0:12this is like take nine oh this is it
0:15struggle I don't know why I try to win
0:17these visuals it is uh it is it's going
0:20rough all right so
0:23so I'm kind of um the best tools that
0:25have helped me with anxiety
0:27um this is one of those videos that it's
0:29just keeps coming up I keep feeling like
0:31I really need to make it
0:33um but it just takes me so long to
0:34prepare these videos and to execute them
0:37um so it's I'm gonna just try to wing it
0:39but at least I want to put this
0:41information out there because it is
0:44their they are the tools that kind of
0:46were you know got me my life back and I
0:49had to go extremely deep with um you
0:52know figure out what the hell actually
0:53helped me
0:55um and that's the hardest part with
0:56anxiety and a lot of this mental health
0:58stuff is just like what now that I'm I
1:01have a pretty good understanding of how
1:03to at least improve a lot of these
1:05situations
1:06um and all the different tools it takes
1:08and it's like compared to what I
1:10understand now to what the industry what
1:12the mainstream industry is it's like God
1:14it's like these they're not even close
1:16where it's I mean everyone most people
1:18have watched this channel probably agree
1:20with me but it's like we have we have
1:22Band-Aids is what we have you know
1:24mainstream medical system if you're
1:25going through Insurance where you know
1:27you go to the doctor have anxiety it's
1:29like what are they going to say like
1:30here's uh anxiety medication here's
1:33antidepressant you know some talk
1:35therapy
1:36it's like hey like those tools they have
1:38a time and a place those you know the
1:41medication stuff to me is that's an
1:43emergency intervention if you're really
1:46struggling there's a time and a place
1:48for those meds and you take that stuff
1:50you don't [ __ ] feel bad about it
1:52um but they're over prescribed there's
1:53misdiagnosis it's a mess there's no need
1:55there's no need to rant on that but long
1:58story short we need better tools in the
My Background
2:00stuff the stuff that helped me was not
2:02mainstream and it took a long time a lot
2:05of a lot of years suffering to find the
2:07stuff that actually helped me and it was
2:09just God it was just so many years of
2:11just researching and trial and error
2:13um and it was crazy
2:14um unfortunately you know
2:17I have 80d ADHD I'm sure people can tell
2:20and that comes with a host of you know
2:23mental
2:25um mental struggles that can with you
2:27know hyper fixating
2:29um we're prone to addiction and anxiety
2:31and depression for me it was always
2:32luckily I had way more my tendency was
2:36anxiety for a very long time I talked to
2:39my dad and he was the same way like he
2:41dealt with panic attacks and
2:43um like I'm not talking general anxiety
2:44I'm talking to the point like I would
2:46have panic attacks and I wouldn't be
2:48able to sleep
2:49um you know it could I mean really kind
2:51of in what really messed me up was the
2:54time that it got so bad in the panic
2:56attacks prevented me from sleeping
2:58completely like that was that was the
3:00downward spiral and
3:02really I created this channel
3:04um because I was able to recover that
3:06was that is the reason I created this
3:07because I was able to dig out of a hell
3:09hole um and I went through something you
3:11know an experience that really broke me
3:13as a person
3:15um and so I was like if I ever if I'm
3:18ever able to dig back out of this hole
3:19I'm like I gotta reach back I have to
3:21share the stuff that that worked for me
3:24um to you know for the people that like
3:27are maybe in my similar situation or
3:29still stuck and don't know what the hell
3:30to do
3:31um and struggling to find help like this
3:33video that video is for you hopefully
3:35reach the right person because like I
3:37say I've gone I had to go way outside
3:39the conventional system to find the
3:41tools that actually made a difference
3:42for me and I was they were telling me my
3:44issues [ __ ] they tell them it's bipolar
3:47you have bipolar because bipolar runs in
3:49my family
3:50um
3:50and the thing that was the biggest issue
3:53for me was my anxiety got to the point
3:55it was so bad that it was in it was
3:57going into panic attacks and was
3:58preventing me from sleeping and so it's
4:01not like I'm not manic I'm not on top of
4:03the world like yeah this is awesome like
4:05I can't sleep because I'm just I'm uh
4:07I'm gonna clean everything or I'm gonna
4:09go on a shopping spree like I've never
4:10luckily I've never I've never dealt with
4:12that and unfortunately my mom was
4:14bipolar so like I've seen I've seen what
4:16menial looks like
4:18and thankfully I don't I don't I don't
4:21deal with that I mean I have my own
4:22special version of 80d so I'm all over
4:25the place but thankfully it's not
4:27bipolar but like I say misdiagonals five
4:30different doctors that's all I say it's
4:31bipolar it's going to keep happening if
4:33you don't medicate and I'm like I'm like
4:35I'm like I don't think it's bipolar it's
4:37like like yeah I know I'm a little crazy
4:39but I'm not sleeping because my freaking
4:42anxiety is so bad I can't sleep my
4:44adrenaline is pumping through the roof
4:46like I have my backgrounds exercise
4:47physiology so I understand what's going
4:49on and I studied this because anytime I
4:51have an issue I deep dive and I study in
4:53a hyper fixate
4:55um which is an 80d superpower
4:57um but it's also a death blow when you
Anxiety Time Line
5:00can't solve a problem and I couldn't
5:01solve my anxiety at one at that time
5:04that
5:05um drove into insomnia just this
5:07snowball mess so try not to talk in
5:10circles here but again purpose of this
5:12video is to hand off some tools that
5:15help me so I think the easiest way to
5:18kind of present this stuff is just give
5:20you very fast timelines so you know
5:23majority my life growing up whether it's
5:25it was either general anxiety or is
5:27social anxiety you know going through
5:30that came about middle school high
5:32school a lot of social anxiety I felt
5:34kind of really lost with myself
5:36um
5:37and then but it never held me back
5:39luckily I just I was able to just kind
5:41of hide no one knew that I had crippling
5:43anxiety but I fell in with I mean
5:45drinking was to me Draco Works drinking
5:48works on the Gaba system and Gaba
5:49relaxes you so that was that was my
5:52self-medication for a very long time
5:55um College time those mid-20s growing up
5:58I mean luckily I started to come out of
5:59the social anxiety stuff I just
6:01eventually just got to the point I just
6:02stopped giving a [ __ ] what most people
6:04think you know if you like me you like
6:05me if you don't you don't like that's
6:08just kind of luckily that realization
6:09came about and I grew out of the social
6:11anxiety thing
6:12um
6:13but what happened was mid-20s you know
6:17getting a normal job you know my degree
6:20is exercise physiology but I when I put
6:22myself through college and extra degree
6:25in exercise physiology doesn't do a
6:27whole lot besides personal training I
6:28was looking at strength conditioning
6:29either way like I
6:31I needed money
6:33um so I was under a lot of financial
6:35stress you know late 20s you know still
6:38drinking and it was starting to take a
6:40toll on me either way it was like this I
6:42was building this big snowball of
6:45um you know chronic stress that all of a
6:48sudden it just it blew up at like I
6:51think I was 29 or 30. when it went from
6:54chronic stress into just one night boom
6:57panic attack and I'm like God I'm like
6:59I'm not gonna sleep and it didn't sleep
7:01and I didn't sleep the next night and so
7:03I was up all night having panic attacks
7:05and not sleeping and that's a recipe to
7:07break somebody really quick it did break
7:09me
7:10um it was like once that happened you
7:12know it was just like I was just
7:13consumed by these like thoughts oh my
7:15God I'm like
7:16yeah if this keeps happening like how am
7:18I supposed to survive like how am I
7:19going to go through this and I was so
7:21against medicine at that point that I
7:23refused to take any anxiety medication I
7:25wouldn't even take like I mean I don't
7:27feel like I took like an
7:28over-the-counter sleep Med but at that
7:30point I mean when my anxiety goes when
7:32you go to panic attack level the amount
7:34of adrenaline that I mean my body was
7:36pumping was just like you come you would
7:38it would need to hit me with like a
7:40tranquilizer dart
7:41um and at that time like I say I
7:44researched so as soon as this happened I
7:45start researching and I'm like I'm like
7:47sleeping pills of the devil anxiety
7:49medication I'm like this stuff ruins
7:51lives I'm like I won't touch this stuff
7:53and you know my background exercise
7:54physiology and I was very natural health
7:56minded I was like I can solve this I've
7:58solved every health issue before
8:01um and I was dead wrong this thing
8:03rocked me
8:04um I became depressed I couldn't you
8:06know I destroyed my circadian rhythm and
8:08I it was a two-month spiral into hell so
8:11I'm gonna Fast Track out of that so
8:13coming out of that
8:15which I did have to medicate you know at
8:17that point like it got so bad it was
8:18like I was like whatever I'm like
8:20literally just whatever what tell me
8:23what to take
8:24um and there was at at that time like I
8:25was wrecked like I needed I mean at that
8:28time I did I needed help
8:30um because everything that I and I like
8:32I say I thought I could solve everything
8:33I thought it was a clever [ __ ]
8:35and I was dead [ __ ] wrong
8:37um so take the medicine when you need
8:39the medicine take the medicine because
8:41it almost cost me in my life I'm not
8:42gonna dive into that I've shared the the
8:44downward smile before so coming out of
8:47that though so the things
8:49so very try very slowly trying to piece
8:51it back together now the things that
8:52helped me survive you know Lily was
8:55surviving because when I came out of it
8:57um you know I came out
8:58and you know I had at least some
Game Changer Meditation Technique
9:00medicine to help
9:02um I was still a mess because now I had
9:03depression and stuff on top but so the
9:05tools that at least made a difference
9:07initially it's gonna sound nothing
9:09special but meditation
9:12um and I actually have a video that I've
9:14I've shared on my channel that dives
9:17like I said I I'd like to say I've never
9:19come across anybody sharing this kind of
9:21meditation technique it's really weird I
9:23don't know like I term it a focused
9:24meditation but either way this is one of
9:26this thing freaking helped me through
9:28horrible times when nothing else was
9:30helping I had this one tool to fall back
9:32on I just term to focus meditation
9:35um I'll link it in the video the show
9:37notes or whatever but either way it was
9:39meditation made a massive difference it
9:42could if I was having a panic attack I
9:44could get myself out of the full-blown
9:46panic and at least at least lower it
9:48down same with depression I could at
Cold Plunges
9:50least find some kind of relief and if
9:53you're stuck in hell if you're stuck
9:54with that hellish process of just you
9:56know being suffering every day anything
9:58they can get you some kind of relief is
10:00huge so meditation can't Overlook it uh
10:04also want it you gotta throw in um cold
10:06thermogenesis like cold therapy
10:08um and there's been times over the last
10:10couple years like winter time can be you
10:13know not a good time for me I don't
10:14always feel my best with um you know
10:16lack of vitamin D I'm in the Northeast
10:17but what I find so finally I'm getting
10:21to stuff that actually works it takes me
10:23forever to get here
10:24um so cold therapy I mean jumping into
10:28really [ __ ] cold water if you feel
10:31depressed if you feel anxious it will
10:33shock the hell out of your system and
10:35you know it works really good for
10:38depression for anxiety I can't say I've
10:40tried it ever for panic attacks but I
10:42think it's well worth a try I know it's
10:45it's great for general anxiety for
10:46General
10:48um stress and stuff I mean cold therapy
10:50is just amazing you know it really it
10:52can help reset the central nervous
10:54system I mean there's countless benefits
10:55I can't I can't rattle them off what I
10:57can tell you is it it works if you want
10:59stuff that works try that 100 Works
Relief vs Healing
11:03um so you got meditation cold therapy
11:05and obviously you look into Wim Hof like
11:07I mean the science is all there the
11:08stuff is very effective
11:11now the tricky part with anxiety is okay
11:14so you have compounds that will help
11:17mitigate the anxiety and you have
11:19there's you know it's it's really hard
11:21so here's the hard part is finding the
11:23stuff that actually will heal it and
11:25help to get you out of those anxiety
11:26paths and reprogram the mind this is the
11:28part that we suck at with um you know
11:31conventional Medical Care System even
11:33naturopathic medicine
11:35um it's naturopathic is obviously a big
11:37step in the right direction functional
11:38but still the stuff that really can help
General Anxiety Supplements
11:41to like unwire the brain from this is is
11:44is really kind of progressive and out
11:46there still
11:48um but so the basics the stuff that in
11:50my opinion is is well worth considering
11:52first for general anxiety
11:55um you have l-theanine just a basic
11:56amino acid that's that's fantastic you
11:59can try that one
12:00um obviously CBD THC that stuff is huge
12:03now
12:04um Gaba supplementation is some debate
12:07on that one but Gaba can definitely help
12:08Gaba is what your your
12:11is a neurotransmitter you actually
12:12produce that is kind of the inhibitory
12:14relaxation
12:16um alcohol works on that what else I
12:19mean anxiety medication works on Gaba
12:21and that's a lot of things with anxiety
12:22is Gaba is predominantly what you're
12:25kind of targeting
12:27um if you're glutamate levels are too
12:29high this is just kind of the narrow
12:31science the basic stuff I understand
12:32glutamate level is too high that will
12:34drive neurotoxicity and over excitation
12:36uh so magnolia bark
12:40another one good to look into I think
12:42there's a supplements called
12:43dhhb that's a derivative of magnolia
Warning Compounds ⚠️
12:46bark uh so definitely worth trying
12:50so a couple of the more powerful
12:52compounds that I have to say put big ass
12:54big warning levels with
12:57um phenibut synthetic drug I would
12:59classify that thing as as borderline
13:01benzodiazepine you need to be Wicked I
13:05mean I can't I don't even I don't mean
13:07if I want it in this video because if
13:09any bought my in my opinion is playing
13:11with absolute fire
13:14um
13:14if you use it one one to two times a
13:18week but it's highly addictive you can
13:20with you can have horrible withdrawals
13:21off this stuff but I do know some people
13:22that say Hey it helps them a lot they
13:24use it they vary they're very careful
13:26with it but you need to understand you
13:28use something like final blood you need
13:29to know what the hell you're doing in my
13:31opinion and feta Buck caused me to
13:33relapse from anxiety medication I got
13:34all things out of medication which was
13:36hell I tried thinking I tried using
13:38phenibility thinking it could help me as
13:39just like something to transition off
13:41and phenibut caused me to relapse worse
13:43I had my own set of withdrawal symptoms
13:46from phenibus so just be careful with
13:47that
13:48um
13:49and then so with anxiety and depression
13:51so when I was coming bouncing back from
13:53the the Meltdown that like shattered it
13:57shattered my feet I mean it's funny now
13:59but
14:00um it's not funny it shattered my life
14:02really
14:03um because it's just like I had never
14:05experienced anything to the level that
14:08what I went through with that like say
14:10that was in my 30s and it was like it
14:11was a two months spiral into hell and it
14:13literally flipped my world upside down
14:15coming out of it I was depressed I was
14:17like what did I was like I was
14:18questioning everything I'm like what did
14:19I do wrong in life I'm like why did I
14:21why did this happen to me I was like I
14:23had a really I had a good life like I
14:25wasn't you know I was doing I mean I
14:27wasn't doing I wasn't doing the smartest
14:29things with my health with the drinking
14:31I was like I created this mess 100 my
14:33fault where it's like there's you know I
14:35know I know who's to blame on this
14:38um
14:38but I had a good I had a good life you
14:41know it's like I wasn't there was I
14:43didn't have horrible trauma that I was
14:45at least well no no no severe trauma
14:48um you know I had like I said I was
14:51content in my life or at least I was on
14:54the path I wanted I don't want to get
14:56spiraled because my life I was missing
14:59this piece of the puzzle where I really
15:00wanted to coach and consult stuff but I
15:02wasn't there and that's just another
15:03Rabbit Hole
15:05um so the anxiety of depression what
15:07helped me big time coming out of that
15:09because I still had to work I couldn't
15:11take time off there's no there was no
15:12hey I can just lay on the couch and just
15:14feel like [ __ ] like I had a family I
15:16got my kid my wife my wife stays at home
15:18with the kids and I was like I gotta go
15:19to work I'm like this thing shattered me
15:21and I was like I go to work depressed as
15:23[ __ ] and just try to get through the
Kratom ⚠️
15:25days and that's just drag myself so in
15:27that time again this is another one like
15:29fanabutt that's you need to be so
15:32careful with him sorry I'm swearing so
15:34much but so that one is Kratom and
15:37someone someone gonna roast me on Kratom
15:40because I every time I bring this up
15:41there's someone who's who's like you
15:44shouldn't even be talking about this
15:45stuff but so Kratom is it is a natural
15:48herb it's an actual plant it actually
15:50comes from the coffee plant but it hits
15:52on opiate receptors
15:54um and obviously opiate receptors
15:56painkiller uh it also boosts dopamine so
16:00you get you get a mood Boost from it you
16:02get a you get an energy boost
16:04um and it has some some pain relieving
16:07properties but you abuse it highly
16:10addictive you will withdraw like you've
16:11been taking you know I mean not hardcore
16:14opiates but pain relief it's like an
16:17obscene you go on Reddit you look up
16:19creative withdrawal I mean they have
16:21detox clinics that'll take you in for
16:23Kratom drawings it's that bad but here's
16:26how I used it and I still use it on
16:28occasion
16:30um one to two times a week Max I dose it
16:33one time I don't up dose during the day
16:35for me it's like 2.4 grams like whatever
16:38I don't want to go to the dose on the
16:39stuff but to me this is this is a tool
16:42that will help get you get you to the
16:44next point or at least get you through
16:46the day get you some relief on occasion
16:48if you don't want to go the route of
Side Tangent
16:50antidepressants and hey I'm not if you
16:52want to run antidepressants if you're
16:54hurting that bad do what you want to do
16:56I'm just I'm so stubborn I I believe to
16:59my core that I can recover so I didn't
17:01want to take something daily this is my
17:02thing I'm like hey I understood I
17:05understood enough about
17:06um
17:07human human biology that if you take
17:09something every single day your body
17:11starts to get accustomed to it you start
17:12to down regulate it can create issues so
17:15I'm like okay I'm like let me let me
17:17struggle I chose to struggle and rely on
17:20certain things that times mind really
17:21needed to help because I'm like I think
17:23I can recover but if I use these
17:25medications if I start to rely on
17:27something I'm like it's then I'm gonna
17:29have to figure out that I'm gonna have
17:31to kind of come off of it and then go
17:33through that healing process where it's
17:34like if I can just struggle along I'm
17:36like I believe that I could recover and
17:38get back to a place like I felt good
17:39like I knew like I had periods in my
17:41life I felt really freaking good I
17:43didn't have anxiety like I didn't I
17:44haven't always had anxiety
17:46um there's periods in my life that have
17:47been really great and unfortunately with
17:49again this has come 80d it's like you
17:51can have you can have good periods you
17:53can have periods you feel awesome and
17:54you can have periods where you feel
17:56[ __ ] hellish and it's like those are
17:58the times like you need to be able to
17:59handle you need to have a lot of tools
18:01and that's what I found with my 80d is
18:03still like I need to have a lot of tools
18:05that I can rely on to deal with the [ __ ]
18:08that my body throws at me um
18:10and I'm finding things I'm stabilizing
18:11the better I get my health the higher I
18:13get like my Baseline is so much better
18:15it's so much more even
18:17um and I don't I don't take there's I
18:18take zero medications right now I take
Kratom WrapUp
18:20nothing daily
18:22um you know basic supplements and it's
18:24just all the stuff I use is supporting
18:27um you know just trying to get my
18:28Baseline higher Okay so
18:30create them like I say careful as hell
18:32but it did it did get me some Anxiety
18:35Relief it's actually really good
18:37I mean they use people will use Phenom
18:39but for social situations also Kratom
18:42but again if you're not if you don't if
18:44you don't deal with the root issues if
18:45you don't deal with you know whatever it
18:48is that drives your social anxiety where
18:49for me it was just I was way too way too
18:51concerned what people thought about me
18:52and just going deep into that and coming
18:55to my own conclusions where it's like
18:57real I just don't care what people think
18:59about me as much anymore I mean I feel
19:01like that's a part of like maturing it's
19:02like end of days does it really matter
19:05what people think about you you know or
19:07for me it's like hey just be myself put
19:10myself out there whoever Vibes with me
19:12likes me cool like that's great if you
19:14don't that's you're not my person that's
Chemical vs Mental vs Spirtual
19:16whatever like I'm not gonna waste my
19:17time try to make everybody like me um
19:19that was a realization that that helps
19:21me
19:22um okay
19:23those are kind of in my opinion Basics I
19:26mean there's passion flower chamomile
19:28those are really mild and okay so now on
19:31to Heavy Hitters so things that can
19:33actually actually get lasting healing
19:37and healing anxiety is complex where
19:40it's like you have to look at the
19:43biochemical side of things where it's
19:45like for me like hey I had a I had a
19:47genetic predisposition or hereditary
19:49issue with just a brain that can become
19:52way too hyper and anxious and stressed
19:56so it's like that is like I have a
19:58genetic predisposition uh it doesn't
20:00mean that that's going to manifest
20:01itself but for me it did so
20:03you have to address the chemical side of
20:06things and so with the chemical side of
20:09anxiety it's a Gaba system that works
20:12properly
20:14um now healing the Gaba system honestly
20:16like Cava has some indications for that
20:19um so it's worth worth looking at kava
20:22but like I say these are this gets
20:24really complex really fast so I don't
20:26want to try to like say I got the magic
20:28formula but I can say hey this is what
20:30you these are the pieces to the puzzle
20:32where it's you know you have to address
20:34the chemical side of things with you
20:37know the difference some of the
20:39supplements I mentioned I'm going to
20:40talk about some more that can really
20:41help
20:42um spiritual
20:44is whatever your belief system is if you
20:46have a shitty belief system if you think
20:48the world is bad or you know your tariff
20:50if you're terrified of stuff that's at
20:53your core and that's where anxiety I
20:55mean anxiety comes from core fears if
20:58you haven't faced those core fears if
21:00you haven't like dealt with that [ __ ]
21:03that's buried it's gonna keep coming up
21:05you can't hide from the crap that's
21:06inside
21:07um so you have to you have to look into
21:10those things you have to look
21:12um beyond the closed door whatever it is
21:14and try that you're scared of most you
21:17have to bring that [ __ ] up and you have
21:19to work on it you have to look at you
21:21have to evaluate it
21:23um and so Byron Katie she's a good one
21:27uh her thing is uh what's her book
21:29loving what is and now it's great for
21:31depression and it's what it is it's it's
21:33actually a very simple system that you
21:35can apply to just about anything
21:38um
21:38and it's like I don't want to dive into
21:40that but just take a look at it and when
21:42it comes to spiritual side like what I
21:44found is it's it's all trial and there
21:46everything to me everything in life to
21:47me is is rapid trial and error listen to
21:50the best experts you know consider it
21:53does it fit for you if it doesn't move
21:54on find find what works for you but if
21:57it's your philosophy if your spiritual
21:59beliefs isn't working if I could look
Mindset Self Talk
22:01for some look for something else find
22:03the fit find that find what makes you
22:05feel better that's that's huge okay so
22:08spiritual not my forte but I got some
22:11ideas
22:12um so mental side of things so your
22:15internal
22:17what you control with self-talk
22:20um is obviously huge so talk therapy
22:24um I'm not I'm really not a big guy in
22:26affirmations because for me it's like
22:28it's It's gotta feel real I don't know
22:30I'm I'm OC diesel affirmations for me or
22:33not are not good but so talk therapy um
22:36cognitive behavioral therapy all that
22:37stuff to just go to a to look at again
22:40what's going on in your head so you know
22:42spiritual mental
22:43um to me those kind of crossover
22:46but yeah really just dealing with the
22:49stuff that you can control the kind of
22:51the mental training that you can work on
22:53to just evaluate to me really putting
22:56stuff on paper is huge to me like hey if
22:59you have this kind of deep-seated fears
23:01and stuff like put that [ __ ] on paper
23:02and look at it and really ask yourself
23:05like hey is this is this 100 True or do
23:07I know this for a fact it's going to
23:09happen like really start to challenge
23:10some of those things that are driving
23:12fear uh like I say when you have chronic
23:15anxiety it's usually this you have this
23:18spiral of these different things whether
23:19it's it could be a whole culmination of
PTSD/FEAR
23:21hey your core belief system isn't good
23:23what you know what your self-talk is
23:26isn't good the thoughts the beliefs all
23:28that crap those two pieces are bad that
23:30alone will drive anxiety and will [ __ ]
23:32you past the chemical so you have to you
23:35have to look at that if you really want
23:36to get to the rule of stuff and fix it
23:38you have to look at those two pieces you
23:40can't just say here's a supplement
23:41here's the Band-Aid alcohol you know
23:44phenibut anxiety if you if you ignore
23:47what's going on inside the internal it's
23:50never going to go away it's gonna get
23:52worse you're just hiding from it you
23:54have to face that [ __ ] and that was that
23:56was huge in order for me to get over the
23:58PTSD because I didn't sleep for two
24:00months so my I had massive PTSD about
24:03not sleeping because to me not sleeping
24:05meant I was going to start having panic
24:07attacks and I was gonna get depressed
24:08and I was going to go to a very dark
24:11place
24:12and unfortunately I saw it happen so to
24:15me this was true so it was very
24:16triggering you know trying to recover
24:18where it's like if I wasn't sleeping it
24:19would just be like oh my God is it gonna
24:21happen again is it going to happen again
24:22is the downward spiral gonna happen
24:24again and the only way through that the
24:26only way to get over that to get over
24:28that fear was to [ __ ] go through it
24:30hundreds of nights to go sleepless
24:33nights into just time and time again see
24:35okay it's not break didn't break me this
24:37time I didn't slip into a depression I
24:39didn't you know I was able to rebound
24:41and it's like over and over it and face
24:44that fear over and over again and just
24:46eventually eventually that little voice
24:49said be like yo what dude it's good this
24:51is gonna be the time that [ __ ] you up
24:52it's like eventually like that that like
24:54fear that fear voice
24:57um it just wasn't it just didn't elicit
24:59the reaction when it's like not like
25:00I've gone through this like been through
25:02this [ __ ] so many [ __ ] times I'm like
25:03hey done this I've recovered I've
25:05bounced back so it's like it's you no
25:07longer fear and that's honestly that's
25:09how you get over fear you can't avoid it
25:11you can't just mask it with pills and
25:13everything else
25:14um and I tried I tried that route okay
25:17so I feel like that's all the stuff that
25:19no one wants to hear and cares about
25:22um but is huge Okay so
25:24The Heavy Hitters chemically because
25:27here's the thing you could be dialed in
25:29spiritually you could be mental mental
25:31self-talk is great but if you're if
25:33you're chemically a mess I'm sorry it's
25:36just not enough and it's like even now
25:38even now when my anxiety does kick bad
25:40and mentally I'm like I'm a like a
25:44trained soldier I know how to handle
25:45this [ __ ] but still I could still start
25:47to wear me down just that feeling of
25:49just being anxious and it just like it's
25:52like God just just wears you down and
25:54it's like those thoughts is here's the
25:55[ __ ] of it you can't control your
25:57thoughts whereas thoughts just pop up in
26:00your head and it's like that's a whole
26:01nother rabbit hole but if you're anxious
26:03your thoughts start to get anxious and
26:05it's hard not to attach to those things
26:08um in learning to to create separation
26:11be between yourself and your thoughts
26:14and not attaching to them another rabbit
26:16hole but yeah that's that's the tricky
26:19part with if you're the chemical side of
26:21things are screwed you could be like I
26:24say you could be a monk but it's like I
26:25don't care you take you take a Jedi Monk
26:27and you make him we can we can induce
Psychedelics
26:30horrible anxiety and that dude is going
26:31to be anxious he is going to start
26:33acting anxious um
26:36I don't care who you are okay so finally
26:39so things that can work to actually heal
26:42and start to repair the you know this
26:44system and that kind of cycle you get
26:46stuck into
26:47um the biggest one that can really
26:51create kind of massive and this is we'll
26:53start talking about neurogenesis and
26:55neuroplasticity and changing just
26:57changing the way the brain fires and I
26:59mean the cool part is if you look into
27:00oh God there's like um blanking out
27:04there's a guy that studies add the amen
27:06centers I think it is but either way
27:07they do brain scans they can look at
27:09your brain and say hey this brand this
27:11part of your brain is is really active
27:13and this one is dark and when you study
27:16different parts of the brain it
27:17correlates with okay this is you know
27:19this is high for a fear or anxiety or or
27:22whatever I'm not an expert in that but
27:25either way your brain can get stuck in
27:27these neural patterns of just firing a
27:29certain way and over year after year
27:31after year now this isn't me making this
27:33up this is what I've heard from other
27:34top level experts is this like just well
27:37well grooved path that you just keep
27:38your brain just keeps going in that Loop
27:41um and I've been stuck in that Loop and
27:43it sucks
27:44um
27:45so if you want to break that Loop one of
27:48I mean one of the things is you start
27:50looking into different psychedelics
27:52um because psychedelics induce massive
27:54neurogenesis they will significantly
27:58kind of light up certain parts of the
28:00brain that your brain has never has
28:01never experienced before so what it can
28:04do is if you're so used if your reality
28:06is you're so used to this anxious and
28:09depression crap it's like all of a
28:10sudden with psychedelics it's going to
28:12you're going to experience something
28:13that you've never experienced before all
28:15of a sudden you're going to see a
28:18reality
28:19I mean you can't see reality it was like
28:21a dog uh you're gonna experience
28:23something that you've never experienced
28:24it's going to kind of awaken a different
28:26um part of your brain and so that's and
28:28like I say this is just a very poor
28:30explanation of this but that experience
28:33can kind of give you a new outlook on
28:35life and really kind of change go to
28:36your fundament go to the kind of the the
28:39spiritual like foundational
28:41um root of things and obviously that's
28:43what psyched dogs can do it is don't
28:45expect this but sometimes you can get to
28:47the root of what's you know core beliefs
28:50if you can change a core belief system
28:51really change it and discover something
28:53new like you'll feel that [ __ ] like if
28:56you really find something that's like
28:58hey like this wasn't the right way of
My experience with ketamine
29:00thinking where it's like hey this is
29:01this is what feels true to me now like
29:04that can make a massive difference
29:06um and I've sold I've done ketamine
29:09infusions before so I did ketamine to
29:11come off of Klonopin which is anxiety
29:13medication
29:14um and I've shared on that another
29:16another Rabbit Hole
29:18um Journey
29:19but coming off of anxiety medication
29:21rebound anxiety was horrible no chance
29:24of sleeping and it was like I seven
29:26month taper grinding doing everything
29:28right trying so hard and it wasn't
29:30mental anxiety like this was I'm coming
29:32off it and my I can't calm down
29:34physically mentally I'm like I knew it
29:36was going on I'm like this is withdrawal
29:38I'm like this is this sucks and my
29:39body's like tweaking out
29:42um and so what ketamine did for me was
29:45ketamine shut off that fight or flight
29:46so when I did the you know my first
29:48ketamine infusion you know for me the
29:50triggers were at night was like okay
29:52what if I don't sleep it was like this
29:54stupid annoying trigger just that
29:55thought sometimes would trigger um PTSD
29:58anxiety and what I found is after doing
30:01the ketamine for myself
30:03that physiological response of the you
30:06know the you know your heart beating
30:07faster like really rapid heartbeat and
30:10like sweating and just like feeling
30:12anxious which is fight or flight it it
30:14just didn't happen it was like the
30:16thoughts would come up and it would just
30:17be like nothing and I'd be like that's
30:19weird and eventually enough times it's
30:21like my brain it was like my brain was
30:22like testing it's like are you gonna be
30:24afraid are you gonna be afraid and it
30:25just didn't happen and I was like all
30:27right I was like and I eventually just
30:28was able to relax now that's like a best
30:30case scenario I wouldn't don't ever
30:32don't ever expect that to happen but
30:35irregardless ketamine you can do it in a
30:38clinical environment there's places all
30:40around the United States that do this
30:43um you gotta look for contraindications
30:44you know if you have a history there's a
30:46couple different mental illnesses you
30:47got to watch out for this stuff but
30:49and ketamine was from a therapeutic not
30:53not just from a chemical standpoint but
30:55from a spiritual chem like uh
30:57therapeutic like I feel like I did like
30:59years worth of therapy
31:01um during my ketamine infusions because
31:03I mean for me it I like to solve my own
31:07problems it needs to my the answer to my
31:09problems need to come from me so
31:10ketamine helped to really unfortunately
31:13kind of mean always for me brought up
31:15some of these deep-seated fears and [ __ ]
31:17that was like in the back of my head
31:18just garbage that
31:20um I needed to look at and ketamine
31:22allowed me it was just a very unique
31:24experience allow me to view it from a
31:26unique perspective and I came to some
31:29conclusions I mean uh like I say don't
31:31go into expecting that like I didn't I
31:33went in it just open-minded like just
31:35trying to just try to understand what
31:39the hell is going on and that I did go
31:41into it curious of like hey what is
31:42drive my anxiety like what's at the root
31:44of this stuff so I was in that mindset
31:46of like okay like I'm doing this with a
31:48purpose like I want to understand I I
31:50want to go deep and face those [ __ ]
31:52like I went into like I'm gonna face the
31:53[ __ ] demons like I don't know what's
31:55causing these issues but I'm gonna take
31:57a look at it
31:58um but I will say there was a couple
32:00there was a couple trips that were
32:02really bad trips
32:04um and that's why I think you just gotta
32:05be careful psyched dogs because like a
32:07couple a couple trips like I don't know
32:09like I thought like
32:11it just went really deep into some stuff
32:14that was a deep-seated fear and in
32:17during that trip like I almost like kind
32:19of like thought like hey it was true and
32:20I came out of it and I was like you know
32:22what I'm like that was total [ __ ]
32:24um whereas like I said I don't wanna
32:26those were personal experiences but like
32:29I say
32:30get a trip soon if you're gonna do
32:31psychedelics know what the hell you're
32:33getting into
32:34work with somebody get a trip sitter
32:37um and ketamine is just one psychedelic
32:39there's a lot of different psyched dogs
32:40obviously so cyber and mushrooms I mean
32:43MDMA and a lot of the stuff is being
32:45researched it's being looked at now for
32:47PTSD and anxiety so it's like this is
32:48not just hey let's throw [ __ ] against
32:50the wall like there's legitimate science
32:52behind this
32:54um okay enough of psychedelics I'm not
32:57an expert on psyched dogs but I did I
32:59did some trips it was worth it worth
33:01considering if you're just you know
33:03you're at your you're just tired of
33:04dealing with this [ __ ] and I really if
33:06you're willing to look deep
33:08um in my opinion you will be rewarded
33:09even if like I said some of some of the
33:12biggest rewards from my ketamine
33:13infusions were were facing these
33:15deep-seated fears
33:16and like I said some of the [ __ ] like
33:18didn't even make it didn't even make
33:19sense so don't buy all the [ __ ] you
33:21had during the trip
33:22um
33:23but some of the benefit was just going
33:25through it facing that fear and just
33:28seeing that it didn't again it didn't
33:29break me like I got through it
NAD+
33:31um and it didn't like it didn't scar me
33:33because I'm like oh God like someone's
33:35really just gonna leave a nasty scar
33:37um but it didn't and I was able to work
33:39through some of that really hard stuff
33:40okay enough psychedelics Academy next up
33:44um so NAD plus which is a crucial
33:47coenzyme for energy production
33:49NAD plus has been around for 50 60 years
33:52they've used it for to Rapid detox
33:54people off of alcohol off of drugs and
33:57it's it's unlike any molecule you ever
33:59come across so NAD plus our body
34:01produces is a crucial coenzyme that's
34:04for detox processes but so we can help
34:06to repair
34:08um you know neurotransmitters and help
34:09to rebalance the system it's been
34:11studied for addiction it's one of my
34:13favorite compounds it's another one that
34:15was massively beneficial coming off
34:17anxiety medicine those damn alarms get
34:20me every time okay so NAD plus
34:23um so yeah coming off of Klonopin
34:25anxiety medication chronic fatigue was
34:27insane I felt terrible
34:30NAD Plus
34:31I would go in I would feel wrecked I
34:33would go in for an infusion I would
34:35leave feeling 50 to 60 percent better
34:38if not a few times like back to my
34:40Baseline and I've had to I've tapered
34:41off a clapping I've gone off four times
34:44because I'm in just I'm Not The
34:46Brightest Bulb sometimes
34:48um but yeah so NAD plus helped
34:51significantly and it can actually help
34:53to reset and repair the brain which is
34:56huge
34:57rebalancing the narrow the
34:59neurotransmitters and stuff it's like
35:00because obviously you come off anxiety
35:03medication or drugs alcohol any of that
35:06stuff in your brain is really out of
35:08balance since like finding something
35:10that can actually rebalance that's
35:12actually healing is huge I mean that's a
35:14massive that's a super beneficial tool
35:16that you can lean on and it's like NAD
35:18plus is perfectly safe like I said this
Cerebrolysin
35:21is a bioidentical compound our body
35:23produces naturally so it's not like it's
35:25not even a drug that you have to um
35:27you have to really be concerned about
35:29the side effects downside cost
35:32um the infusions can be uncomfortable
35:33you have to go slow they can take
35:35infusion can be two to three hours
35:37um I don't want to go I've had I got
35:39videos on like all this stuff so NAD
35:40plus uh fantastic in my opinion so next
35:45up I think okay so I think this is gonna
35:47be the last the last one I'm gonna
35:49actually finally wrap this damn video up
35:51um
35:52so the other one that has been I mean
35:55really life-changing recently and it's
35:57like I've I've leaned on different tools
35:59through my recovery process for like
36:01five six years now and it's like each
36:03period I've been able to find something
36:05that got me to the next level and
36:06unfortunately I had slip up so it's like
36:08I should have been should be way ahead
36:11of where I'm at now but my addiction
36:12issues a whole nother Rabbit Hole
36:15um and okay so cerebral lysine
36:19so cerebralizing is
36:21um it is a neurotrophic com compound
36:24that is extremely unique it's been
36:27around it was founded in 1950
36:29something's been in Russia
36:32um has approved drug for a long time but
36:33not just Russia so it's approved in 60
36:35countries and it's used for Alzheimer's
36:38for dementia for add it's actually been
36:40studied for I mean there's studies on it
36:42for autism which is really impressive
36:43stroke it's one of the most powerful
36:46brain healing compounds I've ever come
36:49across and so again when you look into
36:50brain healing and brain repair you want
36:52to look into BNF neurogenesis
36:55neuroplasticity all these things that
36:57that help to repair and get the brain
37:00it's not like you're getting smarter but
37:02you can get yourself back to your a
37:03baseline that you're normally at kind of
37:05fix clean up all the mess the
37:07inflammation that we just I mean you
37:10accumulate and you deal with just from
37:12normal living from a normal person who's
37:14neurotypical who doesn't have any of the
37:16[ __ ] issues that some of us do
37:17they've experience you experience some
37:21kind of cognitive decline and cerebral
37:22license is just it is amazing
37:25um so what I noticed with that and this
37:27one so a lot of stuff is off the radar
37:29because some of it's injectable or it's
37:31the price uh so cerebralizing it you do
37:34have to inject it there's no oral
37:36there's no oral formula or oral version
37:39of this that is affected if you see
37:40someone selling an oral form it's it's
37:43not the real [ __ ] it's some modified
37:45version
37:46um and trust me I would love to say hey
37:48there's an oral version of this um but
37:50there's not what I found is you can you
37:52can do an injection or you can do IV
37:54infusions this stuff has been studied up
37:56to very high doses up to 60 milliliters
37:59which is a very high volume dose
38:02um so it is you do have to inject it
38:05which will throw a lot of people off I
38:06know but hey if you're struggling and
38:09you're tired of this [ __ ] and you want
38:11to try some stuff that actually heal
38:13that you can you can lean on
38:16to at least get relief but also know
38:20that you're not going backwards you're
38:22not using something that's creating
38:23issues or creating long-term potential
38:25issues like cerebral lessons or
38:27repairing compound like extremely
38:28powerful so it's like you're gonna get
38:30you can get anxiety relief and stress
38:32relief like I've never experienced from
38:34any other non-drug any other non-like
38:37synthetic drug like an anti um from like
38:39a benzodiazepine which benzodiazepines
38:42in my opinion are by far the most
38:43powerful anxiety Med ever
38:46um that I've ever come across
38:48and trust me like they tried before I
38:50took an anxiety before I took a benzo
38:52Aspen they were trying me on endless
38:54stuff they went through the Litany of of
38:56sleep medications you know at that time
38:57I even I even took the bipolar Med
39:00because they pretty much told me I I
39:01didn't have a choice
39:03um
39:04and it didn't help my anxiety was just
39:06like it didn't help me sleep like for my
39:08for my issues it was anxiety so
39:11um into me cerebral license Rivals the
39:14relief you can get from benzodiazepine
39:17not the same level
39:19um where it's like I have been close to
39:20panic attack level
39:22um and cerebral lesson did did pull me
39:25out of it and I there's nothing there's
39:27nothing else I've ever tried that will
39:29pull me out of borderline Panic um you
39:33know once I'm full-blown panic I mean a
39:34cerebral license it can get relief it
39:37has got me through before and there's
39:39nothing that that's done that
39:42um I think Academy infusion probably
39:43could I just don't know I don't know
39:46what it can be infusion would be like
39:47when you're in a panic attack State it's
39:48not a good good place to be but and I've
39:51created if you're in my community I'm
39:53sure you've heard me you know rant on
39:55about cerebralice and it's amazing
39:57um I have videos if you want to go
39:58through my YouTube channel on all this
39:59stuff but in the show notes I'll link at
Conclusion/Wrap up
40:03least link to kind of the at least the
40:04video I have or some kind of resource so
40:06you can look into this stuff
40:09um and uh like I say hopefully the
40:11purpose of this is to give people some
40:13ideas where it's like yeah a lot of
40:14these are kind of off the radar you know
40:17pretty Progressive
40:19um options but if you're like me and
40:22you're just you know you're tired of
40:24dealing with the [ __ ] and you're willing
40:25to try some stuff that's outside the box
40:27um that's still safe you know always
40:29research always you know quote unquote
40:31consult with your physician or whatever
40:33um but yeah those are the things that
40:36like you're not you're not hearing this
40:38from a doctor you're not going to hear
40:39it from your naturopath like sorry like
40:41maybe maybe a really Progressive like
40:44functional medicine doctor would know
40:45about some of this stuff but cerebral
40:47license used by I'm maybe two or three
40:50doctors in the United States
40:52um and it's like completely off the
40:53radar and like I have tons if you're in
40:56my Guinea if you're in community I have
40:57a ton of feedback like this stuff is
40:59working extremely well for people it's a
41:01freaking Game Changer and it's like not
41:03enough people talk about this stuff so
41:04that's why I do these rant videos uh so
41:07I am going to finally wrap this thing up
41:09so I'll do I don't want to plug anything
41:12for this but I do have a I do have a
41:14private membership
41:15where I have detailed guides deep dive
41:18guides on NAD Plus on especially
41:21cerebral license that's a huge one
41:24um but it's like if you're into peptides
41:25if into like the more about the Deep
41:27dive biohacking stuff is that I've I've
41:29created that membership so I can at
41:31least afford to make these videos
41:33um and like I say Obviously it just
41:35takes time and money to make this stuff
41:37um I wish I could just I mean I would do
41:39it for free I would do it for free but
41:41either way if you wanna if you really
41:43like my content and you want to learn
41:45how to use cerebralizing or you want to
41:47learn everything I've learned about NAD
41:49plus I have private membership at slowly
41:51I still have it it's discounted to fifty
41:53dollars to join it's 15 a month
41:55canceling time I don't want to plug this
41:57I don't want to plug it it's useful
41:59information I'm I'm just gonna wrap this
42:02thing up but um yeah hopefully this
42:05reaches some people that need this
42:07information
42:09um give me feedback hey like if you're
42:11using something for anxiety that's a
42:14game changer that's made a massive
42:15difference in your life like I want to
42:16know like this the feedback is is what I
42:19kind of dictates my research so
42:22um please tell me whatever whatever's
42:23been amazing for you um definitely tell
42:25me
