3:32You have 60 seconds. Talk with your

9:23while staying relevant in different

9:27cultural

9:28and economic contexts.

9:37Okay, 60 seconds.

9:45And that was sentence number four, the

9:47final part of step two. And again,

9:51students are sharing to write more

9:54down on the paper.

10:17Step number three.

10:19Let's listen to all the sentences again.

10:23This time add missing information.

10:28The next part is step three. Students

10:31hear all the sentences and do their best

10:34to add more information.

10:37Let's begin.

10:41Globalization connects markets, but

10:45successful companies adapt to local

10:49preferences through gloalization.

10:53This approach balances global

10:56consistency

10:57with local customization

11:00to meet diverse consumer needs.

11:04Businesses adjust products, marketing

11:08and services

11:10while maintaining a core brand identity.

11:16By embracing gloalization,

11:20companies strengthen their presence

11:23worldwide

11:24while staying relevant in different

11:27cultural and economic contexts.

11:36Okay, you have one minute. Finish your

11:39notes.

11:46>> So remember this time you can ask anyone

11:49on your team of four.

12:01This is the final part of the dictloss

12:04activity. Students can work with a

12:06partner and in a small group to make

12:09their answer as close as possible to the

12:14dictlos they heard.

12:16After they do that, they will input

12:20their answer to toyonet ACE and then

12:23they will upload and submit it before

12:26the end of the class.

12:38>> Okay, now go to Toyota ACE to the dict

12:45answer.

12:46You'll have 10 minutes.

12:48>> After five minutes, the timer will

12:52reset. If you have already finished,

12:55please help your partner

12:58and you can submit your task. Okay? But

13:01you only have 10 minutes. So, good luck

13:03and please begin.

13:10In this final step of part three, the

13:13students are working as a bigger team, a

13:16small group and they are trying to get

13:18their answer as perfect as possible

13:22before they move to the final step and

13:25which is to input their final answer

13:29into Toyonet ACE.

13:38Why did they come?

14:12Okay. And now you can see the students

14:14working very hard to input their answer

14:18to the Toyo Net Ace system.

14:22They will input what they heard as one

14:25complete paragraph.

14:28And this activity is a really great way

14:31to help students improve their listening

14:34skills. They share ideas with their

14:38partner. It helps to review vocabulary.

14:42It gives them also a nice review of

14:45different grammar features uh from just

14:49listening and reviewing. So, it's a an

14:51activity that's really loved by most of

14:55the students and uh I really love doing

14:58it. Thank you very much for watching.
