2:34should hire me because i want a job is
2:36not going to get you hired again this

2:41decides whether or not you are going to
2:44get taken on in the role therefore you
2:46have to make sure you give a brilliant
2:49powerful answer that proves you can add
2:51value in the position question number
2:54four is what makes you unique now this
2:56is one of the hardest interview

3:05the job but what does make a person
3:08unique well very soon i will give you an
3:11outstanding answer that is guaranteed to

3:22of candidates you can't say you don't
3:24have any weaknesses and you certainly
3:27can't give a weakness that is a match
3:29for the job you have applied for but

3:42important tip for answering each of the
3:45five interview questions and then a top
3:47scoring answer that will make sure you
3:50pass your interview interview question
3:52number one what didn't you like about
3:54your last job now this question is being
3:57asked to assess the reasons why you
4:00wanted to leave your last job or why you
4:02want to leave your current job if you
4:04are still in position do not under any
4:07circumstances be disrespectful about
4:10your former employer your boss or your
4:13work colleagues give an answer that
4:16demonstrates you are an ambitious and
4:18driven person who wants to succeed
4:21here's my brilliant top scoring answer
4:23what did you like about your last job
4:25here we go there wasn't much i disliked
4:28about my last job they were very
4:29supportive and the team i was a part of
4:32were all hard working however one area
4:36that did frustrate me slightly was the
4:38fact that i didn't think the company had
4:40achieved its full potential there were
4:43opportunities to grow the business in
4:46our market area and expand the product
4:48range but the company owners were happy
4:51to maintain the businesses position now
4:54being an ambitious person i wanted to do
4:57more and get involved with different
4:58projects but the opportunities to do so
5:01never materialized however working for
5:04you i think i will get more job
5:06satisfaction because of your ambitious
5:08plans and your innovative approach to
5:11business interview question number two
5:13is where do you see yourself in five
5:15years now one of the easiest ways to
5:18pass your job interview is to
5:19demonstrate to the interviewer that you
5:22want to build a career with their
5:23company don't forget hiring someone for
5:26any job role genuinely takes a lot of
5:29time and effort and it also costs the
5:32company financially in terms of your
5:34monthly salary therefore the last thing
5:37they want to do is take someone on in
5:39the role who has plans to move on within
5:42the first couple of years of starting
5:44here's a great example answer to help
5:46you where do you see yourself in five
5:48years here we go the company i work for
5:51is really important to me now we spend a
5:53lot of time at work and i genuinely want
5:56that time to be put to good use in a
5:58role that i enjoy doing and for a
6:01company that wants to be the market
6:03leader in five years i still plan to be
6:06working for you i envisage having
6:08developed considerably by undertaking
6:11training courses and by learning new
6:13skills on the job in five years from now
6:16i would also want to be respected
6:18trusted and a high-performing member of
6:21the team and perhaps having even gained
6:24advancement to a more senior level
6:26essentially i want to build a long-term
6:28career with your company interview
6:30question number three is why should i
6:33hire you now this is undoubtedly one of
6:36the hardest interview questions to
6:37answer correctly this is your
6:39opportunity to sell yourself now the
6:42interviewer is asking you this question
6:45because it can help them to decide which
6:47candidate is the one person who can add
6:50the most value to their business they
6:53don't want someone in the role who will
6:55just do the bare minimum they want
6:57someone passionate driven and
6:59commercially focused here's a great
7:01example answer to help you why should i
7:03hire you here we go i believe you should
7:06hire me because i already have the right
7:08skills qualities and the drive to match
7:12the job description you should hire me
7:14because i am a very quick learner i will
7:17make sure i fit into your team and start
7:20achieving straight away you should hire
7:22me because i am flexible i will do tasks
7:26that are outside of my job description
7:28and i will be available to work extra
7:30hours if needed to help out the business
7:33finally you should hire me because i am
7:36commercially focused this means i will
7:38be a positive role model when
7:40representing the company brand and i
7:43will look for ways to help your business
7:45grow financially whilst at the same time
7:48being frugal with resources and supplies
7:51to help the company save money interview
7:54question number four is what makes you
7:56unique now again
7:58this interview question is your chance
8:00to stand out from the other candidates
8:03now this question is being asked because
8:05the hiring manager clearly wants to take
8:08someone on in the role who is going to
8:10make a difference to their team here's a
8:12brilliant top scoring answer to help you
8:14pass your interview
8:16what makes you unique here we go
8:18several things make me unique the first
8:21thing is my ability to communicate and
8:24interact with people in a way that makes
8:26them feel comfortable i am great with
8:28customers and clients and i am a very
8:30supportive team worker now this is good
8:33for your business because i can help you
8:35increase sales and i will always put the
8:38needs of the team above everything else
8:41now the second thing that makes me
8:43unique is my drive my desire to
8:45continually improve and my understanding
8:48of how important changes within an
8:51organization i will never do the bare
8:54minimum i will support the company with
8:56its strategic vision and i will help you
8:59to achieve your goals interview question
9:01number five is what's your biggest
9:03weakness now this is the number one
9:05hardest interview question to answer it
9:08is being asked for several reasons now
9:10the first reason is the interviewer
9:13wants to see if you are honest about
9:15your weaknesses if you say you don't
9:17have any you won't be getting hired also
9:20if you give a weakness that is a match
9:22for anything listed on the job
9:24description they will be reluctant to
9:27take you on in the role therefore when
9:30you answer this really difficult
9:31interview question do make sure you give
9:34a weakness but be smart in your answer
9:37and to help you i will now give you
9:39three example weaknesses that will do
9:42you no harm in your interview what's
9:45your biggest weakness answer option
9:47number one my biggest weakness is my
9:50inability to say no to people i am a bit
9:53of a people pleaser and i tend to say
9:55yes to everything without first
9:57considering my capacity to help or take
10:00on extra duties now having said that i
10:03am trying to be more mindful in
10:05situations like these and i am genuinely
10:08the type of person who wants to
10:09continually improve and develop both
10:12personally and professionally what's
10:14your biggest weakness answer option
10:16number two here we go my biggest
10:18weakness is the fact i don't have any
10:20leadership experience yet i've never had
10:23the opportunity to lead a project or a
10:26task now whilst i don't believe this
10:28will hinder my ability to carry out my
10:30duties in this role i would be keen to
10:33eventually lead a project if there were
10:36opportunities in your company to do so
10:39what's your biggest weakness answer
10:40option number three my biggest weakness
10:43and perhaps something that i get anxious
10:45about is public speaking i tried to give
10:48a presentation once to a small group of
10:51people but i was very nervous now having
10:53said that i do want to improve in this
10:56area and gain confidence so if there
10:58ever was the chance in this role to give
11:01a talk or a presentation to a group of
11:03co-workers then i would love to give it
