0:00This is a client portal created by an
0:03agency that is using Retail and they
0:06have created this for their clients. So,
0:08their clients log in here
0:10and they see all their campaign stats
0:12here.
0:13They can go into their call recordings,
0:16look into the transcripts, and listen to
0:18their calls. And they have a support
0:20widget right here, which means if they
0:22need help, they can contact the agency
0:24immediately.
0:25And they can also pay the agency
0:28directly on this portal.
0:30They have never heard of Retail and that
0:32is the whole point of this video.
0:35So, if you sell voice agents to clients
0:38or if you're planning to, maybe you
0:40already build in Retail, maybe you had
0:42no idea Retail could be re-stole under
0:44your own brand at all. Either way, stay.
0:48I'm Raj. I founded Voice AI Rapper. Now,
0:51here's a boundary and I want to set it
0:53early. Retail stays your agent platform,
0:56your own Retail account, your own key,
0:58your own agents. You build them there,
1:00you test them there, and you manage them
1:02there. Nothing about that changes.
1:05What Voice AI Rapper adds is the layer
1:07around it.
1:08Branded access for your clients, a work
1:11space for each client, and billings and
1:14emails that come from your business, not
1:16from a provider your client has never
1:18heard of.
1:19This is not a Retail tutorial. This is
1:22all about how you can turn a Retail
1:24agent into something you can actually
1:26sell as a service.
1:29Let's take a quick look at what we
1:31consider to be our true white label. It
1:34is not a logo on a dashboard. It is four
1:36things.
1:37One, your clients log into your domain,
1:40not ours, not Retail, your domain.
1:43Two, each client sits in their own work
1:45space, each with their own data, and
1:47they cannot see each other. Three, each
1:50client gets a plan and an invoice and an
1:52email from your business. Four, nothing
1:56on any screen tells them which agent
1:58platform you built on.
2:00Keep these four in your head and I'm
2:02going to tick them off one at a time.
2:05Now, before I show you any of Voice Air
2:07Rapper and what you can do with Retail,
2:09I want to be fair about what other
2:11alternatives exist out there.
2:13The common build goes something like
2:15this. You take a workflow automation
2:17tool, a hosting subscription, a
2:19spreadsheet as your database, and a AI
2:22site builder. You wire them all
2:24together. 40 minutes later, you have a
2:26dashboard. Right? And if you want total
2:29control over every pixel, and you don't
2:31want to pay anyone else, probably that's
2:33the right route for you. And I'm not
2:35going to talk you out of it. But,
2:37let's be clear about what a dashboard is
2:39and what it is not. Right? There is
2:42usually no login, which means anyone
2:44with the link can read your client's
2:45data. There is no billing.
2:48It's not on your domain, and every time
2:50a webhook payload changes upstream,
2:52fixing it is your job. Forever.
2:55So, the honest truth
2:57is we charge a monthly fee for our
2:59platform.
3:00The do-it-yourself route does not. You
3:02decide which side of it you want to be
3:04on.
3:06Now, let's take a look at how all of
3:07this works behind the scenes. The first
3:09step is to connect your Retail API keys.
3:13And as soon as you do that, you will
3:15notice that your Retail assets are going
3:17to sync inside Voice Air Rapper.
3:20So, that's it. There's no migration.
3:21There is no other troubleshooting
3:22required. Now, when you create agents
3:25from Voice Air Rapper, it can also
3:27create the agent simultaneously inside
3:29your Retail account. And if you create
3:30an agent inside Retail, it shows up
3:32inside Voice Air Rapper. So, there's a
3:34two-way sync. The same thing goes with
3:36your phone numbers, your tools, your
3:38knowledge base, everything that exists
3:41inside your Retail account shows up in
3:42Voice Air Rapper. Now, you can take all
3:45of those, and you can create client
3:48portals, and you can associate those
3:50assets to your client portal, and add
3:53billing plans. So, let me get to that.
3:55To create your client portal, you just
3:57need to add a DNS key. It takes just a
4:00couple of minutes before your client
4:03portal is up and running.
4:04And we also support multiple global
4:06languages, which means you can create
4:08client portals in multiple global
4:09languages.
4:10So, once you've set up your client
4:12account, the next thing is to connect
4:14your billing system. We allow
4:17multiple billing models. Firstly, if you
4:20use Stripe, then all you need to do is
4:22connect your Stripe keys, and then you
4:25can create multiple pricing plans using
4:27our pricing configurator. They get
4:29created directly in your Stripe account.
4:31You can bill clients subscription fee.
4:34You can bill them like a one-time
4:36onboarding fee. You can also give them
4:38recharge back that automatically top up.
4:41Then we have external billing, which is
4:43basically off-platform billing. And
4:44then, if you are using some other
4:46payment processor, we also give you APIs
4:49to use on our pro plan.
4:51All right. So, once you've set up your
4:52payment integration, the next step is to
4:55create client accounts. You can add
4:56multiple client accounts to one Voice AI
4:58upper account. And in fact, you can add
5:01multiple retail workspaces to one Voice
5:03AI upper account and associate a
5:05different workspace to a different
5:06client.
5:08Inside these client workspaces, you have
5:10granular controls over what clients get
5:12to see, access, edit, or download.
5:15And there are two ways you can onboard
5:16clients. You can create user logins for
5:18the client portal and share a
5:22link with them for them to log in.
5:24Or you can configure pricing plans,
5:27which you can add to your website, and
5:29you can start the client onboarding
5:30process right from your website.
5:33Now, the core of Voice AI services,
5:35which is taking inbound calls, making
5:37outbound calls, and intercepting
5:39incoming chat. So, we segregate them
5:41into campaigns, and we have a campaign
5:44builder wizard which helps you create AI
5:47outbound calling campaigns or inbound AI
5:49receptionist that you can add to your
5:51website.
5:53With our outbound calling, for example,
5:55this is not just simple batch calling.
5:57You can run programmatic outbound
5:58campaigns, which means you can control
6:01when and how many times the AI agent is
6:03making these AI outbound calls. And then
6:06you also get advanced controls like
6:08smart callback settings, which callback
6:10a lead based on their preferred time.
6:12You also have a do not call system built
6:15in. This works in sync with your CRM
6:17system. We have a built-in API which can
6:19fetch leads from your CRM system, make
6:21the call, and send the call data back to
6:23your CRM system.
6:26You can also connect it with external
6:28automations on any 10 or Zapier or
6:31make.com. You can also trigger tool
6:33calls. We prefer that tool calls are
6:35created
6:36directly in your agent settings in
6:38retail, but in case you want to create
6:40tool calls using any 10, uh you can just
6:42add the webhooks right here, and they
6:43will work as planned.
6:45Similarly with inbound, you have
6:47controls over when you want the inbound
6:49agent to run. And as long as you have
6:51enabled dynamic data or structured data
6:54in your agent configuration, you will be
6:56able to capture all incoming caller
6:58information. It can be an email or a
7:00phone number, and you can show that to
7:03your clients in their dashboard.
7:06So, in case you are creating a inbound
7:08AI receptionist for a healthcare client,
7:10uh this is a very easy way to quickly
7:12set it up and get it up and running
7:14within minutes.
7:16If you are setting up your AI inbound
7:18receptionist as a web widget on your
7:20client's website, you can create and
7:22configure it here. This has all the
7:24functions that your provider offers,
7:26which means it can interact with
7:27incoming visitors on voice as well as
7:30chat, and you can also create billing
7:32plans to charge your client for this.
7:34The embed code is fully white label, and
7:36there's no retail or Voice AI wrapper
7:38written anywhere in the embed code that
7:40you'll share with your client.
7:42So, important question here, what does
7:44this cost and how do you make money? So,
7:47you pay retail
7:49for whatever usage your clients are
7:52making.
7:54We charge you a fixed monthly fee and
7:56the pricing is on our website. If you go
7:59to voiceaiwrapper.com, you'll see our
8:02pricing plans right here. You're paying
8:04us a fixed monthly fee and you pay
8:07retail for whatever your clients end up
8:10using. You make money based on the
8:13billing plan that you have set up for
8:15your clients. So, if you have set up a
8:18subscription plan which charges your
8:19client, let's say, $500 a month and you
8:22have set up a markup of 10 cents on
8:25every single minute that the client is
8:28using. So, you are earning both the
8:30subscription fee plus the markup. And
8:33some agencies also charge a one-time
8:36fee. A quick reminder before you go,
8:38retail is one of the AI platforms that
8:41we connect. You can have VAPI, Retail,
8:43Eleven Labs, WellSaid Labs, Ultra Bots
8:46all running side-by-side in the same
8:47Voice AI Wrapper account under the same
8:49brand, which means if a client needs a
8:51different platform 6 months from now,
8:53that is a simple key insertion and not a
8:56complete rebuild.
8:58The written breakdown is on our website
9:01and I'll add the link to the
9:03description. We offer a 7-day free trial
9:06with full support on our website,
9:08voiceaiwrapper.com.
9:10So, if you want to build out the whole
9:11thing yourself this week, you can fire
9:13up a free trial right away.
9:16Tell me in the comments, Retail or VAPI
9:18for your first white label client and
9:20what market you're selling into. I read
9:22all of them.
