0:00Is love enough?
0:02>> Love the feeling or love the action?
0:04>> You tell me.
0:05>> Love the action is because love as an
0:09action is willingness.
0:12Willingness to find the color, the
0:15nuance, the balance. Willingness to
0:17learn to love someone how they want to
0:20be loved.
0:22Willingness to show up and be loving
0:25when you feel the least loving. You
0:27know, people say, "I would die for my
0:29partner. I love them more than anything
0:31in this world. I would literally lay
0:33down and die for them." Okay, but would
0:35you put your phone down when they're
0:36telling you about your day? Do you take
0:40their hand when you're walking down the
0:41sidewalk with them? Do you notice when
0:43they come home from work and their mood
0:45is a little off? Do you take the time to
0:47stop and ask them about it, to remember
0:49the little things that they tell you, to
0:51care? That's love. That's love as an
0:54action. That's what keeps connection.
0:57Love as a feeling will be fleeting if we
1:00don't follow it. Follow it through.
