5:51it's like the right ingredients and

5:54things that I need to make this cuz

5:56we're trying out a new recipe I've never

5:58made before

6:00I also don't really know how to say it

6:01properly I learned when I was in South

6:03Korea but then I kind of forget it's

6:06like Tachi tabuki it's like the rice

6:09cake dish um that has like this red

6:12sauce on it um we had it quite a few

6:16times when I was there I'd have to ask

6:18them to take out the sausages and the

6:20fish cakes but once those were gone I

6:22love the dish so we're trying to make

6:25our own version

6:27today um I'm making there's different

6:30types I'm making the Rosé version so

6:33it's a bit more cheesy and creamy and

6:35not as spicy so we're trying to make the

6:38Rosé version I had like my favorite dish

6:42of toachi after I finished the Bike Tour

6:46on juu I got a really big

6:48bowl of it and it had like noodles in

6:51there it had rice cakes it had like

6:53little quail

6:54eggs and it had cabbage in it which was

6:57really nice so inspired by that one that

7:00I had after the bike trip um but first

7:05things first I think I need to make um

7:09coffee so I'm going to go make some

7:12coffee which is boiling water on the

7:15stove

7:22so let's boil some

7:26water and then hopefully I'll have what

7:30made at some point

7:35today there's not that much good

7:37lighting for the kitchen

7:44um I don't know now it's super

7:47dark I don't know if these lights make

7:49it worse or make it better now it's dark

7:51but these lights are very

7:55yellow I have not found the U-Haul key

7:58Trevor Has one in his

8:01wallet which is super convenient I don't

8:03think he's going to mail it to me cuz

8:06he's in the middle of a hitchhiking

8:10trip so I think I have to enlist some

8:13family to

8:16uh cut off my U

8:19lock my one uncle has a grinder

8:22apparently I just feel really bad cuz I

8:24have to drive from a different like town

8:27or city to get all the way where we are

8:30but they did offer a grinder to grind

8:33off my lock for the U-Haul I did get a

8:37call today the haul is being dropped off

8:40tomorrow between a time and a time but I

8:43won't be able to get into it

8:45tomorrow but I'll be here on my driveway

8:48so it's good it's finally

8:51arriving we've waited so long for

8:56it yeah and then at least I could see it

8:58like w it's actually

9:00here so I'm glad I got that call

9:08today so that is good that's good news

9:11but yeah it's going to be so awkward cuz

9:13we're going to have like a U-Haul

14:59yeah tobaki are chewy Korean rice cakes

15:16down how to prepare I use chilled fresh

15:19tabuki and I follow the directions to

15:22prepare

15:41sugar oh no it's not sugar it's

15:45Sagar okay directions got them add oil

15:48to a pan and heat over medium heat add

15:52onions garlic and sauté until

15:55fragrant once fragrant pour and stock or

16:00water along

16:02with

16:05goang

16:06and

16:09goar and light soy sauce honey and

16:11sesame oil stir to

16:14combine and allow to come to a boil

16:21okay so we pour in all the Saucy things

16:25and then once it's bubbling we add in

16:27our rice cakes

16:29and add in our noodles and our veggies

16:33of choice I think and then we just pour

16:35in some heavy

16:37cream and um sprinkle some mozzarella to

16:40melt over

16:42it yeah it doesn't seem too

16:47hard just got to make the sauce really I

16:52think I wonder if those rice cakes have

16:54to be refrigerated or not I'm still

16:55confused about

16:57that

17:05so this recipe is just how to make Rosé

17:08tuuk but I don't know there's always so

17:11much info before you get to the

17:16recipe is I could still find about 10

17:19ways to mess this up

17:23yeah I I wonder what I'll mess up I

17:29ingredients I think some of my stuff

17:31might be slightly

23:08need bedside tables we need a bed frame

23:12we have a lot of things we still have to

23:13buy for this

23:15house and it's a bit overwhelming at

23:19times cuz there's just like so many

23:20things we don't have we've done really

23:22good with the living room so far we're

23:25missing a lamp we want to have a lamp

23:28in this corner beside the day bed so we

23:31don't have to have like the big light

23:34on but we're still looking for one of

23:36those

23:41um yeah and we still need a TV what's it

23:45called the thing you put your TV on a TV

23:48console I guess cuz we we're not sure if

23:51we're allowed to wall mount it here or

23:53not so we have to ask so we need to buy

23:55a

24:03have literally nothing in

24:35get but yeah I don't think your mattress

24:37is supposed to be on the floor um I

24:40think that's like one of the things

24:41you're not supposed to do with it but

24:42ours has been on the floor

24:44for 13

24:49days but we just don't know what we want

24:52and everything is so

24:56expensive

25:01we're cooking today a South Korean dish

25:04that I had when we were traveling

25:06through there I don't know if I'm saying

25:08it anywhere close to high you're

25:10supposed to say it but it's like

25:12tii it's a Korean spicy rice cake

25:17dish you've been looking at bed frames

25:20too so much Choice yeah and like some of

25:24them are so expensive for the bed frames

25:28we want like a wood one like a lighter

25:30wood to contrast like the

25:34floor but yeah we haven't found anything

25:37that we like for the

25:39price so it's on the

25:42floor but we got our bed on

25:45sale as we do um we bought the floor

25:50model from the mattress

25:52shop and that worked out fine so it

25:55wasn't second hand mattress but it was

25:57the one that was on the floor most of

25:59our things are like

26:00secondhand and Trevor and I learned that

26:02we really like firm beds and we think

26:05it's cuz we sleep on the ground a

26:08lot I don't know we're not used to

26:10really squishy

26:12beds so when we're trying them out like

26:15we like the ones that it almost feels

26:17like you sat on a table at

26:19first we tried one it was literally

26:22called Bedrock because it has cement in

26:26the mattress like it was SM

26:28infused mattress called bedrock and that

26:31was like one of our

26:34favorites very like

26:37table but then they have like a little

26:39bit of a cush so if you sleep on your

26:42side your hips don't hurt

26:44but I thought it was funny that we

26:46almost got a matches called

26:48Bedrock you as cuple yeah but like

26:53whenever we would tell the salesperson

26:54we like oh well just cuz you're used to

26:56it doesn't mean that's what you're body

26:58wants we're like but we like it they're

27:01like really trying to convince us

27:04that

27:06no they wanted to see like how our body

27:09reacted to laying on

27:12it so you ever bought a house we did not

27:15buy a house we um are

27:17renting currently we moved from

27:21Victoria British Columbia Canada to

27:26Alberta can so we move provinces cuz

27:29rent and houses here are so much more

27:32affordable compared to where we were so

27:35we're paying basically the same amount

27:37of

27:39rent uh for a three-bedroom townhouse

27:42compared to a micro

27:44Suite so that's why we

27:50moved hopefully one day I'll be able to

27:54have a house that I own cuz I like to do

27:56DIY projects and make things

27:58personalized but renting you can't do

28:01that like too extreme there's a few

28:04things that I can like change and make

28:07my own but I can't paint the beige

28:11walls the beige walls hurt me a

28:14little we really want some accent walls

28:25ask thought this be closer to me and I'm

28:27closer to my family too to be honest

28:38calary because all my family is here I'm

28:41like why would we go there when all my

28:56have babies babies so I get to meet

28:58their babies I know that kind of sounds

2:23:49basement the last people in this house

2:23:51lived here for 5

2:23:53years so I think they just constantly

2:23:55are renting

2:40:20dish let me go show you it

2:40:24so I did a lot of Irish beames in South

2:40:27Korea a couple months

2:40:28ago and we made the dish today okay it

2:40:35dry now but this was it

2:40:40tobaki made with Korean like rice cakes

2:40:48yeah so we cooked this it doesn't look

2:40:53now and then my partner went on um on a

2:40:58trip and we had like 30 full-size

2:41:02chocolate bars he's like okay Sarah I'm

2:41:05going to hide chocolate bars around the

2:41:07house so when you want chocolate I'll

2:41:09give you a hint and you can find it or

2:41:12you can like when you want chocolate you

2:41:14can go find it

2:41:16so I don't eat it all in like one night

2:41:17cuz I'm bad um so we did a treasure hunt

2:41:21around the house and we found some

2:41:23chocolate we searched the entire first

2:41:27floor of this house didn't find any

2:41:29searched all over the bottom we finally

2:41:32found one so we found one out of

2:41:36nine so we just finished doing that and

2:41:40now we are doing a painting stream

2:41:46so we're working on this painting here

2:41:48it's going to be flowers with like faces

2:41:50on

2:41:51it um that's what we're up

2:41:57to I I typically do IRL streaming um in

2:42:02different countries like travel

2:42:04streams um so yeah I just finished a

2:42:07Japan South Korea and Taiwan trip where

2:42:10we did like a lot of like walking is

2:42:12streams we did some bike

2:42:14touring I'm mostly known for bike

2:42:16touring in different countries but we

2:42:18just moved house a week ago so we're

2:42:21making some art for the

2:42:23house and just doing some home streams

2:42:26while I'm in between trips so that's

2:42:29what we got going

2:42:31on right now so thanks for the

2:42:42a lot of the viewers like cozy Arch

2:45:37Spain Belgium France the UK South Korea

2:45:43Taiwan I I don't know how places that

2:45:46was but I think that's everywhere we we

2:46:04biked but I'll be doing a bike trip next

2:47:16hard uh going down a hill and dislocated

2:47:20my knee in the falling process well live

2:47:24and yeah I wasn't allowed to bike for a

2:47:26month the doctor told me that they don't

2:47:29want me to ride a bike for a month at

2:47:30least so I couldn't bike to twitchcon so

2:47:33my bicycle is still in the UK where I

2:47:36crashed so I have to go on a rescue

2:47:39mission to get my

2:47:43bike so yeah my my bike has been in the

2:47:45UK for like a

2:47:48year I have to go rescue

2:47:51her but we had a viewer um take the bike
