0:10I almost didn't film this video from
0:13four twominute training clips that I
0:16made in January 2025. My clone has
0:19produced over 700 videos, fueling a
0:22YouTube presence with 2 million organic
0:25visits a month. So, here I am, the real
0:27Julia, and I'm going to tell you the
0:29story how I used to be the person that
0:31outworked everyone, and now I have a
0:34life of total and complete freedom
0:36thanks to an almost accidental creation
0:40of a digital clone. And I want to
0:42inspire you so you can see this is the
0:44time and the place to get first movers
0:47advantage where you're living in a
0:49unique window of time. And what I did
0:51accidentally can be repeated by anyone
0:55where you can have a life where your
0:57business, your income, your time does
1:00not revolve around your work any longer.
1:03So let's talk about it. Two years ago, I
1:05went through a complete health collapse.
1:08And in that process, I did something
1:10very few people have ever done. I went
1:13all in on a clone. It replaced me on
1:16YouTube. It replaced me in all of our
1:19sales, our marketing copy. It went in my
1:21emails and I even was able to build a
1:23brain to back up that clone that spoke
1:25and wrote just like me. We layered on
1:29skills and made it better than the best
1:32copyriters because that's the power of
1:34what you get with Frontier Models. In
1:36the process of that health collapse, I
1:38had no choice but to unlearn something
1:41that was programmed in me since pretty
1:43much birth, which I think happens to a
1:45lot of Americans where your value is
1:47based on your output. And that is such a
1:50myth and it's also a barricade stopping
1:52us from entering the AI age with success
1:56because we have to lay down our beliefs
1:58about our identity and our worth as a
2:01human in order to really get liberated
2:04in the AIH. And my health crash
2:06strangely enough did that to me where I
2:09had no choice but to replace myself
2:12because even five minutes of work my
2:14body couldn't handle. It was a crazy
2:16time with long co and a bunch of other
2:19things that happened. When I went all in
2:20on the clone, I was one of the only
2:22creators on YouTube that was
2:24consistently every single week putting
2:27out a video that wasn't me. I never
2:29filmed that. I never said that. I never
2:31published it. It was all my digital
2:34clone. And we would tell people in the
2:36first minute, hey, this is the digital
2:37avatar of Julia. While she's out
2:39resting, healing, her clone is here to
2:41tell you what she wants to tell you. And
2:44so all the ideas still came from my
2:46mind, but it was my clone doing all the
2:49heavy lifting, I would have gone right
2:51back to my old weights, of hustling till
2:54my fingers fell off. if I didn't go
2:57through that health crash. And over 10
2:59months of being stuck in bed, having to
3:02rely on that clone, something incredible
3:04emerged where we were able to monetize a
3:07clone on YouTube, fully replace me, get
3:10brand sponsorships, get clients that
3:12trust us, and pay us high ticket prices
3:16all through the clone, which never would
3:19have happened if I gave up too early or
3:22just played around with AI, which I
3:24think a lot of us entrepreneurs are
3:26doing right now. And so even the idea of
3:28first movers is built on how much are
3:33you willing to dive into AI? How deep
3:36are you willing to go? Because that is
3:37when you get the real advantage. Before
3:40I worked in AI, I used to run a writing
3:42agency. I had a 100 people. We had over
3:445,000 clients. We built one of the first
3:47e-commerce platforms to buy human
3:50writing as a service. And if I wasn't in
3:53the room, if I wasn't working on the
3:54computer, my business didn't run. And
3:56one of the craziest things I learned
3:58from what I went through with long
4:00COVID, stuck in bed for almost a full
4:02year, had to build a comb, had to rely
4:05on it, had no other choice. One of the
4:07biggest things I've learned is that we
4:10are our own bottleneck, whether we know
4:12it or not. And I think that the margin
4:14most people are playing in when it comes
4:16to AI, is so small compared to the
4:19machine you can actually have. When I
4:22saw this happen and when I watched day
4:25after day, YouTube videos came out and
4:27we started to build this audience around
4:30an actual clone. And my audience named
4:33the clone. They gave it a character name
4:34from Star Trek that I didn't even think
4:36of. And they kept watching it. They kept
4:39coming back for more content. They kept
4:40sharing. And something that I never
4:43thought to see happened where we had an
4:46organic tribe of people that were tuning
4:49in because the content was so good. They
4:51did not care if it was the clone or not.
4:54And one of the things I think we can do
4:55because it really is like a brave new
4:57world that we're living in in the AIH.
4:59It really is. We can test and see the
5:04fringes of what's possible. And that's
5:06one thing we do at First Movers. That's
5:09one of our main focuses is who are the
5:11risktakers that want to go allin on
5:15automating the processes that they've
5:17been doing for maybe it feels like a
5:19century. Maybe it's they clone
5:21themselves and they attach that to a
5:23content engine system. But we got to
5:26stop playing in the 1% margin where we
5:28just prompt AI, get a good email or two,
5:31get a decent social post. We've got to
5:34dive in and see the possibilities of
5:37what happens when we ask the question,
5:40can AI replace me? Can it replace my
5:43face, my voice? And most importantly,
5:46can I still be in the clone? Because one
5:49of the best things in this weird story
5:51of mine that accidentally happened that
5:54is beyond me is I have people come up to
5:56me and they say, "Julia, you're the only
5:58one with a clone that has put the soul
6:01into the clone." And that is such a
6:02compliment because you still see my
6:04fingerprint and the originality I have
6:06that hasn't been lost. And in the AI era
6:10we live in this brave new frontier,
6:12there's so much sloth. There's so much
6:15crap. and there's content being put out
6:17that adds no value. But what if we could
6:20change that? What if we could actually
6:22use a clone and deliver great stuff that
6:25doesn't burn us out because we've never
6:27had to sit in front of a camera ever
6:28again. Four minutes of train data is all
6:31we need. And the content is thought
6:34through even more deeply because that's
6:36my YouTube channel. I say the content my
6:38clone speaks is more thought out than
6:41what I would say on a random Monday
6:43where I'm probably tired or hungry or
6:45something else because you're human. We
6:47have to let the machines take the
6:49machine work and we got to stop being
6:51the machines. If you're feeling a little
6:54AI resistant, trust me, I totally get
6:56it. When I sold my agency in 2021, where
6:59we had amazing human writers and I was
7:03one of the best you could find at
7:05content marketing, I truly wasn't sure
7:08that the machines were coming for my
7:09job. But I had a mentor at the time that
7:11said, "Julia, in the 2020s, all content
7:14creation is going to be done by robots."
7:17And I really trusted this mentor. So
7:19went all in on my gut, listened to what
7:21he said, and then we had the chatbt
7:24iPhone moment in the fall of 2022. Well,
7:27I was still anti- AI and I went as far
7:30as to go on stage and I was known as the
7:33anti- AI writer because I told everyone,
7:35"Don't use traction. It's hot garbage.
7:38It will never write great copy. It won't
7:40convert your clients. It won't build
7:42trust, leads, and sales." So, if you're
7:44AI resistant and you kind of live in
7:46that real world, I totally get it. I was
7:48there. What changed for me was seeing
7:50how these frontier models are now
7:53encompassing
7:54nearly a 100red trillion data points
7:56which is one of the biggest models and
8:00how accurate the data is when you
8:04actually build skills and smart systems
8:08and approaches into how you use AI
8:11because it's not about prompting. It's
8:13about how do we layer on instructions
8:16in the way that actually teaches the AI
8:18to do what you want it to do, if not
8:21even better. And if you can think like
8:23that, like how can AI do it even better
8:25than how I would do it? If you can think
8:28like that,
8:30that's when all this changes and the
8:32world of AI begins to open up because
8:33it's not about AI replacing you. It's
8:36not about AI taking your job. It's not
8:38about AI getting in the way and just
8:40adding more work. It's about AI truly
8:43coming in, augmenting what you do, doing
8:46it maybe five to 10 times better than
8:48you, which I would say is what my
8:50clone's doing at this point. And then
8:52how do you scale that? It really is that
8:54simple.
9:07What flipped the switch for me going
9:09from anti-AI to proAI was going all in
9:12on not a lot of tools but the best
9:15tools. And that was one of the best
9:17decisions I've made because our tool
9:19stack to run a $3 million 2 million
9:22organic view a month YouTube channel
9:25100% with a clone. Our tool stack is
9:28really small. It's a great frontier
9:30model. It's a great voice clone
9:32software. We use 11 Labs and Hen which
9:35is one of the leading digital avatar
9:38softwares. Before my health crash,
9:40before I started First Movers, I was the
9:43president of an AI company that was
9:45betting against the best tools. Not
9:48recommended.
9:50When you're building something and
9:52you're choosing tools that are any less
9:54than what the frontier models can do in
9:56and of themselves, and these frontier
9:57models are backed by Google, Microsoft,
10:00Elon Musk, the biggest names out there,
10:03you're playing a losing game. Less is
10:05more when it comes to AI and choose the
10:08best. That's when you're going to be
10:10able to build a system that replaces you
10:12and keeps going without having to find
10:15another tool, layer on another solution.
10:18my avatar, which was filmed, we did four
10:22twominute little clips back in January
10:25of 2025. Those four twominute clips have
10:29fueled 700 videos, and I've never had to
10:31film again. It's an amazing life to be
10:34completely liberated as a content
10:36creator to look at my phone and every
10:38day there's a YouTube video coming out
10:40that I didn't have to film, I didn't
10:41have to produce, I didn't have to
10:43publish. It's all happening without me
10:46in a really clean system that just a few
10:48people can operate. I mean, we're doing
10:51with less than 15 people, double the
10:55revenue, and probably five times the
10:58growth of the company I used to run that
11:00had 100 people.
11:02That's crazy. But that's the opportunity
11:04in front of us in the AI age. In this
11:07quickly accelerating age of AI, there's
11:10two groups of people that are going to
11:12dominate. the builders and the
11:14operators. Knowing which group you
11:16belong in is really important to
11:18determine really fast. And the trap I
11:21see that I stayed completely clear of
11:26because I was forced necessity is
11:29another of invention. I was forced to
11:31use a clone to fully replace myself. So
11:34I had to make a functional working
11:36solution and then go hands off because
11:38of my health and make it work for over a
11:41year. The pitfall that I commonly see is
11:44founders that are the operators trying
11:47to become the builder and they don't
11:49even know it. They're spending hours.
11:50They're up till 3:00 a.m. They've added
11:53so much on top of an already pretty full
11:56workload. And that's not what AI is
11:58meant to do. So, if you're a founder, if
12:01you're an operator, one of the most
12:03important questions you need to ask is
12:05which group am I in? Am I an accidental
12:08builder? Am I stuck in the 3:00 am
12:11loophole where I'm trying to make AI
12:14work for me and I'm just adding more
12:16work to my schedule? Or are you in the
12:19group of operator where you're operating
12:21the AI engine and it works for you, not
12:24the other way around? In our team at
12:26First Movers, we have system architects.
12:29We have integrators that I've worked
12:32with to build my systems, which run
12:34pretty much hands-off. The way we have
12:36our system set up for me is my life
12:39pretty much starts and runs from this
12:41little AI noteaker, a fieldy device,
12:44which we have a link where you can get
12:45one of these for 30% off in the
12:47description. I talk, this thing runs all
12:50day, 24/7 capturing everything I say. We
12:53have a Claude MCP connection set up and
12:56we've got custom skills that turn
12:58everything I talk into action items that
13:01even jumpstart my YouTube content
13:03creation process. So my life, not just
13:07my work, and this is really important,
13:09my life looks different where instead of
13:12sitting at a desk trying to drum out the
13:14idea for my next YouTube hit, I'm
13:18walking and talking. My ideas flow so
13:21much better. I'm in a different nervous
13:23system state as a human being. I'm
13:26catering to that state by capturing my
13:28ideas live. But it took me aligning with
13:31builders because I'm not a coder. I'm
13:33not technical at all. I'm the creative
13:35writer in the room. It took me aligning
13:37with builders, the ones in our team that
13:39have built my systems, for me to jump
13:42ahead and go from a 90-hour workload and
13:46sitting in front of the computer to a
13:48life and a business and an income
13:51stream, multiple income streams that now
13:53operate from my voice and a spoken idea,
13:57which to me is the future of this. I
13:59remember when I heard the internet
14:00connect. I was seven and I heard the
14:03modem dialup modem back then connect and
14:06I was like what if this entire computer
14:09could just be run from a thought? I
14:10don't know why I thought that at seven
14:12but I did. And I feel like here we are.
14:14We're living in an age where our
14:16thoughts can fuel the actions that we as
14:20humans should not be doing because we
14:22are not machines.
14:24And for me, my nervous system caught up
14:27one day and said, "Julia, you are not a
14:28machine. You are now in a state of
14:32collapse. You have to recover. You have
14:35to stop all these years of burnout. You
14:37have to become a human again." And so,
14:40that became one of my biggest lessons
14:42that has led to this life I have now
14:44where I'm living truly liberated.
14:47With 15 months of YouTube data behind
14:50us, we've really been able to prove the
14:52concept of can a clone, a digital
14:56avatar, a AI representation of you. Can
14:58it fully replace you and that content
15:00still get monetized, attract leads,
15:03sales, trust? All of that has happened.
15:06And even with YouTube algorithm updates
15:10that crack down on AI content, we were
15:12never affected. The clone channel has
15:15been nothing but a success. So, the
15:18question I always get is, "Well, Julia,
15:19how will I know if a clone will work for
15:21you?" My answer is, "Do you benefit from
15:25putting out really great content?" Well,
15:27yeah, almost everyone does. Well, how do
15:30you put out that content? What goes into
15:32it? What are the ingredients of it? If
15:33you could remove yourself from filming,
15:36what would that do for your marketing
15:38and your reach? For most people, the
15:40answer is it would accelerate everything
15:43I do. It would get me more clients, get
15:44me new audiences. And so, we've started
15:47to clone doctors, physicians, financial
15:51experts, lawyers. We're looking to break
15:54into more industries and continue to
15:56prove this concept. But it takes a real
15:59first mover, somebody willing to embrace
16:01the risk because maybe no one in your
16:04industry is doing it yet. Maybe no
16:06competitor of yours has even thought of
16:08cloning themselves. But I can tell you
16:11from months and months and over 30
16:13million organic views on the clone, not
16:15a single danking, demonetization, only
16:19growth monthtomonth that what we're
16:21seeing is if you can approach this just
16:24like any good marketing campaign, is the
16:27content itself high value? Do I have a
16:30good message to say? Is this connected
16:32to a clear business with a clear
16:34offerings? Then the answer is this is
16:36usually a win for you. So, we've
16:39partnered with Club Scottsdale. You can
16:41see in the background behind me, this is
16:43a super cool location. It's exciting to
16:46get to do this here and bring the AI age
16:48into such a cool location. We've
16:51partnered with Club Scottsdale to bring
16:53our clients worldclass cutting edge
16:57cloning capabilities where we film their
17:00clone, the avatar, the face, the voice
17:03with the best software, the same ones I
17:05use every single day. We do all that
17:07here. We also run a two-day mastermind
17:10where you get to sit with me in person,
17:12learn my exact Claude content engine,
17:15and we're doing this in a few different
17:16ways. You can come to the mastermind.
17:18It's a two-day thing where you come sit
17:20with us, learn from me and my
17:22integrators. Get your clone made. You're
17:24out. You've got everything. We produce,
17:26we render it, we make it a beautiful
17:28clone. We work with you in the days
17:30after. Or you can just fly in for half a
17:33day, get your clone made, you're out.
17:35And we also fly out to you. We've done
17:38this for a few select clients where they
17:40have high-end locations that are
17:43beautiful offices, clinics they work out
17:47of that can't be regenerated with AI.
17:50While we can do a lot with a green
17:51screen and we do, when you have a
17:53location like that, it's better for us
17:55to come to you. So, that's something
17:56we're doing as well. So, if you want to
17:58embrace this future, now is the time,
18:01not later. I was super early to this. We
18:04were the first to build an actual clone
18:06on YouTube. We took arrows in the back.
18:09The first 6 months were pretty hard. I
18:11lost an audience that knew me for me.
18:14And then we built a new audience that
18:17loved the content and didn't care if it
18:19was the clone or not. But it's up to you
18:21how you're going to approach this. You
18:23can really test the playing field. This
18:25is the AIH. It's the time to take risks,
18:28to go really big, and to see just how
18:32much of a first mover's advantage you
18:34can build. So, if you're thinking, I
18:36want to get a clone, I'd love to invite
18:38you to Club Scottdale where we're doing
18:40this. We have a studio. Let me actually
18:42show you the studio. So, you're here in
18:44the green screen studio where we film
18:46all of our clones and we only have a
18:49limited amount of space where we do this
18:51every month for a few select people. So,
18:53if that's you, if you're interested and
18:55you want to learn more and maybe you're
18:57one of those where we fly out to you, we
18:58capture you in your unique location.
19:01Maybe you fly in, you get your clone
19:02done, you're out, or maybe you come to
19:04our mastermind. We only have a few spots
19:07per month for all of these things. We
19:09don't take everyone. This is for people
19:11that are ready to build a true First
19:13Mover's advantage. So, to learn more,
19:15book a free call with us. See if this
19:18fits you, your business, your strategy,
19:20and your goals. First movers.ai
19:22AI/ClonVme
19:24is how you can get to that page and book
19:26your call. And whenever you're thinking
19:28of the future, this would be a good
19:30point to end on is, you know, there's so
19:32many things we could do. So many things
19:34we're told we should do with AI. There's
19:37ads in our face all the time. Oh, AI can
19:39do this now. It can fully automate this
19:41process. What we've seen works the best
19:43is when you pair the best tools with the
19:46best humans and you get the builders
19:49fueling the operations of the operator.
19:52That's how my whole system came to life.
19:55I don't have a completely hands-off AI
19:58only system. I have talented humans
20:01running the world's best videogen tools
20:05where we're using generative AI to
20:07literally recreate me in any setting on
20:10top of really high quality clone
20:12footage. So our focus is not to do this
20:15at the cheapest or the quickest level.
20:18It's how do we do this the best because
20:20that is when things last. And you don't
20:23want to just pile on AI, add a bunch of
20:25crap and a bunch more hours to your
20:27schedule. You want to do this in a way
20:29that really puts you ahead of the curve,
20:31gets you so much further than your
20:33competition because they're not even
