Hidden $25M business

0:00There's a $25 million AI business hiding

0:02in plain sight and it might be the most

0:03boring business you've ever heard of

0:05because right now everyone's being told

0:06that to make money with AI, you need to

0:08build the next big app or build the most

0:10flashy automation, but that's actually

0:12the hardest way to do it. The AI

0:13businesses actually making a lot of

0:15money right now aren't doing any of

0:16that. They're taking a boring business

0:18that's made money way long before AI

0:20existed and using AI to make it better.

0:22My name is JP and I've been running this

0:24business Gym Members Now for 7 years.

0:26We've done over $25 million in revenue

0:28and I've never written a single line of

0:30code to do it. So in this video, I'm

0:31showing you exactly what this business

0:33is and the exact five steps to build it

0:35today. And so I've made over $25 million

0:37with my AI agency over the last 7 and

0:391/2 years and so to make a claim like

0:42that, you need to be able to back it up.

0:44And one thing that I can't stand is the

0:45fact that a lot of people say ridiculous

0:47things when it comes to money and they

0:48don't show proof of it or they're

0:51communicating it and showing it in a

0:52fraudulent way and they're lying. And so

0:54right here is one of my payment

Is it real?

0:56processors. You can see here over the

0:57last 14 days what we've done. You can

0:59see here over the last 12 weeks. With

1:01this payment processor, it only goes

1:02back to 12 months, but I've exported

1:04everything we've done on it right here.

1:06And so if I just scroll down all the way

1:08here, you can see the dates here. We

1:09have over 6,000 payments. So you can see

1:11we've done 5.24 million on this payment

1:13processor. Now if I go over here, this

1:16is showing what we've done as a company

1:17on Allen. Allen is a software company

1:19that was actually created by Alex

1:22Hormozi and Leila Hormozi and it was a

1:25AI lead nurturing software that they

1:27built and actually sold, but we were

1:29their biggest customer. And so you can

1:31see on this account we did 839,000. On

1:33this account we did 400,000. On this

1:35account we did 72,000. On this account

1:36we did 4.8 million. And on this account

1:39we did $682,000.

1:41And then this final account we did $3

1:43million. And you can see right here, it

1:44just shows the total amount of money we

1:46actually ran through Allen right here.

1:48And then the total amount of money we

1:49made our customers on Allen as well. And

1:52now if I go over here, what you'll be

1:54able to see is one one our Stripe

1:55accounts where you can see my business's

1:56name right there. Before we switched

1:58over to Sense, the new payment

1:59processor, here's another one where you

2:01can see $947,000

2:03and then $782,000,

2:05and then one more where you can see 1.35

2:07million, and then 90,000, and then

2:09finally another one with 945 grand and

2:12$523,000.

2:13In addition to that, I also have this

2:15email here from ClickFunnels where they

2:18basically are saying, "Congrats, you now

2:20are a part of the Two Comma Club C Award

2:21where I won the $25 million award."

2:24That's right there behind me. Again, my

2:25whole point in showing you this is just

2:27to let you know that what I'm telling

2:29you is 100% based off my own anecdotal

2:31experience owning and operating a AI

2:34agency over the last 7 and 1/2 years,

2:35started in my mom's basement, and had to

2:37go through all the trial and error that

2:39you could imagine doing this, and also

2:41doing it without any social media

2:42following, doing it the old-school way,

2:44which is probably the circumstance that

2:46you yourself are under. So, you know

2:49that the information you're getting from

2:50me is based off real experience. Okay,

Why you're stuck

2:53you probably think that the only way to

2:55make money with AI is to build something

2:56nobody's ever seen before, like building

2:58a revolutionary app or an impressive

3:00piece of software. But that belief is

3:02exactly what's keeping you stuck where

3:04you are. You don't need to invent the

3:06future to make money with AI. You just

3:08need to sell something that already

3:09works. The impressive and flashy things

3:11get views, but the boring things are the

3:13ones where the money's at. Now, I know

3:15boring sounds like a bad thing. Most

3:17people hear boring business and they

3:19think it's something outdated, but

3:21that's not what boring means. Boring

3:23means proven. Think about the local

3:25businesses in your own city right now.

3:26The plumber, the roofer, the dentist,

3:29the gym owner. Are any of those

3:30businesses exciting, new, or sexy? No.

3:32Nobody's making a viral video about a

3:34plumbing company, but these businesses

3:36are making thousands of dollars every

3:38single month, and it's because they

3:39solve problems that are never going

3:41away. Pipes will always leak, roofs will

3:43always need repairs, and teeth will

3:44always need fixing even after you get

3:46braces, you might need to get them

3:47again. These are boring problems that

3:49people will pay to solve because they

3:50don't want to or can't do it themselves.

3:53And there's one problem that's bigger

3:54than all the others. And there's a story

Jack and Jill

3:56that explains it perfectly. You know the

3:58story of Jack and Jill, right? They both

3:59have to get water, but Jack rushes to be

4:01the first one. So, he takes the first

4:03bucket he sees and he runs up the hill

4:04to fill it. But, when he goes back to

4:06his house, he notices that the bucket is

4:08empty. He picked up a bucket with a ton

4:09of holes and the water leaked out of the

4:12holes on his way down. But, then Jack

4:14sees his sister Jill walk up with a

4:16bucket completely full of water. Just

4:19because she took the time to ensure that

4:21her had no holes before she climbed the

4:23hill to get water. Jack's like most

4:24businesses right now. They're climbing

4:25the hill, spending money on ads, and

4:27doing everything to fill their buckets

4:28with customers, but they have holes in

4:30their system leaking all the potential

4:31clients they could get. This is the

4:33problem that most businesses have right

4:34now, a lot of these boring businesses.

4:36It doesn't matter how big or small they

4:38are. They all wake up every morning

4:39thinking about the same thing. That

4:40problem existed 50 years ago, and right

4:42now it still exists today, and it's

4:44still going to exist in 50 years from

4:45now. You just need to solve this problem

4:47for businesses to get paid every single

4:49month. And if you want proof that this

4:51is where the real money is, look at Alex

4:53Hormozi. He didn't build a fortune by

4:54inventing some revolutionary gym

4:55equipment. He got rich because he helped

4:58gyms get more customers, and that was

5:00it. It was not any more complicated than

5:02that. He didn't try to create something

5:03new or reinvent the wheel. He literally

5:05just looked at what business owners were

5:06already desperate to buy, and he gave

5:08them exactly that. That's what this

5:10business is. You help local businesses

5:11get more customers leveraging AI. That's

5:14where the money is, and that's exactly

5:15what my AI agency does. Now, I'm going

5:17to tell you how to help businesses get

Don't build this

5:19more clients, but not in the way you

5:21might think. You see, a lot of people

5:23will think that to do this you need to

5:24build an AI automation. But, the truth

5:26is that you shouldn't do that. Let's say

5:27that you made an AI chatbot that

5:28responds to website visitors. It does

5:30add some value to the business, but

5:32there are two key problems. The first

5:34one is that you can't really charge much

5:36money for it because it's

5:37one-dimensional. You're only providing

5:38one thing, and it's only solving one

5:40problem. If you sell a business one

5:42automation, you're just solving one of a

5:44dozen problems that it already has, and

5:46they're trying to fix the other one. The

5:47value you're providing is very small and

5:49minimal and it's hard to convince

5:51someone to pay you a lot of money for

5:52that. The second problem though is that

5:54you're always on the edge of losing your

5:55job and being replaced. It just takes a

5:57better AI coding model to completely

5:59replace you or just a simple automation.

6:00And that's why instead of AI automations

6:03you should sell AI system. A system is

6:05complex enough that it becomes a

6:07fundamental piece in how the business is

6:08actually running operated. It makes it

6:10really hard to find a direct competitor

6:12for your service and system and you can

6:14charge five to 10 times more for it.

6:15Now, let me show you the exact system

6:17that I have built and developed that I

6:19sell my business and I'm also going to

6:20show you the sequential order in which I

6:22deploy it and I call it the AI Aristotle

The Aristotle system

6:24system because Aristotle said the whole

6:27is greater than some of its parts and

6:28that's what each of the pillars in this

6:29system does. It makes every single part

6:32better due to the sequential order in

6:34which I deploy it for my customers.

6:35Okay, and so the first AI agent that

Untapped goldmine

6:37we're going to deploy is the database

6:39reactivation and all we're doing with

6:41this is we're taking the database of

6:42leads that exist within a business's

6:44database or within their system or CRM

6:46and then we're plugging them into AI to

6:48re-engage them in a personalized tone to

6:50get them to then come back into the

6:52business. So, have you ever received a

6:54text message from a business before

6:55saying, "Hey, we've got X promotion, X

6:57offer. Would you like it?" Of course,

6:59you probably have. The issue with it

7:01though is that the way they do it is

7:02very spammy, it's very impersonal and it

7:05does not work and it's because they do

7:07it in a very lazy way. And so we've

7:08optimized the AI to reach out to these

7:11people to get them to respond not just

7:13sending a link saying, "Hey, do you want

7:14a 7-day pass to a gym?" But getting them

7:16to respond in a very personalized way,

7:18following up with them on their

7:19birthday, following up with them on an

7:20anniversary, whatever it is. We have

7:22these data points then we program the AI

7:24to follow up with them at those peak

7:25opportunities in a very personalized way

7:27but also in a conversational way that

7:29gets them to respond. And so by doing

7:31that we're able to drive a lot of leads

7:33back into businesses without them having

7:35to lift a finger and what the data shows

7:36is that businesses on average only

7:38follow up with leads after for first

7:40touch point 27% of the time. So, the

7:42majority of businesses never follow up

7:44with their database of leads outside of

7:46the first time that they originally

7:47opted in, which makes it a big, big

7:49opportunity, and that's why we focus on

7:50this first because it's very low-hanging

7:53fruit for the business that they're not

7:54currently capitalizing on. The second AI

Free leads?

7:57employee that we focus on is the reviews

7:59and referrals AI employee. And what this

8:01AI employee is going to do is similar to

8:02the database reactivation employee, but

8:04instead of that, it's going to reach out

8:05to their active customers. And all it's

8:07going to do is ask them for reviews.

8:08Once people leave reviews, it's they

8:10they're going to ask them for referrals

8:12because the perfect time to ask for a

8:13referral is literally right after

8:15somebody just said something positive

8:16about your business on a public forum.

8:18And then in addition to that, this AI

8:20will respond to the reviews for the

8:21business owner. And so, this does a

8:22couple things. It helps them rank higher

8:24organically on Google and on LLMs. In

8:27addition to that, it helps them generate

8:29leads for free by following up with

8:31people after they left a review, asking

8:32them who else they know that would like

8:34to come in for whatever that business is

8:35providing or selling. And so, the reason

8:37why this is really important is because

8:39number one, 98% of people, according to

8:42the data, reference reviews before

8:44making a purchasing decision. Have you

8:46ever looked up a business before you

8:48decided to go eat? I know I have, and

8:49there's been a ton of times where I do,

8:51and then I decide to go somewhere else.

8:52It's the exact same thing here. So, if

8:53businesses don't have this in place and

8:55they're investing money into marketing

8:56or growing, this not being in place

8:58could be a massive mistake and a massive

9:00error that would damage their ability to

9:01make a lot more money. And so, that's

9:03why we do this. The other crazy thing is

9:05that the data shows is that only 11% of

9:07business owners and their team members

9:08ask people for a review. And I know this

9:10for a fact cuz I've experienced it and I

9:11see it. The people that do ask for

9:13reviews, they do it in a really funky

9:14way. Like, have you ever been asked to

9:16leave a review and it just felt awkward

9:18and you were just like, "I'm good." Or,

9:20you can't figure out how to leave a

9:22review. Because finding how to leave a

9:23review on Google can sometimes be

9:25tricky. I know for a fact, if my mom had

9:27an incredible time out at dinner and the

9:29server asked her to leave a review and

9:31didn't give her instructions on how to

9:32do it. Regardless of how great of a time

9:34she had, it could have been the best

9:35night of her life. She wouldn't have

9:36been able to leave a review cuz she

9:37couldn't figure it out, right? And she's

9:39in her 60s. I know for a fact she

9:40wouldn't have been able to figure it

9:41out. And that's exactly why we provide

9:43this agent because staff members and

9:45owners don't ask for reviews, yet

9:46they're critical for businesses to make

9:48more money, to ensure their marketing

9:50goes far. But in addition to that, we

9:51also generate them free leads by

9:53following up with people right after

9:54they leave reviews. And so one other

9:56thing I want to show you is I got this

9:57valuation done by a company called Value

10:00Buddy, which shows what they said my

10:02business was worth, which is right here.

10:03And you can see it's a very big document

10:06that went through literally everything.

10:07It's literally 55 pages long, literally

10:09showing everything. And the reason I'm

10:11making this video is that I'm looking to

10:13eventually sell my business, my agency.

10:15And my broker told me that if I can help

10:17three to four other people build the

10:18same thing and roll it up into a

10:20portfolio, instead of getting a 4x

10:22multiple, we could get an 8 to 15x. That

10:25would take my business from being worth

10:26about $5 million to 10 to 15 million

10:28dollars with literally no additional

10:30work, just helping other operators do

10:31what I've already done. So if you're

10:32serious about building this, you can

10:34apply to work with me directly through

10:36the link below. We'll have a one-on-one

10:37conversation. I'll be able to determine

10:39whether I think you're a good fit or

10:40not. And if you are, great. If not, no

10:42big deal. I'll keep giving you the free

10:44value regardless. The third AI employee

Why so slow?

10:46that we deploy is the website lead

10:48nurturing employee. And so what this

10:50does is exactly what it sounds like. It

10:52literally just follows up with leads

10:53that come through businesses' websites

10:55right away. And the reason why this is

10:56important is because what the data shows

10:58is that businesses, local

11:00brick-and-mortar businesses, on average,

11:01take 42 hours to follow up with a lead.

11:04And so what that means is it almost

11:06takes them two days on average to even

11:08reach out to a lead that just came in.

11:10But what the data also shows is that if

11:11you don't follow up with people in 5

11:13minutes, the chances of getting them to

11:14become a customer can drop by over 400%.

11:16And that's not my opinion, that was

11:18according to a study that Harvard did

11:19back in 2017 across over 1,000

11:21brick-and-mortar businesses. And the

11:22reality is things have changed a lot

11:24since then. Things are not like they

11:25used to be. People have less attention

11:27spans than then, and that was almost a

11:29decade ago. And so that's why we deploy

11:31this to ensure that every lead is

11:32followed up with right away in a

11:34personalized way so that the staff and

11:36the business owner don't have to mess

11:37with it and they can just focus on what

11:39they built the business in the first

11:40place to do, which is not to follow up

11:42with leads. They absolutely hate doing

11:43that. What they got into business to do,

11:45let's say for example, a gym owner,

11:47people that I help in like my business

11:48partner, they got into that business to

11:49help people lose weight and get

11:51stronger, right? That's what they're

11:52passionate about. That's what they do.

11:53That's the end result of what they

11:55provide. Didn't get into business to

11:56chase down leads, right? But it's a

11:57necessary step to growing their business

11:59and that's why it gets neglected and

12:01deprioritized and that's why they do an

12:02awful job at it and that's why on

12:03average people do it in 42 hours. So

12:06that's why we do this because it plugs

12:07another vital hole within their

12:09business. The fourth AI agent that we

Missed calls?

12:10deploy is the AI receptionist and

12:13miscall text back. And so all this agent

12:15does is answers phone calls from

12:17potential customers if the business

12:19owner or staff do not pick up the phone

12:21within 10 seconds. The reason why this

12:22is important is because on average local

12:24brick-and-mortar business owners miss

12:2662% of inbound calls. And when people

12:28are calling into these businesses, a lot

12:30of the times they're just calling to ask

12:31you a couple qualifying questions and

12:33then they're ready to come in and become

12:34a customer. And so if the business

12:36doesn't answer the phone and can't

12:37answer those questions, nine times out

12:39of 10 what typically happens is these

12:41prospects, these people trying to call

12:42these businesses, will just call a

12:43competitor and if they answer, they'll

12:45just go there. I know I've done that

12:47before and it's unfortunate because the

12:49majority of these businesses do miss and

12:51I can remember they miss a bunch of

12:52calls and I can remember trying to join

12:53a gym back uh before COVID and it

12:55literally took me like 6 weeks to join

12:57it. The only reason why I was determined

12:59to join it cuz I wanted to try and make

13:01them become a customer, but then I

13:02realized I didn't even want them to be a

13:03customer cuz they were so bad at running

13:05their business. Back then, I didn't have

13:07an AI that could answer the phone, um

13:09but now I do, right? And so that's why

13:11we do this because the majority of these

13:13business owners just miss so many of

13:15these calls cuz they're focused on doing

13:16other things within their business. And

13:18then the fifth AI employee that we

Just winging it

13:20deploy is the sales coach. And so what

13:22the sales coach or the sales trainer

13:24does is it will role play with the staff

13:26or the business owner. It will give them

13:28a defined sales process, which a lot of

13:30these business owners don't have. And

13:31then it will also review their

13:33consultations or sales appointments if

13:34they upload the transcripts to it and

13:36break it down based off a script and

13:37tell them what they could have done

13:38differently and what they could have

13:39done better. And so the reason why this

13:41is really important is because, believe

13:42it or not, on average 70% of people that

13:45operate and work at local

13:47brick-and-mortar businesses,

13:48specifically the staff, report that

13:49they've received no formal sales

13:51training. And I can tell you from my

13:52experience, that's very true. I would

13:54probably say it's even higher than that.

13:55Most of these people don't even know

13:58what a sales process is. They don't even

13:59have a sales script. They're just wing

14:01it. And then from there, the business

14:02owner's not providing them with role

14:04playing, coaching, reviewing their

14:06calls. They literally aren't doing

14:07anything with it. They're just winging

14:08it. But what the data also shows is that

14:10the people who receive formal sales

14:12training see a massive increase of up to

14:1450% in sales. Shocker, right? Really

14:17basic, but again, a lot of these local

14:19brick-and-mortar business owners just

14:20don't have the time to do it or they

14:22don't view it as a priority. And so for

14:24that reason, what we do here is we build

14:26out a GPT that can review their sales,

14:29that can roleplay with them, and really

14:30give them a defined sales process for

14:32what it is that they're selling that's

14:33based around what works. And then the

Why save this?

14:35final AI employee that we deploy is the

14:37marketing director. And the reason why

14:38we deploy this one last is because now

14:40we've actually put them in a situation

14:43where they can capitalize on running

14:45marketing successfully. Okay? Because

14:47when you think about this, does it make

14:48sense to run advertising if you have a

14:50massive database of leads and you

14:52haven't done anything with it? No. Does

14:54it make sense to invest money into

14:55marketing if you're not even following

14:57up with your customers to get reviews on

14:58Google knowing that every single person

15:00that sees your ad is going to then look

15:02the business up to see what other people

15:04are saying. Of course not. And then in

15:05addition to that, following up to get

15:06referrals, which are free leads that you

15:08don't even have to spend money on, which

15:09are going to be a lot better leads than

15:10leads you would get from advertising

15:12because they're coming from people who

15:13have already experienced working with

15:14you from a third party, right? Does it

15:15make sense to invest money into

15:17marketing if you don't even have a good

15:19process to follow up with the leads that

15:20you generate from the marketing you're

15:22running. Also, when you're investing

15:24into marketing, you're going to be

15:25getting more organic traffic coming in,

15:27more people looking up, more people

15:28calling in, and if you don't have an

15:29ironclad system to capture these people

15:32and follow up with them right away via

15:33calls, do you think it makes sense to

15:35invest money into marketing? And then

15:36last but not least, finally, if your

15:38team, if the business owner's team or

15:40the business owner, if it's a solo

15:41operator, if they don't know how to

15:42actually sell, does it make sense to

15:44invest into bringing more people through

15:46the door knowing they're not even going

15:47to be able to convert them cuz they

15:48don't even have a sales process. The

15:49answer is no, and that's why we provide

15:51it in this sequential order is because

15:53it tees the business owner up in a way

15:55where they do literally less work than

15:57they did before, they now have a defined

15:59process to close people, and it makes it

16:00extremely easy for them to make a lot

16:03more money cuz they do less work and

16:04they get way more people through the

16:05door, and they do a lot more of the

16:07thing that they want to do, which is

16:08talking to people about why their

16:10business is the right fit for what

16:11they're trying to do, and then servicing

16:13them, okay? And so, that is the reason

16:15why we provide this, and that's why I

16:16figured this out, and this is why I've

16:17been able to make so much money is

16:18because providing in the sequential

16:20order like this is something that no one

16:22else is doing, and it gets atypical

16:23results, which allows me to retain my

16:25customers for a very long time and

16:26charge a lot of money. And so, one thing

16:28that people get really confused about is

16:30marketing. And so, people think, "Okay,

16:32that's a really complicated system to

16:33provide. How could I do that? I don't

16:34know how to do marketing or anything

16:36like that." I'm going to show you how

16:37easy it is to do marketing and how to

16:39figure out how to do it because it's not

16:40complicated. This is my AI agency Gym

Steal their ads

16:42Members Now. All you need to do is find

16:44agencies that have already figured it

16:45out and worked with thousands of

16:46businesses in the market that you're

16:48trying to penetrate and operate with

16:49them. Find the reviews that they're

16:50getting. So, for example, this guy right

16:52here, Jake Rosenthal. So, this is a guy

16:53that left my business a recent review.

16:55Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going

16:56to go over here on Google and type in

16:58Jake Rosenthal. I'm going to see his

17:00LinkedIn right here, and now I'm going

17:01to try and find the name of his

17:02business, right? And so, what we can see

17:04right here is he owns Alloy Personal

17:06Training in Encinitas. Now, what I'm

17:08going to do is I'm going to go over to

17:09the Facebook Ad Library, which is a free

17:11thing that you can use which shows all

17:12of the active ads that are being run

17:13right now, and I'm just going to to in

17:15Alloy Personal Training in Encinitas.

17:17Now, what you're going to find is the

17:18exact ads that my company is running for

17:21him. And what you're going to see is

17:22literally all of them. And so, the point

17:24I'm I'm making with this is you don't

17:25need to reinvent the wheel. My company

17:27has literally spent over $25 million on

17:30marketing for gyms and fitness studios.

17:31So, we've already done all the hard work

17:33and the heavy lifting to figure out what

17:34works and what doesn't work. And the way

17:36I originally figured out how to get good

17:37at advertising was literally by copying

17:39Gym Launch's ads that they were running

17:41for their customers. And doing exactly

17:43this. And so, this is literally all you

17:45have to do. And that way you've got a

17:46really good foundation to go off of. And

17:48then from there you iterate and you

17:49optimize. But at least doing it this

17:51way, you know that it's based around

17:53something that's been refined, tested,

17:54and it's really battle-tested because

17:56people have invested a lot of money and

17:58they're they're having to be getting

18:00people great results for them to have

18:01left a really great review like this one

18:03right here. And when it comes to the ad,

18:05it's as simple as that. You've got the

18:06headline right here. You've got the call

18:08to action, which is the button. You've

18:09got the copy right here. And then you've

18:10got the creative. And the main thing is

18:12you want to just focus on results, not

18:15features when it comes to the copy. And

18:16you want to make the offer as clear as

18:19possible. And you want that to be the

18:20focus. Whatever the prospect has to gain

18:23from it. Where you can see in a lot of

18:24these ads, 14 days free. Amazing offer

18:27alert, right? You can see exactly what

18:28they're going to get and exactly who

18:29it's for. Area: Men 60-plus, right? It's

18:32not just saying men. It's just not

18:34saying anyone. It's saying men 60-plus

18:36specifically. And then you can see an ad

18:37right here. It's saying women 40-plus,

18:40right? So, you want to tailor the ad to

18:41the market. But then you want to make

18:42the offer very clear. And you want to

18:43focus on what they gain, not the

18:46features of it, okay? And that's really

18:48all you need to do when it comes to the

18:49ad. Okay. Now you know what my boring

18:50business does and why you should start

18:52one. But that's just one part of the

18:54equation. When I started my agency 7 and

18:561/2 years ago in my mom's basement, I

18:58knew what to sell, but I had no clear

19:00path to build a profitable business. So,

19:02I spent months piecing together

19:03information and wasted a thousand

19:05dollars on a course only to keep being

19:06stuck and confused as hell. It wasn't

19:08until a coach showed me the road map I

19:10should follow that I started to have

19:12some type of clarity and scaled from

19:13$3,000 a month to $70,000 a month, and

19:16this was before COVID. And it was all

19:18because I knew exactly what steps I

19:19should take next, because I was learning

19:21from someone who had already done what I

19:22was trying to do. So, here's the road

19:23map for you and how to use AI to help

19:25you to eliminate a lot of the work that

19:27I used to have to do manually, because

19:29back then I didn't have AI, which you do

19:31now. Okay, so step number one is pick

19:33one niche. You don't want to help every

19:34single business, just become a

19:36specialist for one business. You want to

19:38pick an industry with a lot of profit

19:40per customer, where other agencies are

19:42already making a lot of money, so that

19:44you know that it's already proven and

19:45that there's already product market fit.

19:46And so, I've made this very easy for

19:48you. All you have to do is take this

19:49prompt right here, and what you're going

19:51to do is you're going to copy it and

19:52then put it into Claude. And if you want

19:54this, feel free to reach out or leave a

19:57comment on the video. And then from

19:59there, I'll be able to send it over to

20:00you. In addition to that, you also want

20:02to take this doc right here and then

20:04drop it into it. What this doc is is

20:05it's a rubric, which then outlines the

20:08four pillars that are needed to be able

20:10to build or pick a successful industry.

20:13And what those four pillars are is

20:14proven market, is it a growing market,

20:16is the total adjustable market greater

20:17than 10,000, and do they charge a lot of

20:19money, is it a high-ticket business? So,

20:21now I'm just going to hit enter. And

20:22what it's going to start doing now is

20:24it's going to start scouring the

20:25internet and doing the market research

20:26to identify the industries that are

20:28proven to have success. So, we're going

20:29to let it do its thing. Okay, and so as

20:31you can see here, here's the niche

20:32research rubric that I pulled, and you

20:34can see it did med spas, it has all the

20:36data right here. And then you can see it

20:37has dental practices, it has all the

20:39data right here. And then you can also

20:40see it has chiropractic clinics, and it

20:42literally has all the data right here

20:43and way more to it. So, if you want

20:45that, just feel free to comment, I'll

20:47send it to you. Okay, step number two,

Franchise hack

20:48you're going to target franchises, not

20:50one-off shops or independent business

20:52owners. The reason why is because

20:53franchise owners sit on advisory boards

20:55and they trade secrets. They talk about

20:57what's working and they talk about

20:58what's not working. And so, if you can

21:00get one happy franchise owner, he could

21:02potentially or she could potentially

21:04refer you to dozens of other owners. And

21:06those referrals come pre-sold, so it

21:08doesn't require you to be Jordan Belfort

21:11to be able to close them. It's very,

21:12very easy. And for example, when I first

21:14got into this back in 2018, I had a

21:17Anytime Fitness owner by the name of

21:18Jeff O'Meara that I got really great

21:20results for. And what he ended up doing

21:22is he literally ended up referring me to

21:23over 200 customers in a span of 6

21:26months. And this was before COVID. And I

21:28had never done sales in my life, and I

21:31was definitely not good at sales because

21:33I didn't need to be good at sales to be

21:34able to convert these people. They were

21:35literally just coming to me saying,

21:37"Hey, I spoke to Jeff and I want to work

21:38with you." It was really that simple. It

21:40wasn't any more complicated than that.

21:42And that's why I was able to grow the

21:43business so quickly is because I had

21:45people coming to me that were already

21:46pre-sold. Okay, and so here's the prompt

21:48to find franchises. All you literally

21:50need to do is just copy this. And then

21:51from here, you can go back over to

21:53Claude, and then you can plug it in.

21:55There's going to be a couple things that

21:56you need to change out, but once you put

21:57that in there and run it, it will be

21:59able to find a bunch of franchises in

22:01the industry that you're trying to serve

22:02and do all the work for you. Okay, and

22:03as you can see here research around

22:05franchises, it literally pulled a ton of

22:08different franchises that you now you

22:09can go into and recreate the same

22:11strategy that I used to get hundreds of

22:14referrals and make millions of dollars

22:16literally from people just being passed

22:17my way. Okay, so step number three is to

22:19get clients with paid ads because with

22:21cold outreach, you chase the client.

22:24You're literally begging them to work

22:25with you, but when you run ads, they

22:26come to you. So you invert the

22:28situation. You invert the leverage

22:29because they've already identified

22:31themselves as somebody that has the

22:32problem that you're solving. So all you

22:34have to do when it comes to running paid

22:35ads to make it very, very simple is you

22:36want to sell the benefits around what

22:38they have to gain and not the features.

22:40That's really it. And so what I want to

22:42show you right here is an example of

22:43someone that I'm helping that's never

22:44run ads before in their life that I

22:46helped them set up ads. You can see they

22:47got four leads today so far, and it's

22:49literally the middle of the day. If I go

22:51to yesterday, they got 11 leads for a

22:52dollar and 72 cents. If I go right here,

22:55you can see they've gotten over 518

22:56leads on average for $2.83. Okay, and

22:59this is somebody that works with

23:00insurance agents. Here's an example of

23:02somebody that works with med spas where

23:03they got six leads today for $7.90.

23:06Here's an example of somebody who works

23:07with real estate agents that's been able

23:08to get 26 leads over the last 7 days for

23:10$3.69 on average. And then here's my

23:13company Gym Members Now where yesterday

23:15we were able to get 14 leads on average

23:17for $8.01. And the reason why is because

23:19I showed them exactly how to do this and

23:22I've actually built a GPT that literally

23:24I filled it with all of the ads I've run

23:26in my agency after spending over a

23:28million dollars advertising local brick

23:30and mortar businesses promoting AI

23:31services. So it already knows what works

23:33and it's already battle tested to do it.

23:35So it's just proven to work. And if you

23:36want me to share this with you, just

23:37comment on the video below. I'll send it

23:39over to you that way you have it too.

23:40It's a really really cool tool and all

23:41of these ads that you see right here

23:43were built leveraging it. All right. And

Can you sell?

23:44step number four is master the sales

23:46process. The system doesn't matter if

23:47you can't sell it if you can't get

23:49somebody to give you money. So you need

23:50to learn to diagnose the real problem

23:52that the business owner has. You need to

23:53be able to build doubt in their current

23:55approach and strategy to solve that

23:56problem. And then you need to position

23:58the system as if it's the only thing

24:00that can solve their problems. And

24:01learning how to do this makes everything

24:03a lot easier. And now the next prompt is

24:05right here specific to the sales

24:06training. And so all you have to do is

24:08copy this. Once again, if you want me to

24:09send you this to you, just comment below

24:11and I'll be able to send it to you. And

24:12so all you have to do from here is just

24:14copy it in and then hit enter. And the

24:16really cool thing about this is it will

24:17allow you to either role play with it or

24:20you can then use it to see how you do on

24:23sales calls because it will literally

24:24tell you how you do. And one thing I

24:26want to show you while it's going

24:27through this is what someone had to say

24:29about working with me and kind of going

24:31through this. If you look at this right

24:32here, this is a guy named Nick that I've

24:34been able to help. And basically I just

24:36wanted an update on where he was at. And

24:38you can see here, you know, he was in a

24:39kind of a tough spot before he started

24:41working with me. And basically he's

24:43doing 6K a month MRR and really he's

24:45been doing about 8 to 10K a month with

24:47collecting some money up front as well.

24:49And what you can see right here is he's

24:50basically saying the biggest thing for

24:52him was the sales process and the

24:53reviews, right? Like literally what I'm

24:55showing you right now. The biggest thing

24:56for him was me reviewing his calls. So

24:58obviously, something like this can be

25:00very, very powerful, but being able to

25:03have somebody to review your calls that

25:04really knows how to do it, especially

25:06someone like me that's already done it,

25:07is invaluable. And that's really what

25:08allowed him to have a lot of success.

25:10But now if we look at this right here,

25:11right? I could just say Okay, I'm a med

25:14spa owner that's been open for 12

25:15months. I'm brand new, but I did work

25:17with a marketing agency 3 months ago.

25:18They didn't give me great results, and

25:20I'm looking for a new marketing company.

25:21That's the prospect. Now we kind of go

25:23and jump into it, right? And so here I'm

25:24just going to send that that way it kind

25:26of knows. And then what I'm going to do

25:27is I'll just jump right into it and just

25:29kind of say I'm going to make a mistake

25:31here and see if it catches it.

25:34Okay. Hey, what's going on, Mr. Med Spa

25:35owner?

25:37Um so happy that you opted in. Right

25:39now, I can help you out a whole lot with

25:41marketing because it sounds like you're

25:42not trying to work with the company you

25:44were working with, and it looks like

25:45you're you're trying to get help with

25:47marketing right now. So I can go ahead

25:48and tell you what I do. Does that sound

25:49good? And so

25:51I think it's saying stop because it

25:53knows that that is not what you should

25:54do.

25:55But right, you can roleplay. Yeah. You

25:57can roleplay with it and it will tell

25:58you exactly what you're doing wrong and

26:01what you should do right. And then you

26:02can also upload a transcript into it of

26:04a sales call, and it will be able to

26:05give you feedback on exactly what you

26:07did wrong and what you could have done

26:08better. So again, if you want this, just

26:09comment below, I'll send it to you. So

26:10now you've got the entire blueprint to

26:12build a no-code AI business from

26:14scratch. But here's the thing, starting

26:15this is simple, but scaling means months

26:17of trial and error. And that's how I

26:19help my partner. you're serious about

26:20building this, you're going to apply to

26:22work with me directly through the link

26:23below. We'll have a one-to-one

26:24conversation where I can figure out

26:25whether I think you're a good fit or

26:27not. And if you are, great. If not, no

26:29big deal. I'll keep giving you free

26:30value either way.
