How I made $42,035 with Facebook and Instagram
0:01In this video, I'm going to show you how
0:02I made $42,035
0:05in 1 month posting on Facebook and using
0:08Claude AI to help me do most of the
0:09heavy lifting. And before anybody says
0:11it, no, Claude is not some magic money
0:14printer. You can't just type "Make me
0:16rich on Facebook" and then suddenly Meta
0:18starts sending you checks. But what
0:19Claude can do is help you find viral
0:21ideas faster. It can study what's
0:23already working and then it can turn
0:25those ideas into other posts that also
0:27go viral. It can write better captions.
0:29It can create engaging first comments.
0:31And it can help you build a repeatable
0:32content system instead of staring at
0:34your blank screen wondering what in the
0:36world that you need to post.
0:37>> I don't know what to write.
0:39>> you combine that with some other cool AI
0:41tools and the ability to schedule your
0:43content across all social media
0:44platforms, now you've got a real content
0:47machine. But before I show you all of
My actual Meta earnings and payouts
0:49that, let me show you why you should
0:51actually listen to what I'm about to
0:52teach you. Let's go and hop into my
0:54dashboard on Facebook. So here is the
0:56last 28 days. We've got 357 million
1:00views with approximate earnings around
1:0134,700.
1:03And just so that if anybody's saying,
1:05"Oh, this is a screenshot. This is AI.
1:07Blah, blah, blah." Let me hit refresh on
1:09the browser so that you can see the same
1:11number come up. There it is. Same views.
1:13Same earnings. But now let's look at the
1:16month of June. So let's go ahead and
1:17back this out. So the earnings for the
1:19month of June, June 1st to 30th, we've
1:21got 34,700.
1:23The actual payout, let's go to that
1:25screen so that you can see that number
1:27is 33,757.
1:30With another quick refresh to make sure
1:32that it is legit. There we go. 33,757.
1:36Now obviously that is not the 42,000
1:39that I mentioned at the beginning of
1:40this video. And that's because I'm also
1:42getting paid for Instagram, posting the
1:44exact same content on my page on
1:46Instagram. Let's take a look here. So
1:48going to Instagram, pull up the
1:50professional dashboard. We're going to
1:51scroll down to bonuses. That is the
1:53performance bonus program on Instagram.
1:56Now with Instagram, I can't actually go
1:58back for the month of June because
2:00that's just what Instagram does, but
2:01this is my current earnings in July just
2:03to kind of give you an idea. That was a
2:05$880 day, got a $700 day, today so far
2:09$279 earned. That's for July, but for
2:12June, we can see what I got paid out.
2:14So, for the first 2 weeks in June, we
2:17got a payout of $3,090,
2:19and the second payout is $5,188.
2:23So, we add those two together, and
The content system behind the income
2:25here's what we get, grand total of
2:27$42,035.
2:29That is the most money I've made in 1
2:32month on Meta. Now, here's the most
2:34important part. I don't want you to look
2:35at those earnings and think, "Okay,
2:36cool, Jeff. Glad that you're making a
2:38lot of money posting on Facebook and
2:39Instagram." That is not the lesson. The
2:41lesson is the system behind the content.
2:43Because I'm not waking up every morning
2:45hoping that I can come up with the next
2:47viral idea. I promise you, I'm not that
2:49creative. The way that I'm using AI is
How I find proven viral ideas
2:52much more intentional, and I want to
2:53show you behind the scenes of how I do
2:55it. First, let's talk about how I find
2:57viral ideas. Now, if you go through my
2:58page, you can see that I get a lot of
3:00ideas from all over the web. We're
3:01talking Twitter, we're talking about
3:03threads, we're talking about Reddit. For
3:04this particular video, I'm going to
3:05focus on Instagram because there are so
3:07many great ideas that you can bring over
3:09from Instagram and monetize this on your
3:11Facebook page. And the cool thing about
3:13going to Instagram to find ideas is that
3:15you already have proven concepts. You
3:16can find content that has already gone
3:18viral. Now, full-on disclaimer here,
3:20just because it went viral somewhere
3:21else doesn't mean it's automatically
3:23going to go viral on your page. But what
3:25I can tell you, on my own page, 80% of
3:27the time, maybe 90% of the time, that
3:29something has gone viral somewhere else,
3:31it typically does very well on my page,
3:33and I feel pretty confident it'll do
3:34well on yours, too. Here we are on my
3:36Instagram page. When I click on the
3:37search bar at the bottom, already
3:39preloaded with viral ideas. I'm showing
3:41this on my phone because if I showed it
3:43on my desktop, you don't see the views.
3:44But you can see here, 3.1 million views,
3:46592,000 views, 1.6 million, 2.4, 4.9.
3:50Now, am I going to use every single one
3:52of these for my page? Probably not. But,
3:54I don't have to go down some rabbit hole
3:56trying to find viral ideas. Like, here
3:58they are already in my lap. What I'll do
4:00now is I'll click on one and see if that
4:02makes sense. Let's say that it does.
4:04I'll then take a screenshot on my phone,
4:06save it to my camera roll. You can also
4:08do this on your desktop. Doesn't have to
4:09be on your phone. Let me take a few more
4:10screenshots so I can have ideas to
4:12choose from for later on. I'm going to
4:14take five of these so then I can upload
4:15them to Claude. Once you find these
4:17viral ideas and then you take these
Turning viral content into reels, images, and text posts
4:19screenshots, this is when you have so
4:21much viral content at your disposal. Let
4:24me show you a few things that you can
4:25do. First of all, we're going to go
4:26ahead and upload all of these
4:28screenshots into Claude. Well, the first
4:29thing that you could do is extract the
4:31text. So, a simple prompt could be, "Can
4:33you please extract the text from each of
4:35these images?" Once we do that with
4:37Claude, now we've got the text that has
4:39already proven to go on viral. You're
4:41probably wondering, "What can you do
4:43with this text?" You can do a lot of
4:45things. You can take this text, you can
4:46create your own reel. And we go to my
4:48Facebook page, we look at my reels, and
4:50you start at the text. Yes, no surprise
4:52here. Do you think that I came up with
4:54all of this on my own? Once again, as I
4:56said at the beginning of this video, I
4:57am not that creative. So, all I'm doing
4:59is finding other viral videos, taking a
5:01screenshot so I can get that text. I
5:03then upload my own B-roll so then I'm
5:05not taking somebody else's video. That
5:07would be kind of weird and also could be
5:08a copyright infringement. So, it is my
5:10own video, but I'm using the exact same
5:12text that I found on somebody else's and
5:14then recreating it as my own. I can't
5:16tell you how many other creators are
5:18doing this and having massive success.
5:20Why? Because it works. Now, another
5:22thing that you can do with that
5:23extracted text that you can also create
5:25into an image. Here is an example. Now,
5:27this is a template that you can set up
5:29in Canva. Anybody can do this. Once you
5:31have the template set up, all you have
5:32to do is paste the text onto that. Now,
5:34you have a potential viral reel and a
5:35viral image. But, it doesn't stop there.
5:37You can also take that extracted text
5:39and publish it as a simple text post.
5:42Here is one that I have published not
5:43one, not two, three different times.
5:46Looks like it didn't do great the second
5:48time, but this one got 3,500 likes and
5:51this one got almost 2,000 likes. And
5:53just so that you can see it being
5:54repurposed as an image, here is the
5:56image that I also created. I know this
5:57is probably not rocket science for a lot
5:59of you, but I'm just showing you how
6:01easy it is. You can find viral ideas,
6:03take a screenshot, upload it to Claude,
6:05and now you've got that viral text. But
6:07the viral text is just part of it. Now
Using Claude to write hooks, captions, and comments
6:09we need a solid caption. All right,
6:10we're going to go back to Claude. We're
6:12going to start a brand new chat and I'm
6:14going to go ahead and paste in the
6:16prompt that I use for all of my caption
6:18writings. Now, if you want access to
6:20this prompt, all I need to do is write
6:22prompt in the comments because I'll send
6:23you a link to a Google Doc. Now, it
6:25won't be my exact prompt because it
6:27wouldn't make sense to use my voice to
6:28write for your page, but it will have
6:31the framework that you can modify to
6:32your own page or whatever your niche is
6:34about. Now, I'm going to go ahead and
6:35hit enter to get this chat started. As
6:37Claude is doing that, what I'm going to
6:38do now is I'm going to grab one of the
6:41screenshots that we took earlier. I'm
6:42going to upload it to Claude here and
6:44then hit enter and see if it does its
6:47magic. Once I upload the screenshot, it
6:48then gives me five hook options to
6:50choose from. You don't have to do this
6:52with your own. I like having options. It
6:54doesn't matter if it's an image or a
6:55reel, the hook matters, trust me. So,
6:57this example, we're going to go ahead
6:58and pick two just because that one
7:00stands out to me for right now. And then
7:01the next step is going to write the
7:03caption for me. So, usually the first
7:05caption that Claude produces works. It
7:07just works. We've been talking for quite
7:09a bit, so it knows what I like. But
7:11every so often, I will need to say,
7:12"Hey, Claude, give me some more data.
7:14Give me some more statistics to really
7:16back up the claim or what I'm writing
7:18about." Let's try that here just so that
7:19you can see an example. "Hey, really
7:21love this caption. I think you could
7:23have added more data or statistics to
7:25really support me as being a thought
7:27leader and an expert in the space." Here
7:29we go. Added some more data, some more
7:31statistics to give some more validity to
7:33the post. Once I have the caption that I
7:34want, the next step is getting comments
7:37because the comments are also going to
7:38drive more engagement. Here Here some
7:40comments that it gave me. It always
7:42gives me five to choose from. This is
7:44what I put in the prompt just so that I
7:45can pick the one that I think it's going
7:47to drive even more engagement. I also
7:49love that Claude will always tell me the
7:50one that it likes the best. I don't
7:52always use that one, but sometimes it
7:53just makes it easier for me to know,
7:55"Okay, here's the one that Claude
7:56supports." Before I move on, I also want
7:58to show you another style of post that I
Creating original versions of viral posts
8:01publish on my page. These work really
8:03good on Instagram. They also work well
8:05on Facebook, and you've probably seen
8:06them. If you haven't, I'm excited to
8:07show it to you. I don't know what the
8:09name of this is, but you'll have a nice
8:11image, and then there is a headline at
8:13the bottom. And these are pretty well
8:15standard. I mean, that is one page. This
8:17is an entirely different page. Similar
8:19format. Here's another page that does
8:21these quite often. Let's actually go to
8:23their page. So, if you look at these,
8:24like these do really well. And all you
8:26have to do is hover over the image, and
8:27you can see which ones are getting the
8:29most likes, which ones are getting a ton
8:31of comments. And when you find one that
8:33works, all you got to do, take a
8:34screenshot, upload it to Claude. Now, if
8:36you do that, you have one of two
8:37options. You can take the exact headline
8:40use it as your own. If you're going to
8:41do that, please don't use the exact same
8:43image that they used. Technically, you
8:45can do that. People are doing that from
8:47my page, but just for good karma, don't
8:50do that. If you have Canva, go to Canva,
8:52find a similar image, and create your
8:54own image. The second thing that you can
8:56do is you can take that headline, ask
8:58Claude to give you five or 10 different
9:00variations. That way you're really
9:01protecting yourself that it is original
9:03content so that you don't get flagged by
9:05Facebook. I've shown you how I find
9:07viral ideas. I'm showing you how you can
9:08use that text to create your own viral
9:10content. can keep doing this. You can
Generating new content ideas with Claude
9:12keep cranking out that is a method, but
9:14I'm going to show you a much easier and
9:16faster way. We're back at Claude. This
9:18is the same chat where I uploaded all
9:19those screenshots, had it extract the
9:21text. Now, we're going to take it one
9:23step further. We're going to lean on
9:24Claude and the powerhouse that it is.
9:27We're going to say, "Hey Claude, these
9:28screenshots that I uploaded, these are
9:30all reels that went viral on Instagram
9:33and also on Facebook. These are the type
9:35of content that resonates really well
9:37with my audience. I want you to give me
9:3910 to 20 other ideas based off the text
9:43that you extracted that I can also
9:45create viral content on my page. What do
9:47you got? On that Google Doc, I'll give
9:49you a more refined prompt that you can
9:51use, but I just want to show you for
9:52somebody that doesn't have a prompt, you
9:53can start having an open dialogue with
9:55Claude to start getting fresh ideas that
9:57are going to do well on your page. So,
9:58at this point, Claude has given me 20
10:00different ones to choose from. It then
10:02asked me, it's like, if you want, I can
10:03pick your five to six favorite from this
10:05list and turn each into the full hook
10:07option format. How about this? Hey
10:09Claude, I want you to pick the top five
10:11that you think will go the most viral
10:14and really resonate with my audience and
10:16then continue. So, here's what it's
10:18computing. Now, as it's doing this, you
10:19can go and do other work elsewhere. You
10:21can go find more viral ideas, whatever
10:23you want to do as Claude is doing its
10:24thing. Another point I want to drive
10:26home is that Claude is really, really
10:28good. I mean, there's no doubt, but
10:30nothing replaces hard data. And what
10:32does that mean? That means that if you
10:34have a page that you have been posting
10:36consistent content. If you have true
10:38winners on your own page that you know
10:40have resonated with your audience, that
10:41people have liked it, have commented,
10:43have shared it. You could upload that to
10:45Claude and then start getting ideas and
10:47really start leaning in. Because if
10:49there is one downfall with Claude or any
10:51AI agent, it can be somewhat generic.
10:53So, you really have to press it to be
10:55specific, to be polarizing, to drive
10:58engagement on these posts. Because all
11:00these AI platforms, initially, they want
11:01to err on the side of being
11:03conservative. So, you really have to
11:04push it to be polarizing. Let's go ahead
Creating and scheduling a complete post
11:06back to see what it did and let's run
11:08with number five. Give me everything
11:10that it needs for a viral post. So,
11:12based on Claude's suggestion
11:14recommendation, this was the text for
11:17the image that it wanted me to create. I
11:19went ahead and took this, copy and paste
11:21it, putting it into Canva. I'm exporting
11:23it. Next step is we're going to get a
11:24caption for this. So, I have uploaded
11:25the image to the other chat that's going
11:28to help me with the caption. As it's
11:29giving me the hooks, I like to select
11:31the hook. So, let's just select number
11:33two so that it can start writing the
11:35caption. As it's doing that, we're going
11:37to head over to Post Planner. So, Post
11:39Planner is the tool that I use to
11:41schedule all my content that's going
11:43live both on Facebook, also on
11:45Instagram. So, we're going to create the
11:47post here. We're going to upload the
11:50image that we created. And now that
11:52we've got that uploaded, let's go back
11:53over to Claude. Let's see if we like the
11:56caption. I think it could have done a
11:58little bit better. So, let's go ahead
11:59and just tell Claude Hey Claude, this
12:01was a good first run. I think that you
12:03could have added more data, especially
12:05about what is going on with interest
12:06rates right now, what's going on with
12:08the mortgage prices. We want to be a
12:09thought leader here. We want to be an
12:11expert in the space. So, please make
12:12sure that the caption gets all of that.
12:14In case you're wondering what I'm using
12:15here, I'm actually using an app called
12:17Whisperflow that allows me to talk
12:19instead of type and it has saved me so
12:20much time. All right, that is a much
12:23better caption. Now, it's going to give
12:25me the comments I can choose from. Let's
12:27go ahead and grab this caption, head
12:29back over to Post Planner so we can push
12:31that in, delete the opening here, delete
12:34that. Now, we'll go back over here and
12:37decide which comments we want to use. In
12:39my prompt, I have it where it gives me a
12:41sarcastic option, a polarizing option,
12:43and just some other options. And you can
12:45tweak this however you want to do it.
12:46But, the sarcastic ones are usually
12:47pretty funny. Let's go ahead and just
12:48use that one here. Go back over to Post
12:50Planner and now we're going to add a
12:52comment on the Facebook post and also
12:54the Instagram. I'm putting this in one
12:56bucket and then from here it's going to
12:58go live on both platforms. Sometimes I
13:00like to add a little bit more white
13:01space so that it's just easier to read
13:04on Facebook especially. So, right now we
13:07are ready to hit publish. We're going to
13:09go ahead and add to the bucket. So, now
13:11it is ready to go live 8:00 tomorrow on
13:15Facebook and looks like it's going to go
13:16live 11:00 a.m. Saturday on Instagram.
13:19That post is locked and loaded. At this
13:21point, you might be wondering why
13:22Claude, why not use ChatGPT for the
13:25caption writing? Here's why. I was using
Claude vs. ChatGPT for content creation
13:27Chat GPT exclusively. I didn't even have
13:30a Claude account, but I got to the point
13:32with Chat GPT where the captions just
13:34sucked. Like they just sucked. And even
13:37though I would tell it, "Hey, don't do
13:39this. Stop doing this. You're still
13:41doing this." It would always apologize
13:43say, "Oh, you're right. I missed it."
13:44And then it would do the exact same
13:45thing again, and again, and again. It
13:48didn't matter what prompt I tried. It
13:49didn't matter starting a new chat.
13:50Nothing worked. So, when I switched over
13:52to Claude for the captions, there was no
13:54doubt it was far superior. But Claude
13:56does have one major limitation in that
13:59it does not do images. That's where Chat
14:01GPT comes in, and after their most
14:03recent update, their images, let me say,
14:06are legit. Let me show you some
14:07examples. Let's head over to my Facebook
14:09page just so I can show you a few
14:10examples so you can see what I'm talking
14:12about. And I think I actually clicked on
14:13this earlier. But here is one that looks
14:15like it was created in Canva. It has a
14:17very similar look. Well, in fact, this
14:19one was actually created in Chat GPT.
14:21Here's another one created in Chat GPT.
14:23I think you get the gist. Let me give
14:24you one more example. Here's another
14:26one, a little bit different, but also
14:28created in Chat GPT. So, how do you do
14:30this? Let me show you. What's going to
14:32be helpful is that you have some sort of
14:34template that it can model after. Now,
14:36you can actually use Chat GPT to help
14:38you create a template. But for me, I
Creating branded images with ChatGPT
14:40created a template in Canva a while ago.
14:42So, I uploaded my template to Chat GPT
14:45to use as a model. So, I'm going to
14:46start a brand new chat in Chat GPT. I'm
14:49now going to upload some examples. So,
14:51these are screenshots of some of the
14:53images I just showed you. are the ones
14:55that look like my branding. So, upload
14:56those images and tell Chat something
14:58like this. The images that I just
15:00uploaded are samples of the type of
15:02content that I post on my page. These
15:04are the color schemes, the text that I
15:06use. I want you to save these as a
15:08framework to use because I'm going to
15:10upload other screenshots that I want you
15:12to recreate to match my branding. Do you
15:15have any questions? Okay, now that it's
15:16ready, I'm going to go ahead and upload
15:18one of the screenshots that I I from
15:20Instagram previously. I'm going to
15:22upload that screenshot, hit enter, and
15:24see what it does. Now, this is
15:26interesting. It didn't just recreate the
15:28image. It actually gave me a suggestion
15:30saying that basically it can be
15:32improved. So, do you want me to improve
15:34it? Let's go ahead and do that. Okay,
15:36let's see what it came up with. So, here
15:38is the image, and what can I say? It's
15:40actually pretty dang good. Now, for me,
15:42my taste, it feels a little jumbled. I
15:45wish there was a little bit more space
15:46in between the text, but for a first
15:48attempt, like that is amazing. With
15:50ChatGPT, one of the huge improvements
15:52they made with images was when you look
15:54at my face, it's exactly like me, but
15:57it's pretty dang close. When I tried to
15:59do any sort of images that had my face,
16:01it just couldn't do it. Like it just was
16:03not capable. And just to wrap your head
16:05around how many options you have right
16:07now, when you find other viral content,
16:09when you extract that text, I already
16:11showed you how you can turn that into a
16:12reel, into an image post. If you want to
16:14create a template in Canva, you can also
16:16turn that into a text post. You can also
16:18take that text and have ChatGPT
16:20create a professionally looking image.
16:23What I love about this image is that if
16:25I try to recreate this in Canva, it's
16:27just not going to look as good. And
16:28also, that would have taken me probably
16:30at minimum 10 minutes, 15 minutes to
16:32create on my own. But taking a
16:34screenshot, uploading it to ChatGPT, it
16:37was done in about 2 minutes. The other
16:39part about this that excites me and also
16:41should excite you is that you can easily
Scaling the system with a virtual assistant
16:43outsource this to a VA. In the past,
16:45like it was hard for me to try to
16:47delegate this, try to find viral
16:49content, create it in a way where it was
16:52on par with my branding, where I just
16:53felt really good about it. But now, you
16:55could have a VA go to Instagram, find
16:57viral reels, take screenshots, upload to
16:59ChatGPT, have Claude write the captions,
17:02and you can literally crank out so much
17:04content on a daily basis with minimal
17:06work. When people are trying to wrap
17:08their head around how I post 20 to 25
17:10times per day, this is how. The other
17:12cool thing is, if you don't want to hire
17:14a VA and you want to do this on your
17:16own, it is totally doable. It's going to
17:18take you a little bit to get comfortable
17:20with the process of doing this, but once
17:21you find your groove, you can crank out
17:24a lot of content. And the best part
17:26about using this strategy is that the
17:28content that you are recreating or
17:29repurposing, it's already a proven
