0:02by a single AI anyone can get for free .
0:04It started with one bank last month .
0:07While hackers hammered the loan agent
0:09page all night , the bank was fast
0:11asleep . They didn't realize it until
0:139:30 the next morning , by which time
0:1425,000 people's info was gone .
0:16Everything from annual income to loan
0:17limits was leaked . Meanwhile , KB , Hana ,
0:19Busan Bank , plus savings banks and
0:20capital firms were breached one after
0:22another . Checking the culprit's server ,
0:24it was labeled in Chinese as an " AI
0:25Autonomous Penetration Test Console . "
0:27This AI , called Artex , finds
0:28vulnerabilities and maps out attack
0:30paths all on its own without human help
0:31. It even won a Chinese Baidu hacking
0:33contest , and it’s sitting right there
0:35on GitHub . However , they say they still
0:37don't know who actually used it . But
0:39even though all five major banks were
0:40attacked , only Woori and NongHyup
0:41didn't lose a single person's data . We
0:43had biometric authentication set on
0:44designated tablets , and NongHyup didn't
0:46even open their internal network . The
0:48funny thing is , our bank had the lowest
0:49security budget execution rate last
0:50year . So , the bank that spent the least
0:52money ended up blocking it the best .
