0:00Hello everyone.

0:02I will present

0:03global case competition

0:0622 six operation closed.

0:09My name is Ziad and my colleague

0:12Laith

0:13and Hussein Al-Yazeed is uh

0:16not here unfortunately.

0:19We are from Effat University

0:21in Jeddah,

0:23Saudi Arabia.

0:25Uh I will present

0:27problem and uh

0:30question one and two and

0:32Laith will uh

0:35answer for question three and four and

0:37five.

0:39Uh next slide.

0:44Uh

0:44here we have uh

0:46close from Hormuz and this effect our

0:52this uh

0:53will uh

0:55transfer 142

1:00.9 million cargo ton.

1:03And

1:04uh insurance

1:06increase 400% from for this problem, the

1:11war and uh

1:13close of Hormuz.

1:15And we have

1:17baseline is 10,000 uh

1:20per day.

1:23And

1:24uh we will talk all this number in the

1:27next slide.

1:31Uh we have

1:33triple shock.

1:34The first shock is ghost fleet.

1:37It happened in port, cyber,

1:42and e-war,

1:44uh electronic electronic war, jamming,

1:47and uh

1:48etc. 14% port

1:52current fire foreign war frozen.

1:56And this will affect in

1:59the 10,000.

2:01We have it.

2:02And

2:03GPS and AIS certified across

2:08Convi.

2:09It will

2:11It have a problem with the ship and the

2:15truck.

2:17And it will increase the

2:20the time of

2:23this and it will affect in the 10,000.

2:27No.

2:28And

2:29shook two energy wobbles

2:33decrease for

2:34400 to 1,000.

2:37400 to 4,200 MW.

2:41And

2:43this loss in electric it will affect in

2:48the board and we have a

2:51solve it by renewable energy.

2:55And shook three

2:57is silicon carton.

3:00It's 55% cargo volume is Western and 16%

3:04core network. It's East Asian. The next

3:10slide we will talk about it.

3:12Cyber physical shielding is for

3:16the

3:18cyber the hacker.

3:20We will do

3:22ground

3:24basis LORAN C and RTK. We will build

3:31LORAN C.

3:33And this is the solution for the GPS and

3:37AIS. The communication between ship and

3:41truck.

3:42And HSM is for a private

3:47graphic to make the communication safe

3:50and

3:51not hack.

3:53And manual uh full back reflash.

3:57We have uh

3:59hacking in 14%.

4:02We will

4:05do reflash to recover and

4:09make it make it

4:11100%.

4:13Uh

4:14next slide, please.

4:17Uh

4:18this is the equation

4:21for uh

4:23uh baseline output.

4:26Uh first we have 10,000.

4:29And after the

4:31cyber shock, we have

4:34decreased 14%. This is equal 6,000 and

4:38we have another

4:41problem is

4:43e-war, electronic war, and

4:47firmware

4:48jamming and like this.

4:50Uh

4:51it make it from

4:5414

4:55to 58 hours. This will affect in this

5:00equation. We have uh

5:03the origin is 10,000 and after cyber

5:06shock 6,000 and after this is 1,480.

5:14Uh

5:15and next slide, please.

5:19Uh

5:19here is the megawatt we have

5:23electricity is 14,000

5:26and is decreased

5:28because the

5:31uh

5:32natural gas and this.

5:34Uh

5:364,200

5:38and we have now

5:419,800

5:43megawatt.

5:45And after this, we will

5:48subtract from the

5:50uh

5:51terminal or port and uh

5:56uh liquid

5:57natural gas

5:59uh

6:00is

6:01100,000 plus 1 8,000 is equal

6:06the total is 3,000.

6:09This is will subtract from 9 800,000. We

6:14will see it in the next slide.

6:19Here is the equation.

6:22Uh after we

6:24we should know the culture baseline is

6:26for

6:27for uh

6:29uh

6:304,000 minus uh

6:341,200 the 3,000 is equal 11,000 MW. This

6:40is the culture baseline.

6:43And uh

6:45should survive with 17%.

6:48The minimum is 700

6:527,700

6:54MW.

6:56And we have the actual big rate is 6,800

7:01that we have now.

7:03We should

7:04uh

7:05uh have renewable energy

7:07uh for this is 900 per

7:11minimum.

7:13Should be higher 5% for safety and like

7:17this.

7:19Not should be 900 uh 9 900.

7:25Should be uh

7:26more 5% for safety.

7:29Uh

7:30next slide.

7:33It will talk

7:34uh life.

7:37>> Okay, now.

7:39Thank you. Starting with the question

7:42three,

7:43which is navigating the Silicon Iron

7:44Curtain.

7:45Uh and so with this delicate situation

7:48with the Western trade block

7:50having a 55% control of westbound cargo

7:54volume and the Eastern infrastructure

7:56having 60% of 5G macro cells and fiber

8:01fiber optic cable and what and such. Uh

8:04well, in this dilemma uh we should

8:07resort to using a uh

8:10ZKP proof ZKP proof blockchain program

8:14where uh

8:16by which this program can allow

8:18communication through uh several to

8:21other uh

8:23users uh fully encrypted and safe uh

8:28without breaching uh any uh data in the

8:31process.

8:32And so moving on to question four where

8:34we enforce our multilateral SLA matrix.

8:37Uh but starting off, uh we had uh just

8:40uh the two most prominent uh issues that

8:42we face in our uh

8:44in our calculation in our uh

8:47in our um

8:50uh

8:50in our port. So the first being

8:54uh first being the uh

8:56generation of power. So we have to

8:58maintain 70% to maintain survival

9:01uh which is a very delicate uh

9:04uh

9:05number to achieve because we can't

9:07really go over except for by little

9:10little not so much due to the mandatory

9:12constraint of reducing 30% of grid uh

9:17con- uh containment.

9:19Um

9:20And the second problem being

9:22um

9:23second problem being the

9:25uh generation of data the

9:28uh

9:30the regional the customs border admin.

9:32So which uh this can cause many problems

9:36especially with time constraints, uh

9:38since cargo can take long amounts of uh

9:40time uh when passing through uh uh

9:44customs borders and uh having having to

9:47come come across uh desynchronization.

9:50And so, now moving on to the

9:51multilateral SLA matrix that we have, we

9:54have four depending on each uh entity.

9:57And so, the first being the regions

9:59customs and border admin. So, we have

10:01want to apply a strict minimum KPI of

10:04having 15 uh 100 TEUs take uh less than

10:0915 minutes

10:10uh and having a financial penalty of

10:12$2,500 per hour uh per train

10:16uh wasted. Uh and then moving on to the

10:19dependent entity of uh telecom

10:22communication authorities. So, here we

10:24would like to like to set up uh having

10:27latency be

10:28uh more be less than uh latency be less

10:32than 1,000 milliseconds. And uh anything

10:35more than that will result in a $15,000

10:38uh $15,000 uh uh

10:40downtime uh financial penalty.

10:43And to the moving on to the grid system

10:46power supply,

10:47here we'd like to uh have a guaranteed

10:501,200 mega mega watt to power the grid

10:54at all times and keep it running to

10:56avoid any delays in uh

10:58in uh logistical transport of cargo and

11:02such uh resulting and if not

11:06uh kept up to standard will result in a

11:08financial penalty of uh

11:12$50,000 uh

11:14per grid grid trip or malfunction. And

11:17lastly, with the dry port operators,

11:19uh we'd like to have uh a consistent

11:23velocity of having um more than

11:2755 cmph

11:30uh with uh having a degradation alert

11:33around

11:34uh less than 25 CMPH. And so, financial

11:38viability will result in

11:40of $120 per delayed TEU.

11:44And so, moving on to the last part of

11:46our presentation, the question, the

11:48roadmap, the 2030 post-crisis capital

11:51pivot. So, moving on to

11:53first the first year, 2027, we'd like to

11:56establish crypto security and uh the

12:01So, this this plan of this year would be

12:04to prevent any more malicious zero

12:08zero-day malware attacks and have

12:10everything under control with

12:12prevention, recovery keys of the

12:14firmware across all the chains.

12:18And on to the next year, 2028, we'd like

12:21to have automated SLA smart contracts.

12:24So, here we'd like to have all our uh

12:28all our asset multilateral SLAs

12:31institutionalized and standardized, so

12:33we can maintain a higher standard.

12:37Uh, then moving on to 2029,

12:39we'd like to have renewable

12:41renewable power expansion. We expand on

12:45how many on the output of our ports.

12:48So, instead of the baseline initial

12:50baseline pre-crisis of 10,000 TEU per

12:53day, we'd like to expand further by

12:55expanding the capacity for electricity

12:59that we can generate. And lastly, on to

13:022030, the autonomous green corridor. So,

13:04here we'd aim for a

13:06fully AI orchestrated autonomous

13:08warehousing

13:10plan.

13:11And also,

13:13try to go for a or do our best to

13:16maintain a green green sustainable

13:20uh green sustainable

13:22plan to keep the port the plans going on

13:27for long term.

13:28Inshallah.

13:30Okay, thank you. That is our

13:32presentation.
