0:00And thank goodness we were supposed to
0:02be slowing down artificial intelligence
0:03. In 10 days , four new frontier models
0:06have been released , and then there was
0:08OpenAI’s Dev Day yesterday with tons
0:10of news . Among these , they released the
0:14new GPT 6.1 Sol , which is as powerful
0:16as GPT 6 Astra but costs five times
0:18less , as they try to catch up with the
0:21competition from Claude Opus 5 . The
0:25brand new Sonnet 5.5 . The trend is the
0:29same : faster models , the same level of
0:31intelligence , but with a significantly
0:34lower token cost , four or five times
0:36lower . They are engaged in an insane
0:39race to the bottom on token prices .
0:42Then , at Dev Day , they announced Dots ,
0:44these agents that live in the cloud ,
0:46which are a dead ringer for Grokbot ,
0:48which in turn is a copy of Hermes Agent
0:50, which is a copy of OpenClow . These
0:53agents live in the cloud , have their
0:55own PC , their own browser , can work
0:5624/7 , run in the background ; you don't
0:58need to keep your PC on because they
1:00have their own PC in OpenAI's cloud .
1:03They collaborate with each other , have
1:06different roles , and the lower cost of
1:08tokens means that usage is increasing .
1:11And that is why by launching 10 , 20 ,
1:13100 agents now , we will end up
1:15consuming even more than before , even
1:17though the cost of tokens has dropped ,
1:19by using more tokens we will eventually
1:21consume even more . And what did they do
1:24? A new € 500 - per-month subscription ,
1:26so there's the € 100 one , the € 200
1:28one , and the € 500 - per-month one that
1:31unlocks ultra-fast mode where the model
1:33generates 300 tokens per second , it
1:35goes faster . Then they added Codex to
1:38the cloud , so you don't necessarily
1:40have to download it to your PC , but you
1:41can also use Codex from your phone and
1:43have it develop and run tests entirely
1:45in the cloud on OpenAI's PCs . One of
1:48the pieces of news I liked the most is
1:49the Decisions API . OpenAI has developed
1:52a " System 1 " model , just like JEV ,
1:54where it makes decisions ; it doesn't
1:56produce output tokens , it is not a
1:58large language model . Highlighting the
2:01fact that they are also investing in
2:03this new era of artificial intelligence
2:05that makes decisions in real time , and
2:07as you well know , I developed Rizzoflow
2:09, which is indeed a " System 1 " model
2:11that is completely open source and free
2:12. Another cool thing they added is
2:15Spaces . These are collaborative spaces
2:17where multiple people can join and
2:19bring their own agents . So I join , you
2:22join , I bring my agents , you bring
2:23yours . We write the report , make the
2:26presentations , draft the document ,
2:27create the images and infographics , all
2:29together collaboratively . The best part
2:32is right here , where users can sign in
2:34with their own ChatGPT account and use
2:36their subscription credits without
2:38needing to generate API keys for
2:40services or products . And that fox Elon
2:43Musk bought the dots.com domain before
2:46OpenAI , redirecting all traffic to
2:48Grokbot , his own bot . In fact , if you
2:51search for dot.com , look what opens :
2:53Grokbot . That is everything that
2:55happened , and a response from China
2:56will surely arrive in the coming days .
2:58Let me know what you think and I'll see
2:59you later .
