0:16presentation about a specific nutrient.

0:31learned, what I'm excited about for you

0:35creating drastic impacts in many many

0:45ingredient I'm going to be talking about

3:29believe the incredible information we
3:31have put together for this presentation.
3:34All right, so let's get started. Here's
3:36the Here's the front slide. Why Dr.
3:37Artist recommends black seed oil.
3:39Actually, this is why Dr. Artist takes

3:58right, so what is black seed oil? Black
4:00seed comes from Nigella Sativa.
4:03A small plant with pale purple, blue, or
4:05white flowers that grows in Eastern
4:06Europe, Western Asia, and the Middle
4:08East.
4:09People have used these tiny little black
4:11seeds of this plant as a natural remedy
4:14for the thousands of years.
4:16And if they call it black cumin, the
4:18seeds. Black seed oil contains a
4:20substance called thymoquinone.
4:23You're not going to remember that,
4:24thymoquinone. Which is an antioxidant
4:27and anti-inflammatory compound. Now as
4:29we go along, you're going to see
4:30research studies that are actually
4:33abbreviating what they're testing as TQ.
4:36And that is an abbreviation of
4:39thymoquinone.
4:40So don't be confused when you see TQ,
4:43when you see thymoquinone, when you see
4:45NG for Nigella Sativa, when you see
4:48BCSO,
4:50that would be black cumin seed oil. It's
4:52all the same stuff. It's like coffee has
4:57caffeine in it. Black cumin seed oil has
5:00thymoquinone in it. All right, so let's
5:02go dive in here. Is black seed oil a
5:04secret health booster? Let's find out,
5:06says USA Today. Well, what did they say?
5:08What is black seed oil good for? Black
5:10seed oil is a source of omega-3 fatty
5:12acids between 1.1 and 1.6 grams of
5:15omega-3 fatty acids, reports the USA
5:18Today. Black seed oil improves
5:19metabolism, weight loss, blood sugar,
5:22and cardiovascular health. All right, so
5:24you guys know I introduced this product,
5:25Bio Defense, to help with bacteria,
5:28yeast, parasites, you name it.
5:30And the replication of venoms and
5:31proteins, you name it. Poisons. And yes,
5:33we've educated you. I hope you haven't
5:35missed out on that on previous shows. Go

5:57Just look at the list. Psoriasis,
6:00asthma, hair loss, and acne. All right,
6:04so any of you watching out here, let's
6:05say you got grandchildren, nephews,
6:07nieces, your own children, adult
6:09children, little bitty children.
6:11How many people do you know have asthma?
6:13How many people do you know are
6:14experiencing hair loss prematurely? How
6:16many of you know have acne as adults or
6:19teenagers? How many people struggling
6:20with psoriasis? Well, just so you know,
6:22there's millions of them, so I know you
6:23know somebody with this issue. How many
6:25of you know that this product, black
6:27cumin seed oil, the first ingredient in
6:29my Bio Defense product, can be applied
6:31topically for psoriasis, can be inhaled
6:34to cure asthma, I'm not joking, can be
6:37used to improve hair loss, reverse hair
6:40loss, and in 60 days

7:16Everybody you know, please yell at them,
7:18scream at them, pass this podcast to
7:20them, send them the link, buy the Bio

7:26Black seed oil promotes wound healing.
7:28They mentioned black seed oil contains a
7:30compound called thymoquinone, which then
7:33when applied directly to the skin may

7:38wound healing. Well, how many diabetic
7:40ulcers do you need to see
7:42before you start adding something proven
7:44to speed up collagen production and
7:46healing of wounds? The next statement
7:48reads, the oil seems to increase
7:50collagen production. Well, who doesn't
7:52want more collagen?
7:54It may support hair growth and and
7:56health. Nigella Sativa extract lotion
7:59for 3 months significantly, they say,
8:01increased hair density and thickness in
8:03people with telogen effluvium,
8:07a common form of hair loss. Well, how
8:10many women out there are struggling with
8:11hair loss? You might want to try black
8:13cumin seed oil on the scalp or in a
8:15lotion.
8:17Black cumin seed oil may protect lung
8:19health and reduce asthma attacks. A 2020
8:21review found a small study indicating
8:22that inhaled boiled black seed extract
8:25has a potential bronchodilation
8:28effect. It opens up the lungs for more
8:30air on people with asthma, improving all
8:33markers of lung function, not some
8:35markers, all markers of lung function
8:39and respiration rate, helping them
8:41breathe better.
8:43Well, how many of you knew that could
8:44help with asthma?
8:45It could also aid in the treatment of
8:47vitiligo. Now this is awesome. I've
8:48actually read many studies on this and
8:50we talked about this in the past when I
8:51introduced Bio Defense, but one study of
8:5333 people with vitiligo found that twice
8:56daily skin application of a cream made
8:58with black seed oil improved
9:00pigmentation in the hands, face, and
9:02genital region after 6 months.
9:05Twice a day for 6 months. It also
9:08improves blood sugar levels.
9:10For example, in 2009, they found that
9:12black seed may improve multiple markers
9:14including insulin levels, blood sugar
9:16levels during fasting and after eating.
9:19All right.
9:21How important is this product and how
9:22amazing is this product? You're learning

9:29infections. God put this on the planet,
9:31this black cumin seed oil in the Nigella

9:36helps protect against blood sugar

9:39heal, cardiovascular health issue,
9:41asthma and helping you breathe. This is
9:43incredible. Psoriasis, vitiligo. What's
9:46vitiligo? Just for reference. I want to
9:48go back and make sure y'all got this.
9:49Y'all know what vitiligo is? The first
9:51one on the screen?
9:52Vitiligo is where people lose the
9:54pigment of their skin. Could it reduce,
9:56black cumin seed oil, the risk of
9:57metabolic syndrome? Metabolic syndrome
9:59is three things: high cholesterol, high
10:01waistline fat, you're obese,
10:04and you have high blood pressure.
10:05Those are the three things.
10:07One clinical trial involving 55 people
10:09with high blood pressure,
10:11participants took 2.5 ml of black seed
10:13oil, like in Bio Defense,
10:16twice daily for 8 weeks.
10:18At the end of the study, those who
10:19received the dosage showed improvement
10:21in different aspects.
10:22Most of them experienced, those who took
10:25black seed oil, reduced diastolic blood
10:27pressure. That's the lower number of
10:29your blood pressure that all
10:30cardiologists are so scared of.
10:32So, you hear 120 over 80, that 80
10:35number, if it's higher than 80, people
10:37get freaked out. Did you know Bio
10:39Defense has something in it called black
10:41cumin seed oil that will lower diastolic
10:43blood pressure?
10:44It also, next statement, reduced total
10:46cholesterol, lowered LDL cholesterol,

11:05Uh it says here, the benefits of black
11:07seed oil, they're publishing weight
11:08management. How many of you knew if you
11:10swallowed Bio Defense twice a day in a
11:12capsule, it would actually help you
11:14reduce your BMI and your weight?
11:17A 2021 study on rats fed a high-fat diet
11:20also found that black seed oil may be
11:22able to help significantly decrease body
11:24weight and insulin resistance. Type 1,
11:27type 2 diabetes can be reversed and
11:30decreased body weight. Now, there's a
11:32term in that sentence I want y'all to
11:34focus on.
11:35This study, reported by Medical News
11:37Today, states
11:40it may significantly
11:42decrease body weight and insulin
11:44resistance. They didn't say it mildly
11:46did it. And this is very important, my
11:48audiences are going to get this. The
11:49word significantly, every time it is in
11:52a research study or in an article,
11:55the word significant is the most
11:57important term to look for in a research
12:00paper or medical journal or article. If
12:02they say significant, that means it had
12:04a massive proven effect to reduce your
12:07body weight and to reverse insulin
12:10resistance.
12:11What about skin health? Look, I just
12:13boxed it. Eczema, psoriasis, acne, warts
12:15are all improved with
12:18black seed oil, nigella sativa. What
12:20about wound healing?
12:22Cancer. They actually write, in 2022,
12:25studies showed that
12:27has shown that the thymoquinone
12:29in black seed oil can stop cancerous
12:33cells from replicating or metastasizing
12:37or what they call proliferating, and may
12:39also induce death in those cancer cells.
12:42Oh my gosh, uh Bio Defense for cancer,
12:45anybody? Uh black cumin seed oil is the
12:47number one ingredient. All of you out
12:48there who are looking to prevent cancer,
12:50just so y'all know, everybody
12:51everybody's body today, including mine
12:54right now, is making cancer cells.
12:56And my immune system is killing them.
12:58The people who develop cancer and they
12:59metastasize, your immune system
13:01suppressed and can't actually keep the
13:04cancer under control. That's why you
13:05would want black cumin seed oil and take

13:10health? Well, audience, I know my
13:12demographic is primarily an older
13:15generation for most people,
13:17and most of you are already being
13:20checked on a regular basis for kidney

13:29in the rest of their life. Many of them
13:30are on diuretics and Lasix to make their
13:33kidneys force them to pee. Let's talk

13:41nephrologist or a heart doctor, you have

14:19Uh a 2016 analysis found that black seed
14:21oil can help reduce high blood pressure.
14:23Well,
14:24how many cardiologists are telling your
14:26patients that they should consider black
14:28cumin seed oil or Bio Defense from Dr.
14:30Artist? No, what are they going to
14:31prescribe you? Lisinopril, Enalapril,
14:33Captopril, all made from snake venom.
14:35All ACE inhibitor drugs are made from
14:36that. Or they're going to put you on a
14:37beta blocker, or they're going to put
14:39you on those kidney drugs called Lasix
14:41or diuretics like hydrochlorothiazide,
14:44abbreviated on your pill bottle, HCTZ.
14:48All right, they also found that it
14:49reduced both the systolic and diastolic
14:52blood pressures. Um that's actually both
14:53numbers. Black cumin seed oil.
14:55What about diabetes? It may have
14:57anti-diabetic properties. It helps
14:59reduce a person's blood glucose, helps
15:02lower hemoglobin, and reverse insulin
15:05resistance.
15:06That's diabetes again, people. You might
15:08want to listen to the black cumin seed
15:09oil and the Bio Defense. You have It's
15:12very important. Infertility. In 2014,
15:15males with infertility were found that
15:17black seed oil may improve sperm
15:19movement, increase sperm count, and
15:23semen volume. Thymoquinone can help
15:26boost the quality, motility, viability,
15:29and count of sperm cells
15:31per a 2018 study. How many people do you
15:34know are struggling to get pregnant,
15:35want to have a baby, and they're going
15:37to in vitro fertilization efforts, going
15:40to different clinics trying to figure
15:42out how many sperm they got, how fast
15:43are they swimming, are they moving at
15:45all, something wrong with them, are they
15:46swimming in circles and not straight
15:47lines, what's the issue?
15:49How many of you have ever heard that
15:51someone who was wanting to have a baby
15:53was told by a medical doctor at an
15:55infertility clinic, if you just took
15:57black cumin seed oil or Bio Defense from

16:03PubMed.gov, let's dive into some
16:05research articles articles now and get
16:07out of the mainstream media news.
16:09These are researched published articles
16:13reviewed by a medical doctors and
16:14scientists
16:16confirming what they know about black
16:17seed oil. Watch this. Black cumin,
16:20nigella sativa, and its constituent
16:22thymoquinone
16:24in its review on its antimicrobial
16:27effects. What are microbes? Bacteria,
16:29viruses, yeast, and parasites. So, this
16:32is able to handle a lot of those
16:34pathogens. Let's see what they discuss
16:36in this research study. Nigella sativa
16:38seeds have been used traditionally in
16:39Middle Eastern folk medicine as a
16:41treatment for various diseases for more
16:43than 2,000
16:45years.
16:46Pfizer hasn't even been around 140
16:47years, just so you know. No drug
16:49company's actually been around longer
16:51than 200 years. So, this is way longer
16:55known to be effective. Black cumin seeds
16:58have a history of use in traditional
16:59Arabic herbal medicine to treat many
17:01diseases such as skin diseases,
17:03jaundice, gastrointestinal problems,
17:07anorexia, conjunctivitis, that's pink
17:10eye, dyspepsia,
17:12rheumatism, diabetes, hypertension,
17:16intrinsic hemorrhage, paralysis, um
17:20amenorrhea, anorexia, asthma, cough,
17:24bronchitis, headache, fever, influenza,
17:28and eczema, just to name a few. This is
17:31what black cumin seed oil is being used,
17:33that's in our Bio Defense, every every
17:35time you take it,
17:36around the world to help with all of
17:37those conditions. Well, how many people
17:39do you know have any of those issues?
17:40Did you see paralysis on there?
17:43Why are you not all on
17:45black cumin seed oil if you took the
17:46COVID-19 vaccine shots and you're now
17:48paralyzed?
17:50Or had a trauma or injury. In this
17:51paper, we describe the antimicrobial
17:53effects of nigella sativa and its
17:54constituents showing the different
17:56extracts and by percentages of black
17:59seed oil and the microorganisms tested
18:01in experimental models.
18:03So, this is what they are looking for.
18:05That's nigella sativa in the middle, the
18:06the the actual plant and the flower.
18:10You can see here that it has
18:11anti-schistosomiasis
18:14benefits. That's a parasite. It's
18:15antiparasitic, it's antibacterial, it's
18:17antifungal, and antiviral. Here is a
18:20table, and they're going to show you
18:21different doses that are collected from
18:23around the world from research studies
18:24of black seed oil. And what did they
18:26find was the result when they tested
18:28black seed oil around the world in each
18:30of these studies? What did they find it
18:32was effective against?
18:33On the right-hand side, for the next few
18:35slides, you're going to see where I
18:36boxed in red what are the bacteria,
18:40viruses, fungus, and parasites that were
18:41proven in that study to be cured by not
18:45antibiotics,
18:47by black cumin seed oil found in Bio
18:49Defense.
18:50All right, look at the first one.
18:52This is a diethyl ether extract. You can
18:55see it to the far left of black cumin
18:57seed oil, and they wanted to know, what
18:58is it effective against? And look what
18:59the results of the study were.
19:01They found that it was effective against
19:04gram-positive staph infections,
19:07gram-negative pseudomonas, and E. coli.
19:11It also destroyed Candida albicans, C.
19:15albicans, that's candida or yeast
19:17infections.
19:19They didn't find it effective against
19:20salmonella, but they also found it
19:22effective against staphylo-
19:23staphylococcal infection in mice.
19:26So, staph infections, man, those are
19:28awful. Most people have their legs and
19:30arms amputated cuz they can't kill off
19:32the staph infection. You're learning
19:34here, black cumin seed oil in Bio
19:36Defense, you should put it on topically
19:38on a staph infection and orally.
19:40The next study actually shows that it
19:42was uh
19:44It says, "Methanol, chloroform extract,
19:46and essential oil showed significant
19:47antibi- bacterial activity against both
19:50microorganisms." You'll see right to the
19:52left they were testing staff again and
19:55E. coli. E. coli is the bacteria they're
19:57using to make everybody who's vaccine
19:59injured developing worse and worse
20:00symptoms. Biodefense has
20:03black cumin seed oil in it. That's why
20:04we formulated it and released it.
20:07Let's look at the next next list of what
20:08they found Nigella sativa kills.
20:12All tested strains of MRSA were
20:14sensitive to black cumin seed oil. MRSA,
20:17M R S A.
20:19In the case of staff, they found it also
20:21effective. Then go down to lower, you'll
20:23find that it was effective against
20:24gram-negative bacteria also, which is
20:27like Klebsiella, Pseudomonas,
20:30uh E. coli. These are some of those
20:31examples.
20:33They also found a list here that it was
20:36found you'll read the first one.
20:38Water extract versions were showed to
20:40inhibit the effect against
20:43Candida.
20:44Vaginal yeast infections anybody?
20:46Toenail fungus anybody? Rashes or eczema
20:48or cradle cap on a baby anybody?
20:50Biodefense black cumin seed oil is a
20:53known cure. Now, this is very important.
20:55There was a book written by uh
20:57a last name Campbell. I think his name's
20:59Colin Campbell
21:01out of Cornell University. And he wrote
21:03a book about 20 years ago titled The
21:05China Study.
21:07He went to China for 30 years and
21:09oversaw a study that lasted 30 years.
21:11And he took food to accelerate cancer's
21:15growth and metastasize cancers in people
21:18and then use other foods to reverse
21:20those tumors and cancer growth.
21:22What he used inside of is found inside
21:26peanut butter to accelerate the cancer
21:28growth. He would feed them peanut
21:30butter.
21:31And inside of peanut butter is a fungus,
21:34a known toxic cancer causing fungus
21:36called aflatoxin.
21:39Well, aflatoxin, check this out. You'll
21:42see the the antifungal effects top left
21:44of Nigella sativa oil.
21:46The inhibition of aflatoxin B1
21:48production
21:49by Nigella sativa oil this this
21:52displayed, sorry, it says here we
21:54actually highlighted this. Aflatoxin B1,
21:57I just want to
21:59let you know. They found it had no
22:01effect on the growth Aspergillus, but it
22:04did inhibit aflatoxin and we're going to
22:06show you more. It's incredible.
22:07Aflatoxin is this known toxic fungus
22:09that causes cancer. I've never allowed
22:11peanut butter in my home after I read
22:12that book about 20 years ago.
22:15And every kid that came to visit at my
22:16home with my other kids spent the night,
22:18they'd always want to know, "Why does
22:19your dad have peanut butter?" Uh because
22:21peanuts contain an aflatoxin fungus that
22:24causes cancer.
22:25And it's published to do so.
22:27All right, so black cumin seed oil is
22:28also found to inhibit Microsporum which
22:31is another type of fungus. And look at
22:33all the list of the various types of
22:34fungus. If you got a fungus, you should
22:36have this. Here's the antiviral and the
22:39antiparasitic effects of Nigella sativa.
22:42It's the oil treatment as you'll see
22:44increased interferon
22:46production, which helps fight cancer. It
22:48helped increase the number of CD4 helper
22:51T cells,
22:53which helps increase macrophages, which
22:55if you watched Healing for the Ages, we
22:56showed you what macrophages are. They
22:58eat up all infections and cancer cells
23:00in the body.
23:01Then you'll see the next study when they
23:03gave the oil administered for 3 months
23:05at a dose of 450 mg, you will see the
23:07oil significantly
23:09improved hepatitis C virus viral load.
23:13Well, who's told you that? If your
23:15medical doctor hasn't told you that and
23:16they're worried about your hepatitis C
23:17being spread to other people, you might
23:19want to just start taking Biodefense

23:26oxidative status in red blood cells and
23:28hepatocytes of infected mice
23:31on this screen. And then they found
23:33anticoccidial effects were seen with
23:35both treatments, but the more rapid
23:37antiparasitic effect was seen with the
23:39Nigella sativa oil emulsion. So, they
23:41were testing multiple herbs and plants.
23:43They found parasites were killed the
23:45most effectively by Nigella sativa oil,
23:48which is black cumin seed oil. Isn't
23:50that exciting? So, here you go. Here's a
23:51summary. The potential Nigella sativa in
23:54the management of A N I V infection. So,
23:57you'll see look all the way around here.
23:59Antiviral, anticonvulsant. Did you know
24:01black cumin seed oil is is proven to
24:03actually reverse seizures? It's an
24:05antioxidant, bronchodilation to improve
24:08asthma outcomes and hay fever and
24:10seasonal allergies. It's
24:11anti-inflammatory and it helps improve
24:14and balance the immune system. Here's
24:15the beneficial therapeutic effects of
24:17Nigella sativa oil in hepatitis C virus
24:21patients in Egypt. 60 volunteers were
24:24with proven chronic hepatitis C virus
24:27were selected from admitted patients at
24:29the hepatology unit. Hepatology means
24:31liver unit. At the Beni Suef University
24:35Hospital.
24:36The inclusion criteria, those 60 people
24:38they included, it had to be
24:41they had to been diagnosed with
24:43hepatitis C virus and negative for
24:46uh
24:47H B B.
24:49Hepatitis B virus.
24:52They can only have hepatitis C.
24:54So, this is what they did. Nigella
24:55sativa seeds and Z officinale rhizomes,
24:58another plant, were purchased from the
25:00local herbalist in Egypt. The extracts
25:02were made into soft gelatin capsules
25:04each containing 500 mg of Nigella sativa
25:07and or Z officinale extracts.
25:10Group one they said served as healthy
25:12subjects.
25:14Group two, the hepatitis C virus, served
25:17as hepatitis C virus control.
25:20Then there was a third group called
25:22hepatitis C virus patients plus Nigella
25:24sativa received a capsule containing 500
25:27mg of Nigella sativa extract twice
25:30daily.
25:31Group four was called HCV plus G. They
25:35received a capsule containing 500 mg of
25:37Z officinale extract twice daily.
25:40And group five was HCV plus NG received
25:45a capsule containing 500 mg of each
25:47extract twice daily. So, so So, both
25:50plants were put in there.
25:51So, when you see HCV in group three,
25:55that means they got 500 mg of Nigella
25:57sativa oil. When you see HCV plus NG,
26:01that's Nigella sativa oil and the other
26:03plant combined given at 500 mg doses
26:06every day to hepatitis C virus patients.
26:10What did they find? After 1 month of
26:12treatment with Nigella sativa and or the
26:14Z officinale's ethanol extract, patients
26:17exhibited another significant
26:21decrease in viral load as compared to
26:24the hepatitis C virus control group.
26:28You can see here.
26:29You can see just how much virus per PCR
26:33testing, which has been used for
26:34decades, not to identify a respiratory
26:37virus, but to look for genetic material
26:40which makes up the proteins of
26:42everything including a virus or a venom.
26:45All right, so what you'll see here is
26:46HCV
26:48after a month, you'll see what was
26:49remaining of hepatitis C virus is the
26:51bar.
26:53So, as you go to the right, you will see
26:55the first big bar is just the hepatitis
26:57C virus patients and after after several
26:59months they still had the same amount of
27:01hepatitis C virus.
27:02The next one is after a month or
27:05whatever the the time period was, after
27:06they gave them the hepatitis C virus
27:09plus Nigella sativa black cumin seed
27:11oil, look how much lower hepatitis C
27:13virus is underneath the column titled BC
27:16with the plaid looking colors.
27:18When you go to the last very last
27:20column, you saw an even better
27:21improvement with both Nigella sativa and
27:24Z officinale's herbs in combination.
27:27So, I just want y'all to see they know
27:28that this plant is super potent at
27:31reducing viral loads in the body even of
27:33viruses they say you're going to have
27:35for your whole life.
27:36Like hepatitis A B C. All right, now
27:39they're going to continue here in this
27:40study reviewing this. The blood
27:41concentrations of AFP were significantly
27:44elevated in HCV control patients as
27:46compared to the corresponding healthy
27:48patients. They found AFP, whatever that
27:51stands for, was significantly elevated
27:53in the hepatitis C virus group and as
27:56compared to the healthy subjects. Now,
27:59in this study you'll see what that
28:00actually means, but you need to lower
28:02this AFP level to actually see better
28:05outcomes for the patient.
28:07And they only saw it lowered when they
28:08gave them black cumin seed oil.
28:11And there you go, you'll see it again.
28:13Here's a chart showing exactly what
28:15happened to your albumin in your blood,
28:17total albumin, and other markers in your
28:19blood. All previously mentioned
28:21parameters they note were potentially
28:23improved following treatment with
28:25Nigella sativa oil. And you can see it
28:27there. This is the part of the paper
28:29where they want to have a discussion
28:30with the audience or the reader.
28:33Chronic hepatitis C they say is a major
28:35global health burden with an estimated
28:37160
28:39million people having it.
28:41In this current study, administration of
28:43Nigella sativa
28:45and the mixture of the two resulted in a
28:47significant decrease in viral load and
28:49AFP with a more potent effect offered by
28:51the mixture.
28:53And then they state Nigella sativa
28:54administration resulted in a significant
28:56decrease in the viral load with 16.67%
28:59of patients becoming blood negative for
29:03hepatitis C. Did you all listen to that?
29:05People are told you're going to have
29:06this for life. 160 million people are
29:08told they have hepatitis C forever.
29:10Read that statement. When they gave only
29:13Nigella sativa oil, 16% of all those
29:15people months later, they couldn't even
29:17find hepatitis C in their blood. That's
29:20what's called seronegative. That means
29:22they took their blood, ran it through a
29:24hepatitis C virus test, and it would not
29:26show up positive.
29:28Now, just so you know, if you're
29:29standing in front of a doctor and they
29:31took your HCV test and said you no
29:33longer had
29:34hepatitis C virus in your blood, you
29:36know what they're going to say to you?
29:37Even if you were taking Biodefense or
29:38black cumin seed oil, they would
29:40actually look at you and say you must
29:41have been diagnosed before. They would
29:43never admit the body was able to
29:44eliminate anything or reverse anything.
29:46Now, we're going to keep going and 50%
29:48of the people that got Nigella Sativa
29:49alone showed a significant decrease in
29:51the viral count.
29:53Among these, 67% had cirrhosis and 33%
29:59had chronic liver disease, implying
30:01antiviral activity. Also, the
30:04anti-inflammatory,
30:05antiviral, and anti-cancer activities of
30:09Nigella Sativa have been previously
30:10documented in various in lab studies and
30:14in human studies. In conclusion, our
30:16findings suggest that the administration
30:18of Nigella Sativa, black cumin seed oil,
30:20was safe, tolerable, and decreased the
30:23viral load and improved clinical
30:24conditions for all hepatitis C virus
30:26patients.
30:28Do you know anybody that has hepatitis
30:29C? You might want to put them on black
30:31cumin seed oil because they found in
30:33this one study, almost 20% of everybody
30:35that took it within just a few months,
30:36they never were even testing positive
30:38for hepatitis C virus in their blood.
30:40Now, we're going to get to this toxic,
30:42cancer-causing
30:44fungus called aflatoxin.
30:47Nigella Sativa, black cumin seed, as a
30:49biological detoxifier
30:52in diet contaminated with aflatoxin B1.
30:56I've already told you where you get that
30:57from in your diet. Peanut butter is one
30:59of those places. Peanuts are another
31:01one.
31:02All right, so here we go. The summary of
31:03this study was and there's not any other
31:05slides but this one
31:07for this study.
31:09A total of 600 7-day old quail chicks,
31:13we're talking about little birds,
31:15were randomly selected and put into
31:19eight experimental groups
31:21and it was completely randomized.
31:24Experimental treatments included two
31:26levels of aflatoxin B1.
31:29They were going to inject it into these
31:31little birds, the actual cancer-causing
31:34deadly poison.
31:36And they were going to do it at 0 and
31:382.5 mg per kilogram of body weight and
31:40four levels of various amounts of
31:43Nigella Sativa oil. And you see the
31:45amounts. Some birds are going to get
31:47zero, some are going to get 0.5, some
31:48are going to get 1.1, and others are
31:50going to get 1.5% of their diet would be
31:52black cumin seed oil.
31:54And they were offered from 7 to 35 days
31:57of age to quail chicks. So, starting on
32:00day seven,
32:01they started feeding them Nigella Sativa
32:02oil and tracked them up till 35 days
32:05old.
32:06Read the bottom. Nigella Sativa oil
32:08increased LAB and SFB but decreased the
32:12E. coli populations in the chickens.
32:15Or in these chicks.
32:17So, it killed off E. coli infection.
32:19This study revealed that Nigella Sativa
32:21oil as a detoxifier could relatively
32:24attenuate, totally stop the negative
32:27effects of aflatoxin B in quails, which
32:30would actually cause them all to have
32:30cancer, neurological disease, and they
32:32would die.
32:33Isn't that amazing? Let's continue
32:35going. An active principle of Nigella
32:37Sativa, thymoquinone, showing
32:39significant anti-microbial activity
32:41against what are called anaerobic
32:43bacteria. There are some bacteria
32:46that survive better without oxygen. You
32:48want to name one? How about salmonella?
32:50That's one that doesn't like oxygen. You
32:52put oxygen there, it dies. E. coli, it
32:54dies. These are
32:55Anaerobic means
32:57they don't like oxygen.
32:58They prefer a no oxygen environment.
33:01Thymoquinone, abbreviated TQ, as I
33:03mentioned earlier in the in this
33:05presentation, is the major active
33:06principle of Nigella Sativa oil and is
33:08known to control many fungi, bacteria,
33:10and some viruses. To show, and this is
33:13what they write, thymoquinone showed a
33:15significant anti-microbial activity
33:17against anaerobic bacteria. And they
33:19write in their conclusions, thymoquinone
33:21controlled the anaerobic human
33:22pathogenic bacteria, which supports the
33:24use of Nigella Sativa in the treatment
33:26of diarrhea in folk medicine. So,
33:29anybody out there who's got a UTI
33:31infection, says it's bacterial,
33:32anybody's got chronic diarrhea or
33:34diagnosed with IBS-D, which stands for
33:37irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea,
33:39uh you might want to get on black cumin
33:41seed oil. Now, one of these anaerobic
33:42bacteria is called C. diff. How many
33:45babies and how many adolescents are so
33:47worried about kids going to play
33:48playgrounds, play yards,
33:51uh kinder care because they're worried
33:55that their kids are going to get C.
33:56diff.
33:57I want y'all to look at this. This is
33:59incredible. C. diff was the most
34:01sensitive among the anaerobes tested
34:03with intermittent sensitivity to black
34:04cumin seed oil at 10 and 20 micrograms
34:07per milliliter
34:08and was completely sensitive, meaning it
34:10completely died, C. diff did, in the
34:12presence of 40 micrograms of black cumin
34:16seed oil. It is dose-dependent. If you
34:18took BioDefense and you have a bacterial
34:19infection or you have C. diff, I would
34:21do two capsules a day. If you don't see
34:22improvement in a week, 100% clearance,
34:24then you double it to two
34:26twice a day, up to four capsules. You'll
34:28see it's dose-dependent. And so,
34:31anyway, I just want y'all to know it
34:32works even with C. diff. Now, what
34:34you're looking at on the screen is
34:36uh they have a control
34:38and then they've got the three different
34:40measurements of Nigella Sativa oil in
34:43each of those little round circles that
34:45are brown. The control is they put uh
34:48they put C. diff or the bacteria inside
34:51the orange-looking
34:53uh petri dish and just gave it food to
34:55eat and it would grow and you can see
34:57what it looks like. It actually has
34:58grown and you can see there's a circle
35:00inside the orange circle.
35:02But then you will see as you look to the
35:03right to the first brown circle, you see
35:05there is a lighter colored circle and
35:08that is the bacteria growing. As you go
35:10higher in dosage, left to right, orange
35:13to right is the lower dose, then you go
35:15down from the right, bottom right-hand
35:17side is a little bit higher Nigella
35:19Sativa, the one on the bottom left is
35:21the highest dose of black seed oil.
35:23Watch what happens. You will never see
35:26any
35:27growth or rings growing inside of that
35:30bottom left actual uh
35:33dosing. So, you'll see here, this is
35:35over time, over time, over time.
35:39And you can see bottom right, you'll see
35:41an in continued growth or spread of the
35:43actual candida. You'll looks like a
35:45shiny cover on the top, bottom right of
35:48each of these images.
35:49And these left to right are over time.
35:52You will notice never will you see any
35:54growth of any C. diff bacteria in the
35:57bottom left petri dish of every picture.
36:00It was 100% effective at killing C.
36:02diff. Then they wanted to measure, how
36:04does this actually compare to the
36:06ability to kill C. diff and other
36:08anaerobic bacteria?
36:10How does it compare to the most common
36:12antibiotic drug used to treat C. diff
36:15and these other types of bacteria?
36:17So, I'm going to read this to you. They
36:19were comparing the two, black seed oil
36:21and this antibiotic against C. diff and
36:23other anaerobic bacteria.
36:26The results of the antibacterial
36:27activity of various concentrations of
36:29metronidazole are given in table two,
36:32which revealed that C. diff was again
36:34the most sensitive to metronidazole.
36:37And just so you know, you will see that
36:39C. diff, the bacteria, would die faster
36:42with this drug than it did with black
36:44cumin seed oil at a lower dose.
36:47So, before you get confused and think,
36:48man, I should just take the antibiotic.
36:50I have to show you
36:51black cumin seed oil doesn't have any of
36:53these things I'm about to show you.
36:55I looked up this drug, which they're
36:57trying to convince you here and show you
36:58that it is more effective at killing C.
37:00diff faster, even though there is a dose
37:03of black seed oil that kills all of it.
37:05I want to show you what you don't know
37:07about this metronidazole.
37:09In their conclusions, I'm going to show
37:11you this after this conclusion here
37:12about the antibiotic. Thymoquinone, the
37:14most abundant active principle of
37:16Nigella Sativa was shown to possess a
37:17reasonably active reasonable activity
37:20against anaerobic human pathogens or
37:23bacteria, viruses, funguses.
37:25Thymoquinone was particularly more
37:27effective against C. diff. Regular use
37:30of black seed could prevent infection
37:32from C. diff.
37:34The study also supports the use of black
37:35seed in the treatment of diarrhea in
37:37folk medicine.
37:39Now, let's go look at this drug they
37:40wanted everybody to see.
37:42This is metronidazole
37:44and their prescribing information on
37:45drugs.com. Now, I want to show you this.
37:48Did you know that metronidazole has been
37:50shown to be carcinogenic in mice and
37:52rats? And I have to remind the
37:54audiences,
37:55I've shown you this over and over and
37:57over. When they study chemicals and
37:59drugs in mice and rats, those research
38:01scientists say, "The reason we test all
38:03drugs in mice and rats is because
38:05whatever happens in the mouse or rat is
38:08going to happen to the human because we
38:10have all the same genes in order that
38:14mice do."
38:16So, when they tell you this,
38:18that metronidazole has been shown to be
38:21carcinogenic in mice and rats,
38:23um if you're ever wondering why so many
38:24people are being diagnosed with cancer,
38:26you're being prescribed drugs that are
38:27known to cause cancer.
38:29And if it happens in a mouse or in a
38:30rat, your medical doctor is going to
38:32say, "No, that's not true." No, it is
38:33true. Research scientists say it over
38:35and over and over. The reason why we
38:36study rats and drugs in rats and mice
38:39first is because we want to see what
38:41happens to the rat rat or mice because
38:43we know it's going to happen to the
38:43humans, which are just bigger mammals.
38:46We have all the same organs, all the
38:48same genes that every mouse and rat
38:49does.
38:50In fact, you have every single gene,
38:52every single organ that every mammal on
38:55Earth does. And that might seem weird,
38:57but if I were to cut open a blue whale,
38:58they have every single organ you do.
39:00But they swim in the ocean.
39:02But they have to come up for air just
39:03like you do because they're a mammal.
39:05All right, so here are the warnings on
39:07drugs.com for all medical doctors to
39:10know. You better look for these warning
39:11signs.
39:12Encephalopathy and peripheral
39:14neuropathy, brain swelling, and all of
39:17your legs and arms burning pain.
39:19Uh okay.
39:21That is a central and peripheral nervous
39:23system side effect of this antibiotic
39:26that they say is faster at killing C.
39:28diff.
39:29Faster, but black cumin seed oil can
39:31prevent it altogether and cure it
39:32altogether.
39:34Let's read these statements in case
39:36you're wondering if you want to use that
39:37antibiotic.
39:38Cases of brain swelling and peripheral
39:41neuropathy including
39:42eyes neuropathy, your optic nerve that
39:46controls vision
39:47including optic neuropathy, you know how
39:50painful that is in your eye, have been
39:51reported with this drug metronidazole.
39:54Encephalopathy means brain swelling up
39:56against the skull. Encephalopathy has
39:58been a reported in association with
40:01brain toxicity characterized by ataxia,
40:04you can't breathe, dizziness and
40:05dysarthria. Peripheral neuropathy mainly
40:08of the sensory type where you have pain,
40:11you can feel it, has been reported and
40:12is characterized by numbness
40:15or paresthesia, paralysis of an
40:19extremity.
40:20Paresthesia is where you can't feel
40:21anything on your skin.
40:23Now read the next one. This antibiotic
40:26for C. diff that they give to kids and
40:27adults, convulsive seizures have been
40:30reported in patients treated with this
40:32drug. Do you know what has never been
40:34reported to cause seizures or
40:36convulsions
40:37or peripheral neuropathy or brain
40:39swelling? Black cumin seed oil in
40:41biodefense.
40:42Now look at the next one. I didn't even
40:44highlight it, but aseptic meningitis. Do
40:45you know how deadly meningitis is?
40:47Meningitis is an infection of the brain
40:49and the spinal cord.
40:51That is a published side effect of this
40:53drug
40:55they give to people with C. diff when
40:56black cumin seed oil is already proven
40:58to be just as effective or better and
40:59safer.
41:01Then they're going to go and introduce
41:02you to the benefits of black seed oil
41:05in lymphatic tissues.
41:08So this is a study about poultry, birds.
41:11Response of lymphatic tissues to natural
41:14feed additives like curcumin and black
41:17cumin seed oils in broilers, a type of
41:19chicken I guess or bird, against
41:21Pasteurella multocida.
41:25Some kind of bad bug.
41:28So this is what they did. We used the
41:291-day-old Arbor Acre broiler as
41:32experimental birds. And in this study we
41:34used the clinical strain of an infection
41:36called P. multocida.
41:40This was the design of the study. They
41:41took 100 1-day-old chicks.
41:44They divided them into five groups of 20
41:46different
41:47birds.
41:481 2 3 4 and 5 equals 100. 5 divided by 5
41:52* 20 is 100 birds.
41:54Group one was served as a non-infected
41:57non-treated control group. So they just
41:59left them alone to do anything with
42:00them. They want to watch them for a
42:01certain period and make sure what does
42:03normal look like.
42:04Group two was challenged with the
42:06infection with a dose rate as you'll see
42:09uh at day 28 of birth.
42:12Group 3A was offered Nigella sativa oil
42:15at 2% in powder form in their feed from
42:18day one.
42:20They were not given the infection while
42:23group 3B was also given Nigella sativa
42:26oil at 2% in powder form in the feed
42:28from day one and was injected with the
42:32bacteria called P. multocida
42:35at day 28.
42:36Group four was divided into two groups
42:38also. Group 4A was given C. longa,
42:41another infection,
42:431% in powder Oh, sorry. That's not a
42:45infection. That's an actual uh
42:47That's the other plant they're using.
42:49And what was it called? Oh, sorry,
42:50curcumin. I I couldn't figure couldn't
42:52draw the C. out of my brain. So curcumin
42:55at 1% in powder form in the feed from
42:57day one and not given the infection.
42:59And then group 4B was offered curcumin,
43:021% in powder form in the feed from day
43:03one
43:04and was then given the infection on day
43:0628.
43:08Group five was also divided. Group 5A
43:10was offered both Nigella sativa oil and
43:13curcumin in powder form in the feed from
43:14day one.
43:15And group 5B was offered both Nigella
43:17sativa oil at 2% and curcumin at 1% in
43:21powder form in the feed from day one and
43:23then was given the infection on day 28.
43:25The test was performed at day 14, 21, 28
43:29of the age of the flock to evaluate the
43:31immune system's effects of Nigella
43:33sativa oil and curcumin in trail
43:37poultry broiler birds.
43:40And you can see the chart there.
43:42So there's the groups. You'll see what
43:43they did. You'll see where they measured
43:45at day 14, day 21, day 28.
43:48There's the days in which they did this.
43:51I'm just making sure you can all see
43:53this cuz this is going to be saved as a
43:54PDF on our on our website underneath
43:57patient resources.
43:59For all the scientists out there, the
44:00research scientists that love reading
44:01those charts.
44:02This is the most important thing for our
44:03audiences though.
44:05The Nigella sativa curcumin and
44:08combination of both Nigella sativa and
44:10curcumin in powder form were given in
44:11the feed from day one to all groups.
44:14After challenging some with this
44:16infection at day 28
44:18most of the birds from group two showed
44:21depression and poor feed consumption.
44:24And within the first week after
44:25infection, the birds of group two showed
44:27severe type of clinical signs such as
44:30fever, anorexia, ruffled feathers, mucus
44:34discharge from the mouth, white
44:35diarrhea, arthritis and reduced feed
44:38consumption.
44:39All that group was given was the
44:40infection.
44:42The number of birds died from group two
44:44was 3.2 and three at day 37, 39 and 40
44:47respectively, but most birds of groups
44:50three, four and five
44:53were showing activeness, started feeding
44:56and getting towards recovery. They were
44:58the ones given Nigella sativa oil.
45:01Group one, control negative group, no
45:03feed plus no infection.
45:06Group two served as a positive control
45:08after giving the infection. They all
45:09died as you just read.
45:11Group three got the infection. Group 3B
45:14got the infection and Nigella sativa oil
45:16only.
45:18The morphology or the disease state of
45:20the liver is normal. The spleen section
45:23of all cells is normal. The lungs of all
45:26cells are normal.
45:27So the infection didn't make it into the
45:29spleen, liver or the lungs.
45:31Group 4B with curcumin, the liver
45:33section represented a mild congestion
45:34and mild fatty change that is different
45:36than Nigella sativa oil. Nigella sativa
45:38was better.
45:40And then spleen section represented a
45:42mild congestion and lung section
45:44represented a mild congestion. So
45:45curcumin was not anywhere near as
45:47effective at keeping the lungs, spleen
45:50and the liver healthy as black cumin
45:52seed oil was. Isn't this amazing?
45:54Group 5B when they gave both Nigella
45:56sativa and curcumin, the normal liver
45:59section,
46:00spleen section representing a normal
46:01section and lung section representing a
46:03normal section. As long as Nigella
46:04sativa oil was going into the birds,
46:06they're totally healthy, their spleen,
46:08their liver and their lungs.
46:10Just so you know, you have a spleen, you
46:12have two lungs and you have a liver just
46:14like these birds.
46:16There's pictures of what it looks like.
46:20What happened when the infection went
46:21into group two and the massive problems
46:24that you see in the liver slides.
46:26Group 3B,
46:28group 4B,
46:30group 5B and you guys can go through
46:31these at at your leisure if you want to
46:33download the PowerPoint. And these are
46:35the summaries. I just gave it to you.
46:36I'm not even going to read it.
46:38But it is there for your reference.
46:40Black seed oil was effective at
46:42destroying the infection and protecting
46:44all the organs. Antimicrobial activity
46:46and wound healing effect of a novel
46:49natural ointment in a lab and in
46:54in a lab and inside your body. Two
46:56different studies.
46:57This study aimed to investigate the
46:59effect of an ointment based on Nigella
47:01sativa oil.
47:02This oil had remarkable antibacterial
47:04activity against staff infections, E.
47:07coli, Acinetobacter baumannii,
47:10Pseudomonas aeruginosa and in the body
47:14results showed the ointment
47:15significantly accelerated all wound
47:17healing and increased collagen
47:19deposition compared with the control. It
47:21was proven black cumin seed oil
47:22successful in diabetic wound healing was
47:24rapid. It also was proven to be this
47:28ointment could be a suitable candidate
47:30for wound healing.
47:32Did you know that black cumin seed oil
47:34in biodefense is also anti-HIV?
47:37Holy moly, I didn't know that. But
47:39anti-HIV activity of eight monofloral
47:41Iranian honey types. So they took bees
47:44that were making honey and the bees that
47:46were collecting pollen from the
47:48Nigella sativa flower.
47:50Watch this. This is fun.
47:52They They're going to test the honey
47:54from various
47:56bee hives
47:57that primarily only get pollen to make
47:59honey from specific flowers.
48:02So singular flower honeys from eight
48:05floral sources were obtained from three
48:06different centers in Iran.
48:09Petroselinum,
48:10Nigella sativa, Citrus sinensis. These
48:13are different plants.
48:14Uh you're just going through the list.
48:15There's the different plants they used.
48:17You just saw Nigella
48:18sativa also. And then they tell you that
48:20there was four singular Iranian honeys
48:22isolated and that included P. sativum,
48:25Nigella sativa, Z. multiflora and Z.
48:28meratiana
48:29were separately dissolved in 5 ml of
48:32methanol and fractionated or separated
48:34separately. And you'll see that.
48:36Read the sentence at the bottom. This is
48:38awesome.
48:39Fractions 10,
48:4112,
48:4314 and 19 respectively from Nigella
48:47sativa oil
48:49have been demonstrated to have
48:52potent, not mild,
48:55potent anti-HIV activity
48:58and analyzed by NMR. So I just want
49:01y'all to know
49:02if you think there's nothing you can do
49:03for HIV people, uh you should get them
49:05in biodefense and make sure they have it
49:06cuz black cumin seed oil or just black
49:08cumin seed oil by itself. Here's its
49:10antiviral activity, anti-HIV-1 activity
49:13of eight different honey types and their
49:14fractions were studied
49:16uh via this antigen kit. Each
49:18concentration was tested three different
49:20times.
49:21And they found those same fractions were
49:23the ones that were the most effective at
49:25reducing the viral titer of HIV-1 DNA.
49:29Honey originated from these four plants
49:32inhibited viral replication. The
49:34effective concentrations of this honey
49:36types of including Nigella sativa
49:40to be reducing the viral titers of HIV
49:42was by 50%.
49:45It were these fractions of 37.5, 88, 70,
49:4888, 105, and 5 micrograms per milliliter
49:50respectively. You do not need to
49:52memorize that stuff. We just want you to
49:53know
49:54black cumin seed oil is flipping
49:56amazing. It even has replicating HIV
50:00benefits. It stops it from happening.
50:02Here's the chart. You'll see at the
50:03bottom the list of the different plants
50:05and you will see 1 2 3 4 5th plant is
50:09Nigella sativa and you will see the
50:11lowered amounts at various
50:12concentrations on the key to the top
50:15right.
50:16You'll see 5 micrograms, 10 nanograms, 5
50:19micrograms, 100 micrograms per
50:21milliliter of these plants and you see
50:22just how effective uh this this
50:25substance Nigella sativa is at stopping
50:27the replication of HIV. All honey types
50:30are effective. I'm just going to skip
50:32this one cuz I want to make sure we fit
50:33this into a time frame that's acceptable
50:35for everybody. The average MFI value and
50:37frequency of CD19 lymphocytes or white
50:39blood cells were increased for the cells
50:41treated with Nigella sativa compared to
50:44control along with the other plant
50:45called Zataria multiflora.
50:48So, Nigella sativa oil increased white
50:49blood cell count to fight HIV.
50:52Proven by itself. In the present study,
50:54honey amino acid content can play a
50:56role. It has a potent anti-HIV effect.
51:00This last concluded demonstrated that
51:02Iranian honey types with high
51:03concentration of these types of Nigella
51:06sativa and others
51:08might be good candidates for preclinical
51:10evaluation of anti-HIV therapies. And
51:13look up above
51:15this substance in Nigella sativa and
51:17others may block assembly of new HIV
51:19virions and maturation of the virus.
51:23Stops reverse transcription of the
51:24virus, which is how it replicates in
51:26your body supposedly.
51:28Anybody with HIV or AIDS? Well, let you
51:31know or love. Make sure they get
51:32BioDefense.
51:34I don't know about y'all, but I find
51:35this stuff fascinating because this
51:37product and this formula that God put on
51:38this earth, this plant, has so many

52:27anti-inflammatory and immune system
52:29effects. They are doing this to examine
52:31the effectiveness of Nigella sativa oil
52:32and Phyllanthus niruri extract against
52:35200 patients, 186 which were completing
52:39the study.
52:40They gave them capsules which contained
52:41360 mg of Nigella sativa oil and only 50
52:45g milligrams
52:47of Phyllanthus niruri extracts.
52:50They swallowed this orally three times a
52:53day, one capsule daily for 7 days.
52:56At the end of the treatment for 1 week a
52:59significantly greater proportion, a
53:01significantly greater proportion of
53:04patients in the Nigella sativa group
53:08than in the placebo group had their sore
53:10throat completely relieved. Sore throats
53:12anybody? Nigella sativa oil extract was
53:14also found to be safe and well tolerated
53:16in acute tonsillopharyngitis patients.
53:19Ask your ENT

53:27This study proved significant benefits
53:30of Nigella sativa oil in the treatment
53:32of acute tonsillopharyngitis
53:34compared to the placebo.
53:36So, if you got a sore throat, those are

53:41in 7 days was proven to be the most
53:44effective against those who did nothing.
53:46The effect of black cumin seed oil and
53:48thymoquinone on acute kidney injury
53:50induced by sepsis in mice. Remember, if
53:52it happens in a mouse, it happens to a
53:54human. There was a rapid increase in the
53:57number of COVID-19 cases worldwide, this
53:59study says. Some patients progressed
54:00rapidly with septic shock, which was
54:02eventually followed by multiple organ
54:04failure. And in patients
54:07besides acute respiratory distress
54:09syndrome and acute heart damage
54:10including a kidney acute kidney damage.
54:13Thymoquinone
54:14is a active plant quinone found in black
54:17cumin seeds that has antioxidant,
54:20anti-inflammatory,
54:21and in immune immunomodulatory effects
54:24of thymoquinone against renal damage
54:26have been demonstrated. Like you see
54:28Lexidol can protect the kidneys.
54:31Thymoquinone can promote burn wound
54:33healing by reducing inflammation. Oral
54:35administration of it can effectively
54:36mitigate renal damage. How many of you
54:39have been diagnosed with kidney
54:41failure, chronic kidney disease? Please,
54:43for the love of God, start swallowing
54:45BioDefense.
54:47I don't want you ending up on
54:50dialysis machines, Lasix,
54:53diuretics.
54:55They found in this current study we
54:56established the model of sepsis-induced
54:58acute kidney injury in mice and
55:00investigated the effect of black cumin
55:02seed oil on sepsis-induced acute kidney
55:05failure.
55:07They took 48 week 48 8-week-old mice
55:11divided into four groups
55:13and
55:14they took Nigella sativa oil's TQ.
55:19And all surviving animals were killed
55:21after 48 hours and blood samples were
55:22obtained. What did they find?
55:25They observed a significant increase in
55:27serum BUN, Billy
55:29Billy Rubin urea nitrogen, and CRE
55:31levels in the in the group not the
55:33Nigella sativa group than in the control
55:36group, but treatment of black seed oil
55:38significantly decreased or lowered Billy
55:42Rubin urea nitrogen called BUN and CRE
55:45levels.
55:47This is showing you if you have been
55:48told that you have chronic kidney
55:50failure or or you're in kidney disease
55:53they're looking at your BUN number.
55:56And if it stays high, they say you have
55:58kidney failure. Did you know black cumin
56:00seed oil is proven to reverse it and
56:02lower BUN? The CLP group, which was a
56:04different plant, showed the infiltration
56:06of inflammatory cells into the kidney
56:07tissue.
56:09Which could be ameliorated or destroyed
56:12by putting in Nigella sativa oil with
56:15thymoquinone.
56:17Isn't that amazing? They gave it a
56:19plant, it hurt the kidneys, and then
56:20they took that same person and they put
56:22in it or the animal and put into it
56:23black cumin seed oil and reversed it.
56:26This indicated that thymoquinone could
56:28suppress inflammatory cell infiltration
56:30into the kidney tissue in the
56:32CLP-induced AKI model. Acute kidney
56:35failure model. So, you'll see there
56:37there's the control. You'll see
56:38thymoquinone, they're pointing at it,
56:40the group. And then you'll see
56:41thymoquinone plus CLP. Look how much
56:43less white stuff is in the second panel.
56:46All healthy kidney tissue, much more in
56:48the thymoquinone black cumin seed oil
56:50group. All three genes were increased in
56:52the CLP group mice compared with the
56:54control group. However, this increase
56:55was attenuated, stopped by the black
56:58cumin seed oil group. You guys can read
57:00this at home. It's really incredible. I
57:02would continue to read it. There's a lot
57:03of science in this one.
57:05This study demonstrates that black cumin
57:07seed oil has a protective effect against
57:08acute kidney injury.
57:11The addition of thymoquinone
57:13significantly reduced the blood CRE
57:16inflammatory marker and kidney failure
57:18marker level called BUN, alleviating the
57:21sepsis-induced
57:23acute kidney injury. They even induced
57:26kidney injury with this poison and they
57:28could reverse it
57:30with black seed oil.
57:32Our study established that black seed
57:33oil contributes to the mitigation of
57:35sepsis-induced acute kidney injury. Ask
57:37your nephrologist if BioDefense or black
57:40cumin seed oil is right for you.
57:41Regulating pro-inflammatory cytokines,
57:45pyroptosis, and apoptosis related
57:48expression. These findings provide a new
57:50strategy to treat acute kidney injury.

58:35The plants Linum usitatissimum and
58:37Nigella sativa seeds are being studied.
58:40100 g of the powdered materials of each
58:42plants were successfully extracted.
58:44They made batches of 25 third and star
58:47larvae were transferred to 30 small
58:50disposable test cups and treated with
58:52Nigella sativa
58:54and with the other plant peel extracts
58:55at different concentrations of 50, 100,
58:57200, 300, 400 parts per milliliter.
59:00Parts per million actually. Experiments
59:02were repeated three times to make sure
59:05the information was correct. The extract
59:07average yield obtained by
59:10the extract from the agrowaste extracts
59:13of Nigella sativa peels and the Linum
59:16usitatissimum peels prepared using
59:18solvents of different polarities.
59:21And you can see them there. Then they
59:22said the presence of biologically active
59:24components from different solvents
59:25extracts of Nigella sativa oil. We're
59:27going to keep going. They found the
59:29highest amount of Nigella sativa oil in
59:31the methanol or alcohol group, and this
59:33is what they found. The insecticidal
59:36activity of flaxseed and black seed
59:38peels were evaluated against the late
59:40third instar CX pipiens larvae in the
59:43laboratory.
59:44An insect that destroys plants. If you
59:46look down at the bottom here, they found
59:49methylene chloride extract of black seed
59:52oil was the most effective at helping to
59:54prevent West Nile virus strains.
59:58Three solvents were used. The results
1:00:00indicated
1:00:02that petroleum ether was the version of
1:00:05both black seed oil, and I do not
1:00:07recommend petroleum, black seed oil and
1:00:09flaxseed oil extracts, respectively,
1:00:11after 24 hours was the most potent.
1:00:13According to the results of the
1:00:14bioassay, the most efficient extract of
1:00:16the six used extract is the petroleum
1:00:18ether extract of black seed peels.
1:00:21So, even compared to flax, black seed
1:00:24oil, once again, was more powerful at
1:00:26beating the West Nile virus mosquito
1:00:28infection than anything else. Don't be
1:00:30afraid of West Nile, you've got
1:00:31Biodefense. You don't have to worry
1:00:32about anyone.
1:00:33Results of this study have shown that
1:00:36phytochemical
1:00:38compounds extracted from flax and black
1:00:40seed peels may be innovative and
1:00:43integrated visualization of
1:00:45bioinsecticidal.
1:00:47Can we spray this stuff in powder form
1:00:49on farms so that when the mosquitoes
1:00:51show up, they'll kill them?
1:00:53Thus, this study has set an alternate
1:00:55control measures against CX pipiens
1:00:57compared to synthetic insecticides.
1:00:59Instead of synthetics, they found the
1:01:01natural
1:01:02peels of black seed oil and flaxseed
1:01:05oil,
1:01:06black seed being the most effective, was
1:01:08able to beat the spread of West Nile.
1:01:10And there's your actual study's
1:01:12conclusions. Very exciting.
1:01:14Now, they took went to a lab, and they
1:01:16wanted to see, what about human
1:01:17papillomavirus? This is the one they say
1:01:19in Gardasil shots for all teenagers and
1:01:22young people. They need to get an HPV
1:01:24vaccine when they turn 9 years old, boys
1:01:26in America and 11-year-old girls in
1:01:27America.
1:01:29So, they're going to test here to see,
1:01:30what about plantar warts and HPV virus?
1:01:34Plantar warts are warts on the palms of
1:01:37your hands and on the palms of your
1:01:38feet.
1:01:40They're going to study black cumin seed
1:01:41oil against plantar warts and anti-HPV
1:01:47effects.
1:01:48What were the results?
1:01:50A synergistic botanical blend was
1:01:52prepared with Moringa, Nigella sativa,
1:01:54and Musa acuminata
1:01:57at a ratio of 1:1:1.
1:01:59There's your plantar warts. The figure
1:02:01shows good distribution of the extract
1:02:02and imparts good loading abilities of
1:02:04the polymer mixture.
1:02:06What they found, after 15 weeks, the
1:02:09results significantly differed between
1:02:10the intervention and the placebo group
1:02:12in terms of wart size.
1:02:14I want y'all to look at the pictures.
1:02:16When they use Nigella sativa topically,
1:02:18you'll see it zero time, third week,
1:02:20sixth week, ninth week, 12th week, but
1:02:22look at the 15th week.
1:02:25Anybody out there got warts?

1:03:14body. There's not There's almost no
1:03:16single pathway in the human body that
1:03:18isn't impacted or benefited from black
1:03:20cumin seed oil,

1:05:03you've got HPV, you've been tested
1:05:04positive for that, and you're getting
1:05:06warts also or lesions on the skin, you
1:05:07can use black cumin seed oil or our

1:05:12this show, did you know that black cumin
1:05:14seed oil was proven to improve growth
1:05:16performance, growth, immune system, gut

1:05:22work. Here's the study.
1:05:23Out of Science of Food and Agricultural
1:05:26Journal, broiler chickens were fed black
1:05:28cumin seed oil at 0, 5, 10, and 20 g per
1:05:32kilogram of weight in their diet.
1:05:34The supplementation of black cumin seed
1:05:36oil resulted in a tendency to have to
1:05:38decrease feed conversion efficiency on
1:05:40days 28 to 42.
1:05:42They were metabolizing nutrients
1:05:45better
1:05:46with increased dose of black cumin
1:05:48current seed oil and black cumin seed
1:05:50oil. They didn't have to eat as much.
1:05:52Protein deposition in their thighs, so
1:05:54muscle mass in their thighs and breast
1:05:56was increased. Well, that's important
1:05:59for chicken farmers. And nitrogen
1:06:00excretion was reduced by
1:06:03black cumin seed oil.
1:06:04So, I want y'all to know, if you're
1:06:06wanting to build muscle, you should
1:06:07probably taking black cumin seed oil.
1:06:10Counts of total bacteria like E. coli
1:06:12and Clostridium were not affected by
1:06:14black cumin seed oil.
1:06:16They mentioned, but salmonella decreased
1:06:19with increasing dose of black cumin seed
1:06:21oil. So, remember, if you get food
1:06:23poisoning, black cumin seed oil,
1:06:24salmonella's typically what you'll
1:06:25you're being poisoned with. Antibody
1:06:27titers against Newcastle disease virus
1:06:30on day 35 increased, which is amazing.
1:06:32You need more of these with increased
1:06:34doses of black current seed oil.
1:06:36Concentrations of blood sugar and
1:06:38triglycerides in blood were not affected
1:06:40by it in the chickens. They write here
1:06:42in their conclusion, the use of dietary
1:06:44black cumin seed oil may improve growth
1:06:46performance, immunity, and nutrient
1:06:47utilization in these birds.
1:06:51And in humans.
1:06:52Potential benefits of the combination of
1:06:54black seed oil and zinc supplements to
1:06:56treat COVID-19. This is one of the last
1:06:58things we're going to talk about. Yes,
1:07:00if you still have long COVID symptoms,
1:07:02there's a reason we came out with
