0:00Hello. So, have you ever wanted a button

0:02you could smash over and over again that

0:03would just make people give you money

0:04endlessly? Of course you do. You're a

0:06greedy little goblins keys bag. You

0:07watch this channel. You're here to max

0:09extract money from people on the

0:10internet and I'm here to tell you how to

0:12do it. So, let's not beat around the

0:13bush. Let's get straight to the hot

0:14stuff. And by hot stuff I mean the bad

0:16news. There's no button that will allow

0:17you to do that. But, in this video I'm

0:18going to give you the next best thing.

0:20I'm going to give you a set of words you

0:21can say over and over again that will

0:23make people give you money endlessly.

0:24I'm going to give you a pitch that I

0:26used to sell over 130 million dollars

0:28worth of [ __ ] and took me from making

0:30tens and hundreds of thousands of

0:32dollars per month to millions of dollars

0:34per month. And ever since I discovered

0:35this magic set of words and No, no,

0:37wait. Wait. I don't have a course or

0:38anything to sell you. I'm just going to

0:39give you the full entire script and walk

0:40you through it in this video. Don't

0:41worry. I'm already rich. I don't need to

0:43sell you a make money online course to

0:45get richer. But, after I discovered this

0:47set of words, I've incorporated in

0:49basically every business I've done. I

0:50really don't sell any other way. I

0:52really don't use any other script. I

0:53just do this over and over again at

0:55every tech company, every business that

0:57I start because this is the best way to

0:59sell online. This is the way to get the

1:00maximum amount of money, the maximum

1:02amount of return from your ads, the

1:03maximum amount of return from every lead

1:05that comes to your website. And I don't

1:07see any point to doing anything else.

1:08So, I'm just going to tell you this set

1:09of words, walk you through the script

1:11step-by-step at one of my larger

1:12businesses so you can see exactly how it

1:14works and then apply it to your business

1:17without any pitch or coaching offer. And

1:19as a free bonus, if you have a product

1:21which actually works, which I know isn't

1:22a lot of you. A lot of you guys like to

1:24sell that

1:25Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't, but

1:26I'm going to keep your money anyways

1:27kind of [ __ ] That's fine. But, for you

1:29those of you that do have a product that

1:30works, this is an extra bonus cuz you

1:32can actually sell very aggressively

1:34without being a piece of [ __ ] and

1:35everyone's super happy and not

1:37uncomfortable and awkward at the end of

1:38the call. So, let's hop into it. So, we

1:40got the legendary pitch of truth and

1:42justice right here.

1:43I'm going to walk you through every

1:44single part of this. Now, the first

1:46thing I want to point out is this is

1:47going to be tailored for one of my

1:49larger businesses, Hyros. I use the same

1:50pitch across all my businesses cuz this

1:52just works. And at Hyros, what we offer

1:56is tracking and analytics and data

1:57processing for businesses. They plug

1:59into their ads, their made ads or Google

2:01ads. They consistently see a 10 to 20%

2:03ad ROI increase or they don't pay. And

2:06that's just what we deliver. And by the

2:07way, if you run ads, you should use

2:08Hyros. You can actually plug it in and

2:10you'll see a 10 to 20% increase in ad

2:12ROI. And you'll be seeing why in this

2:13video cuz I'm going to walk you through

2:14the entire pitch. And none of it's using

2:16some crazy Wolf of Wall Street closing

2:19tactics that get people to buy something

2:21they don't really need. It's just making

2:22people realize the problem that they

2:24have and then selling on that problem,

2:25selling them something that is much less

2:26expensive and fixes that problem and

2:28then makes them more money or gives them

2:30the solution that's far, far, far more

2:33valuable than what they're paying.

2:34That's the entire basis of this. If

2:35we're doing anything where we're selling

2:37something where the person's getting

2:38something where they're not going to get

2:39the value, they're simply going to

2:41demand a refund, which is going to

2:43relate into all sorts of other problems

2:44that you see at info businesses, for

2:46example, where they have these creative

2:47refund guarantees that just allow them

2:48to never give people's money back.

2:50That's a really hard business to run cuz

2:51eventually you just break the chargeback

2:54limit on your cards. And so, that's not

2:56going to work. We need to sell something

2:57where people are really happy with the

2:59thing we sell them and it delivers far

3:00more value than they pay us. On top of

3:03that, if by end of our pitch we haven't

3:04delivered a message where the person

3:06says, "Oh, okay. You're charging me

3:08$500, but this is worth $10,000 to me

3:10per month." And they actually agree on

3:12that or the result that they're getting

3:14is worth far more than they're paying

3:16you, you're really not going to be

3:17closing very highly. So, we have to sell

3:18on that no matter what we're doing. So,

3:20let's simplify this at first because

3:22every single pitch training I see, it's

3:25all this jumble of [ __ ] And it's like a

3:26full course and all this. I don't I

3:28don't think you need that, especially to

3:30build efficient B2B pitches, which I

3:31know most of you guys are. And even B2C

3:33pitches, this is really all you need.

3:35You need to focus on turning the person

3:37into a warm lead. Now, what is a warm

3:40lead?

3:41It's not spelled like that, but that's

3:43what it is. A warm lead is a person that

3:46believes they have the problem

3:49that you're selling

3:51or selling a solution for. So, for

3:53example, at Hyros, the person needs to

3:55believe that they have a problem in

3:56their ad account that is losing them a

3:58significant amount of money every single

3:59month. Then, they also need to believe

4:01what you're selling will solve that

4:03problem. And then, the price of that

4:05solution needs to be far less than the

4:08solution that you're offering them. So,

4:10what would this look like at Hyros on a

4:12call? And what would it look like for

4:13you if we're using this thought

4:14exercise? So, we need the person to

4:16believe they have a problem in their ad

4:17account that is losing them a

4:19substantial amount of money, which is

4:20basically every business that doesn't

4:21have ad tracking. But, a lot of

4:23businesses don't really believe the

4:24problem is that large, or they're just

4:27not aware of it. So, when a lead comes

4:29on, they're in a cold state of mind.

4:31They come on the call, and they believe

4:32they do not have the problem, or the

4:34problem is that significant. Or maybe

4:36they think they're on the call for a

4:37whole entire other reason. So, for

4:38example, what you need to think about

4:40when you're selling to people at your

4:41business is what do they think they're

4:43getting into on the call? A lot of

4:45people that get on Hyros tracking calls,

4:46for example, they come on, and they just

4:48want to explore the platform or the UI,

4:50or like maybe ask a few questions. This

4:52is not the type of call that's going to

4:54close. What we need to do on that call

4:56is make them a hyper aware of the actual

4:57problem and get them on a train track of

4:59discovering that actual problem. And

5:01you're going to see here in a second

5:02that this is done all for their benefit.

5:04You're helping the person out with these

5:06sales calls, or with this type of sales

5:08technique. We're not alerting people to

5:09problems they don't have, because that's

5:10not going to lead to a a long-term

5:12business. What we're doing is we're

5:14alerting people to problems they do

5:15have, and then we're offering them an

5:16extremely cost-efficient way to solve

5:18those problems. Again, if they don't pay

5:20far less than the problem solves for

5:22them, they're not going to stay. So,

5:23it's all about helping the person. You

5:25have to be helping the person actually

5:26improve and get results. And this isn't

5:28a swipe or no swiping situation. We're

5:30not going to be just swiping money from

5:31people. Now, when the person comes on,

5:34they might believe the problem they have

5:35isn't that substantial. And so, we need

5:37to get them to the point where they

5:38believe the problem is actually

5:39substantial. And then, we need to show

5:41them exactly how our solution solves

5:43that problem in a believable way. Again,

5:45if your problem doesn't or if your

5:47solution doesn't solve it in a

5:49believable way, the last one that

5:50happens is we're going to have some real

5:51trouble with our business later on the

5:52line. So, you get this duck in order

5:54first. So, at Hire Scribe here, we need

5:55to make sure the person actually first

5:57believes they have a problem in their ad

5:58account. In your business, you need to

5:59make the person believe they actually

6:00have the problem. And then they actually

6:02do need to have the problem. They

6:04shouldn't be getting on the call if

6:05there's not a potential for them to have

6:06the problem. And we're going to also

6:07deduct and deduce if they do have the

6:09problem. And if they don't have the

6:10problem, you should get the [ __ ] off the

6:12call because there's no reason for them

6:14or you to be on the call, you crazy

6:15goose. Now, once they the problem has

6:18been identified, we need to make them

6:19believe that your solution can fix it.

6:21So, what we're going to do is we're

6:22going to walk them through Hire Scribe

6:23based on their specific problems, based

6:25on what we've diagnosed, and show them

6:27how we fix that problem, and then show

6:29them massive amounts of proof that we

6:30can fix that problem over and over and

6:31over again. Then what we're going to do

6:32is we're attach the problem to some type

6:35of dollar amount. If you're doing any

6:36type of B2B or any type of business

6:38selling, which is a lot of you guys on

6:39here, it's very simple. If they give you

6:42$100, they need to believe they're going

6:44to make $1,000. And then they actually

6:45need to do it. Okay?

6:47I'm not tapping on I'm not tapping the

6:49[ __ ] don't sell scam signs again,

6:50guys. But then they actually need to be

6:52able to go and do it consistently. And

6:54what's going to work really well for you

6:56right here is if you can guarantee this.

6:58And if you can't guarantee a result, why

7:00are you selling it? Okay, not going to

7:02tap the sign anymore. But if we can

7:05guarantee this right here and remove

7:06risk with a refund guarantee, everything

7:08just lines up right here. They believe

7:10they have the problem, they believe you

7:11can solve the problem, they believe the

7:13price is far less than the problem is,

7:14and it's guaranteed, so there's no risk

7:16for them. If we can add certain things

7:18in here with a for example, reducing

7:21their time involvement, reducing the

7:23effort, making it done for them, things

7:26that make it absolutely no-brainer

7:27because the last reason why people won't

7:29go and sign up for something is they

7:30don't believe they'll actually do it.

7:32You're going to be closing stuff all day

7:33long. This is exactly what's closed me a

7:35hundreds of millions of dollars worth of

7:36sales over the phone. And the reason why

7:39this is so damn good is because it

7:41allows you to get the maximum amount of

7:42money. If I send people to our Hyros

7:44website and they just want and activated

7:46a free trial. Let's look at the

7:47situation and why we sell like this.

7:49First, person goes to hyros.com. Picture

7:51your website right here. They come here,

7:52they read this big headline and say, "Oh

7:54yeah, I'd like to make I'd like to get

7:5515% more customers from the same ad

7:57spend. Oh, it's guaranteed." And then

7:59they would go over to our pricing FAQ

8:00page and by the way, I designed this and

8:02I think this is just funny. So, I wanted

8:03to show you it. I'm actually This

8:05doesn't have too much to do. I just

8:06wanted to show you the big flex.

8:08Sven, which is our avatar. He's cool.

8:11Anyways, what's going on here is they

8:13just go and sign up and then there's so

8:15many things that could happen right

8:16here. One, the person doesn't fully

8:17believe they have the problem, so

8:19they're not going to complete setup.

8:20Two, the person might not believe the

8:22problem is that bad or they might not

8:23believe that the price right here is

8:24effective against what how big the

8:26problem actually is and so they won't

8:27want to pay this price. Trust me, if a

8:29person has over 20k month and tracked

8:31revenue coming in from their ads, the

8:33problem is way effing bigger than $230 a

8:36month. They're losing like 3,000, 4,000,

8:385,000 dollars off their ad account every

8:40single month just just not using

8:41tracking. It's real goofballery. And so

8:43that's where you should be pricing it.

8:44You want to be pricing your business at

8:45about 10 to 20% of what the person

8:48stands to make. But if they don't

8:49understand what they stand to make, if

8:51they don't understand the problem, the

8:52price doesn't have any anchor for them.

8:54And then finally, when they come on, the

8:55motivation actually going to use it and

8:57get results isn't there. And so when you

8:59get a person on the phone, when you get

9:00a when you start closing people on the

9:02phone, you can actually get them the

9:03position to understand what they're

9:04buying and be excited about the price

9:06and then be excited about getting

9:07started and then walk them through the

9:08whole entire process of actually using

9:10your product. One of the reasons why

9:12Hyros was so successful early on and

9:14still is is because when people sign up,

9:16we actually assign a team to them that

9:18grows their ads with them and sets up

9:20their account for them and make sure

9:21they get results so that people want to

9:23stay on. Again, I know this kind of

9:24sounds like I'm talking about how great

9:26Hyros is, but all these things I'm

9:27talking about right here are not to talk

9:29up Hyros, it's to show you how you

9:31should be thinking about your business.

9:32Because a part of making this process

9:35work right here is the people getting

9:36results. It's the people coming on and

9:38it actually working. It's about being

9:40able to offer that guarantee. It's about

9:42setting up the process where a person

9:43comes on and actually completes the

9:45process and get results. Everything I'm

9:46showing you right here is why this

9:48process has been successful. How can you

9:50incorporate similar things into your

9:51business is how I want you to be

9:53thinking right now. So now, let's go

9:55through the entire process and as I do

9:56this, I want you to be thinking about

9:58the lead coming on cold, not believing

10:00they have a problem and by the end of

10:02the call, believing they have a problem.

10:03So let's start the sales call right now.

10:05What you want to have your reps do and

10:06one thing I've built for my reps that's

10:08super duper helpful is I have this

10:10script right here all laid out in a

10:12flowchart for them. Now, I don't want

10:15reps that are so stupid that they have

10:16to go through a a flowchart like a

10:18chimpanzee, but there's all sorts of

10:19things I added to this to allow them to

10:21easily not have to think. So for

10:23example, they have their clients and

10:24everything that they have that they're

10:26going to offer the customer and the

10:27little calculators they can go through

10:29as they go through this that allows them

10:30to know all the numbers they're going to

10:31be selling on which is very important to

10:33this pitch I'm going to show you right

10:34now and have these numbers on the fly.

10:36If you're going to run a pitch like

10:37this, it's really useful if you go on

10:39the cloud and actually vibe code out a

10:41process for your reps and then work with

10:42your reps on this and then train them

10:44how to use it or even for yourself if

10:46you're going to be selling on the phone

10:47right away. For example, I used this

10:49pitch exactly when I started up Highros

10:51and whenever I set up a business, I do

10:52the pitch at first and do the calls to

10:54refine it. But when you're on these

10:56calls, you're going to be working with a

10:57lot of numbers and a lot of values

10:58you're selling against so you want to

10:59have these little calculators and stuff

11:01laid out for you already in the pitch.

11:03This is super helpful and so in the era

11:04of vibe coding, you should you can build

11:06some really cool stuff. So, we start the

11:08pitch with light chit-chat. I want you

11:10to understand on every one of these

11:12calls is it's a train track. We're not

11:14going to use and abuse the people that

11:16come on our sales calls and and force

11:18them into a conversation they don't want

11:19to have. This is all in their benefit,

11:21but there's going to be a lot of times

11:22where people try to derail calls. So for

11:24example, at the start of a a of a

11:25Highros call, people are going to want

11:27to try and take it down to all sorts of

11:29technical questions like how does this

11:31part of the tracking work? Do you plug

11:32in the Google Analytics in this certain

11:33way? None of that has to do with turning

11:36them into a warm lead. So, we're not

11:38going to deny their questions, and you

11:40shouldn't do that either. You should

11:41just blow off a reasonable question, but

11:43you need to get to the point where you

11:45can actually use the questions in a

11:47beneficial way. If you just go straight

11:48in the questions that you're being

11:49thrown at you,

11:51the calls completely going off the

11:53rails. So, what you want to do, first

11:55and foremost, is have all your derailers

11:58listed. And as you start doing calls, if

11:59as you see people come in, you're going

12:01to see repeat questions coming in. You

12:03should have questions already lined up

12:05and the answers to these questions lined

12:06up. You should also build your product

12:08around these questions. So, for example,

12:10one thing to start happening when Vibe

12:11coding became a thing is people said,

12:13"Why can't I Vibe code Hyros?" Well,

12:14there's all the data infrastructure and

12:16the impossible tracking situation that

12:18we alert them about, and we have already

12:20addressed in these derailer questions,

12:21but then we also show them, "Hey, look,

12:23look, if you want to Vibe code Hyros,

12:24you can actually go and use a template

12:26of Hyros and start Vibe coding and

12:27adding your own features onto it. You

12:29don't even need to go and Vibe code, and

12:30you can create whatever custom reports,

12:32custom attribution, or really any ad

12:34attribution feature you want on the fly

12:36with this template." What you want to do

12:38with your derailer questions is use

12:39those to build a better product, and

12:41then have these questions already

12:42answered for your reps when it's time to

12:44answer these questions. But, the first

12:45thing you want to do when you start any

12:47call or any sales thing is understand

12:49your derailing questions, and then

12:51understand what you're going to do is

12:53bring the person back to the pitch every

12:55single time until you can use these

12:56questions to actually start diagnosing a

12:59problem. And so, if people bring up

13:01these these questions at any point in

13:03the pitch, I already know what they are.

13:04We've already pointed them out. The reps

13:06that are doing the calls already know

13:07what they are. And so, they recognize

13:09it's a derailing question, and they have

13:11a a plan to bring it back to the call.

13:14So, what we want to do, derailer

13:16questions happen, usually at the start

13:18of call. Great, those questions are

13:19awesome. We're going to get to them in

13:20like 90 seconds. Can I ask you some

13:22quick questions so we confirm this is

13:24the right thing for you? What we want to

13:25do to start a call is make sure this is

13:27a qualified call before we dedicate

13:2820-30 minutes to selling stuff. And so,

13:30what we're going to do on this is you

13:31need to think about all the things that

13:33are very important to the call.

13:35Specifically, the value you're going to

13:36be selling against. So, the main thing

13:37at Hyros that we're going to ask them is

13:39what are they spending on months and

13:40what's coming back? Because if we can

13:41get the numbers inside their ad account,

13:43we can actually see where the gaps and

13:44losses in their ad tracking is. So, for

13:46example, if they're spending 50,000 a

13:48month and they're making 100,000 a month

13:49back, usually if they add or plug in

13:51Hyros, it's going to add about 10,000 a

13:53month to their ads and save them about 5

13:56to 7,000 dollars a month in their ad

13:58spend via waste. And so, we already have

13:59a number based on this right here that's

14:01going to tell us, I'm just going to use

14:03our calculator right here, what their

14:05total loss in their ad account is. You

14:07need to think about this in your pitch.

14:08Where can you go and establish actual

14:10dollar value loss? If it's business to

14:12business or money related, where can you

14:14establish actual money being lost? If

14:16you can do that, you have the golden

14:18pitch. Because then all you have to do

14:19is sell something that's way less than

14:20this number. If you can back up and

14:22prove this number. So, the first thing

14:23we're going to get is a number that

14:24we're going to sell about against. Or we

14:26need to get the initial pain. This is

14:27what you want us to do at the start of

14:28the the call. You want to find something

14:30you can use to quantify later in. What

14:32you're going to see as we go through

14:33this is we're building up little

14:34bullets, we're building up a little

14:35supply of ammunition that we can use to

14:37then unload as we show the person our

14:40solution and then tailor those solutions

14:43to them. Then what you want to ask them,

14:44are they the decision maker? Are they

14:46the person who can actually close on the

14:47call? If they're not, you need to stop

14:49the call and get the decision maker on

14:50the call. Next, you need to decide what

14:53they've already done and what solutions

14:55they're using or not using. So, for

14:57example, if a person is just using

15:01nothing at all, Facebook tracking for

15:03example, the entire call is about

15:05showing them the problems that are with

15:07Meta tracking. It's just not accurate,

15:08they're losing a ton of business right

15:10away. If they're using another solution

15:12like Northbeam, Triplewhale, or any of

15:14your competitors already, or they've

15:16already done something similar, they're

15:18using a similar product to yours, what

15:20What want to do is you need to figure

15:21out what they're not happy with in those

15:23solutions and what hasn't worked and

15:25what's not working for them. Not so much

15:27going and bashing the solutions that

15:29they're using. You need to figure out

15:30where they're having problems cuz that

15:32completely changes the part of the call.

15:34If you're selling a weight loss solution

15:36for a carnivore diet plan, all right,

15:38and they're not doing anything, the

15:40pitch is going to be very different than

15:41if they've already tried the carnivore

15:43diet or they're on the vegan diet. You

15:44need to understand what position the

15:46person is in and where the gains and

15:49losses are going to be. This is the most

15:50important part of the entire pitch. If

15:52you can do this, you can win. If you

15:53can't do this, you will never win. So,

15:55when I look at sales calls at other tech

15:58companies or even our company when sales

16:00calls are going wrong, it's always this

16:02right here. Above this part of the

16:03pitch, what goes wrong and what's going

16:04to kill your your sales is people and

16:07your prospects derailing the call and

16:09you not actually setting the actual

16:11situation on what you're going to be

16:12selling against. So, for example, a lot

16:15of times I'd see reps at our company,

16:16they start selling and then the person

16:1830 minutes into the call would be like,

16:19"Oh, yeah, by the way, I'm using this

16:21solution." Okay, so we've been selling

16:22on a completely different understanding

16:25or we don't have an actual number to

16:27attach to. So, at the end of the call

16:28I'd see when our calls were not doing

16:30well at High Rise for a moment, I

16:31noticed our reps were not going and

16:33getting this actual number at the

16:34beginning of the call and selling

16:35against value. You need to go and look

16:37at your call. If you don't go and

16:38establish the value you're going to be

16:39selling against and understand the

16:40situation of the lead that you're

16:42selling against, you're going to be in a

16:43in a tough spot. And then what we're

16:45going to do is this is where everything

16:46meets the head. We need to establish

16:48that there's an actual problem. So,

16:51we're going to go through different

16:52links to get to this problem right here

16:54and there might not actually be a

16:55problem. This is the thing you need to

16:57realize. Sales is not about selling

16:59people stuff. It can be. I know a lot of

17:02you guys, I know a lot of

17:04you know, a lot of info marketers and

17:05coaches that are great at selling people

17:07stuff they don't need and then keeping

17:08the money with a bad refund policy, but

17:10we're not here to talk about that. If

17:12you want to really have an easy business

17:14and a business that you enjoy and is fun

17:17to run. It's about selling people stuff

17:19that works. And if you want to establish

17:24what something works is, it's something

17:26where they get a result that's far

17:28greater than what they pay you. It's

17:29where they solve a real problem. Now,

17:32convincing people they have problems

17:33they don't have and then selling them on

17:34that, that's really not going to lead to

17:36one of those long-term businesses.

17:37Alerting problems to problems they were

17:39not aware of, and then selling them on

17:41it, and then making them far more money,

17:43oodles more money, than they were

17:45originally making by solving that

17:46problem, and then you keeping a little

17:47bit of that money, it's that's

17:49fantastic. It feels good to sell, it

17:51feels good for the lead to sell. They

17:52walk away from the call feeling like,

17:54"Oh, wow, I just went to the doctor and

17:55figured out this huge problem. I had

17:57this tumor in my butt that was making me

17:59[ __ ] blood, and I didn't even know about

18:01it." That's

18:03a wonderful metaphor. Let's keep that

18:05mental image. But, I found this tumor in

18:07my butt, and I wasn't even aware of it

18:09till the doctor showed me where it is.

18:10That's the type of sales we want to be

18:12doing. And so, we're going to be very

18:14aggressive here to find out if there's a

18:16problem. And if there isn't a problem,

18:18we're going to get off the call. So,

18:19what we're going to do in this situation

18:20right here is I'm going to ask them,

18:21"What is working for you in your ads?"

18:23And another really great pitch that's

18:24kind of similar to this is I would check

18:26out Viral Coach's pitch on their

18:28channel. It's Daniel Isles or something

18:29like that. They have a very good

18:30flowchart, and I actually learn a lot

18:32watching as well. There's some things I

18:34borrowed from this, so I just want to

18:35give credit where credit's due. So, one

18:37of the things they do that I altered for

18:39a business is we simply ask them, "Based

18:41on what you're already doing with your

18:42ads, how are your ads working out for

18:44you?" Now, this question is very vague,

18:46because what we want them to do is if

18:47they're aware of the problem, we want

18:49them to bring it up on their own. So,

18:50what's going to happen right here is

18:51about 60-70% of leads are going to bring

18:54out the problem. I can't see my sales, I

18:55can't see my tracking, blah blah blah

18:57blah blah. And what we're going to do at

18:59this point is then bring out the

19:00problem. But, let's talk about what we

19:02do if they don't think they have a

19:03problem. And before we start bringing

19:05out a problem, we don't want to just

19:06bring out a problem and start trying to

19:07drag out a problem if they don't believe

19:08they have it. So, they might not be

19:10specific. They might say something like

19:12everything's fine. Ads are working fine.

19:14Oh, okay. So, what made you get on the

19:16call? Like if if you're on the call

19:17today for tracking for your ads, what's

19:19not working? Like what do you need to

19:21track to make your ads work better?

19:22They're usually going to admit something

19:23right here. If they still don't admit

19:25it, if they're like, "No, it's just

19:26fine. Uh you know, I really don't think

19:29I have a problem with my e-commerce

19:30ads." Okay, so like first, let's really

19:33diagnose why we're on the call and make

19:34sure there's a reason for us being on

19:35the call. I can show you 50 e-commerce

19:37accounts right now and our reps are

19:39armed with tons of proof, tons of

19:41results that e-commerce businesses, info

19:43businesses, SaaS businesses have gotten

19:45with Hyros. The results we have blow out

19:47the sun. One thing you should do for

19:49your sales pitches is whenever you start

19:51running your business, get every single

19:53customer that gets a result to leave a

19:55testimony and document what you did. Is

19:57every customer going to leave a

19:58testimonial? No, but if you work with

20:00your customers hand in hand and really

20:02make sure they get results, you should

20:03have a lot of testimonials. So, for

20:04example, at Hyros over the past couple

20:06years, we have so many testimonials we

20:07can just make an endless line of

20:09results. We can show them our entire

20:11Trustpilot score, over 600 reviews that

20:13are near perfect, and just show them

20:15endlessly that what we're saying on the

20:16call works. This is one of the most

20:18important things because then you don't

20:19have to convince people what you're

20:20doing works. And I talked about how to

20:21grow business on testimonials in another

20:23video that you'll see at the end of this

20:24video and it's linked in the YouTube

20:26description. This is one of the most

20:28important things to growing a business

20:29is gathering testimonials and then

20:30advertising testimonials. Get results,

20:33advertise results. It's the best way to

20:34grow business on planet Earth. What

20:36we're going to do at this point is we're

20:36going to use those testimonials. Person

20:38says, "Well, no, it's fine. I don't

20:39think I ever really have a problem with

20:40my ad account." We're going to say,

20:41"Look, here's 50 other ad accounts.

20:43They're all seeing this in that ad

20:44account. There's massive loss here,

20:46here, and here. Is there anything you're

20:48seeing that's similar to their

20:49accounts?" We never want to tell them

20:50this is happening. We want to say, "Are

20:51you seeing a similar problem to this

20:53e-commerce store? Are you seeing some of

20:54your sales not lining up? Are you seeing

20:56Meta ads reporting way more sales than

20:57you're actually seeing coming in? Are

20:59you seeing it reporting no sales? Are

21:00you not seeing your closes coming in on

21:02your calls? Are you not seeing your

21:03subscriptions coming in? Where What the

21:05gap that you're seeing that's like these

21:06businesses right here? In most cases

21:07right here, they're going to say, "Oh,

21:09yeah, that's exactly what's going on in

21:10our in our business." Great, we have a

21:12problem to expand on. Finally, they're

21:13going to say something like, "Well, no,

21:14I just think we can track better."

21:16Great, what data are you not getting

21:18that needs to be better for you to

21:19scale? Why do you want to track better?

21:21What is the result you're looking for

21:22right here? "Oh, yeah, we don't really

21:24see our closes coming in." Finally,

21:26they're going to finally make something.

21:27The last thing they might do is say,

21:29"Well, you tell me, like I'm I'm no

21:31expert what's going on in my business."

21:32Then you can actually show them examples

21:34and ask them, "Do you see any of these

21:35things happening in your business?" They

21:37have to say, "This is happening in my

21:38business." And then you can actually

21:41start expanding the issue. If they don't

21:42see any problems whatsoever, this is one

21:44problem I saw in our calls and I had to

21:46sit down with our reps and talk about

21:48that I see in so many other businesses

21:49is they just keep selling to people that

21:50don't think they have a problem. At this

21:52point, if we've knocked five times and

21:54asked them and given them plenty of ways

21:56to hook onto a problem, they're like,

21:57"No, I just seriously don't have a

21:58problem." You have what is called a

22:00silly willy know-it-all on your phone

22:03with you right now. I see people that

22:05have their own little technical tracking

22:07setups, which frankly are dog [ __ ] but

22:10whatever, we're not here to tell people

22:11they're wrong, but because we don't get

22:13on the call and be like, "Yeah, your

22:14tracking solution's dog [ __ ] buddy. You

22:16shouldn't be using it." We're not going

22:17to say that, okay? That's not helpful

22:19and they're not going to believe us, but

22:20we have people get on calls and you're

22:22going to see this type of person on your

22:23calls all the time that just want to

22:24debate. They just want to get on and

22:26like, "Well, you know, based on this

22:27tracking attribution system thing right

22:29I got right here, this is much better

22:31and you need to tell me why it's not."

22:33And they just want to debate the entire

22:35call. Get off the call. Just just get

22:37off the [ __ ] call. You You don't need

22:38to be talking to these people. They're

22:39not going to convert. They already know

22:40everything way better than you. If they

22:42don't believe they have a problem, just

22:44hop off the call. You have nothing to

22:45close them on. You have nothing to help.

22:47They're an expert. They know everything.

22:49Just pop off. Think about how you can

22:50see this in your business because I

22:51guarantee 15% of your calls are going

22:54like this. You're going to have people

22:56that are dead set on just arguing the

22:58entire time or you're going to have

22:59people that are extremely resistant to

23:01admitting they have a problem and you're

23:03not getting them to admit that I have a

23:04problem. You're not holding them at

23:05gunpoint. You're showing them options.

23:08You're showing them the problem existing

23:10elsewhere and having them pinpoint that

23:12and drag it out to you. This is This is

23:13the thing I'm having. This is where the

23:15pain is. Great. So, what I want my reps

23:18to do at this point is we're going to

23:19dig into these things. We're going to

23:20say, "Okay, what are you not seeing in

23:21your numbers? What are you not seeing in

23:22your closes? What are you not seeing

23:24You're seeing way more sales coming in

23:26from your e-commerce ads than are

23:27actually coming in. You're seeing way

23:29less sales coming in. Where is the

23:31problem right here and how is this

23:32causing problems in your business?" And

23:33then you just sit back and have them

23:35expand until they really don't have

23:37anything else to say. Just sit with them

23:38for 10 15 minutes and just say, "Okay,

23:40what is Where's the problem with this?

23:42Are you seeing this problem right here?"

23:43You should know your business well

23:44enough to just start asking them

23:45questions and asking them to expand on

23:46the problem. And you want to take all

23:48these and store them, okay? What we're

23:50going to do at this point, and it's not

23:51specifically laid out here cuz I have

23:53exactly what I want the reps to do. So,

23:55I'm explaining to you what this next

23:56step is. What we want to do is we want

23:58them to, if possible, assign a value to

24:01the damage of the problem. Not all of

24:03them are going to do this, but if you

24:04have this right here, you basically have

24:05the close at this point. So, right now a

24:07person's told us where all these

24:08problems are in their business, and we

24:09just asked them straight up, "How much

24:10do you think this is causing you to

24:12waste per month? How much do you think

24:13this is lowering your ad scale?" So, for

24:15example, we're going to point out,

24:16"Okay, yeah, you're not able to see your

24:18scale, so you're basically guessing on

24:19your ads, right?" Yeah, we're guessing.

24:21Okay, so you're passing really bad data

24:23back to your ad platform AI made in

24:24Google that runs everything right now.

24:26That's messing up your targeting. I

24:28mean, if you if you have 100 sales come

24:29in and you're only seeing in 50, the

24:30data is off. Do you see that? Yeah. Do

24:32you think that's causing any problems?

24:33Like, how much do you think that's

24:34losing on the $100,000 a month you're

24:36making back from your ads? I mean, at

24:38least like 5,000 10,000 See what's going

24:40on right there? We're just building up

24:42all this value right here, and we're

24:43getting the person to really look the

24:44problem in the eye and tell us the value

24:46of it. We're not manipulating it out of

24:47them. We're just saying like, you tell

24:49us what the damage is. Now, if they

24:51don't do that, what we want to do is try

24:54to settle on some actual value. So,

24:56about base across all these problems

24:58right here, what we usually see across

25:00ad accounts, if we can go and fix those

25:02problems, is about a 10 to 20% loss in

25:04what they're making in their ads. Does

25:06that seem reasonable to you? So, for

25:08example, you're spending 50,000 a month,

25:09you're making 100,000 a month back. In

25:11the scale and the waste, this is

25:12probably losing you about 10 to 15,000 a

25:14month right here, just based on looking

25:16at these numbers. Does that sound

25:17reasonable to you? I'm going to show you

25:18the actual stats behind this in a

25:19second, but does that sound reasonable?

25:21Most leads, most people are going to

25:22agree at this point. Yeah, that sounds

25:25pretty reasonable. They don't. You want

25:26to say, "Okay, what's reasonable? What's

25:27something we can kind of work with right

25:28here?" Just so when I show you these

25:29metrics and numbers right here, we kind

25:31of just have a baseline. Again, the

25:33person's going to say something that

25:34they agree with. We want an agreed-upon

25:36number, and we want to price our product

25:38so that even if our agreed-upon number

25:40is much less than the starting number

25:43at, we want the price of our product to

25:44still be significantly lower, so they're

25:45getting massive returns. Okay? That's

25:47how we're going to be pricing our

25:48product. So, after we have an

25:50agreed-upon number, we're going to say,

25:52"All right, cool. If we can get that

25:53number for you, and I can prove we can

25:55get that number for you, this is a home

25:56run for you, right?" Yes.

25:59Where are we at in the picture right now

26:00before we even start showing him how our

26:01solution works? The person has told us

26:04they have a problem, they agreed to have

26:05a problem, they've assigned a value to

26:07the problem, and they've agreed if we

26:08can actually verify that we can get them

26:10that value,

26:11they're going to pay us. Close is

26:13actually done at this point. All we're

26:15going to do is we take every single

26:17problem they gave us, and then we walk

26:19them through it. So, what we do at Hyros

26:20is we don't just do a demo, we listen to

26:22the problem the person has, and then

26:24show them how when they plug in the

26:26Hyros, "Oh, yeah, here's how it shows

26:27and fixes this waste in your in your

26:29account. Here's an e-commerce account.

26:31Here's a call account that we have that

26:32actually solved this problem. Here's the

26:34scaling issue you're having right here

26:35by guessing on your ads. Here's 15

26:37e-commerce accounts that were able to

26:39increase by 5, 10,000, similar to yours,

26:41and get a 10%, 15% gain by fixing the

26:44scaling issue. And yes, all that AI data

26:46you're sending in that's wrong, by

26:47sending in correct AI data, surprise,

26:49surprise, Meta's us to turn your ads

26:51around and target much better. Here's a

26:53bunch of before and afters with ad

26:54accounts just like yours. So, we go and

26:57listen to their exact problems. Oh, I'm

26:58not seeing my closes. That's my big

27:00issue. And we find or have on hand ad

27:02accounts that were suffering from that

27:03same exact example. If they're an

27:05e-commerce store and they're not setting

27:06in the right data. If Madea's reporting

27:08way less sales coming in and they're

27:09having to guess their ads, we harp it

27:10down on what they're seeing, the

27:12specific them, and then sell based on

27:14that. Or we find the problems they have

27:15with their existing solutions and we

27:17sell based on that. When you show your

27:19solution and give people your solution,

27:21you tailor it specifically to them. You

27:23let them set up the targets for you. You

27:25make them agree if you knock the targets

27:27down it's a win for them, and then you

27:28knock the targets down. That's it. And

27:30most importantly of all, you make sure

27:32there's targets up in the first [ __ ]

27:33place. You don't just start knocking

27:35down targets that they don't have. You

27:36make them say, "Yes, I have a problem.

27:38Here it is. Here are the symptoms of

27:39this problem." You knock down on the

27:41symptoms, you knock down the problem,

27:42and you offer a solution based on the

27:44value attached to that problem that's

27:45far less than it. At this point, all we

27:47have to do on the pitch, there's a

27:49closing process we have, but it's really

27:51simple at this point. We've gone through

27:53and every single time we show them the

27:54problem, we attach that value to it. You

27:56agreed before that you're losing about 5

27:58to 10% on your ad spend just through the

28:00waste right here. Do you see how this

28:01would save you that 5,000 a month? We

28:03already have these numbers on hand from

28:04the calculator we did. Do you see how

28:06this would go and increase your ad spend

28:07by that 10,000 we agreed on right here?

28:09Here's 15 accounts that prove it. Do you

28:10see how fixing the data right here would

28:12improve your ad spend by 5 10% right

28:14here? Here's 15 accounts that prove it.

28:16And so, at this point we wrap up the

28:17demo, which is really a proof of being

28:19able to solve the problem. What were we

28:21doing this entire call? We were

28:22converting them to believing they have

28:24the problem. We did that in step one. We

28:26convert them to believing we can fix the

28:28problem, and then we sell them a price

28:32that is far less than the value of the

28:35solution. So, this point right here,

28:37we've gone through the count with them.

28:38Okay, yeah, you're losing about 25,000 a

28:40month in your ads. We verified that.

28:41Here's tons of other accounts. Here's

28:43what we're going to do. You're losing

28:4425,000 dollars a month. High-rise is a

28:46thousand dollars a month. When you pay

28:47this right here, we're also going to

28:48guarantee this result. If you don't see

28:50an increase in your ad ROI, you don't

28:51pay us. On top of that, if you get

28:53started today on this call, we'll offer

28:55you a 15% discount so you don't have to

28:56go back to your team, but only if you

28:58get started today on this because people

28:59that sign up same day turn far, far less

29:02because we see they're way more

29:02ambitious by getting started. That right

29:04there is a fast action bonus to get

29:06people to actually close on the call. At

29:07this point in time, there is really no

29:09objection to be had because what we've

29:11done throughout this entire call is

29:12solved every single objection. Oh, it's

29:14too expensive. Well, look look at the

29:16value right here. Oh, I'm using this

29:17this solution right here. Well, we

29:19already found all the problems. You're

29:20not You're not getting the result right

29:21there. Oh, I need to talk to my team.

29:23Oh, the decision maker's on the call

29:24already. What What's there to talk

29:26about? Oh, well, you know, I'm not sure

29:28if this plugs in here, here, or there.

29:29This is where we actually go and start

29:31addressing those derailer questions if

29:33they've been loaded up. The last thing

29:34I'll leave you with is also when we

29:36start seeing those derailer questions,

29:38we hold all of them to this point where

29:40they admit they have a problem. So, for

29:41example, if a person asks us, "How does

29:43this plug into Google Analytics?" or how

29:45does this plug in to the Facebook KPI?

29:48What we're going to do is not just

29:50answer how it plugs into their KPI. What

29:52we're going to do is ask them, "What are

29:53you trying to solve with that? What are

29:54you not seeing?" Oh, so you want to plug

29:56in the KPI cuz you're sitting on the

29:57wrong data.

29:59How is it How's that affecting your

30:00business? Do you see how I just turned

30:01that derailer into a diagnosis of a

30:04problem? Because what people are really

30:06asking when they ask derailer questions

30:08most of the time is they're asking, "Is

30:09this actually going to solve my

30:11symptom?" If it's a yes-no answer, do we

30:12Do you plug in this thing? Yes. How?

30:15Well, before we get into the how of it,

30:16I'm not a developer, so I want to give

30:17you a right answer here. What are you

30:18trying to solve by fixing that? What are

30:20you trying to solve by plugging us into

30:22HubSpot in a specific way? Oh, yeah, I I

30:24really need to see custom reporting in a

30:26specific way. Oh, okay, well, then you

30:27should use be using our MCP to plug this

30:29data in. You can just use our vibe code

30:31to plug anything in. But, more

30:32importantly, what are you not seeing in

30:34HubSpot and how's it messing up your

30:35numbers and how do you think it's

30:36affecting your ads? Boom, boom, boom.

30:38Derailer's completely shoved back on

30:40track. This is the entire process I've

30:42to sell for years, and this is the only

30:45way I sell because it's so damn easy.

30:47There might be better ways to sell.

30:49There might be some wingding wizardry

30:51system where you can manipulate people

30:52into buying all sorts of stuff that they

30:53don't need. But, what I found works best

30:56is you just make people understand they

30:57have a problem that they do truly have.

30:59You help educate them to a problem. If

31:01someone has a butt tumor, they should

31:03know about the butt tumor, don't you

31:04think? It will improve their life if

31:06they take the butt tumor away. So, we

31:07make them understand the butt tumor.

31:09Then we make them understand the pain

31:11and the problems the butt tumor's

31:12causing them. You are [ __ ] blood.

31:13Very unattractive. Not Not fun at

31:15parties. And they go, "Yeah, that's

31:17really That's

31:18It's really stopping me from picking up

31:19hot babes." Great. How much How much is

31:22that worth to you to solve? "Thousand

31:24dollars a month." Great. Give me 50

31:25bucks a month and we'll solve this

31:27problem for you. You see that I can't

31:29make good metaphors and I really

31:30shouldn't make these videos. I should

31:31just stop. Terrible metaphor aside,

31:34what's the problem? Make you have the

31:36problem. What's the problem worth to

31:38you? Okay, we'll fix this problem for

31:40you for way less than it's worth to you.

31:42We'll guarantee the result. Here's a

31:43reason to start now. This right here is

31:45going to get you 90% of the way there to

31:47having a massively successful business.

31:49And frankly, the final 15-20% in

31:52conversions that you're going to miss

31:53from maybe not doing some other wingding

31:55crazy stuff you see on other channels,

31:56not really even worth it. And it's going

31:58to be getting you customers that aren't

31:59going to stay long-term anyways. So,

32:01this is exactly what I've used to sell

32:02hundreds of millions of dollars worth of

32:04products, exactly to a T. Compare it to

32:06your business. Use it. It works. And if

32:08you want to see how we actually build

32:10those testimonials and get results for

32:11customers, which is just as important as

32:13this pitch cuz if you can't prove it

32:14works, you're kind of up a creek. Watch

32:16the video below this in the description.

32:18And hey, if you want to make more money

32:19from your ads guaranteed and all the

32:20things I said in this pitch matter stuck

32:22with you and you thought, "Hmm, yeah,

32:23I'm not actually seeing my sales results

32:25in my ads and I'm losing a lot of money

32:27and my AI data is pretty much dog shit."

32:29You should come check out Hyros cuz

32:31we'll fix that for you, too. And you can

32:32go through this pitch and see it

32:33yourself. And as you go through the

32:34pitch, you're going to be like, "Oh, I

32:35see what this [ __ ] is doing."

32:37But, you're not going to be mad about it

32:38because all we're going to be doing is

32:40diagnosing the problem you have. You're

32:41going to see the problem you have, and

32:42then you're going to be like, oh [ __ ]

32:44we can fix it. And we can actually skip

32:45through all that sales process stuff

32:47when you just come and be like, yep, I

32:48got a big [ __ ] problem. How do I fix

32:50it?

32:51So, you see how this pitch works even if

32:53a person already knows what you're

32:54doing, even if they're already warm. So,

32:56enjoy.
