0:03using Claude AI to do 90% of the work
0:06for me. But before I show you how to do
0:07this, I need to show you why you should
0:08listen to what I'm going to teach you in
0:10this video. First off, I actually do
0:12this business model myself. You can see
0:13this is one of my faceless channels that
0:15just in the last 28 days here has
0:17generated $24,000 and you can see
0:19consistently makes hundreds of dollars
0:21and in the past week has been doing way
0:23better and making thousands of dollars.
0:25We even hit a $2,000 day just a few days
0:27ago. You can also see that if I blow
0:29this up to the past 365 days, this
0:31channel has made me just shy of a
0:33quarter of a million dollars in profit.
0:35And I mean that. I have almost no
0:36expenses on this channel, so this is
0:38pretty much all profit. So all that to
0:40say that I actually know what I'm
0:41talking about and I'm really doing the
0:43business model that I'm teaching you in
0:44this video. So now let's get straight
0:46into it and I'm going to show you
0:47step-by-step how to build a faceless
0:49YouTube shorts channel and use Claude AI
0:50to do a lot of the heavy lifting for
0:52you. First, I need to show you why just
0:54in the past month this has become one of
0:55the biggest opportunities to make money
0:57online and literally no one is talking
0:59about this. There been a huge decline in
1:01the amount of people that are starting
1:02YouTube automation. So right now there
1:04is less competition and less people to
1:07compete with when it comes to posting
1:08faceless videos on YouTube. And I'm not
1:10just saying this randomly, I have real
1:12data to back this up. You can see the
1:13Google Trend search term for people
1:15searching up YouTube automation and
1:17trying to learn YouTube automation is at
1:19one of the lowest points since the end
1:21of 2022 and the beginning of 2023. Got
1:24really popular kind of back here in 2023
1:27and it peaked again in popularity about
1:29halfway through 2025. But ever since
1:31then it has been in a constant decline.
1:33There are less people looking to start
1:36YouTube automation and searching up
1:37YouTube automation coaching than there
1:39have been in the last four years. So
1:41don't let people tell you that YouTube
1:43automation is saturated because it is
1:44actually the lowest competition that it
1:46has been in years. And with that it is
1:48actually easier to go viral right now
1:50because there's a lot less people
1:51posting faceless videos, niches have
1:53less competition, everything is easier.
1:55But there's also been a huge increase
1:57lately in RPMs and how much you can earn
2:00for every thousand views that your
2:02videos get. I'm going to show you an
2:03actual example of that. This is a
2:05YouTube short that I posted about 10
2:07days ago. It's got 17 million views or
2:0916.8 million so far and it's made 3.8k.
2:13That is an insane amount of money for a
2:14YouTube short. You can see if I go to
2:16revenue, the qualified views, so the
2:18views that I actually earn money on is
2:207.9 million views and the RPM on this
2:22video is 42 cents. This is US dollars.
2:25This is not some other currency. This is
2:27a 42 cent US dollar RPM. Meaning for
2:30every thousand views that this video
2:31gets, I earn 42 cents. So, for 7.9
2:34million views, I made 3.2k and I'm now
2:37getting shorts with RPMs like this all
2:39the time. But, here's where this
2:40opportunity gets insane. Claude AI has
2:42made it so easy to automate the content
2:45creation process for making faceless
2:46videos. You can now fully automate
2:48researching videos, coming up with, you
2:50know, video ideas. It is now insanely
2:52easy to just have unlimited proven to go
2:54viral video ideas. And using a few other
2:56AI tools, it is now super easy to edit
2:58YouTube shorts as well. So, you can go
3:00from research to idea to fully edited
3:03posted video and this whole process can
3:05literally take you five to 10 minutes
3:07for one short. So, the combination of
3:08both those things is why this is such an
3:10insane opportunity right now. We have
3:12the lowest competition since 2023 and
3:15it's the easiest it's actually ever been
3:17to make faceless videos. And on top of
3:19that, it's also paying better than it
3:21ever has. So, with all that being said,
3:22let me get into how to actually do this
3:24and build your first profitable faceless
3:26YouTube channel and take advantage of
3:27this insane opportunity. Now, everybody
3:29knows that the niche you do for your
3:30channel is literally the most important
3:32part. If you pick a bad niche from day
3:33one, you will never get views. If you
3:35pick a good niche, you can get hundreds
3:36of millions of views. And I'm not going
3:37to show you 20 different niches and make
3:39you choose. I'm just going to show you
3:41the best niche that I'm seeing more new
3:43channels go viral with as fast as
3:44possible in 2026. This channel right
3:46here just started like two months ago
3:48and they are consistently getting
3:49millions of views on every single video.
3:51Like, here's a video from a week ago,
3:532.7 million views. 2 weeks ago, 8.7
3:55million views. And the niche that
3:56they're doing is literally just the
3:57ranking niche. Everybody knows this
3:59niche. You basically make videos where
4:00you compile a bunch of clips that you
4:02steal from like other platforms like Tik
4:04Tok, Instagram. You compile them and
4:06then you rank them. So you provide your
4:07kind of opinion around which ones are
4:09the funniest or whatever you choose to
4:10rank them on. Chances are you've seen
4:12videos like this. It's one of the most
4:13viral formats on all of YouTube Shorts.
4:15I've personally made hundreds of
4:16thousands of dollars with this so I'm a
4:18little bit biased but I can tell you
4:20confidently that I love this niche
4:21because again, I'm actually doing it
4:23myself and making one to two K a day
4:25with it right now. Here's another really
4:26good channel to look at for inspiration.
4:28They've only posted 245 videos and they
4:30have almost two and a half million
4:32subscribers and they've generated 5.7
4:34billion views. Every video they post
4:36gets millions of views. This one they
4:37posted a week ago has 12 million views
4:39already. Literally just ranking funniest
4:41parkour moments. This is the easiest
4:43content ever to make. So I'm going to
4:44show you exactly how to make these
4:45videos really quickly using AI to do 99%
4:48of the work for you. First off, you need
4:50inspiration channels to kind of take
4:51ideas from and get inspired. So I've
4:53already given you this one, super good
4:55one. Here's another really good one.
4:56Here's another really good channel. You
4:58can look all these up. And if you just
4:59go through their videos and you like a
5:01bunch of them. So just like leave likes,
5:03comments on all these videos, your whole
5:04feed will become ranking content almost
5:07right away. And then you can literally
5:08just scroll shorts and it will just feed
5:10you more and more new ranking channels.
5:12Once you have a bunch of good ranking
5:13channels that you want to replicate and
5:14steal their strategy, this is where we
5:16use Claude to do all the ideation and
5:18research on what videos you should
5:20actually make. to go over to Claude, but
5:22before you can actually use Claude, you
5:24need to add a little extension to it
5:26called VidIQ. And don't worry, this is
5:27completely free. Just go on Google, look
5:29up VidIQ Chrome extension. It's going to
5:31look something like this, VidIQ
5:32extension for YouTube and Instagram.
5:34Again, this is completely free. Just
5:35install it onto your Chrome browser.
5:37Once you have VidIQ installed, just go
5:39to Claude.ai, create a free Claude
5:41account and when you refresh the screen,
5:43you'll see that VidIQ will just appear
5:45here. The Chrome extension just
5:46automatically kind of adds itself to
5:48your Claude. You do need to set it up
5:50though, so you're going to click the
5:51little VidIQ drop down and then go
5:52connect YouTube insights. It'll just
5:54take you to a page like this where you
5:55just have to click authorize. And
5:57literally just like that with one click,
5:58it's done. If I hit the little drop down
6:00now, it shows as connected. So now this
6:01is where it gets insane. You're going to
6:03go to one of your inspiration channels
6:04that you found. I'm going to use this
6:06one as an example because they are
6:07getting hundreds of thousands of views
6:08or millions of views on every video.
6:10They're kind of a newer channel, so it's
6:11going to be a good one to copy. I'm
6:12going to click more and then this little
6:14pop will appear and I'm going to scroll
6:16to the bottom, click share channel, and
6:18then click copy channel ID right down
6:21there. Then you're going to go back to
6:22Claude, you're going to click the little
6:23plus right here, and you're going to
6:25click connectors, and then go to add
6:28from VidIQ for Claude using the new
6:30VidIQ extension we added. And then
6:32you're going to click where it says
6:33competitor breakdown. It will ask you to
6:36paste in that channel ID, so you can
6:37just paste that channel ID that you just
6:39copied and click add prompt. It'll add
6:41this little bubble automatically for you
6:43and then you just hit send. see it's
6:45going to automatically start running and
6:46as it goes, it's just going to ask you
6:48for some permission, so you just click
6:49always allow on pretty much everything
6:51that it asks you. So just let this run.
6:52It's going to take about 5 minutes to do
6:54a full research breakdown for you. So
6:55there you go, it's done. You can see it
6:57gave me this insane report with charts,
6:59analytics, and it shows me all the top
7:01videos from that channel. It shows me
7:03their growth over time. I got a full
7:04chart of all their metrics. And now I
7:06can actually chat with Claude about this
7:09channel. The way I use all this data is
7:11I literally just use this to give me the
7:12best video ideas that I should make
7:14ranking videos about because we all know
7:16that ideas are what make ranking videos
7:18go viral. Channels like Rank Zilla, they
7:20get millions of views on every post.
7:22This one 3 days ago got 22 million
7:24views. It's because his video ideas are
7:26better than everybody else and they're
7:27creative and unique. So just in the same
7:30Claude chat, I will just ask it to give
7:31me a list of viral ranking video topics
7:34based on what has worked best for this
7:35channel. And just like that, it gives me
7:37the exact proven winning video topics
7:39that are the top performers from their
7:40channel that are most likely to go viral
7:43if I copy them. Ranking the most insane
7:44near miss driving moments. These are
7:46such good high performing content ideas.
7:49So, from here just choose one of the
7:50video topics that you really like and
7:51then we're going to go over to this tool
7:53viblo.ai. This is going to automate all
7:54the editing and actually making the
7:56video for you. And the really cool thing

8:03your channel without actually having to

8:09set up. Now, once you're in Viblo,
8:10you're going to see there's a bunch of
8:11different tools in here for a lot of
8:12different niches but the one we want is
8:14this one right here, video ranking. So,
8:16you're just going to click start
8:17ranking. And then right at the top here,
8:18you just enter that video topic that you
8:20picked from Clod. For me, I'm just going
8:22to go with ranking best parkour fails.
8:23Now, you'll notice that this looks super
8:25bad. And if you go look at big ranking
8:26channels, you'll see that their title
8:28formats always look really clean in this
8:30one specific format. It needs to be in
8:32two lines of text, not three, not one,
8:35always two lines of text and it needs to
8:37have colors that break up the key words.
8:40So, the way I do this in Viblo is I'm
8:41just going to hit return and come down a
8:43line about halfway through my text
8:45somewhere about halfway through like
8:47that. And then you need to highlight the
8:49keywords which are the most important
8:50things in the title that make the viewer
8:52instantly understand what their video is
8:54about. For me, the keywords are probably
8:56parkour fails because, you know, ever
8:59and best, those don't add anything to
9:01help the viewer understand what the
9:03video will actually be about. Parkour
9:05fails is the keyword and the real topic
9:08of our video. So, I usually just go with
9:09like red or like a light blue or
9:11something like like that's pretty clean.
9:13I think I actually like a teal is really
9:15good. And now when someone lands on my
9:16video, they see the full title but their
9:18brain just instantly understands what my
9:20video is about. They just see parkour
9:22fails right away. And that helps so that
9:23people don't scroll away from your video
9:25and, you know, make it perform bad. Once
9:26you have the title optimized like this,
9:28you need to actually go rank some clips.
9:30And by far the best way to do this is to
9:32use TikTok because they have such a good
9:33video search engine. So, you're just
9:35just to look up your video topic right
9:37in the search bar. And just like that,
9:38it gave me a bunch of viral clips with
9:39millions of views that I can just use in
9:41my video. For example, this clip right
9:43here has 3.7 million views. You really
9:45only want to use viral clips. That's
9:47really important. You don't want to use
9:48a clip that has like 300 likes because
9:51why would it go viral for you if the
9:53original clip didn't go viral on its
9:55own. So, here's a clip with 3 million
9:56views. I'm going to copy the link of
9:58that clip right here. And then I'm going
9:59to go back into Viblo and scroll down to
10:01my first ranking slot video rank one and
10:04just paste that in and hit send. And
10:06just like that, it downloads the clip
10:07into my ranking video without a
10:09watermark and formats the whole thing so
10:11it looks really good. From here, you
10:12need to add a video title for this
10:14particular clip because you need to know
10:16kind of what each clip is and where it
10:18is on the ranking. So, for example, this
10:19clip has this like crocodile come out of
10:21the water so they just named this
10:23crocodile and they ranked it number two.
10:25So, I'm just going to give my clip a
10:26title that makes sense with it. I'm just
10:27going to call it aura lost. And from
10:29there, I can just repeat this and go
10:31find like four or five more clips and
10:33rank them and just keep adding more
10:35until I have about five ranked. This is
10:38really important. You need to rank the
10:39right number of videos to make sure that
10:41viewers actually want to stick around
10:43and watch the whole thing. If you rank
10:45too many clips, people won't watch the
10:46whole video. And if you don't rank
10:47enough clips, then you're just not
10:49getting enough watch time and your video
10:51is too short. In my experience, what
10:52I've noticed has performed the best is
10:54ranking somewhere between five and seven
10:56clips. That's kind of usually the range.
10:59You never want to go more than seven and
11:00you never want to rank less than five.
11:02Once you've added all the different
11:03clips that you want to rank in your
11:05video, this is the next most important
11:07step is you need to add custom playback
11:10order. You'll see for retention that a
11:11lot of ranking videos won't just rank
11:13like seven, then six, then five and rank
11:16in descending order. They'll rank
11:17randomly. They'll do like two first and
11:19then they'll do like six, you know what
11:21I mean? And then they'll they'll jump
11:22back up and then they'll save one for
11:24last. They'll just kind of like randomly
11:26go through and rank different numbers.
11:28This is kind of a little trick to keep
11:29the viewer engaged cuz they don't really
11:31know what clip is going to be ranked
11:32next, makes it feel less repetitive. So,
11:34all you do is you go to playback order
11:35right here, and you just turn on custom
11:37playback order, and you can actually
11:39just click shuffle, and this will
11:41automatically just rearrange the order
11:43that they play. And you can reorganize
11:45them yourself and manually change them
11:46if you want to. And then from there, you
11:48just scroll down, click generate video,
11:49and you're good to go, and you have a
11:51finished ranking video. Now, from here,
11:52what you need to do is post one to two
11:54YouTube Shorts every single day onto
11:56your channel. You have to be insanely
11:57consistent, and you cannot mess this up.
12:00If you skip days, I can promise you
12:01right now that you will not go viral,
12:03and you will not get good views. This
12:05channel right here that's made me $9,000
12:07in the last 7 days, you can see every
12:09single day. See that little Shorts icon?
12:11That means I've been posting every
12:12single day consistently. And you can see
12:14if I blow this up to the last 28 days,
12:16I've posted every single day except for
12:18one day. I have been insanely consistent
12:20on this channel. And that is why I can
12:22confidently say that if you do
12:23everything I showed you in this video,
12:24you use Cloud for all your research, and
12:26you're insanely consistent, you post one
12:28video every single day no matter what,
12:30and you do that for a few weeks, you
12:32will get results, and you will go viral.
12:34It is totally possible that a few weeks
12:35from now, you have a channel that is
12:36monetized, earning money, and getting
12:38millions of views every single day. So,
12:40get out there, go lock in, go make some
12:42videos, and I will see you in the next
