0:00There are two indicators I use every

0:02single day. They're incredibly simple,

0:04extremely reliant, and after 6 years of

0:07trading, these two indicators are part

0:09of the reason I became a profitable

0:10trader. In this video, I'm going to

0:11expose my complete setup as well as the

0:14rules I use with these indicators. And

0:16then I'm going to show you guys live

0:18real trades so you can see the execution

0:21with live market data. Before I get

0:22started, just a quick disclaimer. This

0:24is for educational purposes only. I am

0:26not guaranteeing any results. I'm just

0:29sharing my journey, what I found, and my

0:32strategy. So, don't take this as

0:35financial advice. This is not financial

0:36advice. Now, let's get straight into it.

0:38We're going to go over my complete true

0:39indicator strategy that I use every

0:41single day. But keep in mind, guys,

0:43trading is not a get-rich quick

0:44business. I've been trading for over 6

0:46years, and it took me over two to become

0:48profitable. However, using this

0:50strategy, I've been able to do some

0:52pretty cool stuff, including making over

0:54$4,000 today. Let me show you. $4,325

0:58in the day. So, the goal of this video

1:00is to show you the same exact simple

1:02approach that I use every single day.

1:04First things first, I want to show you

1:06guys exactly how to set up these

1:07indicators. So, here we're going to pull

1:10up Trading View and I'm going to delete

1:11everything on my chart. As you can see,

1:13I deleted everything on my chart. Now,

1:16as you guys can see, this is a blank

1:17chart. I'm going to show you guys what

1:19to do step by step. So, you're going to

1:21search in the first thing volume

1:26weighted

1:28average price or in other words called

1:30VWOP.

1:32Once we have VWOP to your charts, it's

1:34going to look very weird. There's going

1:35to be these three lines in these zones,

1:36but this is not how I use it. So, now

1:38once you're at Trading View, we're going

1:40to click on VWAP.

1:43We're going to click on settings.

1:46Then, we're going to go to style. You

1:48see how it says VWOP upper band lower

1:51band fill? You're going to uncheck upper

1:54band up. Uncheck lower band. Uncheck

1:58band fill. Stay on VWOP. And you like to

2:01make it yellow because that's just the

2:02color of VWOP. It's got to be yellow. So

2:04once we have our VWOP, that's it. As

2:06simple as that. We click okay.

2:09And we have obviously our extended hours

2:11and all that. Now we want to add the

2:13other one. The other one is an EMA. So,

2:15we're going to put in moving average

2:18exponential. So, or you can just put in

2:20EMA. It's going to come up moving

2:23average exponential.

2:25So, 98. I've said both in videos. I

2:29honestly I've been using the eight. So,

2:31you go to inputs, you go to eight, you

2:35click okay. Really no big difference at

2:38all. And that's literally all you do.

2:40So, settings, lengths, eight, source,

2:43close, offset, all this stuff. Style, I

2:47like to keep it blue.

2:51And then that's it. Now, we have the

2:54VWAP and the 8 EMA on our charts. Again,

2:58eight or 9 EMA, you could use whatever.

3:00So, we have these both on our charts,

3:02and these are the two indicators that I

3:04use. So, now I want to explain what I do

3:06with these indicators. So, first off,

3:08let's start off with VWOP. VWOP's a

3:10volume weighted average price. What this

3:12basically means is that VWAP tells us

3:14what the average trading price of the

3:16day is for a certain stock. This is

3:17always a very big area. So I have a very

3:20big rule as well. I never take calls

3:23under VWAP and I never take puts over

3:25VWAP. This helps me identify where

3:27buyers and sellers are as well as VWAP

3:30is always a big retest spot. So, if VWAP

3:33is under the pre-market low, then I'm

3:35looking to take puts on a VWOP retest,

3:38not a pre-market low retest, which I'll

3:40go over the full strategy in a bit. But,

3:42as you can see here, how VWAP is under

3:45our pre-market low, that means you're

3:47taking a VWAP retest, not a pre-market

3:49low retest. Because if it gets above

3:51VWAP, you can't take puts. That's our

3:53rule. And then the EMA is what I

3:56basically use for two different reasons.

4:00The biggest reason is it helps me

4:02identify when I should sell a stock or

4:04not. The EMA can help you catch huge

4:06wins because what it basically does is

4:10my rule with it is when I'm holding

4:12runners on a stock, as long as the stock

4:15stays above the EMA on a 5m minute, then

4:18I'll stay in. So, as we can see on this

4:20example, say you took a VWAP retest or

4:23something like that, right? You see how

4:24it just stays under the EMA, under the

4:27EMA, under the EMA until right here.

4:30That means you wouldn't exit your

4:31position until right here. So again,

4:34you'd also trade EMA retest, but those

4:36are more scalps. I like using it better

4:38for um holding my trades, but you could

4:41also trade EMA retests. So recap, VWOP,

4:44you could trade retest on it. It also

4:46tells you if you could buy calls or

4:48puts. So if a stock's retesting

4:50pre-market high, but it's under VWOP,

4:52we're not going to take calls on it. If

4:54a stock is under pre-market low, but

4:56it's above VWOP, we're not going to take

4:57puts on it. And the EMA helps us know

4:59when to sell or not. So, now that we

5:01have these two indicators in place, let

5:03me show you some real examples using

5:05these indicator. Before I do that,

5:07coincidentally, so check this out real

5:09quick. This Apple pre-market high

5:10retest. So, we got a Apple pre-market

5:13high, 5m minute close above, a little

5:15retest, and then another retest. And

5:18what happened after this retest? Look.

5:21So, we kind of retest this pre-market

5:23high. We're above VWOP. And then look,

5:27it doesn't break under the EMA until

5:29right here, $4.

5:32Isn't that insane?

5:34Pretty cool. But now, let me show you

5:36guys another real example. So, this is

5:38an EMA retest. As you can see here,

5:41Apple retests pre-market high. So, we

5:43take calls. It's over VWAP, so we're

5:45good. And then it doesn't break under

5:48the EMA until right here. So, we don't

5:50sell any of our position until right

5:51here. Again, it's pretty simple. Like,

5:54you just use the EMA as a level to tell

5:57you when to sell your runners a lot. You

5:59can go to IWM. Even today, I'm pretty

6:01sure there was an example there. So,

6:05IWM,

6:07as you can see, I just showed that

6:08example, but we got a VWOP retest number

6:10one,

6:13and then dump. And you see as it stays

6:15under the EMA and now we're under a

6:17pre-market low. We got a VWOP retest

6:19extremely A+ right here and then we

6:22dumped to low a day. But on this one,

6:24you would have taken most your position

6:26out over here once it got above. We have

6:28more examples though. So IWM

6:32VWOP retest

6:34above the EMA doesn't get under the EMA

6:36till all the way up here. Doesn't get

6:39much better than that. Now let's send

6:41another one. Oh, this one. This is NX.

6:43This is like an extremely A+ one. When

6:46you have VWAP lined up with a pre-market

6:48high or pre-market low, that's where the

6:50magic happens because not only do you

6:52have one confluence like a pre-market

6:54high retest, but you have two

6:55confluences, a pre-market high retest

6:57and a VWOP retest. So, right here, we

6:59get the pre-market high and the VWOP to

7:01retest. And then, as you can see, we get

7:03a really nice rip. Then, we fall bel

7:06slightly below the EMA, but we're still

7:08kind of holding it. And then, right here

7:10is where it really gets under the EMA.

7:12So again, really nice trade there. You

7:14can take a VWAP retest and a pre-market

7:16high retest. You hold against the EMA

7:18and let your runners run. Or like I

7:21think this stock did really well today.

7:23As you could see,

7:25riding VWAP off the open, riding the

7:27EMA. No reason to sell. No reason to

7:30sell until about right here, which

7:33again, that's a freaking huge trade. So

7:35I'll show you live example. This is how

7:36I made most of my money today. It was on

7:39Palunteer. So let's show you what

7:41happened.

7:42PLTR.

7:44As we could see,

7:46we come down, we retest VWAP, and we're

7:49above pre-market high. We're above

7:52pre-market high, and then we come and

7:53retest VWAP. So, what does that mean?

7:56This means we're taking calls here. It's

7:57a VWOP retest, above pre-market high,

8:00one of the strongest stocks of the day.

8:02Then, what happens? We get a huge rip.

8:04We're above the EMA, above the EMA. We

8:06don't break under the EMA until right

8:08here. That's a really nice trade.

8:11doesn't get simpler than that because if

8:12it got under VWAP, we would have just

8:13taken the loss. It didn't though. We

8:15caught a nice win. And on this trade, I

8:17took two trades today. On this trade, I

8:21made 3,267

8:24on that one. And then I took one other

8:26one as well on the Apple that I showed

8:27you. So, really, really, really nice

8:29trade here on this VWOP retest. And um

8:33yeah, I mean, it doesn't get more A+

8:35than that. So, let's do a little recap.

8:38VWAP we use for retest and to know if we

8:40can buy calls or puts or not. EMA we use

8:43to know if to sell or not. You also

8:44trade EMA retest sometimes. Some of the

8:47key lessons to remember with these

8:48indicators is that the power of an EMA

8:50is absolutely insane because all you

8:51have to do is watch the EMA. Watch as

8:54the stock rides the EMA and as long as

8:55it doesn't get under the EMA, you could

8:58hold. And it's like a trailing stop loss

8:59for you. But it's like based off real

9:02data based off the last 8 days of market

9:05price action. And the VWAP's literally

9:07telling you everyone's average price of

9:08the day. Think about how psychological

9:10that is. Because when people go from up

9:12a lot to down a lot to up a lot to even

9:15on their positions, like what do you

9:16think they do? They usually buy more. Or

9:19when people go from down a lot to up,

9:22they usually think, "Oh, let me sell."

9:24And it just kind of gives you that edge

9:25of knowing like, "Okay, this is the

9:27market's average." So that's why I use

9:29VWOP a lot. And as you can see, like, go

9:31pull up VOP on any chart. Don't just

9:33look at what I'm showing you guys. Go

9:34back test it. It freaking works. And it

9:37shows that simplicity is so much more

9:40than complexity. So, I'll really try and

9:42simplify it. And just a reminder, like

9:44these indicators, they won't change your

9:45life. They won't change your trading,

9:47but they will help you navigate the

9:48markets a lot. They're very helpful

9:50tools and they'll help side side by side

9:52with price action. They really will.

9:54Before I end this video, I want to go

9:56over one last point, and it's that you

9:58can have the best trading strategy, you

10:00can have the best trading system, you

10:02could be the best trader in the world,

10:04but if you're not disciplined, if you

10:05don't have patience, and if you're not

10:07able to win the battle of you versus you

10:10every single day, then you're not going

10:11to make it. You're not. But if you're

10:13one of those people that gives it their

10:14all, you wake up every single morning

10:17ready to crush it, you deserve to win.

10:20It's like you have that feeling like I

10:21just had that feeling every single day

10:23where it's like I'm going to be a

10:24profitable trader. I'm going to be a

10:26profitable trader. I'm going to be a

10:27profitable trader. I will do everything

10:29I could to be a profitable trader. I

10:30just had that feeling 24/7. It would

10:33never go away. It would be in my head

10:34all day. I couldn't sleep at night

10:36literally because I would just sit there

10:38in my bed thinking, why am I not a

10:40profitable trader yet? I need to be a

10:41profitable trader. And it would just

10:43drive me insane. It would drive me

10:45insane that I wasn't a profitable

10:47trader. So, if you feel like that and if

10:49you feel like you need to be a

10:50profitable trader, if you feel destined

10:51to be a profitable trader, then don't

10:53give up because it's not just a feeling,

10:56but it's a calling. It's meant to be.

10:58And my goal is to help you guys learn.
