0:00Ben how can we deliver a group

0:02presentation successfully this is a

0:05question that I got in one of my recent

0:06workshops let me share with you what I

0:08told them

0:24there are five major things that you and

0:28your team have to do to deliver your

0:30group presentation successfully the

0:33first thing you have to plan out your

0:34design basics what colors are we going

0:38to use what fonts are we going to use

0:41yeah what are our divider slides very

0:44important that you plan out these things

0:46and during this design planning part you

0:49also have to make a decision because you

0:51have really two options here option one

0:54everybody has the same font the same

0:57font size everything looks the same

0:59basically if somebody looked at your

1:01presentation it looked like one single

1:03person made it the other option is that

1:07basically each for each of you you have

1:09your own separate presentation and you

1:12put them all together in that case I

1:14just recommend try to use the same fonts

1:17and the same colors at least the benefit

1:20when everything looks the same it looks

1:23great but at the same time though it

1:26takes a lot of time sometimes it takes

1:28off communication love getting together

1:30to make it really look the same the if

1:33you have separate presentations the

1:36benefit is really you save time ok it

1:39looks a little bit different but it also

1:41looks a little bit more realistic like

1:43these are your real work presentations

1:45from each single member so which one are

1:48you gonna pick the decision is yours

1:51number 2 let your very best presenter

1:55present first and your second best

1:57presenter and last now why is that very

2:01simple the introduction part of your

2:03presentation and the conclusion part of

2:05your presentation are so critical

2:08they're so important especially the

2:10introduction you have to win over the

2:12audience instantly you have to show them

2:15this is going to be an exciting and

2:16interesting presentation yeah or if it's

2:19a serious presentation at least you need

2:21to have somebody who is confident just

2:23so you give off the right image to your

2:25audience but really the best presenter

2:27should be first and the second best

2:29should be last because that way you

2:32start strong and you also finish strong

2:36number three you want to transition

2:38smoothly now one of the biggest mistakes

2:42that I see when people deliver their

2:43glue presentation is the transition from

2:46person to the next person from presenter

2:49to the next presenter is not so smoothly

2:51you know one runs of the stage the

2:54another one just runs up that's not a

2:57great way to do it so how can you do it

2:59well but you can use what I call IME I

3:02am e stands for intro message and energy

3:06now here's an example of IME first you

3:09want to introduce the person right so

3:11you can say next everyone is Christina

3:13she's our vice president of marketing

3:15and then next M your message right here

3:20you can share what Christina is going to

3:22talk about Christina is going to talk

3:24about how we can increase our revenues

3:26by 15% over the next year and then

3:29lastly e energy right let's give

3:32Christina a began or while you

3:36transition to Christina give her a high

3:38five or think about another creative way

3:41how can you add energy and introduce her

3:44with a lot of excitement number four if

3:47you have a weak team member support them

3:51this is the great thing about a group

3:54presentation even if you have a weak

3:57presenter

3:58yeah because as a team you probably have

4:01at least one or two strong presenters so

4:03you can support the weaker person really

4:07really great my recommendation is that

4:09in advance when you plan out and you

4:11practice your whole group presentation

4:13you let the weaker team member know give

4:16your best but in the worst case I can

4:19help you a little bit I can jump in like

4:22for example if they get a tough question

4:23and they cannot answer it that well or

4:26they're too nervous to answer it one of

4:29your stronger presenters can answer the

4:31question for them again this is a group

4:34presentation this is a team presentation

4:37you can support the others

4:39and number five finish as a team this is

4:45a group presentation this is a team

4:48presentation

4:49so make sure that at the very end you

4:51get the whole team members next to each

4:53other and all of you can give a clap to

4:55the audience you can have your final key

4:57message together and Union it but you

5:00want to look as a team in the end this

5:02is not an individual effort where the

5:03last presenter gets all the reward know

5:06you're a team so make sure you finish as

5:09a team so comment below one time what

5:13have been your challenges with group and

5:15team presentations and which of these

5:18five tips are you going to use for your

5:21next group presentation by the way if

5:23you haven't done it yet hit that

5:24subscribe button

5:25lots of great videos coming up if you
