0:00The world is not run by the smartest
0:02people. It is not run by the kindest,
0:05the most talented, or the most
0:07hardworking. [music]
0:08Look around you. The people at the top,
0:11the ones who command attention, [music]
0:13resources, and respect, possess a
0:15different kind of operating system
0:17entirely. [music]
0:18You have been told that intelligence is
0:20about IQ, about solving problems, about
0:24[music] memory. That is the lie they
0:26sell to the workforce to keep them
0:28productive. True [music] power utilizes
0:31a different form of intellect, dark
0:34intelligence. [music] It is the ability
0:36to read the hidden currents of human
0:38behavior to understand what is being
0:40said [music] in the silence to detach
0:42from the desperate need to be liked and
0:45instead command the reality around you.
0:48Most people [music] are sleepwalking
0:50through life reacting to emotions they
0:52don't understand, manipulated by [music]
0:55forces they cannot see. They are pawns
0:58believing they are players. If you are
1:00tired of feeling [music] outmaneuvered,
1:02if you feel like you are playing a game
1:04where everyone else knows [music] the
1:06rules but you, listen closely. We are
1:09not here to discuss morality. We are
1:11here to discuss [music] survival. Nicolo
1:14Machavelli was not a villain. He was a
1:17realist in a world of delusional
1:19optimists. [music] He understood that
1:22the gap between how we wish people
1:24behaved and how they actually behave
1:27[music] is where you get destroyed. You
1:29have spent your life trying to be good,
1:32[music] trying to be transparent, trying
1:34to be understood. And what has it gotten
1:37you? Betrayal, exhaustion, the feeling
1:40[music] of being overlooked while those
1:42with less talent rise above you. That
1:44ends [music] today. In the next 25
1:47minutes, we are going to download nine
1:49laws of dark [music] intelligence. These
1:52are not positive affirmations. These are
1:54psychological weapons, tools to [music]
1:57dismantle the manipulation around you
1:59and construct a fortress of mental
2:01autonomy. [music] But a warning, this
2:04knowledge is irreversible. Once you see
2:06the strings, you can never go back to
2:08the [music] puppet show. You will see
2:10the lies in your relationships, the
2:12power plays at your job, and [music] the
2:14weakness in your own reflection. If you
2:17are not ready to kill the part of you
2:18that needs to be [music] a victim, leave
2:20now. For the rest of you, welcome to the
2:23desert of the real. Number one, the law
2:26of [music] selective silence. Most
2:29people talk to fill the void. They
2:31[music] are terrified of silence because
2:33in silence they have to face themselves.
2:35>> [music]
2:35>> So they babble, they explain, they
2:38overshare, they hand over the blueprint
2:41of their mind to anyone who will listen.
2:43And in doing so, they become
2:45predictable. [music] And if you are
2:47predictable, you are masterable. Dark
2:50intelligence begins when you stop using
2:53words to seek validation and start using
2:56them as precision instruments. Machaveli
2:59knew that the one who speaks [music] the
3:01least in the room holds the most power.
3:03Why? Because information is currency.
3:06[music]
3:06When you speak, you are spending. When
3:09you listen, you are collecting. Think
3:12about the last time you felt intimidated
3:14by someone. Was it the person screaming
3:16and making threats? [music]
3:18No, it was the person who sat perfectly
3:21still watching you, saying nothing. That
3:24[music] silence creates a vacuum. And
3:27human nature abhores a vacuum. When you
3:30remain silent, [music] other people's
3:32anxiety compels them to fill that space.
3:35They start talking. They reveal their
3:38intentions. [music] They expose their
3:40insecurities. They tell you exactly how
3:43to defeat them. All because they
3:44couldn't handle the weight of your
3:46silence. [music]
3:47Stop explaining yourself. Stop defending
3:50your actions. [music] Stop offering your
3:52opinion before it is extracted from you.
3:55Become a black hole of information.
3:57Absorb everything. [music]
3:59reflect nothing. When people cannot read
4:01your position, they cannot form a
4:04strategy against you. [music] They
4:05become cautious. They seek your
4:07approval. Silence is [music] not just
4:10the absence of noise. It is the presence
4:12of control. Number two, the law of
4:16strategic [music] amorality. This is
4:18where you will feel resistance. You have
4:21been conditioned to view every event,
4:23every person, and every [music] outcome
4:25through a binary lens, good or bad, fair
4:28or unfair, right or wrong. This
4:31moralizing is a chain around your neck.
4:33[music] The Machavelian mind does not
4:36deal in good or bad. It deals [music]
4:39ineffective or ineffective. When a
4:41predator hunts prey, is it evil? No, it
4:45is necessary. When a storm destroys a
4:48[music] house, is it malicious? No, it
4:50is inevitable. You suffer because you
4:53project your moral framework onto a
4:56chaotic universe. You get angry when
4:58someone betrays you because you think
5:00they [music] shouldn't have done that.
5:02You get depressed when you lose an
5:04opportunity because [music] it wasn't
5:06fair. Dark intelligence requires you to
5:09step [music] outside of this emotional
5:11judgment. View reality as a mechanic
5:14views an engine. If the car doesn't
5:16start, the mechanic doesn't call the
5:18engine evil. [music] He finds the broken
5:21part and fixes it or replaces it. When
5:24someone attacks you, do not waste energy
5:26being offended. [music] Offense is for
5:28the weak. Instead, analyze. Why did they
5:32attack? [music] What do they want? What
5:34is their leverage? How do I neutralize
5:36this? This is called strategic
5:39amorality. It doesn't mean you have no
5:42ethics. It means you do not let your
5:44ethics blind you to the mechanisms of
5:47power. [music] You can be a good person
5:49but you must be a cold strategist first
5:52[music] because a good person with no
5:54power is not virtuous. They are just a
5:56victim in waiting. Stop asking [music]
5:59why did they do this to me and start
6:02asking what does this move allow me to
6:04do next? Number three, [music]
6:07the law of controlled vulnerability.
6:10There is a misconception that the dark
6:12triad personality, [music] the
6:14Machavelian, is a robot, cold, distant,
6:18unrelatable. That is the amateur level.
6:21[music] That is the person trying to
6:22look tough. True dark intelligence
6:26understands that humans are emotional
6:28creatures. If you appear too perfect,
6:31[music] too cold, or too invulnerable,
6:33you generate envy. You create enemies
6:36who want to see you bleed [music] just
6:38to prove you are human. So you must give
6:41them a flaw. This is the law of
6:44controlled vulnerability. [music] You
6:46deliberately display a small harmless
6:49weakness to disarm those around you.
6:52Maybe you admit to being bad with
6:54technology. Maybe you share a slightly
6:56embarrassing story from your past. Maybe
6:59you ask for small [music] insignificant
7:01favors. This triggers the Ben Franklin
7:03effect. When people help you or when
7:06they see a flaw in you, they lower their
7:08guard. They feel superior or they feel a
7:11sense of camaraderie. They think, "He's
7:13just like me. Excellent. That is exactly
7:16where you want them." While they are
7:18bonding with your curated flaw, they are
7:21blind to your actual strengths. You are
7:23managing their perception of you. You
7:25are humanizing yourself enough to avoid
7:28being a target. But keeping your true
7:30core, your true plans, and your true
7:32weaknesses locked in a vault they don't
7:35even know exists. Never show your
7:37throat, [music] but occasionally show a
7:39scratch on your arm. It makes them feel
7:41safe, and a safe enemy is an easy enemy
7:44to outmaneuver. Number four, the law of
7:47the mirror. We live in a world of
7:49extreme narcissism. Everyone is obsessed
7:52with their own reflection. They are
7:54starring in their own movie and everyone
7:56[music] else is just an extra. The
7:58mistake you make is trying to be the
8:00star in their movie. [music] You try to
8:02impress them. You try to show them how
8:04smart you are. Stop. Dark intelligence
8:07dictates [music] that you do not try to
8:09outshine them. Instead, become a mirror.
8:12Reflect their emotions back to them. If
8:15they are angry, [music] validate their
8:17anger. If they are excited, match their
8:20energy. Use their words. Adopt their
8:23posture. [music] When you mirror
8:24someone, a powerful psychological
8:27transfer happens. [music] They do not
8:29see you, they see themselves. And
8:31because they love themselves, [music]
8:33they will love you. They will think you
8:35are the most intelligent, charming, and
8:38empathetic person they [music] have ever
8:40met. Even if you have said almost
8:42nothing, this is not about being fake.
8:45It is about [music] data collection.
8:47When you are mirroring, you are not
8:49reacting. You are observing. You are
8:52learning their triggers, [music] their
8:53values, their soft spots. While they are
8:56busy falling in love with their own
8:58reflection in your eyes, you [music] are
9:00mapping their psyche. You are finding
9:03the keys to influence them. The mirror
9:06has no [music] ego. It simply reflects.
9:09Be the mirror. Let them prein and pose.
9:13And while they are distracted by their
9:15own image, you move the pieces on the
9:17board without them ever noticing.
9:19[music] Number five, the law of outcome
9:22independence. The root of all anxiety is
9:25attachment [music] to the outcome. You
9:27want the job. You want the relationship.
9:30You want the respect. And because you
9:32want it so badly, [music] you signal
9:34desperation. You signal scarcity. And in
9:38the laws of power, scarcity is
9:40repulsive. [music]
9:41People run from those who need them.
9:43They are drawn to those who can live
9:45without them.
9:46>> [music]
9:46>> You must cultivate a state of radical
9:49outcome independence. This is the
9:51mindset [music] that says I will work
9:53for this. I will plan for this. But if I
9:56do not get it, I will be fine. This is
9:59[music] not giving up. This is the
10:01ultimate power move. When you are
10:03willing to walk away from the
10:05negotiation [music] table, you hold all
10:07the leverage. When you are willing to
10:09lose the relationship, you set the
10:12standards. Makaveli knew that fear of
10:15[music] loss makes you a slave. If your
10:17boss knows you are terrified of losing
10:20your job, he owns you. If your partner
10:22knows you are terrified of being alone,
10:25they own you. You must mentally accept
10:28the worst case scenario. Visualize
10:31losing it all. Make peace with it.
10:33Realize [music] you would survive. Once
10:36you destroy the fear of loss, you become
10:39dangerous. You become untouchable. You
10:42can speak the truth because you don't
10:43fear the consequences. [music] You can
10:46take risks because you don't fear the
10:48fall. The person who does [music] not
10:50need anything is the one who eventually
10:52gets everything because they operate
10:55from a place of abundance, not a place
10:57of starvation. [music]
10:59Number six, the law of the useful enemy.
11:02Most people want a life of peace. They
11:05want everyone to like them. They avoid
11:07conflict at all costs. This is a
11:09biological
11:10>> [music]
11:10>> error. Conflict is the forge of
11:12intelligence. Without resistance, your
11:15mind atrophies. Machaveli advised the
11:18prince [music] that he should not only
11:19be prepared for war, but should actively
11:22study it. Dark intelligence recognizes
11:25[music] the utility of an enemy. An
11:27enemy sharpens you. An enemy forces you
11:30to focus. An enemy reveals your
11:32weaknesses [music] so you can fix them.
11:34If you do not have an enemy, you become
11:37complacent. You get fat on your own ego.
11:40Sometimes you [music] must use the
11:42friction of arrival to propel yourself
11:44forward. Look at history. Tesla [music]
11:47needed Edison. Ali needed Frasier. The
11:51friction creates the fire. Do not whine
11:54about the people trying to bring you
11:55down. Use them. Let [music] their hate
11:58be the fuel that drives your discipline.
12:01Let their doubt be the evidence of your
12:03ambition. [music]
12:04And more importantly, having a common
12:07enemy is the fastest way to build
12:09alliances. Nothing unites a group
12:12[music] faster than a shared threat. If
12:14you want to unify a team or a family or
12:17a movement, [music] you do not preach
12:19love. You identify a threat. Do not fear
12:22the enemy. Curate them. Choose an enemy
12:25worthy of your potential and let [music]
12:27the war elevate you. Number seven, the
12:30law of the persona. [music]
12:32You believe you are one person. You
12:35believe in being authentic. [music] This
12:37is a limitation. You are a multiplicity.
12:40You are different with your mother than
12:42you are with your boss. You are
12:44different with your lover than you are
12:46with your rival. Dark intelligence is
12:49the conscious curation of these masks.
12:52It is the realization that authenticity
12:55is often just an excuse for [music] a
12:57lack of self-control. I'm just being me,
13:00says the man who ruins a dinner party
13:02with his temper. That is not
13:04authenticity. That [music] is
13:06childishness. You must view your
13:08personality as a construct, a tool. When
13:12you enter a highstakes meeting, [music]
13:14you must wear the mask of the authority.
13:16Cold, decisive, unwavering. When you are
13:20with your family, you wear the mask of
13:22the protector. Warm, [music] engaged,
13:25present. This is not lying. This is
13:28calibration. You do not use a hammer to
13:30tighten a screw. You do not use a
13:33screwdriver to pound a nail. Why would
13:35you use the same personality for every
13:38situation in life? [music] Machaveli
13:40noted that the prince must be a great
13:42pretender and dissembler. He must be
13:45able to be the lion, ferocious [music]
13:47and the fox, cunning. If you are only
13:50the lion, you walk into traps. If you
13:53are only the fox, the wolves eat you.
13:55[music] Fluidity is survival. Be water.
13:59Take the shape of the container you are
14:01in. When the container breaks, you flow.
14:04You do not shatter. Number [music]
14:06eight, the law of necessary suspicion.
14:09Trust but verify. [music]
14:11No, that is too soft. Verify, then trust
14:15provisionally. [music]
14:17The naive mind projects its own goodness
14:19onto the world. You think, [music] I
14:21wouldn't lie to him, so he won't lie to
14:24me. This projection is the cause of your
14:27greatest heartbreaks. Dark intelligence
14:29accepts a brutal truth. Everyone acts in
14:33their own self-interest. Even acts of
14:35altruism are often driven by the need to
14:38feel good about oneself. This is not a
14:41reason to be bitter. It is a reason to
14:43be awake. You must develop a background
14:46radiation of suspicion, not paranoia.
14:49Paranoia is fear without [music]
14:51evidence. Suspicion is attention to
14:54detail. Watch what people do, not
14:57[music] what they say. Words are cheap.
15:00Words are designed to manipulate.
15:02[music] Actions are the only truth. When
15:05someone offers you a great opportunity,
15:08ask, [music] "What is in it for them?"
15:10When someone compliments you
15:12excessively, ask, [music] "What are they
15:14trying to distract me from?" Machaveli
15:16wrote, "Men are so simple and so ready
15:19to obey present [music] necessities that
15:21he who deceives will always find those
15:24who allow themselves to [music] be
15:25deceived. Do not be the one who allows
15:28themselves to be deceived. Require
15:30proof. Test loyalty before you lean on
15:33it. Give [music] people small amounts of
15:35power and see how they use it before you
15:37give them the kingdom. It is better to
15:40be pleasantly surprised by loyalty than
15:42[music] devastated by betrayal." Number
15:45nine, the law of the shadow. We [music]
15:47end with the deepest law, the one that
15:50Carl Yung and Machavelli would agree
15:52upon, though they approached [music] it
15:54from different centuries. You must
15:56integrate your monster. [music] Society
15:59tells you to be harmless, to be nice, to
16:01repress your anger, your greed, your
16:04desire for power. But a harmless man is
16:07[music] not a virtuous man. A harmless
16:10man is just a weak [music] man. He
16:13cannot do good because he does not have
16:15the capacity to stop evil. [music]
16:17Dark intelligence is the realization
16:19that you are capable of terrible things.
16:22You have the capacity for [music]
16:23cruelty. You have the capacity for
16:26manipulation. You must not deny this.
16:29You must own it. Why? Because if you do
16:32not know your own capacity for darkness,
16:34you will never recognize it in others.
16:36[music]
16:36You will be naive. And worse, if you
16:39repress your shadow, [music] it will
16:41control you. It will come out in passive
16:43aggression, in resentment, in
16:46self-sabotage. You must bring the
16:48monster into the light. You must look at
16:50it and say, "I [music] see you. I
16:52control you." When you know you could
16:54destroy someone, but you choose not to.
16:57[music] That is virtue. That is
16:59controlled power. Machaveli's ideal
17:02leader was not a saint. [music] He was a
17:04man who knew how to use bad methods for
17:07good ends. You need that edge. You need
17:10that darkness in your eyes that tells
17:12[music] the world, "I am peaceful by
17:14choice, not by inability." When you
17:17integrate your shadow, you become whole.
17:20You stop being afraid of the darkness in
17:22the world. Because you have mastered the
17:24darkness [music] in yourself. These nine
17:26laws are not a checklist. They are a
17:29filter. From this moment on, you will
17:32walk into a room and you will [music]
17:34see things differently. You will see the
17:36silence that screams. You will see the
17:39mirrors people hold [music] up. You will
17:41see the lions and the foxes. You are no
17:44longer a civilian in the war of the
17:46mind. You are a combatant. But with this
17:49power comes a burden. The burden of
17:51isolation. When you wake up, you realize
17:54how many people are still [music]
17:55sleeping. You will feel a distance grow
17:58between you and your old life. Your old
18:00friends may think you have changed. They
18:02may say you are colder, [music]
18:04quieter. Let them. You are shedding the
18:07skin of the victim. You are shedding the
18:09need for validation. You are stepping
18:11[music] into the realm of the outlier.
18:14The question is not whether these laws
18:16work. [music] History has proven they do
18:18for thousands of years. The question is,
18:21do you have the stomach to use them?
18:23Most people will watch this video,
18:25[music] nod their heads, and go back to
18:28being prey, back to complaining, [music]
18:30back to hoping the world becomes nice.
18:34But you, you are still here. You are
18:36listening [music] to the silence. If you
18:38are ready to explore the abyss without
18:41blinking, if you are ready to dismantle
18:43[music] the weak version of yourself and
18:46build something untouchable, then you
18:49know what to do. subscribe, [music]
18:51but only if you are willing to handle
18:53what comes next. The rabbit hole goes
18:56much deeper than this, and we are just
18:58getting started. I'll see [music] you in
19:00the shadows.
