1:50So this is the Vibe Coder we're gonna be using.

1:51I'm gonna show you in a sec how to get it for free, but I wanna

1:53show you something real quick.

1:54Look at this.

1:55This is a template we're gonna be using.

1:56What we're gonna do is we're gonna clone.

1:58Okay, good.

1:58We're gonna click Clone, and I wanna show you what we're gonna do, because

2:01we're gonna pick a landscaping business.

2:03This is just totally random.

2:04I'm not trying to pick on these guys.

2:05And I'm gonna show you how we're gonna do this luxury rehaul.

2:07Now, this is really, really sneaky what we're gonna do.

2:10So let's say we wanna do these guys.

2:11We're gonna click their website.

2:12Just like that.

2:13Then we're gonna copy the URL.

2:14Again, not picking on these guys, just showing you something.

2:17And what we're gonna do is we're gonna come right into this Vibe Coder.

2:19And check this out.

2:20I'm gonna say, "Okay, please make this business into this animated

2:27website template." So take Business details and make it into the template.

2:36Then what we do is we click paste, and we're going to paste the URL,

2:41okay, of this exact business website, and then we're gonna click enter.

2:45Now watch what happens next.

2:48Now, boom!

2:48Look at that.

2:49It is now quickly mirrored this business, taking pictures, I mean, literally

2:54everything, but instead made it based off of mountain landscaping, the business.

3:00So it's in seconds taking this entire thing.

3:02So it's not Elite Landscapings, okay, like this.

3:04It's now this, as you see right here.

3:07So it's completely taken it and now mirrored it to the business.

3:11Now, if a business has a ton of pages like this, and maybe they're too big,

3:14you may not wanna do this because of SEO reasons, but a lot of businesses don't

3:17have this much SEO, and there's like literally thousands, if not millions of

3:21businesses that don't have good websites.

3:23So that's where this will really come in clutch.

3:25But from there, that is only the first part.

3:27Our goal isn't just to go, "Hey, here's a new like looking website."

3:30We wanna actually give them something that works with a system behind it.

3:34So that is where we start plugging in forms and a bunch of other amazing stuff.

3:38But we wanna make sure it's actually working, and then we wanna add AI into it.

3:43And then once we have that set up, I'm then gonna show you guys how we're gonna

3:47reach out to them, because I have a really sneaky demo tactic I wanna show you.

3:50So the first thing we're gonna do is come in here and make

3:52sure that this is working.

3:54So we're gonna do test, test, test one, two, three, four,

3:58five, six, seven at Gmail.

4:01Guys, this is really important because so many people on YouTube never actually

4:04show you how this actually works.

4:06They just kind of like pretend it works, but I have to show you that

4:08this thing is actually taking quotes.

4:10GHL Wizard, and then we're gonna do some AI stuff.

4:13So what we're gonna do is we're gonna click request free quote.

4:15Then we're gonna go into the back end of this platform.

4:17We're gonna come right down into contacts, and we're gonna see if

4:20it created a new contact, okay?

4:22Okay, and look at that.

4:24Test, test contact is created.

4:26It is now inside of the CRM, the database.

4:29So it is pulling.

4:30Okay, step number one complete.

4:31So the website is working.

4:33It can now receive contact forms.

4:34So when people come into Google and they try to, you know, work with

4:37this landscaping company, if they submit their information, it will

4:40take it, put it in the database.

4:41Then from there, we can start working all kinds of other AI angles.

4:46So that is initially the first part, just like I said before.

4:50It's very simple.

4:51Like, you saw how easy it was.

4:52Very quick.

4:53We go in, we find a business that we want, you know, the website to be updated.

4:56And again, I'm gonna show you how to reach out and find the right ones in a sec.

4:58We then use this Vibe Coder, again, which I'm gonna show you how to use

5:01this for free here in a sec. How we use this to then rehaul the existing

5:05website into something like this.

5:07But now we move on to the really important part, which is how

5:10do we charge a lot of money?

5:11Because again, you might be like, "Well, if everyone can create

5:13these websites, well, that's cool, but anyone could do that."

5:16Well, no, it's because we're not just giving them a website.

5:18We're gonna give them an entire business system here in a sec using AI.

5:23So this is what we're gonna do.

5:24We're gonna come right in, we're gonna go back to Mountain Landscaping.

5:27We're gonna come right here, and what we're gonna do is we're gonna copy

5:30the URL again, but we're gonna do something a little different this time.

5:32We're gonna come to Ask AI, which is this different tool inside of

5:35this platform I'm gonna show you in a sec. But check this out.

5:37And by the way, guys, don't freak out.

5:39I don't have some course to sell you or some outdated coaching,

6:08to charge a much higher price.

12:45We're gonna come right in here, and we're actually gonna come to Maps.

12:47And you can come into any, you know, Google Maps and type in the exact niche

12:51you want and exact, you know, location.

12:52And what we're gonna do is we're just gonna copy all of these.

12:55Then we're gonna click Copy.

12:56Then what we're gonna do is we're gonna come right back here, and we're gonna come

12:58back to this Ask AI feature, and I wanna show you something absolutely insane.

13:01We're gonna do New Chat, and we're gonna say, "Please organize these by

13:06contact information, and please only leave the ones that have poor websites."

13:16like bad SEO or old websites that need rehauling.

13:21Guys, everything I'm showing you is the biggest hack ever.

13:23'Cause what we're gonna do now is I'm gonna paste all of this, and it's

13:26now not only gonna organize this so we have them in our CRM organized,

13:29done, dusted, prospecting done.

13:31You don't have to do it.

13:32Work smarter, not harder.

13:33But it's gonna actually organize these by the ones that we need

13:37to sell versus the ones we don't.

13:39Because what a lot of gurus online tell you is, "Hey, just go on Google and start

13:42spamming people." No, we're not spammers.

13:44We're not doing that.

13:44We're trying to find the people that need our service.

13:48And the best part is AI can do that for us.

14:28and we can now reach out to them.

14:31This is the beauty of this entire process.

14:32It's going through and it's giving us qualified leads.

14:35So I'm gonna make this quick point while this is loading.

14:37A lot of you guys are struggling to sell right now because you're selling

14:40to people that don't need your services.

14:41This is very important.

14:42This is why AI and this platform, HighLevel, is so good, is because

15:22So there's a couple different ways we can do reach outs, okay?

15:24We can use AI chatbots to help.

15:26We can do like automation style, but for this one, we're gonna be

15:29doing a very specific message, sending the exact template we

15:33built for them previously, okay?

15:35This is very, very important.

15:36Quick disclaimer, always follow compliance laws.

15:39Don't just be spamming people.

15:40I don't know what state, city you're in, so make sure you're always following that.

15:43But let's go into the really dialed part, which is how we're going to

15:46reach out, 'cause we're gonna be using a very specific kind of email method.

15:50Now, I wanna make this abundantly clear.

15:51In my community, if you come in here and come into the calls, we have calls on

15:55literally how to help getting clients, and we walk people through this step by step.

15:59Again, it's free.

16:00Um, but if this is something where you're like, "Hey, I've been trying

16:02to sell landscapers or businesses for a while and I'm struggling,"

16:05well, come to the community because it's going to help greatly.

16:08So many people will land clients in there.

16:10Again, not promised, but so many people do because we literally

16:14So let's go over the exact email you are now going to send.

16:18So make sure you take a screenshot of this or write this down because this is

16:20exactly what you're going to be sending.

16:22So the subject line of this email is, "Made your website move." The body

16:26is, "Hey name, I built you an animated version to show you what I mean.

16:31I noticed your site is doing its job, but it blends in with every

16:35other landscaper in the city.

16:36It's a sixty-second screen recording.

16:38No strings.

16:39Want me to send it over?" Now what we're gonna do is we're then gonna

16:42insert the link at the end of this, which is this exact website we

16:46created, and you can literally just copy the URL and send it to them.

16:49That is the goal because we want to show the exact business owners what we've done.

16:52Now this method I'm showing you, this is not a blast method.

16:55We're not sending this to a ton of people.

16:57We're doing this specifically for each.

16:58That's why you wanna just go after the qualified contacts, so the

17:01ones that don't have the websites.

17:03So then we use that email and send it to those exact ones.

17:06That's the whole trick here.

17:07If you don't do this properly and you're going after people that already have good

17:10websites or, you know, the ones that just don't need it, it's not going to work.

17:13Then from there, we get it in, we give them the exact website, we switch it

17:17over, or we give them the full one, and then we're off to the races.

17:20It is literally as simple as that.

17:23You saw how beginner-friendly this was.

17:25It is simple.

17:26Now, this is where the hard work comes in because I'm not like the gurus and

17:29just saying, "Hey, you can get rich overnight." Not the way this works.

17:31The real value is in reaching out to business owners because

17:34now AI does all the work.

17:35It's not hard.

17:36Your whole goal needs to be finding all the qualified businesses online,

17:40the ones that don't have websites, the one that needs website, going

17:43through, filtering, finding those, and then really hammering and reaching

17:46out to them as much as possible.

17:48That is how you're gonna properly make money with this.

17:50If you try to do it the other way, okay, you're just gonna

17:52reach out to a bunch of business owners that don't need your stuff.

17:56So important here, you have to go after people that need your stuff.
