0:00over $15,000

0:02in 30 days. That is what one of my

0:05members did inside of my community 2739.

0:09And now I'm going to un-gatekeep her

0:11strategy for you. Because after watching

0:13exactly what she's been doing, I've

0:15narrowed it down to six different things

0:18that I think directly contributed to her

0:20having a $15,000

0:22month in profit take-home commission.

0:26And now I'm going to break down all six

0:29things for you. How she's picking

0:31brands, how much content she's creating,

0:33what she's doing when her videos don't

0:35get picked up as ads, and how she's

0:38approaching Tribe differently than most

0:40of the other creators that are giving it

0:42a try right now. But I want you to stay

0:43for number six, because number six is

0:46probably the most simple thing on this

0:48list, but it's the thing that 99% of

0:51creators will not do, especially heading

0:54into Q4, the most important part of the

0:56year if you are a content creator. But

0:58first, if you don't know me already, hi,

1:00my name is Kaylee. I lead the 2739

1:03content creator community where we teach

1:06content creators how to stack multiple

1:08income streams so that they can earn

1:09stable income as a content creator. I'm

1:12also the co-founder of 2739 TikTok Shop

1:15agency, and now we are building our

1:17agency on Tribe. Personally, I've made

1:20over $6,700

1:22on Tribe in the last 30 days, and I was

1:25able to achieve that by doing my own

1:2830-day jumpstart challenge that I

1:30created for the 2739 community. We

1:33started that only in August, and I've

1:35already been able to work myself up to

1:37making over $6,700 in 30 days. If you're

1:40completely new to Tribe, this is the

1:42easiest way for me to explain it to you.

1:45Tribe is a UGC platform that connects

1:47creators to brands. You create content

1:49featuring their products, and instead of

1:52your income being entirely dependent on

1:54you posting that content to your own

1:56platforms and waiting for your own

1:58audience to purchase from you, the

2:00brands on Tribe are taking your content,

2:02they're running them as ads on Meta,

2:04which is Facebook and Instagram, and

2:06then you earn money in a number of

2:08different ways. There's different

2:09commission structures depending on the

2:11brand. The one that's the most common is

2:13earning a percent of the sales you

2:15generate, but you could also earn a

2:17percent of the ad spend, meaning the

2:19amount of money they put on your video,

2:21you would just earn a percentage of

2:23that. There's also flat fees, there's a

2:25combination of both. So, the good news

2:27is you don't need a massive following.

2:30In fact, you don't need a following at

2:31all. You can be brand new to content

2:33creation, want to start UGC, and get on

2:37the Tribe platform. So, strategy number

2:39one that led this creator to earning

2:42five figures in a single month on the

2:44Tribe app, she did not wait for the

2:47perfect brand. And this may be one of

2:49the biggest mistakes I'm seeing creators

2:51make right now, especially TikTok Shop

2:53creators. They first get on Tribe, and

2:56they're only looking for the brands they

2:58previously know from TikTok Shop, and

3:00when they don't see them on Tribe, they

3:02think that Tribe is not for them. Or

3:04they're only requesting 10 brands, and

3:06when they don't immediately get accepted

3:07to those 10, they again think that Tribe

3:10is just not working for them, that

3:11brands are just not responsive, and the

3:13platform is trash. They're scrolling

3:15through the marketplace saying, "I don't

3:17recognize this brand. I've never seen

3:19them on TikTok Shop. I don't know if

3:20they'll be good." Meanwhile, this

3:23creator, she applied and applied and

3:25applied. Big brands, small brands,

3:27brands she recognized, brands she

3:28already had content created for, brands

3:30she had never seen before in her life.

3:32She did not hold back, and to be honest,

3:35she is accepted to a large amount of

3:37brands on Tribe now. Does she

3:39consistently create for all of them? No,

3:41of course not. Now, she has her core

3:43brands that she creates content for over

3:45and over again. But what creators aren't

3:47understanding is that it's a process to

3:49narrow it down to those brands that

3:50you're really going to be consistent

3:51with. She couldn't have known which

3:53brands to focus on without joining them,

3:55without reading their creative briefs,

3:57without creating content for them and

3:59seeing how responsive a brand is going

4:01to be, seeing if they're actually going

4:02to run her ads, seeing if she's actually

4:04going to convert with them. Because let

4:06me tell you, there are TikTok Shop

4:07creators who are joining the familiar

4:09brands. They're getting in with them and

4:10those big brands have tons of creators

4:12and their ads are getting run, but

4:14they're not converting the same for them

4:16over on Meta like they do on TikTok

4:18Shop. Or they're not seeing the same

4:20income that they are on TikTok Shop with

4:21that brand on Tribe. Now, that doesn't

4:23mean that they can't be successful on

4:24Tribe, but it just means why would you

4:26only wait around for those recognizable

4:29brands when you can get in with newer

4:31brands and become their top creator. Or

4:33maybe a different brand is just going to

4:35work for you better on Tribe versus over

4:37on TikTok Shop. So, this is always a

4:39huge topic of discussion, big brands

4:41versus small brands and there's

4:43advantages to both. The bigger brands,

4:46the ones you recognize from TikTok Shop,

4:47they already have a proven product. They

4:49already probably have ad spend. You

4:51might already have their product. You

4:53might already have content created for

4:54their products. And that's great, but I

4:57don't want you ignoring the small brands

4:59that you have never heard of before.

5:01Because the unique thing about Tribe

5:02right now is that it's giving you a

5:04ground floor opportunity to work with

5:06these brands. This literally just

5:08happened for myself, honestly. My top

5:11seller on Tribe is a brand I had never

5:14heard of. I've never worked with them. I

5:15had never seen their product before, but

5:17I got in with them early. Now they're

5:19kind of closed down because they're

5:21overwhelmed and they have too many

5:22creators trying to get in with the

5:23brand. I've had success with them. I'm

5:25in what they would consider their top

5:27creators. I have a very close

5:29relationship now with their creator

5:31community manager. So, I got in on the

5:33ground floor and now I'm amongst the top

5:36for their brand. So, when you're able to

5:38do this, now you have that close

5:39relationship. Now you're being told of

5:41those new releases before everybody

5:43else. Now when your content comes

5:45through, they are more likely to get

5:47your content run quickly because they

5:49know you are converting. When there's

5:51special opportunities, when there's

5:53retainer opportunities, you're going to

5:55be top of mind being a top creator for a

5:58smaller brand. Those big brands, the

6:00ones that are super recognizable,

6:01they're also flooded with creators, they

6:03get very overwhelmed, they go private,

6:06they become unresponsive, they're very

6:08slow moving. So, there's pros and cons

6:11to both working with big brands and

6:13small brands. That's why I always

6:14recommend having a mix of the ones that

6:16you are requesting. For strategy number

6:18two, we need to address the elephant in

6:20the room because when I say over $15,000

6:22in 30 days, she did not just post a

6:24handful of videos. She posted over 400

6:28videos so far. You might not want to

6:31hear that, but that is the part that you

6:32need to hear. And if you follow one of

6:36the founders on TikTok, he even said

6:39that around the 300 video mark is when

6:42he notices that creators really start to

6:44take off. Yes, you will have some

6:46creators that can pop off with just a

6:48handful of videos, and that is great,

6:50but don't have that as your mindset.

6:52Have your mindset that you need to be

6:54working towards that larger number to

6:56actually start seeing progress. I'll see

6:58creators say that they posted 10 videos,

7:00the brand doesn't run them, they submit

7:03two more to a different brand, they

7:05don't immediately run, and then suddenly

7:07I'm hearing Tribe doesn't work.

7:09The app is pointless. Brands aren't

7:11responsive. It's oversaturated. This app

7:14doesn't work. When you haven't even

7:16given yourself enough data yet to

7:18understand what is working on Tribe. For

7:21this creator, if she submitted content

7:23and a brand sat on it, she didn't get

7:25emotionally attached to the content. She

7:27just moved on to the next brand and kept

7:29submitting videos. She kept moving. She

7:31kept trying another concept. She

7:33improved her content. She worked with

7:35more brands. She kept creating. The

7:37volume is not just about throwing

7:39spaghetti at the wall. It's about

7:41collecting that data because on Tribe,

7:43you can see your analytics for a video,

7:45you can see your script, and then you

7:47know exactly where you need to improve.

7:50Strategy number three, Tribe is not just

7:53her whenever I have time platform. This

7:56one is actually huge and another one

7:58that you probably don't want to hear,

8:00but she actually made Tribe one of her

8:02main focuses. A lot of TikTok Shop

8:04creators are approaching Tribe like

8:06this. I'll make my TikTok Shop videos

8:08and if one happens to work for Tribe,

8:10I'll upload it. And listen, I love

8:11repurposing. That is exactly what I do

8:14when I join a new brand. I use our

8:16Chrome extension that we have inside of

8:17my 2739 community. I scan my TikTok

8:20accounts. I see if I already have

8:22content that I can upload to that brand.

8:24It makes it super easy to do. But if you

8:26really want to get moving on Tribe and

8:27you want to really build that momentum

8:29heading into Q4, you do not only want to

8:31be repurposing content. She's making

8:33content specifically for Tribe and then

8:35also repurposing it backwards over to

8:38TikTok Shop. That's just like a really

8:39important mindset shift because the

8:41brands on Tribe already know what's

8:43working for their brand in most cases.

8:46They already know the hooks. They

8:47already know the angles. They have

8:48detailed creative briefs for you to work

8:50off of. They've done the hard work for

8:52you. And honestly, the content that

8:55works on Meta, on Facebook and Instagram

8:57can be so much more simple than on

8:59TikTok Shop. So instead of trying to

9:01force every TikTok Shop video over to

9:03Tribe, she's actually learning how to

9:05create content that Tribe wants, that

9:08Meta wants. And not only has she maybe

9:11built some new skills from it, but she's

9:13realizing she already has those content

9:16creation skills. Because what she

9:17thought wasn't working on TikTok Shop

9:19actually is working for Tribe. Okay, so

9:21we are only halfway through. Those first

9:24three strategies that I just went over

9:26can absolutely make you a better Tribe

9:28creator. But when I get to number six,

9:31I'm going to tell you what I think is

9:32separating those creators who are

9:34building serious income on this platform

9:37from the creators we're going to try it

9:38for a month, disappear, and miss out on

9:41making huge amounts of money during Q4.

9:44Strategy number four, she has a weekly

9:46volume goal and probably a monthly

9:48volume goal as well. So, this is what I

9:50love about her strategy, and I love

9:52about the Tribe platform. You do not

9:54have to be creating every single day.

9:56Some of these brands are not even on the

9:58Tribe platform themselves every single

10:01day. They'll pick a couple days during

10:03the week that they're approving content,

10:05and that's it. This isn't a social media

10:06platform. You're not being penalized if

10:08you're not consistently posting daily.

10:11So, in that way, Tribe is not TikTok.

10:13So, instead, she has a monthly content

10:15goal that she's trying to hit. This

10:17actually gives you more flexibility in

10:20your week. This allows you to batch

10:22create content, submit your content, and

10:25have the rest of your week to work on

10:28your other platforms, to work on your

10:30other income stream. But, I think this

10:32is where everybody kind of

10:33underestimates what it takes to actually

10:35build up a new income stream. Everybody

10:38loves the idea of stacking Tribe,

10:40Amazon, Facebook, TikTok Shop. Every

10:43income stream has a period where you're

10:45putting in work before it starts to feel

10:47easy. If you're only working on it when

10:49you feel motivated, you're never going

10:51to break through that period. But, she

10:53stayed consistent long enough to get the

10:55data, and now her data tells her exactly

10:57where she needs to be putting her

10:59energy. She knows what she needs to

11:01focus on, and she just gets it done for

11:02the week and the month. Strategy number

11:04five, she stopped putting her content in

11:06a box. This is actually one of my

11:08favorite parts of her story, because

11:10when she came over to Tribe, she was

11:11doing well on TikTok Shop. And she even

11:14told us during our Tribe panel call that

11:16she thought she could only make bottom

11:17of funnel content. That's the only thing

11:19that was converting for her on TikTok

11:21Shop. So, she didn't think that she was

11:22capable of making high-quality content.

11:24She just did not think she was that type

11:26of content creator, because that is not

11:28what TikTok Shop showed her could work.

11:29Tribe completely changed that for her.

11:32She realized that she could make top of

11:34funnel, she can make middle of funnel,

11:35she could do bottom of funnel, she could

11:37do Cristo style. She realized that just

11:39because it's not performing on TikTok

11:40Shop, it actually could perform over on

11:43Meta, which is Facebook and Instagram.

11:45And now she feels so much more confident

11:47in her content. So she's looking at

11:50those top video formats, she's

11:52understanding what the brand is looking

11:54for, what they're already approving,

11:56what is already converting for the

11:57brand, and she is able to adapt her

12:00style to whatever is working for that

12:02brand. She's not boxing herself in and

12:05saying this is the only type of content

12:06that I create, she is willing to adapt.

12:10So she's looking at what does this brand

12:11need, what does the audience respond to,

12:14and then she creates accordingly. And

12:16finally, number six, where I think most

12:19creators are going to go wrong, she

12:21stayed consistent long enough for it to

12:23work, and she drowned out all of the

12:25noise surrounding Tribe, because right

12:27now there are so many creators saying

12:29it's oversaturated, nothing's working,

12:31the brands aren't responsive, their

12:33videos aren't being run, they're

12:34literally creating content just to talk

12:36about how Tribe isn't working for them.

12:39She drowns all of that out. This is not

12:41an exciting strategy, number six,

12:44because there's no hack, there's no

12:45secret brand, there's no special type of

12:48video, she is just staying consistent

12:51where other creators are going to fall

12:53off. I'm literally watching creators

12:56right now talking themselves out of

12:58using the Tribe app, when everybody else

13:00is going to flourish in Q4 if they stick

13:04with it. But most creators won't stay

13:06consistent. Not because they can't,

13:09because any little hiccup in an app that

13:11is only six months old will literally

13:13throw a creator from continuing on with

13:16that platform. So you have to ask

13:18yourself, are you going to be the

13:19creator that uploads 20 videos and you

13:22don't get a response, and so you think

13:24the platform isn't working for you, or

13:25are you going to continue to create a

13:27100? Try different brands, make 200, try

13:30different brands, make 300, get your

13:32data, figure out what's working and

13:34continue on. Because I promise you, as

13:36you keep creating, you're going to

13:37understand hooks better. You're going to

13:39understand problem and desire better.

13:41You're going to understand the

13:42psychology better. You're going to

13:43understand how to pick better brands for

13:46you. You're going to understand what

13:48exactly to pull from those creative

13:49briefs to make your content convert.

13:51There's literally creators I've seen

13:53that have millions of dollars in GMB for

13:55TikTok Shop that are talking themselves

13:57out of using Tribe. So, you don't even

13:59have to be the most talented content

14:01creator, you just have to be the one

14:02that will not give up. So, your

14:04advantage could literally be that you

14:07don't leave. So, here's the actual

14:09$15,000 a month strategy if I had to

14:12boil it down. She didn't wait for

14:14perfect brands, she applied broadly, she

14:16tested both big brands and small brands,

14:19she created a lot of content, she didn't

14:21quit when things weren't immediately

14:23picked up, she didn't quit when brands

14:24weren't responsive. She treated Tribe

14:26like a real income stream she was going

14:28after. She experimented with all

14:30different styles of content and she used

14:32her data to figure out where to keep

14:34focusing her energy. And then, when she

14:36understood it, she doubled down. She

14:38scaled it. So, if you're just getting

14:40into Tribe now, this is the first time

14:42you're hearing about it, I do have the

14:44link to join in the description. And

14:46whether you're new or you've been doing

14:48this for a little while and you're

14:50thinking, but I need somebody to walk me

14:52through this step-by-step, that's

14:54exactly what I do inside of my community

14:562739. We have a Tribe course and we also

14:59have a 30-day jumpstart where I walk you

15:02through every single aspect of the app.

15:05How to get started, how to pick brands,

15:07content strategy, hooks, script

15:10frameworks, analyzing your videos,

15:12repurposing, scaling your winning

15:14concept, and ultimately building out

15:16your long-term Tribe strategy. You also

15:19get access to our Tribe Discord pod

15:21where you can ask questions and get help

15:23in real time. Plus our members get free

15:25access to our Creator radar Chrome

15:28extension tool. This has become one of

15:30my favorite tools for Tribe. You can now

15:32see your total GMV earned.

15:36It will scan your TikTok account and

15:38pull all of your shop videos and match

15:40them to the brands that are already on

15:42Tribe, give you a list of URLs that you

15:45can easily download them and re-upload

15:47them to Tribe. You can track your

15:49samples. It will give every brand a

15:52score and really let you know where to

15:55focus your time and energy on what

15:57brands if you're having trouble picking

15:59which ones you should start applying to.

16:01So, if you want to build on Tribe

16:02alongside us, alongside me, the

16:05community, I will have a link to my

16:07membership 2739 in the description. You

16:10can use the promo code Tribe 50 to get

16:1250% off of your first 3 months so you

16:14can check everything out. And make sure

16:17you subscribe to my channel if you

16:18haven't already because I am documenting

16:20as I'm doing all of this, as I'm leading

16:23my creators in our community as well, as

16:25I make more money on Tribe, as our

16:27creators make more money on Tribe, as I

16:29see what works and doesn't work. I'm

16:31going to document along the way so that

16:33you can see it, too. I'll see you in the

16:35next one.
