QuantCrawler Caught This $5K Trade Overnight

0:00So, Quant Crawler made me $7,100 while I

0:05dollars. I'm in a trading combine on

0:07Topstep and I was testing out the new

0:10model because it was breaking all

0:13weekend long and I added a couple things

0:16to it. I added some tighter

0:17restrictions, things like that. And I'm

0:19like, "All right, let's just test it.

0:20Gold is open. Let's see on a full-size

0:23GC contract with a brand new Topstep

0:26$50,000 account. Let's see what it does.

0:29if I said it before I go to bed in the

0:31Asia session, wake up and check it in

0:33the morning. And uh to say I was shocked

0:35was certainly a surprise. So you guys

0:38can see here that this is a brand new

0:40account. We've only taken two trades on

0:42it. Our real profit and loss is 7,10352.

0:52here literally has only been traded one

0:54day and it was when Asia Session opened

0:56yesterday. two trades. I made one when I

0:59was testing out new quant crawler

1:01updates and things like that. Hey, let's

1:02just see if this is going to work. See

1:04if I'm going to get some better info on

1:05it. So, I went into this one at 447 and

1:08the first one was done at 521. So, I was

1:12in the trade a little under 35 minutes.

1:14I made $2,000. I'm like, "Hey, that one

1:16worked out really well. Great. Let's do

1:17it again." I waited a couple hours. Then

1:20I did a couple more updates, reran the

1:23prompt, and I can show you guys here on

1:24the trade taken. this. I sent this to

1:26myself at 9:15, but I knew at this time

1:30I was just whatever direction it gave

1:32me, I was just going to go in because

1:33all I was doing and working on yesterday

1:35was the chart analysis and if it should

1:37go long or short because you guys have

1:40all been experiencing it with me. This

1:42section right here is wrong. It's not

1:45calculating the risk-to-reward, right?

1:47It's not calculating the tick size and

1:48cost right here. It says to enter at

1:504050 and the stop loss 75 cents below

1:54that. That's not going to work. And then

1:55the takerit a$150 above that. That's

1:58obviously not going to work either. So

2:00I'm like, hey, it's going through. It's

2:02reading this. It's messing up the

2:04pricing. I'm working on that. But it's

2:05analyzed everything. It's giving me the

2:08confluences. It's bullish. And so I sent

2:11this through. I sent this to me just to

2:13track it. You can see here we're on GC.

2:16So I just said it and I'm like, you know

2:18what? I'm going to bed. Let's see what

2:20happens. I'm already up $2,000. I'll

2:22risk 750. So, I went in around 2115,

2:26which is right in here, this or excuse

2:29me, this candle. And I literally went in

2:32at the top pretty much. You can tell

2:35because when you look here at the chart,

2:37I entered at 4059 and I had my takerit

2:40set at 4,110. And as what I did, I

2:44literally was irritated with Quant

2:47Crawler yesterday and spending all day

2:48working on the website. I entered in up

2:51here 4059 this range and I set it there.

2:56I zoomed out on the chart. I drugg my

2:58stop loss down to here, the next level

3:00down and I just went to bed. Then when I

3:03woke up this morning, it was all the way

3:05up at 4110, which means I ticked out on

3:07my takerit somewhere around here and we

3:10were up $5,000. So, this account in less

3:15than 24 hours has made $7,1352.

3:19But if you guys want to know what the

3:21real problem is on Topstep, all you have

3:23to make is $3,000. So, you take a

3:26$50,000 account to $53,000. But when you

3:29have a big day like that, you have to

3:31show consistency. So, you can't do it in

3:33one day. Otherwise, I would be there and

3:35this would be moving on to an express

3:37account where we're making real money.

3:38The problem is going to be they're going

3:40to see on the account and my dashboard

3:42will update after the trade day closes

3:44today and it's going to say I need to

3:46make X amount again because this exceeds

3:48X amount and it's basically going to

3:51make me recreate this exact same trade

3:53one more time. So this account is going

3:56to be it's going to be a fun one. This

3:58is going to be an all-in. We're going to

4:01put a $2,000 stop loss on go to bed and

4:03let it run just for the sake of uh the

4:05account because the only way I'm going

4:07to do this again is if I get another

4:10three, four, $5,000 trade for this to

4:12move out of express. So, uh we blasted

4:15this one out and it hit and now we're

4:18going to basically be fighting our way

4:20to get this one to express. It's going

4:21to be a challenge, but Quant Crawler

4:24called the long. It was right. We're

4:26working on the pricing right now because

4:28the tick value, tick size, all of that

4:30is wrong. I'm working on updating that

4:32today. But just wanted to show you guys

4:37day and $5100 of it was while I was

4:40sleeping.
