0:05How to use myopristone and myoprotol for
0:08an abortion with pills in the first 13
0:10weeks of pregnancy. Every day people
0:13around the world have safe medical
0:16abortions using myopipristone and
0:18myoprosttol. When the instructions are
0:20followed properly, 95% will have a
0:24successful abortion. But remember, this
0:27information is useful for an abortion
0:29with pills in pregnancies that are below
0:3213 weeks, counted from the first day of
0:35your last menstrual
0:37period. Before starting, follow these
0:40guidelines. Verify the number of weeks
0:43of pregnancy to be sure you are below 13
0:46weeks. Try to schedule your abortion
0:48when you do not have any other
0:50activities and you can rest. Although
0:53complications are rare, it is important

1:20Medical abortions below 13 weeks of
1:23pregnancy are very safe for the majority
1:25of people. But if you have certain
1:27medical conditions, it is not
1:30recommended to use abortion pills.
1:32Myopristone is not recommended if you
1:35have been using long-term steroids such
1:38as predinazone or dexamethasone, you
1:40have a bleeding disorder such as pferia,
1:43you have chronic adrenal failure.
1:45However, in these cases, having an
1:47abortion with just myoprosttol is
1:50possible. Both mephrristone and
1:53myoprosttol are not recommended if you
1:56are using anti-coagulants such as
1:58heperin or warerin. You are allergic to
2:01mephristone, msoprosttol or
2:03prostaglandins. You have been diagnosed
2:05with an ectopic pregnancy. This requires
2:08specific treatment and you should seek

2:38mephipristone and at least four
2:40myoprosttol pills of 200 micrograms each

3:11the most common dosages. But if the
3:13pills you are getting have different
3:15dosages of milligs and or micrograms,
3:18you will need to recalculate the total
3:21number of pills so you can use the
3:22correct amount of medicine. The
3:25procedure step one.
3:28Swallow one 200 mgram pill of my
3:31methopristone with a glass of water. The
3:33majority of people will not experience
3:36any symptoms after taking methopristone.
3:38Therefore, you can continue with your
3:40everyday activities. Some may see light
3:43bleeding. Even if you bleed, it's very
3:46important to take the myoprosttol pills
3:48to complete the abortion. If you throw

4:45effects of myoprosttol. If you are
4:48allergic to ibuprofen, you can take
4:50other medicines like acetaminophen or
4:52paracetamol, 1,000 mg. If you have
4:55anti-nausea medicine, you can use it at
4:57this time too. Wait 30
5:00minutes. Step three, myoprosttol.
5:03Mysoprosttol is used differently from
5:05other medicines. This video will show

5:45is likely that the pills will not work.
5:47This means that you will need to repeat
5:50step three with a new dose of four
5:52myoprosttol pills. Bleeding and cramping
5:55typically begin within 4 to 6 hours, but
5:59they may start as soon as 30 minutes
6:01after taking myoprosttol or could take
6:03up to 24 hours to begin. Step four, if
6:07needed, take a second dose of
6:10myoprosttol. For pregnancies under 9

6:39more likely to result in a successful
6:41abortion. Wait four hours after taking
6:44your first dose of misoprosttol in step
6:47three and place four additional pills of
6:49msoprosttol 200 micrograms each under
6:52your tongue. Follow the instructions as
6:54in step three. Expected symptoms. You

6:59when you experience cramping and
7:02abundant bleeding that is similar or
7:05heavier than your regular period,

9:08If you have redness or itchiness or your
9:11hands, neck, and face are swollen, it is
9:14likely that you are having an allergic
9:16reaction to the medication. In this
9:18case, you can use an antihistamine. But
9:20if you find it difficult to breathe,
9:22then the allergic reaction is very
9:24serious and you need medical care
9:26immediately. Remember, if you need to
9:29seek medical attention, you do not have
9:31to say that you used abortion pills to
9:34induce an abortion as the pills are not
9:37detectable if you have used them under
