0:00You know, I've been separated from my

0:01husband for like a year and eight

0:03months.

0:04We don't speak at all. The last time

0:06that I talked to him was December 30th

0:09of 2025, and it is now January 30th,

0:142026. 30 days.

0:16>> I want you to listen to this lady's

0:18account of how she left and blocked her

0:20husband of 15 years from contacting her

0:23because of reasons best known to her.

0:26You're going to hear these reasons of

0:27hers, and you'll find out what her

0:29husband did that made her to leave and

0:31block him. Listen to her account of how

0:33the whole thing played out. This one is

0:36really interesting.

0:37>> The last time that I talked to him was

0:40December 30th of 2025, and it is now

0:43January 30th, 2026. 30 days. And it's

0:48very reminiscent of the first 30 days of

0:50when I left him because when I first

0:52left, I blocked him for like a month.

0:56Because I felt like he deserved it. I

0:57felt like he was being so

1:00disrespectful and

1:02perceiving me so improperly that I just

1:06wanted to take myself away from him.

1:07>> She left him and blocked him for 30 good

1:10days. What are her reasons again? He was

1:13disrespectful and perceiving her

1:15improperly.

1:16>> So improperly that I just wanted to take

1:18myself away from him. So maybe he would

1:22see what he's missing. But instead,

1:24[ __ ] this [ __ ] went across the

1:26country. So whatever, that's another

1:27story. I've been separated now for a

1:29year and eight months. And

1:31>> You left him, you blocked him, and you

1:33expected him to come back crawling and

1:35groveling at your feet. Instead of that,

1:38he went across the country, and you

1:40haven't seen or heard from him for a

1:42year and eight months. Something tells

1:44me that man is feeling alive for the

1:46first time in a very long time, and he's

1:49not in a rush to come back crawling and

1:51begging as you expected.

1:53>> Frankly, I really don't feel like

1:54getting a a

1:55but I also don't feel like going back

1:59because I know what I left and I I

2:00really don't think that it would change,

2:02you know, cuz people's character is

2:04people's character and once he showed

2:06it, I mean, I tried to deal with it, but

2:08it it it wasn't good for me. So, I had

2:10to go. But anyway,

2:13what do you do? Like, how long can

2:15somebody stay separated without

2:17speaking, you know?

2:18>> They put themselves in these very

2:20unnecessary and avoidable situations and

2:23at the end of the day, they want to know

2:26how to get out of it.

2:27>> That's the question. That's the question

2:29that I have because don't get me wrong,

2:31I miss him and I do love him,

2:33but

2:34the relationship was so unhealthy, it

2:36would be crazy for me

2:39to go back.

2:40>> I don't really know the kind of

2:41unhealthy she's talking about because

2:43she never really said anything tangible

2:45or damning that the man did. She said he

2:48was disrespectful and perceiving her

2:50improperly. What does that mean? What

2:52does that even mean?

2:54>> Is it even crazier for me to not get a

2:57divorce? Just to be separated this long?

3:00I don't know. I don't know what to do.

3:02It's really a tough place to be when

3:04you're when when you were married and I

3:06was with this man for 15 years and then

3:08now to be separated for over a year and

3:11a half

3:12and not have any direction on what I'm

3:14what what I'm doing because I'm not

3:16seeing anybody else.

3:18I think about my husband all the time,

3:21but the relationship was toxic and I

3:25know I can't go back.

3:26What am I going to do? What do I do? How

3:28long do you stay separated from

3:29somebody,

3:31you know? And I don't want to be

3:32committing adultery. That's not what I

3:34signed up for, honey. I don't know what

3:35he's doing, but

3:37anybody got any advice for me? Anything?

3:40I'll take anything at this point.

3:42>> Well, my advice for you is this. You're

3:44the one that put yourself in this mess.

3:46You never really specified anything that

3:48was toxic about the man. You even said

3:51you still love him and you think about

3:52him all the time. You're the one that

3:54left and blocked him. So my best advice

3:56for you right now is to get off your

3:58high horse, swallow your pride and call

4:01him or text him. I'd prefer you call.

4:04You don't have to beg him or anything.

4:06Just ask him how he's been. Try to know

4:08where his mind is at and try to spark

4:10things up again so you can reunite with

4:12him. It's over a year and a half now.

4:14You spent 15 years together with him.

4:16It's still possible that he still loves

4:18you just as you still love him. So

4:20swallow your pride and make the call.

4:23>> I think I don't give myself enough

4:24credit for how brutal it has been the

4:26one to end your marriage or

4:28relationship.

4:30Um I think in the past

4:32every ex has done something wrong.

4:34They've done something wrong and it's

4:35been fairly easy to be like, "No, I

4:37deserve more."

4:38I love my

4:39ex now husband, I guess. Um

4:43He's a great guy. So many great things.

4:45Our life is great.

4:47But it's not the life I want.

4:50>> is you can't make this [ __ ] up, people.

4:51You cannot make this [ __ ] up. This is a

4:52case of another lady similar to the one

4:55we just watched. According to her, her

4:57husband is a great guy and she loves

4:59him. But she still ended the marriage.

5:02Why?

5:02>> is great.

5:04But it's not the life I want.

5:07>> The one kudos I'll always give to women

5:09like this is that they admit that the

5:11man that they left was a great guy. They

5:14don't really come up with any bad thing

5:16that the guy does. But somehow they

5:18still end up leaving him just for their

5:21own selfish reasons.

5:22>> And so

5:24I have to choose that and I have to

5:26remember

5:27that

5:28life is so short. Life is so short and I

5:31don't want to

5:32live with regret

5:35of not

5:36living life how I want.

5:38>> This you can't make this [ __ ] up,

5:39people.

5:42You cannot make this [ __ ] up.

5:45>> My dog is snoring. That is perfect

5:47timing.

5:48So, I'm taking a chance and a huge leap

5:51of faith and potentially ruining

5:55so much

5:56to follow my dreams.

5:59>> She's following her dreams, guys. She's

6:01following her dreams. They always think

6:03the grass is greener on the other side

6:06until they reach the other side and they

6:08realize it was all just an illusion. You

6:11had a great guy. He was good to you, did

6:13everything a man should do, but you

6:16wanted more. They always want more.

6:19>> I just left my husband of 23 years and

6:21tell me why I was in the garage

6:23unloading the groceries and my ex had

6:26pulled up to drop off the twins.

6:29And he sees me unloading the groceries.

6:33Did he offer to help? Absolutely not. He

6:36stood and he watched though.

6:37>> Oh, boo-hoo.

6:40Let me play a sad song for you on the

6:42world's [screaming] smallest violin.

6:46>> And so, I obviously wasn't going to give

6:49him the satisfaction and asking for help

6:52because, you know, we are independent

6:53over here.

6:55And so, you bet your ass off that I

6:58picked up all 15 bags of groceries, milk

7:03and everything in one go because we are

7:07strong.

7:08>> Part of divorcing him means he's not

7:10your man anymore. He doesn't come

7:12running when you call. He doesn't get

7:14the groceries. You're not entitled to

7:16any free labor from him anymore unless

7:18he chooses to avail himself to help you.

7:21You don't get to complain. That's the

7:23deal you signed up for.

7:25>> If you're considering getting divorced,

7:27one of my best pieces of advice for you

7:30is to prepare yourself that your spouse

7:33is going to move on and they're possibly

7:36going to move on

7:37much quicker than you're comfortable

7:39with.

7:39>> Here we go again. Another woman who

7:41didn't really understand the

7:43implications of getting divorced before

7:45she asked her husband for it. It seems

7:47as if they don't really think it through

7:49before they conclude they want it. I

7:51don't know.

7:52>> My ex-husband and I when I told him I

7:55wanted a divorce in May,

7:57we you know

7:59decided we were going to sell the house,

8:01you know, we started separating our

8:03assets.

8:05Um we sold our house in August, moved

8:08out in September.

8:10And he was already

8:13out and about

8:14around July.

8:16So, we were not even out of our house

8:18and he was already

8:21moving on.

8:21>> You told the man that you wanted out.

8:23You told the man you wanted a divorce

8:25and you're surprised he's listening to

8:27you and granting your wish. What a very

8:29strange and unexpected thing for a man

8:32to do.

8:33>> Um

8:35but

8:36it was something that I accepted.

8:38When I decided that I wanted to divorce

8:40this man, it wasn't a hasty decision. I

8:44really thought about this decision for a

8:46long time. I had actually told him I

8:48wanted a divorce 2 years before I

8:50divorced him. He, you know, begged and

8:52pleaded and cried and, you know, let's

8:55work things out and, you know, so I gave

8:57it a chance and then inevitably, you

9:00know, we came to a place where I was

9:03just like I don't want to do this. Like

9:04I

9:06I also didn't want him to even try. Like

9:09I I ended up writing him a letter and in

9:12my letter I was just like, please just

9:13like

9:14let it go. Like let's just move on, you

9:17know.

9:17>> You can't make this up. So, you told him

9:19what you wanted for 2 years straight.

9:22You told him you wanted the divorce for

9:242 good years. He cried, he begged and

9:26told you to work things out and you

9:28refused. Yet you're still surprised that

9:31he's moving on.

9:32>> But when I came to this decision, I also

9:36accepted

9:38that he's going to move on

9:40and I have to accept that. And the other

9:42part of it is I honestly accepted that

9:45there's a possibility I could end up

9:47single for the rest of my life.

9:48I could possibly not meet someone and

9:52even if though that's of course not what

9:54I want or wanted, I still like

9:58accepted that it's a possibility

10:01and that choice to me was better than

10:03staying in the marriage that I was in.

10:08But yeah, that's probably my best piece

10:11of advice to you is if this is something

10:14you're seriously considering,

10:17you need to consider that he will find

10:19somebody else. He absolutely

10:23likely knows how to be a husband. He

10:25knows how to date. He knows how to treat

10:27a woman

10:28and

10:30he's going to use those skills that you

10:32taught him on someone else and

10:35>> [laughter]

10:36>> GOD DAMN IT.

10:37YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS [ __ ] UP.

10:41>> you have to accept that. If you can't

10:44accept that, if you can't see it, if you

10:46can't see other women around your

10:48children or other men around your

10:50children,

10:51then

10:52try counseling. You know, this is not

10:54like a hey everybody go get divorced.

10:57Like it's a hard decision. There's a lot

11:00that comes with it. I'm often asked like

11:02how did you do it? How did you do it?

11:05And for me, one of the things I did was

11:07I accepted this. Like I don't care if I

11:10see him with someone else. Doesn't

11:12bother me. To this day. Doesn't bother

11:15me.

11:15>> So that was a [ __ ] lie. I'm not a

11:17body language expert, but I can tell

11:19when someone is quietly regretting the

11:21decision they made. You can tell she's

11:23clearly bothered. She's bothered because

11:26the man she left moved on quickly and

11:28she's seeing him happy with another

11:30woman. She's clearly bothered.

11:32>> Doesn't bother me to this day. Doesn't

11:35bother me. Like I literally don't care

11:38because I accepted it long ago. So,

11:41that's um one of my pieces of advice if

11:43you are thinking about it, like

11:45seriously consider that and consider

11:47that you also might not meet anyone

11:49because let me tell you dating culture

11:52is trash. Like it's we're not joking.

11:56It's seriously trash.

11:57>> Dating culture is trash. That's the only

12:00meaningful thing she said throughout the

12:01video. You can't walk out of a good

12:04marriage in the hopes of finding

12:05something better in this present times

12:07and actually find it, especially if

12:10you're a woman. Nothing is out here in

12:12the streets for you. You're just going

12:13to be passed around and you'd hardly

12:15find someone that will commit to you. At

12:17least she knows the reality today that

12:20the dating culture is trash. She should

12:22have kept the man that was begging to

12:24keep her happy.

12:25>> My ex-fiancé was not a bad man. He was

12:27actually an extremely extremely good

12:29man. And I will maintain that until the

12:32end of my days. He was a good man.

12:35But even good men are conditioned into

12:37entitlement.

12:41>> I think it's [ __ ]

12:44Wait.

12:44>> I seriously think this is turning into

12:46an epidemic. An epidemic of women

12:48destroying their good relationships all

12:51in the name of looking for the perfect

12:53man. You all heard her say it with her

12:55own mouth. Her ex-fiancé was a good man.

12:58She even prefixed it with the word

13:00extremely. She said he was an extremely

13:02extremely good man, but she still walked

13:05away looking for Mr. Perfect. This must

13:08be an epidemic by now. Let's listen to

13:10her.

13:11>> And all women are are conditioned into

13:14servitude.

13:16My partner

13:17did all the things he's supposed to do.

13:20He worked a hard job and he provided the

13:23financial means for our house. He was

13:24our main breadwinner. He fixed things in

13:27the house. He showed up. He played

13:29occasional dates. Like he did all the

13:31things he was supposed to do.

13:33But there was something missing in the

13:35day-to-day that I really did not

13:39give credit to how important it was.

13:43>> [laughter]

13:45>> And that really was just like the

13:46emotional capacities that we had.

13:48I saw someone comment on one of my re-

13:50recent videos of like feeling exhausted

13:53because she was having to beg for that

13:55emotionality in her relationship. And it

13:58brought me back to so many conversations

14:00where I was sitting across from my

14:00partner like begging him to just be

14:03emotional and open with me in a way that

14:05he could not access.

14:07>> What?

14:09Bro, what are you talking about, man?

14:11What does that even mean? What does it

14:13mean you want him to be emotional and

14:15open with you? What does that mean? You

14:18want him to sit across you like your

14:19girlies and tell you about his feelings

14:21and shed tears and cry so that you

14:24console him? What does that mean?

14:26>> And it constantly made me feel like I

14:28was too much. And he was never saying

14:30that. He was never like you were too

14:31much, but it always made me feel like I

14:33was too much. And what we've come to the

14:34realization in our separation is is that

14:37my emotional capacity because of my life

14:39experiences is incredibly large and his

14:42is just not.

14:43And that's okay. That's not an

14:45inherently bad thing on either of our

14:46parts. But what I do think it says is

14:48that like we can't be mismatched in that

14:51and that it isn't enough for your

14:52partner to just be a good guy.

14:55It's not enough for him to just be the

14:56breadwinner. It's not enough for him to

14:58be the person that shows up for the

15:00dates that you plan. It's not enough for

15:01him to plan an occasional date. It's not

15:03enough for him to remember special

15:04events. It's not enough for him to show

15:07up when you ask him to.

15:10It's not enough for him to show up when

15:11you ask him to.

15:12There needs to be this reciprocal

15:15relationship with

15:17with intentionality, with emotionality,

15:20with

15:22future planning, with drive and

15:25ambition, and who pushes things forward,

15:27and who creates the momentum even for

15:28things like chores and errands.

15:30I think

15:32so many great women

15:34settle for men who are good men,

15:37who could provide happy, stable lives,

15:40but they miss out on the opportunity to

15:41understand themselves and what they need

15:43deeper because they think that that's

15:45enough. So, all this being said, if you

15:47are with a good man and you feel like

15:48you're begging to be seen and heard in

15:50your relationship, you can still leave a

15:52good man even if he hasn't done anything

15:54bad to you.

15:55>> I think I lost some brain cells by just

15:57listening to her for the few minutes

15:58that I've listened to her. Seriously, I

16:01did lose some brain cells, and I have no

16:03comment for any of the things that she

16:05said. Please feel free to let me know

16:07what you think in the comments below.
