work for my

14:54business." No, you just don't have

14:55enough creative diversity to actually

14:58find a winning hook. It's like if you're

15:00posting organic content, you can't

15:01expect to upload your first piece of

15:03content and for it to bang. And it's no

15:05different with ads. But when you run

15:07through this process, you guys saw

15:09firsthand how easy it is to create so

15:11many different variations of this. And

15:13the reality of it is as a marketer, the

15:16vast majority of what we do doesn't

15:19work. Like think about it this way,

15:20right? If you're running meta ads, you

15:22are doing a good job if you have a 1%

15:25CTR on your ads to cold [music] traffic

15:27at scale. If you can get 1 to 2% of

15:29those people to actually buy, then

15:31again, you're doing a good job. So,

15:34don't get discouraged when you see that

15:36like, you know, 80% of the ads that you

15:37create don't bang. [music] That's

15:39completely fine because if we can go

15:40through this process and we can find one

15:42or two winners that we can scale, we're

15:44going to be printing, guys. All righty,

15:46so there's two different ways that I

15:47like to think about [music] this,

15:48depending on how quickly that you need

15:50to get sales. So, the first one is

15:52method number one. And this is where you

15:54create a subpage for your product. You

15:56can even call it your influencer's name,

15:58for instance, and you start to take

16:00those ads that you have created and you

16:02start to upload them to Instagram,

16:05YouTube Shorts, or TikTok. Because the

16:07way that the algorithm has evolved right

16:08now, it doesn't matter how many

16:10followers you've got. We've moved away

16:11from social media. Social media no

16:13longer exist, and the only thing that

16:15exists is interest media, where the

16:17algorithm is so dialed in that it only

16:20serves up content that it knows that

16:22you're going to be interested in. And

16:23so, don't think like, "Hey, that's

16:25completely pointless, Sabri. I'm going

16:27to create a brand new page. I have no

16:29followers and expect this [music] to

16:30work." Yes, I am. That's how basically

16:32it works right now. So, you want to

16:34create that new page and then start

16:35uploading the content on there. Find out

16:37the ones that actually do well, and what

16:40performs organically is what is

16:42basically going to perform on paid

16:43engine. So, you do that process with all

16:45of these different ads you created. You

16:47might upload a hundred and ten of them

16:49might bang. Take those ten and then move

16:51them over to our paid ads engine. Even

16:53if you don't have enough resources, it's

16:55probably better to start this because if

16:57you don't have much resources, you don't

16:59want to be wasting it on ads that aren't

17:01going to work. And this just basically

17:02increases the odds that they will work.

17:04However, let's get down for the people

17:06that just want to get straight to the

17:07speed in method number two. And it's

17:09basically we cut off the whole organic

17:11method and we move straight to ads,

17:13right? There will be a bit of wastage

17:15here, but there is also [music] speed.

17:17You want to load all those ads up, use

17:19your different creators, use your

17:20different hooks, use your different body

17:22copies, then have your different

17:24Facebook ad headlines and the body copy

17:26on there with your different CTAs, and

17:27then you will run them and you will

17:29collect the data. Now, in terms of how

17:31long this is going to take, it's

17:33basically the more money that you pump

17:34into it, the quicker that you get

17:35[music] the data. It's as simple as

17:37that. So, the question that you need to

17:38ask yourself, what do I have more of?

17:40Time or money? If you have more money,

17:42then just spend more to get the data

17:44quicker. And then this is where you can

17:46turn one ad into five ads. You want to

17:48take the best performing hook and then

17:50you want to write two to three different

17:52body copy variations on there and then

17:54basically we're rinse and repeat that

17:56process. This isn't complicated, it's

17:59just consistent. So, you do need to run

18:01through this process. It is going to

18:02take time, but hey, anything that's

18:04worthwhile is going to take a bit of

18:06time, but this is far more efficient

18:08than the traditional model of reaching

18:10out to real creators. [music] And then

18:12the real source is taking those best

18:15performing advertiser you're seeing are

18:16producing the best results within your

18:18ad account and making sure that you also

18:21utilize them on your [music] landing

18:22pages and in your funnel. So, then you

18:24have the same scent from what somebody

18:26saw on the ad, they clicked on the ad,

18:28they come through to the landing page

18:29and they see that again and it's just a

18:31whole bunch of social proof that you

18:33scatter all throughout your funnel that

18:35drives up your conversion rates and

18:37gives you a higher ROAS. Now, if you

18:39like this video, you're going to need to

18:40know how to actually run ads itself and

18:43I put together an entire Facebook ads

18:45tutorial where I walk you through

18:47step-by-step on exactly how to do that

18:49here. Go watch that now, like,

18:51subscribe, and I'll see you in the next

18:52one.
