0:41for a ceasefire on May 10th.
0:43So that is a major update viewers and we are joined by Akash Sharma
0:47on this broadcast to give us some more information Akash a big statement
0:51from Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif but India has given a befitting reply
0:56to Pakistan at the United Nations and I don't know how Pakistan sees that
1:01as a victory, as you know told to us by our top
1:04government sources.
1:05How do you see this?
1:07Right, so our investigation editor Manoj Gupta is reporting on what has happened
1:13in the last few hours.
1:14We saw our Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif first making several accusations,
1:20then a rebuttal coming from Indian side and then the government sources somewhere
1:26reiterating, you know, what has been in fact said
1:31by the Indian diplomat on, you know, the diplomatic forum.
1:34Now as far as the reality goes, we know how during operations,
1:39on May 10th, 2025, Pakistani DGMO pleaded for ceasefire.
1:45And rightly so because they had been receiving a lot of damages to their air bases,
1:51a lot of damages to the bunkers that they had created at the line of control,
1:58and also at the other infrastructure.
2:00And there was a threat that possibly Indian Navy is going to step in
2:04and they are going to launch attacks too.
2:06And that's when, you know, Pakistani DJMO dialed the Indian DJMO
2:10and asked for ceasefire.
2:11Now we all know it for a fact.
2:13But then, you know, it is the same design that we have been
2:17seeing for years.
2:18A Pakistani prime minister using the forum for all these sort of acquisitions
2:25and the blame on India.
2:28But then from Indian side, it was made very clear that as far
2:31as Pakistan goes.
2:32So, the world knows the reality related to Osama bin Laden.
2:36The world knows the reality as to what is happening.
2:38In Islamabad, just ahead of a call of protest by the PTI,
2:44the world knows what is happening in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir,
2:48especially in the areas where we have protests going on
2:52and Manoj Gupta somewhere reporting, you know, after speaking to his sources in
2:57the government of India, that how, you know, while everybody was like the officials
3:04who are aware as to what is going to be the speech of Pakistani prime minister,
3:09you know, it is basically, you know, something that was never expected
3:16that once again, Pakistani prime minister would be
3:19resorting to all those allegations, all those fake claims where, you know,
3:24he talks about the victory, you know, of Pakistan in operations in Door.
3:29He talks about, you know, Kashmir in India while, you know,
3:33ignores the fact that Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir
3:37and the residents there have been protesting for months now.
3:41And in Islamabad, we have this security ahead of, in fact, the protest march,
3:49a protest call that has been given by the PTI.
3:51Right, right, right, Akash.
3:53Akash, see, Pakistan is fighting on multiple fronts.
3:57You know, their war with Afghanistan is one thing.
3:59Now, Balochistan in Sanjayi is another thing altogether.
4:03But even after all of that, you know, Shahbaz Sharif going
4:07at the UN saying such things that they've won a great victory
4:11during Operation Sindhuur.
4:13I think not only Pakistan but even Chinese weapons were also exposed
4:18during Operation Sindhuur.
4:30Shells, in fact, did not explode and, you know, the reality associated with Chinese weapons.
4:36But the fact of the matter is that, you know, Pakistan has no other choice.
4:41They don't have the capability, they can only rely on countries like China.
4:46And at this point in time, 70 % of their military hardware is from China.
4:51As far as Pakistan goes, you rightly pointed out
4:54that they have got multiple fronts and the challenges coming from
4:56different sides.
4:57We have Balochistan, the activities going on there.
5:01With Afghanistan they have this military confrontation where just yesterday Pakistan
5:07carried out attacks in Afghanistan.
5:10And then in Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir we have the protests going on.
5:14Other than that too there are several groups within Pakistan that are, you know,
5:19on and off carrying out activities.
5:21So Pakistan has been facing a lot of challenges, you know, back home.
5:25But despite that the Pakistani Prime Minister did not forget to
5:29mention India and talk about all those acquisitions once again,
5:36back in 2025 he did the same.
5:38And in the last so many years we have seen that this is what has been the design
5:43of the activities that Pakistan carries out in United nations and this is what we have
5:50seen once again right right right Akash many thanks Akash for gathering on that now viewers
