13:22>> Okay,
13:24hopefully we're actually working now.
13:27Hello.
13:29Sorry, OBS problems. I thought I had
13:32everything working, but I didn't realize
13:34that the mic wasn't connected and then
13:37everything just crashed on OBS and I had
13:39to restart everything after I had it all
13:41set up. Anyway, we should be working
13:44now. I think the audio is good.
13:49But yeah, OBS just force closed itself
13:52and I had to remake my kitchen scenes.
13:56Okay,
13:58me and OBS
14:00classic.
14:02Um,
14:03but
14:05yes. Okay, here's my cooking scene.
14:09We got a table, got a face camera.
14:13Um, so we have multiple kitchen cams
14:17without me just moving the tripod
14:18around.
14:22I think it will work. Um, so yeah,
14:26that's the plan. Today we're going to
14:28make a blackberry cheesecake
14:32because we went blackberry picking
14:34yesterday. Um,
14:39I didn't collect that many, but we got a
14:42couple.
14:44I need to wash them. Actually, still
14:46haven't done that yet.
14:52We got this many.
14:54We got a handful
14:57at most. Um,
15:01but yeah, we're going to try
15:05to make a cheesecake. I've never made a
15:08cheesecake before, so this will be new
15:11to me.
15:16Just picking out some of the stems here.
15:19But yeah, these definitely need a good
15:20wash cuz some of them might have been a
15:23little low to the ground. So, they might
15:25not be the best.
15:27They might um need a good scrub.
15:31Okay.
15:33So, yeah, I'll do that.
15:42So,
15:45Oh, I forgot to grab the spring form. I
15:47bought a spring form. I think that's
15:50what it's called.
15:52To
15:56bake or not bake, make the cheesecake
15:58in. I forgot it in the other room. I
16:01guess I'm not as prepared as I thought I
16:03was.
16:10So, let's pull up the
16:14recipe.
16:19Pinterest is where I saved it.
16:24Blackberry cheesecake.
16:27This one is a no bake one. Um, there's
16:31bake ones and it looked like it was
16:33going to be a lot harder cuz we needed
16:34like a water bath and stuff. So, we're
16:36going no bake. So, how we make we make
16:40the crust, make the filling, whip the
16:41cream in assemble, and then we make the
16:44blackberry topping. So, I guess we don't
16:46need the blackberries quite yet.
16:50Um, I think the first thing we do is,
16:52yeah, make the crust. So, in a bowl,
16:54combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar,
16:56and melted butter. Mix until well
16:59combined. Press firmly to the bottom of
17:01the dish. Refrigerate well, preparing
17:05the filling.
17:06Okay. So, let's grab a bowl
17:10and um the graham crackers, sugar, and
17:15butter.
17:22Okay.
17:25I haven't baked
17:28Have I baked anything in this house yet?
17:30Actually, I don't know if I have. This
17:34might be the first thing. Well, I guess
17:35it's not even baking, but
17:44sugar.
17:53I don't have ground crackers, but I
17:54bought digestives. I think they'll work.
17:59And I needed a butter. Unsalted butter.
18:06Oh, wait. No. Salted butter, I think.
18:09Okay. Hopefully, it's salted because
18:11that's what I have.
18:15All right. Maybe I'll turn on some
18:17music.
18:18Two cups of graham cracker crumbs. Oh,
18:21so we got to smash some.
18:26What's the best way to make graham
18:28cracker crumbs? With my hands.
18:40Maybe.
18:43Why not? Let's get messy.
18:46Your name reminds me of one of your
18:47favorite books, but her name was Judy
18:49Bridgewwater.
18:52You know, I didn't think Bridgewwater
18:53was like that common of a name, but
18:56there's also a pottery or like ceramics
19:00painter named Emma Bridgewwater in
19:02England
19:04that's quite famous as well.
19:08But in a Ziploc bag, yeah, I was
19:10thinking about Ziploc bag and crushing
19:13them, but I don't know what to crush it
19:14with. Bottom of this
19:19could work. I guess it's going to be
19:20loud.
19:26H I just realized it wants cup
19:28measurements. I don't think Do I own
19:30measuring cups? I don't think I do.
19:37Huh. I don't own many things.
19:40Um
19:44well, we're just going to have to
19:46measure with our hearts.
19:57I reckon it's fine.
20:05Okay. Yeah, I guess I'll do a Ziploc bag
20:07and try to crush them.
20:11Let's see.
20:20Yeah, let's try one of these.
20:29See three. Hey, there we go.
20:33I don't own a rolling pin
20:36or really cups. I own mugs though.
20:48Scene three.
20:50Does it say scene three somewhere?
20:55How do you know what scene we're in?
20:58Oh, did I say it?
21:08I don't even know.
21:11Okay, I said it.
21:15I was like, how do you know?
21:25Okay, we'll start with this. Um, but
21:27yeah, I don't know the best way to crush
21:29them.
21:32Uh,
21:34I guess I'll use my mug.
21:37Hopefully, I don't break my mug.
21:42Oh, it's going to be loud.
21:49Okay, it's not that loud.
21:56It's fine.
21:59I wonder
22:01I think they need to be pretty crushed
22:06for like good texture.
22:18Yes. Happy Wednesday,
22:22EVERYBODY.
22:29I went to the gym today. Today was
22:34chest.
22:38and shoulders.
22:44But my legs hurt from yesterday's leg
22:46workout,
22:51so all of my body is in pain.
23:13Trying to make a pretty fine dust. Oh,
23:16somehow there's a full cookie in here
23:18still.
23:30Crush crush crush crush crush.
23:33We have this is another cookie hiding.
23:47Okay,
23:49I should probably
23:52get some music going and drink my drink.
23:55I made a really delicious looking drink.
24:01Let me show you.
24:06Ooh la la.
24:10That's my drink I made.
24:14Nice and sludgy.
24:17It's chia seeds soaked. Um, chia seeds
24:21are supposed to be good for you. Um, so
24:23we made a chia seed water.
24:34Yep. Honestly, it's kind of weird. It
24:36reminds me of like fish eggs a little
24:39bit, which sounds bad. Um,
24:45the texture is kind of fun, but also
24:47kind of weird, and I don't know if I
24:48like it or hate it,
24:54but they're supposed to be good for you.
24:58Um, we're just going to pretend it's
25:00boba.
25:09It's not too bad. [snorts]
25:20Oh, yeah. Music. I don't know what music
25:22to put on.
25:25Maybe [sighs]
25:29Oh, I think my phone's connected to a
25:32headphone somewhere.
25:46>> There we go.
25:52But yeah, I forget exactly what chia
25:54seeds are good for besides like maybe
25:57fiber. I don't know. They're probably
25:59good for other things, too.
26:08>> But don't eat them dry.
26:15>> That's a no no.
26:24I'm going to get threes.
26:41If you eat chia seeds dry, they cause
26:45blockages
26:48in your intestines. [music]
27:00>> Yeah, they swell. They grow when they
27:02get wet.
27:04So, you got to hydrate them before you
27:06drink them. Oh, yeah. That's what
27:08they're good for. That's why I got them.
27:10Um,
27:12apparently
27:14cuz they soak up water. They help
27:16hydrate you cuz they hold more water.
27:20I don't know, man.
27:25Sometimes I believe things on the
27:27internet.
27:36used to put them on like everything dry.
27:39Uh yeah, it's probably fine if you don't
27:42do too many.
27:54I heard it it might also just be a
27:56problem if you've already have like
27:59um an intestinal problem too. So, who
28:04knows?
28:15Okay.
28:18Do you think that's two cups?
28:23I think well I just need to make a layer
28:25for the crust with this actually. So as
28:29long as it covers the bottom
28:33of the pan
28:39then it's fine.
28:41Get a measuring cup. I don't own one.
28:51What?
29:05>> Okay, I [music] need to go get the
29:06spring pan thing.
29:11>> I'll be right back.
29:23get lost. [singing]
29:37>> I think I need to do more.
29:45This is our pan.
29:51Yeah, I'm going to do a little bit more.
29:53But yeah, I also need to clean this
29:55probably cuz I just bought it. It was 4
29:59lb.
30:12Yeah. From BM.
30:21>> Yeah. Let me quickly just
30:24clean this just a little bit before we
30:26use it.
30:45Okay, there we go.
30:50But it's actually
30:52Let's um crash my cookies.
31:04So, I think I need a few more.
31:13Oh, they smell good.
31:17It's already delicious.
31:30Oh yeah. Should you eat these biscuits
31:32with tea? They're like tea biscuits.
31:49I just ordered some more coffee
31:52um from
31:56a place called Rave Coffee. It's really
31:59really good coffee. Um
32:02Alex introduced it to me. Last time I
32:05accidentally bought whole beans, so I've
32:07been hand grinding my coffee, which
32:11makes me feel fancy. But this time I
32:14bought one kilo and it was already
32:17preggroundown. So now I don't have to
32:18work as hard in the morning.
32:22Um, it got delivered
32:27to a pickup point. So, I got to go pick
32:29that up tomorrow and then I can have
32:31good coffee again
32:42cuz yeah, I bought a hand grinder
32:45but the one I got
32:48it's very slow like it takes a long time
32:50to finally grind all the beans. I have a
32:52nicer one in Canada that's way faster.
32:57So this one I'm like grinding for like 3
32:59minutes.
33:19Crush, crush, crush.
33:32Okay.
33:42Hopefully this is enough.
33:47Can't
33:50I feel like that must be like two cups,
33:52RIGHT?
34:09CAN'T DECIDE IF I SHOULD JUST DO THEM
34:11all or not.
34:30Okay,
34:34we got a bowl full.
34:37I'm sure that's probably enough.
34:47crush of you by hand.
34:50>> It's not as fine as I wanted it.
34:55>> When you're a child, blackberries grew
34:58in a spot about 45 minutes away from us.
35:01>> Your parents would forbid us from going
35:02there.
35:04We go anyway. Come back and claim we
35:06haven't even though you're covered in a
35:07blackberry. The evidence right on you.
35:11It's stained on you.
35:32Okay.
35:34Um, let's see. What do we need to do?
35:43Sorry, that's probably loud. Um, we need
35:45to
35:47[singing]
35:48add some sugar.
35:51Add two cups of sugar. Damn. So, it's
35:55half
35:57graham cracker, half sugar.
36:02I mean, it is a cake, I guess.
36:10You got 15 job offers from LinkedIn in
36:12three [music] days. Tomorrow's an
36:13interview for the job. Now I'll be able
36:15to gift 100s or hundreds of subs on
36:19kick.
36:21Woo.
36:34Some of my sugars
36:37hard.
36:51You're entering for a new contract. Some
36:53of those my way.
36:55Yeah, let's help each other out.
36:58That does sound like a lot of sugar. Let
37:00me reread that really quick.
37:04>> [snorts]
37:06>> Two cups of brown crackers, two cups of
37:09[music] sugar, and half a cup of salted
37:12butter.
37:14Dang.
37:16Well, guys,
37:18I'm just going to dump a bunch of sugar
37:20in here
37:22cuz
37:27we're just going to yolo it.
37:33Oh, I just realized this camera angle.
37:35You can't see into the bowl. [snorts]
37:40And then half a cup of butter.
37:48I think I just need to chop this in half
37:51and melt it. Okay. Um,
37:58got this bowl.
38:06Yeah, we're just eyeballing it.
38:10[sighs] So, I can't be too surprised
38:12when it doesn't work out later.
38:27Everything is just fine.
38:42But
38:51I had this butter in the fridge. It's
38:53pretty solid,
38:56[music]
38:56>> but I'm going to microwave it. I just
38:58thought I'd chop it to help it. Ah,
39:10>> but she's solid.
39:18Okay.
39:20Um, sure. That's fine. Into the
39:22microwave.
39:36My hands are too buttery to turn on my
39:37microwave.
39:45Yo, doge lord.
39:48How's it going?
40:10I think we can probably get the rest
40:12melted.
40:20So, we don't want it to explode.
40:22Smells like popcorn just cuz there's
40:25butter.
40:34>> Melts. Melts. Melt. Maybe I'll put it in
40:38just for a little bit. Another burst.
41:09Okay.
41:15>> Yeah, she's pretty melted.
41:27But yes, I I've said this probably a few
41:29times, but I've never made a cheesecake
41:30before. So, this is all very new. Um, I
41:34don't really know what we're doing, but
41:36I want to do more baking and stuff on
41:38stream. So, if you have any suggestions
41:39on what would be like kind of fun, but
41:41kind of hard to make, let me know
41:46cuz I am trying to think of some like
41:49fun things. I think we should make
41:52someone suggested making a Colin
41:53caterpillar cake, which is like this
41:56like cake that looks like a caterpillar
41:59that they sell in England. I'm like that
42:01could be cute or like try to make some
42:03sort of like realistic looking cake.
42:08Something like that.
42:12Cuz yeah, I want something that has like
42:14a couple steps.
42:17>> Okay, let's combine
42:23better.
42:25>> Maybe I should use a bigger spoon.
42:31My youth, my youth is yours. Or should I
42:35use
42:37I'll use this?
42:39On my Amazon wish list, someone gifted
42:41me some kitchen utensil things like
42:45these.
42:47We got to put them to use.
42:50I did turn on my Amazon wish list again.
42:53[clears throat]
42:54This was one of the items that we got
42:57from it. Very useful.
43:07>> See, I don't know what it's supposed to
43:09look like
43:11cuz the recipe I'm following doesn't
43:13have a video. It only has words.
43:16You guys can't really see it, but
43:38Maybe that's okay cuz I think it sets up
43:40in the fridge.
43:44We'll just try and make sure
43:45everything's mixed in.
43:52Maybe try to crush some of the bigger
43:54cookies.
44:15>> Okay.
44:22Smells good. Can't go wrong with sugar
44:25cookies and butter.
44:33Okay. So, yeah, we're going to put this
44:35in the bottom of that pan I just
44:37cleaned.
44:44I just need to dry this.
44:52[snorts]
45:16I wish UK You wish I can't read.
45:21I wish I knew UK food better. I tried to
45:23order a dish with Yorkshire pudding here
45:25in Toronto and they gave me a roll. Oh,
45:29so instead of like the Yorkshire
45:31pudding, you just got a roll.
45:36That's disappointing cuz a Yorkshire
45:39pudding is quite different than a roll.
45:44[snorts]
45:58But yeah, how do you even describe
46:00Yorkshire pudding?
46:02Fluffy,
46:04kind of cupcake shaped but divots in. I
46:09don't know.
46:13She the best for the rest of your life.
46:32Trying to get this um even
46:36the layered.
46:41Not doing the best.
46:54We need more on the side.
47:00Hey Will.
47:02[snorts]
47:19Billy so bad always.
47:34Billy's been filming a movie or
47:37Yeah, she's going to be in a movie. And
47:41I think the filming just got wrapped
47:44not that long ago, just like a week or
47:46two ago.
48:07But the album isn't done. The next one,
48:11I think it's getting closer, but
48:18I think it's still going to be a little
48:19while before we get the next album.
48:37Oh, sorry. Gifted a sub to Everdark.
48:40Thank you.
48:51>> Thanks. [music]
48:54Thank you. Thank you.
49:09Okay, we made a crust.
49:14It's pretty flat. I tried my best to
49:17flatten it out. And then I think we just
49:20put it in the fridge
49:24to chill.
49:34Your firm believer cheesecake should be
49:3750% [music] base. Yeah. I think I made
49:40this a bit thicker than some cheesecakes
49:43I've seen cuz I also like the crust.
49:51So hopefully we got a good ratio.
49:59Okay, into the fridge.
50:06Okay,
50:09there we go.
50:11Just got to rinse my hands really quick
50:13here.
50:18probably remove the sugar clump.
50:21[laughter]
50:26Okay. Uh now we're going to move on to I
50:31think the filling
50:33really quick.
50:37Yeah, we found some blackberries.
50:39Probably not good ones. We kind of
50:42missed the season just by a little bit.
50:45So, a lot of them are dried or just
50:47gone.
50:49But let me show you
50:54my blackberry haul.
50:58It's a little sad.
51:00I definitely need to give them a really
51:02good wash,
51:05but it's an amount.
51:08[laughter]
51:11It's something.
51:17I didn't try some because we don't have
51:18enough to spare.
51:25>> Okay,
51:27now we're going to make the filling. In
51:29a large bowl, beat cream cheese,
51:30powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
51:33Add vanilla and mix again.
51:36Okay, so we need 24 oz of cream cheese,
51:40which I have a scale.
51:47So,
51:48we should be able to measure that.
51:54Just need to grab another bowl.
51:58Oh, should I use the
52:01bigger bowl? Maybe. Maybe I should clean
52:03the other one.
52:08cuz I'm going to be mixing.
52:10Okay, I'm going to quickly clean the
52:13bowl
52:18cuz I think it'll be better to have the
52:20bigger one.
52:31Sorry. Welcome to the ASMR
52:33dishwashing stream.
52:47Ah,
52:58god. There we go.
53:25Do I say reject or approve to get rid of
53:28messages? I can't remember.
53:34>> [music]
53:36>> Sorry, had to ban somebody.
53:42All right.
53:46Sometimes I forget how to do moderating.
54:06Okay, so we got another bowl. This is
54:09where we're going to make the filling.
54:12We're going to be mixing it by hand. And
54:15I did an arm workout today, so
54:20uhoh.
54:24So, I need ounces.
54:27ounces. Here we go. Okay, so we need 24
54:30oz of cream cheese.
54:36This is the only cream cheese I could
54:37find was this Philadelphia
54:40stuff.
54:41I think it's good.
54:52>> Let's do a big scoop. This is kind of
54:54satisfying.
54:58>> Well, we almost Okay. How much is the
55:00whole container?
55:08>> I need 24 oz. And this is only nine.
55:15>> Well, damn.
55:18I guess it's a filling. Well, I bought
55:21two, which will get us close enough.
55:26Not exact, but close enough.
55:32Cuz
55:36on this container, I was looking
55:38yesterday when shopping. I couldn't see
55:43ounces,
55:51just 280 g. So I was like, I don't know
55:54how many ounces that is.
56:08>> [singing]
56:12>> But yeah, we're just going to be like 4
56:13oz short, which
56:18>> it's not the end of the world, probably.
56:24Okay. Kind of cleaned out the tubs.
56:27Wonder, can I use these for anything?
56:29They're kind of good containers because
56:30they actually have lids.
56:33So many products in England don't have
56:35lids, and I don't understand it. It's a
56:38pet peeve of mine.
56:41I want to throw out things that have
56:43lids.
56:46[snorts]
56:54And then we need one and 1/2 cups of
56:58powdered sugar.
57:00Dang it. Another cup measurement.
57:06>> Wonder how big this mug is.
57:20Oh, and then I also need some vanilla.
57:47That's so much cheese. Yep. It's a
57:50cheesecake.
57:52I feel like cheese should be in the main
57:54ingredients.
57:59Okay, we need one and a half cups, which
58:00I don't know how limit is.
58:12We
58:16I'm trying to think. Go by weight. Well,
58:19I need to figure out what
58:23one
58:25what powdered sugar weighs.
58:38I don't how do you figure How do I
58:40reverse figure that out?
58:43Cuz everything weighs different weights.
58:45Like a cup of sugar would weigh [music]
58:50less than a cup of water.
59:01Right.
59:03113 g.
59:05>> Do I just trust blindly?
59:09[snorts]
59:28Boom. I'm just going to trust you
59:30blindly.
59:37You better not disappoint me.
59:54Okay, this is 123. Looks about
59:59looks right.
1:00:02What are you doing now? Making cake. Ah
1:00:06in a mess. [snorts]
1:00:08Wait, I should take it off the scale
1:00:09while we mix it.
1:00:22So powdery. It's all going up in the
1:00:24air. I'm inhaling sugar.
1:00:29Oh, it should be a little less cuz we
1:00:30have less cheese. Shoot. You're right.
1:00:33Let me take some out.
1:00:37Where do I put it? Cuz Yeah. I don't
1:00:40want it to be too sweet. I like we want
1:00:43to make it kind of cheesy cheesecake.
1:00:49I took some out.
1:01:04>> We put her skele
1:01:15kind of feels interesting.
1:01:21It's very silky feeling.
1:01:25Feel a crush.
1:01:28The crush.
1:01:33Oh, I feel the crush.
1:01:47Okay, my arms are tired cuz I did a
1:01:50workout today.
1:01:54You know, I always think it's so funny.
1:01:56you go to the gym
1:01:59to get stronger, but every time I go to
1:02:02the gym, I can't use my arms for the
1:02:05next couple days cuz how sore they are.
1:02:07And I'm like, okay, well, now I'm
1:02:09technically weaker cuz I can hardly move
1:02:11my body.
1:02:15So, am I stronger?
1:02:31But yeah, I haven't been going to the
1:02:33gym. I took a bit of a break. So, this
1:02:35is my re-entering the gym.
1:02:38And of course, everything's going to be
1:02:41more sore than once I'm in a routine.
1:02:43But yeah, these past couple of weeks
1:02:45when I've been going back, my body is
1:02:47like, "What the hell?
1:03:04So, we added a little bit of vanilla.
1:03:07Now
1:03:16mix this in.
1:03:27Okay.
1:03:40>> All right. What's next?
1:03:43[snorts]
1:03:46Whip the cream. In a separate bowl, whip
1:03:49heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
1:03:52Gently fold the whipped cream into the
1:03:54cream cheese mixture.
1:03:57Okay, this is a really big arm workout.
1:04:02So, we need two cups of whipping cream,
1:04:08which I also will have to figure out the
1:04:11measurement in grams probably.
1:04:16So, I need Yeah, I guess another bowl is
1:04:18a whip.
1:04:31>> The blackberries. We're going to make
1:04:33what is the word for it? Like a topping.
1:04:39So,
1:04:41it's going to be kind of like a saucy
1:04:44blackberry
1:04:46topping.
1:04:51Whipping cream.
1:04:58We have milliliters.
1:05:00300 milliliters
1:05:03or 10 oz.
1:05:06I need a cup. [music] 250 is a cup,
1:05:09isn't it?
1:05:44So I just need to leave 50.
1:06:01238 gram for one cup. And this is 300
1:06:09milliliters.
1:06:21Ah, I keep pressing the wrong button.
1:06:26Uh, 300 is the volume.
1:06:33So, I need it to be
1:06:36238 g for a cup.
1:06:45Okay.
1:06:55Oh, wait. I forgot what number I was
1:06:57looking for.
1:06:59I was looking for two
1:07:0338 for one cup.
1:07:22238 right on the dot. Cool. Wait, now I
1:07:25think I need two cups, don't I? So,
1:07:29I [snorts] pressed the wrong button
1:07:30again.
1:07:58Okay, there we go. So, now we have to
1:08:01whip this. Whip this. Whip this.
1:08:09So, I guess I should use a a whisk.
1:08:16I have one of those from that set.
1:08:23We're going to be here for a while.
1:08:39It's going to get a little messy.
1:08:53Oh my gosh.
1:08:57Sorry. Spilling everywhere.
1:09:01Got to do it harder. It's going to
1:09:03spray.
1:09:17My arms are too tired for this.
1:09:26Why did I do arms today?
1:09:30Regrets.
1:09:32>> [snorts]
1:09:38>> This is hard.
1:09:42Hang on. Need a drink.
1:09:56You got to wear whipped cream.
1:10:03Yeah, who needs a gym? Just bake a
1:10:05cheesecake.
1:10:06It's all you got to do.
1:10:38takes longer than it's cold. Oh, really?
1:10:54I don't own an electric whisk. We're old
1:10:57fashion over here. I don't own measuring
1:11:00cups. Electric whisk.
1:11:03Bowls. We got to use our pots.
1:11:07[snorts]
1:11:09No wonder mama's strong. Yeah.
1:11:16Why does the cheesecake need cream? I
1:11:18don't know. That's what the recipe says.
1:11:19I make this recipe.
1:11:28I'm moving to Saskatchewan.
1:11:33Hi, Alex.
1:11:36Ah, I keep spraying myself.
1:11:47I I want to try it with my left hand,
1:11:49but my left hand doesn't know how to do
1:11:51things.
1:11:53Like, I can't do it with this hand.
1:11:57It doesn't work.
1:12:00[sighs]
1:12:06[snorts]
1:12:08>> We are going to be here for a while.
1:12:22She's got away.
1:12:31It's still so watery.
1:12:38There's cream everywhere.
1:12:48Hey guys, I started watching an anime
1:12:50last night. Some of you guys might be
1:12:53into anime called Death Note.
1:12:58It's pretty good.
1:13:05Um, I've watched about four episodes
1:13:07already. Going to watch some more
1:13:10tonight.
1:13:11But yeah,
1:13:15it's good. I haven't watched many
1:13:17animes. I've watched um
1:13:20what's that one that was like really
1:13:22popular?
1:13:24Titans something.
1:13:27I forget the name. I watched that one
1:13:31and some Avatar, but that's kind of it.
1:13:36But yeah, Death Note, that's pretty
1:13:38good. Maybe I should get into more
1:13:41animes.
1:13:43Yeah, Attack on Titan. That's the other
1:13:44one I watched.
1:13:56Cuz yeah, I've been trying to find more
1:13:58things to watch that's not just YouTube
1:14:00because I'm in a YouTube but funk right
1:14:02now for some reason. I used to like love
1:14:05YouTube. I wouldn't really watch TV or
1:14:07movies, but right now I can't find much
1:14:10on YouTube I want to watch.
1:14:22It's looking the same.
1:14:29But yeah, maybe less people are making
1:14:31long form content videos now because
1:14:33everything is so focused on short forms.
1:14:50Did you check out that shirt archive 81?
1:14:52Oh no, I forgot.
1:14:56I have a bad streamer brain. Like I
1:14:58forget a lot of things that I talk about
1:14:59on stream.
1:15:32Oh man.
1:15:36It's looks fluffy, but it hasn't changed
1:15:39in a little while.
1:15:41Treat it like I have to see. I need to
1:15:43have a competition. Does anyone want to
1:15:45start whipping cream and we can see who
1:15:47whips it faster?
1:16:10It needs to get to peaks.
1:16:15Challenge not accepted. Ah.
1:16:27I can't. What cream did he get? Is it
1:16:29just water? It says it was whipping
1:16:31cream.
1:16:32So, it sounded like the right thing
1:16:36here. Built for this Lego.
1:16:40Guys, I do have a Lego set that we might
1:16:42be making on stream.
1:16:45I got a Lego Wall-E
1:16:48and Eve.
1:16:53There's also I really want to get the
1:16:56Lego Toothless Dragon.
1:17:08Oh my gosh.
1:17:21>> I was going to get you a set also.
1:17:23Really?
1:17:28I do have my Amazon wish list up and
1:17:30working again. Um,
1:17:33but yeah, the Wall-E and Eve looked
1:17:35really cute.
1:17:42Such a good movie.
1:17:46I wonder up is also like a cute movie.
1:17:49Is there any Up Lego sets? I feel like
1:17:52there would be like the Up House or
1:17:53something maybe.
1:18:05Oh, there is. That would be a cute one.
1:18:07I also kind of want the Lego cat.
1:18:10And
1:18:14I do want more Lego flowers so I can
1:18:16always have flowers. I used to have some
1:18:18when I lived in Canada that I think Alex
1:18:21got me. Um, but I don't have them
1:18:24anymore. Unfortunately,
1:18:43it's not changing much.
1:18:46[sighs]
1:18:50Strawber.
1:19:12You want to be more vigorous. I just
1:19:14keep spraying cream all over the place
1:19:15when I'm vigorous.
1:19:19Ready,
1:19:23[snorts]
1:19:24steady.
1:19:26>> Go.
1:19:29>> What about Kdramas, sir? Those feel like
1:19:31all the rage. Yeah, I guess K dramas are
1:19:33getting more popular now. I've just
1:19:35gotten into K-pop. Actually, I used to
1:19:38not be really into it cuz I was like,
1:19:41"Oh,
1:19:42why would you want to listen to music
1:19:44that's not in like a language?" You
1:19:46know, like I I'm a lyric person. Like I
1:19:49really like listening to lyrics, but
1:19:53I've gotten into it
1:19:58more recently
1:20:02cuz their stage performances are
1:20:04sometimes crazy cuz they always have
1:20:06like crazy dances and choreography and
1:20:08like crazy music videos and I've come to
1:20:11appreciate it.
1:20:17I'm like, "Wow, it's a lot of work."
1:20:25>> Like whisking cream.
1:20:28[snorts]
1:20:43We need an apron. See, I have a sewing
1:20:45machine. I should make my own apron.
1:20:46Actually,
1:20:49I'm going to play some of my K-pop I got
1:20:51into. And it's very I feel like Sarah
1:20:54coded. They're called eyelets.
1:20:58And it's kind of like a dreamlike world.
1:21:04And um
1:21:08you know,
1:21:12it's very pastel and cute. A lot of the
1:21:16outfits they wear,
1:21:36>> I'm still getting cream everywhere.
1:21:43I can't. It's not changing anymore.
1:21:58As might have already been suggested,
1:22:00but you can put the handle between your
1:22:01palms and rotate the whisk.
1:22:08Does this actually work?
1:22:17Wait, it looks like maybe it's doing
1:22:19something. I can't tell.
1:22:24No, but it looks funny.
1:22:27Oh,
1:22:32>> wait. I feel like it did something
1:22:34though.
1:22:48I'm an electric whisk now.
1:22:56[snorts]
1:23:07Hey cream, can you pretty pretty please
1:23:11become stiff peaks for me? I would
1:23:14really really appreciate it if you've
1:23:16become a delicious beautiful cheesecake
1:23:19for my first attempt.
1:23:22Pretty pretty please with blackberries
1:23:25on top.
1:23:36>> [snorts]
1:23:54>> Yeah, maybe I just bought the wrong
1:23:55cream. Whipping cream might not be it.
1:24:02>> [snorts]
1:24:21>> I don't have a fighter quest. This is
1:24:23only with SC.
1:24:34>> [snorts]
1:24:36>> The cream was in the fridge.
1:25:01It's getting there. It's a little
1:25:03thicker now.
1:25:07Yeah. Maybe it doesn't want to be talked
1:25:08to nicely. Maybe it wants to get like
1:25:12a talking to
1:25:21>> [singing]
1:25:31>> My arm is so tired. I got [snorts] to
1:25:34tap in the left arm, but the left arm
1:25:36won't do anything.
1:25:39[laughter]
1:25:41I can't. My left arm
1:25:50Oh my gosh, guys.
1:25:56I think I damned. I did it.
1:26:00Wait.
1:26:05All of a sudden, [snorts]
1:26:09aha, queen.
1:26:13I did it. Okay.
1:26:16I don't know how that happened.
1:26:19Oh, it's on my pants now. Okay. Do Okay,
1:26:23now we can put this all in here.
1:26:39>> Success.
1:26:43100
1:26:45>> success.
1:26:53>> Hey, thank you Mitchi.
1:27:21Okay,
1:27:23we got lots of fill in now.
1:27:31Beautiful. Look how fluffy it is.
1:27:35Okay, now I just need you to see what
1:27:37the next step is.
1:27:45That was a hard step.
1:27:53Assemble.
1:27:57Spread the filling evenly over chilled
1:27:59[music] crust. Smooth the top of a
1:28:01spatula. Return to the refrigerator
1:28:03while making the topping.
1:28:06Okay, let's go get the
1:28:12uh pan thingy. I keep forgetting what
1:28:15it's called.
1:28:25Sorry, I'm just filling this up with
1:28:27water.
1:28:31Okay.
1:28:39Thank you.
1:28:49What?
1:28:52What?
1:29:16Okay.
1:29:22Yeah, sound [music] effects definitely
1:29:23help.
1:29:32So yeah, we make a topping, a blueberry
1:29:34topping that's like a saucy kind of
1:29:36topping.
1:29:41>> So that's what we'll be making next
1:29:43while this goes back into the fridge.
1:30:06kick chat. Maybe let's not spam so many
1:30:10emotes,
1:30:15>> but feel free to type and interact in
1:30:18chat.
1:30:27passion fruit topping. That sounds good.
1:30:29Actually,
1:30:31I wanted like some type of tart topping
1:30:35and blackberries came to mind just cuz I
1:30:37knew they were in season recently. So, I
1:30:40was like, "Oh, it'd be so cute to pick
1:30:41my own blackberries." It didn't work out
1:30:44that good cuz they're not in season
1:30:45anymore,
1:30:47but I tried.
1:30:49>> [singing and music]
1:31:00>> Oh, lemon cheesecake. Ah, that kind of
1:31:03sounds good. I've tried to make a um
1:31:06lemon mering in the past before
1:31:11and it didn't turn out super good. Lemon
1:31:13mering is kind of hard to [music] make.
1:31:30I think it's going to be delicious.
1:31:32Thank you.
1:31:38I wish honestly you guys could try
1:31:42everything I make on stream cuz I feel
1:31:44like it's so unfair and like I want
1:31:46people to actually know what it tastes
1:31:48like what we make.
1:31:51Like I wish
1:31:56and then I can make more things cuz how
1:31:58am I supposed to eat all this
1:32:00cheesecake? [laughter]
1:32:09Okay. Um so yeah, back to the fridge
1:32:12this goes.
1:32:14Oh, she's heavy. Oh my god,
1:32:20it's so heavy.
1:32:28Okay, so now we need to make a topping,
1:32:30which I think we do on the stove top.
1:32:36So, I might have to move where the
1:32:37cameras are.
1:32:48Thank [music] you.
1:32:50>> I wish I wish. So, yeah. Make blackberry
1:32:53topping. In a saucepan, combine
1:32:56blackberry,
1:32:58cinnamon, water, and lemon [music]
1:33:00juice. I forgot the lemon.
1:33:06Sad.
1:33:11Wait, it says blackberry preserves,
1:33:15>> not blackberries.
1:33:22>> Oh, but it says use fresh blackberries
1:33:24instead of preserves for a chunkier
1:33:26topping.
1:33:27Okay.
1:33:38So, I can still use the blackberries.
1:33:41Okay. So, we got to go wash the
1:33:43blackberries real good. And
1:33:48I need to get a pan or a pot. I need to
1:33:52wash one.
1:34:09Sorry, it's messy over here.
1:34:13Welcome to the mess.
1:34:23I probably
1:34:25can just do the smaller pot.
1:34:28I think
1:34:55buttery.
1:35:14Okay.
1:35:35I don't really know my neighbors.
1:35:36[music]
1:35:37My
1:35:38neighborhood, I haven't really met too
1:35:40many of them.
1:35:54Okay. Oh, right. I need to also wash
1:35:57these berries very well. [music]
1:36:02You wouldn't bother people suck. That's
1:36:04negative.
1:36:06We need to remember how nice the world
1:36:08is and that people are good. [music]
1:36:21>> [singing]
1:36:25>> Okay, we're going to wash these real
1:36:28good. [snorts]
1:36:34It actually only asks for like a third
1:36:36cup. I might have enough.
1:36:56Oh no.
1:37:05I don't really have the best the way to
1:37:08clean these. Um
1:37:12cuz I don't have a strainer.
1:37:26[snorts]
1:37:34I might just do them by hand.
1:37:56I should get a towel maybe and then
1:38:00dry them a little bit.
1:38:14>> Okay. Yeah, we'll do that just by hand.
1:38:17Okay.
1:38:37They're so fragile. Like they want to
1:38:39squish so bad.
1:38:45Okay.
1:38:53Hey, it's cheesecake time.
1:38:58I really hope this tastes good.
1:39:01Also, I think we might make some boba
1:39:03tea um once we finish this cheesecake.
1:39:08I have a boba tea set where we make
1:39:10tapioca pearls.
1:39:14And I feel like we should try
1:39:39What?
1:39:54Okay.
1:40:02Little dramatic.
1:40:06No, it's not a baked one. This one will
1:40:08be unbaked. We do need to cool it for
1:40:10like It says minimum. I can't say that
1:40:13word. Mim.
1:40:15Wait, no. Mini mom
1:40:194 hours to like let it set up. So, I
1:40:22might not be able to eat it on stream
1:40:23today, but next stream.
1:40:29But, we'll see.
1:40:52>> [music]
1:40:55>> Okay, last one.
1:41:06there.
1:41:24Okay, there we go.
1:41:27I dropped one in the sink. will have to
1:41:29go rescue it.
1:41:42Okay, let's make this happen.
1:41:48I'm really sad that Yeah, we can't eat
1:41:49it right away.
1:41:53We're going to have to wait.
1:41:57Okay,
1:42:05dry these off just a little bit. And
1:42:07yeah, I don't have a lemon, but that's
1:42:08okay. [snorts]
1:42:14So, we need 1/3 cup of blackberries,
1:42:17half a teaspoon of cinnamon, four cup of
1:42:20water, 3 tablespoons of corn starch, and
1:42:231 tbsp of lemon juice.
1:42:26I also kind of forgot about corn starch.
1:42:29Um,
1:42:31I might have it though.
1:42:34Salt,
1:42:36baking powder,
1:42:39yeast flour,
1:42:42corn flour. Dang it.
1:42:45Wait, I think corn flour is corn starch
1:42:47in England.
1:42:50I I might have to Google it,
1:42:53but I feel like I might be lucky. This
1:42:56might be corn starch.
1:43:02I think I have cinnamon. I do.
1:43:16[snorts] Yeah, it is. Okay, good.
1:43:22So, I have it. Just need to open the
1:43:25cinnamon.
1:43:27There we go. All right.
1:43:34Okay. Let's get over to
1:43:41[snorts]
1:43:42the stove.
1:44:21>> [snorts]
1:44:22>> It sucks cuz one camera is plugged into
1:44:24my laptop, so I have to bring everything
1:44:26over instead of just the camera.
1:44:27[clears throat]
1:44:29I didn't really think about this too
1:44:31well. [snorts]
1:44:47Okay,
1:44:49that's fine.
1:44:55[singing]
1:45:00What do I need to do?
1:45:05It is a detachable handle. Yes, they
1:45:09come off. So, it's better for storage.
1:45:11And yeah, you just switch them around.
1:45:14In a saucepan, combine blackberry
1:45:16preserve, cinnamon, water, and lemon
1:45:18juice in small bowl. Whisk.
1:45:23Okay.
1:45:25>> So, we need our blackberries, cinnamon,
1:45:27water. Okay. And then we turn on the
1:45:29heat. So, [snorts]
1:45:37blackberries.
1:45:50And my pots also came with like lids. So
1:45:52these can also you can have like
1:45:54leftovers in your pot and just put a lid
1:45:55on and put it in your fridge, which is
1:45:58quite nice. I think it's cool that you
1:46:01can do that. Okay, guys. Low key.
1:46:06What camera?
1:46:08That's kind of sad. Um, the amount of
1:46:11Blackberries I have. So,
1:46:15hear me out. Hear me out real quick.
1:46:22Do I pretend
1:46:25we picked these?
1:46:31Do Do I Do I pretend?
1:46:34Do we just add a few
1:46:38sweet and juice juicy blackberries?
1:46:49Look at the size difference between
1:46:52these.
1:46:54>> H suspicious.
1:47:03>> I feel like we will put a couple in
1:47:05there just so we have enough blackberry
1:47:08um topping cuz I want it to be very
1:47:12blackberry.
1:47:14So, I'm we're going to chuck a couple.
1:47:22So, we'll just pretend we found some
1:47:23real juicy ones.
1:47:30H. Some of those are not like the
1:47:32others.
1:47:39Actually, I want to change the camera
1:47:40angle maybe so you guys can see into the
1:47:42pot.
1:47:43But it might be hard to get the camera
1:47:46taller.
1:47:48I think to get the camera taller,
1:47:57I need to like make the legs taller,
1:48:01which is kind of a whole thing,
1:48:04but I'll do it.
1:48:14Oh, why can't I get it undone?
1:48:33Okay, you guys grew.
1:48:48That's a little better.
1:48:59There we go.
1:49:01Okay,
1:49:05you guys are tall.
1:49:12Okay, what else?
1:49:25>> Shower. I ate some of the Tesco
1:49:28blackberries. We need half a teaspoon of
1:49:31cinnamon.
1:49:38For a second, I didn't think that was
1:49:40cinnamon. And then we need a4 cup of
1:49:44water.
1:49:55Something like that. and 3 tablebspoon
1:49:59of corn starch
1:50:12and then we're good. [snorts]
1:50:30One, two.
1:50:37Okay.
1:50:39Sure.
1:50:41We'll mix that together. And then we
1:50:43need to cook just a little bit.
1:50:55It's already thick.
1:51:01Wow. Yummy.
1:51:06[laughter]
1:51:07Okay, let's turn on the heat.
1:51:31Get the whisk
1:51:36going.
1:51:42And then yeah, this goes on top of the
1:51:44cheesecake.
1:51:47I hope it gets nice and saucy. Honestly,
1:51:50I'm like, do I do more? But we'll see
1:51:52how it breaks down.
1:51:57Yeah, the the massive blackberries might
1:51:59might not be the ones I picked outside
1:52:02yesterday. We might have some impostors
1:52:05that I had to buy from the store. It's
1:52:07really hard to tell what ones I didn't
1:52:09pick.
1:52:22But we just needed a little boost.
1:52:39Oo, you know what? I could try to make a
1:52:40fla. I was eating fla in
1:52:46uh France.
1:52:50I've never made a fla or flan. I don't
1:52:53know how to pronounce it, but
1:52:56that could be good.
1:53:08It's getting darker.
1:53:20Okay.
1:53:22[snorts]
1:53:24Stir in saucepan. Cook over medium heat,
1:53:27stirring until thickened. Let cool. Top
1:53:29and chill.
1:53:31Pour
1:53:33the blackberry topping over the
1:53:35cheesecake. Spread evenly. Chill for
1:53:37four f four hours or overnight.
1:53:56Sorry, I do want to crush them a little.
1:53:58It's just cuz it's a topping.
1:54:10But [snorts] it's thick already.
1:54:19Okay.
1:54:21Smish, smoosh, smoosh.
1:54:26Okay. Nice berry topping.
1:54:36Nice. Okay, that looks good, I think. I
1:54:39don't know how sour it is.
1:54:51So, yes, it said let this cool before we
1:54:53add it onto the cheesecake.
1:54:57But yes, there we go. That's basically
1:55:01all the steps.
1:55:06This is what we have going on right now.
1:55:09It's so heavy. It's crazy.
1:55:12She's thick. But we got cookie crust,
1:55:18cream cheese,
1:55:20sugar, and whipped cream in the middle,
1:55:23and then berry compost on top. And then,
1:55:26yes, everything will set. and hopefully
1:55:29be yummy.
1:55:37Hopefully.
1:55:42Okay. But
1:55:46I kind of want to make a boba tea with
1:55:48you guys. Um, I just need to
1:55:53grab the container
1:55:57and I might switch where the camera is
1:56:00really quick.
1:56:04Welcome to the messy table.
1:56:18Okay. So,
1:56:22boba.
1:56:26I have this bubble tea boba kit.
1:56:32And we got tapioca pearls in here and
1:56:35fruit tea. So, we can make a proper like
1:56:39milk bubble tea.
1:56:44cuz it comes with the big straws
1:56:50and it comes with the tapioca pearls in
1:56:53here and it has like fruit.
1:56:58So, there's guava flavoring,
1:57:01watermelon. I forget what ones I did. I
1:57:04think I did a mango and melon so far. We
1:57:07got honey peach. These are for the fruit
1:57:10teas.
1:57:11And then they also have like little
1:57:14popping balls.
1:57:16These are popping balls, which I think
1:57:19are fun. Oh, and I got another green
1:57:21apple.
1:57:23And ly
1:57:25and raspberry.
1:57:28And my favorite is these little jellies.
1:57:32The texture of these are so crazy, but I
1:57:34love the texture of the jellies. Um,
1:57:39yeah, we got some tea. So, we got green
1:57:42tea or English breakfast tea. I think
1:57:46right now I want to make tapioca pearls.
1:57:51So, I think we will make an English
1:57:54breakfast tea and try to cook the
1:57:57pearls.
1:58:00So, let's see how to cook tapioca
1:58:03pearls. Use seven cup ratio.
1:58:06So if we do 100 grams of tapioca, use
1:58:09700 milliliters of water. Boil water on
1:58:12high in a deep pot. Once water is
1:58:15bubbling, add tapioca. Wait for it to
1:58:18bubble. Cook on high for 5 minutes,
1:58:20stirring regularly. Turn the temperature
1:58:23down and cook for another oh 30 minutes.
1:58:30Oh, okay.
1:58:33But yeah, I kind of want to try. So,
1:58:35let's see. I need to get
1:58:39another [sighs] pot cleaned really
1:58:41quickly here.
1:58:46Hello.
1:58:48I'm going to clean pot.
1:59:05It's buttery.
1:59:35Do I have like a cup to drink boba out
1:59:37of though?
1:59:42What could I use?
1:59:46Oh, I could use
1:59:49I have my protein shaker thing.
1:59:54That would probably work.
2:00:10Yeah, the the cake is um in the fridge
2:00:14right now cooling. We just finished
2:00:17making the topping for the cake, which
2:00:19we're letting cool and then we'll add
2:00:21that.
2:00:22And then it has to set for at least 4
2:00:24hours. It says it's better if it sets
2:00:26overnight. So,
2:00:29[sighs] I don't think we'll be tasting
2:00:30it on stream today,
2:00:33which is kind of sad,
2:00:38but
2:00:54I need the scale again, actually.
2:01:08It's a little dirty.
2:01:13So, it says if we do 100 g of tapioca,
2:01:19then we need 700 mls of water.
2:01:29I wonder how much 100 grams of tapioca
2:01:32looks like.
2:01:37H
2:01:42I guess I don't really know how much
2:01:44tapioca is normal cuz they kind of grow,
2:01:46don't they?
2:01:50But if I do
2:01:5350 grams,
2:01:57what's a seven cup ratio for 50 g?
2:02:07Does anyone know math?
2:02:21So, 350
2:02:23milliliters [snorts] of water. Oh, yeah.
2:02:25It's just half. Ah, Chad, you're smart.
2:02:28Okay.
2:02:33Okay. So, we need three 350.
2:02:39Okay. Uh, I can do that.
2:03:11Oh, okay. Well, I did a little extra.
2:03:13That's probably fine. Okay,
2:03:24welcome back. Okay,
2:03:27let me bring this over. So,
2:03:31boil water on high.
2:03:34Once Oh, once water is bubbling, add the
2:03:37tapioca. Okay, we already messed up, but
2:03:41that's fine.
2:03:43That is fine.
2:03:47My bad.
2:03:50Um,
2:03:53we'll just
2:04:04Oh,
2:04:09we'll just pretend that didn't happen.
2:04:11Ow.
2:04:21Steal the handle from this guy.
2:04:38I've accidentally caught these handles
2:04:40on fire just lowkey a little bit in the
2:04:42past.
2:04:44Um,
2:04:47yeah,
2:04:49cuz the fire goes over a little bit.
2:04:59It's hard cooking over here. [snorts]
2:05:03The fire is big.
2:05:06Okay. So, yeah. Okay. Um, so boil the
2:05:10water and then
2:05:13add the tapioca. Wait for it to bubble.
2:05:18Okay. So, we like
2:05:23Oops.
2:05:24Once it's bubbling, cook on high for 5
2:05:26minutes, stirring regularly. Turn the
2:05:28temperature down to medium and cook for
2:05:30another 30 minutes with the lid on. Stir
2:05:34frequently as needed. Okay, so we're
2:05:37going to wait for this to boil
2:05:40and then
2:05:42we need to stir.
2:05:47We'll use a spoon.
2:05:53Oh, I can show you some things I've made
2:05:56for my kitchen. I made this,
2:06:00which is a thing to rest your spoon on.
2:06:03It's a spoon rest for when cooking.
2:06:12Cute. I made it out of air dry clay.
2:06:17Wow, she's already bubbling. Start the
2:06:20count.
2:06:24Ew.
2:06:27What the
2:06:30Why does it look like that?
2:06:43Um,
2:06:46I fear I've messed up.
2:06:54Um,
2:07:03I think we might need to try this again.
2:07:10What the heck?
2:07:16Okay,
2:07:18[snorts]
2:07:19cuz I think all the tapioca is
2:07:21dissolved.
2:07:25There's no balls anymore.
2:07:33Okay. Well, we're just going to move
2:07:35that over there for now.
2:07:38Um,
2:07:40I can't throw that out cuz it's hot.
2:07:44But my other pot is taken. And these are
2:07:47the only pots I own.
2:07:57Uh,
2:08:00oh, okay. Um,
2:08:11is this cool now?
2:08:14Um, this might be cool enough to add to
2:08:16the pie or the
2:08:19cake. Maybe.
2:08:27Uh, maybe it's still a little too
2:08:32Um, yeah, I could put this in something
2:08:35else and let it fully cool down.
2:08:40Okay. Uh, let me find a bowl for you.
2:08:44That looks disgusting.
2:09:01Okay, we're going to add it to the shea
2:09:03bowl.
2:09:16I don't have enough room.
2:09:38Okay.
2:09:41Berry, berry, berries.
2:09:46Okay,
2:09:48let's make it in this pot.
2:10:00>> [snorts]
2:10:02>> See how hard this is to clean the thick
2:10:05berry sauce.
2:10:18Oh, it's not that sticky, actually.
2:10:23I thought it was going to be worse.
2:10:28Okay,
2:10:31let's try this again.
2:10:34So, we need 350 mls of water. We're
2:10:37going to boil that first.
2:10:41Um
2:10:45and then
2:10:47uh at the tapioca.
2:10:55Okay
2:10:58on.
2:11:00It's on. Okay. Let's start adding more
2:11:03water. [snorts]
2:11:18Oh, I added way too much.
2:11:28We're doing it exact.
2:11:33Exact.
2:11:39Let's get that out of here.
2:11:51Okay, let's try this again.
2:12:03Okay. Um, now I need to measure out 100
2:12:07g of tapioca.
2:12:20Let's quickly do that and then
2:12:32wait no 50 gram
2:12:4050 exact. Okay. And now we wait for this
2:12:44to boil really quick.
2:13:08Do you guys ever think you'd be just
2:13:10watching water boil?
2:13:30>> [snorts]
2:13:34>> Okay.
2:13:38Boil. Boil.
2:13:41I don't know how hot this This still
2:13:43looks really hot. I need this to cool
2:13:45down before I throw it out.
2:13:49Hopefully my garbage doesn't leak.
2:13:52This looks so disgusting. It's like
2:13:55sludge.
2:14:02>> [sighs]
2:14:02>> Okay.
2:14:10I really hope this cheesecake is good.
2:14:22I want it to turn out good. I will be
2:14:25sad if it's a waste, but like I think
2:14:29we've done everything right so far for
2:14:32the cheesecake
2:14:34to my knowledge,
2:14:37but I don't really trust myself, so who
2:14:39knows?
2:14:53Put it in the toilet. Do you think I
2:14:55should flush the goop?
2:15:00I don't know what to do with the goop.
2:15:26Okay. Are we boiling?
2:15:30No.
2:15:32[snorts] I'm impatient. Oh, yeah. I was
2:15:34doing a kitchen haul of things I've made
2:15:36in my kitchen,
2:15:38which is only two things.
2:15:41But I've also made this teaspoon rest
2:15:45that says, "Let's spoon." And then you
2:15:48put your teaspoon on it after you stir
2:15:50your coffee or your tea.
2:15:53How cute. So yeah, I've made a couple
2:15:56little things for the house out of clay.
2:15:58And I glazed it, too, so it's like extra
2:16:01fancy. But yeah, those are my little
2:16:04kitchen things I've made.
2:16:08Make it a little sarified in here.
2:16:16Now I need a fork rest.
2:16:21What else could I make
2:16:24for my house? We could probably make
2:16:26like little fridge magnets and things.
2:16:32Is that oven baked clay? It probably
2:16:34that is air dry clay. So you don't need
2:16:36to bake it. It just dries over time and
2:16:39then you can paint it.
2:16:41Um I've been making a few
2:16:45art projects with aird dry clay. Right
2:16:47now, we're making big buttons and we're
2:16:50putting them up on the wall.
2:16:54Okay, we're adding tapioca now. Things
2:16:56are happening.
2:16:595 minutes.
2:17:00Count.
2:17:13But these are going to grow.
2:17:27Okay, it's looking better so far.
2:17:31It's not sludge.
2:17:35Following the instructions is
2:17:38apparently helpful.
2:18:02You can make some food art for your
2:18:03wall. You have a food gallery on yours.
2:18:06Oh, like giant like a banana or like an
2:18:11apple like clay
2:18:14kind of like my buttons or am I thinking
2:18:17of something different?
2:18:19What is Yeah, like that. That would be
2:18:21cute actually for a kitchen.
2:18:27I do like that idea.
2:18:31That That is pretty cute. Instead of
2:18:34just circles and squares.
2:18:39Oh, we got a raid. Hey, baking with a
2:18:43BB.
2:18:46>> Hi guys.
2:18:48What were you cooking our bacon today?
2:18:55>> Welcome, welcome in.
2:18:59Hope you had a wonderful
2:19:02stream. Sorry. Oh, you did get a shout
2:19:04out. There we go.
2:19:08Monkey bread.
2:19:11Ah, that sounds familiar. I don't
2:19:14remember what monkey bread is. Is it
2:19:15like a sweet bread? like and like banana
2:19:19pudding kind of thing. Maybe
2:19:23maybe I should make some monkey bread.
2:19:24That sounds kind of good. I don't know
2:19:25if that's the right thing though.
2:19:29Oh yeah, a mineral pull apart thing. Oh,
2:19:31dang. That does sound really good.
2:19:38Yum.
2:19:40Um well, I hope it turned out good. Did
2:19:44you get to sample it on stream today?
2:19:47[snorts] Cuz unfortunately with what I'm
2:19:49making on stream, which is a blackberry
2:19:51cheesecake with blackberries I picked.
2:19:55It has to set for so long. I don't think
2:19:57I can test it on stream.
2:20:04It's a biscuit. It's biscuit pieces
2:20:06dipped in butter and then cinnamon and
2:20:08sugar and baked in a tube pan.
2:20:17All those things. Cinnamon sugar. Love
2:20:20cinnamon sugar.
2:20:28So good. I want to do more baking
2:20:31streams. I sometimes do cooking and
2:20:33baking streams when I'm at home. Right
2:20:36now, we're side questing and making boba
2:20:39tapioca pearls because we're waiting for
2:20:41my berry compost that I made to go on
2:20:45the cheesecake to cool.
2:20:48So, I decided to make some boba.
2:21:02Oh, yeah. I I'll show you my cheesecake
2:21:04really quick.
2:21:05Um,
2:21:06so after 5 minutes, turn the temperature
2:21:09down to medium and cook for another 30.
2:21:11Okay,
2:21:14like it's almost time to turn this down.
2:21:20Yeah. Okay, let's turn this down.
2:21:23And then it wants it covered for another
2:21:26like 30. Okay.
2:21:29Let's grab that cheesecake.
2:21:32I guess it doesn't look very impressive
2:21:34because it's uh just white, but
2:21:38we're cheesecaking. And then the berry
2:21:41compost will go on top.
2:21:48It's so heavy though.
2:21:54I never realized how heavy cheesecakes
2:21:56would be,
2:21:59but I guess it makes sense.
2:22:08Okay, what else? So, we let this cook on
2:22:12medium for another 30 minutes. Stir
2:22:14frequently as needed to reduce sticking.
2:22:17Once time is up, drain the water and
2:22:19quickly rinse the tapioca. Add sugar/h
2:22:22honey to the warm tapioca and mix.
2:22:26Oh, enjoy your tapioca and a drink or
2:22:29just alone.
2:22:33Oh, it says PS. If cooked tapiocos are
2:22:36left, use them for toppings on dessert.
2:22:38It tastes yummy.
2:22:42There you go. Okay, so I'm going to be
2:22:46making a milk tea with tapioca.
2:22:51And then for the milk tea, it says,
2:22:52"Place your chosen tea bag in a large
2:22:55pot or shaker.
2:22:58Add boiled water. Brew for two to three
2:23:00minutes, then remove.
2:23:04Add the whole pot of flavored powder to
2:23:06the brew tea and give it a good stir."
2:23:09Flavored powder.
2:23:13I don't know.
2:23:20what that means.
2:23:28I don't think there's flavored powder.
2:23:36I should be riding the bike while
2:23:37waiting. This is true. See, if I could
2:23:40have somehow whipped the whipping cream
2:23:43with my legs, we would have whipped it a
2:23:46lot faster than I did with my arms.
2:23:50How can we set something like that up?
2:23:56H,
2:24:00I wonder.
2:24:10cuz yeah I don't have a electric m whis
2:24:14whisker electric mixer so we had to do
2:24:18it by hand and I did an arm workout
2:24:20today at the gym and I was feeling extra
2:24:23sore and whisking
2:24:26[laughter] it's hard work but we got
2:24:29there
2:24:31took a bit of
2:24:34Sorry, I'm just slowly putting things
2:24:35away while we wait.
2:24:38My berry stuff might be cool enough now,
2:24:42but I don't want to mess up my
2:24:44cheesecake. I might put this in the
2:24:46fridge and then we can put it on.
2:24:50We'll just put it in the fridge for a
2:24:52little bit.
2:24:59Oh, yeah. Let's see what the gloop is
2:25:02doing.
2:25:05So, here's our mistake.
2:25:08I didn't follow instructions.
2:25:14And I made this
2:25:18beauty.
2:25:20It's still really warm and gloopy.
2:25:24It's not cool yet.
2:25:29How much to taste it?
2:25:32Alex, no.
2:25:46That's why the number $200 to taste the
2:25:49gloop.
2:26:07I don't even know. Is that enough?
2:26:10Ew.
2:26:48Sorry.
2:26:51[sighs and gasps]
2:26:57[snorts] How much for a single bite? Do
2:26:58I have to eat the bite?
2:27:02300.
2:27:04[laughter]
2:27:10Trying to think there's like
2:27:16There was something that I got dared to
2:27:18eat or taste
2:27:21on stream I think on the tandem tour
2:27:25that was like gross but I can't remember
2:27:26what it was now but I think we said a
2:27:30price and someone did donate it but I
2:27:33never got the money cuz it was given to
2:27:35Hitch.
2:27:37I forget what it was though.
2:27:51I really can't remember. So, it must
2:27:53have not been that bad.
2:28:04Sister, no. I'm like maybe it was like
2:28:07to lick something sweaty on him or
2:28:09something. [gasps] I don't remember.
2:28:15It was like how much to lick? Maybe I
2:28:17had to lick something.
2:28:39Now, how much money would you guys pay
2:28:40to lick hitch?
2:28:46Gross.
2:28:52[snorts]
2:28:55We know there's people that would love
2:28:57to buy his salty
2:29:00cycling jersey.
2:29:04>> No, you'd have to pay him for the
2:29:07privilege of tasting the cycling sweat.
2:29:18Don't turn that into a sound bit. No.
2:29:22Trevor has like the worst sound bit of
2:29:24all time of me.
2:29:38Okay, they're not sticking.
2:29:59Sorry, we need to switch the music.
2:30:06Soft pop mix.
2:30:17Ocean Eyes.
2:30:20Classic Billy Eyish.
2:30:22>> Feel like it's getting steamed up in
2:30:24this room from my cooking. Maybe I
2:30:27should open some windows.
2:30:34>> Oh, is it raining outside? Might be
2:30:36raining.
2:30:46eyes.
2:30:52>> But yeah, next thing I want to make on
2:30:55stream is a perogis.
2:30:58So
2:31:00I need to buy the ingredients, but I
2:31:03think that would be fun. I don't know if
2:31:06I should make [music] something else
2:31:07with the proies. What goes with perogis?
2:31:15Maybe I can make like some type of like
2:31:18side
2:31:19or some type of like sauce for them.
2:31:28I'll have to figure it out. Not sure.
2:31:30[snorts]
2:31:38>> [singing and music]
2:31:42>> The cake I made is not very scented
2:31:44though cuz I didn't have to bake it.
2:31:48>> So, the scent isn't
2:31:51going.
2:31:55Oh, yeah. I tried another mood patch.
2:31:59They're called happiness patches, I
2:32:01think. Um, I put one here on my arm and
2:32:05[music] it left a very nice circle on my
2:32:09arm that's been here for a few days,
2:32:12like 4 days.
2:32:14Um,
2:32:16but I said another one on. Hopefully it
2:32:20doesn't leave
2:32:21another spot on me,
2:32:27but we'll see.
2:32:35caramelized onions would be good. Yeah,
2:32:41maybe like some type of creamy sauce
2:32:44instead of sour cream. I could like see
2:32:48maybe like
2:32:50I don't know cuz I feel like I want to
2:32:53make croies and maybe something else
2:32:54with them.
2:33:01chin eyes.
2:33:03Let's see. How you doing? Oh,
2:33:08>> I think they're definitely growing.
2:33:14>> Oh, they sell them at Target. Yeah, I
2:33:16got these ones from Boots
2:33:19to give them a try.
2:33:24They're made in Sweden.
2:33:31>> [snorts]
2:33:38>> How is this sticker supposed to spark
2:33:39happiness? It has ingredients in it like
2:33:45mushrooms [music]
2:33:47and some other stuff which I kind of
2:33:49forget, but I don't know. I just thought
2:33:54I'd give it a go.
2:34:01Um, but yeah,
2:34:03>> lion's mane and some other stuff.
2:34:09It might all be placebo.
2:34:13>> I don't know. But I was like, "Oo,
2:34:15that's interesting. and I'll try it
2:34:18because
2:34:21[music]
2:34:21I do
2:34:23know
2:34:28I don't know what I'm allowed to say.
2:34:41Do I feel happier? Well, it's hard to
2:34:42say cuz at first I felt more distressed
2:34:44because now I have a weird rash on my
2:34:46arm.
2:34:49If you guys can see the circle,
2:34:52it's been here for almost like four or
2:34:54five days. So, I'm like, uhoh.
2:34:57[laughter]
2:34:58Don't know if that's made me happier.
2:35:00It's made me concerned. [music]
2:35:05>> So, don't know yet. But the first day I
2:35:08did it, I also was having a good day
2:35:11because I went to Manchester for the
2:35:12Melanie Martinez concert. So that was
2:35:16not a fair day to judge the patch on cuz
2:35:20like of course I was happy. I got to see
2:35:22one of my favorite artists live
2:35:26for the first time.
2:35:37Oh yeah, I want to show you guys my
2:35:38hoodie I got from the concert.
2:35:42Let me go quickly grab it because I
2:35:43bought some some concert merch.
2:35:49I'll be right back.
2:36:11Nothing.
2:36:22Okay.
2:36:28It's hard to see. Maybe in this camera.
2:36:30Maybe I should switch to the full
2:36:31camera.
2:36:37>> Action camera.
2:36:40>> It's green,
2:36:42>> but it's a nice green with my hair cuz
2:36:45it makes me feel like a fairy. Like a
2:36:47forest fairy with green hair or no,
2:36:52blonde hair green. [singing]
2:36:54Anyway,
2:36:56>> the back is quite pretty.
2:37:04And it has the toys on the bottom. It
2:37:06comes pre-stressed,
2:37:09so there's like holes and stuff in it.
2:37:11But yeah, Hades 246 [singing]
2:37:14the sacrifice store.
2:37:18>> But yeah, it's very thick and very soft.
2:37:22It has Yeah. some distress name on it.
2:37:25And each side of the arm has different.
2:37:29This will probably be hard to show.
2:37:32>> This side has berries and bees.
2:37:37And then this side
2:37:44says Hades
2:37:46hearts.
2:37:50Um, but yeah,
2:37:52>> I like it, but I'm not the biggest fan
2:37:56of pullover hoodies,
2:37:58>> and I have a couple other pullovers, and
2:38:01I'm tempted to learn how to DIY making
2:38:04it a zip up.
2:38:11[singing]
2:38:14I might potentially do some DIY
2:38:18>> because I more likely wear this.
2:38:25>> Sorry, I forgot to put this back on.
2:38:34Because yeah, zip-ups are nicer because
2:38:36you can regulate your heat more. And
2:38:40sometimes I feel a bit claustrophobic in
2:38:42a really thick pullover hoodie.
2:38:55So, I'm supposed to keep cooking my
2:38:57tapioca for another 30 minutes.
2:39:02So, I still have to cook these for a
2:39:04little bit of time here.
2:39:10>> But maybe I can work on the cake.
2:39:13>> Let's go look at the cake cuz I think
2:39:16the berry stuff will be cool enough.
2:39:20Yeah. Okay.
2:39:23We're going to pivot.
2:39:34Pivot. Pivot. Pivot.
2:39:54kind of want to use a spatula maybe.
2:40:17Okay, there we go. All right, let's do
2:40:19the berry topping.
2:40:38>> Wonder if this is enough to cover
2:40:40everything.
2:40:42>> We'll see.
2:40:57We should fall in love.
2:41:17Like I guess I don't have to go all the
2:41:18way to the edge.
2:41:20>> Maybe that's aesthetic.
2:41:42H,
2:41:44>> you know, maybe I think, yeah, I won't
2:41:47go all the way to the edge, but maybe
2:41:48with my other blackberries that I have
2:41:50left over, I can put them like
2:41:54kind of around the outside.
2:41:57That could be cute.
2:42:01Yeah, I think that's what we'll do. I
2:42:04need to wash them.
2:42:12But yeah, it looks nice.
2:42:22>> Okay. Yeah. Let's get some blackberries
2:42:29against them and clean them a little
2:42:31bit.
2:42:37And then these ones are the big
2:42:39aesthetic ones.
2:43:01I think I'll dry them a little bit
2:43:04though. [snorts]
2:43:08Maybe I'll do all of them.
2:43:34This is such a big cheesecake.
2:43:43Well, we'll start with this many and see
2:43:45how far they go.
2:43:56>> Okay.
2:44:14together.
2:44:31Okay, that's kind of cute.
2:44:35Um, and then
2:44:40like I could do some in here.
2:44:45I don't know if I have enough though.
2:45:01Okay.
2:45:07Fabulous. Look at my cheesecake.
2:45:22Oh my gosh,
2:45:24>> we made a cheesecake.
2:45:30>> Cheesecake.
2:45:33>> Look at her.
2:45:38>> Nice. But yeah, we got to let her set.
2:45:42So, back to the fridge.
2:45:47It's [snorts] so freaking heavy
2:45:53>> crazy.
2:45:59>> And then my tapioca is almost done
2:46:01cooking
2:46:11[singing]
2:46:12>> and then we'll have tapioca.
2:46:16Uhoh. I didn't stir it frequently
2:46:19enough. It's stuck a little bit.
2:46:22[snorts]
2:46:27>> Tapioca just needs another five minutes.
2:46:31>> Oh,
2:46:32so while we wait for the tapioca,
2:46:37I can get my kettle ready.
2:46:48Some water up in here.
2:47:17We'll bre the tea in this mug, but to
2:47:20drink the bubble tea,
2:47:23I think I will use my big shaker bottle.
2:47:38>> [singing]
2:47:50[laughter]
2:47:52>> Didn't expect that to happen with the
2:47:54tripod. [snorts]
2:47:57>> Fell apart.
2:48:00Anyway,
2:48:05this is what the tapioca is looking
2:48:07like. They look swollen.
2:48:10I hope that probably doesn't sound
2:48:12tasty, but
2:48:15they look ready.
2:48:17So, just a couple more minutes and then
2:48:20What did it say? I think we've rinsed
2:48:21them.
2:48:25Where's that card?
2:48:32Drain the water
2:48:34and quick rinse the tapioca. Add sugar
2:48:37and honey and mix. Okay,
2:48:42so we'll drain the water. There's not
2:48:45much water.
2:48:47And then just add a little honey.
2:49:14Oh yeah.
2:49:24Let's go rinse these
2:49:36or drain the water and then rinse. I
2:49:39don't know how to do that very well.
2:49:47Rinse. Rinse. Rinse. Rinse. Rinse.
2:50:12I don't know how rinsed they need to be.
2:50:16Oh, I lost a couple.
2:50:49That's probably rinsed enough.
2:51:02Okay.
2:51:04And the water is boiled. So
2:51:08we can
2:51:12brew a tea, add some honey, and then
2:51:15Yeah.
2:51:28Okay, we got the tea brewin.
2:51:31And then I just need to find that shaker
2:51:33bottle because I think that will be the
2:51:34best container to drink boba tea out of.
2:51:39Um,
2:51:41my shaker bottle is not in this room. I
2:51:44have to go grab it really quick.
2:52:00You need protein.
2:52:18quickly rinse this and then taste test.
2:52:38>> Oops.
2:52:43>> I didn't close that.
2:52:45Impossible.
2:53:07Look at that.
2:53:18Okay,
2:53:19>> so tea's brewing.
2:53:24>> Then all we need to do is add some honey
2:53:26to the tapioca
2:53:30and
2:53:34get some milk. I think
2:53:40add a little bit of honey in here.
2:53:44mix them.
2:53:50Hopefully they're not bad. I have no
2:53:52idea if these are going to be good or
2:53:53not.
2:53:59Just going to let the tea steep a little
2:54:01bit more.
2:54:06Okay, let's add these. Was it 200?
2:54:10Yeah, I didn't eat the gloop yet. The
2:54:12gloop is still on the stove top, though.
2:54:17We're going to add this gloop into here,
2:54:19though.
2:54:31There we go.
2:54:34Thank you
2:54:37uh Blair for the 43 months. Thank you.
2:54:40Thank you.
2:54:44Making cheesecake.
2:54:52I'm on two mics.
2:54:55Oh, hello. Hello. Why are we on two
2:54:57mics?
2:55:01How about now?
2:55:04Okay, we should be good. I don't know
2:55:06what happened.
2:55:08Not sure.
2:55:11Okay, we're brewing our tea.
2:55:16Think it's probably going to be done
2:55:17soon.
2:55:19[snorts]
2:55:21And then Yeah, just some milk.
2:55:24Yeah,
2:55:27almost.
2:55:41Got a few things to clean. This pan does
2:55:44not look like it's going to be fun to
2:55:46clean.
2:55:54Start soaking that.
2:56:00Yeah, that doesn't look fun.
2:56:05Okay, I think my tea is probably brewed
2:56:08enough. Let's Let's make
2:56:12some bubble tea or boba.
2:56:23Okay, there's our tea. Now, I'm just
2:56:25going to add some milk. So, it's a milk
2:56:28tea. I had some Thai milk tea the other
2:56:31day and oh, it was so good. It was like
2:56:34bright orange almost, but it was
2:56:36delicious.
2:56:46Okay. And this kit came with boba
2:56:51straws.
2:56:53So, we can actually
2:56:56get the boba.
2:57:01There we go.
2:57:03We got some boba tea.
2:57:09I wish I had ice cubes to make it iced,
2:57:13but I don't.
2:57:25could be sweeter.
2:57:29Maybe I'll add more honey.
2:57:31Do I have ice cubes? I don't think I own
2:57:34an ice tray.
2:57:40No,
2:57:42cuz Yeah, it'd be better iced.
2:58:05Tibs. That's pretty deep. We're not sat
2:58:07on the right rock for these deep
2:58:09conversations.
2:58:11We have life
2:58:14pondering thoughts on a specific rock
2:58:16outside sometimes.
2:58:31I do wish this was cold.
2:58:33[snorts]
2:58:35I wonder like if I put it in the fridge,
2:58:37will it be okay to have later?
2:58:47I really wish I had ice cubes.
2:58:54Anyway, the tapioca actually worked out
2:58:56like it's chewy tapioca like it's
2:58:58supposed to be.
2:59:01But yeah, it's just warm. It would be
2:59:03better iced for sure. Anyway, we made a
2:59:07boba tea and we made a cheesecake.
2:59:11We did it. But yeah, I won't be able to
2:59:13eat the cheesecake on stream today.
2:59:16We'll have to
2:59:18taste test it next stream
2:59:22because uh it needs to set. It says at
2:59:25least 4 hours or overnight is best. So,
2:59:28we'll wait. We'll let it set up.
2:59:32Sad. I really wanted to try it, but it
2:59:36will fall apart on me and we can't let
2:59:38that happen after all that hard work.
2:59:41So,
2:59:44I know it's kind of sad ending, isn't
2:59:46it? [laughter]
2:59:50Patience,
2:59:52but yeah, I will probably raid somebody.
2:59:55I'm not sure who's online right now. If
2:59:57there's another streamer cooking, let me
3:00:00know. We can send you to another cooking
3:00:02channel. that could be a good option.
3:00:06But I don't think I'll be streaming
3:00:09tomorrow.
3:00:11Uh because I got some plans. I might go
3:00:15to York and do some browsing
3:00:20and some vibing cuz I've been a few
3:00:23times to York, but I never get to go
3:00:26into the stores when I'm streaming. So,
3:00:29tomorrow I'm going to actually go inside
3:00:31all the shops. Um, so yeah, I might not
3:00:34be on tomorrow, but maybe the next day
3:00:36I'll be live and we will make perogis.
3:00:44Yeah,
3:00:46the kick donate for the
3:00:51failed bubble tea attempt. No, we didn't
3:00:53get our $200 donation for the sludge,
3:00:58guys. $200
3:01:00and I will taste test this horrific,
3:01:04beautiful sludge.
3:01:11This is what it looks like.
3:01:26Last chance.
3:01:29[laughter]
3:01:32M. Yum.
3:01:36[snorts]
3:01:48Okay, let's see if I can find a streamer
3:01:51[snorts] um cooking.
3:02:06Wait, where do I see Twitch categories?
3:02:08They updated the app and I don't know
3:02:10how to use it.
3:02:13Live
3:02:15>> [snorts]
3:02:16>> Wait, can you search categories anymore?
3:02:19>> Browse.
3:02:21>> Categories.
3:02:30Uh, there's food and drink. I guess
3:02:36someone's making a chocolate cake.
3:02:41Eat dad's tent camping prep. A, we
3:02:45should rate E. Dad's.
3:02:48That's pretty cute.
3:02:50Okay, I'm going to send you to dad.
3:03:10Okay, guys. Sending you over to eat a
3:03:12dad's. I don't know what he's making,
3:03:15but I think he's getting ready for
3:03:17camping.
3:03:19Tend camping prep. So, maybe there's
3:03:22some camping talks in there, too. But
3:03:25yeah, thanks for joining me today.
3:03:28[snorts]
3:03:29Um, I'll be back, not tomorrow, but
3:03:32maybe the next day to make some perogis
3:03:34with you guys and taste test some
3:03:36cheesecake.
3:03:38But yeah, I hope you enjoyed this little
3:03:41cheesecake stream. I got a lot of dishes
3:03:44to do, but that's all right. I also got
3:03:47to go make some dinner probably. What
3:03:49time is it? It's 8. Yeah, I definitely
3:03:53should get on dinner. Let me preheat an
3:03:56oven.
3:03:59But yeah, thanks for joining. Hope you
3:04:02had fun. I hope everyone gets to eat
3:04:04some cheesecake soon because [music] we
3:04:06all deserve some cheesecake. And yeah,
3:04:09I'll see you next time.
3:04:12Might also squeeze in some art and Zift.
3:04:14We'll see how the day goes our next
3:04:16stream, but I'll keep you updated on
3:04:18Discord
3:04:21um when I'll be live next. But yeah,
3:04:24thank you. Thank you.
3:04:26Um, yeah, I got to go clean dishes.
3:04:30I'm not excited to clean the sludge, but
3:04:33I will. But yeah, thank you for joining.
3:04:36I'll see you guys next time. Goodbye.
3:04:39[singing]
