0:04and humiliating examination by the Santa
0:06Barbara County [music] Sheriff
0:08Department and the Los Angeles Police
0:09Department earlier this week.
0:11They served a search warrant [music]
0:13on me which allowed them to view and
0:15photograph my body including my penis,
0:18my buttocks, my lower torso,
0:20>> [music]
0:21>> thighs, and any other area that they
0:23wanted.
0:24They were supposedly looking for any
0:26discoloration, spotting, blotches, or
0:28other evidence of a skin color [music]
0:30disorder called vitiligo which I have
0:33previously spoken about. The warrant
0:36[music] also directed me to cooperate in
0:38any examination of my body by their
0:40physician to determine the condition of
0:43my skin including whether I have
0:45vitiligo or any other skin [music]
0:46disorder.
0:47The warrant further stated that I had no
0:49right to refuse the examination or
0:51photographs
0:53and if I failed to cooperate with them,
0:55they would introduce that refusal at any
0:57trial as an indication of my guilt.
