0:00The newest member of the Gridbot
0:01package : Gridbot Zero . Following our
0:04classic , manual , and gap grid bots , we
0:06are now introducing Gridbot Zero , a
0:09grid bot that starts with zero position
0:11in both rising and falling trends in
0:14spot and VİOP markets . Now , everyone
0:17who has a grid bot package in Matrix IQ
0:20will be able to use this robot at no
0:23extra cost . This is a type of grid bot
0:26that starts without opening an initial
0:27position . Gridbot Zero is a bot type
0:31where users initiate the grid strategy
0:33with passive orders and , just like in
0:36the grid bot with gaps , can leave
0:38spaces between new orders after trades
0:40are executed , if desired . Before we
0:44dive into the explanation , I recommend
0:46that you carefully watch the Matrix IQ
0:49and Grid Trading video series from the
0:51very beginning , and especially pay
0:53extra attention to the 6th video as
0:55always . Now , let's get to our topic .
0:57Our goal here is to start Grid Trading
1:00without a position . The most frequent
1:02request we received from you regarding
1:04grid bots was that they should not have
1:06an initial position amount upon entry .
1:08Because users did not want the bot to
1:10occupy their portfolio or start with an
1:12existing position . Actually , we were
1:14planning to release these types of
1:16robots later , but your requests
1:18influenced our priorities . Gridbot Zero
1:21is a grid trading strategy that can be
1:23used in both rising and falling trends .
1:25Note that it is not used in neutral
1:28trends . Because a neutral trend already
1:30starts without a position . With zero
1:32position , Gridbot Zero actually makes
1:34the version that normally starts with a
1:37position position-free . Here , the goal
1:40is to buy as the price reaches the
1:42lower price levels where we want to buy
1:44, and then try to make a profit by
1:47placing sell orders at the desired
1:49higher levels as the price pulls back .
1:52Or in a falling trend , for example , we
1:55want to short at high prices as it
1:57rises , and then buy back at the desired
2:00grid levels below on the VİOP side to
2:03record a profit . As you know , in the
2:06classic grid , we assumed the price
2:07would fluctuate between an upper and a
2:10lower limit . What did we do in the
2:12examples to make it easy ? We tried to
2:14provide simple numbers , and then what
2:16do we do in between ? The number of
2:17grids was determined . This is a common
2:19feature for both the previous classic
2:22grid and the Gridbot Zero . The
2:25difference starts exactly here .
2:27Normally , in a rising trend classic
2:29grid bot , we would place buy orders on
2:32the grids starting from the bottom , and
2:35those above the price would shift to
2:37become sell signals , so we would start
2:40the process by carrying a position from
2:43the start because those orders were
2:45executed . The main difference starts
2:48here . This is the changing step . As you
2:50can see , there are no steps at the
2:51beginning . There is no buy order here ,
2:53not even at 13 . Look , we have buy
2:55orders below . There is no buy order
2:58even at 13 . The main reason for this is
3:00that the nearest grid does not place
3:02any initial orders . Grid bot zero . Zero
3:05means 0 , and in a rising trend , it only
3:07sends buy orders to grid levels below
3:10the last price , for example on the spot
3:12side , and starts trading with zero
3:14position . The grids start . Here we only
3:17have buy orders . Regardless of how many
3:20lots you set , as in other grid types ,
3:23it does not enter any position at the
3:25grid levels corresponding to the last
3:27price initially . In fact , since we said
3:29the nearest grid here is 13 , it does
3:30not place a buy order at 13 initially
3:31either . It doesn't place a buy order at
3:3413 at the start . Even if it's below the
3:37price , say the price is 1380 , since it
3:39would be close to the 14 grid , it would
3:42place a buy order at 13 . As the price
3:45drops and buy orders are executed , sell
3:47orders are placed at the determined
3:50number of grid gaps above . Normally , if
3:53you don't change the setting , it acts
3:54like a classic bot and places the sell
3:56order on the grid above . Meaning , if
3:58our buy order at 12 is executed , it
4:00will automatically place our sell order
4:02at 13 , which is the immediate grid
4:04above . If we leave a gap of , say , 3
4:07grids , when our buy at 12 is executed ,
4:09it will immediately place the sell
4:11order 3 grids higher at 15 . We are
4:14trying to maximize profit here . The
4:16goal is , if you want to leave a gap —
4:18like triggering at 11 and selling at 14
4:20— but if you don't change this setting
4:23, it remains at 1 , placing it on the
4:25next grid . Just like in a normal grid .
4:27It would be more meaningful for you to
4:29watch the grid bot gap video here . So ,
4:31what did we say the goal was here ? As
4:34we reach the lower prices where we want
4:36to buy , we buy and want the robot to
4:39immediately place sell orders back up a
4:41few grids to lock in profit . But what
4:45if the price never drops and keeps
4:47going up from 1340 without a pullback ?
4:51As it moves up from 1340 , our buy order
4:54will slowly follow the price , rising to
4:5713 , 14 , 15 . And we will continue this
4:59scenario upon the next pullback . It
5:02will want to buy at the lows and sell
5:04at the highs during pullbacks . So , it
5:06will be a trader for you . What happens
5:08if the grid bot rises without taking a
5:11breath ? It follows the price throughout
5:14this range by entering new " buy " orders
5:16. Once it goes above the upper limit ,
5:19it stops following . You can set a stop
5:22here if you wish . We have upper and
5:24lower stops as well . Just like in other
5:27bots , that is , in all grids , we record
5:29profit from price movements as it
5:31fluctuates in this range . As long as it
5:33fluctuates , rises , falls , and passes
5:35through these points . We will still
5:37make a profit in a sideways market , but
5:39it needs to pull back a little bit to
5:41start working , provided we aren't
5:43completely without a position . Because
5:45remember , our goal here is to buy low
5:48and sell high . If it never goes down ,
5:50our buy orders won't be triggered . On
5:52the futures side , we were already
5:54running a grid to profit from both
5:56sideways markets and the expectation of
5:58a decline . Similarly , if you use Grid
6:01Bot Zero , it only places SELL orders
6:04above the price ; thus , the orders below
6:06are not triggered , and you start with
6:09no positions . Zero positions . We said
6:12this is what Zero means . Watch out ,
6:14what happens this time ? Our SELLs
6:17continue upwards from 14 to the upper
6:20limit . Why is there a sell at 14 ?
6:23Because the first grid is closer to 13 .
6:25The price is currently 1340 , so it
6:27placed a sell at 14 . The scenario here
6:30is as follows . We believe we are in a
6:33downtrend and that price rallies are
6:35opportunities to sell . As the price
6:39rises slightly , we want to short from
6:42the high prices and buy back from the
6:44requested number of grids lower to
6:47record profit . As I said , there are no
6:49short positions at the beginning . Only
6:51orders are waiting . As we short here ,
6:53what happens to the orders as we move
6:56down ? As we short moving upward , buy
6:58orders are filled downward within the
7:00determined range . If it falls , new
7:03short orders follow the price again . To
7:0513 , to 12 , to 11 . It continues to
7:08follow until it exits the range . It
7:11waits without buying . Let's pay
7:13attention . If it drops without coming
7:15back at all , it won't record a profit
7:17or loss if it exits without entering a
7:19position . Because it doesn't open a
7:21short position . Of course , if it rises
7:22and falls again , we will definitely
7:24make a profit . We know that if it keeps
7:26fluctuating within this range , we will
7:28make a profit again . Now let's move on
7:31to the practical side . Yes , as you see
7:34here , we have been running tests on
7:36grids for a long time . We continue the
7:39final tests and checks for a long time
7:41before sharing them with you in the
7:43live market . The tests we are currently
7:46focused on for Gridbot Zero are also
7:48going successfully . We haven't
7:49experienced any problems . We try to
7:52keep what I shared with you on Twitter
7:54before here , but we are closing the
7:56others . These are tests done with real
7:59money . By the way , this is not in the
8:01trial environment , but let's switch to
8:03the trial environment now . Let's
8:05conduct this test on Matrix IQ together
8:09with you . We will execute one Gridbot
8:12Zero in Matrix IQ from the trial
8:14environment . We will do it . First ,
8:16let's remember where we get it from to
8:19show the difference . You can find the
8:22installed ones in the strategy list
8:24from the IQ algo menu , but for those
8:26who purchase the gridbot package , they
8:29will be able to use all our new grid
8:31bots we share via gridbot for free over
8:34time . I recommend you check the list
8:37occasionally to see if new updates are
8:39coming . Zero is the most up-to-date one
8:41right now . You can see the dates of the
8:42others next to them , for example . You
8:45can copy the current strategy to user
8:47strategies and give it a new name here .
8:51For example , Gridbot Zero was not here
8:53in my user strategies right now . Look ,
8:55it's not here , but what are we going to
8:57do now ? We will say copy this Gridbot
8:59Zero to user strategies from the algo
9:01marketplace . It is important that
9:03Gridbot Zero has a different name here .
9:06That is our only concern . Gridbot Zero
9:08has been added . You can download new
9:10strategies from here as they arrive .
9:13You can also use new packages and
9:16updated versions . Now let's remove the
9:19favorites in user strategies . Let's add
9:22Grid Bot Zero to favorites and I am
9:24closing the others so it doesn't create
9:26clutter . As you can see , Grid Bot Zero
9:27is at the top right now , and it also
9:29has descriptions . You can also watch it
9:30from the Algo library . You can look
9:32here as well , but this video will
9:34already be a general and even detailed
9:36explanation of them . We click run . As
9:38always . When we click run , it first
9:41asks us for the symbol . Let's try to do
9:44it on Turkish Airlines . While the chart
9:46is open , we have spot and futures grids
9:49here , just like in the spot grid for
9:51Turkish Airlines . By the way , the
9:53question of whether it is available for
9:54everything , just like the spot grid ,
9:55also comes up . Can we also use it in
9:58index or futures index ? Yes , you know
9:59where Grid bot zero is not available ?
10:01It is not available in neutral , i.e. ,
10:02horizontal trends . It can be used in
10:04spot for rising trends . It can be used
10:06in futures for both rising and falling
10:09trends . Let me show the rising one on
10:12spot . We already know arithmetic and
10:13geometry by now . Let's say our lower
10:15limit for Turkish Airlines is 290 . And
10:18let our upper limit be 315 . This is an
10:21estimated limit within this range . A
10:23limit I have determined . The current
10:25price is around 302.5 . Let a grid be
10:28added every 1 lira . For that , I look at
10:31the number of grids , what is between
10:32them here ? There are 25 segments . I say
10:3425 , and let it perform a one-lot
10:37transaction in each . This already
10:39serves as an example . It says number of
10:41grids to leave a gap . If you wish , you
10:43can check the gridbot gap video and pay
10:46attention to this point there . In other
10:49words , how many levels or grids above
10:51should it place each buy ? We set each
10:53of these as 1 lira here . Because there
10:56is a 25 lira difference , and we made it
10:5825 December 25 grids . There will be 1
11:00lira intervals for each . A gap will be
11:02left . If I set the grid count to 3 , it
11:04will place each buy 3 lira higher . So
11:07it is actually 3 grids , but since they
11:09are 1 each , it will place it 3 grids
11:11higher . Pay attention to this . We
11:12already know this start time now . We
11:15know the importance of this . Please try
11:17to set different times for different
11:19grids , and make sure to open your IQ ,
11:22connect it , and try to continue the
11:24gridbot with the play button here
11:26before this time . Let's make these
11:28reminders . I won't go into stop losses
11:30now to avoid dragging it out . It is
11:32useful to enter the commission rate if
11:34you want to see take profit and proper
11:36profit . What happens when I enter my
11:39own commission rate and say yes here ?
11:42Let's say continue this way as well . I
11:45say show on the chart for Turkish
11:47Airlines ; when I say finish , since I am
11:50connected to the account , let's look
11:52now . It will open my orders for Turkish
11:55Airlines on the chart , the report
11:59window will appear before me , it will
12:01send the buy orders first . As they
12:05execute , look at the beginning ; what
12:08won't happen in Gridbot Zero , we set a
12:11range up to 315 but our orders ... Let's
12:15even show these orders together if you
12:18want . Yes , look , the price is 302.5 in
12:22the grids below the price . It starts at
12:27the 301 grid . What are we doing here
12:30for 301 and the numbers below it ? Our
12:34buy orders are executing . What is the
12:36difference ? From top to bottom , buy
12:38orders would actually be written from
12:41315 down to 300 or 290 , and orders
12:43above the price would execute
12:46immediately . Here , it starts waiting at
12:48a lower grid , and after it waits , if it
12:51executes , if it drops to 301 , we start
12:54here without a position or assets . Look
12:56, none of our buy orders were triggered
12:58. Now let's cancel this grid . Let's
13:02cancel this new grid we started . I want
13:06to use a spot grid with the same
13:08account and the same range to explain
13:11the difference more clearly , and I want
13:13to observe the difference . I am
13:16entering the strategy list . When we
13:19look at normal spot grid , grid bot v ,
13:22version 6 came out , but I haven't
13:25updated it , for example , Turkish
13:27Airlines in the same range , rising
13:29trend , spot , lower limit is the same
13:32290 , 25 grids , and position count per
13:35grid was 1 . The others are not very
13:38important . It warns here that it is a
13:40new version for all levels in this
13:43range . You can continue and use it if
13:46you want . Let's close the screens .
13:48Let's see the orders on the screen . Now
13:50see what we are doing . It places buy
13:54orders for all levels from 315 to 290 ,
13:57and then it places SELL orders exactly
14:00one level above the executed levels . So
14:04right now , look , we have bought assets
14:07in grids up to this SELL order . We are
14:10starting with a position . In Zero , it
14:13is 0 position . That is why it is called
14:14zero . It starts with zero position . So
14:16what is missing above in this section ?
14:19Let's show it again if you want . Let's
14:22start over . Let's do Grid Bot Zero
14:24again so that it really sinks in .
14:26Because as I said , questions about this
14:28are still coming in . He asks why it
14:30starts with a position . Because that's
14:31how a normal grid bot is . Those who
14:33don't want to start with a position can
14:35use Grid Bot Zero . There will be no
14:38position at all . We're using Turkish
14:40Airlines again as an example . We will
14:41see the difference much more clearly .
14:43Now , again with the same 290 . And 315
14:49range , with 25 grids . Each one will
14:53have a gap left as a grid . Let's not
14:55get into those details right now . As I
14:57said , you can set it as high as you
14:59want . Yes . When I click finish , the
15:01screen should explain it to you much
15:05more clearly . Look , we won't see the
15:07reds above . Buys will remain passive
15:09only below . This way , it won't enter a
15:12position from the start . We have a buy
15:14order at 301 . So , what will happen here
15:16? We will start the process without
15:19holding any assets . If it drops and
15:22then recovers , it will place a sell
15:25order for every grid it buys as it
15:28falls . But since we set it to 1 here ,
15:31if we increase the gap , it can place it
15:332 , 3 , or 4 grids higher . It will
15:35continue up to 315 . If it exceeds 303 ,
15:38it will immediately place a buy at 302 .
15:41If the price eases downwards and starts
15:44buying , it will place them above .
15:46Currently , we have no Turkish Airlines
15:49position . Not even a single lot . That
15:51is the point of Grid Bot Zero . It
15:52starts with zero position . We are
15:55waiting for it to drop . What if it
15:57constantly rises ? It will slowly start
15:59placing buy grids up to 315 as the
16:02price rises . But if it dips and enters
16:06back in . And then rises from there ,
16:08that is how we make money from those
16:10fluctuations . So , for those who don't
16:12want to start with a position and want
16:14it to buy if it drops , and then sell
16:16what it bought . Grid Bot Zero does
16:19exactly this ; as the price rises in
16:22your set range , it also moves those buy
16:25orders upwards . It is such an
16:27improvement . This was something highly
16:29requested from us . It was already in
16:32our plans . Due to the high demand , we
16:35prioritized Grid Zero . Uh , it was
16:38actually a system we were going to
16:40release anyway . This way , you don't
16:42start with assets from the beginning .
16:45Please check the warning section , the
16:476th video , I remind you every time . Try
16:49to review and look at it . New grid
16:52packages are coming . As they arrive , I
16:54will try to provide video explanations
16:56for you . Afterward , everyone who owns a
16:59grid bot package will be able to use
17:02all grids within that package . As you
17:04can see , we are constantly adding more .
17:06Wishing you all high profits . Yeah .
