1:50eat well switch to a diet high in

1:52processed foods for only one week it led

1:54to impaired learning memory and worse

1:57appetite regulation while another recent

1:59study links an ultr processed diet to

2:02memory Decline and stroke risk this

2:04shows that we all have the power to

2:06improve our nutrition to help us think

2:08better simply by what we eat
