0:04Luke chapter 14. We'll begin our reading
0:07from verse 15. Please give us NIV for
0:10this reading. NIV. Um the reason is
0:13because when you read this whole story
0:15in KJV, it has a lot of old, you know,
0:20old translations and sometimes you will
0:22not understand the language. But I read
0:24from verse 15 and I want you to follow
0:26very carefully. Jesus is speaking. Now
0:28when one of those at the table with him
0:31heard this, he said unto Jesus, "Blessed
0:35is the man who will eat at the feast
0:39in the kingdom of God." 16
0:42And Jesus replied, "A certain man was
0:46preparing a great banquet." Follow
0:48carefully. And invited many guests.
0:53At the time of the banquet, he sent his
0:55servant to tell those who had been
0:57invited, "Come, for everything is now
1:00ready." 18 But they all alike began to
1:05make excuses. Pay attention now. So he's
1:08prepared a banquet, a feast of fat
1:11things, and he instructed his servant to
1:13go and bring people that they may come
1:16and enjoy all that he has put in place.
1:19Are we together? And the Bible says they
1:22began to make excuses. The first said,
1:26"I have just bought a field and I must
1:29go and see it. Please excuse me."
1:32Number two, the second person said, "I
1:35have just bought five yolk of oxen and
1:38I'm on my way to go and try them out.
1:41Please excuse me." The third person now
1:45said, "I just got married, so I can't
1:49come.
1:50Please excuse me. Are we together?"
1:54Then the servant came back and reported
1:56to his master and the owner of the house
1:58became angry and he ordered his servant,
2:02watch the instruction. He says, "Go out
2:04quickly into the streets and alleys of
2:07the town and bring in the poor, bring in
2:10the crippled, bring in the blind, and
2:13bring in the lame." 22 Sir the servant
2:17said, "What you order has been done." He
2:20said, "But there is still room.
2:23I have brought all the people you asked
2:25me to go and bring, but in this house
2:28and as touching this feast and this
2:30banquet you have prepared, there is
2:32still room." And then he said, verse 23,
2:35the master told his servant, he said,
2:38"Go out to the roads and the country
2:41lanes and make them come in." Amplified
2:45says, "Compel them to come in." is from
2:48the Greek word anakazo. Compel them to
2:52come in so that my house shall be
2:57filled. So that my house shall be
3:01filled. So follow this story carefully.
3:03Jesus is giving a story here and he says
3:06that a man prepared a banquet. Take note
3:09now. Jesus is revealing in this story
3:12that it is evil to invite people to come
3:15into a place for a banquet where it is
3:18not prepared. Are you seeing that the
3:20first thing that happened was not an
3:22invitation. The first thing that
3:24happened was to ensure that all things
3:26were ready.
3:28Are we together? That that if the people
3:30did respond to that call, they will not
3:32come and meet a disappointment. This is
3:35a very powerful revelation because the
3:38profit of in gathering is that we stay
3:41with God and obtain grace to be sure
3:43that when the nations flow and come to
3:46us, there is something of substance,
3:49there is something of grace that we can
3:51communicate to them. It is a dangerous
3:54and painful thing when the nations rush
3:57to Jesus
3:59based on the proposition of the church.
4:02They leave their idols. They leave their
4:04vain works and then they come to the
4:07church and there is nothing of substance
4:09to give them. The Bible says the
4:12character of the end time church will be
4:13such that before the grace for in
4:16gathering is poured out the first thing
4:18that needs to be done is that there must
4:21be a feast. the banquet, everything must
4:24be put in place.
4:26And then afterwards, he will now empower
4:29the people and with confidence he will
4:32gather whether the lepers, whether the
4:34we people because until that time,
4:37notice the three excuses that the people
4:40gave in that parable were all valid
4:42excuses. Are we together? There was none
4:46of the excuses. Give us that scripture
4:47again. Luke 14. There was none of the
4:50excuses. The Bible says, let's go to
4:53verse 18. Watch this. Follow carefully.
4:56I'm trying to establish something.
5:00The first one said, "I have bought a
5:02piece of ground." That sounds like
5:04responsibility. Do you know what that
5:06means? Everybody you are going to bring
5:09to the faith life, you will most likely
5:12find them doing other things that they
5:14find valuable. You will have to give
5:16them a message and a proposition that is
5:19more compelling than what they consider
5:22valuable. This guy has bought a ground,
5:26a piece [clears throat] of ground. So if
5:28you come to tell him come for the feast
5:30is ready, he considers what he's doing
5:33more important, more valuable and more
5:36profiting. In his mind, he thinks it is
5:39a stupid thing to leave your field to go
5:42and attend some feast somewhere.
5:46So he says, "Excuse me." Excuse number
5:49two. Verse 19. The other one said, "I
5:52just bought five yolk of oxen." In those
5:55days they used the oxen to plot the
5:58land. Agriculture was the main stay of
6:00that day. Are we together now? Yes. This
6:03will be likened to what you may call
6:05well agriculture in our day but say oil
6:07and gas something that you know that was
6:09really very how do you tell a man who
6:12has just bought five yoke of oxin to
6:14leave everything and come that all
6:16feasts are ready
6:19and then number three
6:22he said I just married
6:25leave me alone are we together I don't
6:28know what can happen there I'm not ready
6:30to go and die and lose my family you are
6:32calling me for a dinner and I just got
6:34married. Valid excuses. Listen, this is
6:39not just a parable. It is one of the
6:42major revelations as to why many people
6:44are not coming to the house of the Lord.
6:47That these people before the church
6:49arrived with our evangelism message,
6:52many of them were doing responsible
6:54things. Whether it was wrongly so or
6:56rightly so, there was something that
6:59defined their passions, something that
7:01defined [music] their pursuit. And so
7:03when we now come with a message and tell
7:06the person leave your job and go to the
7:08field, leave this and go to the field,
7:10they keep giving excuses because
7:12[singing] the propositions we are
7:14bringing does not have any worth beyond
7:17what they are doing. Until you present a
7:21Jesus, a context of Jesus that becomes
7:24greater than a man's need, greater than
7:27a man's ambition, greater than a man's
7:30tea and bread, whatever it is. And let
7:32me tell you the truth, nobody will run
7:36to a god or a religion or a faith
7:39practice that seems to depreciate them,
7:42seems to bring them down. Are we
7:45together? That they lose their sense of
7:47purpose. [singing and music] They lose
7:48their sense of joy. They lose family.
7:50They lose intelligence. You know that
7:53the context of the Christian faith that
7:55is being sold to the nations has
7:57misrepresented Jesus because in a bit to
8:01bring messages like surrender and the
8:03rest. Sometimes the imbalance is that we
8:06propose a Jesus that is not interested
8:08in any other thing about your life. The
8:11and every day he's rolling around in
8:13church, no school fees for his children,
8:16not taking care of his family, and the
8:18wife says, "What kind of a Jesus are you
8:20marketing?"
8:22Are we together? All these men had valid
8:25excuses.
8:26One said, "I just bought a piece of
8:29property. I'm a responsible person. I'm
8:32building an inheritance for my
8:33children's children. Don't bring any
8:35religious fanatism and deceive me into
8:38creating a a destiny of pain for my
8:41children. Excuse me.
8:44Another person will say, "Listen, I'm
8:46plowing the land because I do not want
8:48my family to be hungry in the name of
8:50loving Jesus.
8:52Excuse me."
8:56The third person said, "No, no, no, no,
8:57no. I need continuity. I don't know what
9:00spirit of death has plagued my family.
9:02Now I'm married. let me be able to have
9:04children. Don't come and bring any
9:06fanatism that destroys my potential for
9:09continuity.
9:10And the Bible says when he heard that he
9:14never said the people were wrong. He was
9:16angry and pained in his heart. He said
9:18now you go to the street, go and bring
9:20ordinary people who seem to be hopeless,
9:23seemed to be visionless. Are you
9:25noticing that there were a kind of
9:27people that refused to come to that
9:29feast? The major people who came to that
9:32feast were people who were dejected.
9:34This is the reason why in most cases
9:37many people think religion especially
9:39within the context of Africa was just a
9:42system to enslave people and throw
9:44people because the the narrative of
9:46Jesus that has been sold is not a
9:50balanced narrative. And so there are
9:52people who feel it is a waste of their
9:55destiny to come to Jesus.
9:58Are we together now? Yes. Notice as soon
10:01as he met the lepers, the blind, the
10:04lame, with speed they came to eat. Are
10:07we together? When you tell a blind man,
10:10when you tell a lame man, when you tell
10:12a crippled man that they have prepared a
10:14feast, number one, they do not believe
10:16they are worthy to be in that dinner
10:18because of their condition. And now when
10:21you have proposed a Jesus to them that
10:24is able to meet your need and regardless
10:26what you have, there is still room for
10:28you at the cross. They came without
10:30complaining. But the Bible says there
10:31was still room. There was space that was
10:35created there. And he says go to the
10:37highways and the byways. He said use
10:39whatever strategy is within your power
10:42to compel them to come. Jesus is
10:46teaching.
10:47That means there is a dimension of the
10:51in gathering
10:52the fulfillment of this prophecy that
10:55will happen by compelling people. The
10:58word compel is not just the word force
11:01against your will. To compel means to
11:04give you an evidence. Are we together?
11:07To present before you an evidence that
11:10swallows up every excuse that you have.
11:16that God has mandated the end time
11:18church that if we desire to see souls
11:21saved and lives transformed, we need to
11:24present [singing] an evidence before the
11:26nations that can make a businessman, a
11:30poor man, an unbeliever, a habalist, see
11:33Jesus as a more superior alternative. If
11:37that does not happen, our soul-winning
11:40adventure will only become an exercise
11:43in futility and will leave us
11:46frustrated.
11:47Now, I say this with all due respect to
11:50all our missionaries and mission
11:52agencies. I have studied the role of
11:56missionaries and what mission agencies
11:58have done across the globe and I commend
12:00them for what they have done. But I
12:02submit to you by the authority of
12:04scripture that for so many people the
12:08ratio of effort, the ratio of the things
12:11that missionaries lay down versus the
12:14amount of souls that come does not
12:16match. I can tell you sincerely.
12:20Hallelujah. That means that there is
12:22something wrong with our overall
12:25understanding of the presentation of the
12:27end time church. There is a context of
12:30Jesus. There is a context of God we have
12:33not yet presented to the nations because
12:36the Bible says where the casses are. It
12:39says there the eagle will gather. Am I
12:41right on that? Humans were designed by
12:44God to not ignore results. Humans were
12:47designed by God that it is impossible to
12:51see something that has an overall profit
12:53[music] to your life and ignore it.
12:57You apply for you you tell graduates to
13:00apply for a job a job that might be
13:03needing just 40 people and you can find
13:05over 20,000 people apply. Why? Because
13:08they consider that that job can be their
13:11connection point to living a life of
13:13meaning to start earning. Human beings
13:16listen please. Human beings are
13:21and a sense of purpose. And this must
13:24not be downplayed just because we are
13:26preaching Jesus.
13:28There must be the profit point of
13:30following Jesus. Whilst it is not the
13:33major reason for following him, it is
13:36impossible to sell a Jesus to the
13:38nations that has no profit point in
13:40their life and expect people to lay down
13:43their entire lives and even die for him.
13:46It is impossible.
13:49The disciples came to Jesus. This
13:51frustration did not just start with our
13:53world. The disciples came to Jesus and
13:55said, "Listen, listen. We have left
13:57everything to follow you. We have left."
14:00You claim that you are God incarnate. We
14:03left our businesses. Peter left fishing.
14:06The disciples left so many things. We
14:08have left all to follow you. In all of
14:10our discussions, you have not told us
14:13our gain and our profiting in following
14:16you. You would think Jesus would say you
14:18are such stupid selfish people. Look at
14:21what he said. Verse 28. Jesus said that
14:25who he that has followed me. Matthew's
14:28synoptic account now says in the
14:30generation when the son of man shall sit
14:32at the throne of his glory, ye shall
14:34also sit upon 12 thrones judging the 12
14:37tribes of Israel. This is one synoptic
14:40account. Another one would say, [music]
14:41"The person who has followed me in this
14:44life, he will receive a hundfold of this
14:46and that with persecution and in the
14:48world to come, life everlasting."
14:52I have investigated why many people may
14:56not seem to be drawn to the things of
14:58God. Why is it that it is difficult for
15:01revival to happen, the global awakening?
15:04Is it so hard to preach the gospel? What
15:07about the communication of the faith
15:09life is hard and I found out that there
15:12is something wrong with the kind of
15:14Jesus we are selling to the nations.
15:16There is a context of Jesus respectfully
15:19speaking that has impoverished Africa.
15:22It's brought Africa as a nation down.
15:25There are many people today who with all
15:27due respect it looks like their lives
15:29were better off as non-Christians before
15:32they became Christians because as
15:34non-Christians even though they were not
15:36saved they were a lot more responsible
15:38than church has made them now and there
15:40are witnesses who can compare before or
15:43after and say all you have become now is
15:46a greater fanatic with no results to
15:49show as far as following Jesus is
15:51concerned
15:54as an idol. Idol worshipper they say you
15:56seem to have been a better father as an
15:58idol worshipper you seem to have been a
16:00more responsible person because if you
16:02are not responsible the altars will
16:05judge you immediately you will wake up
16:07with headache and know is the gods
16:08warning you but now you have come into a
16:11faith life and it looks like it has sold
16:13you a narrative that you are loving
16:16Jesus at the expense of your children
16:18loving Jesus at the expense of your life
16:21the continuity of your life so when you
16:23look at the Average believer his life is
16:26not a good testimony. The average
16:28Christian family the only consolation to
16:31many people is heaven.
16:36Are we together? Now
16:39the Bible says the mountain of the
16:41Lord's house shall be exalted and there
16:44will [music] be a kind of teaching that
16:45will come from that mountain and when
16:47other people start hearing it they will
16:49call themselves and say this is what we
16:51are looking for. There is something we
16:53have been looking for for years, for
16:55decades. Finally, we have found it.
16:58Come, let us go to the mount of the Lord
17:00by themselves to the house of the God of
17:03Jacob. There is something we have found
17:05there. And I'm praying in the name of
17:07Jesus that may we be the generation that
17:10will compel the world to come to Jesus.
17:14That we will present such evidence that
17:17will make a businessman know he needs
17:19Jesus. A president of a nation know that
17:22he needs Jesus. An ordinary man. The
17:25feast was for everybody. But out of all
17:28of them, there were three groups there.
17:30The group of wealthy and successful
17:32people, the group of poor and dejected
17:34people, and then all other people. Only
17:37one out of the three [music] groups came
17:39to respond to that call. The first group
17:42that Jesus called, they were too busy as
17:44professionals. All of the groups, the
17:47one who was in real estate, the one who
17:49was in agriculture, the one who just
17:51married, they had things that they
17:53considered to be useful. And since we
17:55are not going to present a Jesus that
17:57can be useful to that kind of life, they
18:00threw everything away and say, "I'm
18:01sorry." Then they said, "Go to the poor.
18:05Bring the poor. Bring the blind. Bring
18:08the lame." I hope you know that the
18:10reason why the poor and [singing] the
18:12blind and the lame came was simply
18:14because they knew that they were already
18:16left for dead. So it was a privilege for
18:19them to be part of that banquet. But the
18:22the master was angry and he said, "You
18:24know what? I'm going to give you another
18:25mandate. Go to the street. This banquet
18:29is for everybody. Not just for the rich,
18:32not just for the poor. It is for
18:34everybody. But I am placing something
18:37upon you that with it you will go and
18:39compel everyone to come in that my house
18:44may be filled.
18:48Ladies and gentlemen,
18:52the church of the Lord Jesus Christ,
18:54even the end time church,
18:57is an institution and a place where
19:00nations must come to experience the true
19:03living God.
19:05The end time church is a platform and
19:09institution
19:11where nations must come and experience
19:15the true living God. Please write that
19:18statement. The true living God.
19:26We lift up the name of Jesus in praise
19:28and worship. We lift up the name of
19:30Jesus as we shout him to the nations.
19:32But you see the fact that the nations
19:35have not been compelled to turn aside
19:37and say what are these people saying, we
19:40need to go back and re-examine the kind
19:43of Jesus we are presenting to the
19:45nation. The kind of Jesus we are selling
19:48to the nations. Because I can tell you
19:50based on the parable that Jesus gave,
19:53the kingdom and church is not just for
19:56poor, dejected, frustrated people. And I
20:00I don't mean any disrespect, but you
20:03will find out that in most parts of
20:05Africa, those who seem to be the most
20:07religious people are largely those who
20:10may have failed with their lives and
20:12there is no sense of purpose or destiny.
20:14And when you tell them come, they just
20:16come because at least I after all I was
20:19already on my way dying.
20:22But those who shape culture, those who
20:24rewrite the narratives of every
20:26civilization, the kind of Jesus we have
20:29proposed to them, they are not
20:30interested at all. And do you know you
20:33can have 1 million weak people say yes
20:36to Jesus, but in the presence of one of
20:39this first group of people who say no to
20:41Jesus, you will still subject the
20:43purposes of God.
20:48These have been my contemplations for a
20:50long time. And now watch what I'm about
20:52to show you. I found out that there are
20:57at least written in scripture.
21:01There are about five representations
21:05of the one true God that the church must
21:08present to the world if we want to see
21:11an in gathering, a prophetic global in
21:14gathering of kings, of mean men, of weak
21:18people, of ordinary people. There are
21:21five presentations of Jesus or God
21:25Almighty. Until we are able to market
21:28this kind of God to the world, forget
21:31about the world leaving what they are
21:33doing and coming into the faith
21:35experience. Are you ready? The Bible
21:38tells us
21:40in Psalm 103, and please pay attention
21:44as I discuss it now. It says, "Bless the
21:47Lord, oh my soul." Give it to us,
21:49please. and all that is within me, bless
21:53his holy name. Verse two, it says,
21:55"Bless the Lord, oh my soul, and forget
21:59not his benefits." This is a very
22:01profound scripture in presenting God.
22:04He's saying that there are benefits that
22:07God has. There are benefits. When you
22:10come to him, you come because you love
22:12him. But he's not just calling you to
22:15come and waste your time. There is a
22:17feast that has been prepared. Are we
22:19together now? He's calling you into a
22:21heavenly banquet. He's calling you to
22:24live your life, your old ways, into an
22:26experience that has benefits.
22:30Benefit number one, verse three. The
22:34Bible says, "Who forgiveth all thine
22:38iniquities." This is the first
22:41presentation of God that we must bring
22:43to the nations. The God who forgives.
22:47The world will never come to your God
22:50until you present him as a God who
22:53forgives, as an expression of his love.
22:57The nations, let me tell you the truth,
22:59the average person across the globe,
23:01they they have once you have become an
23:04adult in today's world, you most likely
23:06have been full of stories that represent
23:09pain, betrayal, all sorts of things. It
23:12is important that we present to the
23:14nation the God who loves and the God who
23:18forgives.
23:19Two scriptures.
23:21Number one,
23:23Daniel chapter 9 and verse 9. In fact,
23:26we'll look at more than two scriptures.
23:29Jesus Christ is the Elon of Israelel.
23:33[singing]
23:37Jesus Christ, you are the ele of
23:41Israelel.
23:44Jesus Christ,
23:47the Elon of Israelel.
23:49[music and singing]
23:50The Bible says to the Lord our God
23:53belongeth mercies and forgiveness though
23:57we have rebelled against him that this
24:00God that we present to the nations even
24:03though the people he's calling were
24:07until their salvation experience rebels
24:10that this God who is calling them has
24:13forgiveness to offer onto them. Acts
24:16chapter 13 and verse 8.
24:19Acts 13 and verse 8.
24:23Did I get that right? Oh dear, I think
24:26I've lost something now. Psalm 130.
24:29Let's look at Psalm 130. 1 to8. Look at
24:33this profound scripture. Psalm 131-8.
24:37Out of the depths I have cried unto
24:39thee, oh Lord. Verse two, it says, Lord,
24:41hear my voice. Let thine ears be
24:44attentive to the voice of my
24:46supplication. Verse three, it says, "If
24:48thou, oh Lord, shouldest mark iniquity,
24:52oh Lord, who shall stand?
24:55But there is forgiveness with thee that
24:58thou mightest be feared." Reading to
25:00verse 8, I wait for the Lord, my soul do
25:03wait, and in his word do I hope. Verse
25:06six, it says, my soul waited for the
25:09Lord more than they that watch for the
25:11morning. I say more than they that watch
25:14for the morning. Seven, let Israel hope
25:17in the Lord, for with the Lord there is
25:19mercy, and with him is plenteous
25:22redemption. Verse 8, and he shall redeem
25:26Israel from all his iniquities. This is
25:29the first representation of God [music]
25:32that the end [singing] time church must
25:35present to the nations, the God who
25:37forgives. Ephesians chapter 1 and:e 7,
25:40Paul puts it profoundly.
25:4217 in whom we have redemption through
25:45his blood. He says the forgiveness of
25:48sins according to the riches of his
25:50grace. Apostle are you saying no matter
25:53how far I've gone from God deviated from
25:56the things of God that there is hope for
25:58me when I come to him. This is the
26:00proposition of the end time church that
26:02we are a place, a platform, an
26:04institution that must market and sell a
26:08God that loves men enough to forgive
26:11their sins. Jeremiah 31, I believe, and
26:14verse three is it that I have loved thee
26:18with an everlasting love. Therefore,
26:21with my loving kindness have I drawn
26:24you.
26:26Hallelujah.
26:28For as long as we look at the world and
26:30point hands at them and continue to make
26:32them believe that there is no redemption
26:35for them, then once we are done sin, we
26:38tell them come, they will never come.
26:40They need the presentation of a God who
26:42loves them and forgives them. Not a God
26:45who condones sin, but the Lord who loves
26:48them beyond that condition and seeks to
26:51remedy that condition. Are we together?
26:53That's why he sent Jesus. Can I tell you
26:56a forgiving God is a God worth coming
26:59to? Let me repeat myself again. A
27:01forgiving God is a God worth coming to
27:04because forgiveness is a scarce thing in
27:07our world. Men are designed for
27:10vengeance. Men are designed [music] for
27:12all kinds of things. In fact, one of the
27:15one of the foundational propositions of
27:18witchcraft is revenge and vengeance by
27:21all means.
27:23Are we together now? Yeah. So if someone
27:26steals something, you don't need to
27:28investigate who stole it. You just go
27:30and meet a herbalist and say whoever
27:32stole is right now, let his stomach
27:34begin to swell or let something happen
27:36to him or whatever. Let him start
27:38shouting as a mad man to confess. Do you
27:40think someone will want to leave that
27:41habalist in this wicked world? No. They
27:44will stay with that habalist and say
27:46just to let you know they've stolen
27:47something. Can you help me and kill
27:49whoever has done so? We present to the
27:52world as an end time church a forgiving
27:54God. Not a condoning God. Please do not
27:58misunderstand me. Not a condoning God,
28:02but a forgiving God. That we can come
28:06before the throne of grace.
28:09Anybody at all regardless what you have
28:12done. And you see when it has to do with
28:16the subject of sin and iniquity, the
28:18Bible's conclusion according to Romans
28:203, I believe verse 23, is that all have
28:23sinned. All have sinned. All have sinned
28:27and fallen short of the glory of God.
28:32All have sinned. In fact, there is a
28:33version that says, "All have sinned by
28:36nature and in practice." So whichever
28:39you cannot escape. By nature in sin did
28:42my mother and for if for any reason you
28:45were born by somebody who did not sin in
28:47practice.
28:51Hallelujah.
28:53I will search for you and I will find
28:56you.
28:58I will [music] find you
29:01with all my heart.
29:05I will search for you and I will find
29:08you.
29:10I [music] will find you
29:13with all my heart.
29:15Listen, do you know how good this news
29:19is? When you tell someone who believes
29:22he's been condemned looking at his life,
29:24your entire life is rotten, wasted. You
29:27are no good for yourself. [music]
29:29Perhaps a child that he's not aware of
29:32how I've lived my life and what I have
29:34done. Even God, if he knows my case, you
29:37say you are different and you tell him
29:38no. When Jesus hung upon that cross, it
29:42was love that kept him there, not
29:44ignorance. It was not ignorance of your
29:47condition that made him to die. He was
29:49fully aware of the extent of your fall.
29:51Yet, he still died.
29:56Are we together? The world will only
29:59come to a God who forgives, not who
30:03condones. Teaching a God that condones
30:06everything is another kind of error.
30:09God is mighty. God is holy. God is
30:12great. But he's also loving. Ladies and
30:14gentlemen, when you taste of the love of
30:17Jesus, fear dies [music] permanently in
30:19your life. Are we together now? Fear
30:21dies in your life. There are people who
30:23cannot serve God today. They cannot
30:26serve God acceptably. They cannot live
30:28for Jesus today. Are we together now? is
30:31the reason why the moment do you know
30:34that there are many people who come to
30:35Jesus because it's like a bribery with
30:38their lives until they become blessed.
30:41So their commitment in church and their
30:44commitment to Jesus is not because they
30:46are aware he loves them is out of fear
30:49now that my life does not have anything
30:51to show. If he decides to be angry with
30:53me, I'm in trouble. So let me just
30:56pamper him with praise and worship.
30:59pamper him with my tithe and offering
31:01hoping that I rise when I become like
31:03one of those men, the one who married,
31:06the one who bought yolks of oxen or the
31:09one who has now bought real estate. I
31:11now officially divorce him and say,
31:13"Thou Jesus, don't come around my life
31:15again. I am now a rich man. I do not
31:18need you. Let the poor and beggars
31:20continue with you."
31:23But there is God who forgives.
31:26There is God who forgives. He can
31:28forgive the sins of the fathers. The
31:31idolatry that we were all born into, he
31:34can forgive. I know that people were
31:36killed, he can forgive. I know that
31:38wrong covenants were done. He can
31:40forgive. I know that altars,
31:42missionaries were killed, but that God
31:45can forgive. And we are presenting to
31:47the world a God who forgives. That it is
31:50true that God can drive a man's sin. You
31:53were born by whatever means. You were
31:55born from a family. Your father or
31:57yourself may have lived your life.
31:59Anyhow, let me tell you the truth. If it
32:01is a God of the Bible, he does not
32:04condone sin, but he's loving enough to
32:06forgive.
32:08He can forgive. He can forgive.
32:12If God were to count iniquity, the Bible
32:15says, who shall stand whether by nature
32:18or by practice? The conclusion is that
32:21all have sinned and fallen short of the
32:24glory of God. Now you sell this kind of
32:27message to someone. Do you know that
32:29even great people think about their
32:31lives and they say I may have all this
32:33money. I may have all these things.
32:35Remember my teaching on the rich young
32:36ruler. The guy had everything the world
32:39could offer. But he came to him and he
32:40said good master there is something I'm
32:43looking for that my money cannot buy. It
32:45is called eternal life. What must I do
32:47to inherit eternal life? I know what I
32:50must do to be rich. I know what I must
32:52do to be influential. I am a rich young
32:54ruler, but I do not know what I need to
32:57do to have eternal life. When it has to
33:00do with eternal life, it is a gift for
33:03the great. It is a gift for the small.
33:05It is a gift for the educated. It is a
33:08gift for the uneducated. It is for all
33:10men. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved
33:13the world, not just a group of people."
33:17He gave his one only begotten son that
33:20whosoever
33:22this blessing is for whosoever who
33:24believes in him should not perish the
33:27Bible says but have life eternal. Can I
33:29tell you I will never present a Jesus
33:34that looks like he zipped his heart as
33:36far as forgiveness is concerned.
33:38Provided any man is alive on earth, even
33:42if it is 5 minutes to the end of your
33:44days, whoever your you are, once your
33:47heart is sincere, admitting your
33:50condition and confessing his lordship,
33:52the Bible says he's able to save.
33:55Savior,
33:57he can move a mountain.
34:00My God is mighty to save. He is mighty
34:05to save [music]
34:07forever.
34:08The author of salvation.
34:12He rose and [music] conquered the grave.
34:16Jesus conquered the grave. [music]
34:19By the grace of God in this ministry, we
34:22have seen all kinds of people saved.
34:25People who at the point where you saw
34:27them, you would if you were to assess
34:30them, you would say this once even Jesus
34:32will reject them. But he received them
34:34and look how he's turned their lives
34:36today. Many of them serving the Lord
34:38with power and grace. When you know who
34:41Jesus is and you know the kind of God
34:43the end time church should present to
34:45the world, you will never look at
34:47anybody alive and conclude on them
34:50because you may be concluding on Saul.
34:54Whereas the person you are concluding on
34:56because she's a prostitute, because
34:58she's a drunkard, God does not condone
35:01sin. But ladies and gentlemen, his heart
35:04is loving enough. And in this end time
35:06before Jesus comes, can I tell you the
35:09gates of the church will be open and
35:11will receive strange kind of people. And
35:13you will see the mighty men that will
35:15come out of those people. Some of the
35:17people who will come are people who have
35:19all their life been in witchcraft and
35:22idolatry. But they will come and be
35:24filed and cleaned by the word of God.
35:27And out of those people, prophets will
35:28arise. Out of those people, evangelists
35:31would arise and their witness will be
35:33stronger. And some of them, hear me, it
35:36may be your children, maybe your son who
35:38you do not even know where he is right
35:40now. You don't know whether he's in
35:42Nigeria or whether he's abroad. You've
35:44been pain wondering, oh God, can you
35:47[music] save this child? When you know
35:49this about the God who forgives, there
35:51is nobody you cannot intercede for. And
35:53then you are careful when you conclude
35:55on men because if God is not done with
35:57them then it is not done.
36:02Are we together? Yes sir.
36:04The mountain of the Lord's house is open
36:07for all nations because and will receive
36:10of all nations coming to it because we
36:13are revealing a God who forgives. Yes
36:17sir. He can forgive your grandfather.
36:19Killed people all his life, but he can
36:21forgive.
36:23Sacrifice animals to idols. He can
36:26forgive. With incisions all around your
36:29body, he can still forgive.
36:33God does not condone, but he can
36:36forgive. He can abundantly pardon. He
36:39can abundantly pardon. Let the nations
36:42hear this that the Jesus that we present
36:45is one who is seated on the throne of
36:48righteousness and justice. But I want
36:51you to know that he's not only a lion,
36:53he's a lamb. And the Bible says worthy
36:55is the lamb that has been slain for us.
36:59We are standing here today because we
37:01are beneficiaries of his forgiveness,
37:03his mercy. We are able to approach the
37:06throne of grace to find mercy and to
37:08find help even in time of need.
37:11Believers, hear me. The Bible says if we
37:13say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves
37:15and the truth is not in us. But if we
37:17confess our sins, that God is faithful
37:20and just to forgive us of our sins and
37:22to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
37:26There is a message that the businessman
37:28is waiting for. There is a message that
37:30the president of a nation after bribing
37:33for 10 years is waiting for. When you
37:35tell them there is a God who can forgive
37:40a family that has oppressed somebody for
37:4220 years and you still tell them once
37:45your heart is broken. Listen to my
37:47message on mercy. God does not forgive
37:50rebels. Let me repeat. God does not
37:54forgive rebels. There is a condition to
37:57receive forgiveness from God. That
37:59condition is called brokenness and
38:02repentance. Once you are not broken and
38:05repentant, forgiveness is not for you.
38:07So let me balance it. Forgiveness is not
38:09a license to blackmail God and remain in
38:12your state. Forgiveness only answers to
38:16genuine brokenness
38:18and repentance.
38:20Without brokenness and repentance,
38:22forgiveness is useless. This is not only
38:25true for God, it's also true for men.
38:27When you say tell somebody I forgive you
38:30and the person is not broken and
38:32repentant, you only wasted your time.
38:34What you need to say is I tolerate you,
38:36not I forgive you.
38:38Tolerance, I have taught you is creating
38:40accommodation for an obvious limitation
38:43that will repeat itself again.
38:45Forgiveness, on the other hand, answers
38:48to genuine brokenness. Genuine
38:51brokenness. A broken and a contrite
38:54heart, oh God, thou will not despise.
38:58Hallelujah.
39:01But the first
39:04dimension of God that we must reveal to
39:06the nations as the end time church is
39:08the God who forgives. Please say the God
39:11who forgives. One more time, say the God
39:14who forgives.
39:15Number two, very quickly, the God who
39:18heals.
39:20The second benefit
39:22that will bait the nations to come to
39:25him because he gave us a mandate to go
39:27and compel them. If we are going to
39:30compel the nations to come to God, we
39:33must be able to present to them a God
39:36who heals. Follow carefully Jeremiah
39:4017:14.
39:42A God who heals.
39:45Heal me, oh Lord, and I shall be healed.
39:48It says, "Save me and I shall be saved
39:51for thou art my praise. Heal me, oh
39:55Lord." Matthew 9:35.
39:58A healing God. My goodness.
40:01Matthew 9:35.
40:06And Jesus went about all the cities and
40:09villages. Watch this. teaching in their
40:11synagogues and preaching the gospel of
40:14the kingdom and healing every sickness
40:18and every disease among the people.
40:20Listen, I can tell [music] you this by
40:22the authority of scripture. This is one
40:25of the greatest systems of compulsion
40:29that will bring the nations to Jesus
40:31before he returns the healing ministry.
40:34Because when it has to do with sickness,
40:37no amount of money by itself can immune
40:41you from it.
40:43Money can give you a greater house can
40:46give you security. But with all that
40:49financial the financial resources, they
40:52can diagnose you of cancer, diagnose you
40:55of whatever it is, I can tell you when
40:57the church presents a healing Jesus with
41:01proof, this one will win more souls to
41:04Jesus than you have ever seen.
41:07Our fathers, the patriarchs, prophesy
41:10that before Jesus returns, the healing
41:12ministry will be restored. You've heard
41:14me cry the healing ministry. I'm saying
41:17that because there are people you are
41:18seated here and God is saying hear this
41:21preacher because now this is where it
41:23applies to you. I've not been training
41:24you for nothing. You've not been fasting
41:27for nothing. You've not been doing night
41:29vigils for nothing. I am building you in
41:31the spirit because the healing anointing
41:34that I can tell you that you have not
41:37seen anything yet as far as the healing
41:39ministry of the church is concerned.
41:43The healing Jesus,
41:45the one who can heal,
41:48who does not want to live long, who does
41:50not want to fulfill his days. And do you
41:53know sickness is so terrible that the
41:56moment it manifests [singing and music]
41:57in your body, it shuts down every other
42:00activity. It can redefine your priority
42:03in a moment. You can be [music]
42:05preparing for a business and then they
42:08tell you you have cancer or you have
42:11something you need to run to the
42:13hospital now. Your plans will change
42:16immediately. Ladies and gentlemen, when
42:19the church stands in partnership with
42:21medical science and we profer a solution
42:25to the world that Jesus can heal HIV,
42:30not theoretically can heal cancer even
42:33stage 4, not theoretically can heal the
42:36blind, the deaf, the lame with proofs,
42:40not stage manage proof, genuine
42:43everinccreasing proof. I can tell you a
42:46day will come when people will [singing]
42:48stand up and say come and organize a
42:50crusade in our territory. We will pay
42:52for [singing] it by ourself. Bring that
42:55healing Jesus. We have been looking for
42:57a healing Jesus and we did not find him
42:59for 50 years. When you find the healing
43:02Jesus, please tell me about him.
43:05To the one who is sick, you do not need
43:09noise. You need a healing Jesus. The
43:12reason why our witness is not effective
43:14is because those who went before us
43:17although some of them were uneducated
43:19but they were able to present a healing
43:21Jesus to the nations. I remember it was
43:24TL Osborne I believe who was sharing
43:26that one time he went to a nation and
43:29they would not pay attention to him.
43:32He preached and preached and preached
43:34and preached and they were just looking
43:36at him. And when all that noise was done
43:40he made up his mind. And he said, "You
43:41know what? I think I hope I recall the
43:43story well. They brought somebody who
43:45was lame out. They brought somebody who
43:47was blind out. They brought sick people.
43:50And it there was difficulty because the
43:52people were not really English-
43:53speakaking.
43:54As soon as he laid hands on the
43:57laid hands on the blind and there was a
43:59miracle. There was an eruption. People
44:02began to shout. Can I tell you one
44:04genuine miracle is equal to a thousand
44:07sermons? You believe me when I tell you
44:09that one genuine miracle that someone
44:13who is in national hospital here or any
44:15of the FMC seen by everybody
44:19stage four cancer.
44:23Lord take us to that realm. Take us to
44:25that realm where we stop being noise
44:28makers. Take us to that realm where we
44:30present a healing Jesus.
44:35Health cannot be bought in the mall. You
44:38can buy healthy food. Unfortunately,
44:42there is no product called health that
44:44is sold in the market.
44:48When your body begins to deteriorate,
44:51that is when you will know that of all
44:53the needs that you have, you need a God
44:56that heals.
44:58Hallelujah.
45:00Do you know the one of the major listen
45:03listen out of the prayer requests that I
45:06drop here all the time and in my the bit
45:09of my experience with in ministry if I'm
45:11to tell you the five major prayer points
45:13of people five major prayer points
45:16[music] of people for most people prayer
45:19point number one is finance and finan

45:33of the prayer points that will be
45:35dropped here is simply a request.
45:37Healing Jesus where are you?
45:40Oh God that heals where are you? Do you
45:43know that when it has to do with the God
45:45that heal? Asians will call him.
45:47Americans will call him. Nigerians will
45:50call him. Even a habalist will still
45:52call him. [music]
45:55Go and study history
45:58both from the Bible and modern history.
46:00Those who want cities to the Lord, they
46:03came with a healing God, [music] a
46:05healing Jesus. After selling the idea
46:08that God saves, we need to let people
46:14Jesus is that he heals. But can I tell
46:16you the truth? As it is now, that
46:19banquet of healing is not yet ready by
46:21the church. It will be a casualty if we
46:24go and call the world now and say all of
46:27you, the blind come, the deaf come. I
46:30know we walk by faith, but if we are to
46:32be honest now, that feast, oh, that part
46:35of the menu is not yet ready. Mm- It's
46:38not yet ready. It's not yet ready. It's
46:42not yet ready. Help us, oh God. It's not
46:44yet ready. What did these people see?
46:47Word came upon them that [music] a woman
46:50like Emmy simple mcfersonen ladies and
46:53gentlemen imagine coonia like this if
46:56you are not sick you were not invited
46:58for that program what a woman
47:01stretcher only meetings that means if
47:03you are healthy go home it was only for
47:06sick people and as they moved down the
47:09line they lifted people as if they were
47:11state managing
47:14you would see over 100 wheelchairs Yes.
47:18Wheeling out of conferences. Imagine
47:20you, ladies and gentlemen. I'm praying
47:22for you again in the name of Jesus. That
47:25not only will you be healed, but that
47:27God is looking for the hands that will
47:29present a healing Jesus. [music] May he
47:31find your hand available.
47:34May he find your hand available. May he
47:37find your hand available.
47:43May he find your hand available.
47:50Hallelujah.
47:57I have seen what the healing power of
48:00God can do in the midst of men. I have
48:04seen what instant healing can do in the
48:06midst of men. It will clear doubts in a
48:09moment. Reposition your faith in a
48:12moment. In every gathering like this,
48:14there are always critics, there are
48:16doubters, there are scientific
48:18Christians, there are all kinds of
48:20people. But the moment the power of God
48:22is brought to the scene, it brings an
48:24end to the discussion. If God sends you,
48:27Ba, please don't go until you fast and
48:30pray and say, Lord, verify that it's not
48:33only a message I'm carrying that the
48:35grace to demonstrate that you are alive,
48:37let it come upon me, too. With all due
48:41respect, let me suggest this
48:44particularly to mission agencies. Let's
48:46obtain grace from God, not just to carry
48:50sermons to the bush. We will keep dying
48:52for nothing. It takes more than sermons
48:55to cast [singing and music] out devils.
48:56We must obtain grace. You enter a
48:59village even if they cannot speak
49:01English. May God help you. You are look
49:03at our fathers like Apostle Babalola.
49:06Was it not raising the dead and all
49:08these things that brought them to
49:09limelight?
49:11Rehard boner in the east when he came.
49:14The video is still there till today.
49:16Even though the man has gone to be with
49:17the Lord. When the dead was raised, it
49:20shot his ministry to another dimension.
49:22I had the privilege to be in his
49:24crusades. I saw real miracles. Not that
49:27they told me.
49:30My goodness. with one declaration. I saw
49:34people stand up from wheelchairs. I saw
49:36people fling their crutches, not stage
49:39managed.
49:42You watch TL Husband's crusades and see
49:45miracles that short legs people [music]
49:48came and were limping inches below and
49:51with one declaration those legs grew
49:54out. Not some of this jamboree that is
49:56happening in the church. genuine
49:58miracles.
50:07The end time church must be the church
50:09that reveals genuinely the God who
50:12heals. And you see, it will not just be
50:15by one person. One person's witness of a
50:18healing God will not be effective. You
50:20will overburden that one person till he
50:22dies. This is why you see pastors
50:24collapsing because God never designed
50:27for only one or two people. Is a grace
50:29that should go round and spread round.
50:32Paul was healing the sick. Philip was
50:34healing the sick. Peter was healing the
50:36sick. All of them were healing the sick.
50:40As ye go preach saying
50:44the kingdom is at hand. Proof number one
50:47heal the sick. Proof number one heal the
50:51sick. Anyone
50:54here who is called into the healing
50:57ministry, I'm praying for you right now.
51:00I stretch my [music] hands by the
51:02spirit. The anointing and the grace that
51:05will lead you through experiences that
51:07will build [music] your spirit man until
51:10you carry [singing] a potent healing
51:11anointing. [music] May that grace rest
51:13upon you now.
51:19Hallelujah.
51:22Let me tell you the truth and this is an
51:24honest submission.
51:26I have seen people healed of all manner
51:29of diseases in my life. But I must tell
51:32you sincerely, I've also seen people die
51:35of all manner of diseases. And as
51:38[music] a man of God, sometimes you
51:39stand and you are pained. There are
51:42people I have prayed for. They have
51:44received their miracles and I am
51:45delighted. But there are still people
51:48trusting God. You know that there are
51:50some of them as you are looking at me
51:51like this and all those people some of
51:54them keep quoting scripture.
51:57Can I tell you if we fail to present a
52:00God who heals a day will come our
52:02churches will be empty. And don't you
52:05[music] say it does not matter. It does
52:07not matter. Is the deception and
52:09carelessness that the devil has brought
52:11that reduced us from the standard of
52:13power to an intellectual generation. Oh
52:16yes it matters. Oh yes, it matters to
52:19present the God that heals.
52:25The healing ministry is so desperate in
52:28need right now that I can do anything
52:31disdainful [music]
52:32right now in front of you. If I can
52:34convince you that it can heal you
52:38pride and do it. If I, God forbid, but
52:41just as an example, if I bring sand here
52:43right now and mix it with water and mix
52:46it with whatever, even if I kill an
52:49animal and pour the blood, as ugly and
52:51smelly as it is, if I give an
52:54instruction, that's to tell you how
52:56bankrupt of the healing power. If I tell
52:59you this can solve your problem and heal
53:02your loved one that is having breast
53:04cancer now or having some kind of
53:06cancer, you will be amazed. Let one
53:08person touch it and let there be real
53:10healing. While critics are criticizing,
53:13the person will say, "Let me heal my
53:14loved one first, then I'll go and verify
53:17whether is demonic power or genuine
53:19power."
53:21Humans for you. Don't downplay the
53:24desperation of men. When men are
53:27desperate, nobody will want to watch his
53:29loved one die and you cannot do
53:31anything. You've spent your money and
53:34this sickness is eating mama, eating
53:36everybody. [music] They emanciating
53:37every day and yet we keep saying don't
53:40go to the harist and the person just
53:42looks at you and says it's not your
53:44fault your own mother is alive your own
53:46father is alive your own sisters are
53:48alive there is honorarium after service
53:51my own mother who is the only person
53:52taking care of me is about to die if we
53:55do not present a god that heals I repeat
53:58Africa will go back to his vomit let me
54:01tell you the truth if we do not present
54:04a god that heals Men of God, we must
54:07trust God for grace to reduce activities
54:10and go back to the secret place and say,
54:12"Lord, where did we miss it? Where did
54:14we miss it? Let that man to return." Oh,
54:17let that man to return.
54:20What did Kenneth Hagen carry? What did
54:23TL [music] Osborne carry? What did they
54:26carry? Where is the mantle that were
54:28upon the apostles that a man was
54:30teaching and a woman fell from a story
54:33building and died?
54:37And they went back raised the woman back
54:40to life and continued the lecture. Kai
54:46it was said of EW Kenyon that there was
54:48a particular age range that people
54:50[music] did not die below. He will raise
54:52you back. One time they said a truck
54:56crushed somebody's feet, literally
54:58mashed the feet like this and all he did
55:01was to come and stand in front of it and
55:03the bones began to shake until they came
55:05back. These are not exaggerations.
55:09Listen, I had a visit sometimes to Boni
55:12Bon Island and they showed me the pull
55:15pit where men like Joseph Johnson,
55:18Samuel Jay Crowder, one of them the pull
55:20pit that had fire coming out on it. I
55:22saw it there and I said Lord revive us.
55:25We are here bragging whereas the sick
55:28are being sick. There are people
55:30watching me right now from several
55:32hospitals. We [music] keep proposing a
55:34god to the nations they are not
55:36interested in.
55:38The nation we are reaching is not a dull
55:41nation. They need the god that heals.
55:45Can you pray in one minute? Father,
55:48restore the healing mantle back to the
55:50church.
55:52Please pray. Restore the healing mantle.
55:55Let somebody carry this [music] grace
55:58again.
56:06Coonia, [music] pray. Let's pray on
56:09behalf of this ministry. Let's pray on
56:12behalf of the body of Christ. The end
56:15time [music] church must be the church
56:17that presents the God that heals
56:22a healing Jesus.
56:25Genuine [music] healings, not double
56:28healings.
56:30Please pray. [music]
56:41[music]
56:46Hallelujah.
56:48John chapter 6 and verse 2.
56:51John chapter 6 and verse two.
56:57So that we stop losing our loved ones
56:59through untimely death while we are
57:01shouting amen. Imagine how many sick
57:04people go to church. We tell them this
57:06man of God is powerful. Joshua Selman is
57:09powerful. You just come for coonia. And
57:12some of these people take steps of
57:13faith. Some of them even go as far as
57:15leaving the hospitals by faith and they
57:17come and sit down under us and we come
57:20with all our paraphernalia and sometimes
57:22with pride and after we are done
57:24shouting. The people go back like that
57:26and we act as if nothing happened. May
57:29there be a generation that will not will
57:31hold on to the hand of God and say Lord
57:34restore this healing mantle. Restore
57:36this healing mantle.
57:38Thank you so much for watching this
57:40powerful video. I hope you were blessed.
