0:01So

0:07good, good, good, good, good.

0:13Perfect. Let's see. We have very good

0:16number of persons right here. So now

0:19welcome to the scaleup workshop. Now see

0:22I know with the webinar the webinar was

0:24exciting here guys. Was the webinar not

0:25exciting? Let me know in the comments.

0:27Was the webinar exciting? So if the

0:29webinar was exciting, I'm sure you have

0:32some some people are saying they cannot

0:33see anything. If you if you cannot see

0:34anything, please it might just be your

0:36network, right? It might just be your

0:37network. But anyways, the webinar was

0:40super exciting. So I am pretty sure that

0:43you have high expectations. You have

0:46high expectations for this workshop. So

0:49let's let's try to meet those

0:50expectations and even exceed it. Yeah.

0:52Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Perfect.

0:54Perfect. Perfect. So now let's dive in.

0:57So uh today we're going to be touching

0:59on positioning which is the number one

1:01thing right positioning your ideal

1:04client and then generating valuable

1:07leads right not generating useless leads

1:10right so let me just tell you how this

1:12class is going to work. So everything I

1:14teach here is going to be practical. So

1:17everything I'm teaching you I'm going to

1:19do it live. Right? Some things I'm going

1:22to some things I've already done live.

1:23I've pre-built them on the slides which

1:25I'm going to be sharing with you. If I

1:26can show you this, I actually have like

1:28an entire resource pack that I'm going

1:30to share with you after. Right? I have

1:32an entire resource pack, but uh

1:37some I've pre-built while others we're

1:40just going to do it live. We'll do it

1:41live together. Right? So, what I want

1:42you to do is everything I teach, as I

1:44said, I'll do it in front of you. And

1:45then here's what I want you to promise

1:47me that you'll do. First thing, you're

1:49going to watch. You're going to watch me

1:51live. Obviously, you're going to take

1:53notes, which is very very important that

1:54you actually do take notes. Then when

1:57you get the recording or when you

1:58rewatch this, I'm pretty sure you'll be

1:59able to rewatch this session again. You

2:01rewatch and then you now implement every

2:04single thing. Now, I would have said you

2:05should implement while we are watching,

2:06but the truth is your mind is just going

2:08to be divided and I'm not sure everybody

2:09watching me here has a laptop or two

2:11phones or whatever. Right? So, do you

2:13promise that after this session you're

2:16going to implement? Do you promise me?

2:17Let me know in the comments. Say I

2:18promise. I promise. Say, I promise. Let

2:21me know. Do you promise that after this

2:23session, you're going to take notes or

2:25during this session, you're going to

2:26take notes? And then after this session,

2:28every single thing I teach you, you're

2:29going to implement because I'm actually

2:30going to give assignments and I'm going

2:32to expect uh your assignment tomorrow.

2:35I'm going to expect the solutions or

2:37whatever to your assignment tomorrow.

2:38Good, good, good, good, good. I can see

2:40a while. I can see Toby. I can see

2:43Emmanuel. Uh a lot of you guys are

2:45promising. That is perfect. Perfect. So

2:48now what I'm going to be teaching you is

2:50how to become a freelancing plug. I

2:52talked about this in webinar but I'm

2:54going to still explain like dive into

2:56this very well. Right? I'll teach you

2:59how to be a freelancing plug. Number

3:00one, I'll teach you how to identify your

3:03ideal client and then when you identify

3:05your ideal client, find out where they

3:07hang out, which is very important. Now,

3:09how to validate that a business needs

3:11you because see some businesses, they

3:14might even need your services, but they

3:15will not be able to pay you. So that's

3:16also something that we're going to look

3:17at very very seriously right can this

3:20business pay me right and then how to

3:22find the decision maker in any

3:24businesses in any business because

3:26smaller businesses you can reach out to

3:28the founders and then they will respond

3:29to you immediately but then larger

3:31businesses it might not be the founder

3:32that you reach out to you understand the

3:34founder might not even be the person who

3:35is going to who's going to hire you who

3:37is going to take you to the so even if

3:38you reach out to the founder and they

3:40respond they would probably just connect

3:41you oh reach out to this person or they

3:43would CC somebody else in the email you

3:45get what I

3:46and then I'll show you how to build a

3:48list of 100 qualified potential clients.

3:51Now, as I said, this is going to be a

3:53very very practical class. So, the

3:55slides that we have are actually not

3:57much, right? The slides that we have are

3:58actually not much because I'm going to

4:00be going from slide and then I would go

4:02to browser, from slide to browser, from

4:04slide to browser, that sort of thing.

4:05Yeah. And in addition, I'm going to add

4:09one more thing that I did not promise

4:11you something that nobody is going to

4:14teach you, right? or that nobody is

4:15actually saying out there. How can you

4:18create proof that you've never that you

4:20can do the job even if you've never had

4:22a single client in Indonesia? So let's

4:24say let's say you see that oh this

4:26client or this type of business is the

4:28perfect type of business that I would

4:29love to work with but I've not worked

4:31for this type of business before. How do

4:33you create proof to show them that you

4:35can do the job? You understand even

4:38before you even do the job, right? And

4:40I'm not talking about portfolio guys.

4:42This is not even about portfolio. So

4:44that's also something I'm going to teach

4:45you. So make sure you stay to the end

4:46because that's the last thing I'm going

4:47to share. But obviously I want you to

4:49stay till the end. I want you to stay to

4:50the end. So that's the last thing I'm

4:52going to share. Now remember the whole

4:55scale of system that we're using is

4:56three steps which is positioning,

4:58prospecting, and then outbound. So today

5:01we're covering positioning and

5:03prospecting, right? Plus that proof, the

5:05whole proof thing I talked about. While

5:07tomorrow we're going to talk about

5:08outbound and then how you get paid from

5:10this client. So let's start with

5:12positioning. Now remember what I told

5:14you about being a freelancing plug,

5:18right? So if anybody comes up to you and

5:20then asks you what do you do? Now

5:23obviously I'm talking about this in a

5:25literal sense and what I mean by in a

5:27literal sense is like in the online

5:29sense of things. So you get what I mean

5:31right? So what we mean is online but I'm

5:33talking about like physically. So

5:34somebody comes to you and say what do

5:35you do? Remember I said never answer the

5:38question until you know what the person

5:40does. I don't know. So, never answer the

5:42question until you know until you have

5:44enough information about the person. So,

5:46if an e-commerce founder, right, comes

5:48up to you and and then asks you, "What

5:51do you do?" Right? Will you just say,

5:53"I'm a graphics designer." No. Right?

5:56You're going to say, "I'm a graphic

5:57designer who helps e-commerce brands

5:59design blah blah blah." You get what I'm

6:01trying to say? If you're a uh video

6:04editor, for example, let's say you're a

6:05video editor and somebody who hosts a

6:08podcast, right? Maybe a podcast post

6:10comes up to you and then ask you what do

6:12you do? Will you just say you're a video

6:13editor? No. Will you will you say you're

6:14a video editor for e-commerce brands?

6:16No. It depends on who the person is. Am

6:19I making sense? That's what I mean by

6:20you are going to be a plug. You plug

6:22yourself depending on who the person is.

6:25So, for example, you can say, "Oh, I'm a

6:27video editor and I help um I help

6:30podcast host." You understand? Turn one

6:32long episode into a week-long clip or

6:35turn, you understand what I'm trying to

6:36say? or just create create 20 clips for

6:38every episode. You get what I mean,

6:40right? Again, that's what I mean by be a

6:42plug. I'm just recapping this. I already

6:44talked about this already, but I'm just

6:45recapping this. Let's say just in case

6:46maybe you missed that in the last

6:48webinar. So, again, if somebody comes up

6:50to you and ask you, "What do you do?"

6:51And you say, "I'm a graphic designer."

6:52That's exactly why you're earning cheap.

6:54So, what we're going to do is we're

6:56going to fix it permanently. Now, I'm

6:58going to be using myself as an example.

7:00But please, every single thing I teach,

7:02right, is replicable. I'm using myself

7:05as a copyriter as an example because I

7:06am a copywriter. You understand? So I

7:08can give like the best uh examples using

7:11myself and using my actual experience.

7:14Right? So this is the plug formula. Now

7:16the plug formula is I help specific type

7:20of business achieve specific sort of

7:23result through and then you mention your

7:25skill. Now I'll tell you uh let me show

7:29you let me show you how I built mine

7:30right? Let me show you. And I already

7:31had this pre-built already, but let me

7:33just show you how I built mine. And it's

7:35going to be a bit messy. Now, this what

7:37I mean by it's going to be a bit messy.

7:38So, now if right now I'm an AI powered

7:41copywriter and I I I'm focused currently

7:46on writing emails. Okay, let me show you

7:48again. Somebody said I should show it

7:49again. So, write it down. Write it down.

7:51I help specific type of businesses of

7:54business, sorry, achieve specific

7:57results through your skill. By the way,

7:59you don't have to write it. I can just

8:00screenshot. Are you guys not watching me

8:01on your phones? Screenshot now.

8:02Screenshot so we can move on. Are we

8:04good to go? Right, Matilda? Can we move

8:06on? Perfect. So, as I said, uh, let me

8:10build mine. So, now I could say I'm an

8:12AI powered email copywriter for

8:14e-commerce businesses. Now, oh god, I I

8:17put the answer already. But guys, tell

8:19me, is this good? Tell me in the

8:21comments. If somebody asks me, what do

8:22you do? And the person is an e-commerce

8:24founder and I say, I'm an AI powered

8:26email copywriter for e-commerce

8:28businesses. Tell me in the Tell me in

8:30the comments, is it good? Is it good

8:31enough?

8:33Is it good enough? Let me know in the

8:35comments. I've already given you the

8:36answers. I've given you the answer

8:38actually. But let me just know in the

8:39comments. Let me see. Is it good enough?

8:41If I just go and say I'm an AI powered

8:43email copyriter for e-commerce

8:45businesses. No, it's not good enough. I

8:47promise you, you're only saying no

8:48because I've already put the answer

8:49here. Eh, so you saying no because I've

8:52already put the answer here. Right? So

8:53it sounds okay. It sounds okay. But the

8:56truth is it's still generic because too

8:58many people can say the exact same

9:00thing. So what I now need to ask myself

9:03is what does my work actually change for

9:07the business? And that's also something

9:08that you need to ask yourself. One

9:10second please. Perfect. That's something

9:12that you also need to ask yourself. What

9:14does your work, you as a graphics

9:16designer, you as a virtual assistant,

9:18you as a whatever it is you do, what

9:20exactly does your work change for the

9:23business? So now me, let's say I'm

9:24reaching out to e-commerce brands to

9:26write out to write their emails. I could

9:27say, you understand? If I just say maybe

9:29I would write better emails than you're

9:30currently getting. It's like it's still

9:32not a result. Now I could say more sales

9:35that they will make more sales, right?

9:37But if I say they'll make more sales,

9:38it's still too vague. It is still common

9:41to what they are hearing every single

9:43time. So now, but here's something

9:44specific that my emails do. Now you know

9:48when you reach out to a company maybe

9:49you just found the company through ads

9:51or you somebody told you about the

9:52company and then you buy from them a lot

9:55of times and I'll show you an example of

9:57a very big company international company

10:00that actually functions in Nigeria that

10:02is having this is doing this exact same

10:04thing right so when I reach out to you

10:08you uh I buy something from you you

10:10email me oh thanks for your order blah

10:12blah blah 90% of the time right 90% of

10:17the time.

10:20Um,

10:21sorry, let me just get my train on. I

10:23think they just they just brought light.

10:24Sorry.

10:25But anyways, so 90% of the time they

10:27just abandon me after that first point.

10:29They just they just like abandon me and

10:31then I never get any emails. I never get

10:33anything. So what my emails do, my

10:35emails will help you turn customers who

10:37have already bought once is going to

10:39increase their lifetime value. Now what

10:40does it mean to increase their lifetime

10:42value? Is to make sure that they buy

10:43again and again and again. Now it's

10:45called what? is called retention, right?

10:48It's called retention. Retention that is

10:50specific. I can put a number on it and

10:52almost nobody in my space is claiming

10:53it. Why? Because everybody is just being

10:55too vast, right? So now here is my own

10:58plug statement right now. I say I help

11:01e-commerce brands turn one-time buyers

11:05into repeat customers through AI powered

11:09retention email systems. Now guys, is

11:11this better than what we had before?

11:15Is this better than saying I'm an AI

11:17powered I'm an AI powered email copyer

11:19for e-commerce businesses? Is this

11:21better than what we had before? Saying I

11:23help e-commerce brands turn one-time

11:26buyers into repeat customers through AI

11:29powered retention email systems.

11:31Exactly. Right. And the crazy thing

11:33about this is I could tell this exact

11:35same thing to 100 e-commerce brands.

11:39Right. By the way, again, we're not

11:42using freelancing platforms here. By the

11:43way, every single thing we're doing

11:44here, we're not using freelancing

11:45platforms, but I can send this to 100

11:48e-commerce brands and they'll be like,

11:49"Oh yeah, I actually want to work with

11:51this guy. Oh yeah, this guy can actually

11:52help me." You get what I'm trying to

11:54say? Now, I want you to take note of

11:56something because the mistake that a lot

11:58of people make because whether we like

11:59it or not, a lot of people use AI.

12:01Everybody uses AI these days, right? But

12:04you guys, you make AI the key point. You

12:07make AI the key point. And you never

12:08want to make AI the key point because

12:10what whether you like it or not, clients

12:13don't hire you because you use AI.

12:15Companies don't hire you because you use

12:17AI. Now they care about the result. Is

12:20AI going to make you faster? Then that's

12:22something you want to put into. Is AI

12:23going to make you maybe deliver the work

12:25better than that's something you want to

12:26put. They care about the result and then

12:28how you do it is what you put last.

12:31That's why you see that even though I

12:33say I am an AI powered copyriter, I did

12:35not put it until what the end where I

12:37say okay I use AI powered retention

12:39email systems. Right? So it's the exact

12:41same formula but then with different

12:43skills and what I want you guys to do

12:44for me right now I have an assignment

12:46before I show you guys some before I

12:47start giving you guys more examples. But

12:49what I want you to do for me right now

12:51in the comments is I want you to write

12:53yours. If you're a designer write your

12:56own right now in the comments. So I help

12:58dash achieve dash through dash right let

13:02me know write your own in the comment

13:03that's your first assignment that's your

13:05first assignment it's it's not an

13:06assignment it's actually a class it's a

13:08classwork so write it down right now I

13:10want to see it in the comments I help

13:12dash achieve dash through dash so I want

13:15you to write yours right now and drop it

13:16in the comments I'm waiting I'm waiting

13:18I'm waiting I'm waiting I'm waiting I'm

13:19waiting right so let me just give you

13:22some more examples why you're giving me

13:23yours so a graphics designer can say now

13:26a typical If you somebody ask comes to

13:28you and say oh yeah I'm a graphic

13:29designer it's common everybody anybody

13:31can be a graphic designer but if you say

13:33I help supplement brands stand out on

13:35social media through scroll stopping

13:38creatives you're competing with a

13:40handful perfect I've seen Abdul Rahim

13:43Abdim has given his own you guys just

13:45keep dropping just keep dropping it I'm

13:46going to vet it I'm going to vet it just

13:48keep dropping yours just keep dropping

13:49yours in the comments right so a

13:52graphics designer who is creating who

13:54can create maybe like social media post

13:55and all of that Right? Instead of you

13:57just saying, "Oh, I help I help

13:59supplement brands or I help health

14:00health care brands or health and

14:02wellness brands create uh beautiful

14:06graphics for their social media." No,

14:08you say I help supplement brands stand

14:10out on social media through scroll

14:13stopping creatives. Please wy don't

14:16don't spam it. Once you type it once,

14:18I'm going to see. Don't worry, I'm going

14:19to get back to it. Right. So now a video

14:22editor can say I help business

14:25podcasters turn every episode into a

14:28week of viral clips.

14:32So now let's go through some of the ones

14:34that we have in the comments. Yeah. So

14:35we have I help real estate businesses

14:38achieve more clients and grow their

14:40online presence through creating simple

14:43website where clients can easily that is

14:46too long. In fact, I'll even say it's

14:49too long. I'm saying you're trying to do

14:50too many things at the same time, right?

14:52Are you trying to help them get more

14:54clients or are you trying to help them

14:56grow their online presence? What is the

14:58one thing? What is the one thing? If you

15:00actually dig deeper, what is the one

15:03thing that they need? What is the one

15:04problem that you can help them solve?

15:06So, Simon says, "I help small businesses

15:08achieve more sales and turn visitors."

15:10Again, you guys are doing the exact same

15:12thing. You're trying to do too much,

15:15right? I'm talking about the one thing.

15:17What's the one problem? I'm not saying

15:18you should help them do two things,

15:21right? What is the one thing that you

15:23can help them with? Now, Patbasi says,

15:25"I help e-commerce skincare brands

15:27achieve 60%

15:30rate." I don't know what you mean by

15:31rate. Through scroll stopping creatives

15:32that convert. Now, I love that. I love

15:34that. Although obviously you have to um

15:37frame it better, right? But that is that

15:38is much more better, right? So, uh

15:41Goodwill says, "Helping B2B companies

15:43fill their sales pipeline." Oh my days,

15:46this is beautiful. Perfect goodwill.

15:49Perfect. Perfect. That is perfect

15:51goodwill, right? So, we have so so many.

15:54We have so so many. I help business

15:56brands stand out of the crowd through

15:57eye-catching visuals and tell more about

15:59them. That is good. I help coaches gain

16:02more customers through effective email

16:04marketing. That works. That actually

16:06works. That actually works. I help real

16:08estate HVAC real estate or HVAC to gain

16:11leads through go high level. Again, you

16:13either want and I'm going to explain to

16:15you how you can actually reach out to

16:16multiple types types of clients at the

16:18exact same time, but for every person.

16:20So, if a real estate agent come to you,

16:22will you say I help real estate and age

16:24people? No, you're not going to say

16:25that. You're just going to say I help

16:26real estate people. If it's age people,

16:28now again, I'm not asking you to niche

16:29yourself. I'm not asking you to to niche

16:32down. Remember, being a plug means you

16:35can plug yourself into any situation.

16:38And because we know this type of people

16:39that we are reaching out to, it's

16:40important that you're able to define

16:42this because when you define this,

16:44that's what that's what's now going to

16:45define the type of clients that we're

16:47going to reach out to. You understand?

16:48That's our outbound more or less. Now,

16:51if you don't have any niche experience,

16:53let's say you're still you're still a

16:55bing freelancer, you've not made a lot

16:56of money or you've just done simple

16:58simple work for 50k here, 100k there,

17:00you understand? And you actually want to

17:02dive into the international market,

17:03right? So one thing you can do, one

17:05thing you can do is look at the clients,

17:07the Nigerian clients that you've worked

17:09with, the Nigerian companies that you've

17:11worked with, the Nigerians who have

17:13actually paid you for your work, right?

17:15Look at what they've done or look at the

17:18work that you've done for them. And then

17:19you could actually go and look for

17:20people abroad who are offering the exact

17:22same service or similar service, you

17:24understand? And then plug yourself into

17:26it. Because if you say uh I help

17:28e-commerce brands, they don't care if

17:30the e-commerce brand that you helped is

17:31a Nigerian e-commerce brand or in Ghana

17:34as long as what you've actually helped

17:36e-commerce brands. You get what I mean,

17:37right?

17:39So what you want to do is so if you've

17:41worked with only Nigerian uh

17:44say I'm a web developer and I haven't

17:45earned shishi. Don't worry, that's why

17:47you're here now. Things are about to

17:48change, right? So if you work with any

17:50Nigerian company then you can just find

17:52a way to you understand find their uh

17:55international equivalent more or less

17:57right and one thing you don't want to do

17:58is you don't want to overthink things

18:01now why I say you don't want to

18:02overthink things is because you can

18:04always switch so let's say you reach out

18:07to 30 businesses and then nobody replies

18:11right maybe you reach out to 30 skincare

18:13e-commerce skincare brands that you want

18:16to do so so for them maybe as you said

18:18create scrolls stopping creatives for

18:20their social media and nobody replies.

18:23Maybe that's just not a problem deep

18:25enough for them. So what you do is you

18:27just adjust the niche. Okay, who exactly

18:29do I want to reach out to? You never

18:30abandon the skill because I have this

18:32belief that as long as people are making

18:34money from anything, I can also make

18:36money from the thing. What that means is

18:38as long as they are graphics designers

18:40getting paid 100 $50,000 plus, right?

18:45Then I can also earn $50,000 plus as a

18:47graphic designer. The market is never

18:49saturated,

18:51right? There there always there will

18:52always be a lot of graphic designers.

18:54There will always be, right? But the

18:56market is never saturated, right? So now

19:00one more thing before we go on, right?

19:01So a plug statement says who you help.

19:05So after you've said after you found out

19:08who you help, then what's the next thing

19:09to do? The next thing to say, okay, what

19:11problem do you want to solve? And I

19:14noticed that that is now a lot of you

19:15guys that are typing, okay, I help

19:18contractors achieve more bookings

19:19through website design. I help Right.

19:23All good. Yeah. But we are still focused

19:25on what you do. So now let's get into

19:29the problem which is what you are going

19:31to help them solve because that's what

19:33they care about. They don't actually

19:34care about you. Like it or not, they

19:36don't care about you. They care about

19:37how you help them solve their problems.

19:39Right now I put this I said you cannot

19:41spot a gap if you've not even decided

19:44what you're looking for. So

19:48let me explain to you how it works for

19:49me. So for me now as an email copyriter

19:53or as an e-commerce email copyriter AI

19:55power blah blah blah right. So what

19:57happens is so for example you I want to

20:00go and okay I ordered something from

20:01Orrimo. So Or is actually the company

20:03that I was talking about and I'm going

20:04to I'm going to show you something

20:05right? Or in fact let me just let me

20:07show you. So, let me go to my Gmail

20:09right now and I'll search Oro.

20:13So, let me just search for Oro.

20:18So, let me search for Oro. Now, I

20:20ordered something from Oro very

20:23recently. The order is now I order I

20:25order things a lot from Oro actually

20:27because I do like Oro.

20:29I order something from arrival of almost

20:31200,000 naira and I guarantee you after

20:35this your order has been successful

20:37successfully placed and then maybe they

20:38will say your order has shipped and then

20:40after your order shipped because you can

20:41see they've look at all the emails I've

20:43gotten from Oro oops we forgot some

20:45dance for cat abandonment your order has

20:47shipped this is when whatever I ordered

20:49get shipped right then your order has

20:52been successfully placed then what else

20:54your order has shipped notice of order

20:56payment successful that's when when I

20:58when I pay for any order. You see, it

20:59comes up, hey, you've paid for your

21:01order, blah, blah, blah. Your order

21:02shipped this. Now, Oro launches new

21:06products almost every month.

21:09How come is it that they don't send me

21:12emails selling their new product knowing

21:15that I am a good Oro customer, knowing

21:17that I actually order from Oro every

21:19single time?

21:22Do you understand what I mean? Right.

21:24So, now I know that this company Oro

21:27needs my help. How many of you guys know

21:28or? You guys know Or I'm not just

21:30talking about a random company because I

21:32actually try to make it make sure it's

21:33it's a relatable branch. Do you guys

21:35know or let me know in the comments? Do

21:37you know

21:44exactly right? So, let me just make sure

21:47this is okay. This is perfectly live. So

21:50I ordered from Oro and every single time

21:52I order from Oro the only emails I get

21:54is whether maybe I leave the cats then I

21:56will get a cat abandonment email as if I

21:58did not complete order but then when I

21:59make payment they'll tell me oh yes your

22:01payment is successful then after after

22:03I've made payment then they will say

22:05maybe your order has been placed your

22:06order has shipped and then after that

22:08nothing else but again as I've said

22:10these guys launch new products almost

22:13every month if not even every two weeks

22:16they are always launching new products

22:18and not for once have they actually sent

22:22me emails that is introducing me to some

22:24of their new products especially new

22:27products that are similar to things that

22:29I have already ordered. For example, I

22:31have like two I have two headsets. I

22:33have like four airports because anytime

22:36people come to my house, they can just

22:37take it. They will just say ah let me

22:38take they will just take it and then I

22:39just keep ordering and then anytime a

22:41new airport comes out they will not come

22:42and they will not send me an email know

22:44as somebody who keeps ordering. You get

22:45what I'm trying to say right? So now I

22:48know that Orion needs my help. Why?

22:50Because they have issues with customer

22:52retention. And these people are spending

22:54a lot of money running ads. So what I

22:56want you to do is I want you to think

22:58right any business your perfect client.

23:02Let me just put it your perfect client.

23:04What is that one problem?

23:07In fact, let's not let's not let's not

23:08let's not let's not shrink it down to

23:11one. Let us mention like this like three

23:13problems.

23:15three problems that your perfect client

23:18is going to have to make them need you.

23:21For example, if you open their if you

23:23open their website and their social

23:25media, is it looking like two different

23:27companies? Know some people some people

23:29their websites their their colors and

23:31everything is blue and then you go to

23:33their social media and then they doing

23:34white and black or green. You

23:36understand? There is no uniformity. So

23:39tell me in the comments, right?

23:42Sorry God, can you hear me? Some people

23:44are saying they cannot hear me. Cu, can

23:45you hear me?

23:47>> Yeah, I can hear you loud and clear.

23:49Please go ahead.

23:50>> Okay, perfect.

23:52>> Yeah.

23:52>> So, what I want you to do is go into the

23:54comments and tell me what is that one

23:56problem that the perfect client who

23:59wants to hire you has. What is that one

24:02problem based on your skill? So, for

24:03example, let's say you're a virtual

24:05assistant, right? Is your client still

24:07responding to messages by 11 p.m.? You

24:11get what I'm trying to say? So, he's a

24:12busy founder that still responding to

24:14messages by 11 p.m. because these are

24:15messages that he still has to that he

24:16still has to respond to or you get my

24:18friend still important messages or is he

24:20responding to emails by himself

24:23because it can be stressful, right? So,

24:26let me know what is that one problem.

24:29What is that one problem that any client

24:32that's your ideal client? Perfect.

24:35Perfect. So, Oko says low ranking on

24:37Google search and that is perfect

24:38because you could actually see YOU COULD

24:40CHECK OUT THAT IS something that you

24:42could you could see that okay yes this

24:43client look at their keywords now and

24:45you search that keywords on Google you

24:47see that okay what's happening you get

24:49they're not ranking they have like 10

24:50other companies ranking before them or

24:52maybe they're not even in page one at

24:53all maybe they're not even in page two

24:55at all so these are problems that you

24:56can actually see because if you give

24:59problems that you cannot see then how

25:00will you know exactly that they have the

25:02problems exactly mater says website slow

25:04load heavy images, poor SEO. Exactly.

25:07And those are things that you can

25:09actually see if you just say conversion.

25:10Conversion is not good. How do you know

25:12if a if a company is converting or not?

25:16Right? How do you know if a company is

25:18converting or not? Let me let me ask let

25:19me let me let me let me let me show you

25:21something. Right? So, let's say let's

25:22say I'm reaching out to different let's

25:23say I'm reaching out to different um to

25:26different e-commerce brands. As I've

25:28said, I could open let me put Riffra,

25:32right?

25:33Refra baby. There's a company called

25:35Refra Baby. This is a company I worked

25:36with actually. I could open Refra Baby,

25:40right? Scroll down. Cancel. Scroll down.

25:44Where is this your newsletter part?

25:46Right. See here. So, I could scroll

25:48down. This is not even a newsletter.

25:50This one is for discount, right? Because

25:52almost almost look at it right here. I

25:54could scroll down. I could just put my

25:56email, right?

25:58Mhm. I could put my email and then

26:01subscribe. And you could just create

26:03like again this is for me as an email

26:05copyriter. I could put my email and then

26:08subscribe and then go and start checking

26:09okay what are the emails they sending to

26:10me are the emails good. Now I used to do

26:13this majorly when I was working with

26:14fintech companies. I I was heavily

26:16helping fintech companies uh write their

26:19web copies right especially startups

26:20that just got that just got funding

26:22right their web copies. So what I'll do

26:24again I'll show you exactly how to

26:26actually get these guys but I'll just

26:28scroll through. Once I just scroll, I

26:29can actually see the problem that their

26:31web copy is bad. You understand? So if I

26:33can see the problem that their web copy

26:34is bad, then it is easy to solve.

26:37I don't know if you understand, right?

26:39It is easy to solve once you see the

26:41problem. So that's why I say conversion

26:43is not good. How do you know that they

26:46are converting? How do you know that

26:47they are not converting? How exactly can

26:49you prove? You understand? So we've

26:52gotten a lot a lot a lot. Sales pipeline

26:54is empty or inconsistent.

26:57again, how do you know? How do you know

27:00for sure? Get what I'm trying to say?

27:02How do you know for sure? It has to be a

27:03problem that you can diagnose because if

27:06not, you just be shooting arrows. And

27:08again, that's why there are a lot of

27:09things that you can do for any

27:10particular business, right? I could

27:12either write a business's web copy or I

27:14could write their their email flows or I

27:16could write campaigns or I could you get

27:18what I'm trying to say? There a lot of

27:19things, but I'm going to focus on

27:21problems that I can see, right? I'm

27:24going to focus on problems that I can

27:25see. Now, step two is prospecting,

27:29right? So, now for this one, you have to

27:32ask yourself four questions. Don't worry

27:34guys, we're actually going to do like a

27:35Q&A after this. So, that's perfectly

27:37fine. So, anything you just take note of

27:39your questions. I'm going to answer

27:40every single one of them. Right.

27:42Perfect. Perfect. This is perfect.

27:44Right. I just saw somebody put now if a

27:47brand has 10,000 followers or has 20,000

27:52followers but then their post is getting

27:5410 likes, 20 likes, you know that they

27:57have a problem. You get what I'm trying

27:59to say? You know that they have a

28:01problem and that is a problem that you

28:02need to solve. By the way, you don't

28:03need proxy or VPN or any of those. Back

28:05in the days that I used to use proxy and

28:08I don't I just used to use VPN for some

28:09of these sites I did not to open for me

28:11in Nigeria. But all of them are are open

28:13right now. Right? So now let's create

28:17your ideal client. Let's create your

28:19ideal client. So now there are four

28:21questions that you need to know. If this

28:24person is your ideal client, remember I

28:26said I'll teach you how to validate,

28:29right? There are a thousand e-commerce

28:31brands. Which one is my ideal client?

28:35Right? So the first thing you need to

28:38know is what industry are they in?

28:41Right? What industry are they in? Now,

28:44for mine, sorry, for mine, they are

28:47usually D2C. That that's direct to

28:49customers, which is e-commerce brand

28:51more or less, right? So, I know, okay,

28:52generally it's e-commerce. Then, what

28:54size is the business? Again, guys, I'm

28:57still going to be breaking this down. As

28:58I said, there are some things I've

28:59already pre-created I'm going to be

29:00showing you in this slides. And then

29:01there are also a lot of things that we

29:03are also going to go and be doing

29:04outside of slides, right?

29:07So number one, what industry are they

29:10in? Very very important. Number two,

29:13what is the size of the business? Do you

29:15want to work with businesses that are

29:16just like the founder alone or the

29:18founder and two others? Or do you want

29:19to work with bigger businesses where

29:20they are like 10 plus, 30 plus people in

29:23the businesses? You understand? Where in

29:25the world are they? Are you reaching out

29:27to businesses in the US? Are you

29:28reaching out to businesses in the UK?

29:30Are you reaching out, you get what I'm

29:31trying to say? In Canada, where in the

29:34world are they? And then finally, and

29:37this is the one that everybody skips, do

29:40they actually spend money?

29:44Right? Take this down, guys. Number one,

29:46what industry are they in? Number two,

29:48what size is the business? Number three,

29:50where in the world are they? And number

29:52four, which is actually the most

29:53important.

29:55Do they spend money? Right? So now, why

30:00I said do they spend money is important.

30:01And how exactly do you know if a

30:04business spends money right now?

30:08If a business doesn't spend money, if

30:09you're not interested in spending money

30:11or you cannot confirm anywhere that they

30:12actually interested in spending money

30:14and if there's a very high possibility

30:16that even if they like you, they

30:17probably will not be able to pay you

30:18what you're worth. Now remember, we're

30:20looking for two things. We're looking

30:21for two clients to pay you at least

30:23$1,500 per month. That is a start,

30:25right? Then from there, you can grow and

30:27grow and grow and grow. But for now,

30:29we're looking for two clients, right?

30:31We're looking for two clients who will

30:33pay you at least $1,500 each every

30:36single month. Whether you are doing it

30:37longterm or you just want to do a

30:38project and then you get to the next one

30:39and then the next one and you get right.

30:43How can you confirm that they pay? Now,

30:45how do you confirm if they pay? Again,

30:47I'm going to show you this practically.

30:49Number one, you check that they running

30:50ads. I could easily check. Let me show

30:52you. You could just search for meta ads

30:54library, for example. You search for

30:58meta ads library. You could also check

30:59for Tik Tok ads library. So Tik Tok has

31:02a creative center, right? Let me just

31:03search for Tik Tok ads library. Tik Tok

31:05has a creative center, but Tik Tok's

31:07creative center is just going to be

31:09showing you ads that are really that are

31:10really really performing well. But the

31:12ads library is going to show you

31:14everything from ads that are performing

31:15well to ads that are not performing very

31:17well. You understand? So again, right

31:19here we're checking how do we know that

31:21these businesses actually spend money.

31:23So for example, now I could come here.

31:26No, I don't want to use all. I want to

31:27use United States.

31:29[snorts]

31:30United States ad category. I could

31:32choose all ads. And then let me think of

31:34what is one keyword. So now remember for

31:36for me now, let me reach out to a

31:39a skincare brand, right? So let's say

31:42let me let me just run you guys through

31:43before. Don't worry, we're going to come

31:44here. Let me just run you guys through

31:46again. As I said, we're going slides to

31:47this thing. So let me just run you

31:48through the slides. So for example, so

31:50this is my own ideal client profile. And

31:52so I built two ideal clients profiles

31:55which is also perfectly fine. And I will

31:57explain to you why I built two ideal

31:59clients profile. And I will also explain

32:00to you why you should also have two

32:03ICPS. Right now my number one ideal

32:06client are the direct brands. Now this

32:09is a direct customer e-commerce brand.

32:12Either they in beauty, skincare,

32:14apparel. I've worked with companies like

32:16this. These companies have done you

32:17understand. I've worked with them

32:18delivered very very well for them. my

32:20ideally they making between 30,000 to

32:23$300,000 per month right they in the US

32:26or UK or Canada they using Shopify and

32:30they are running ads that is also very

32:32very important to me that they running

32:33ads now if they are making $30,000 to

32:36$300,000 then I know that okay yes they

32:38are actually big enough to have a budget

32:40to pay me you get what I'm trying to say

32:42right but then they are still small for

32:44them not to have like in-house what you

32:46mean by in-house retention team by maybe

32:48just they've already hired like a team

32:49team of copywriters who will be writing

32:51copies a team of designers and you get

32:53what I'm trying to say right so they

32:55prefer to hire out so added number two

32:58now so this is first direct brand and

33:00again this can work for everybody and

33:02this is something that I do every single

33:04time anytime I'm creating the list of

33:06clients to reach out to number one I go

33:08directly which is direct to these

33:10customers and then direct to this client

33:12right again in this case we're using

33:14what an e-commerce brand whether they in

33:16beauty whether they are in skincare

33:18whether they're in par you understand

33:20those are like my three top ones I've

33:22also worked with a lot of gaming

33:23companies so again and then number two

33:26agencies right so personally as an email

33:30copywriter I can reach out to retention

33:32marketing agencies now why should you

33:34reach out to agencies sometimes because

33:36agencies will always need good for

33:39example email and SMS retention

33:41marketing agencies will always need good

33:42copywriters right and one agency if

33:46you're doing working with one agency

33:47they work with multiple brands

33:49So, and you can do this with almost

33:52every skill. So, let's say for example,

33:53you're a designer, you can reach out to

33:55design and branding agencies and then

33:57you can now reach out to your direct

33:58clients. If you're a video editor, you

34:00can actually reach out to their content

34:02agencies, their content, their podcast

34:04production companies that you can reach

34:05out to. And then again, there's your

34:07direct clients for virtual assistants.

34:10Do you guys know what OBM agencies are?

34:11Let me show you.

34:14Right, let me show you OBM agencies.

34:16Now, these are agencies that hire

34:19virtual assistants. These are agencies

34:21that help big companies, connect big

34:24companies with virtual assistants that

34:26are working under their agency. You get

34:28what I'm trying to say? So, these guys

34:29because they are always getting more

34:31companies to work with. Let me increase

34:33my phone size so you'll be able to see

34:34this well cuz I'm looking at it on my

34:36phone, right?

34:39The font size is not really changing. So

34:41now because they are always working to

34:44get new companies in their portfolio,

34:46they also always need skilled

34:48freelancers. You understand? So there

34:50are a lot of uh OBM agents, online

34:52business management agencies out there,

34:54right? Let me continue sharing my

34:57screen. So what I do when I'm hunting

35:00for clients is I hunt for two sets.

35:02Number one is I just go directly. This

35:04is the exact client I want to work with.

35:07And then number two, I hunt for

35:09agencies. The good thing about agencies,

35:11the good thing about agencies are

35:14agencies will pay you steadily. They

35:16will always have work for you and you'll

35:18be able to build very good portfolio

35:20with agencies. Why? Because you're going

35:22to be working with different type of

35:24clients at the exact same time. An

35:26agency is probably not just going to

35:27pair you with one client. They would

35:29probably pay you because if you're

35:30working from under their agency, you'll

35:31be doing some work for different type of

35:33clients, right? So this is something

35:34that you can do for any any any skill at

35:38all or almost any skill at all actually.

35:40So right so now uh what was I I wanted

35:42to show you guys something on meta ads

35:44library right good good so I wanted to

35:47show you how do you know companies that

35:49are running ads so for example let's say

35:51I'm reaching out to skincare brands

35:54now what is a keyword that is common

35:56with skincare brand I'll say like SPF

35:59right so I could just search SPF

36:04so I could search SPF and then just

36:05search the exact phrase SPF

36:11Um, [snorts] and then let's go to Tik

36:12Tok ads.

36:14So, Tik Tok ads, Tik Tok ads library is

36:16a bit different because you mostly only

36:20see for Europe. You will not see for

36:22United States. You will only see for

36:24Europe most times.

36:28Let's see if meta. Okay, perfect. So,

36:30now I'm not even looking at Amazon. I'm

36:32not looking at Amazon. I'm not looking

36:33at Walmart. Again, I'm looking for

36:35direct companies. Now look at this one.

36:37Lar Ro was now I know that this is a

36:40company that is running ads which means

36:42they have a budget. So they running ads

36:44to their product. I can keep on

36:46scrolling. Jane

36:48I don't even know. I don't even is this

36:50a Nigerian or let me see that doesn't

36:53even sound like a Nigerian this thing

36:55but we [snorts] have Jane we have

36:57Neutrogena. Now this is a company that

36:59what they have a budget they are

37:01spending money. Now this is base. This

37:03is another company. Again, I'm not even

37:04looking at again we ignoring Amazon. We

37:07are ignoring Walmart. We're ignoring all

37:09of that, right? We're looking at actual

37:11companies. Even Sephora is too big a

37:12company. I'm even going to ignore

37:14Sephora too. You understand? But you can

37:16actually scroll, search keywords and

37:18find companies that are willing that

37:21that they you know that they are

37:22spending money, right? So you know that

37:24they are bringing in customers and the

37:26fact that they are spending in money and

37:28they are most likely making money means

37:29they will also have money to pay you if

37:31you are able to solve a problem for

37:32them. Does that make sense guys? Let me

37:34know in the comments if that makes

37:35sense.

37:37Before I move on, let me know in the

37:38comments if that makes sense. I'll do

37:40the exact same thing on on Tik Tok. I

37:42could just search SPF on Tik Tok.

37:45Right. And then right here you'll see a

37:47lot of this is Apapila Gabby Wilok

37:51UK. Again for Tik Tok for Tik Tok you

37:54mostly focused on European countries

37:55mostly not Nigerian companies right so

37:58mostly I said Nigerian North American

38:00companies so for Tik Tok their ad

38:02library you mostly and only see actually

38:04for currently they only show for

38:06European companies right Matilda says is

38:09this is this applicable to web

38:11developers what exactly are you talking

38:12about now I'm going to show you again

38:14this is not the only way to actually get

38:16to find these clients I'm going to show

38:18you different ways to find these clients

38:19and I will actually show you a way that

38:21would work perfectly ly for web

38:22developers or for people who are who

38:24build who build websites, right? Does

38:25that make sense? We're getting there.

38:27Don't worry. So, this is Obo. So, Orobo

38:30is another company that's currently

38:31running ads. And the beautiful thing

38:32about Tik Tok, you can actually see how

38:34their ads are performing, right? Like,

38:37see this ad now 0 to 1,000 people that

38:39have seen it. And the ad was see they

38:41only showed it for like one day and then

38:42they were good, right? They only showed

38:44it for one day, which means the ad was

38:45not even performing at all, right? So

38:47now if you're somebody maybe you create

38:48like AI blah blah blah you could reach

38:50out to the company and say okay I'll

38:51create AI ad crazies for you you get

38:53what I'm trying to say right SPF is a

38:56skinare thing is a skincare

38:58for sun it's like sunscreen or something

39:00like that but that protects that

39:02protects the skin right so this is the

39:05gene I

39:07it's a US brand actually that sounds

39:09like Euroba summer so you understand

39:11right again there are different ways I'm

39:13going to be showing you guys five

39:15different ways five different ways and

39:18five different places that you can find

39:20your ideal client and it is going to

39:22work no matter the digital skill that

39:25you have, right? It's going to work no

39:26matter the digital skill that you have.

39:29So now, let's keep on going. So yeah,

39:33yeah, we're done with this one. So now,

39:35where does your ideal client hang out?

39:39Right, I've already shown you meta ads

39:42library. I've already shown you meta ads

39:44library. Yeah. So, and this is

39:46completely free. You can check it out

39:47right now. So, you just look at okay,

39:49what are the search terms that your

39:50ideal clients who are looking for

39:52customers are going to be showing? What

39:54exactly is their unique selling

39:55proposition or what exactly are the type

39:57of products that they are selling? You

39:59get what I mean, right? So, some of the

40:01search terms here are serum,

40:03moisturizer, SPF, body butter, collag.

40:07So, now let's say I've searched for SPF,

40:09right? Now, let's go and search for hair

40:11growth. I've searched for SPF already.

40:13I'm just going to go on meta ads

40:14library. This is Tik Tok. I could

40:16actually do the exact same thing on Tik

40:17Tok and then just search for air growth.

40:21So actually my publication date is a bit

40:23too. So let's just do everything from

40:25May. Let's do everything from May till

40:30currently right. So everything from May

40:32till now and then just search for air

40:34growth. Going to do the exact same thing

40:35on meta ads library. Again I'm met this

40:38is not the only I'm just using this as

40:39an example. I'm going to actually show

40:41you guys no matter what you do. Right?

40:43So, somebody is saying, "Does this apply

40:44to data analytics?" So, what I want you

40:46to do right now is tell me what is your

40:48ideal client? Who is your ideal client?

40:50And I promise you, if you know your

40:52ideal client, then we will know exactly

40:54where to find your ideal client. So, you

40:55know what? Let's let's do let's do this

40:56as an experiment, guys. Drop in your

40:58comments. Drop in the comments right now

41:00who your ideal client is, right? Drop in

41:03your client. Drop in the comments who

41:05your ideal client is. and we're going to

41:07test it out for different skills, right?

41:09We're going to try to find the ideal

41:11client for different skills and

41:13different people. So, type down who is

41:15your ideal client. Type it down. I'm

41:17waiting for your comments, right?

41:19[snorts] So, now for air growth. Now,

41:21see this this is wild growth air. This

41:23is an air growth company that know that

41:24they actually spending money, right?

41:26Which means they actually spending money

41:27to bring it this don't tell me you're a

41:28data analyst. Don't tell me you're a

41:29project manage your project management

41:31whatever project manager or tell me who

41:33your ideal client is, right? you're

41:36saying obviously it's easy to find

41:38content creators authors it's easy to

41:40find authors you could just go on Amazon

41:41and look at all these books and you

41:43already have like 10,000 authors

41:45available to you right there that you

41:46can actually and then again tomorrow I'm

41:48going to show you how exactly to reach

41:49out to these guys right so uh somebody

41:53this person said my ideal clients are

41:55construction based that is perfect I'll

41:57still show you exactly how to find

41:58construction sites through directories

42:01right

42:03so construction brands job seekers

42:05realtors this these things are you guys

42:07are even making where is that person

42:08that data analytics person is the person

42:10I'm waiting for right somebody said Elon

42:13Musk is my ideal client no right that

42:16data analytics person let me know where

42:18are you tell me who your ideal client is

42:20and I guarantee you we can find your

42:22ideal client exactly where they are but

42:25anyway so this is an example hair growth

42:27and you see different companies so this

42:28is wild growth hair care this is

42:31organics wild growth hair care again

42:34beauty wellness edit And something else

42:36you would use to know, the more ad

42:37creatives that they have out there, the

42:39more active ad creatives that they have,

42:42the more money they are most likely

42:43spending. You get what I'm trying to

42:45say? So, the more ad creatives that they

42:47have, the more money that they are

42:48actually spending, right? So, I'm still

42:51going to I'm going to come back to the

42:52comments and then start taking these

42:53things one by one. I'm still waiting for

42:54the perfect somebody saying, "My ideal

42:56clients are NOS's." That is this are

42:58super easy. Funny enough, I could

43:00actually just search right here. NGO

43:03directory, United States. NGO directory,

43:06United States, right? I look at it right

43:10here. Worldwide NGO directly directory.

43:13List of NGOs's in the United States.

43:15Let's just open it. Let's Let's just

43:16see. Let's see. I had Are they open to

43:18us? Right.

43:22So, this one. No. Boom. Let's come here.

43:25Perfect. Worldwide NGO directory. Right.

43:28So countries Bmuda, Canada, blah blah

43:30blah, United States and right here you

43:32have NGO in Danville, United States.

43:34This is another NGO in Huntsville,

43:35United States. How many NOS's are here?

43:3823,43.

43:39Do you know how easy it is to find your

43:41ideal client?

43:43Do you know how easy it is to find your

43:45ideal client? As long as you can define

43:47who your ideal client is, then it is

43:50simple. You go out there, you look for

43:52them, you scrape through the ones that

43:54actually have a problem that you can

43:56solve and you reach out to them,

43:59right? Generating the leads are easy.

44:02Most times I never I don't even have to

44:03generate the leads myself. I pay

44:04somebody to generate my leads. You

44:06understand? I usually pay somebody to

44:08generate my leads. The outreach which is

44:12tomorrow's class is even what is going

44:14to be that like that is the most

44:15important part. Generating the leads is

44:17easy. It's easy work. But anyways, so

44:19you can use one ads library which is

44:21either you're using Facebook ads library

44:23and any brand that is running more than

44:2515 active ads they know that okay yes

44:27these guys are actually obsessed with

44:28new customers they bringing in a lot of

44:30new customers and it's also possible

44:33that their old customers that's in my

44:34case are being ignored why because they

44:36are very very focused on generating new

44:38leads right so that's my gap found with

44:41132 which is what Facebook ads same

44:43exact same thing with Tik Tok you could

44:45check out Tik Tok creative center if you

44:47check out Tik Tok creative center you

44:49will see ads that are performing very

44:51very well ads that are doing very very

44:54well that's Tik Tok most viral ad more

44:57or less right I don't even need that

44:59because most if the fact that they most

45:01viral they don't they would not even

45:02look at you because they getting so much

45:03money they don't even care you get what

45:04I'm trying to say so what I do instead

45:06is I go to Tik Tok ads library and then

45:08if you go to Tik Tok ads library right

45:10then you see these things so now let's

45:12go to other sources aside from Tik Tok

45:15ads or Facebook ads library and then

45:18number And this is one of the key ones,

45:21right? Directories.

45:24Now, I've gotten a lot of clients from

45:28Crunchb. I don't know if you guys know

45:30Crunchb, right? I've gotten very good

45:32amount of clients from Crunchb. I work

45:35with a university. I I wrote a I wrote

45:38So, there's this I don't want to say the

45:40name of the company, but there's this

45:42company, the CE the owner of the company

45:45also has a university in Benway, right?

45:47I wrote the university's entire web

45:48page. You get what I'm trying to say?

45:50And I got the client because they got

45:52funding. I got them through Crunchway.

45:53It's actually a Nigerian guy, but he's

45:55not based in Nigeria. It's based in the

45:56US. Right? So now, directories. Now,

45:59this is the one that I need you to pay

46:01attention to because to me, I figured

46:04that I think that they are cheat codes,

46:05right? Directories are cheat codes. Now,

46:07what are directories? These are all

46:09clients or similar clients. So, for

46:11example, now as that person that said

46:13they work with HVAC people or work with,

46:15you understand? There there are

46:16directories filled with HVAC people not

46:19just in the United States but in every

46:20single city you can think of.

46:23Do you understand? In every single city

46:25you can think of. They are construction

46:27guys. Leonardo Davinci Leonardo says his

46:30ideal clients are construction guys. I

46:32could literally search for construction

46:37company directory

46:41United States. Right? I could easily

46:44just search, scroll down, scroll down,

46:46scroll down, scroll down. Top

46:48construction companies in United States.

46:49Right, let's just open that one site.

46:51United States directory for construction

46:52pros. I'm just going to leave that one.

46:53I don't It doesn't look good. Right.

46:55Construction employers association

46:57members directory. That one is perfect.

47:01Or this one is does this one probably

47:03needs me to turn on VPN, but that's

47:04perfectly fine. We can always skip it.

47:06Right. But then these are construction

47:08companies in the United States and there

47:10are so many, right? You can go to stage

47:12five. How many this one say they have?

47:1464,000 of them. 64,437.

47:18Right. Let's just keep on scrolling.

47:20Let's just keep on scrolling. You can

47:22even you can you can tailor it. You can

47:24tailor it. Construction company. I like

47:26this one. This association guy. Where's

47:28that association?

47:30I'm pissed that he blocked me out

47:32actually. So, what I'm going to do

47:34construction company

47:36association,

47:38right? And then I'm going to search

47:40associations United States.

47:46So we have construction industry

47:48association, we have construction

47:49management association. Sorry.

47:55So you could actually just associated

47:56builders and constructors and you could

47:59actually just go through their members,

48:02right? Which one is this on construction

48:04college of build environments? No,

48:05that's not what we're looking for.

48:09Which one was this CMA that we opened

48:10again? Let's see. Let's see. Let's see.

48:12Let's see. Let's see.

48:19So, you could actually just scroll

48:20through and then just check out their

48:22members. If you cannot find the members

48:23in this one, then you go to another one.

48:25Check out the members. This one is this

48:26particular one is blocking, but you get

48:28what I mean. You could actually just

48:29search for construction company

48:31directory United States and you see a

48:33lot of them. You would see tons and tons

48:36and tons and tons of them, right? And if

48:38let's say maybe one one uh company, one

48:42particular company or maybe one brand or

48:44one this thing is just showing you 20 or

48:46is just showing you 50. It's simple. You

48:47could literally go to any other one and

48:49check. Okay, just look at what I'm

48:50looking at right here. Look at what I'm

48:52[snorts] looking at right here. So this

48:53is a this is just a alone, right? AC

48:56electric company, a NW construction, a

48:58something pipeline, a Ruiz. You can open

49:00every single one of them, right? Get the

49:04website, get phone number. You don't

49:05even need the phone numbers. But from

49:06the website, I can then show you what to

49:08do. So now, let's say you like building

49:09websites for construction companies. You

49:11could just come here, open up every

49:14single one. Again, this is only A,

49:16there's still B, there's still C,

49:19there's still D. You get what I'm trying

49:20to say, right? You could just go there

49:22and then check. Oh, this guy's website

49:24doesn't look too good. Right? So again,

49:26this is for the web developer that we

49:27have here, right? This guy's website

49:29doesn't look too good. You script the

49:31information, put it on a lead sheet. I'm

49:32going to show you how to create how to

49:34create a lead sheet. Right? Yeah, I can

49:36create a better website for this guy.

49:37And the Christian, you could actually

49:38use Claude or use any. These guys don't

49:40even care, right? And then tell them,

49:41oh, I'm going to let your website um

49:44I'll build your website in a way where

49:45it's going to uh rank on Google or

49:48whatever, whatever. Right? Somebody is

49:49saying that what of authors? What are

49:51you talking about? What are you talking

49:52about? Right? You could just go to

49:53Amazon. You could go to Amazon. Where is

49:55the Amazon books? I don't buy books off

49:57Amazon. But uh what's the what's it

49:59again? Let me just search Amazon books.

50:00Right.

50:02[snorts]

50:03Let me search Amazon bookstore.

50:06Right. And all these guys, this is an

50:08patchet. That is an author that I can

50:10actually check out. So this is Whistler

50:11and Patchet. I could just search for an

50:13PET. Uh yeah. So this one is even a

50:17popular American author. What I'm even

50:19going to do? I'm not even going to look

50:20at the ones that are popular. I'm going

50:21to look at the ones that maybe their

50:22books just have five reviews and then go

50:24and start looking for them. You

50:25understand? Check them out on Instagram.

50:27Check them out on Twitter. Check them

50:28out on Tik Tok. Check them out on

50:29LinkedIn.

50:31It's honestly common sense almost,

50:33right? It's honestly common sense.

50:37So now, now that you've seen, so let's

50:39just go through some directories. So

50:41there are also different. So let's check

50:43out thinkesting.com. Right? So let's

50:45check out thinktestesting.com.

50:48Right? So these are just different ones

50:52that I use. Right? Again, but think

50:55testing will only just mostly help you

50:56with e-commerce brands. But now you're

50:58not an e-commerce. If you're not an

50:59e-commerce person, that's perfectly

51:01fine. But now this thingesting.com

51:03I just click on all brands

51:06and then I could keep on scrolling. I

51:08could keep on scrolling. Click on load

51:11more brands and I guarantee you I'll get

51:13like over a,000 companies over a,000

51:15e-commerce companies. Right? And then I

51:18could now do it by category and is it

51:20the one selling accessories? Is it the

51:21one selling baby and kids things?

51:23Beauty, clothing, drink, food, health

51:24and wellness, personal care, skincare.

51:26So let's say I'm looking for skincare. I

51:28just click on skincare and then we have

51:29all these guys. Pasty man, Glossier,

51:32Beard Brand, Beard Brand actually worked

51:34for a company very very very very

51:35similar to Beard Brand. Bed Brand was

51:37like their number one competition,

51:38[snorts] right? Huda Beauty, Sunsense,

51:40Shell Works. I could actually just go

51:42through all these and these are all

51:44companies that I can actually scrape.

51:45Again, we are still getting into the

51:47point where I would show you where I

51:49would show you exactly how to how to get

51:51their details and then put them on the

51:52sheet. Somebody is saying that what of

51:54AI videos. Another way you can find AI

51:56do use AI videos. There are a lot of

51:58people running ads right now that would

52:00it would actually be easier if they

52:02could just have AI videos. You

52:03understand? So you could actually create

52:04AI video ads. You get why what are we

52:07talking about, right? Why are we talking

52:09about? And I know that a lot of you guys

52:10just want me to do the work for you,

52:11right? But that's perfectly fine. That's

52:13perfectly fine. That's another reason

52:14why you're here. Something else you can

52:15also check is Trust Pilot.

52:19This one is smart, right? Trust pilot

52:22categories.

52:24Now if you check pirate categories this

52:26is completely free and you have every

52:29company now you know have you gone to

52:31some company website pages and then you

52:33see they have reviews like four or five

52:36star uh reviews uh trust pilot you

52:38understand that they have like this

52:39trust pilot so trust pilot is actually

52:40like a review system that some people

52:42input use in their companies right these

52:45are all the companies that are using

52:47trust pilot so now this is animal and

52:49pets I could go to animal health but

52:51let's let's think let's go to skincare

52:52since skincare is the one that are

52:54using. So, beauty and well-being,

52:56cosmetics and makeup. I can click on

52:57cosmetics and makeup,

53:00right? And then look at how many

53:02companies are showing me under cosmetics

53:04and makeup. Can you guys see? 5,899

53:08companies.

53:11Am I making sense? 5,899

53:16companies under cosmetics and makeup.

53:18You know one beautiful thing you could

53:20do, you could actually just go through

53:21these guys reviews to see what they what

53:23their clients what their people are

53:24complaining about and try to see how you

53:26can fit in and solve that for them. You

53:28get what I'm saying? Cuz not all of them

53:30cuz when when I open this one for

53:32example, let's open this one, right?

53:34[snorts]

53:36Let's scroll down, scroll down, scroll

53:37down. Let's check out the reviews. So

53:39let's do see all reviews. See 7,818

53:42reviews. Then you can search.

53:45So now see this review. Now this one has

53:47review customer service. You can choose

53:48by customer service if there are

53:50something or you can choose people who

53:51are complaining about the website.

53:53Right? So this one says f. So let's look

53:55for low reviews that complaining about

53:57the website. So let's look for one star,

54:01two star, three star reviews, right?

54:04That complaining about the website.

54:07So these are things that you can say.

54:09Okay, this is actual problems that these

54:11companies have. You get what I'm trying

54:12to say? These are actual problems that

54:15these companies have.

54:17whatever it is that you can do and again

54:19this is me just showing you different

54:21types right on Trust Pilot there are so

54:23many you can even find you can find

54:25businesses that are not even like

54:26typical e-commerce businesses that are

54:28selling stuff you can find like

54:29different types of businesses because a

54:31lot of them use Trust Pilot and when you

54:33have Trust Pilot reviews people believe

54:35you more like see here you can even find

54:37club clubs on Trust Pilot see there are

54:4060 clubs on Trust Pilot isn't that crazy

54:43what does clubs the clubs sell you the

54:45club sell you perfume

54:47You get what I mean? There like so so

54:48many companies right here on Trust Pilot

54:51that you can Okay, let's check out

54:52business and services IT and

54:54communication. Let's click on the IT and

54:56communication. And then there are what

54:5810,000 companies. Isn't that crazy under

55:01IT and communication under HR? So that

55:03just that is again again

55:07right

55:10there are just too many ways. There are

55:13just too many directories. Again, we're

55:15going to talk about email

55:16deliverability. We're going to talk

55:17about sending emails. We're going to

55:19talk about all of that right in

55:20tomorrow's class. Now, when I was

55:24working, so before I was writing emails,

55:26I was writing, sorry, not emails, I was

55:28writing website copy for a lot of tech

55:30startups, mostly fintech brand, right?

55:33Okay. For good, good, good. So mind just

55:36told me that my ideal clients as a data

55:38analyst are banks, fintech companies,

55:42e-commerce stores, NOS's, nonprofit

55:45organizations, manufacturing compliance

55:47and government agencies. So let's look

55:49at one. Let's look at fintech companies.

55:52But it is perfect that you actually just

55:53said fintech companies because we are

55:55just on the right place. Now there are

55:56so so many places to get fintech

55:58companies. The one that I personally

56:00use, there are two that I use that I've

56:02used. Crunch base and angel list. Angel

56:05list changed their name to well found

56:07because I think they were acquired or

56:08something, right? But Crunchb and the

56:10beautiful thing about Crunchb is you can

56:12just be doing free trial and free trial

56:13because out of all of them, Crunchb is

56:15the only paid one, right? So, let's

56:17check them out. Let's just quickly check

56:18them out one by one. Let's check out for

56:21Y Combinator companies. Now these Y

56:24combinator companies are startups that

56:26have gotten funding from Y Combinator

56:29right you can check out the ones that

56:31are hiring right here but we are not

56:33even that's not what we are focused on

56:35somebody saying right we'll get to that

56:38we can check out the ones that are

56:39hiring but that's not even what we are

56:40focused on what we are focused on are

56:42companies that got funding 2026

56:46and then they are winter 2027 so I can

56:50just instead of looking at all batches I

56:51can just look at winter

56:53Sorry.

56:55Winter, fall, summer, spring. Again, I'm

56:58just using 2026. 2026, 2026. Now, there

57:01are 583 companies that got funding in

57:042026. But now, you said you're looking

57:06for fintech, right? The data analyst is

57:07looking for fintech companies. You can

57:09just look at industry right here and

57:10then click on fintech and then just by

57:12clicking on fintech. You have free

57:14access to this is this is what 46

57:16fintech companies in the United States

57:19that got funding this year.

57:2346 fintech companies in the United

57:25States that got funding and what what's

57:26the one of the major things right from

57:29companies that get funding what they

57:30hire they are building. So the fact that

57:33you're in the building stage, it means

57:34you can fit in perfectly. Right? So now

57:38Y combinator is just one of them. Let's

57:39check out well found. Right? Let's check

57:41out wellound.

57:43Now well found is just ridiculous. I

57:46could just choose industry right here

57:47and I could choose fintech and then

57:50search. Right? I don't even care if

57:51they're hiring or not. Right? So right

57:53here there are 422

57:56fintech companies from 2026. Right? One

57:59of the top ones in 2026. Look at

58:01Homelight. Homelight is actively hiring.

58:03Look at Gusto again. I'm going to show

58:05you. Okay, now that you found these

58:06companies, how do you now build out your

58:08lead sheet? Who do you reach out to?

58:09Those are things that we are going to

58:10get into. But the fintech guy, what was

58:12that guy? Mind Vault. Do you understand

58:14now? Do you see how easy it is?

58:16These are 400 and something companies.

58:18So now there are 400 and something

58:20companies on on Wellpound. There's how

58:22many on on on Y Combinator, right? Let's

58:26just check. Let's just open each one.

58:27Now Crunchb is the one that I've used,

58:30right? and the one that I use. So, I use

58:32Crunchbase. I use their free um trial.

58:34So, right now, I'm currently on another

58:36free trial. Right now, Crunchb will tell

58:39you what type of I mean, what companies

58:41just got funding. When did they get

58:44funding? What type of See, there are

58:46currently 5 million companies on Crunchb

58:50right now. Obviously, the ones that we

58:52want, we want companies that that are um

58:54active. We don't want companies that are

58:56not active, right? So you could actually

58:58just filter all this, filter all this,

59:01put it on fintech. So look at this on

59:03fintech startups with expanding customer

59:05base, right? There are 99 fintech

59:07startups with expanding customer base.

59:10You could just focus on the ones that

59:11maybe they've not made too much money.

59:12So they have their they should never

59:13they never raised their shoulder too

59:15much. I just saw this by descending.

59:17Yeah, Jehovah no be descending. I beg

59:19ascending. Let's start with the ones

59:20that have made very little money. So all

59:22these ones that have made less than a

59:23million dollars and they got funded. See

59:25um December 2025. Let's look at the ones

59:27that got funded very recently,

59:30right? This one just got funded October

59:332026, right? This one August 4. So these

59:36are companies again a lot of them. No

59:38matter what it is you do, as long as you

59:41know who your ideal client is, let me

59:43just show you Confetti SAS beta list. I

59:46actually just found Confetti SAS. That

59:48was yesterday when I was just doing some

59:50research. I actually just found Confetti

59:52uh SAS, right? But then they have like

59:55so many startups. They have so many

59:58startups. This is page one of 32. You

59:59could just keep on scrolling and find so

1:00:02many startups and you could check so

1:00:03many startups across different

1:00:05categories. Right? As long as you know

1:00:08who your ideal client is, then I

1:00:11guarantee you you can find them. Right?

1:00:15As long as you know who your ideal

1:00:16client is, then you can find them.

1:00:19Right? So now for agencies, right? How

1:00:21do you find agencies? Personally, the

1:00:24way I find agencies, I find my own email

1:00:26marketing agencies or retention agencies

1:00:28through Clavio because majority of And

1:00:31let me just show you

1:00:33and you'll see this is crazy. So, I'm

1:00:35just going to search Clavio

1:00:38partner direction. No, not even. Yeah.

1:00:40Yeah, I think we could use their partner

1:00:41directory or let's just search agencies.

1:00:45Agencies

1:00:46directory.

1:00:49[snorts]

1:00:50Yeah. So let's open this.

1:00:58Perfect. Perfect. This is what this is

1:01:00exactly what I was looking for. So now

1:01:01for me now personally now these are

1:01:03agencies that are currently using

1:01:05Clavio.

1:01:07These are agencies that are currently

1:01:08using Clavio. So now if you see that I

1:01:10was like okay maybe they're using

1:01:10Shopify. I could click on that. You get

1:01:12what I'm trying to say? You could you

1:01:13could you could filter it by so much but

1:01:16again these are agencies and Clavio

1:01:17gives you access to every single one of

1:01:19them right these are 64 654 results of

1:01:23agencies that using that using let me

1:01:26not let me just remove Shopify that's

1:01:27not even what I want actually but you

1:01:29get what I'm trying to say right

1:01:30agencies that are using Clavio and I

1:01:32know for a fact that what most

1:01:35e-commerce platforms that are using

1:01:36Clavio or agencies that are using Clavio

1:01:38especially that are doing very well will

1:01:40always be looking to hire good

1:01:42copyriters Right. No, you're not going

1:01:44to be cold calling. Guys, calm down.

1:01:46Calm. Don't see. Don't jump. You see

1:01:48they say run faster than your shadow.

1:01:50Don't run faster than your shadow. We

1:01:52are still getting there, right? We are

1:01:55still getting there. So these are

1:01:58different ways. These are different ways

1:02:00that you can also script. These are

1:02:01different ways where you can also find

1:02:03your ideal client. This person like

1:02:04saying designers, designers, designers

1:02:07think, think, use your brain. Think

1:02:09based on every single thing that Kite

1:02:12Messiah has just said which of these

1:02:14ones are going to fit into designing.

1:02:16Think actually think

1:02:19right but anyways designers you can

1:02:22check out ads library meta ads library

1:02:24look at the ones that are running static

1:02:26ads but then their ads are ugly right

1:02:28something else that you can also do as

1:02:30designers is as I said check out

1:02:32people's website and then check out

1:02:34maybe e-commerce brands their website

1:02:36and then check out their social media

1:02:37pages but just keep opening all their

1:02:38social media pages and then just see

1:02:40which of them is not having consistent

1:02:41design you get what I'm trying to say

1:02:44these are things you you just have to

1:02:45think they already so many and I've

1:02:47given you too many examples. You just

1:02:49have to think, right? You just have to

1:02:52think. So now something else I also use

1:02:56is job boards. Now I know some people

1:02:58are talking about Upwork Upwork and this

1:03:00is this is a major way in which that I

1:03:03use Upwork, right? But I'm not really

1:03:04going to now

1:03:07let me dive into it. Let me actually let

1:03:08me I was not planning to talk about it

1:03:09but then let me let's let's talk about

1:03:11it. Right? So now one thing that I have

1:03:13found is if one company needs a

1:03:17solution. So let's say for example, so

1:03:19there's one I saw recently. There's one

1:03:21I saw recently that a job I got for a

1:03:24friend. Um

1:03:26it was an investment agency. I I would

1:03:29have like my phone is not even me. Okay,

1:03:31I'm using my phone. He would have called

1:03:32him. But it was an investment agency

1:03:34that does investment for people in

1:03:36America but does it in Bali. That sort

1:03:38of thing, right? And I just told him

1:03:39that guy, when you're done doing this

1:03:42thing for these clients, do you know

1:03:44that you could actually find 100 other

1:03:46companies that performing the exact same

1:03:48service and reach out to them and tell

1:03:50them that, see, I just did this for this

1:03:52guy. Is this something you would also

1:03:53like to do?

1:03:56Am I making sense? You could go on

1:03:58Upwork, you could go on LinkedIn, don't

1:04:00even pitch for these jobs. Don't even

1:04:03pitch for these jobs. You get what I'm

1:04:04trying to say? But the fact that there's

1:04:06one company that needs that service,

1:04:09then I guarantee you that there are 10

1:04:11to 20 to 50 other or 100 or thousands of

1:04:13other companies doing the exact same

1:04:15thing that also needs that that also

1:04:16need you understand that exact same

1:04:18service and then that's how you just

1:04:21what scrap scrap script build your lead

1:04:23sheet. But let's just keep on growing

1:04:26going right. So now see you don't need

1:04:28all five. Now I've shared five right

1:04:31this is job boards which is LinkedIn

1:04:34upwork the rest right um we have agency

1:04:38directories we have startup or tech

1:04:40directories we have trust pilots we have

1:04:42thin testing we have uh ads library

1:04:45right you don't you don't you don't need

1:04:46you don't need all five right just

1:04:49choose because the truth is your client

1:04:53is probably not going to be on all five

1:04:55so let's say for example if I were

1:04:57reaching out to skincare brands then I

1:04:59know for a facts that okay yes skincare

1:05:01brands are probably going to be running

1:05:03ads on Twitter on Tik Tok and Facebook

1:05:06but if I'm looking for e-commerce

1:05:08agencies right if I want to work with

1:05:10e-commerce agencies I probably will not

1:05:12see e-commerce agencies running ads on

1:05:14Tik Tok or even Facebook right you don't

1:05:18need all five just pick one or two or

1:05:21three

1:05:23this is where my ideal client can be

1:05:25either they in a directory either they

1:05:28are running ads you get what I'm trying

1:05:29to

1:05:30Just choose the ones that work for you.

1:05:32And remember, you're not looking to work

1:05:34with 100 clients. Yes, we're going to

1:05:36gather a list of 100 clients, but you're

1:05:37not looking to work with 100 clients.

1:05:39You only need two. And I'm going to show

1:05:41you tomorrow how to get those two. You

1:05:44only need two that will pay you at least

1:05:4715 per month. They can pay you as high

1:05:49as I've had ones that paid me $2,000 per

1:05:51month and then I'm now working with

1:05:52multiple. You get what I'm trying to

1:05:53say, right?

1:05:55You can have ones that pay you $2,000

1:05:58per month. You understand? But what you

1:06:00need, the cheapest you're probably going

1:06:02to charge is 15. That's what I'm

1:06:03expecting from you at least, right? So,

1:06:05we're going to look for you, you just

1:06:06need two. So, yeah, the next thing you

1:06:10want to do is after you've drag after

1:06:12you've gotten your leads from here, oh,

1:06:13these were my ideal clients. So, now you

1:06:15now have to validate

1:06:17because now let me ask you a question.

1:06:20Because I say I'm working with skincare

1:06:22brands, right? And I come to thin

1:06:26testing.

1:06:27Is it every brand that is here that I'm

1:06:30going to reach out to? Let me let me

1:06:33know guys. Let me know. For some reason,

1:06:34I think this thing is behind. Oh,

1:06:36because I'm actually I'm see trying to

1:06:37see you guys comment while following

1:06:39through. I'm trying to see your comments

1:06:40while following through. But anyways,

1:06:42let me ask you a question. Is it every

1:06:44client that is here that I'm going to

1:06:47reach out to

1:06:48or every company that is here? Because

1:06:50there are how many? How many of them? I

1:06:53could keep on load more brands, load

1:06:54more brands and I promise you I'm

1:06:56probably get going to get up to a

1:06:57thousand companies. Is it every single

1:06:59one that I'm going to reach out to?

1:07:00Exactly. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

1:07:04It's not everyone I'm going to reach out

1:07:05to. And that is why you need to

1:07:07validate.

1:07:10That is why you need to validate.

1:07:13Right. So now, let me show you how to

1:07:15validate

1:07:17your client. Right. It's exactly if you

1:07:20reach out to all of them your failure

1:07:21rate is going to be crazy.

1:07:23So now you never want to message a

1:07:27business. You never want to reach out to

1:07:30a a uh decision maker right unless you

1:07:35have found out a problem that you can

1:07:37solve. Unless you have found one

1:07:39specific gap that they have that you can

1:07:41solve. Right now remember you created

1:07:44your problem menu. what is the one thing

1:07:46that they that that these clients must

1:07:48have. So now let's say for example,

1:07:49let's say I'm looking at a for me now

1:07:52that is doing uh email copyrightiting,

1:07:55right? And let's say I'm looking for uh

1:07:57a skincare brand who is not sending out

1:08:00enough emails or trying to sell their

1:08:01email copy is not good and all of that.

1:08:04What I would just do to validate is I

1:08:06can create a new email. I could actually

1:08:09just open where's that place? I could

1:08:10open each of those companies. I I could

1:08:13open each of those companies.

1:08:15Let's go to their shop. Open each of

1:08:17those companies on a different tag. Now,

1:08:19most times I'm not the one doing all

1:08:21this thing. I'm not the ones doing all

1:08:22this thing. I could just scroll down and

1:08:24then subscribe. Makite.com,

1:08:27right? I could just sign up and I could

1:08:30sign up to 100 and then have somebody

1:08:31and again a lot of these things are

1:08:33actually things that you could also do

1:08:34with AI or automation, but again, we

1:08:36don't we don't want to we don't want to

1:08:37dive that deep right here. That's not

1:08:38what we are doing here,

1:08:41right? and then actually fight. Do they

1:08:43have a problem that you can solve? You

1:08:45understand? It's the exact same thing.

1:08:46That guy said that he works with

1:08:48construction companies. Where is that

1:08:50place? Where's that place? Where's that

1:08:51construction? Those list of construction

1:08:52companies that we got. We can go to open

1:08:54to a ru construction. Look at their

1:08:56website. Their website is no good. That

1:08:58means you understand they need your

1:09:00help. You get what I'm trying to say?

1:09:04[snorts] You could go back. Let's go

1:09:05back. Right. So, we've checked out a

1:09:08construction. Let's check construction.

1:09:10You go go to A&W Construction. Now, this

1:09:12one, they don't even have a website.

1:09:14Perfect. So, I'm just going to go on

1:09:16Google, search for A&W Construction,

1:09:18Inc., or they do have a website.

1:09:21And then look at their website. Is their

1:09:23website good? Oh, their website is

1:09:24actually looking much better than these

1:09:27other guys. You get what I'm trying to

1:09:28say? Is there something I can solve? Is

1:09:29there a problem that I can solve here?

1:09:33Do you get what I mean? You always have

1:09:35to validate,

1:09:37right? What is the one problem that

1:09:40these clients have? What is the one

1:09:41problem that I want to solve? If you

1:09:44know the one problem that you want to

1:09:47solve, then you can now go ahead and

1:09:49then look for client or customers that

1:09:51have that problem. So that even if you

1:09:53are reaching out to 100 people saying

1:09:55the exact same thing in your email, they

1:09:57will think you are talking to them alone

1:09:59because you are mentioning their

1:10:01problem.

1:10:04Am I making sense? They will think you

1:10:06are talking to them alone because you

1:10:08are mentioning the exact same problem

1:10:10that they have.

1:10:12So it feels like it is personalized.

1:10:14They don't know that you have you just

1:10:15gather 100 people that have the same

1:10:16problem and send them send the same

1:10:18emails to them.

1:10:21Right?

1:10:23So now

1:10:28how do you find a problem? So again as

1:10:30you can say you can say oh their

1:10:31marketing could be better. That is not

1:10:33good enough right? Instead, what you can

1:10:35say is maybe they post once every three

1:10:37weeks and their post gets is getting

1:10:40four likes and they have to I think I've

1:10:41mentioned this already, right? I

1:10:43mentioned this already. So, let's say

1:10:44you see a brand now the brand has 20,000

1:10:48followers but then their post are

1:10:49getting what? They're getting like four

1:10:50likes, five likes. You get what I'm

1:10:52trying to say, right? Four likes, five

1:10:55likes. You get do you know that? Okay.

1:10:57Yes, there's a problem. There's a gap.

1:10:58You can actually that is something that

1:10:59you can reach. You can check out a lot

1:11:01of companies or a lot of brands that

1:11:04have social media but then their social

1:11:06media is not getting it's not they have

1:11:09a lot of followers on social media but

1:11:10then it's not correlating with the

1:11:11number of likes there and you could

1:11:12actually just reach out and then say

1:11:14very very similar things and then what

1:11:16they will think it's they will think

1:11:17it's uh they think you're talking to

1:11:19them why because they have the same

1:11:20problem right again Sammy you are

1:11:23running faster than your shadow so Sami

1:11:25is saying sending the same emails to

1:11:27clients is problematic it can become

1:11:29spam

1:11:31Are you not here to learn from me?

1:11:33Learn.

1:11:35Are you not here to learn from me,

1:11:37Sammy? Learn. I've been doing this for 5

1:11:39years. What are you talking about?

1:11:41Right. We are going to cover that. Don't

1:11:43worry. We're going to talk about spam

1:11:44and all of that in tomorrow's class.

1:11:46Right.

1:11:50Anyways, let's move on. Um,

1:11:54yeah. Yeah. So, this is the basic thing,

1:11:56right? So you could reach out to a

1:11:58business and say you could reach out you

1:12:00could reach out to a business and say um

1:12:05I'll help you create beautiful social

1:12:07media post that are scroll stopping blah

1:12:09blah blah blah blah and then they won't

1:12:11even care you won't even care but then

1:12:14if you actually mention their problem

1:12:16right you can say you can say I'm seeing

1:12:18that maybe your follower count to post

1:12:20like ratio is very very low that is a

1:12:24problem that a lot of these brands have

1:12:26and if you actually send the exact same

1:12:28message to a lot of them you get so

1:12:30that's just it right so now let's I've

1:12:34shown you guys already I've shown you

1:12:35I've shown you Oro already I already

1:12:37know that Oro needs my help right

1:12:43because I've gotten a lot of services

1:12:45I've gotten a lot of devices from Oro

1:12:49and if I open Oro site Now

1:12:56I've probably spent a few millions in

1:12:57Oro, right? But if I open Oro's site,

1:13:00you can see they have so many products.

1:13:03[snorts]

1:13:04They have so many products,

1:13:08right? But you would see, check the

1:13:10emails that Oro is sending to me. If it

1:13:12did not pass, your order has shipped,

1:13:14your order has been successful, you have

1:13:16placed your order, they are not sending

1:13:17anything else. when they could actually

1:13:20introduce me to a lot of these their

1:13:22products.

1:13:24So now let's say let's say this let's

1:13:26say maybe I bought I bought an AirPod

1:13:27from them last year and I'm using an

1:13:31older airport and Oro actually had an

1:13:33airport that came out like I think 2

1:13:35weeks ago or something which is one of

1:13:36the things that I ordered right could

1:13:39tell me oh Mia you could upgrade your

1:13:41airport to blah blah blah blah blah and

1:13:43I promise you they have thousands of

1:13:44customers that also got that airport

1:13:46last year which you could send this to

1:13:48and most likely even get more sales

1:13:49without running ads. It's almost free to

1:13:52send out emails. So, I can validate that

1:13:55yes, Oro actually needs my help. Why?

1:13:59Because they're not doing any retention

1:14:00marketing.

1:14:02Am I making sense? They're not doing any

1:14:04retention marketing.

1:14:07So, now again, I've shown you guys the

1:14:10example of Oro already. So, I'm not even

1:14:11going to waste time on this. Right? So,

1:14:14there's no thank you. There's no mis how

1:14:16was the product? Hey, leave us a review

1:14:18or do you want similar products? Or

1:14:19maybe look at maybe if somebody got if

1:14:21somebody got a a uh maybe solar solar

1:14:25battery. I think they have like this

1:14:26solar generator something. So if people

1:14:28get a solar generator, you could

1:14:30actually send you could actually email

1:14:32them trying to sell their fans, their

1:14:34solar fans. It's not going to kill their

1:14:36solar generator. You understand?

1:14:37Compared to a fan that they might

1:14:38already have. Get what I'm trying to

1:14:40say? They could also sell other house

1:14:42products. I give this brand money and

1:14:44I've been giving them money, but I I

1:14:45only think about them when I just feel

1:14:47like, oh, maybe I need them. They not

1:14:49putting themselves, they're not forcing

1:14:51themselves in my mind. Right? So now,

1:14:54how do you validate? It depends on the

1:14:56problem that you're looking to solve. Is

1:14:59their social media having issues? Good.

1:15:01Is their website not looking good? Good.

1:15:03Are their emails, their email copy poor?

1:15:05Good. Is the website copy not looking

1:15:07good? You get what I'm trying to say,

1:15:10right? That is how you validate. you if

1:15:13for a virtual assistant for example you

1:15:15could go on Twitter

1:15:17and check out founders founders that

1:15:20have tons of comments under their post

1:15:24right founders that have tons of

1:15:25comments maybe like over a thousand

1:15:27comments under their post I guarantee

1:15:29you they're also getting over a thousand

1:15:31DMs and I also guarantee you that some

1:15:34of the DMs out of that 1,000 DMs that

1:15:36they might be getting there are two that

1:15:37is very important that they must not

1:15:39miss.

1:15:40So you could apply to be you could reach

1:15:42out to them code again I I don't want to

1:15:45stop we'll talk about outbound and

1:15:46outreach tomorrow. you could actually

1:15:48reach out to them, right? Reach out to

1:15:50these founders and say, "Okay, see, I

1:15:53see you're having like tons of this and

1:15:54I I I know for a fact that these guys

1:15:57are also probably sending you DMs or

1:15:59send you and there's a very high

1:16:00possibility that you're missing uh

1:16:02messages like how about hire me as your

1:16:05virtual assistant and then I'll help you

1:16:07scrape through and actually let you know

1:16:08every day this is this is a message that

1:16:10is important that you might want to see.

1:16:12This is a message that is not important

1:16:13that you might want to." You get what

1:16:14I'm trying to say? That's all this uh um

1:16:16this thing like okay like maybe let's

1:16:17use very dark man for example right now

1:16:19very dark man there are like a lot of

1:16:20people that are reaching out to very

1:16:21dark man for help there are a lot of

1:16:23people that are just reaching out to him

1:16:24to beg money and there also a lot of

1:16:25people that are reaching out to him for

1:16:27serious help you know which is which you

1:16:30get what I'm trying to say those are

1:16:31people that are having problems that you

1:16:33can come in and solve again you just

1:16:36have to think you just have to think

1:16:40right so now you don't even have to this

1:16:43is not something you have to wait for so

1:16:44completely after this class. This is

1:16:45something that you need to do, right?

1:16:47Okay, we're almost done. This is

1:16:49something that you need to do. If it's

1:16:50design, if you're working as a designer,

1:16:52go and check their website and their

1:16:54Instagram. Does it even look like the

1:16:55same company? You understand? Now,

1:16:58you're not even talking about you're

1:16:59talking about branding. Is it looking

1:17:00like the same company? If you're a video

1:17:02editor, go and check podcast. You can go

1:17:04on Spotify and check out Go on Spotify

1:17:07and check how many podcasts are

1:17:08currently on Spotify. Let's see. Right.

1:17:11Spotify podcast. So let's see how many

1:17:14podcast on Spotify. So let's open this.

1:17:18There are probably like thousands of

1:17:19podcast on Spotify. Now I respect that a

1:17:22lot of these podcast might just be audio

1:17:24but there are also a lot of them that

1:17:26are actually videos. Now you could open

1:17:28all these check out all these podcasts.

1:17:30Let's say art and entertainment for

1:17:32example, right? Let's see. Can we can we

1:17:35can we filter this by location?

1:17:39Let me see. I'm not logged in. right

1:17:41here. Browse. Oh Let's go back.

1:17:46But anyways, you can go through a lot of

1:17:48these podcast. A lot of these podcast

1:17:50and then check the ones that actually

1:17:52using videos. Then when you now check

1:17:53their videos, check are the videos that

1:17:55that they posting on social media. Is it

1:17:57getting views or are they even posting

1:17:59enough videos? Then you can actually

1:18:00reach out to them and tell them that see

1:18:01I'm going to be I'm going to for every

1:18:03episodes that you create, I'm going to

1:18:04give you 30 clips and they should pay

1:18:06you for it.

1:18:09And I guarantee you they'll pay you for

1:18:10it. You get what I'm trying to say? For

1:18:12every episode you create, I'm going to

1:18:14give you 15 clips that you can post

1:18:16across uh uh you understand? You just

1:18:19have to think what is the problem you

1:18:21are solving, right? What is the problem

1:18:23you are solving? And these are things

1:18:25that you can easily check with your

1:18:26phone. It's not hard like that. Lead

1:18:29generation is not hard like that. That

1:18:31is why it is one of the most

1:18:32outsourcable skills. I'm just showing

1:18:34you I'm just showing you how to do it.

1:18:35but is one of the most outsourcable

1:18:37skills.

1:18:39Now, this one I rarely use builtwith,

1:18:41but let me show you what builtwith does.

1:18:43So, I can go to builtwith.com,

1:18:46right? I usually use builtwith to check

1:18:48what clients are actually spending money

1:18:50on. So, I can check I can go to oro.com

1:18:53right now and then drop oro.com on

1:18:55builtwith. Look up. [snorts]

1:18:59Perfect. And I will see the ones that

1:19:01are running all these Facebook pixel

1:19:02blah blah blah. You know that. Okay.

1:19:03Yes, they are probably running Facebook

1:19:04ads. Tik Tok. They're probably running

1:19:06Tik Tok ads. You get what I'm trying to

1:19:07say? And for e-commerce brands more or

1:19:09less, I use this to know the tech stack

1:19:11that they using. Are they using Shopify?

1:19:13Are they using? You get what I'm trying

1:19:14to say? Do they have Clavio on? Do they

1:19:16that way I know that okay, yes, they

1:19:17actually paying for something. And if

1:19:19they paying for something, then they can

1:19:20probably also pay me for something. You

1:19:22understand? So, it's going to show I I

1:19:23really really use it because it's just

1:19:25like extra effort which most times is

1:19:27not always necessary, but it's something

1:19:28that you can also check out, right? So,

1:19:31guys, you that your website developers,

1:19:33right? Just take the people's site, put

1:19:35it on this, you will know the text that

1:19:37they are using.

1:19:38You will know what they use to build

1:19:40their site and then you will also be

1:19:41able to know I know that I probably know

1:19:43the problems that they also having.

1:19:46You get what I'm trying to say, right?

1:19:48Perfect. So now there's something that I

1:19:51wanted to I wanted to talk about, right?

1:19:54But I don't know if I should talk about

1:19:55it now or in

1:20:00I don't want I don't know if I should

1:20:01talk about it now or in tomorrow's

1:20:04class.

1:20:06So let me tell you guys one hack that I

1:20:08use when reaching out to clients, right?

1:20:10Let me tell you guys one hack that I use

1:20:11when reaching out to clients. So

1:20:12[snorts]

1:20:13let me call it my proof of work hack,

1:20:16right? And this is something that as I

1:20:18said a lot of people don't teach. So the

1:20:19thing is

1:20:21you can reach out to these companies but

1:20:23then what happens and this is where a

1:20:25lot of people actually fail. So let's

1:20:26say you reach out to this e-commerce

1:20:28brand. Hey I build email retention blah

1:20:29blah blah blah blah blah blah. You get

1:20:31what I'm trying to say? And then they

1:20:32now ask you okay just show me a case

1:20:34study of companies that you've done this

1:20:36with and show me a company that you've

1:20:38done this with and the results that

1:20:40they've gotten. and then you hang

1:20:43or you reach out to them and say I can

1:20:45help your disting go by so so increase

1:20:48so so many% rate or maybe um I help

1:20:52businesses like yours or I help I help

1:20:55skincare brands like yours design uh

1:20:58social media creatives that you

1:21:00understand that's that's that stop the

1:21:02scroll right in a crowd because now you

1:21:04know social media is a crowd right that

1:21:06in a crowded social media in all the

1:21:08noise of social media I give you

1:21:09creatives that actually stops scrolls

1:21:12and then they now ask you show me

1:21:15examples of creatives that you've done.

1:21:18What will you do?

1:21:21What will you do? Hey guys, tell me and

1:21:24let's say let's say you you know you

1:21:26know you know but those cities that you

1:21:28don't create yourself you know too sure.

1:21:30What will you do?

1:21:32Should I tell you guys what I do?

1:21:36Let me guys let me know in the comments.

1:21:37Should I tell you what I do? Right. I'm

1:21:40I'm just I'm just going to skip I'm just

1:21:41going to skip all this all this. Let me

1:21:42just Should I tell you what I do?

1:21:49Guys, let me know. Should I tell you

1:21:50what I do? Let me know in the comments.

1:21:54Perfect. People are saying I should tell

1:21:55it. Good, good, good. I think there's a

1:21:57delay with this with this stream for

1:21:59some reason, right? Because where I am

1:22:00and I'm watching the stream, I'm seeing

1:22:02like it's like very very behind. What

1:22:03the hell? And and we're live. I think

1:22:05so. We're live.

1:22:10I force a yes or no response. Write it

1:22:13down, guys. Write it down. Let me put it

1:22:16in a document. Let me just put it in a

1:22:18Oh, okay. We already have a document.

1:22:23[snorts] So, let's go down. Let's go

1:22:26down. Let me let me So, what I do is I

1:22:28force a yes or no response.

1:22:34Can you guys see my screen? This is what

1:22:36I do. I force a yes or no response.

1:22:39Write it down. Write it down. Very, very

1:22:40important. Write it down. Always force a

1:22:44yes or no response. Do you know what it

1:22:46means to force a yes or no response?

1:22:50It means when I reach out to an

1:22:51e-commerce brand, e-commerce uh skincare

1:22:54brand, right? To tell them that, oh, I

1:22:56noticed this problem, this problem, this

1:22:58problem, and I want to help you write

1:23:00emails. Do you know how I end the

1:23:02emails? I'll tell the I'll tell the

1:23:06brand that I wrote an email for you

1:23:10already. I did not want to send it here

1:23:13so as not to so so that my so that this

1:23:15email that I'm sending is not going to

1:23:16enter spam.

1:23:18Would you like to see it? I don't know

1:23:21if you understand. Let me let me explain

1:23:22again or let me use let me use let me

1:23:24use a designer for example because so

1:23:26you guys don't see I'm using

1:23:27copyrighters. I be writing for example

1:23:29too much. So let's say I'm a designer

1:23:31and I know that these people these

1:23:33people their social media they need I

1:23:35want to help them design their social

1:23:37media uh maybe I want to help them

1:23:39design social media creatives right so

1:23:41when I've typed all my hey this I've

1:23:44seen this problem blah blah blah blah

1:23:45blah I want to end the email with I

1:23:48designed a few social media creatives

1:23:51for you

1:23:53I designed a few social media creatives

1:23:55for you but I did not want to attach it

1:23:57here so this email so I would not like

1:23:59you understand spammed you this email.

1:24:01Do you want to see it?

1:24:04I don't know if I don't know if I don't

1:24:05know if you guys understand. You could

1:24:07do the exact same thing with these guys

1:24:09that is working for construction site

1:24:11maybe that is developing websites for

1:24:12construction site. You could reach out

1:24:14to construction site and then at the end

1:24:16of the email you would say I already

1:24:18built a draft site for you. Would you

1:24:22like to see it?

1:24:25What do they say? They either say yes or

1:24:27they say no.

1:24:30Am I making sense? They either say yes

1:24:32but now you don't need to have built

1:24:33anything before but if they say yes you

1:24:36will now quickly rush and go and build

1:24:38it and send to them. If they say no you

1:24:42lose nothing. Am I making sense?

1:24:47Am I making sense?

1:24:51So you tell them this thing that I want

1:24:53to do for you I have already done one to

1:24:56show you as example. Do you want to see

1:24:59it?

1:25:02Then if they say yes, that's when you

1:25:04will now go and create that example.

1:25:06Does that make sense guys? Perfect,

1:25:09perfect, perfect, perfect, perfect.

1:25:10That's just the that's just the hack

1:25:12that I use. So that way they never ask

1:25:13me for portfolio. They never ask me for

1:25:16they never ask me for anything else.

1:25:18They just once I just send them once I

1:25:19just send them if they like it, then

1:25:21they'll be like, "Oh, yeah, perfect."

1:25:22Then let's let's you understand. Then it

1:25:23naturally progresses from there to a

1:25:25conversation of how can I do more of

1:25:27this for them.

1:25:29You get exactly by the way this person

1:25:32is asking how can someone create it? If

1:25:34you know what you're doing then you

1:25:35should at least know how to create

1:25:36something. I don't know. You get right.

1:25:38You should know how to create something.

1:25:42Right? But anyways that's what I do. So

1:25:44I force a yes or no response. Right? I

1:25:49force a yes or no response. and I forc a

1:25:52yes or no response in line with showing

1:25:55them a portfolio. So instead of me

1:25:58showing them a portfolio, I would say

1:25:59see, I've already written one email for

1:26:00you. Do would you like to see it? And

1:26:02I'll tell them, I did not attach it here

1:26:03because I do not want to like bulk up

1:26:05this whole thing, but would you like to

1:26:06see it? And they do not ask for your

1:26:07portfolio. They just say, yes, I would

1:26:08like to see it. If you're a virtual

1:26:10assistant, you can say you can say, um,

1:26:13I created a a script. I created a

1:26:16script.

1:26:18I created a script or I created a filter

1:26:20or whatever to filter or maybe keywords,

1:26:24a keyword filter to filter out to filter

1:26:27out maybe useless DMs from DMs that

1:26:30mostly about partnerships or business or

1:26:32anything. Do you want me to send it? Do

1:26:33you want me to send the dock over to

1:26:35you? There are like so many things you

1:26:36could actually think of. There are so

1:26:38many things you you just really really

1:26:39really need to think.

1:26:42Right. This said, I love you, Messiah. I

1:26:45hope you're a woman. Oh, sorry. I have a

1:26:46wife already. What the hell am I saying?

1:26:48Jesus.

1:26:50Uh yeah, thank you. Thank you for your

1:26:52love. [laughter]

1:26:54Let's move on. So now we are moving on

1:26:56to finding the decision maker, right?

1:27:01Finding decision maker. Who exactly in

1:27:04that company is actually going to pay

1:27:06you?

1:27:08Who exactly in that company is actually

1:27:10going to pay you? Because there are a

1:27:12lot of when you enter any company

1:27:14obviously the first thing you probably

1:27:16see or the emails that you'd probably

1:27:17see is hello@brandame.com

1:27:20info@brand.com blah blah blah at you get

1:27:22what I'm trying to say right that is

1:27:24that is what that is what you probably

1:27:25see right if you send your emails there

1:27:29you know will go anywhere

1:27:31it will not enter anywhere you get what

1:27:33I'm trying to say right it will not

1:27:35enter anywhere why you need to reach out

1:27:36to a person you need a name Right now,

1:27:42another reason why you need a name or in

1:27:44fact just how do you know where your

1:27:50customers are right you see like Eio

1:27:54said Messiah I created a flyer for you

1:27:55do you want to see it definitely I want

1:27:57to see it send it to me my email is me

1:27:59which is me at misiah.com please send me

1:28:02your flyer please send me your flyer and

1:28:04the crazy thing is I'm actually I

1:28:06actually need a flyer designer for

1:28:07something so if your flyer looks good

1:28:09enough I'll definitely hire you for for

1:28:11what I need you for. You understand?

1:28:12That is what I'm talking about, right?

1:28:14Good one, SEO. Good one. I need a flyer

1:28:17designer. Actually, I need a flyer

1:28:19designer. So, Ezio, send me your flyer.

1:28:21Send your flyer to my email. If your

1:28:23flyer looks good, I'll hire you.

1:28:26Good. Now,

1:28:28this these founders, these people, they

1:28:31live where their customers live. So for

1:28:34example now a e-commerce founder

1:28:39you you'd rarely see e-commerce founders

1:28:41on LinkedIn because LinkedIn is not the

1:28:43place to go for e-commerce brands.

1:28:45LinkedIn is not the place to to to hire

1:28:48to um LinkedIn is not the place to find

1:28:52customers who want to do skincare.

1:28:53LinkedIn is for serious people. So where

1:28:55would an e-commerce founder be? They

1:28:57will be on Tik Tok. They will be on

1:28:59Instagram.

1:29:01You get what I'm trying to say, right?

1:29:04for agencies or for anything B2B.

1:29:08Sorry, that's business to business.

1:29:10Where would they be? They'll be on

1:29:11LinkedIn.

1:29:13You get what I'm trying to say? That's

1:29:14one of the best places to find them,

1:29:17right?

1:29:20Let me

1:29:21talk. Okay. So, we're going to go we're

1:29:23going to go into creating the list. So,

1:29:25I'll just show you exactly how to do

1:29:26this real life. Right. So, now let's

1:29:28move on. So if it's an agency or if it's

1:29:30a B2B or whatever then what you find

1:29:32them on LinkedIn. If it's a if it's an

1:29:35e-commerce maybe like D2C client that's

1:29:37direct to customer or business to

1:29:39customer then you probably find them on

1:29:41where? You find them on Instagram or you

1:29:42find them on Tik Tok. We are supposed to

1:29:44be ending this class very soon. So let's

1:29:46just quickly rush through. Right. So now

1:29:49let's create your list of 100. I think

1:29:52we're almost done. Yeah, we're almost

1:29:54done. Let's create your list of

1:29:58Let's create your list of 100 leads. I'm

1:30:00going to show you tomorrow how to create

1:30:02how to get their emails. But for now, so

1:30:04the first thing you want to do is you

1:30:05want to open a Google spreadsheet. And

1:30:07why I like using Google spreadsheet is

1:30:09now remember I hire people to do this a

1:30:12lot. And let me just show you guys, let

1:30:14me see if I can actually show you guys

1:30:16some

1:30:18that I have created.

1:30:20One second.

1:30:22Uh how do I filter this?

1:30:25Let me show you guys some that I've

1:30:27created. So let's go to spreadsheets

1:30:29search

1:30:32Monzo data multi leg you know private

1:30:36market.

1:30:41So let me show you guys some that I have

1:30:47use. There are a lot of them.

1:30:52Blog and guest post. Real estate

1:30:54company. No, dentist. I created one of

1:30:58dentist. Let me see if I

1:31:02good dentist list.

1:31:06So these are these are companies that

1:31:08I've reached out to, right? So this was

1:31:10for a high ticket program for a client.

1:31:12So I actually did this one for a client,

1:31:14right? So I did this one for a client. I

1:31:16was the one who hired the lead generator

1:31:17to generate the leads for him. This

1:31:18might this one might be a bit confusing

1:31:20for you guys. So let me just we can see

1:31:22business name, website, LinkedIn, first

1:31:24name, last name, job title, email, link

1:31:26person. You understand? So all of that.

1:31:27So this is this is this is what a

1:31:29typical lead sheet is going to look

1:31:30like. So this one is for dentist. I

1:31:32think we have right here we have

1:31:35139 dentist, right? So we have 13 and

1:31:38honestly there are like so so many. I

1:31:40honestly most likely

1:31:43have

1:31:45Mhm.

1:31:46Good, good, good, good, good, good.

1:31:50So, this is a list of 8,000 dentists in

1:31:53the United States.

1:31:55Now, so I was starting a content agency.

1:31:57I was starting a content agency with I

1:32:00was starting a content agency with a few

1:32:02of my friends back then. See guys, when

1:32:05you think you think they generate lead,

1:32:07I'll be very very honest with you.

1:32:08Actually, we scrape we just scrape this

1:32:09thing. Just downloaded like CSV and

1:32:11stuff like that, right? But there this

1:32:14right here we have 8,000. I even have

1:32:15some for music producers, right? There's

1:32:18one because I have a friend. I have a

1:32:20friend and as you can see Mia tomorrow

1:32:22music. So I have a friend Omali's former

1:32:25manager was like my very very tight

1:32:27friend or is my very very tight friend

1:32:29right now is Omal's A&R. So there was

1:32:31something he wanted to do and we

1:32:32actually built a lead list of artists in

1:32:36the United States. Like all these things

1:32:37that you're seeing right here are

1:32:39artists in the United States that I

1:32:41built for my friend. Right. How many do

1:32:43we have? Let me see how many artists in

1:32:44the United States that we have including

1:32:45their whether it's Linkree, their

1:32:47YouTube, their this and their personal

1:32:49email. See, look at the emails here.

1:32:51Right? Look at their emails here. And

1:32:53I'm not even talking about I'm not

1:32:54talking about manager email, their own

1:32:56email. See, we built a lead list of

1:32:5924,478

1:33:01artists in the United States with their

1:33:03email. And let's just see their URL.

1:33:05See, look at their URL, right? Of

1:33:07musicians in the United States,

1:33:09musicians, bands, and all of that. So

1:33:10I've bu I've bu like a lot of leads. So

1:33:12this thing I'm talking to you about is

1:33:14something that I have done, right? It's

1:33:16something that I have done multiple and

1:33:18multiple and multiple times,

1:33:21right? Uh so let's see. Uhhuh. So let's

1:33:24build our let's build our lead tracker.

1:33:25So what I'm going to do is I'm just

1:33:27going to open when you go to your drive,

1:33:29you click here, click on new, and then

1:33:31click on Google Sheets.

1:33:34[snorts]

1:33:38So you click on you click on Google

1:33:40sheets. Now

1:33:43let's just have So here we have company.

1:33:45So I'm just going to put company name.

1:33:47By the way, you guys, you can just you

1:33:49can just be unique. You don't really

1:33:50have to like copy this. So I'm just

1:33:51going to put company name here.

1:33:54I'm going to put um

1:33:58decision maker. Exactly.

1:34:04Sorry, let me use my mouse. I don't know

1:34:05why I'm using my MacBooks mouse. Let me

1:34:07use my external mouse. I have wondering

1:34:09what's going on. So, I have company

1:34:12name. I'm going to click on decision

1:34:14maker.

1:34:15Don't worry, we're going to do this for

1:34:17a few companies. So, you see what we're

1:34:19talking about. Company name, decision

1:34:20maker. Then, what do we have next? Email

1:34:24address. So, here we have decision

1:34:25maker. Then, I'm just going to put first

1:34:27name. And this is just in case I'm going

1:34:29to put first name, last name just in

1:34:31case you want to you plan to automate

1:34:33it. All

1:34:35right, just in case you plan to automate

1:34:37it. Thank you so so much, Pati. This is

1:34:39the best thing I've seen from Kite in my

1:34:41life. That is Have you seen other things

1:34:42from me? This one is small compared to

1:34:45the amount of value that I give out.

1:34:46Now, we have email address. I'm going to

1:34:48show you how to get their email

1:34:50addresses tomorrow. We have email

1:34:52address.

1:34:54So, I'm just putting all this. We have

1:34:58socials. That's their social media. So,

1:35:00I'm just going to put social media. So

1:35:02this social media now it can either be a

1:35:04LinkedIn link it can be it can be

1:35:06LinkedIn it can be Instagram it can be

1:35:08any of that social media gap found this

1:35:11is very very important gap found so gap

1:35:14found is what problem did I find with

1:35:16this business gap found and finally

1:35:20first line I'm going to explain to you

1:35:21guys what first line mean tomorrow so

1:35:24I'm going to just bold all this and then

1:35:27I can just put my favorite font is

1:35:29either quial or elvetical way. And then

1:35:32I'll just increase this font,

1:35:34right? And then I'll just scroll

1:35:37like this.

1:35:43First name, last name, email address.

1:35:46Let's put since I'm going to be showing

1:35:47you email address and the rest tomorrow.

1:35:51So, let's just do social media.

1:35:53You understand? So, I'm just going to

1:35:54create a sheet like this.

1:35:57[snorts]

1:35:59So, I'm not even going to do What's

1:36:01going on? Sorry. One second. User data.

1:36:04Sorry. Can you guys

1:36:17Hey guys, please let's actually stay

1:36:19put. Um, I think he's working on his

1:36:21network. Um, let's just give him a few

1:36:25minutes. is going to be back. But so

1:36:29far, are you guys getting value so far?

1:36:31If you're getting value, I want to see

1:36:35um your responses on the chat. Are you

1:36:37getting value? If you're getting value,

1:36:39just actually type I am getting value on

1:36:41the chat. I want to see that you're

1:36:43getting value.

1:36:45I want to see that you are getting

1:36:48value. Don't worry, it's definitely

1:36:50going to come back again. I think it's

1:36:52raining heavily on his end.

1:36:56I mean know the theme Nigerian networks.

1:36:58Yeah. Okay. Messiah is back now. He is

1:37:00back.

1:37:02>> Sorry guys, I got Can you guys hear me?

1:37:04God, can you hear?

1:37:05>> Yeah, I can hear you loud and clear.

1:37:06Yeah,

1:37:08>> link was plugged to inverter. So, it

1:37:10went off. So, I just had to switch to

1:37:11fiber. I begov. So,

1:37:14>> let me share my screen again.

1:37:16>> How is the class going on? So, I'm even

1:37:18seeing people. Sorry. Even on my phone,

1:37:19everything just got disconnected.

1:37:21Perfect. Perfect. People are saying,

1:37:22"I'm getting value. I'm getting value.

1:37:23I'm getting value. I'm getting value.

1:37:24I'm good, good, good, good, good. I

1:37:26don't I know I am fast, right? People

1:37:28usually complain about that I am fast.

1:37:30It's like I'm just running on 2x speed.

1:37:32But you'll be able to watch a recording

1:37:33later. Yeah. So, uh let me share my

1:37:36screen again.

1:37:41[snorts]

1:37:44So again, can you guys see my screen

1:37:46now? Can you guys see my screen now? Is

1:37:48my screen showing now?

1:37:53I don't think so.

1:37:55>> Yes, we can see your screen.

1:37:57>> Okay, perfect. Perfect. Perfect. So, I

1:38:01have beef. I have beef. That guy, that

1:38:04guy that said uh that developer that

1:38:06said he works with I mean I cannot get

1:38:07HVAC on construction people. I have beef

1:38:10with you. So, because of you, right,

1:38:12because of you, we're going to work with

1:38:15we're going to build a lead sheet of

1:38:16construction businesses because of you.

1:38:18Again, I owe this person. I have beef

1:38:21with you. So, we already have our lead

1:38:25list right here. We already have this J.

1:38:27I have too many tabs open, but that's

1:38:29perfectly fine. Yeah, that's perfectly

1:38:31fine. We'll live with it. We'll work

1:38:32with it. We'll work with it. This one is

1:38:35small, sir. I have a friend. He has like

1:38:39500 tabs open. I don't know if his

1:38:41laptop does it, but anyways. So, you

1:38:44work with construction companies, right?

1:38:45So, let's just check out construction

1:38:47companies. Let what I'm going to do is

1:38:48I'm just going to clear all this.

1:38:51Yeah, I'm going to clear all this so

1:38:53that we can just see exactly what it is

1:38:55that we are working with.

1:38:58So we are we already have A&W

1:39:00construction. No, A&W construction was

1:39:02not the first one we had. A Ruiz

1:39:04Construction. So I'm going to open this.

1:39:08[snorts] So now they have a website A

1:39:10Construction. Now the company name is A

1:39:13Ruiz Construction. I'm going to put that

1:39:16here. company name. I'm going to paste

1:39:18it. AO is construction. I'm going to

1:39:20open this because I don't want anything

1:39:22to bleed into another line. So, I'm just

1:39:24going to do this. I'm just going to clip

1:39:25it. Now, what I mean is, can you see

1:39:27guys, can you see that this thing, the

1:39:29text under company name is entering

1:39:31decision maker. So, what I'm going to do

1:39:32is I'm just going to click here. So,

1:39:34when I click here, it's going to click

1:39:36all tabs. Then I'll click on this text

1:39:38wrapping and then I'll click on clip.

1:39:40So, when I clip, it's not going to

1:39:42bleed. Text is not going to bleed into

1:39:43another tab again. Right? So we have a

1:39:46construction. So who is the decision

1:39:48maker in a construction? So let's just

1:39:50check him out. One way you can check is

1:39:52to check about that's probably their

1:39:54about page. Business profile. Let's see.

1:39:59So Antonio Rui started his construction

1:40:01company with two goals in mind. Blah

1:40:03blah blah. Certification and

1:40:04accreditation. So right now Antonio Rui

1:40:06seems like the only person because now

1:40:08most construction companies they usually

1:40:10just outsource to like other

1:40:11contractors. not contractors like people

1:40:14who actually do the work. You

1:40:15understand? So it's not really it's not

1:40:17always usually a big company. So I will

1:40:19just copy this name Antonio Ruiz and I'm

1:40:21going to under under maker I'm going to

1:40:24put founder or owner. So I'm going to

1:40:27put either you can use either founder or

1:40:29owner. Right? That's decision maker and

1:40:31his first name is Antonio. His last name

1:40:34is Ruiz.

1:40:36He's a grown man. So I expect that a

1:40:38grown man he's probably not going to be

1:40:40on Tik Tok but he's probably going to be

1:40:41where on Facebook right so again guys

1:40:44think

1:40:46so what I'm going to do is I'm going to

1:40:47go to I'm not seeing any of his social

1:40:49media here but I really so see his email

1:40:50and everything the guy has already even

1:40:52shared all his secrets out there right

1:40:54but what else do we need so the gap

1:40:56found we know that ugly website right

1:40:59ugly website

1:41:01you guys can can think of something else

1:41:04like ugly website so now social media

1:41:06let's check out. First thing first, I'm

1:41:08first going to check out the company's

1:41:09name, which is a Ruiz Construction. I'm

1:41:12just going to search it out. I guarantee

1:41:14you we would probably find him on social

1:41:17on. So, this is him right here. We'll

1:41:19probably find him on

1:41:21Huh. He's on LinkedIn. Isn't that

1:41:23something? I thought we'll find him on

1:41:25Facebook actually.

1:41:29Is this the same person?

1:41:32A construction construction co and

1:41:34associates. He's the one actually. So,

1:41:37this is a grown man. This is this is a

1:41:39super grown man,

1:41:41right? And for some reason, he puts his

1:41:43direct email there. I don't think a lot

1:41:44of people reach out to this man. You

1:41:47understand? See, he put his direct email

1:41:48there. T Ruiz. Oh, T. Ruiz might not be

1:41:51him. It might be his son or something.

1:41:54So, I'm just going to put Let me search

1:41:56this email out. Let me search this email

1:41:58out on Google and see. I just want to

1:42:00confirm. By the way, guys, I'm still

1:42:02going to show you exactly how to get

1:42:03emails. This is not that's not what

1:42:04we're doing here.

1:42:12So we have Antonio Ruiz which is oh this

1:42:14is that's actually his email right and

1:42:16then we have Sandra Alvarado. So Sandra

1:42:19Alvarado is the controller project

1:42:22management Antonio Ruiz Victor Alvarez

1:42:25financials anda blah blah blah. So now

1:42:30by the way who out of these guys is most

1:42:33likely going to pay you. So either we

1:42:35reach out to Antonio Ruiz himself who is

1:42:37actually a grown man or we reach out to

1:42:39Sandra Alvarado who is the controller.

1:42:42So or project we don't need project

1:42:44manager. We don't care about that.

1:42:46Office manager or Enrieta Ruiz. I think

1:42:48Enrieta Ruiz is actually going to be

1:42:50better for us because she's the office

1:42:52manager which means she's the one who

1:42:53runs anything office and I think she's

1:42:54either and she's also the corporate

1:42:56secretary. So let's reach out to Enria

1:42:58Ruiz instead. So we're going to change

1:43:01this

1:43:02from we're not reaching out to the

1:43:04founder this time. We're reaching out to

1:43:06the office manager.

1:43:09[snorts]

1:43:11So our name is Enrieta. A proceed. Our

1:43:14name is Enrieta

1:43:17Ruiz. And then I could just search

1:43:20since they don't have any socials here.

1:43:21I could just search Enrieta.

1:43:25We already have our email by the way.

1:43:27Arata Ruiz.

1:43:29Enria Ruiz. Then what's the name of the

1:43:32company again? I'm just going to search

1:43:33it on Google. By the way, guys, most

1:43:35times if you already if you already have

1:43:36like small money, most times you might

1:43:38not even need to do this thing yourself.

1:43:40So see, she's on LinkedIn here. I'm

1:43:43surprised grown people are usually on

1:43:45Facebook. I'm actually surprised that

1:43:46she's on LinkedIn. So I'm just going to

1:43:48copy her LinkedIn right here. She's

1:43:50doing construction. It doesn't even need

1:43:51to be on LinkedIn, but I guess maybe

1:43:53it's a company this and I'll just drop

1:43:54our LinkedIn right here. The gap that I

1:43:56found is all ugly website. Let's just

1:43:58add phone number just in case just in

1:44:00case we see phone number. Most times I

1:44:02don't use phone number, but I have used

1:44:03phone number for a Chinese company and I

1:44:06landed a job. I messaged them on

1:44:07WhatsApp. They actually had WhatsApp.

1:44:10Um, oh sorry, I tried to remember the

1:44:12name of the company. It's a still it's a

1:44:15still I worked with this company for a

1:44:16while until I outsourced their work to

1:44:18somebody and then the person I traveled

1:44:20so the person was not delivering and I

1:44:23was I just lost the ball on that company

1:44:25but I worked with them for like 5 months

1:44:28uh render steel render steel is the name

1:44:30of the company render steel is the name

1:44:32of the company that I wrote I wrote

1:44:34content for them for a long time

1:44:36actually and I got them through their

1:44:37through their WhatsApp number so we have

1:44:40a let's go to another one again. Let's

1:44:43check out another one. So, we checked

1:44:44out aw construction. So, A&W

1:44:47construction, remember? Now, you have to

1:44:48validate. We already checked out A&W

1:44:50Construction and A&W Construction, their

1:44:54website is not bad. It's not looking

1:44:55bad. I know me, I'm not an expert. So,

1:44:57maybe you might be seeing something that

1:44:58I'm not seeing. But compared to the

1:45:00other one, their website is not looking

1:45:01bad at all. At all. You understand?

1:45:04Maybe you could improve it. I don't

1:45:05know. Maybe you could make it look

1:45:06better. I don't know. But their website

1:45:07is, in my opinion, is not even looking

1:45:09bad. But I'm not seeing any about this

1:45:12this this. So I'm just going to copy

1:45:13them and say maybe no about page. You

1:45:16get what I'm trying to say? So this that

1:45:17has the link. Sorry guys. Something

1:45:20[snorts] else you should also add is

1:45:22when you add company name add link URL.

1:45:26So I'm just going to put URL. And this

1:45:27is where you put the link to the

1:45:28website. So I have to go back to A&W.

1:45:32Not A&W, sorry, AOE. I have to go back

1:45:34to AOE

1:45:36and copy the website.

1:45:39how to copy go to a and then copy the

1:45:41website. So let's drop Aries website

1:45:43here and then we'll go do the exact same

1:45:45thing. But you guys you get my exact. So

1:45:47tomorrow I'm still going to show you

1:45:48guys how to build email addresses, get

1:45:50phone numbers, get all these things. So

1:45:52now here we have the gap found is ugly

1:45:54website. Another one we see the gap

1:45:56found is like this A&W now, right? The

1:45:59gap found is maybe the website is not

1:46:01SEO. You understand what I'm trying to

1:46:03say? Or maybe no reviews or maybe it's

1:46:04just basic, right? It's just basic. So

1:46:07those are things I think you just build

1:46:08gap found. This class has already gone

1:46:09on for too long. So,

1:46:12um, let's see.

1:46:15Yeah. And then after that, tomorrow I'll

1:46:17show you how to find the decision

1:46:18maker's real email address, personalized

1:46:19first lines that clients love, code

1:46:21email frameworks, plus templates that

1:46:23get replies, blah blah blah. Anyway,

1:46:25tomorrow I'm going to teach you every

1:46:27single thing you now need to do to

1:46:29actually get this client. I'll show you

1:46:31every single thing you need to do to

1:46:34actually get this client to hire you.

1:46:35I'll show you how to reach out to them,

1:46:37how to talk to them. You get what I'm

1:46:39trying to say, right? [snorts] So guys,

1:46:42we're going to have a Q&A section

1:46:44tomorrow. We're going to have I think

1:46:45we're done with the class. Yeah. Yeah.

1:46:47We're done with the class roughly. So,

1:46:48we're going to have a Q&A section

1:46:50tomorrow. But for now, what I need you

1:46:52guys to do is let's go to my Instagram,

1:46:54guys. I want you guys to come to So, if

1:46:57you have questions, I'm going to be

1:46:58responding to questions for the rest of

1:47:00the night on my Instagram. Here's

1:47:01something I'm working on. Let me not

1:47:02show you guys my secrets. I have my

1:47:05secrets in this life and the things I'm

1:47:06working on that giving me money.

1:47:09Let me not show you guys. So my

1:47:10Instagram is misiah_ite. So guys, please

1:47:13if you have any questions, just go on

1:47:15Instagram right now. Go on Instagram

1:47:17right now and follow me on Instagram,

1:47:20guys. So go on Instagram, misiah_.

1:47:23I don't know if I'll be allowed to drop

1:47:24the link right here.

1:47:28So if you again, we're going to have a

1:47:29this is not like a Q. I'm not forcing

1:47:31you, right? But just I'm just saying if

1:47:34if you've been enjoying what I've been

1:47:35teaching so far. If you've been enjoying

1:47:37what I've been teaching so far, right,

1:47:38just go on Instagram, give me a follow.

1:47:40I have a lot of followers on LinkedIn

1:47:42already. For some reason, my Instagram

1:47:43is dragging. Who can help me with that?

1:47:46Anyways, yeah, I hope you guys uh

1:47:50enjoyed today's chat, today's class.

1:47:52Right, again, I've told you guys what

1:47:54we're going to be covering tomorrow, and

1:47:55tomorrow is going to be even more

1:47:56massive. Today is actually pretty basic

1:47:59stuff. Today is pretty. So, I actually I

1:48:01put a lot more effort in tomorrow's

1:48:02class. So I guarantee you even if you

1:48:04have any complaints tomorrow's class is

1:48:05going to be much much better right

1:48:07because again tomorrow I'm going to

1:48:08teach you outbound and how to get this

1:48:10client to hire you because that is what

1:48:12is important. So what I need you guys to

1:48:14do today is first what is your what do

1:48:17you help clients do, right? What is the

1:48:20one problem that you want to solve for

1:48:22the client? Who are your who is your

1:48:24ideal client? You get what I'm trying to

1:48:26say? Who's your ideal client? Once you

1:48:28get all that information down, where are

1:48:30your ideal clients? Right? Where are

1:48:31your ideal clients? So somebody say,

1:48:34"How long would it take to gather like

1:48:36200?" Sometimes you could actually just

1:48:39do 20 per day. You only need 100. In my

1:48:41opinion, you only need
