0:02Hi everyone. Um, I'm sitting in the
0:04middle of the Peruvian Amazon, which is
0:07absolutely gorgeous. Um, show you a
0:10little bit around.
0:13Lots of plants and trees, obviously. Um,
0:16the energy here is amazing. I love it.
0:19I've been here for about um, just under
0:22a month now, and it's it's awesome. Oh
0:26my god, there's this freaking fly.
0:30Except for the bugs. I don't like the
0:31bugs. Um, but it's something you get
0:34used to, I guess. Um, you also get used
0:37to not washing your hair. I'm really
0:39greasy and I look awful, but that's
0:42okay. Um, the only place that we can
0:45really bathe is in a river and it's kind
0:47of it's kind of murky. Not very clean,
0:52but that's okay. It's all part of the
0:54experience. Um,
0:57I have to watch out for like
0:59snakes and stuff. I don't want to get
1:01bit. There's nobody out here but me. So,
1:05I got to be careful. Um,
1:08so the purpose of making this video is
1:10to go along with the first video that I
1:12made about Iawaska and how it changed my
1:15life. Um, a lot of people have been
1:16asking me to film
1:20um, what happened in that experience to
1:23make, you know, my life change like
1:25that. So,
1:27um, yeah, I'll just tell you about it
1:29now then. Um, I was in Ecuador in
1:32January,
1:34um, and I went to an Iawaska center
1:35called Napusumi, Iawaska Lodge, and
1:39it's, uh, just outside of Tenna, I
1:42think. Tenna. Yeah. Um
1:45and so yeah um
1:49the night I drank Iawasa
1:51it uh the effects came on really strong
1:56and you know I could see the typical
1:59like hallucinogenic like you know colors
2:02and swirls and whatever with my eyes
2:04open and closed it was very vivid and
2:06very bright. Um and that went on for a
2:09long time. It was like I would close my
2:11eyes and I would see these like kind of
2:14like mazes and I would follow the maze
2:17into the trip like deeper and deeper and
2:21um so that happened for a while
2:24and my body felt very like tingly and um
2:30just it was it was like vibrating and
2:32like buzzing and felt really cool. And
2:35uh then I started to see like big bugs,
2:39like these huge like ants and spiders
2:42like crawling across my vision and with
2:43my eyes open and closed. So it's kind of
2:46creepy.
2:48But um after a while I
2:53felt my body like just become possessed.
2:58it just taken over with spirit of
3:00Iawaska and um it told me to stand up
3:05and walk outside
3:08and the way the ceremony house is set up
3:10it's uh it's like an open concept
3:12there's no doors or anything and there's
3:13some walls but there's like spaces where
3:16you can you know walk in and out of um
3:18it's not closed off so so yeah I got up
3:22and um it was really hard to walk at
3:24first I felt very dizzy and wobbly And I
3:28kind of felt almost like the way I was
3:30walking. I felt like an animal or some
3:32sort of like creature. It was really
3:34interesting. But um
3:37so I got up, left the ceremony house,
3:39and I looked around outside and
3:41everything was
3:44made up of these um
3:49it's so hard to like describe it. Um,
3:54but like everywhere I looked, like all
3:56the trees, the plants, everything was
3:58made up of these little like geometrical
4:01patterns and designs that were really
4:03brightly colored and um
4:10um very vibrant and brightly colored and
4:15so that was that was amazing in itself.
4:17It was very beautiful and um
4:20I
4:22was
4:24told
4:25not told but
4:28I guess I don't know the medicine
4:29brought me over to this one tree that
4:31was in the yard and um I walked over to
4:35this tree and I put my hands on it on
4:37the bark and um I slowly brought my
4:41forehead to it and as soon as my
4:44forehead touched this tree I had this
4:47huge
4:49overwhelming like just wave of love like
4:53pure
4:54the purest love I've ever felt in my
4:56life just wash over me and through me
4:59and I started balling my eyes out
5:03because it was just so intense and
5:06amazing and beautiful and I just like
5:10it's it's making me like tear up now
5:12just thinking about it. Um
5:15but yeah, the love I felt for this tree
5:17and not only the tree but
5:20everything like the whole world, the
5:23whole universe like nature, people,
5:26strangers, like just love for everything
5:29and everybody and and myself too. Like I
5:33I just
5:36it was it was one of the most amazing
5:38feelings of my life. And so I I stayed
5:41with this tree for a while. while I was
5:43like holding it and like putting my face
5:46on it and just crying with this tree,
5:50just crying like pure tears of joy. And
5:53um it was it was quite amazing. And so
5:58once I was finished with this tree, I
6:03um I was taken over to this clearing um
6:07in the yard that kind of overlooked the
6:10um the jungle
6:12and I could see like all the stars and
6:14the moon and the sky and and I stood
6:17there just in awe at the beauty of all
6:20these things and I was slowly brought
6:23down to my knees like I wasn't doing
6:26this like This was like my body was
6:27taken over and uh I was brought down to
6:30my knees and my hands
6:34um slowly
6:36came together in like prayer position on
6:40like just on my chest and um I started
6:43to pray and I'm not one to pray ever
6:46like I I just never prayed before and so
6:50the fact that this was happening was
6:52very very interesting and I was I was
6:55praying to the universe and I was
6:56thanking it and I was thanking mother
6:58nature and I was thanking Iawaska and I
7:00was just being so you know grateful for
7:02everything and appreciating everything
7:04and and I was crying as well. I started
7:08crying again um just at the beauty and
7:11everything and
7:13yeah so that was just
7:16that was just incredible. I I I was just
7:20I don't even know like these words are
7:23not doing any of this justice but um
7:27just know that it was one of the most
7:29amazing things of my life. And uh so
7:32after that you I got up
7:35um you know I kept walking around and
7:38the yard looking at things. Uh, I saw
7:40this log that had a like a little hole
7:43in it and I looked into this hole and it
7:45seemed to go on forever and ever and
7:46there were all these like cool like
7:49colors and shapes and stuff like
7:51spinning around in this log and um,
7:56oh, there was this one vision that I had
7:58of my face and it was growing
8:02in a tree like in with the roots and
8:04stuff and the message that I got from
8:06this was to love myself and to love my
8:09face and because I'm always really, you
8:12know, like a lot of girls are very um
8:14like self-conscious and,
8:17you know, they want to look good and
8:19whatever. And I was always very
8:22hard on myself, I guess, for the way I
8:23looked. I don't know. Um, but that's
8:26definitely changed. Like, I'm filming a
8:28video now with absolutely no makeup on.
8:30I'm greasy as hell.
8:32I don't really care what I look like
8:34anymore. So, that's good. Um, so yeah,
8:37there was that was one message that I
8:38got from the trip. Um,
8:42what else did I get? Oh, there's so much
8:44to remember. Um, oh, there was this one
8:47point where I like transformed into this
8:50bird. I don't know what kind of bird it
8:52was, but it was pretty big and it was
8:53dark. It was like a black bird or
8:55something. And um I like I started
8:59flapping my arms and like just looking
9:02around and like I felt like I was flying
9:03and it was amazing. It was really cool.
9:06Um, I'm really starting to think that
9:08bird, like that kind of bird is like my
9:11spirit animal or something like that. My
9:14sister always tells me I look like a
9:15bird, so it makes sense. Um,
9:20so yeah, there was that. Uh, oh, what
9:23else happened?
9:25You know, I would see just like random
9:26little things. I saw lots of eyes, lots
9:29of eyes, just like blankets of eyes like
9:32everywhere with my eyes open and closed.
9:34Um, it reminded me a lot of some of Alex
9:37Gay's work. Um, which is really cool. I
9:40love his work.
9:42And
9:44what else? Um, just like, you know,
9:48random things I would see here and
9:50there. Uh oh. There was this one part
9:53where I walked over to
9:57um where the the lodge was and there was
10:00a light on
10:03and seeing the light on Iaska is very
10:06strange because everything looks so
10:08weird and like you would move your hand
10:10over like this and it would have like a
10:12ase
10:14flies.
10:16um my hand would have like a trail and
10:18stuff and like things were had like
10:20strings coming out of them and I don't
10:22know it was really weird but um there
10:25was this one point where um I had a
10:29camera in my pocket
10:31and I took out the camera and I started
10:34recording
10:35and I started saying these things that
10:38just it wasn't me saying them it was
10:41like I was channeling Iawaska or
10:44something like the spirit of I was or I
10:46was channeling some sort of spirit and
10:49my voice got really really like high
10:52pitched and I was saying things like
10:55um you are the one you have all the
11:02answers like just weird things like that
11:05and um
11:08it was I don't know like watching that
11:10the next day was very strange like I
11:12didn't look like myself I didn't sound
11:13like myself and those weren't my words I
11:15wouldn't normally, you know, say things
11:18like that, but that was very cool. And
11:21so, yeah. Um,
11:24just just
11:26that whole experience like
11:29mostly with the tree, being with the
11:32tree and then praying. It just it made
11:35it connected me so much with nature,
11:39with myself. like it
11:43it's just I don't know that whole thing
11:46just
11:48it changed my life like I don't know how
11:50else to explain that like how else to
11:52say that it just it changed my life and
11:55you know I'm I'm so grateful that I went
11:57and did that because now like I feel
11:59like I'm all on the right path like I I
12:01stopped acting
12:04um I'm here in Peru
12:07um on like doing more IASA like learning
12:10so much and I'm I'm on the spiritual
12:13path now and it just it feels it feels
12:15right and um you know I just I just want
12:19to just want to share that with
12:21everybody and um
12:24yeah that's
12:26that's about it. Um, I'm gonna probably
12:30make another video tomorrow or something
12:31before I leave here. Um, just explaining
12:35like what I'm doing here and how awesome
12:37it is and how everybody should come here
12:39because it's great.
